- 2:17eight three two one thirteen ten. I ask you, by the way,
- 2:21we haven't talked about the fundamental five for a while. I may ask you
- 2:23a little bit later on in the program about those those five. I know
- 2:25that that's there's there's a few things I know people always ask about, like
- 2:30what if I'm just kind of looking for something, you know, what are
- 2:32the kind of like the core things I'm gonna ask you about that foundations?
- 2:35I love it. Yeah, we'll talk about those. We'll talk about some
- 2:38listener emails as well. Tim At finds your Healthy Place. That's tim At
- 2:42find your Healthy Place dot com. But first we head right on out to
- 2:45the phones and beautiful Verona where Terry is standing by. Terry, welcome to
- 2:47the program. You're on the air with Tim O'Brien from The Healthy Place.
- 2:51Terry, Hello, good morning. All right, can you hear me?
- 2:54I can? Okay, wonderful. Well, Um, you've helped me with
- 2:59the colle lestro if you low chless, Um, what do you have to
- 3:02blood pressure? Blood pressure? I'm curious with the less cless how long did
- 3:07you notice it take to before you noticed results with the less cless product.
- 3:14I gotta be honest to him. I haven't. I haven't made it to
- 3:16your store yet to buy it, but I quit taking my robo statin um
- 3:23and my eggs and pains are pretty much gone now. But I plan on
- 3:29getting to your store this week in Pittsburgh. That is phenomenal. Well,
- 3:32I'm looking forward to that because that less kless you know, to our listeners
- 3:36here, if you have high cholesterol, that product has been the most in
- 3:40the in the top three or four most successful products in our store. It's
- 3:45so consistent in its success in lowering the cholesterol. So, Terry, I'm
- 3:49excited for you to get on over and take that, and then jumping over
- 3:53to the blood pressure question. You know I would recommend clinical OPC grape seed
- 3:59X track, So if you go to our website and you type in OPC,
- 4:03that will bring you to that grape seed extract. It has been very
- 4:06successful and lowering blood pressure. Blood pressure is a tough one though, so
- 4:11you gotta have patients. Hibiscus is another really big one, so we sell
- 4:15clinical OPC grape seed extract and hibiscus very common. Olive leaf extract is a
- 4:19third if somebody's really trying to stay away from the drugs, because the drugs
- 4:25have some negatives to them, So if there's a natural approach that treats that
- 4:29issue but then doesn't have those side effects, it's something worth considering. And
- 4:33those three nutrients have been our most successful terry. So if you're popping over
- 4:39to grab that less choless you know, ask and bring up that blood pressure
- 4:43too. This is such a great question for our listeners to hear that there
- 4:46is success and there is good science and reason to believe that you can manage
- 4:50both cholesterol and blood pressure naturally. We've been doing it for thirteen fourteen years
- 4:57here over at the Healthy Place, and we work with people's medical professionals,
- 5:00so we're not pretending to be doctors or anything. It's been very successful.
- 5:03So thank you for this question. Great question, Terry, and let us
- 5:08know how it goes when you get into the healthy place you mentioned do yeah,
- 5:11head on over to the Fitchburg location of course, available as well the
- 5:14wellness consultants at Fitchburg west side of Madison Son Prairie. Also online find your
- 5:17Healthy Place dot com. That's find your Healthy Place dot com. Phone lines
- 5:21are open six eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six o eight three
- 5:25two one thirteen ten. We head down the road to Manona and and Chris
- 5:30joins. This is Rony Chris. Welcome to the program. Hey, Chris,
- 5:33you hornon. My question is um, I'm a diabetic two and I've
- 5:39been on that format for a few years now and I really want to get
- 5:43off of it because I hear so many bad things about it. But is
- 5:46there another alterns show that's more natural? There there is, and type two
- 5:51diabetes is one that I was inspired as a younger man by a doctor Whittaker.
- 5:58He lives in California. He used to manage the entire nation's food supply,
- 6:03so he'd watch he'd just watch over the entire nation's reception of food into
- 6:09our country, so kind of a cool dude. I was inspired by him,
- 6:12and he started his own practice treating people with type two diabetes, and
- 6:17he was very successful in curing type two diabetes hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of
- 6:23cases and patients. So I was inspired with him early on. Type two
- 6:26diabetes is absolutely a disease that can be controlled through diet and supplementation, and
- 6:32so that's been an area that I've been educating people on and it's exciting because
- 6:36people kind of think, Hey, I have type two diabetes, I'm just
- 6:39stuck forever and through diet and supplementation. That's just not true from a supplement
- 6:45standpoint. I like to bring up two products. The first is our lapoic
- 6:49acid. So if you're taking notes, Chris, write down Perfect ten.
- 6:54Perfect ten that has an R lopoic acid, which is a universal antioccident,
- 6:59very healthy for air, skin, and nails, and recharging mitochondria for energy.
- 7:02In the area of diabetics, it converts glucose into energy, so it
- 7:08balances those insulin levels, helps with sugar carb cravings. And that product again
- 7:13is called Perfect ten. And then the second thing I like to bring up
- 7:16if someone's trying to avoid medication, like the metforman you mentioned, you know
- 7:20it has some negatives to it, and in general, you know, drugs
- 7:24tend to treat a symptom and then then cause some sort of damage in the
- 7:28body. It's negative, it's chemicals to your system, and so people in
- 7:30general, if hey, if we can look and find something that treats the
- 7:34symptom and helps the body, it's a good idea. So glucose support is
- 7:39the second product. I recommend glucose support and that is a blend of your
- 7:45top nutrients. Real good science behind a lot of these nutrients like Burberine ton
- 7:49of science in the last ten years on treating type to diabetes, mulberry,
- 7:53geminia sevestra, chromium is your top mineral or one of your top for balancing
- 7:58sugar levels. Between those two, Chris, perfect ten and glucose support,
- 8:05we've been successful in moving the needle for a diabetic Great question, Chris,
- 8:11thank you for the call. I fits some fantastic calls. Yea, they
- 8:15are great. Trip and Chris, and over to Terry two. Hey,
- 8:18if you need links for some of those products, or you're listening and you'd
- 8:22like some links to just know about those products, have them in the back
- 8:24pocket. Send an email Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com and we'll
- 8:28get those sent over. We got to educate. It's Tim ti am at
- 8:31find your Healthy Place dot com. Fold lines are open six eight three two
- 8:35one thirteen ten. At six eight three two one thirteen ten we go to
- 8:39Lodi and Lucy is standing by. Lucy, welcome to the program. You're
- 8:43on the air with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place. Hey, good morning,
- 8:46Lucy, good morning. Question about gout? H yeah, yep.
- 8:58How long have you been bad ling the goat? A month and a half.
- 9:03Ouch. Yeah, it's no fun at all. You know, gout
- 9:07is a uric acid imbalance, and the most successful thing I have ever seen
- 9:13work is tart cherry extract. And some people drink the juice, some people
- 9:20take the capsules. I recommend the capsules based in a couple of reasons.
- 9:24One you know, doesn't have the sugar content and to the specific capsule I
- 9:28recommend has a higher level of the anthocyanins. If I can say that right
- 9:35as the active compound to be more therapeutic in bringing balance to the uric acid.
- 9:39So Terry Naturally. He's one of my heroes in this industry. His
- 9:43name's Terry Lamaran's the owner. His brand is called Terry Naturally tart Cherry.
- 9:50If you type that in tart cherry or you type in gout, that'll pull
- 9:54it up. And that would be what I'd recommend for you. And if
- 9:56you could take two capsule three times a day, I know it's you know,
- 10:01a lot, six capsules a day, two three times a day.
- 10:05You do that for two weeks, So two three times a day for two
- 10:09weeks. That has been bringing great relief. If the pain is a little
- 10:13higher, then I would encourage also some kerk human to bring the inflammation side
- 10:18down. There's a product called Kira Health. See you are a health by
- 10:22Lively Vitamin co and that'll come right up on our website. And that cleans
- 10:26your body of inflammation. So all the pain, the root of pain is
- 10:31inflammation and that reduces the inflammation. So that would be the two I think
- 10:35that'll help you out. Thank you so much, great question, very welcome,
- 10:41great questions all around, Lucy. Thank you for the call. You
- 10:43had a co worker who had about a gout recently, and oh my goodness,
- 10:48I guess I never fully understood it, and oh my gosh it it
- 10:52can be definitely debilitating and extremely painful. Good to see some great questions this
- 10:58morning. If you've got a question for Tim, I'd love to get you
- 11:00on the air. I gotta doce pick up phone, give us call six

- 12:28phone give us a ring right now. We'll get you on the air with
- 12:31Tim at six O eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six O eight
- 12:33three two one thirteen ten. And Sue joins us this morning. Sue,
- 12:37welcome to the program. You're on the air with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy
- 12:39Place. Sue, good morning, Good morning. I was wondering if you
- 12:43have anything that would help someone who has inclusion body myositis or IBM. Goodness,
- 12:52gravy. Yeah, tell me a little bit more about that. What
- 12:54have you been experiencing as the main side effects. Well, I've been diagnosed
- 13:00with it and I'm having trouble walking and two things on that order. M
- 13:05hmm yeah. So so pain in general, how's how's the pain level?
- 13:09But I mean IBM in general, it can produce a lot of pain.
- 13:13Um, it's not too bad. That's good. That's good. So walking
- 13:16and circulation can be a problem. How's that been going now it's kind of
- 13:22bad. Yeah, yeah, I mean pain circulation would be two things that
- 13:28you know are typical side effects. I'd encourage kirkuman to clean the inflammation out
- 13:33of the body, and I'd encourage for circulatory support m coenzyme q ten and
- 13:37systemic enzymes, so that you know what was that the the coquten, Yeah,
- 13:45coenzyme q ten is an antioxidant that helps strengthen the heart health and overall
- 13:50circulation. And then systemic enzymes help break down the clump junkie stuff in the
- 13:56blood that can mess with with circulation, so it cleans the blood system and
- 14:01helps free up circulation. So there's a product called Vibrenza. I know,
- 14:05I just threw a lot at you here. Vibrenza is a blend of systemic
- 14:09enzymes. I would encourage you to connect and come in our stores because we
- 14:15have I'd want to open the book on this one, and I'd want to
- 14:16ask you some more questions. Or when I say me, you know our
- 14:20wellness consultants, I'd want more questions to be able to be asked in a
- 14:24little bit more of a conversation to be opened up before I give you a
- 14:28real strong recommendation, because I want to steer you right. So I would
- 14:31encourage popping into the store one of our stores we have three in Madison,
- 14:35or hitting our live chat feature on our website to just ask the question and
- 14:41start a conversation. This is an example where I don't just like to shoot
- 14:45from the hip. I want to ask more questions, get a little more
- 14:46clarification and the show here. And unfortunately we don't don't have time to go
- 14:50real deep. So I want to take care of you. So how does
- 14:54that sound sounds good to me? Hey in there, Yeah, that is
- 14:58I mean I've heard enough about IBM to know it is brutal. So you
- 15:01hang in there and God bless you. Okay, well, thank you so
- 15:05much, so thank you for the call, and we head down to over
- 15:09to Middleton and Cindy joins us. Cindy, welcome to the program. You're
- 15:11on the air with Tim O'Brien from The Healthy Place. Hey, good morn
- 15:15and Cindy, how are you good? Hey? Um, in this rifled
- 15:18age of sixty something, I have developed night cramp, which I understand you're
- 15:24very popular with women at this date, and it's not been fun. I've
- 15:28started taking magnesium, but I want and I've read about it. If I
- 15:31wanted to hear what you had to say, and yeah, ye, can
- 15:35I ask you? Then? I have a statement type thing I'm dealing with.
- 15:39Every time I do something like that, my son kind of freaks out
- 15:43and says, you should be calling your doctor. So anyway, I'm kind
- 15:46of dressing two thanks here, yeah, so so in thank you? Yeah,
- 15:50so that that first you're saying your son saying, hey, nightcramps,
- 15:54you should really be contacting the doctor. Every time I take something on a
- 15:58health you know, like lining, you's always say you should talk to your
- 16:03doctor before you do these things. So anyway, Yeah, well I'll address
- 16:10that one first because I'm kind of passionate about it, so I respect his
- 16:12perspective on that, and you know, in general, what I like,
- 16:17what I My main mission is actually to help people become the sea their own
- 16:22health, you know, and that's through our mission of impact and power and
- 16:25educate every customer to learn, grow and create a lifelong foundation of health and
- 16:27wellness. And it's actually even why we named our store the Healthy Place,
- 16:32because everybody has their own healthy place and our job is to help them find
- 16:37their healthy place. So you know, i'd respect your son's you know,
- 16:41position might be like, hey, contact the doctor, get his opinion.
- 16:44How I view it is, you're the CEO of your own health, and
- 16:47you have your medical doctor over here, your pharmacists over here, you have
- 16:49your natural path or your chiropractor, you're acupuncturist, you know, your wellness
- 16:53consultants over at the Healthy Place, and we're somebody that's on your team to
- 16:57just educate on what natural alternatives can be done. And you know, my
- 17:02personal belief is I really like to try and be educated on natural alternatives before
- 17:07I go to a surgery or before I go to the drugs. So in
- 17:11general, our medical system, the way it's set up is pharmaceutical drugs are
- 17:15the answer and surgeries are the answer, and it doesn't really leave a whole
- 17:18lot of room for natural alternatives. And that's what we are is we're a
- 17:22natural alternative and we're a support. You know, my arm is linked with
- 17:26our medical system in the sense of man, I want to support our health
- 17:30in Madison, you know, in our medical system supporting health in a certain
- 17:33way, and we're supporting health in another way. And so do lots of
- 17:37different paths to get to your healthy place. So I would, you know,
- 17:40I'd kind of throw that out there and then onto the evening nightcramps.
- 17:45You know, I really like your approach by the way of just pee,
- 17:48taking a peek and finding what else is out there natural alternative wise before you
- 17:52go get on pharmaceutical drugs or surgery or something like that. So there's two
- 17:56products I'd bring up to you. First, I want to ask you you
- 17:59mentioned and you're taken magnesium for the night craps. Do you know what form
- 18:03of magnesium it is? But the capsule dark tail night side yep, yep,
- 18:14The reason I ask is something like ninety eight percent of magnesium sold in
- 18:18the United States are what's known as magnesium oxide, and magnesium oxide tests the
- 18:23hair above placebo and it works really well with certain things and really really bad
- 18:27with other things. So when it comes to cramping, there's a biscliscinate form
- 18:33of magnesium that's significantly more effective than that magnesium oxide form, So chances are
- 18:40you're taking that oxide. I would encourage a product called magnesium ease, and
- 18:47there's a lot of good brands out there. Purencapsulations makes one, Try Naturally
- 18:52makes one, Lively Vitamin Co makes one, and that's our top seller,
- 18:56magnesium ease. So I would write that one down and I would a significant
- 19:02yelp. Go ahead, let me confirm that spelling quick, magnesium ease.
- 19:12Yeah, So like the full word magnesium ease. I had a mind blank
- 19:15there, and then the second word is ease, so ea se up correct,
- 19:19And I would encourage two three times a day because you're likely magnesium deficient
- 19:26and I don't think that oxide is cutting it for you. So I would
- 19:29want to make sure your magnesium levels are at a healthy place because most people
- 19:33are deficient, just like vitamin D and iodide, and like most people are
- 19:36deficient in magnesium, so i'd want a two three times a day. If
- 19:40you develop a loosen stool, that means you're taking a little bit too much
- 19:42magnesium, so you you'd pull back a little bit, but I doubt you'll
- 19:45have that happen with this approach. And then the second one I'd want to
- 19:48bring up to you is called get Even. Get Even, and that's a
- 19:53women's balancing formula. I really like it because if your hormone levels are too
- 19:59high you know, brings it down, too low brings it up. It
- 20:02helps bring balance and specifically though it helps treat that the cramping that can come.
- 20:07Like you said sixties, you know, one of the side effects there
- 20:11is some cramping. So that has been helping women in that area as well.
- 20:15And I would encourage two servings of that a day, so AM and
- 20:18pm uh. It's three capsule serving, so I know it's kind of a
- 20:22lot of capsules. But if we could try this for a month, I
- 20:25bet you'd find relief. And you could shoot an email two to me.
- 20:29I could send you links if that's helpful. Tim at find your Healthy Place
- 20:32dot com or always you know, stopping our stores that works too. Do
- 20:36you think the make easy is more important than the popasium or it's just hard
- 20:41to get into your body? And really good question. I mean, if
- 20:45I were to I was gonna I'm trying to be gentle. If I were
- 20:48to bring up a third product to you, I would have brought up a
- 20:52solid multi vitamin. Lively Vitamin co makes one of my favorite multi vitamins.
- 20:56I'm a little biased because I own the brand. It has your potassium at
- 21:00a therapeutic level in there. It has a number of the other minerals that
- 21:04play a role with cramping as well. So those three products. Yet you
- 21:08nailed it. That would be the next in line. Great questions this morning,
- 21:14all around busy busy phone lines dot Thanks for the Yeah, thanks for
- 21:18the call, and don't forget you can chat with a wellness consultant online,
