A 15-year-old girl, Holly Sanders, vanished from Lincoln County after being last seen at a Kroger in Teays Valley — her parents were misled about her whereabouts. Investigators now believe she was with two suspects: arrested 47-year-old Carson Toppins, charged with false information and obstruction, and an unidentified juvenile female facing pending charges.
