A Fairfield County man, Patrick Smith, just got indicted on ten serious felony charges—including five counts of importuning and five of illegal use of a minor—after an undercover sting operation caught him texting a 13-year-old online and planning to meet up for sex. The operation, triggered by The Decoy Project, led deputies to arrest him at Brooks Park near Buckeye Lake on July 8.
