Minnesota prosecutor Mary Moriarty is pushing to bring ICE officer Christian Castro back from Texas to face charges after he allegedly shot and injured Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis during a January immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis. Castro, arrested in May in Texas, remains there awaiting extradition — a move now pending Governor Greg Abbott’s approval.
