- Sarahn: Hello, beautiful people. Today is August the 16th, and today's calendar challenge is practice manifestation. Mmm, I know manifestation is one of those spiritual words where some people, based on their religion, may resist manifestation. They're like, Well, what is that? What am I what am I giving the power to? You are giving the power to your brain, your brain wires. thousands, millions of thoughts all the time, whether you're tapped into them or not. And what manifestation does is it creates new pathways for you to believe, for you to live in the present moment of what can be. How powerful is it to see what you want out of life, to dream what you dream and to believe that it can be yours and putting words behind it. Words have so much power. There's power in the tongue. And when we say, I am happy, I am fulfilled, my children are healthy. I have the dream job that I want, and to envision what that job looks like. Envision your healthy children. Envision your financial freedom, your time freedom, your energy freedom. Whatever it is that you want, you can envision it and you can put power behind it with your words. You can wire your brain to believe. That your reality is what you want and need it to be. And as a result, your life, your actions, your energy will move in the direction of that thing. And that is simply what manifestation is. It is allowing your life to catch up to your dreams. Ooh, come on now. Come on, somebody. Yes. And as a Christian myself, I don't allow my beliefs in Christ and my religious practices to stop me from manifesting because I know that the brain that God gave me is a brain that is powerful enough to manifest the good, to manifest a closer relationship with my God. And if you have a different God than me, that's okay too. That's okay. Whatever it is for you. Believe it for you and speak life into it. That is what manifestation is. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
