- 0:55Speaker 1: Put a bow on it. That's the end of the year, baby.
- 1:01Speaker 1: In the books. That's it. Wrap it up. They used
- 1:11Speaker 1: to have a fella in our neighborhood when I was
- 1:13Speaker 1: growing up and he had affliction. Nobody knew what he had.
- 1:21Speaker 1: And his daddy kind of had it. Whatever his daddy had,
- 1:26Speaker 1: his daddy you know, it got worse when he had it.
- 1:32Speaker 1: When he was born, I'm like, damn, he's got it.
- 1:35Speaker 1: And I remember at the holidays, they'd put a bow
- 1:37Speaker 1: on him. Put a big bow on him and let
- 1:41Speaker 1: him be out in the yard and let him pick
- 1:44Speaker 1: up some of the driveway gravel, make wishes on it,
- 1:50Speaker 1: and throw it over to, um, over the fence over
- 1:53Speaker 1: there by their house. But, um, What are we talking about?
- 1:59Speaker 1: Good to see everyone. Merry Christmas to you. Merry Christmas
- 2:04Speaker 1: to you. Happy holidays. Happy Black Christmas. I know that
- 2:07Speaker 1: there's some people celebrate that Black Christmas. I don't remember
- 2:10Speaker 1: what it's called and I don't want to offend anyone.
- 2:13Speaker 1: But that, you know what I'm saying? That chocolate. That
- 2:16Speaker 1: chocolate Christmas, baby. That Hershey's Christmas. You know what I'm saying?
- 2:24Speaker 1: Get buck. Get buck. And they got all the Christmases.
- 2:32Speaker 1: And everybody, happy Christmas, merry Christmas to you. And the
- 2:37Speaker 1: end of the year is here. I can't believe it.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I can't believe that we got the end of the
- 2:44Speaker 1: year already. I just remember everything was kind of, it
- 2:49Speaker 1: was a crazy year. It started off, you know, shit
- 2:52Speaker 1: was weird. And then things got kind of trans or whatever.
- 2:55Speaker 1: And then suddenly it's Christmas. And here we are. We
- 3:01Speaker 1: have some great Christmas music, too. I want to just
- 3:03Speaker 1: take a second so we can hear a couple of
- 3:05Speaker 1: these tunes. So we have them and just put us
- 3:08Speaker 1: in the mood right here today. At the end of
- 3:11Speaker 1: 2024 right here, let's hear a little something. And that's
- 3:27Speaker 1: Christmas Bells by Mike Franklin. And that's that autism Christmas, baby.
- 3:34Speaker 1: That Christism, baby. Let's hear a little more of it.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Santa's coming. Hello. Santa. Santa. China. And that's a little
- 4:00Speaker 1: bit of Asian Christmas too. That's that Bobby Lee lunch whistle, baby.
- 4:05Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? That's that Bobby Lee mating
- 4:07Speaker 1: call right there. And you can see Bobby Lee just
- 4:18Speaker 1: looking up in the distance behind a big stack of,
- 4:23Speaker 1: like a big rice wall or something. Boy. You can
- 4:29Speaker 1: see him looking up. And that's beautiful there right there.
- 4:36Speaker 1: It's called Christmas Bells by Mike Franklin. And you got
- 4:42Speaker 1: to love music this time of year. It's something that
- 4:44Speaker 1: really keeps you together, keeps your mind together. I'll put
- 4:49Speaker 1: on a song sometimes if I can't, you know, if
- 4:53Speaker 1: I can't handle shit all day, I'll put on a song.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And I'll put a pacifier in my ass and just
- 4:58Speaker 1: pray to God. Brother, let's hear one more song here.
- 5:02Speaker 1: This is called Christmas Wonders by Howard Harper Barnes. Amen.
- 5:22Speaker 1: And this sounds like rich people driving to shop or whatever,
- 5:25Speaker 1: you know, and they're the kid has clean hair, you know,
- 5:30Speaker 1: and the kid has clean hair and has a lunch
- 5:33Speaker 1: that has a lunchbox that has actual lunch in it.
- 5:36Speaker 1: You know, I remember my lunchbox, sometimes it would just
- 5:39Speaker 1: have a little piece of paper in there. It's a
- 5:41Speaker 1: fuck you on it, you know, and then a piece
- 5:45Speaker 1: of silverware in that bitch too. So it'd make a,
- 5:47Speaker 1: you know, it'd make that sound, that very industrial sound.
- 5:51Speaker 1: When you were running with it, you would hear the
- 5:53Speaker 1: silverware in there and then you'd nice piece of paper
- 5:57Speaker 1: in there or something like, get fucked! You know, or
- 6:00Speaker 1: something like that. Inside of it. Let's hear a little
- 6:04Speaker 1: bit more. Oh, we are rich. We have gas in
- 6:17Speaker 1: our car. It's a Volvo. Late for the store. The mall.
- 6:23Speaker 1: It's closing.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Ha ha.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Let's get some steak for the kids. We're rich. Are
- 6:34Speaker 1: we almost out of gas? Fuck no, we're not. We're rich.
- 6:39Speaker 1: That's what that reminds me of. Rich people going to
- 6:42Speaker 1: the mall with their clean hair and shit. And their
- 6:45Speaker 1: kids or whatever. That ain't the kind of... Our shit
- 6:50Speaker 1: was just like Jingle Bells.
- 6:52Speaker 3: You'd have some guy out there fucking smoking Jingle Bells.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Then he'd throw a throw a fucking uh and he'd
- 7:04Speaker 1: throw a fucking mill of light against the wall he'd
- 7:07Speaker 1: be like where's your mother where's your fucking mother he'd
- 7:14Speaker 1: be like mom who is that mom is that Santa
- 7:18Speaker 1: he'd be like no that's your and it would be
- 7:20Speaker 1: your dad or your stepdad or the mechanic who y'all
- 7:24Speaker 1: owed money to Dude, I remember the mechanic, one time
- 7:28Speaker 1: we owed him something. He came and got that bitch
- 7:31Speaker 1: right back off the car, bro. I don't know if
- 7:33Speaker 1: it was a damn spark plug or it was a
- 7:35Speaker 1: motor joint or whatever. It was a damn clevis clamp
- 7:39Speaker 1: or something for a steering pendulum. And he came and
- 7:42Speaker 1: pulled that bitch right out of there, dude. Yeah, that
- 7:46Speaker 1: car barely worked after that. You had to turn the
- 7:47Speaker 1: radio up to get it to go left. Every time
- 7:52Speaker 1: that if you wanted that bitch to go left, you
- 7:54Speaker 1: had to fucking crank up some Aerosmith. And pray. Two
- 7:58Speaker 1: people had to be praying in the back. It ran
- 8:02Speaker 1: on four hands power. You had to have four hands
- 8:06Speaker 1: pushed together, praying straight to God. Crank up that Aerosmith. Bam, son.
- 8:11Speaker 1: 90 degree right turn. That's how we did it back then.
- 8:16Speaker 1: And that's what that song reminds me of. That's Christmas
- 8:18Speaker 1: Wonders by Howard Harper Barnes. Beautiful tune there to get
- 8:24Speaker 1: you ready for the holidays. Let me see what else
- 8:28Speaker 1: we got here. Here's one right now. And this is
- 8:33Speaker 1: Christmas in the Club. Let's hear it. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Prancer.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Prancer.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Prancer. In this bitch. Dancer. On this shit. Reindeer. On Pluto.
- 9:14Speaker 1: On Ricky. On Mario. On DeAndre. In the club. We
- 9:25Speaker 1: all reindeer. That's a mildly urban tune, I believe, there.
- 9:33Speaker 1: And that's Christmas House Music by Dylan Stitz. All right,
- 9:38Speaker 1: and we may have one more Christmas tune here to
- 9:40Speaker 1: bring you guys into the world, bro. We got a
- 9:49Speaker 1: little something right here. And this is called Trap Beat
- 9:52Speaker 1: Christmas Past by Cushy.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Bring it up in my head, bro. Cushy. Snowfall, bitch. Mop, mop, mop, mop, mop, mop, mop, mop. Mop, mop, mop, mop.
- 10:19Speaker 1: All the way!
- 10:20Speaker 2: Ooh!
- 10:22Speaker 4: Rocky!
- 10:23Speaker 3: Rocky! Got that cock on him!
- 10:49Speaker 1: And that is Trap Beat Christmas passed by Cushy with
- 10:54Speaker 1: a little bit of ensemble in the background. I added
- 10:56Speaker 1: some vocals there. That was Rocky got that cock on
- 10:59Speaker 1: him at the end. And everybody remembers a fella I
- 11:03Speaker 1: grew up with, his son Rocky. And he was mentally,
- 11:11Speaker 1: he was just, well, he wasn't mentally. He was unmental or,
- 11:15Speaker 1: you know, he just, his shit was kind of, You know,
- 11:21Speaker 1: he was that fucking, he was just the Lord's side item.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And he, uh, he, uh, but he had that thing
- 11:27Speaker 1: on him. Maybe he had that piece. He had that
- 11:30Speaker 1: fricking Draco on him. Boy, Rocky got that cock on him.
- 11:35Speaker 1: And I remember one year around the holidays, everybody was
- 11:37Speaker 1: just shocked at the, uh, at the size of the
- 11:41Speaker 1: stump on that beautiful young fella. Even his father, even
- 11:47Speaker 1: his father was, and that's what it's, That's what it's
- 11:51Speaker 1: all about. What's going on?
- 11:53Speaker 5: Sorry.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Don't know what I'm talking about. We're in the Christmas
- 11:57Speaker 1: time of year, and I want to thank everybody who's
- 12:02Speaker 1: just listened to the podcast this year and made a
- 12:04Speaker 1: part to be a part of it. We've had the
- 12:10Speaker 1: most successful year as a podcast, depending on what you
- 12:17Speaker 1: determine success by, but We've had the most prolific year,
- 12:21Speaker 1: I think, you know, and that's a blessing just to
- 12:23Speaker 1: have it like that. And what's going on today? I
- 12:30Speaker 1: got to go over to Vanderbilt University over there with
- 12:33Speaker 1: Coach Clark Lee and hang out with some of the
- 12:38Speaker 1: players over there and watch them practice. They got a
- 12:41Speaker 1: beautiful facility, you know, and it was just, you know,
- 12:45Speaker 1: I felt lucky to be in the building. This is
- 12:47Speaker 1: an SEC football school and. just to watch them go
- 12:50Speaker 1: and just how it all– they have like the different
- 12:53Speaker 1: periods for when like the teams switch and practice different
- 12:59Speaker 1: parts of the game plan and different formats and everything
- 13:05Speaker 1: in a football format. And just to witness all of
- 13:10Speaker 1: that was pretty awesome. You know, and just to be
- 13:14Speaker 1: in Nashville as that team is building and putting– Really
- 13:17Speaker 1: just putting that anchor down, baby. This was the year
- 13:19Speaker 1: that they really kind of, I think, put that stamp
- 13:22Speaker 1: win on the program. And just a great season over there.
- 13:27Speaker 1: So that was great. Just to get to do that.
- 13:30Speaker 1: And I wish them the best over there against Georgia Tech.
- 13:35Speaker 1: With Diego Pavia. That Latino Ninja. And that guy just,
- 13:45Speaker 1: you know. He is one of a kind, man. And
- 13:48Speaker 1: that whole team, it's just they got a family over there.
- 13:51Speaker 1: And so I think that's what I like the most
- 13:52Speaker 1: is being able to be around a group of people. And,
- 13:55Speaker 1: you know, as you get older and as life changes,
- 13:57Speaker 1: you don't get a lot of groups like that. You
- 14:00Speaker 1: don't get a lot of team like that in your
- 14:02Speaker 1: life as much. So I think, you know, even just
- 14:06Speaker 1: to get to see that and be around it for
- 14:07Speaker 1: just like we went over there for maybe an hour
- 14:09Speaker 1: and a half or something. And, yeah, it was just.
- 14:14Speaker 1: It was cool, man. I'm not trying to brag about
- 14:16Speaker 1: it or anything, but I just thought it was just cool.
- 14:22Speaker 1: So thankful to them. What's been happening in the world?
- 14:27Speaker 1: We got a couple of things. People right here, it
- 14:29Speaker 1: says New Jersey drones.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Oh, God.
- 14:33Speaker 1: What is this? They got a call that came in
- 14:35Speaker 1: about it. Let's hear this. What is it? Onward.
- 14:40Speaker 5: Hey, Theo, what's up?
- 14:41Speaker 1: What's up, brother? Thanks for calling. What's up, brother?
- 14:45Speaker 5: Just wanted to call, ask what you think about the
- 14:49Speaker 5: drones in New Jersey. Just wanted to hear your thoughts
- 14:53Speaker 5: on that, and have a good day.
- 14:55Speaker 1: The drones in New Jersey, yeah, I've seen it.
- 14:58Speaker 3: People are like, look, hey, Samantha, get the fuck out,
- 15:03Speaker 3: get out of here.
- 15:04Speaker 1: She's breastfeeding some little Rutgers fan or whatever.
- 15:07Speaker 3: And he's like, Samantha, get the fuck, get out of here.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Put your tits away and get out of here. The drone,
- 15:15Speaker 3: they got the drones.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Some guy's got fucking salami grease in his eyes. He
- 15:21Speaker 1: can't even see that good. He's all fucking just dead.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Geeked up on Mortadella or whatever. Like, yeah, yeah. Hey, Frankie,
- 15:32Speaker 1: you seeing these drones? And people saying they're from Africa online.
- 15:38Speaker 1: African drones. They'd be paper airplanes, bro. Africa ain't making
- 15:44Speaker 1: no drones, bro. They making soup. They're dealing with different issues,
- 15:50Speaker 1: grassroots issues over there. You know, them ain't Zambian drones
- 15:55Speaker 1: over there. It's probably people like, it's aliens, you know.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I don't care what it is. I don't care. Dude,
- 16:01Speaker 1: if it's aliens, good. Y'all keep talking about them bitches
- 16:05Speaker 1: every week. Bring them on. I hope it is something
- 16:11Speaker 1: from another world. Hopefully it's coming to help the Jets,
- 16:13Speaker 1: whatever it is. That's all it is. Hopefully whatever them drones,
- 16:18Speaker 1: I hope they go straight over there. And help the
- 16:23Speaker 1: Jets over there. Because they could use some support, I
- 16:26Speaker 1: know that. The New York Jets could use a damn
- 16:30Speaker 1: drone or something. On defense, they need it. But yeah,
- 16:38Speaker 1: that's what people are saying, that the drones over there.
- 16:40Speaker 4: Hey!
- 16:42Speaker 1: Gina, get out of here! Gina's inside. She's finishing off
- 16:46Speaker 1: a tattoo. She's getting a tattoo on her arm, a fucking,
- 16:50Speaker 1: you know, she finally gets like the third character from
- 16:54Speaker 1: fucking Boondock Saints or something on her arm. Or it's
- 16:59Speaker 1: some chick from Marist, you know, with a jersey, Mike's brassiere,
- 17:03Speaker 1: you know. She's nine mint juleps into the slot and
- 17:08Speaker 1: she's figuring things out. It's the drones. You know, I just,
- 17:16Speaker 1: you know, it's probably one of those frats just dropping
- 17:21Speaker 1: pills into people's drinks. That's the way, that's how they're
- 17:24Speaker 1: doing it now, ladies. It's the drones. It's probably some
- 17:29Speaker 1: pike with a remote on his phone. So I don't know.
- 17:41Speaker 1: That's what's going on out there. but yeah, that's what's
- 17:47Speaker 1: happening in my world today. That's kind of it. You know,
- 17:51Speaker 1: the years happen so fast. I feel, um, like I'm
- 17:55Speaker 1: not getting enough time to prepare to be, uh, to
- 18:00Speaker 1: do it. You know, it's almost like you want to
- 18:01Speaker 1: finish everything off and do everything. And, and then I
- 18:05Speaker 1: got to remember, you know, you can only do what
- 18:06Speaker 1: you can, right. You can only do what you can. And,
- 18:12Speaker 1: Instead of trying to make it to five houses in
- 18:15Speaker 1: one day on Christmas or Christmas Eve, make it to
- 18:18Speaker 1: two or three and spend some quality time there. And say, hey,
- 18:23Speaker 1: next year I'll come and see you guys. Or I'll
- 18:25Speaker 1: see you at Easter. Or I'll see you here. Or
- 18:28Speaker 1: I'll see you the day after. Sometimes we try to
- 18:33Speaker 1: stack everything on the one day. Yeah, so that's what's
- 18:38Speaker 1: happening today. Um, that's some, what else is happening in
- 18:41Speaker 1: the news? London's Christmas tree this year is pathetic, this says.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Let me see. Ooh, that bitch. Dang, boy. London. The
- 18:53Speaker 1: bridge is falling, dude. That bitch gonna fall as well, baby. Gosh. Man,
- 18:59Speaker 1: that thing looks like it got too many vaccines, brother.
- 19:03Speaker 1: That thing, wow. London, y'all didn't... You guys must have
- 19:09Speaker 1: given all your money to foreign countries as well, brother.
- 19:13Speaker 1: That thing barely lit up. That thing missing some branches.
- 19:18Speaker 1: A bird wouldn't land in that, bitch. I know that.
- 19:22Speaker 1: You'd be lucky to find maybe a penguin roll up
- 19:25Speaker 1: under it. But I bet you couldn't find 60 birds
- 19:29Speaker 1: that would live in that, bitch. That thing looks like
- 19:31Speaker 1: Section 8 for swans over there. You're missing some branches
- 19:35Speaker 1: on it.
- 19:37Speaker 5: Shoof.
- 19:38Speaker 1: That looks like when you get one of those haircuts
- 19:39Speaker 1: at one of those schools. You ever been to like
- 19:41Speaker 1: the school where they cut it? And they have the
- 19:44Speaker 1: person up front it's his first time he's like it's
- 19:46Speaker 1: like a school it's a hair school they had it
- 19:48Speaker 1: in our town when I was young and for 50
- 19:51Speaker 1: cents they cut your hair or they cut it for
- 19:54Speaker 1: free if you fucking walked in there they didn't give
- 19:57Speaker 1: a shit they was just happy to let any practice
- 20:01Speaker 1: on it right you come out that bitch looking like
- 20:02Speaker 1: a damn guy everybody you get like a six-year-old lesbian
- 20:07Speaker 1: I don't care what she was a male female B. Shawn, anything.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I don't care if you was Australian Shepherd, you'd look
- 20:14Speaker 1: like a damn six-year-old lesbian in there. They'd put damn
- 20:19Speaker 1: sideburns right on the front of your head. They didn't
- 20:24Speaker 1: know what they was doing in there. I think it
- 20:27Speaker 1: was an Aveda Roberts or something it was called. Aveda
- 20:30Speaker 1: Roberts Hair Cafe or whatever. You'd go in there 50 cents.
- 20:35Speaker 1: And it was some dude, he'd been a substitute teacher
- 20:38Speaker 1: Three weeks earlier at my school. And now he's in here.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And he's shaking hands, you know. Hi, I'm, you know,
- 20:46Speaker 1: I'm Reginald or whatever. And he changed his name and
- 20:49Speaker 1: it's Reginald. Bitch, you're Reginald. All right, I don't know.
- 20:54Speaker 1: You know, I'll pretend with you for 45 seconds, but
- 20:57Speaker 1: you're Reginald from social studies, sir. And then he'd try
- 21:03Speaker 1: to trim your shit up or whatever. He'd take you,
- 21:06Speaker 1: they'd wash your hair. dude who try to fucking drown
- 21:09Speaker 1: you in there drown you in the sink for 50
- 21:13Speaker 1: cents you barely make it out that bitch dude just
- 21:17Speaker 1: scary to be a part of some of that shit
- 21:19Speaker 1: what were we talking about trevin you remember the london
- 21:22Speaker 1: christmas tree oh yeah so i can relate to you
- 21:26Speaker 1: know not getting what you pay for there london or
- 21:29Speaker 1: getting what you pay for you know that's what you
- 21:32Speaker 1: get baby What else do we have? Pornhub will block
- 21:36Speaker 1: access for Floridians on January 1st. And I say this,
- 21:40Speaker 1: you know, I applaud this. I have friends that work
- 21:44Speaker 1: in pornography or that do it and stuff like that,
- 21:47Speaker 1: and that's fine. This is not a judgment against any
- 21:49Speaker 1: of those people or any people that are involved in
- 21:51Speaker 1: sex work. But no one in Florida will be able
- 21:56Speaker 1: to access Pornhub, the most trafficked pornography website in the world,
- 21:59Speaker 1: as of January 1st. And honestly, I think that it's good.
- 22:03Speaker 1: You know, I think watching porno has, it's not, it's,
- 22:12Speaker 1: it makes, for me, it makes a lot of shame
- 22:13Speaker 1: inside of me. Anytime I'm busting myself out or just,
- 22:19Speaker 1: you know, or, you know, doing, you know, anytime I'm just,
- 22:24Speaker 1: you know, just LARPing that fricking ranger or whatever, or
- 22:30Speaker 1: just making my body talk and do just, Anytime I'm
- 22:37Speaker 1: doing pornography, I don't feel good about myself. That's the truth.
- 22:42Speaker 1: I don't feel good about myself. It makes me feel ashamed,
- 22:45Speaker 1: kind of. It makes me feel weak. It makes me
- 22:48Speaker 1: feel ashamed of myself. And those aren't ways that I
- 22:52Speaker 1: want to feel. And I believe it takes away, because
- 22:57Speaker 1: I've seen this happen with so many of my friends
- 23:01Speaker 1: and myself. I think it takes away your desire to
- 23:05Speaker 1: connect with the opposite sex, you know, and then like
- 23:09Speaker 1: you go home and you don't have the energy for
- 23:11Speaker 1: your wife. You don't even have the attraction because you
- 23:13Speaker 1: you're basically just taking the attraction out of your body.
- 23:18Speaker 1: You know, God puts like magnets in our body or
- 23:20Speaker 1: mother nature, God or God, mother nature, whatever. She keeps
- 23:25Speaker 1: changing her name. I have no idea. But she's probably
- 23:29Speaker 1: just hiding, you know, trying to hide from the courts
- 23:31Speaker 1: or whatever. But she. and God or whatever, they put
- 23:35Speaker 1: like a magnet in your body and that creates the attraction.
- 23:41Speaker 1: So when I'm taking all my energy and I'm putting
- 23:43Speaker 1: it just into pornos on the internet or whatever, I'm
- 23:45Speaker 1: just giving all of my energy, my good, beautiful human
- 23:52Speaker 1: nature energy, I'm giving it away, you know? And then
- 23:58Speaker 1: it makes me feel ashamed. It makes me feel just,
- 24:01Speaker 1: it doesn't make me feel good. That's what I'll say.
- 24:03Speaker 1: And so I don't want to do that. And so
- 24:06Speaker 1: I'm glad that they're starting to crack down. And not
- 24:11Speaker 1: they're starting to, but we need some help. I think
- 24:15Speaker 1: that's what I think. I think we need some help. Yes,
- 24:18Speaker 1: people should be able to watch whatever they want or
- 24:20Speaker 1: look at whatever they want. But also, I don't think
- 24:23Speaker 1: we should just let things, everything just be available. I
- 24:29Speaker 1: don't think so. And some people might say, well, that's
- 24:33Speaker 1: like communism or something. I don't know. That's like a restriction.
- 24:35Speaker 1: That's fine. Look, I've watched enough porno to know that
- 24:44Speaker 1: you don't need it. Now, it's easy for me to
- 24:46Speaker 1: say because I got to see some of it. But,
- 24:48Speaker 1: you know, and I'll sit around a fire and tell
- 24:50Speaker 1: you what it was like if that's what you need.
- 24:53Speaker 1: But I'm happy. I think we need to go back
- 24:54Speaker 1: to the days of drawing. So you have to sneak in.
- 24:57Speaker 1: you know, sneak into your brother's room and sneak a
- 24:59Speaker 1: drawing of some cooter out from under a fucking aquarium.
- 25:02Speaker 1: And it's a little bit wet and it's got some
- 25:03Speaker 1: fish flakes on it or whatever on the, um, sketch,
- 25:08Speaker 1: but that's how you get it, you know? So I
- 25:12Speaker 1: think there needs to be a little more, more barrier
- 25:13Speaker 1: to entry, um, in the sex.
- 25:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:18Speaker 1: And look, that's how I feel about it. And that's
- 25:20Speaker 1: okay if you feel differently, but I've watched it have
- 25:23Speaker 1: an effect on my own life. And I, and I'm,
- 25:26Speaker 1: I'm glad it won't be as accessible, I think. And
- 25:30Speaker 1: that's okay if you feel differently. I'm not saying what
- 25:33Speaker 1: I feel is right. And that's okay. But I'm just
- 25:38Speaker 1: tired of like, I feel like it takes your masculinity.
- 25:40Speaker 1: It's trying to. And it's like these systems that use
- 25:45Speaker 1: these algorithms against us. It knows. It knows you're addicted
- 25:49Speaker 1: to it. So it's like I'm going to serve you
- 25:51Speaker 1: that addiction right here. And it is up to ourselves
- 25:54Speaker 1: to be able to prevent ourselves from looking at it.
- 25:57Speaker 1: I agree, but it's easier for me not to do
- 26:01Speaker 1: cocaine if somebody isn't just, if every time I open
- 26:04Speaker 1: my window, there's somebody not right there with some cocaine.
- 26:13Speaker 1: So that's all I'm saying. This episode is sponsored by PrizePix.

- 27:03Speaker 1: you choose individual players. That's how they do it. Each
- 27:07Speaker 1: player has a set projection and you choose more or
- 27:11Speaker 1: less than that set projection. It's simple. So for example,
- 27:15Speaker 1: if you think Tyrese Halliburton is going to score more
- 27:19Speaker 1: than 20 points, you'll choose that. While if you think
- 27:23Speaker 1: Nikola Jokic is going to score less than 16 rebounds.
- 27:28Speaker 1: You'll choose that. If you're smart with sports and you

- 30:20Speaker 1: we have here? Oh, people sent in some Cat Williamses
- 30:23Speaker 1: right here and people are finding them everywhere. And that's beautiful.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Let's see what they sent in for us. Because you
- 30:30Speaker 1: know I got my K-Dub out already. I got him
- 30:32Speaker 1: in the living room. That's my little angel. Oh, they
- 30:38Speaker 1: put this one right near the Barbies. This Cat Williams
- 30:41Speaker 1: trying to meet a white girl. Look at this one.
- 30:44Speaker 1: A Cat Williams somebody put. Gang, baby, that's one. And then, whoa, whoa.
- 30:51Speaker 1: This one off that scissor, baby. This one's been sipping, boy.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Wow.
- 30:55Speaker 5: Wow.
- 30:56Speaker 1: This one definitely on the clock, hiding at work. I've
- 30:59Speaker 1: seen this one before. Dang. This one off that Henny, baby. Damn, boy.
- 31:06Speaker 1: Let's see one right here. Oh, this one hiding, too.
- 31:10Speaker 1: I've seen this one at work, at lunch, hiding out
- 31:13Speaker 1: in between a couple boxes or whatever. And this one
- 31:17Speaker 1: got a little eight ball on him, too. What is that,
- 31:19Speaker 1: an eight ball? No, what is that thing called, Trevin?
- 31:24Speaker 5: Snow globe?
- 31:25Speaker 1: Snow Globe. Thank you. But yeah, and then this one
- 31:29Speaker 1: right here. Sketch sent me this one. There's one. And
- 31:32Speaker 1: that's Cat Williams and... That's Cat Williams and Cam Newton
- 31:39Speaker 1: hanging out. Right there. We caught them on the edge
- 31:44Speaker 1: of the store over there by the appliance area. Air conditioning, HVAC,
- 31:50Speaker 1: all that. So they over there mingling or whatever, talking shop. Okay,
- 31:56Speaker 1: what else we got? We got some more art. TikTok
- 32:00Speaker 1: is on the verge of getting banned. The Supreme Court
- 32:02Speaker 1: will hear arguments over the law that could ban TikTok
- 32:06Speaker 1: in the U.S. if it's not sold. Who's the owner
- 32:09Speaker 1: of TikTok? I want to see if he would come
- 32:10Speaker 1: on here. I think it's Chow Shane or something. I
- 32:15Speaker 1: think it's Chow Shane. Chow Zichu?
- 32:22Speaker 5: Shit.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Yeah, Xiao Zichu. Xiao Zichu. Yeah, we got to get
- 32:31Speaker 1: him in here because I want to know what the
- 32:32Speaker 1: truth is. And I would like to say to you,
- 32:34Speaker 1: Xiao Zichu, if you're willing to come on, maybe we
- 32:36Speaker 1: would love to have you in here just to learn
- 32:39Speaker 1: a little bit about it right here. The Supreme Court
- 32:41Speaker 1: said it will hear arguments next month over the constitutionality
- 32:43Speaker 1: of the federal law that could ban TikTok in the
- 32:46Speaker 1: United States if its Chinese parent company doesn't sell it.
- 32:52Speaker 1: The law enacted in April set a January 19th deadline
- 32:54Speaker 1: for TikTok to be sold or else face a ban
- 32:56Speaker 1: in the United States. The popular social media platform has
- 32:59Speaker 1: more than 170 million users in the U.S. The high
- 33:05Speaker 1: court will also hear arguments from content creators who rely
- 33:08Speaker 1: on the platform for income and some TikTok users. President-elect
- 33:12Speaker 1: Donald Trump, who once supported a ban but then pledged
- 33:14Speaker 1: during the campaign to save TikTok, has said his administration
- 33:17Speaker 1: would take a look at the situation. Trump met with
- 33:21Speaker 1: TikTok CEO Xiaozichu on Friday. The case pits free speech
- 33:29Speaker 1: rights against the government's stated aims of protecting national security.
- 33:33Speaker 1: The government ain't protecting national security. I think at this
- 33:35Speaker 1: point we can all recognize they don't really have our
- 33:40Speaker 1: security in their sights. You know what I'm saying? They'll
- 33:46Speaker 1: let anybody... They don't want somebody getting your information off TikTok,
- 33:50Speaker 1: but they'll let somebody just come across, willy-nilly come into
- 33:55Speaker 1: the country. Willy-nilly. And I say that only because we've
- 33:59Speaker 1: met with border patrol agents and that's the truth. There's no,
- 34:05Speaker 1: you can sugarcoat it any way you want. So I
- 34:08Speaker 1: don't believe that. I believe that they don't want people
- 34:13Speaker 1: sharing the truth about the genocide in Palestine, and that's
- 34:17Speaker 1: why that they're doing it. I believe that that's what
- 34:19Speaker 1: it is. And TikTok is one of those places where
- 34:23Speaker 1: people can still do that. And they want to own it.
- 34:28Speaker 1: They want to own it, dude.
- 34:30Speaker 5: Suppressing.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Yes, suppressing. Thank you so much. Yes. And I think, yeah,
- 34:35Speaker 1: I mean, and people say, thank you. And people say like, well,
- 34:42Speaker 1: we don't want China having our information. All these, every,
- 34:45Speaker 1: they all have our, what are they? I don't understand
- 34:47Speaker 1: sometimes what that means, you know? Like, what do you
- 34:50Speaker 1: have my information? I have like six pieces of information.
- 34:54Speaker 1: There's no way you don't have them. I've put them
- 34:57Speaker 1: into some of the probably shadiest sites on the web.
- 35:02Speaker 1: You got them. You know, I don't even, people have
- 35:06Speaker 1: our information. What do you, I'm scared they're going to
- 35:07Speaker 1: get my DoorDash order. They've got, they have our information.
- 35:14Speaker 1: So then it's just what don't they want us to see, right?
- 35:18Speaker 1: What don't they want us to see? Because if they
- 35:20Speaker 1: can control what we see, they'll control what we know
- 35:26Speaker 1: or what we believe, maybe.
- 35:27Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Do I sound crazy? I don't know. Doesn't matter. And
- 35:36Speaker 1: there's a difference between the TikTok in China and the
- 35:38Speaker 1: TikTok in USA. While both It says right here, while
- 35:41Speaker 1: both are owned by the same company, ByteDance, TikTok, and China,
- 35:45Speaker 1: called Douyin, Douyin, D-O-U-Y-I-N, Douyin, is significantly different from the
- 35:52Speaker 1: version available in America, with a much stricter focus on
- 35:56Speaker 1: child-friendly content, including educational videos and stricter time limits due
- 36:00Speaker 1: to stricter Chinese government regulations regarding online content for minors,
- 36:04Speaker 1: whereas the American version is considered more open and has
- 36:07Speaker 1: a wider variety of content, With less restrictions on viewing time.
- 36:14Speaker 1: It's more open as a wider variety. So I understand
- 36:17Speaker 1: like they want to keep like the Chinese government probably
- 36:20Speaker 1: keeps theirs more informative. And then, you know, America is
- 36:23Speaker 1: just we like the fat. We like the funny, you know,
- 36:26Speaker 1: just like we don't want to learn as much. It's
- 36:28Speaker 1: not as much of our nature. A lot of us,
- 36:31Speaker 1: you know, we're more tempted by the other stuff. And
- 36:35Speaker 1: so that's what we kind of consume and enjoy. Um,
- 36:40Speaker 1: but that seems like a crazy, but I just don't
- 36:43Speaker 1: buy the content that I just don't buy that. They're getting,
- 36:44Speaker 1: going to get our information. Are you going to get
- 36:47Speaker 1: my shoe size? My address in college or something? You know,
- 36:51Speaker 1: what are you going to get? What vitamins? I'm taking,
- 36:54Speaker 1: what are you going to get? That's what it's like.
- 36:58Speaker 1: You know, we don't, they're going to get our, what, what,
- 37:00Speaker 1: what information? I can't think of anything that I haven't
- 37:03Speaker 1: already put into a computer probably. So I think they
- 37:08Speaker 1: have our information. But what do I know, dude? I
- 37:09Speaker 1: don't fucking know, dude. I'll smoke a bag of my
- 37:13Speaker 1: own in nuts, homie. I don't give a shit, boy.
- 37:17Speaker 1: I will eat the fucking shingles off your house. Yeah,
- 37:22Speaker 1: I will. All right. What else do we have? We
- 37:26Speaker 1: got some calls that came in. Any more news? Oh,
- 37:28Speaker 1: Columbus Funeral Home, the first operating in America with a
- 37:31Speaker 1: liquor license. Columbus, Ohio, a north side funeral home. Could
- 37:37Speaker 1: soon serve mourners in a new way. Alcohol. Wow. Welcome
- 37:41Speaker 1: to Ireland. That's what we're talking about. Funerals. Evergreen Funeral
- 37:47Speaker 1: Cremation and Reception is set to open next year. They
- 37:50Speaker 1: apply for liquor license and could soon be serving people
- 37:53Speaker 1: during services. That's nice. The mission is to make the
- 37:57Speaker 1: process of a very difficult time a little easier. My
- 38:01Speaker 1: role in this position is to be kind of a
- 38:02Speaker 1: party planner for the dead. That's what Hunter Triplett, told WSYX.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Triplett wants to shed the business's reputation of being dark
- 38:11Speaker 1: and morbid by offering manageable prices and the option for
- 38:14Speaker 1: mourners to raise a toast to a lost loved one
- 38:17Speaker 1: with a bar. That's fair. Interesting. We will be serving
- 38:22Speaker 1: alcohol when people are on the premises and remain on
- 38:25Speaker 1: the premises. Yeah, because imagine that. Somebody leaves a funeral,
- 38:29Speaker 1: car accident, deceased. So these people are kind of.
- 38:34Speaker 1: I don't know what that's called double dipping or whatever.
- 38:37Speaker 1: It seems like it. So, but Hey, that's the kind
- 38:43Speaker 1: of America we should, you know, but we got to
- 38:46Speaker 1: ban Tik TOK cause it's getting your information. Um, what else? Oh,
- 38:54Speaker 1: New York considering special hotline just for CEOs to report
- 38:59Speaker 1: alleged threats to their safety after the Brian Thompson killing. Um,
- 39:05Speaker 1: For those of you who do not know it, Brian
- 39:08Speaker 1: Thompson was the matriarch or whatever. Brian Thompson, that's not
- 39:13Speaker 1: the right word. He was the CEO of United Healthcare,
- 39:18Speaker 1: I believe it's called. United Healthcare. He was gunned down
- 39:21Speaker 1: in the middle of Manhattan earlier this month. And so
- 39:28Speaker 1: New York Governor Kathy Hochul. is considering creating a special
- 39:31Speaker 1: hotline just for CEOs to report alleged threats to their safety.
- 39:36Speaker 1: A hotline. That sounds like some CEO is going to
- 39:41Speaker 1: call a hotline. I think they know now like they
- 39:45Speaker 1: should all they would all call it. Because it feels
- 39:48Speaker 1: like they just got they. There's no point in the hollering.
- 39:51Speaker 1: You got it. The threat to the safety is there.
- 39:55Speaker 1: You know, somebody had been popping off. Somebody pulled that
- 39:58Speaker 1: Draco out on somebody, you know, because they wouldn't do the,
- 40:02Speaker 1: you know, they was wrenching somebody's mother over to medical
- 40:07Speaker 1: bills and stuff. You knew it was going to happen,
- 40:10Speaker 1: I feel like. And I feel like this is where
- 40:13Speaker 1: we're starting to get in society where you're going to
- 40:16Speaker 1: start to see vigilantism. Now, some people can just say
- 40:20Speaker 1: it's murder. Some people can say it's vigilantism. You know,
- 40:25Speaker 1: and it could be both. That's the thing as well.
- 40:30Speaker 1: But you're just going to see at a certain point
- 40:33Speaker 1: that's going to happen. You know, you're seeing people take
- 40:38Speaker 1: things into their hands because institutions like the government or
- 40:43Speaker 1: won't do it. That's what you're starting to see. You're
- 40:46Speaker 1: seeing it everywhere. You know, you started to see it
- 40:50Speaker 1: during COVID when Dave Portanoy was handing, they were helping out,
- 40:57Speaker 1: they were helping out small businesses while the government, while
- 41:02Speaker 1: COVID people were, they were shutting them down. So you
- 41:05Speaker 1: started to see private people or regular people taking action
- 41:09Speaker 1: to do things that you would think that your government
- 41:13Speaker 1: would do, right? And I think at a certain point,
- 41:17Speaker 1: you would think that your government would keep you safe
- 41:19Speaker 1: from toxic insurance programs. And they aren't. Medical debt is
- 41:29Speaker 1: the leading cause of bankruptcy in America. So you think
- 41:35Speaker 1: about the stress and all that cause, it's horrible. It's horrible.
- 41:39Speaker 1: But meanwhile, we have billions of dollars to give somewhere else.
- 41:43Speaker 1: It's just fucking people are sick of things. And then
- 41:46Speaker 1: you start to see people take things into their own
- 41:48Speaker 1: hands that their government should be doing for them. So
- 41:53Speaker 1: how do you guys feel about vigilantism or, you know,
- 41:56Speaker 1: is that a crazy thing to say? I mean, obviously
- 41:59Speaker 1: it is murder. It is a crime. So that is
- 42:01Speaker 1: no doubt. But sometimes there are crimes that people do
- 42:08Speaker 1: because they don't there's no choice. You know, we give
- 42:16Speaker 1: that excuse when people rob a Shoney's or whatever. Or
- 42:22Speaker 1: you rob a Taco Vespa or whatever. Some guy's selling
- 42:30Speaker 1: fucking Mexican off of the back of a damn bird
- 42:34Speaker 1: scooter or whatever. Some fucking lime, some fucking little lime monster.
- 42:39Speaker 1: You know, slinging that shit, homies. You know, slinging that shit.
- 42:45Speaker 1: But anyway, I'm fucking rambling. I think I'm getting a
- 42:46Speaker 1: little bit into the news. But I'm just interested. What
- 42:49Speaker 1: do you guys think about vigilantism? Do you think this
- 42:52Speaker 1: is just murder? Do you think that we're going to
- 42:55Speaker 1: see more of that as time goes on? Yeah, because
- 42:59Speaker 1: at some point, if something bends enough, the fucking shit's
- 43:02Speaker 1: going to start to get weird. And I like weird shit.
- 43:06Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? I like weird shit, bro.
- 43:10Speaker 1: I've been involved in some misconnections with the devil, brother.
- 43:17Speaker 1: But I love how the government thinks a hotline is
- 43:20Speaker 1: going to help. Bitch, that's the same thing you gave
- 43:23Speaker 1: to people that were having problems with the insurance company
- 43:26Speaker 1: in the first place. You gave them a call a hotline. Motherfucker,
- 43:34Speaker 1: his mom, your mom's mom's been on hold with insurance
- 43:38Speaker 1: for two hours. Now she got to call another hotline
- 43:41Speaker 1: to complain about it. Get fucked. That's what I say, bro.
- 43:47Speaker 1: That's what I say. And when people start to realize
- 43:52Speaker 1: the truth, bro, shit gets, that's wild. That's what I say, man. Damn,
- 43:59Speaker 1: this shit got me agitated. And I'm between insurance companies
- 44:03Speaker 1: right now, so I better calm down, dude. And that's
- 44:05Speaker 1: the truth. I think my new policy goes in on
- 44:07Speaker 1: the first or whatever. So anyway, let's get to some calls, man.
- 44:11Speaker 1: Sorry I've been rambling. I know I've been kind of
- 44:13Speaker 1: vocal about shit, but maybe I'm not sorry. I don't
- 44:16Speaker 1: know what I'm doing, dude. I don't know. It's been
- 44:18Speaker 1: a long year, and shit does make me agitated sometimes.
- 44:21Speaker 1: I've had three coffees today, you know. I watched a
- 44:25Speaker 1: SEC team play football. I'm feeling hyped. We got a
- 44:33Speaker 1: video call in right here that came in. As always,
- 44:36Speaker 1: the hotline is 985-664-9500. And you can submit videos as
- 44:42Speaker 1: well through the websites. Here we go.
- 44:45Speaker 6: You want potty?
- 44:46Speaker 5: And what do you say after that?
- 44:48Speaker 1: Gang, gang. Gang, gang. Maybe there's a young kid right there.
- 44:53Speaker 1: And if he potties or whatever, if he does pissing
- 44:55Speaker 1: or does booty work, they let him say gang, gang.
- 44:59Speaker 1: And that's beautiful. Praise God. Good to see these young fellas.
- 45:04Speaker 1: Right here.
- 45:08Speaker 4: What up, Theo?
- 45:09Speaker 5: My name is Dallas.
- 45:11Speaker 1: What's up, Dallas? Good to see, good to hear you, brother.
- 45:14Speaker 1: Let's hear more.
- 45:15Speaker 5: I'm driving home right now. What I do for a
- 45:18Speaker 5: living is I set up Christmas lights for people. So
- 45:21Speaker 5: some might call me a spreader of joy. You know,
- 45:25Speaker 5: I'm a joy spreader. Spread that holiday greeting.
- 45:28Speaker 1: Okay, brother. Thank you. Yeah. And putting the lights up.
- 45:31Speaker 1: I looked into it. It's a little pricey. I looked
- 45:33Speaker 1: into it. It's a little pricey. I'd rather just get
- 45:37Speaker 1: home and wish they were up for about a month.
- 45:40Speaker 1: And then just, then it's January or whatever. But I
- 45:43Speaker 1: do feel you. And I get jealous when I see
- 45:45Speaker 1: homes that have them up. And if I get a
- 45:48Speaker 1: wife next year, I don't work as much, I'm going
- 45:50Speaker 1: to put some up. But onward, man, I'm sorry I'm
- 45:53Speaker 1: making this about me, brother. Let's hear more.
- 45:55Speaker 4: But what I'm trying to get to is that, you know,
- 45:59Speaker 4: I do it all mornings. all night long.
- 46:02Speaker 5: Sometimes I'm getting home at three.
- 46:04Speaker 4: In the morning and doing that again at seven in
- 46:07Speaker 4: the morning. So it's long days.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Yeah, brother. Well, you can't, you know, if you're trying
- 46:14Speaker 1: to change the whole mood of a neighborhood, it's going
- 46:16Speaker 1: to take time, man. You know what I'm saying? Romano's
- 46:20Speaker 1: macaroni grill wasn't built in a day or whatever they say, man.
- 46:24Speaker 1: I don't know what that saying is.
- 46:25Speaker 6: Onward.
- 46:26Speaker 4: And I feel like I'm giving all the joy, but
- 46:31Speaker 4: I don't have the joy being reclinished within my temple,
- 46:37Speaker 4: my body.
- 46:38Speaker 1: So, I don't know.
- 46:39Speaker 4: What is your advice on how to.
- 46:43Speaker 1: I'll tell you how. You got to do a little
- 46:44Speaker 1: peep in time and maybe you're right there. You're right there, brother.
- 46:50Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? The devil just put you
- 46:53Speaker 1: on the windowsill, boy. You're off on a shelf of lust, brother.
- 46:58Speaker 2: You.
- 46:59Speaker 1: You got an excuse to be on the ladder. You
- 47:02Speaker 1: know how hard it is to climb up that ladder
- 47:04Speaker 1: with no excuse to be in someone's yard, brother? And
- 47:08Speaker 1: you just tell them you're bird watching or something. You're
- 47:10Speaker 1: just staring into their fucking window. Yeah, dude, you're getting
- 47:17Speaker 1: paid to peep in time, brother. What are you talking about?
- 47:20Speaker 1: Change your attitude. Start lurking and slurping, homie. You know
- 47:24Speaker 1: what I'm saying? Get tipped out big, dog. You feel me?
- 47:32Speaker 1: How much is that doggy in the window? Get over
- 47:37Speaker 1: there and get you some, boy. Oh, with that ladder, boy.
- 47:41Speaker 1: Get out there, brother. You know what I'm saying? Slurp, daddy.
- 47:48Speaker 1: All right, let's hear another call that is coming about Christmas.
- 47:53Speaker 4: Hi, Theo.
- 47:54Speaker 5: It's Destiny from Mississippi.
- 47:56Speaker 1: Hey, Stephanie from Mississippi over there. And I'll be going
- 48:01Speaker 1: to Natchez, Mississippi, actually, for a night to spend time
- 48:06Speaker 1: with some family that I used to live with over there.
- 48:09Speaker 1: My buddy Richard Sharp, his family. And just blessed to
- 48:14Speaker 1: get to see them again. Gang, onward.
- 48:18Speaker 5: I'm sitting here, racking my brain, trying to figure out
- 48:21Speaker 5: what I should get my 8-year-old son for Christmas.
- 48:26Speaker 1: I mean, you were a boy once.
- 48:27Speaker 5: You were 8 once.
- 48:28Speaker 6: So.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I just wanted to know your thoughts about that.
- 48:32Speaker 6: Thank you, man.
- 48:33Speaker 4: Love you.
- 48:34Speaker 5: Bye.
- 48:35Speaker 1: Love you, too. Thank you so much for calling. That's
- 48:37Speaker 1: a good question. When do you get an 8-year-old boy?
- 48:40Speaker 1: And he's just a boy, probably. I wonder how tall
- 48:42Speaker 1: he is. How long is an 8-year-old? Let me look
- 48:44Speaker 1: that up really quick. How long is an 8-year-old soccer game? What?
- 48:57Speaker 1: That's ridiculous. Who's looking up that shit? It says between
- 48:59Speaker 1: 47 and 54 inches tall. Shit, how tall, how long
- 49:04Speaker 1: is that? How long? How much is that? 50 feet,
- 49:13Speaker 1: or sorry, 50 inches is four feet. Okay, so we're
- 49:15Speaker 1: looking at four feet tall. Something that's four feet tall.
- 49:18Speaker 1: What do you get it? Fuck, that's a damn wiener dog. It's,
- 49:22Speaker 1: you know, that you got living with you. Yeah, an eight-year-old.
- 49:29Speaker 1: You know what? I think there was some things my
- 49:31Speaker 1: mom would get us that were fun things, but then
- 49:34Speaker 1: she would get us things that were like kind of creative,
- 49:37Speaker 1: like thinking things as well. You know, and I really
- 49:40Speaker 1: liked that. Like we would get like puzzles or different
- 49:45Speaker 1: type of stuff, clay. One year we didn't have any money.
- 49:50Speaker 1: My mom got us a couple. She got us everybody
- 49:53Speaker 1: these two liter sodas, these big old and big dog.
- 49:56Speaker 1: You remember them bitches when they first came out with
- 49:58Speaker 1: them bitches. And one year they came out with a
- 50:00Speaker 1: damn three liter soda. Bring that bitch up. God dang, boy. Bro,
- 50:08Speaker 1: you rolled into my neighborhood with a fucking three liter soda, bro?
- 50:12Speaker 1: We right here. You don't want it anywhere. We right here.
- 50:24Speaker 1: We ready. Bro, that bitch was a gangbanger. So that,
- 50:32Speaker 1: you know. That's the kind of shit I'd get that
- 50:34Speaker 1: little bastard a three liter soda, baby. Shake that bitch up.
- 50:40Speaker 1: But I think also some jewelry, get him something, man.
- 50:43Speaker 1: I'm going to ice my family out probably with some
- 50:46Speaker 1: stuff from Kohl's or maybe some Backwoods shirts or whatever,
- 50:53Speaker 1: you know, different shit. What is it called? Full body fits.
- 50:58Speaker 1: Maybe some Backwoods fits or something. So, yeah, I think,
- 51:01Speaker 1: but that an eight-year-old, I like something, though, that he
- 51:04Speaker 1: has to think or something, something you can also maybe
- 51:06Speaker 1: do with him. There's got to be like a fun,
- 51:09Speaker 1: like a good game or something. Or a shovel, too.
- 51:14Speaker 1: Or a treasure map. Get him like a something. Maybe
- 51:20Speaker 1: hide something for him and get him that treasure. Get
- 51:25Speaker 1: him a treasure, a shovel. treasure getter because yeah then
- 51:32Speaker 1: you have him dig up something and maybe it's nothing
- 51:35Speaker 1: right but oh well that's life huh that's life shorty
- 51:39Speaker 1: better learn it now we're card bringing shit but no
- 51:46Speaker 1: i think also a big hug maybe uh take him
- 51:49Speaker 1: to a nice movie oh what about this what if
- 51:52Speaker 1: you get him like a gift card to some movie
- 51:54Speaker 1: theater and then he gets to pick out some movies
- 51:56Speaker 1: he wants to go see So maybe that could be
- 51:59Speaker 1: something where you get to read the movies to him
- 52:01Speaker 1: and be like, well, these are the movies they have
- 52:03Speaker 1: for your age. And then he gets to pick one
- 52:05Speaker 1: and choose it. And then it's him making a choice
- 52:08Speaker 1: and feeling like he has a choice in if you
- 52:11Speaker 1: guys get to spend time together or not. I think
- 52:14Speaker 1: that would have been something that I probably would have enjoyed.
- 52:16Speaker 1: My mom took me to Wendy's once when we were kids,
- 52:20Speaker 1: and I remember that. And that's nice. That was something
- 52:26Speaker 1: nice as well. Destiny is that lady's name. Yeah, and
- 52:32Speaker 1: just Merry Christmas to you and your son. I'm glad
- 52:34Speaker 1: you guys get to do some fun stuff together. What's
- 52:37Speaker 1: something else? I think something like that is nice, where
- 52:40Speaker 1: he gets a say-so in it, and then it's a
- 52:41Speaker 1: choice he made. So that kind of builds up his
- 52:45Speaker 1: ability to think and ask, like, okay, well, what are
- 52:49Speaker 1: the choices, right?
- 52:51Speaker 5: Maybe.
- 52:51Speaker 1: What do I know? Eight-year-old kid might not. He might
- 52:53Speaker 1: want to just... Sip Trank or whatever and sit in
- 52:58Speaker 1: a fucking sedan in the parking lot. I have no
- 53:00Speaker 1: idea what kids are doing now. Here, we got a
- 53:05Speaker 1: call that came in right here. As always, the hotline, 985-664-9503.
- 53:07Speaker 1: What's up, Theo?
- 53:09Speaker 5: This is Wells from South Carolina. I had a question
- 53:14Speaker 5: for you. I was wondering, me and my buddies went
- 53:16Speaker 5: to a casino up here at Kings Mountain, one of
- 53:18Speaker 5: the Native American casinos.
- 53:20Speaker 1: You guys went to a Native American casino. Okay, thank you.
- 53:24Speaker 5: I was just astounded. by the amount of Asians here,
- 53:28Speaker 5: not to be racist or anything, but like.
- 53:30Speaker 1: It's not racist to see Asians, brother. Let me tell
- 53:32Speaker 1: you that. It's not racist to see Asians. You see Asians,
- 53:36Speaker 1: what are you going to do? Not see them or whatever?
- 53:40Speaker 1: Pretend you're, you know, rip your eyes out of your head? No,
- 53:44Speaker 1: it's okay to see Asians, brother. Let's see more. Sorry,
- 53:49Speaker 1: let's hear more.
- 53:49Speaker 5: The amount of Asians that were at this casino were
- 53:54Speaker 5: just insane dude i mean you know it was pretty
- 53:58Speaker 5: cool but have you ever experienced that asians are uh
- 54:01Speaker 5: prolific gamblers.
- 54:03Speaker 1: Yeah i've seen a lot of that man hi dollar
- 54:05Speaker 1: the one guy was yelling i remember there was a
- 54:07Speaker 1: um it was a basketball or something i remember walking
- 54:12Speaker 1: through a casino one time and that asian fellow over
- 54:15Speaker 1: there hi dollar hi dollar he kept yelling hi dollar
- 54:21Speaker 1: and uh Yeah, they love it. Asians like that risk.
- 54:24Speaker 1: They like the fucking risk, man. Because I think Asians,
- 54:32Speaker 1: they like the risk. They like the smoke. They like
- 54:37Speaker 1: the smoke and they like the risk, you know. Hey,
- 54:41Speaker 1: what's up, you know. Hey, I'm Asian.
- 54:46Speaker 3: I'm Asian.
- 54:48Speaker 1: So, yeah, dude, they fucking, yeah, Asians, bro. Hey, what
- 54:51Speaker 1: are you doing, huh?
- 54:53Speaker 5: I'm gambling. Hey.
- 54:56Speaker 1: You know? So, yeah, Asians love that shit, bro. Hey, bro,
- 55:00Speaker 1: put four Asians in a box. What do you got?
- 55:06Speaker 1: People that gamble. Praise God, baby. Here we go. We
- 55:15Speaker 1: got a call that came in right here.
- 55:16Speaker 5: Homeward.
- 55:17Speaker 3: Hey, Theo Vaughn.
- 55:18Speaker 6: My name is Miles.
- 55:19Speaker 5: I have a brother.
- 55:20Speaker 1: Hey, Miles, and thank you for calling, and I'm glad
- 55:24Speaker 1: that you have a brother, man. Let's hear some more.
- 55:26Speaker 5: That acts really gay. How do I ask him if
- 55:30Speaker 5: he's gay without pissing him off? Thank you, bro.
- 55:35Speaker 1: Well, I think you could do it in a gift way,
- 55:38Speaker 1: you know? You could do it in a gift way.
- 55:44Speaker 1: like a note or something like that. You hide it,
- 55:45Speaker 1: you put a note in a package, a little note
- 55:47Speaker 1: or let, you know, when you write it, draw it
- 55:49Speaker 1: or whatever. And it's like, um, and it says, it
- 55:52Speaker 1: says like, are you, and then it just has like
- 55:56Speaker 1: two guys hugging or whatever, you know? Um, but then
- 56:00Speaker 1: he's just going to think he's going to think that you,
- 56:03Speaker 1: that he's just, you're just asking if he's in the
- 56:04Speaker 1: Navy or whatever. So you got, I'm trying to think
- 56:07Speaker 1: of how do you do it? I think you just
- 56:12Speaker 1: got to tickle him or not until he tells you
- 56:14Speaker 1: if he's gay or not. That's what my uncle would do.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Because that's how you even get gay. Somebody just tickles
- 56:25Speaker 1: you so damn much, your whole spirit just kind of
- 56:27Speaker 1: fucking spoils into just wanting to meet some guys somewhere.
- 56:34Speaker 1: So I think you got to figure it out, brother.
- 56:36Speaker 1: I don't know, dude. Why would you even call and
- 56:39Speaker 1: ask me that? I don't know. I mean, I appreciate
- 56:41Speaker 1: you calling. Sorry, I shouldn't say that. I appreciate you calling, man.
- 56:44Speaker 1: You know what? I'm sorry you're dealing with that. But
- 56:48Speaker 1: I'm glad you care. I remember I thought my brother
- 56:50Speaker 1: would try to make love to me when we were children.
- 56:53Speaker 1: You know that? And I'd be scared. And so at night,
- 56:57Speaker 1: I remember I'd put... I had me a little bag,
- 56:58Speaker 1: a little sack of jingle bells, you know, a couple
- 57:00Speaker 1: J bells. And I'd lay down at night and I'd
- 57:03Speaker 1: balance some J bells on my body. And so if
- 57:07Speaker 1: he tried to come get me, it would, you know,
- 57:09Speaker 1: it would.
- 57:11Speaker 1: It would, you know, you could set off the alarm,
- 57:15Speaker 1: you know. So what else? Oh, what do I want
- 57:23Speaker 1: for Christmas? I am getting a book that I know
- 57:25Speaker 1: I asked for. I got a couple vitamins. I'm getting
- 57:30Speaker 1: this mic arm maybe fixed. What else? I'm trying to
- 57:37Speaker 1: maybe take a little trip to the beach or something,
- 57:39Speaker 1: but I don't know yet. Uh, and yeah, I'm going
- 57:47Speaker 1: to spend Christmas in, uh, Louisiana. So I'm excited about
- 57:51Speaker 1: that in Baton Rouge and, um, Covington, Mandeville, New Orleans,
- 57:57Speaker 1: just around the hood. So, uh, grateful for that to
- 58:00Speaker 1: see some of my friends and family. So those are
- 58:04Speaker 1: things that are going on with me. Let me play
- 58:06Speaker 1: a call right here. Hey, what's up, Theo?
- 58:09Speaker 2: I'm a huge fan.
- 58:10Speaker 1: I listen to your podcast at work all the time.
- 58:12Speaker 1: Thank you, brother. Thank you for checking it out. And yeah,
- 58:15Speaker 1: I feel fortunate that we get to keep doing this.
- 58:18Speaker 2: My question is, I was in the military for five
- 58:21Speaker 2: years and I was in Japan and I had a
- 58:24Speaker 2: fiance of five years. And when I came home, I
- 58:27Speaker 2: found out she cheated on me a year ago. Should
- 58:30Speaker 2: I give her another chance since, I mean, I wasn't
- 58:32Speaker 2: home all the time. I'd come home once a week
- 58:34Speaker 2: every year or should I just move on? Thanks, gang gang.
- 58:38Speaker 1: You know, I think that's a great question. I think
- 58:40Speaker 1: you got to look at the reality of it. if
- 58:42Speaker 1: you're home once a week for a year, that's tough.
- 58:46Speaker 1: Now she broke her word. Some people are young and
- 58:49Speaker 1: at certain times they just, their word isn't really as
- 58:52Speaker 1: strong because they are still putting their word together. And
- 58:56Speaker 1: I'm not justifying everybody's behavior, everybody's behavior. I'm not justifying
- 59:01Speaker 1: my own behavior even. Um, but there's definitely a different,
- 59:07Speaker 1: you know, you know, you're still, you're learning some things
- 59:11Speaker 1: and people say, well, you should, you're learning in your twenties. Yeah,
- 59:13Speaker 1: you are. Yeah. You're learning how to be in a longest,
- 59:16Speaker 1: all that stuff. You're figuring it out. Sometimes you're afraid
- 59:19Speaker 1: to hurt somebody's feelings and that's why you don't tell them,
- 59:21Speaker 1: even though that's, it's selfish because it has hurt them
- 59:23Speaker 1: in the longer way, but you don't know that you're,
- 59:25Speaker 1: you're feeling, you're figuring it out sometimes. Um, So I
- 59:31Speaker 1: think it's possible. I've had friends that have forgiven the
- 59:36Speaker 1: loved one or significant other for sexual indiscrepancies, and then
- 59:41Speaker 1: they packaged it up. And now you can hear them,
- 59:44Speaker 1: you know, you'll invite them. I won't even invite them
- 59:46Speaker 1: over because they'll be in there thumping, brother. They'll be
- 59:49Speaker 1: in there just slurping. So I think that's part of it. But, yeah, look,
- 59:56Speaker 1: you can always try it and see how it goes.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: But the weird thing, and I've done this where you
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: forgive somebody, but then you keep bringing that shit up.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: That isn't good. It feels good, but it's not cool.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: So that's the thing you can't do. If you forgive,
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: you have to forgive, man. You have to forgive because
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: otherwise you're just letting somebody hold. You're just you're basically
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: holding a card. You're saying, I'm going to hold this
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: card that I can use whenever I want. And that's
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: even that's worse than choosing to forgive or not to forgive.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: That's you then saying, I want this power. I want
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: this power to control how the situation goes constantly. And
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: I'll notice that in my own life over certain times.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: Sometimes I want to keep a level of communication. I
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: want to keep enough distance where I can kind of...
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Like if I think somebody might have an issue or
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: might be upset about it, instead of bringing it up
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: and talking and getting it out, I'd rather almost sometimes,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: this is not the best part of me that wants
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: to do this, but there's a part of me sometimes
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: that would, it almost rather let them be unsure, you know,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: because it let them be unsure if our relationship is okay,
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: because it gives me some sort of power, you know, um,
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: it gives me some sort of control, perceived control in
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: my own head. And, um, And that's a sick part
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: of me that operates that way. And it's not always
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: or anything. And it's definitely been more in the past.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: But I have noticed that behavior in myself at times
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: if I'm not doing well or not taking care of myself.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: I'd rather keep things on thin ice because I'm used
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: to it. That's why I do well. I'm okay on
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: thin ice. How are you going to be out here?
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: It's that kind of shit. But holding a grudge. Yeah,
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: holding a grudge type shit. But, yeah, man, I wish
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: you the best luck. I think it's nice of you
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: to call and ask about it, man. And also, we

- 1:02:04Speaker 1: too hard on yourself either, you know. Let me hear
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: one right here. Oh, there's a bug on this wrapping paper.

- 1:04:48Speaker 1: my phone and computer. I had to get it all
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: figured out. I was paying for extra services that I
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: didn't want. You know, they had some different annual, some
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: of them were annual, some of them were monthly. There
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: were things I couldn't believe I was still involved in.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: Rocket money. Help me figure that all out. Rocket Money

- 1:05:50Speaker 1: It's time for family and food, and let's be honest,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: a little bit of chaos. But while we're all out
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: there making memories, let's keep it safe. Hopefully the craziest
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: thing that happens is old Uncle Ronnie tries to show
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: you that third eye, baby. You know what I'm saying?
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: But if things don't go as planned, like a holiday
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: mishap that leaves you hurt or injured, well, that could
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: be worth money. And that's why Morgan & Morgan has

- 1:07:00Speaker 1: a paid advertisement. All right, let's take a call right here.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Jesse's girl. Tiffany, get out of here. They got aliens
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: out here. Hey, quit.
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: Hey, bring out a couple of manic. Warm up the manicotti.
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: They got fucking aliens out here.
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: Aliens. You think an alien is going to come to
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: America on a fucking drone or whatever? On some bitch
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: ass Toyota drone or something? It's basically a ceiling fan
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: that's in the fucking air with a couple Christmas lights
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: on it. Look at these aliens. Bro, aliens are doing aliens.
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: They blink their eyes and your fucking asshole's missing. They're
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: on another level. You think they're out here just running
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: around on 97 octane over here? Just peeking in neighborhoods
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: and shit? Over here looking at a bunch of above
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: ground swimming pools? Just watching people just singing Bruce Springsteen
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: in above ground swimming pools over there. Outside of Trenton
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: or whatever. Get fracked. Stringing up these lights. Anyway, onward.
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: Thank you. Things went through a little bit of a
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: rough patch. Lost my job. Lost my house.
- 1:08:36Speaker 6: About a year after getting a divorce.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: Okay, rough patch. Lost your job and your home. Man,
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: I'm sorry to hear that. And it's been about a
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: year since your divorce.
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: You're in a court battle for your child.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: You're saying and things aren't getting easier.
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: I just.
- 1:08:58Speaker 6: Need to figure out how to be a person again.
- 1:09:01Speaker 6: I've been through rehab three times. Last time seems to
- 1:09:06Speaker 6: be sticking pretty good, so there's that. But, man, why
- 1:09:11Speaker 6: does it seem like everybody gets to be happy but me?
- 1:09:16Speaker 6: I'm just at a loss with it, man. I've worked
- 1:09:19Speaker 6: hard my whole life. Keep going and going. Everything just
- 1:09:24Speaker 6: keeps slipping and slipping. And I just, I don't know
- 1:09:28Speaker 6: what to do anymore, man. Things are just getting way
- 1:09:31Speaker 6: out of control for what I can handle.
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: Amen, brother. I appreciate you reaching out and just saying, hey,
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: seeing what's going on. Yeah, dude, I definitely, you know, God.
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: I've felt down in the dumps. I think everybody has
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: at some point. You know, and yeah, when the chips
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: keep falling the other way, you know? When the Asian
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: guy keeps winning all the gambling stuff. Full house, buh-buh. Korea. Yeah, man, I.
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: You know, I'll tell you a couple things, man, that
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: I've noticed in myself. So, there was times... There was
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: times when I only noticed the rough shit in my life.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: I only noticed it. I'm not saying this happened to you.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: But that self-pity became my alcohol. Anytime I needed it,
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: I'd feel sorry for myself. Well, let me open up
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: another can of I feel sorry for myself. I'm not
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: saying this is what you're doing at all. This just
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: reminded me of this for myself. And I mean that wholeheartedly, bro.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: I would just slurp a six-pack of self-pity. That was
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: my drug. This is wrong. I can't, you know. And
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: when that hit me, I was like, oh, shit, man. I'm,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: you know, I'm washing myself in bathwater. I'm doing the
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: thing that I'm supposed to do to take care of myself.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: I'm getting this stuff off of me and out of
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: my system. But then I got a straw in my
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: own bathwater. And I was sitting there just slizzurping on
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: my own sadness all the time. Now, I'm not saying
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: that's what you're doing, but I noticed for myself that
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: self-pity became a drug for me. What else, man? Let
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: me think of something else. You know, that's a lot, man,
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: because a lot of what you're saying has real emotional
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: attachment to it. You're trying to get your kids out
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: of your house. That's a lot of upheaval. And I
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: think some of that probably just takes time. you know?
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: But yeah, I'm sorry, man. That's also a lot. That's
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: a lot. And so I think just give yourself some
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: grace to be, you know, to not also put the
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: pressure on yourself to feel great. You know, it's a
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: lot of tough stuff going on. You know, the other
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: day I was upset about something. I wanted to call
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: and just fucking rearrange the tits on somebody. I wanted
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: to switch them bitches, put the FM one on the
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: AM dial and Vice versa. I was just pissed at
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: this lady. But instead, I just sat in my car
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: for a little bit. I breathed. That's why God gave
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: me this big note. He's like, breathe, motherfucker. What are
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: you doing? You out here just fucking just taking chances, bitch.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: I'm showing you. You know, do an eight ball of air, buddy.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: We need, you know, G up.
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: Um.
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: And I had me a couple of Charleston shoes there.
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: I found them in my corridor and I ate them bitches. Oh,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: and then I just went to an AA meeting. And
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: after that, after that, I even called my brother. I said, hey, man,
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: I can't. I'm about to lose. You know, if I
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: call this person right now, I'm going to lose my mind.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: He said, well, wait till later. Because I was attaching
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: all this other shit to my day. I was attaching
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: all this old These feelings and stuff to my day.
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: And to that next thing, I would bring in a
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: whole trailer full of bullshit. And I was going to
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: hitch it to this one moment about the way things
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: had gone down with this woman. It wasn't like a dating.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: It was a work thing. But it was all me.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: It was all my shit. That I was bringing extra.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: And then When I finally was chill later on, it
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: was a normal conversation and it was actually positive. So
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: it could be positive. I don't know what I'm telling you, man.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: I'm just telling you, I'm just being a man. I'm
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: sorry that you're dealing with that. And it's a tough
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: time of year and it's the holidays. And, uh, but
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: you're not alone, man. You know, we're only alone when
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: we find ourselves alone. We got to remember to get
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: out there too. Nobody's going to come and just help
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: us be on alone. We have to do it. You know,
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: And they say that old saying, you know, nothing changes
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: if nothing changes, you know. So if I want something
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: to be different, I have to do something different. And
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: I'm not preaching at you. I'm listening. I'm basically just
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: talking to myself right now. But yeah, man, I love
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: you and keep your head up and next year will
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: be a different year. You know, next year will be
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: a different year. And don't leave before the miracle happens.
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: You know that saying. That's what they say. But Merry Christmas.
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: Thank you for being supportive of this podcast. Thank you
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: for letting me be a part of your life. I'm
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: going to make some New Year's resolutions. Something nothing too heavy.
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: Just some things like some goals for the new year.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: You know we want to do more ways to give back.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: And I'm excited about that. We're finally putting a foundation together.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: So that's really exciting. And so we're going to be
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: able to find ways to do that. What else? I
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: think to just learn more from people that can help
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: us learn. I want to learn more and get more
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: information and learn more about myself too. And try not
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: to do everything by myself. That's one of my things
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: I struggle with sometimes. I just want to do it
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: all alone. But the saddest thing I realized when you
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: do everything alone After it's done, there's nobody to talk
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: to about it. There's nobody to share what there's not,
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: you know. But anyway, not trying to end on a
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: dour note. Oh, yeah, we went out Christmas caroling the
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: other day. You know, I've been wanting to get out
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: and do it. And it was just some guys from
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: the gym. We put a little squad together and went
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: out there and hit the streets and. Uh, we had
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: a couple of bangers, a couple of songs we, we
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: had to give up in just in the middle of it. Um,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: there was one church group that was having a dinner.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: They invited us in for some cookies and, uh, uh,
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: select meats and stuff. And it was good, man. It was,
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: we did a good job. We did a good job
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: out there. We just put some songs together and just
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: walked the streets and just went up to people's doors
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: and knocked and, Yeah, people were happy that somebody had
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: a dog that saw us as well. And so people
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: and animals were really enjoying it. And when Alzheimer's saw
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: us and then, I don't know if she saw us
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: or not, but we was there. But we enjoyed it, man. Anyway,
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: I just want to wish everybody a Merry Christmas. You
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: guys take care of each other. Take care of your
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: loved ones. Sorry if I sound preachy today. I feel
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: really preachy. I don't mean to. I got to go
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: do some work after this and that's okay. You know,
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: sometimes I struggle with like, I'll get up and I'll
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: be like, I have to do that. I have to
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: do this instead of like, you know, I get to
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: do this. People say that all the time, but it's like,
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: I really have to take that moment more and try
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: to see, look at my own perspective. Like this is life.
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: You know, this is life and you get to do it.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: And so how do I want to feel about Right? Yeah,
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: and that's something I got to, how do I want
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: to feel about it? And sometimes I'll still choose. I
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: want to feel pissed about it. I want to feel
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: bad about it. You know, and then it's like, well, why?
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: Why do I want to feel that way? I want
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: to feel bad about it. I want to feel pissed
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: about it. Because then it's really just me advertising. I
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: want you to feel how I feel.
- 1:18:00Speaker 6: Right?
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: That's kind of what it is. There's something inside of
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: me that I want you to feel. You know, it's like, oh,
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: it's not fair that I have to feel bad. You
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: should feel. So I'm going to bring that energy out
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: of myself. And I think more often than not, if
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: I can try to get a little bit more around like, well,
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: let me find a good part of me. Let me
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: find a part of me that's hopeful, that's grateful, that
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: has a, that's that fighting chance. Let me find that
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: part of me inside of me. And bring that part
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: to the front of me. Because that's also a part
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: of me. Just as the part of me is that
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: wants you to see like the part of me that
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: has pain. There's a part of me that has pride.
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: You know? and that has hope and that is a
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: part of me too that I sometimes I don't summon
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: that part of me enough uh to the front of
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: myself and I'm not there's no judgment and I'm just
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: kind of thinking and realizing it like I almost want
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: to bring sometimes a little bit of a victimhood um
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: I don't know if it's a victim, but I want
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: somebody to recognize something. But there's also a part of
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: me that's like, I got this. I can do this.
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: I'm okay. I can handle this. I love myself. I
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: love someone. I love someone. So these are my hopes.
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: These are my dreams. Let me walk out into the
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: world with that. Let me bring that. Let that be
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: the mirror that people see when they come up to me.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: And then I'll probably get more reflection out of the
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: world that I would like than when I show up
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: the other way. But anyway, man, I love you guys.

- 1:21:37Speaker 1: I remember this old guy in our neighborhood would let
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: us lotion his legs up, or his son would let him.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: This man would let us lotion up his dad's legs.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: His dad had been in the war, I think, or
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: in a fire or something. He would let us put
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: the lotion on him when we were young.
- 1:21:53Speaker 6: This reminds me of that.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Alright, that ain't it either. Jesus Christ, that's sad. Let's

- 1:23:21Speaker 1: to heaven. Just on the different stairs. And that may
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: be my buddy Donny Ader. I like to say peace
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: and blessings to my buddy Donny Ader. He's headed to heaven.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: And he sold big rig truck and tractor supplies over there.
