• 1:03
morning, today I'm talking to you about a popular
• 1:05
Italian songwriter, considered one of the main
• 1:08
masters of our music. Yet, at the beginning,
• 1:12
Vasco Rossi was persecuted by a series of not
• 1:15
very lucky events, which contributed to increase
• 1:18
its popularity. At the beginning, almost in 1980,
• 1:21
In 1982, in anticipation of conquering the national
• 1:23
rivalry, Vasco Rossi participated in the Sanremo
• 1:26
Festival with Vado al Massimo arriving last.
• 1:29
The song achieved a great sales success. The
• 1:46
next year, the singer of Zocca, in the province
• 1:48
of Modena, brought us back to life, but even
• 1:50
this time the audience did not like it, placing
• 1:52
the song in the penultimate place. However, the
• 2:02
record went bankrupt in the music shops. To find
• 2:05
an even more glamorous event in the stellar career
• 2:07
of Vasco Rossi, however, you have to take a step
• 2:09
back until 1981, that is the year of his fourth
• 2:13
album, Siamo Solo Noi. Che non ci sappiamo limitare
• 2:33
il brano che dal titolo al disco siamo solo noi

all the typical characteristics of success from

the beach. It was precisely for this reason,
• 3:46
in fact, that the team of Vasco Rossi decided
• 3:48
to replace the copies of Siamo Solo Noi with
• 3:50
the festival bar cap on top, intended for jukeboxes.

it again in 1983 when he won with Bollicini.
• 4:13
In 1980, however, Vasco Rossi took the victory
• 4:15
on the Festival Bar with a concert all exausted

in Verona, just before the final of the summer
