Rita Gardner: A woman I know bought a school bus off Facebook Marketplace and lived in it for three and a half years. My friend Sandy is 61 and she was sitting alone in a national forest with no cell service, fuel leaking out on the ground under her bus, her bus tire was flat, her bike tire flat too. She wasn't scared, not a little, not at all. Those are two of the people you're going to meet here. I'm Rita, I write She Travel Simple, and I've traveled all over this country. in everything from a tent to a forty foot bus. I thought the whole point was the view. It wasn't. It was never the view.
