- Mark Garrett: It's hard to believe, but it keeps getting worse. And unfortunately, I am confident that we are now just scratching the surface. What am I talking about, ladies and gentlemen? I'm talking about the culture fraud and corruption in California. ⁓ that even I wouldn't have imagined just five, 10 years ago. Welcome to your Leo Nation, where we believe in and support the rule of law. I the Chief Mark Garrett. There is so much coming out of California now on possible level of fraud and corruption. It's almost hard. It in fact, it is hard to keep up with. But today, We're going to focus on one, maybe two aspects of that fraud. And I'm talking about voter rolls. talking about individual identity being stolen and people being influenced to break the law. James O'Keefe, the James O'Keefe Media Group is doing amazing work right now in California. They are uncovering levels of fraud again that I would not have thought possible several years ago as a former resident in California. With that said, I want you to watch a portion of a video that the James O'Keefe Media Group just recently put out. Check this out. Stop it right there. We all just heard that resident, that gentleman say he's lived there for nine years, yet he still gets ballots from the previous resident of that address. If that does not indicate the level of fraud in California, I don't know what else will. Well, maybe what you see following this will on the video. Hit it. You're dreaming. Stop it. This is amazing because what we have here on tape we actually have felonies being committed specifically forgery. There's another element that's not talked about at least to this point in the video and that is the crime of a conspiracy because this person that knowingly is obtaining these names illegally is engaged in a conspiracy with another person to commit a crime. That in and of itself is a crime. Go ahead and play Anthony. Go ahead and stop it, Anthony. There's more to this video, but I think that this more than clearly makes the point that fraud ⁓ ⁓ of control. This is not inefficiency. This is not oversight. This is not lack of responsibility. This is clearly intentional. These are efforts to defraud the people of California, their right to legally ⁓ in elections. in that state. This is an effort to deny people their right to free and fair elections. Again, this is intent. What we have here is indisputable evidence of criminal activity video and audio tape. And to ⁓ to James O'Keefe's credit and the group that he's working with. What I understand is, is that if they don't see criminal investigations and prosecutions coming out of this, they're going now ask the people responsible for prosecuting crimes, why not? This is exactly right. The people in charge, whether they're city attorneys, in this case we're talking about felonies, which would be the DA, and certainly talking about state and federal violations of law. So whether it's Rob Bonta, who I'm gonna talk about in a second, asking him why he is not prosecuting for crimes that we could all see with our eyes, we could all hear with our ears, that is going to be a great question for him to answer if he does not step up and do what he is sworn to do, and that is enforce and prosecute the law. Speaking of Rob Bonta, We know what's going on with Chad Bianco's effort to investigate what appears to be, and I say appears to be, well, we'll say this, clearly is discrepancy in the Prop 50 election or vote back in last fall in 2025, which the redistricting ballot measure that passed. And he's trying to figure out why there's about a 45,000 vote discrepancy in that election in his County. And what does Rob Bonta do? Rob Bonta gets an injunction or tries to get an injunction from a judge to prevent Sheriff Bianco from investigating this discrepancy. Why would you do that? By the we're hoping to have the sheriff on, we're gonna work on that so we can get him on and talk about it. But why would Rob Bonta try to thwart an investigation into what appears to be, again, I'll just use the word discrepancy. You can make of it what you want. We know what it looks like. Why would he do that? Because he's afraid of what might be uncovered through that investigation. The fraud in California, I'll see it over and over and over, is out of control and beyond any limits that even I would have thought of having been a resident there for 60 years and seeing it going downhill for the last two decades at a rapid rate. It's going faster than I would have thought about, I would have imagined. Let me talk about somebody here regarding another aspect, fraud in a different capacity. Herb Morgan, Herb Morgan is running to be the state controller, California state controller. I want to read a little bit just from his white paper he wrote about what his intentions are if he becomes the controller of California. The controller is just what it sounds like. The controller is responsible for all of the fiscal transactions that happen in California. who's paid for what, how things are paid, why things are paid, if they're paid legally, if they're not paid legally, they're in policy within state constitution, that is job. So watch the money transactions from the state of California to the recipients. So in an executive summary here, a little bit from this executive summary, this white paper presents a bold comprehensive plan for radical transparency in California. Wouldn't that be nice? California state finances proposed by Herb Morton, candidate for state controller. The initiative will make every financial transaction, disbursement, allocation and audit publicly visible in the near real time. It rests on clear constitutional and statutory authority, includes the strategic use of the controller's power to withhold funds when irregularities are detected and centers on the creation of a state of the art transparency war. room. a high intensity 24 seven monitoring center that focuses on the urgency of NASA mission control with a relentless data flow of a wall street trading floor. And he goes into great detail about this war room. I'm very impressed with this guy's vision. He wants to, as I tell my kid, FTP fix the problem. He goes on introduction, California manages an annual budget. exceeding $325 billion funding schools, healthcare, public safety and social services, significant portion of this total, approximately $175 billion over one third, around 35%, consists of federal funds flowing through the state treasury. Let me stop right there. The federal funding of services in California. believe wholeheartedly that. And some of this is public and some of this is through contacts that I have. I believe that soon we are going to see the federal government. breaking out in California when it comes to federal investigations and I mean in very public way. I believe this is on the brink of happening and one of the reasons is because of the massive Medicare hospice fraud hospice care fraud taking place just Los Angeles County. I'm not talking about any other part of California just in Los Angeles County. I've talked about it before. on this podcast and a large portion of those funds of course are federal funds which gives the federal government authority to investigate and to prosecute. I continue. These federal dollars primarily support critical programs like Medi-Cal, California's Medicaid program which accounts for the lion's share of federal inflows, Health and Human Services for low-income families, children, seniors, and vulnerable populations and so forth and so on. Let me give you a couple of numbers here. For example, state's annual comprehensive financial report or ACFR, the audited summary of the state's overall financial position is expected to be issued within nine months after the fiscal year in March 31st of the following year. What this is talking about the negligence, the reluctance for state of California to abide by its own laws and to abide by federal law. So this report at the end of the fiscal year by law is supposed to be presented within nine months into the following calendar year. Let me tell you how bad the current controller has been. Fiscal year 2122, it ended June 30th of 2022, released March 15th, 20- months after you're in it's supposed to be nine months fiscal year 2022 to 2023 it ended june 30 and 23 it wasn't released until december 13th of 2024 17 months the next one 15 months and so forth and so on these people are not abiding by their own laws in the state and not abiding by abiding by federal law when you look at the the overt, really the transparent now level of fiscal fraud, voter fraud, identity theft taking place in front of the governor, in front of the attorney general, in front of DAs in California, and nothing is being done about it. We know now the level criminal behavior. by California's government officials. This is what's happening. And I said it before, ladies and gentlemen, if we and we do see, this fraud in Los Angeles County with hospice care, with Medicare, and now we see the fraud with these collections of criminally obtained fraud, forgery of signatures with ballot initiatives, with voter rules. When we see this fraud, which is the culture in California now, we are expected to believe that this level of cheating, illegality and fraud on The voting day ends at the polling place. They must think that we are insanely There are over 2 million illegal aliens living in California by California's own estimate. We've seen here on tape that these fraudsters collecting signatures are using signatures of people who live in California legally, who actually have identification. They're stealing their identity for these voter rolls. How are we not to believe that they're doing it at a much higher rate with illegal aliens? We know that they are. The fraud has to end and I'm confident. that we are going to see a legal war against the culture, against the ruling class of California. I pray that we do.
