A former Elkins water department worker, 44-year-old Christopher Curtis, is now facing terroristic threat charges after allegedly targeting President Trump and Mayor Jerry Marco. The incident erupted at the Elkins Fire Department, prompting a city lockdown. Authorities swiftly obtained a warrant, used his phone to track him down, and arrested him around 7 PM Wednesday on Route 42 in Grant County.
