Um. So Judge render Um starts this case off by saying, UM,

They would not consider themselves friends. Okay. Now I'm unsure why Cat's not

Um, this is unimportant to the story, but it is. You know,

Now, Judge Render asks him, Hey, did you and Cat have

any flat rules about food and the refrigerator and whatnot? Did you and cat?

You mean the fat flatmateca And he's like no, but we had common

sense, like don't you know, eat each other's stuff, and you know

if you you know, I just asked him, you know. So they

had, you know, a good, good relationship. And so it's,

um, it's Daniel's birthday. And Daniel gets you know, from um his

other flatmates. There's another flat another flatmate. We don't know his name,

but his other flatmate got him a cake and so he didn't pay for the

cake himself. And a bottle of wine. Okay, okay um, And

Daniel makes it known that these were the only gifts that he got for his

birthday. Wow, the crowd goes, Oh, and he's a naked cleaner.

He's a naked So the next day, you know, he eats some

of the cake, he drinks some of the wine. He does okay,

he goes on his way and um, I you know what, I apologize.

He did not eat any other cake or drink any other wine. He

put it away. He was going to do his own own thing another night,

like partaking it. He liked knowing that they were there because they were

the only gifts that he got. The next day, um Seannie and Cats,

Yeah, have some friends over. They get drunk. They go into

the kitchen, they find cake, they find more wine. I mean they're

trunk, you know. And so they dive in to the cake and the

wine and they drank all the wine. Man. So the next day,

Daniel was not aware that this party was going to take place. Daniel was

gone. I think he was working naked cleaning as you didn't know that the

party was taking place. And he says, if I knew that there was

gonna be a party, I would have, you know, made it clear.

Of course, but he didn't know. He didn't know. So the

next day he goes, he opens up the fridge his only two gifts,

and his gifts are gone. So he texts cats flatmate cat and says,

Cat, did you eat my cake and drink my wine? Oh no it?

Cat says, yeah, so sorry, I'll buy you two bottles of

wine. She'll buy him two bottle, says that text that says that we

see it. She does not what. He's so upset about this, he

documented on Facebook. It's not as flatmate, and why is no one like

Daniel? So everyone's jealous of is, you know, success and documenting and

Shawnee's over there just being like, listen, I don't recall this evening at

all, but I can almost guarantee you if there was cake, we would

have eaten. I can't say for sure I did this, but it's more

than likely that I did it if it was there. Judge Render asks Daniel

how much are you suing for? How much are you asking for? And

he says, I'm asking for twenty eight dollars the amount of the cake and

the wine, so I can get myself another cake, kid bottle of wine.

Judge Render hits himself over the head again with his gavel, and he's

these situations. As much as I feel bad for Daniel, um, he

didn't buy the cake himself. He didn't now, Kat promised him in a

text message two bottles of wine. He's gonna get that. That's what he's

she's suing. He's say five much more, five large five k is what

he's countersuing for Catherine. I thought for sure that though she'd be suing you

is a cool ten times what the suit is for. So Catherine starts and

says, I'm in college. I have a younger sister named Rachel. I

found out that her and Arnold were dating, and they're four years apart.

She still in high school, Arnold was in college. It was a little

weird creepy, but I didn't push it. I didn't know Arnold's super well,

but I kind of knew him. Um and what how how Old was

the sister. The best that I can gather is it's like a seventeen to

twenty one situation. But she saw in high school. Yes, so maybe

eighteen, maybe eighteen. We don't know, we're gonna we're gonna hope four

he's in college, blah blah blah. So I was coming out of

college one day, coming out of school, it's what she says, of

course, And there was a parking lot and I see Arnold's car in the

parking lot. I know it's his car. It's a very distinct car.

No, Arnold Carl. It's the windows are foggy and the car's shaking a

little bit in the daylight. Arnolds, We'll get to that. So she

says, I approached the car and I saw through the back window that he

was making out with another girl, and so I took out my phone and

began taking pictures. I love it. This is good to my sister.

Yes. Raw stops right there and says, uh, okay uh. He

turns over to Arnold and says, so, miss Hogan here says that you

were engaging in some activity with another young lady in the car, and Arnold

says activity. Yes, I was talking to Tessa. I have Tessa with

me in the courtroom. And Raw says, all right, come on up,

Tessa. Her name is Tessa Lassa Reno. Yeah, and Tessa says,

I was in the vehicle with Arnold. We were going through books and

brochures. We were looking at intermural sports that Arnold would would like to maybe

partaken, and Arnold says, yeah, I was a high school athlete.

I really wanted to get into intermural sports. They were they were looking,

you know, they were sitting in the back seat of Arnold's car, looking

at h at intermural sports when when you were burning through turning pages it fogs

up the car where quick, quick, so quickly in a real sports intramural,

not at the collegiate level, just for funzies, intermural uh and Boss

Ross calls that out. He says, come out, a car's moving foggy.

Arnold said, no, no, no, no, I don't recall

any of that being the case, there's a simple fix here, Dan,

do we have the pictures? Son of a god, what are we doing.

There's a reason we'll get there. So he says, okay, so

you're you're just looking at brochures, so clearly you saw her taking pictures.

And he said, well, the flash is what drew my attention. And

Ross says during the daytime, and he says, yes, she had a

flash on She's crazy. You're on her. She's crazy. Having a flash,

she's crazy, she's during the day, she's crazy, does not make

a picture today and the flash goes off and he're like, why is the

the car and demanded she give me her phone so I could delete the pictures.

I didn't know where the pictures would end up, and I wasn't comfortable

with that. What do you what do you mean? It's you We're looking

through brochures. So we'll get there. Um. Catherine interrupts him when he

says I got out of the car and demanded and she said more like guy

out of the car screaming and yelling. And Ross says, miss Hogan,

he's called you crazy, all right. Do you know what crazy is?

Yeah, interrupting in Boss Ross's courtroom, That's what crazy, all right?

And she's like, OK, I know he's he's still getting his footing.

So he goes back to Arnold Um and Tessa speaks up, and Tessa said,

well, we didn't see who was taking the pictures. We just saw

a camera and an arm and the flash. And he got out of the

car and he saw who it was. And once he saw who it was,

then they started arguing. Uh, and she started calling me all kinds

of names and this is her quote, not mind. She started calling me

the H word, the B word, and a skank. So to Tessa,

and I want to make sure we get this clear. That's horror,

right, horror, yeah, h H H word would be ho horror has

got a W in front, right, I would. I didn't even think

of how I was going to say that she not know how to spell horror.

But more importantly than that, the H word is closer to the B

word than skank, clearly because she said the word skank. She said the

H word, the B word stank. That's the thing she was calling her.

That's what she says. And I got offended by that because she doesn't

he says, well, she kept backing away from me, and I approached

her and she ran away, so I chased after her. Okay, bas

Ross goes, Okay, so now you're chasing a crazy woman. You think

this woman is crazy and harassing you, and so your response is to chase

her, not because the pictures are a problem, but because you just think

she's crazy. And you don't want those pictures getting out. You're chasing her,

and he said, uh. Tessa then says Tessa pipes up Tessa lesser

Reno and says, your honor, he wasn't chasing and she said, And

Boss Raws says he can speak for himself. He's a grown man. And

she says, I'm just saying he wasn't chasing her. He was chasing the

phone. And Ross goes, he was chasing a phone, and Tessa says

yes, And he says, now that's crazy. That's the thing that's crazy,

is chasing a phone. He was chasing her. She had the phone,

she's running. Phone wasn't running. He was chasing her. Go ahead,

great. So Catherine says, he tackled me to the ground and the phone

broke. Oh gosh, and Ross goes, ah, there's that high school

athletes. It's a great bit. Uh. He He's like, I didn't

tackle he blah blah blah. He said, well, how did the phone

break? She said, well, we were tussling at first, he were

fighting. He grabbed my hand and the phone flung through the air. It

broke and then he wrestled me to the ground. Can we just he was

clearly making out a test in the backseat. Right this if not this,

this is the overreaction of the century. Well let me throw one little in

there for you. She in her testimony, says she was able to get

one picture sent to her sister. Great ball. Shross is like, great,

where's the picture? And Catherine says, I don't have the picture.

He says, you know you're coming to court. You know this about pictures.

to threaten us that he was going to take action against us. He claimed

that we had distributed the pictures everywhere. We hadn't. He was threatening us,

and so I deleted all the pictures so he would stop bothering us.

want to say this. If you are taking someone's picture without their permission outside

Arnold's the worst because Arnold had all this time to come up with an excuse

Ross says. The issue of your countersuit of harassment is it only holds

merit if there's truth to her craziness, if you can prove that she actually

is crazy and harassing you. The problem is is Rachel, her sister saw

a picture and immediately broke up with you. So there was something on that

picture that was worthy of her saying I'm not gonna date you anymore, which

means there's no validity to your countersuit, and there is validity to the story

the story even though we don't see the pictures, it's incriminating enough that she

broke up with you. Your countersuit is dismissed. And here's the thing.

Yeah, she shouldn't been taking pictures of you in the car. You gotta

be careful these days everything on the internet, But you cannot chase someone down
