Winnipeg’s first Indigenous-led supervised consumption site opens August 11th, offering a safe space for harm reduction, overdose prevention, drug testing, and access to treatment—all run by the Aboriginal Health and Wellness Centre at 366 Henry Ave. Staff are now being trained, with mobile units launching first before moving into the renovated building.
