Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: At some point, the old you has to die in order for you to become the woman you know you're put on this earth to be.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Not literally, but the identity, the behaviors, the beliefs, the boundaries, the version of you that got you to where you are now is not the version of you who is going to be able to get you to be the woman you know you're put on this earth to be.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: You have to let her go.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: You have to let her die.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: You have to allow yourself to shed this skin and become the woman that you know your future self deserves you to be.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Because for some reason we romanticize becoming our future selves.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: We think that it's something far off in the distance that all of a sudden we're gonna have this beautiful moment where we suddenly just wake up one day and we emerge and we are our future self and we have everything we need and we have everything we've always desired.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: But how are we gonna get there if we don't become the woman that can embody that?
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: How are we gonna get there if we can't become the woman that can hold that?
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: The habits you have now, how are they gonna get you to be that confident, radiant, magnetic, successful, disciplined version of yourself?
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: If that's not who you are now, then those habits are not serving you.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: So, in order to become the woman you need to be, you need to let those habits, that old version of yourself, how you've been living your life up until now, die.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Because it's not gonna take you any further.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Because you can't become somebody new while constantly negotiating with who you used to be.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: The message this week in episode 7 of the Rebellion series is something that I have come face to face with myself many times, over and over and over again, when I realize I am constantly putting the future version of myself on a Pinterest board in my journal, in my dreams, desires, and wishes list, and I'm not embodying the version of her who I know I have to become in order to become that version of myself.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: Yes, I can have a Pinterest board filled with all these beautiful outfits and all of this incredible aesthetics that I want to look like, but I'm not gonna become that version of myself unless I actually start dressing like that.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: And I can have this really incredible meditation practice and morning routine and all of these really beautiful ideas, but I'm not gonna become the woman who does those things unless I actually sit down and do them.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't matter what it is you want to do, it doesn't matter what it is you want to change, it doesn't matter who it is you want to become, if you're placing that version of yourself far off into the distance as some ideal, you're never gonna get there because it has to be brought back to you now.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: You have to make the choices now because you don't become the woman you want to be by writing it down on paper and just imagining that one day you're gonna wake up and you're gonna get there.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: You embody the woman you want to be by making those decisions in your everyday life, starting right now.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: You wear the outfit, you wear the perfume, you sit down, have the meditation practice, you pick the healthier meal, you say no.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: Whatever it is you want to do, in order to become that woman that you know you want to be, you have to act now.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: It's not some faraway distant thing in the future.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Your future self is who you embody now in this moment.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: It's an energy that you pull towards yourself with the decisions you make.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: But who is she?
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: Who are you becoming?
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: What is it you want to change about your life?
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: Who is it you have to let go of?
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: What version of yourself do you have to let go of to become that person?
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Do you know what she looks like?
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Do you know how she speaks to herself?
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Do you know what she tolerates?
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: Do you know what she doesn't tolerate?
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: Do you know what she does when she's scared, when she has nobody watching?
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: What does she prioritize?
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: What does she say no to?
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: Who gets access to her?
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: What does she believe she deserves?
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: How does she spend her time?
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: What does she do when something isn't aligned?
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: How does she respond when she fucks everything up?
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: And what does she no longer need validation for?
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: What are her daily habits?
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: What does she look like?
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: How does she dress?
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: How does she show up?
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: How does she hold herself?
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: How does she present herself out in the world?
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: How does she look after herself when there's no one else in the room and nobody to observe what her behaviors are?
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: How does she show up?
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: You have to get really clear on this image.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: You have to understand who it is you want to embody, what it is she does.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: And then you have to become that person.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: Because as I said, you don't become her by thinking about her, you become her by repeatedly making the choices that she would make.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: You have to embody the energy of the woman you want to be and make the decisions from that point of view, from that place, as if you already are her.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Because then you're going to become her because there is no other option.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: If you're embodying the energy of the future you want and you're embodying the energy that you know you should have, it's going to become your natural energy.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: And whether it's a Pinterest board on your fashion, whether it's finding a new job, whether it's finding a new relationship, setting a boundary, whatever it is, there's so many different versions of ourselves that we have to allow to die in order to become the new version of ourselves.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: For example, when I came to Australia, I was still very stuck in not so much victim mentality, but I was stuck because I didn't have a job, I didn't have a routine, I didn't have a place to live, I didn't have all the things that I knew I wanted and that I knew would make help me thrive.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: So I just had to embody the energy of somebody who has a job.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: I have a routine, I have all these things, and then they will all fall into place.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I could have allowed myself to dwell and kind of spiral in the fact that I didn't really know where I was going, I had no direction, I had no friends, I had no community, I had no job, I had no income.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Like it was a very stressful time.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: But instead of allowing myself to just sit in the negativity, I built routine, I built structure, I went to the gym, I started putting myself out there, making friends, finding a community, and fast forward four months.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: I have a job, I have a community, I have routine, I have everything that I craved so deeply when I first got here because I embodied the woman who has those things.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: I didn't just sit and hide and wait.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: I went out and I found those things myself because I became the woman who has those things.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: I became the woman who has the job, has the community, has a routine, has a workout schedule, has a life.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: I became the woman who had a life in Australia because that's what I wanted.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: I wanted to be the woman who had a life in Australia, and that is who I embodied, and now that is who I am.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: That is the life that I'm living because I knew that I had to allow my old self to die.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: I had to allow who I was while I was living in the UK to fall away.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: I had to let that version of me go.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: Because the woman I was in the UK wouldn't be able to sustain the life that I want to live here in Australia.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And that's the thing, you have to understand who is it who has served you up until this point, up until this moment.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: That version of you has done everything you needed it to do.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: It served you well, but is it going to take you to where you need to go next?
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Can you actually become who you want to become in this next chapter of your life with that version of yourself?
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: Because you can't.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: You have to allow it to fall away, you have to allow it to die.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: You have to allow the old version of you to die in order to level up to the woman you know you are becoming, the woman you know you want to be.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, is that you can't take your baggage with you where you want to go.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: You can't carry this shit round for the rest of your life.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: You have to allow it to fall away.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: You can't enter a new chapter while dragging every old pattern behind you.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: Imagine that you are a moving house and you're packing all of your belongings, you're packing everything, and you've been told that you can take everything.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: You take every insecurity, every old story, every people-pleasing habit, every situation you've outgrown, every relationship that required you to abandon yourself, every excuse, every fear, every coping mechanism, every boundary you've ever been too scared to enforce, every belief that says you're not enough, and every version of yourself that you've already outgrown.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Imagine carrying all of that.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: Would you actually want to carry it into the next chapter?
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Do you actually want to take that into who you're becoming next?
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Do you actually want to embody every excuse, every fear, every coping mechanism, everything you've been too scared to let go of in the past?
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: Do you want to take that forward with you into your next step, into this next version of yourself, into this next chapter?
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: Or do you want to let it go?
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: Do you want to enter this new chapter with a whole new clean slate?
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: Because you can't fill a new life with old energy.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: You can't become the woman you want to be while negotiating with the woman that you were.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: You can't take your baggage where you are going.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: You cannot take your baggage with you into the next version of yourself.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: You cannot carry it from chapter to chapter because otherwise you never outgrow it, you never change, and you never truly let it go.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: You have to allow yourself to let that version of yourself go.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: You have to allow yourself to let everything that's happened to you in your past fall away and know that it just no longer serves you.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: And that's okay.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: There's nothing wrong with that.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: It's not a bad thing, but it's not going to help you get where you need to go next.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: And the hardest part about letting go of things is that often it's not just things to do with ourselves we have to let go of.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: Sometimes we have to set boundaries with friends, families, loved ones.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: Sometimes we have to walk away from relationships or dynamics or careers that once served us but now no longer serve us.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: And this is where it gets difficult.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: But you have to ask yourself, what are you tolerating that you know your future self wouldn't tolerate?
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: What are you putting up with in your day-to-day life that you know your future self wouldn't allow to happen every day?
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Who are you becoming and how are you stopping yourself from becoming that version while also holding on to the people-pleasing things that you're doing in your life?
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: For example, are you tolerating conversations that then leave you drained?
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: Are you allowing yourself to be surrounded by people who drain your energy and who take things from you rather than fill your cup as well as you fill theirs?
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: Are you allowing people to only sharp when it's convenient to them?
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: Are you being treated inconsistently?
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: Are you saying yes to things even though you want to say no because that is what the good girl in you has always been told to do?
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: You say yes, even if it means that it doesn't serve you and your highest benefit.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: Are you staying somewhere because you're too scared to start again in a new place?
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Are you staying in a city, in a job, in a relationship because you're too afraid to be on your own?
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: You're too afraid to start fresh, and you're too afraid to step into the unknown and understand that actually the unknown is where all the most magical things can happen because we have no idea what's going to come next.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: Where you are now, if it doesn't serve you, it doesn't serve you.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: So you need to walk away from it.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: Are you talking badly to yourself?
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Are you talking negatively to your body, to your physical appearance, to who you are?
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: Are you putting yourself down constantly?
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: Because the woman who glows from the inside out doesn't talk to herself badly.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: She doesn't talk down to herself because she knows that her words are spells and everything she says to herself, her body listens.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: Everything is listening.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: Whatever you focus on, whatever it is that you are putting your energy towards in terms of your physical appearance, it's gonna manifest because we are energy, we are just molecules vibrating all together to create this physical thing.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: And if you focus on the negative things in your body and you focus on the negativity in your life, then that is what is going to manifest.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Your energy flows where your attention goes, and that is so crucial for how you speak to yourself.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: If you are being negative, all you will manifest into your physical is negative.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: If you speak to yourself with love and kindness and happiness and joy and self-devotion and understand that you are a beautiful creation, you are so unique, you are the only version of you that will ever exist, and that is a magnificent thing.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: If you talk to yourself like that, if you talk to yourself like your higher self would, you will become your higher self.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: You will glow from the inside out, you will look how you always dreamed and wished you looked.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Are you constantly abandoning your routines?
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Are you allowing yourself to have a morning routine or an evening routine and have all these really good things in place and then stepping away from them after maybe three, four, five days of actually practicing them?
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: Are you allowing them to be something that you come to every day, every evening, every morning?
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: Or are you just allowing it to be something that you do every once in a while when you feel like it?
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: Or are you actually embodying the discipline you need to show up for yourself daily, weekly, monthly and allow those routines and those habits to become second nature?
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: Are you allowing yourself to scroll mindlessly rather than creating, wasting your valuable energy and precious time?
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: Are you waiting for permission to become the version of you you know you've always wanted to be?
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: Are you making yourself smaller in order to make other people feel bigger?
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: This is something that I think so many of us women do.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: We maybe have friends or family members or people in our lives who are maybe a bit more insecure or aren't as confident in themselves as you may be.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: So you decide to make yourself smaller.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: You decide to play down how you magnificent and beautiful and radiant you know you are to make those other people not feel as shit about themselves when actually you just need to embody that radiance and encourage them to also embody that radiance.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: Because women who glow together, women who encourage each other, women who bring each other up, it's a different kind of sisterhood when you actually know you have somebody in your corner who wants to see you win, who loves you unconditionally, and is never going to put you down and never wants you to put yourself down in order to make them feel better.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: Are you entertaining situations that you know aren't aligned to who you want to be?
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: And yes, not everything has to have a purpose.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: I think we get so stuck in things like relationships, jobs, situations that we get ourselves in where something might not be your whole story.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: It might just be a chapter, it might just be a piece of your story, it might just be there for a short period of time to teach you a lesson or to hold you in some certain way.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: Things don't have to be your forever.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: A relationship, a job, a place you live.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be your forever home, it doesn't have to be your forever relationship, they don't have to be your husband, it doesn't have to be your forever career.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: It can just serve a purpose for this moment in time.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: So, yes, are you entertaining situations that you know don't serve you?
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Or are you allowing yourself to embody the detachment you need to know that yes, this situation might not serve you forever, but it's serving you in this present moment.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: And can you detach yourself from clinging to the outcome of that relationship, career, whatever it is, and know that it's here for this moment to serve your purpose and teach you a lesson?
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: And yes, at one point it might disappear, but you know you have yourself and you know that you don't need it in order to be the best version of yourself.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: You know that you don't need that outcome, that situation to go a certain type of way in order to embody the woman you want to be.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Do you have the level of self-belief and trust and love within yourself, like we spoke about in last week's episode?
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: Do you have the confidence to know that you can walk into any situation, you can be in any relationship, any career, anything can happen.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: And you know you have the ability to hold yourself whatever the outcome.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter how it goes, it doesn't matter what happens in the long run, what the outcome is.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: You know you have yourself in every single situation.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: You know that you are the embodiment of self-trust and self-belief, and you know you can hold yourself whatever life throws you away.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: Because the woman that you're becoming doesn't necessarily have a different life because she was luckier, because she had all these opportunities that this version of you doesn't have.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: She has a different life because she makes different decisions.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: She has a different life because she's embodied that version of herself who makes those different decisions, who puts herself first before anybody else, who understands what it is she truly wants from life and makes sure that she shows up in accordance with that life, not thinking it's gonna happen in the future, happening now.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: Who is it you want to become?
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: What is it she tolerates?
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: What is it she has in place?
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: What boundaries does she have in place?
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: What routines does she have in place?
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: Who does she surround herself with?
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: How does she dress?
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: How does she hold herself?
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: How does she show up?
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Who is it you want to become?
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: And what frequency does she embody?
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: Because the frequency that you embody is everything.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: What frequency is she living on?
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: Because if you are living from a place of scarcity, of lack, of fear, of doubt, of worry, of hatred for yourself, then you're never gonna become the version of you know you can be because those are such negative emotions.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: When actually, when you think about it, life isn't that serious.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Like we've spoken about before, it's really not that serious.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: We are a tiny speck of dust floating on a rock in space.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: The whole point of life is to just have fun.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: The whole point is to become the wildest, most authentic, feral fucking version of yourself.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: Because if not now, then when?
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: If not in this life, you get to embody who you are to your core as the most authentic expression of your personality, of this beautiful soul that you've been given.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: What is the point?
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: What is the point of living your life as somebody that you are actually not?
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: What is the point of being here if you're not the most fucking feral, authentic version of yourself that you could ever be?
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: Because that's the whole point of life is to fuck around, have fun, and embody this free, wild, childlike energy that we've all been so conditioned to hide.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: We've all been so conditioned to be ashamed of.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: When actually that's the true authentic beauty of life.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: That is what we are here to do.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: We are here to experience pleasure and joy and play and love and bliss in every single range of emotion we can.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: We are here to have a human experience as a soul.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: So, what is it you're embodying?
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: Are you embodying the lack, the fear, the doubt that society has conditioned us to think is how we should feel?
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: Or are you embodying that wild, fucking feral version of yourself that you know you were born to be?
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: Because being the most authentic expression of yourself, the woman who you know you were put on this earth to be, is the only way to live your life.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: And it's the only way you're going to get to where you need to go if you allow this old, conditioned version of yourself to die and embody this future feral, wild woman that you know you are put on this earth to be.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: And it's not particularly gonna be easy.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: There are gonna be days when you wish that you could just forget everything you know, and you wish that you could just go back to how everything used to be when you're unconscious and you're unaware and you didn't know that life was bigger than your conditioned box.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: But you have to know that there isn't growth without grief.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: And feeling this way means that you're just growing.
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: It's empowering, it's a part of being human, a part of letting go.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: We have to allow ourselves to feel grief.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: We have to allow ourselves to feel the emotions of life, we have to allow ourselves to let go of the versions we once were to become the next versions that we know we're supposed to be.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: You might miss the person you used to be, old friendships, old routines, old relationships, the certainty of familiarity, being able to blame circumstances for how you showed up, being able to blame circumstances for things that happened in your life, having an excuse and the identity you built around your struggles, you are going to miss all of those things because they are walls that you get to hide behind.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: But when you take them all down and when you allow yourself to be vulnerable and authentic and live and take ownership for your life, then you can't hide behind any of these things, and yes, you're gonna miss them.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: But that version of you had to die for a reason.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: That version of you may have been comfortable, but she wasn't happy.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: She was just familiar.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: All of those things were familiar and they were known and they were part of your comfort zone.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: And that is why growth sometimes feels like grief because you're not just gaining something, you're losing an identity, you're losing a version of yourself that you once were.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: You're losing a version of yourself that got you where you are now, but is not gonna get you where you need to go.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: And as I mentioned, you don't become that version of yourself by writing it down in a journal, putting it on a Pinterest board, and just imagining that it's gonna happen.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: You become that version of yourself by acting, you become that version of yourself by embodying the woman you have put on this earth to be.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: It's every single time you say no, every time you leave a situation that you know doesn't serve you, every time you begin again, every time you speak up, every time you post the thing, you apply for the job, you walk away, you choose yourself, you keep a promise to yourself, you show up for your routine, you honor your boundaries, and you do the thing you are scared of.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: Every single time you do that, as I mentioned in the last episode, you raise your bar.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: You allow the old version of you that would have stayed comfortable, that would have chosen familiarity, that would have chosen security, you allow her to die and you allow yourself to step into the woman you know you're put on this earth to be.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: You allow yourself to embody the juiciest, most radiant version of you that you know you are supposed to be.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: And that is the death.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: That is the death of who you used to be.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: It isn't one giant transformation.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: You don't wake up one day and you just are that person.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: It is tiny deaths over a long period of time.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: The old you dies every single time you choose differently, every single time you choose yourself and you embody the energy of your future self, every single Time you do that, the old version of you dies piece by piece by piece.
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: And like we spoke about last week, confidence comes after action.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: You just have to move, you just have to do it, you just have to trust and listen to intuition and know in each and every moment that you are following intuition and making the decision that is aligned for you.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: You just have to act.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: Stop questioning yourself, stop endlessly analyzing whether you are ready, whether that's really you, whether you're making the right decision, whether you should wait, whether you're forcing it, whether you're maybe not confident enough.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: You just have to move.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: You just have to make the decision and know that it is the right decision you're supposed to make.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: Because you don't need 100% certainty.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: You don't have to need everyone else around you to understand what you're doing.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: You don't need to have the entire path map mapped out.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: You just need to know your next step and you just need to take that next step.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: Because the woman you're becoming isn't waiting for you somewhere off in the future.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: She is being created by what you choose to do today.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: You can become that version of yourself right now.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: You can make the decision right now, in this moment, that you are this new version of yourself.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: You can decide what she feels like, how she dresses, how she shows up.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: You can embody every single piece of her energy.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: And you can just make the decision right now, in this moment, to become her.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be in the future.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be when you get X, Y, and Z.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to have any kind of validation or any kind of success from an external point of view.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: It is completely internal.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: So stop acting like it is in your future.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: Stop acting like it is something that you have to wait to become.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: You just have to make the decision in your life now to become her, and you will become her.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: And when you're in a situation you aren't sure if you're embodying your future self or your past self, ask yourself, would she tolerate this behavior?
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: Would she allow herself to stay here and be disrespected like this?
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: Would she choose this situation?
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: Would she chase this situation?
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: What would she say?
- 23:55SPEAKER_00: How would she show up?
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: How would she react?
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: And react and show up and behave like her.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: This is how you become her by embodying her energy, tapping into intuition, tapping into your inner knowing, understanding what it is she would do, how she would move next, and moving like that, dressing like that, holding yourself like that, behaving like that, embodying the energy and the emotions and the routines and the patterns that she would embody.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: Because maybe the next level of your life doesn't require you to become more.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: Maybe it requires you to release.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: Release the identity that says that you can't.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: Release the relationship that requires you to shrink.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Release the behaviors that keep you comfortable but disconnected.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: Release the need to be understood.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: Release the version of you who is constantly waiting for permission.
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: Because the woman you are becoming requires space.
- 24:41SPEAKER_00: The woman you are becoming requires you to step into this next chapter without the baggage that you have carried around up until this point.
- 24:48SPEAKER_00: You need to release that which does not serve you to allow yourself to embody what is going to take you forward into this next chapter.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: So let the old you die.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: Thank her.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: Know that she did everything in her power to get you where you are now and thank her and love her and take the lessons, but leave the baggage because she cannot take you where you need to go next.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: She cannot be there if you actually want to embody the wild, fucking authentic version of yourself, the woman who you know you are put here to be.
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: You cannot bring the baggage if you truly want to become her.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: Okay, so your rebellious act for this episode is the she wouldn't list.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: I want you to write down five to ten things that the future version of yourself, this woman that you know you were put on this earth to be, this woman that you know you want to embody, what is it she wouldn't tolerate?
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: I want you to write down five to ten things, and then I want you to stop doing one this week.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: Just one.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: If you want to do two or three or more, then do.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: But just one thing.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: What is it that she wouldn't allow herself to tolerate anymore?
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: Actually, allow yourself to change, allow yourself to stop doing that, allow yourself to stop being disrespected, set a new boundary, embody the energy of your future self and actually show up like her.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: Allow that energy to take you forward into that next step to becoming her.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: Allow the old version of you to die so that you can embody the woman you know you're put on this earth to be.
