- 1:55Unknown: Well, Alvin,
- 1:57a while, nice to hear you, Alvin. We would too. We're gonna attempt a little bit of that today
- 2:03on a special day here at the Radio Ranch Roger Sales and Brent Winters, always on Friday's cohost, your your host.
- 2:11And as I said, it's kinda special, the October 23 here.
- 2:17A
- 2:17year or so ago, we were talking with Brent on a Friday and and sheriff, Darleaf's name came up, and and he was able to come on with us for a while. Now he was paying... Playing granddaddy that day, if you'll remember,
- 2:31and grandchildren
- 2:33are often unpredictable,
- 2:34I've heard. So he went away on some kind of an emergency with
- 2:39with young grandchild and didn't... Wasn't able to come back until after I'd left anyway.
- 2:44So the other day, last Friday, his name came up, and Brent said, hey. Sheriff Darcy, you'd like to come back on.
- 2:51Good man. We've been waiting and we'd love to have him. So, hopefully, today, is Brent Brent's with us yet?
- 2:59Unknown: No. Brent hadn't showed up yet. Okay. Well. Well, here in a minute. So. I
- 3:04I was on the phone with him not six minutes ago
- 3:08getting him all the links and stuff too.
- 3:11Alright.
- 3:12Unknown: To the show and all that. Gosh. Alright. So Anyway, here, I'm pretty sure. Pretty sure. Pretty sure he's gonna show up today with sheriff Darr.
- 3:20And,
- 3:22what a honor for us here, a little fledgling, a little radio show trying to show people how to get free of the onerous satanic federal government.
- 3:32And, we run across,
- 3:34not only Brent for many years we've been doing shows, but also people like sheriff Dara who is a... I'm sure most of you know him being redundant.
- 3:45Is he not the longest
- 3:47sitting elected sheriff in the country? Is that
- 3:50correct? Or... Well, I guess we can ask him.
- 3:53Anyway, he's got twenty years under his belt as a sheriff. Rog, the longest elected sheriff in Michigan history. Michigan.
- 4:00Okay.
- 4:01Okay. Dave, what's the county that the
- 4:05Unknown: Berry.
- 4:06Berry County, Michigan. And is that B E R...
- 4:10Is that B E R R Y?
- 4:12Yep.
- 4:13Unknown: Okay. Berry County. That's easy to remember. It's kinda South
- 4:18Unknown: Southeast
- 4:19of
- 4:21Unknown: Grand Rapids area. Uh-huh. They got a lot of berries up there. They grow berries?
- 4:26Unknown: It's
- 4:27a big farm country. It's a big county.
- 4:31Unknown: Brent's here.
- 4:32Unknown: Oh, okay. Brent showed up. Great. We're just kinda informing the audience. A little background. Berry County, Michigan would be sheriff Dahr's
- 4:40hanging hanging grounds and...
- 4:43Well, they must like him because they keep reelecting him. Okay? So,
- 4:48so that in itself, and then and then he and mister Winters, our Friday cohost, developed
- 4:55a relationship. And now they've been doing,
- 4:58shows every week on Thursday for
- 5:01quite a while, and there's a couple of years at least over very,
- 5:04interesting top,
- 5:06constitution, the declaration of independence, and they go into this.
- 5:10His unique perspective as a constitutionally
- 5:14oriented sheriff in Berry County comes into play there. Brent, did you did you show up, bud?
- 5:20Unknown: Yeah. I'm here, Roger, and you're asking about Barry's. It's,
- 5:25B A R R Y, Barry County, Michigan. Oh, okay. Not E. Okay. No. But the truth is, Roger, your question
- 5:33arose probably because you, have it in your head. They grow a lot of blueberries up there, which they do. Okay. A lot of blueberries. Blueberry. Oh, yeah. And,
- 5:43I think the county... Brewery County, just haven't known sheriff... Or haven't been there and visited with him and done things.
- 5:50Burry County has a, I think,
- 5:52over 300
- 5:54lakes.
- 5:55Lot of water up there, actually. Wow. A lot fishing country. Oh, fishing. When I was
- 6:02a young ladybug growing up, if you wanna go deer hunting where where I was from,
- 6:07you went to Michigan. Uh-huh. Because we didn't have any deer. There were enough people lived in the countryside
- 6:13that
- 6:14the wild critters got run out. Now where I'm from now,
- 6:18oddly, because people
- 6:21have vacated.
- 6:22And like I say, where mankind vacates,
- 6:26wild critters proliferate.
- 6:29Yeah.
- 6:29And the deer are over... You can't drive down the road without running over deer. Deer hunting's a big deal.
- 6:35Not to mention,
- 6:36other critters moving in like bears and all sorts of crazy things because... Yeah. Because people...
- 6:43The farms have gotten bigger. The old homesteads are being... Are gone. You know?
- 6:47And,
- 6:48so the animals, come back. It's not like you can stop nature.
- 6:53This is the fallacy of much environmentalism.
- 6:56My granddad used to say there... Back in the sixties, these environmentalists
- 7:00are crazier than a bedbug. We can't drive down the road without running over coons and possums and wolves and foxes and all those kind of animals, which were starting to come back then.
- 7:11But,
- 7:12anyway, but Barry County, getting the point. Barry County is is up there in Michigan. Sheriff Dard has been there for... I think he's in his sixth
- 7:20term.
- 7:21I'll tell you something. He's not here yet, apparently. Maybe he is. I'll tell you something about him so
- 7:26people have an idea who he is.
- 7:29I first came... Became acquainted with him,
- 7:33about ten, fifteen years ago. I don't remember, and he invited me up to speak. And I ended up with him speaking
- 7:40on the steps of the capital.
- 7:42Well, I've... I felt like I I was given an honored position up there. Of course, I found out they hated me in the capital.
- 7:49I hated him too, a lot of them. But but they like him in Barrie County because how do you how do you become a sheriff?
- 7:56Now unlike Australia,
- 7:57New Zealand, and England, and Scotland,
- 8:00all these other places, the sheriffs in America
- 8:03are pretty much like the sheriffs before the Norman invasion of ten sixty six. What I mean to say is they're appointed by the county and not by the the the governor or the king, so to speak, the chief executive,
- 8:16and they still are the chief law enforcement officer of that bailiwick.
- 8:21And the power of the sheriff to the rest of the English speaking world, they have sheriffs.
- 8:27They've just... They're just figureheads, for example, in England. They're figureheads. Now
- 8:32Unknown: Isn't... Can I interrupt you for just a second? Isn't the word itself sheriff derived from the Shire?
- 8:38Correct. That that historical, like, you're nailing it there. But there's another... The the actual word that identifies it comes from the word Shire,
- 8:47Unknown: and I feel like we're all hobbits now. Go ahead, dude. Well, the, yeah. On the... After the Norman invasion, the Shire, because the invaders were the invaders were Norwegians that had lived
- 8:58on the coast of France for about...
- 9:02For a hundred and sixty five years, and they'd picked up the French tongue.
- 9:06And so when they... When Norman... When the Normans invaded under
- 9:10Rufus, they called him William the Red,
- 9:13by who... By the way, his ancestors
- 9:15still sat on the throne. King Charlie
- 9:18is a descendant
- 9:20of William the first.
- 9:22But when they invaded, they brought the French tongue with him, but it was a bastardized French tongue.
- 9:28Those of the... You know, no no respectable Frenchman would speak Norman French.
- 9:32But Norman French then,
- 9:35because William the first declared our common law in full force, nothing's changing except...
- 9:40Listen to this. This is fascinating.
- 9:43Except
- 9:44I will now appoint the sheriffs. But the common law was in full force and it's still enforced there. But because he said I'll appoint the sheriff, what he wanted was a...
- 9:56Was an agent,
- 9:58his agent,
- 9:59his kept man
- 10:01in each county to tell him what's going on. But he called them counties, but they were called Shire
- 10:07Reeves,
- 10:08R E E V S, because the word Reeves is an old Anglo
- 10:14Scandinavian
- 10:15word that means
- 10:17agent.
- 10:19The shire
- 10:21Oh. And we've been... We started to slurring it, and now we slur it into sheriff. It's easier to say. Just sheriff. That's the Shire reeve, he's the agent. Now here's the question,
- 10:32is he the agent of the crown
- 10:35or is he the agent of the people of the Shire? See, that's
- 10:39a fundamental
- 10:41point. And so when we say constitutional
- 10:43sheriff
- 10:44in America, we're not saying the word sheriff's in the constitution because of the of The United States. It isn't.
- 10:50But what we're saying is it is a constitutional office in the sense of of our common law in in most every state, and
- 10:59and it's so foundational
- 11:02to our constitution of The United States. The the American system, as we say,
- 11:08the American tradition of religion, law, and government
- 11:11is a local tradition of the county.
- 11:14And as long as the the the chief executive officer of the county, the sheriff,
- 11:20is chosen by the people of the county,
- 11:24he's not beholden
- 11:25politically
- 11:26to the governor or the president or anybody else.
- 11:30And he is the agent of the people. They delegate authority to him. That's the way we do it in America.
- 11:36And he has...
- 11:38He's the most powerful man in the county. There's no question about it,
- 11:42and rightly so.
- 11:43And that's why it's such an important position. Without it, we would go the way of the other English speaking
- 11:50country world,
- 11:52and we... Our common law would be vastly weakened.
- 11:56With... And with it, all the freedoms of our common law that are part of our common law, including the second amendment, our constitution of The United States is a common law brief of government. What's that, Roger? Go ahead. Can I nitpick for just a second? Uh-huh. And could you bring in the coroner and his relationship?
- 12:14Ain't that the most important man in the county? No. No. Yeah. And I want... And when sheriff Darra shows up, that's not about... I want him to do the talking people. Okay. Listening. But but I do wanna... I'll mention that, and then he can flesh it out when he gets here, if he's here. Somebody that can see him if he gets in, please pipe up. I called him this morning, and he's a he's a sitting sheriff, so he was in a meeting this morning when I called and he was kinda talking quiet. I I said, well, here's the Paul, he's
- 12:44Unknown: he's the one to utter. Yes. Truthfully,
- 12:47Unknown: we have no idea how he's coming in, so we have no idea what to look for.
- 12:51Whether he's dialing in by phone or if he's coming in over Oh. The web browser.
- 12:57Unknown: So Okay. Well, then I'll I'll take that responsibility and check-in with him here in a little bit. Okay. You you fellows can
- 13:05continue to keep the talk rolling, but,
- 13:08I was gonna say about the
- 13:11Yeah. Just a minute, please. Now I'll just mention the coroner because Roger asked
- 13:15about... The coroner is the second
- 13:18most powerful
- 13:19officer in the county at common law, and the coroner,
- 13:23in most places,
- 13:25steps into the sheriff's shoes if something happens to the sheriff. That's true. And the coroner,
- 13:32that's a crown.
- 13:33There's a connection to the crown of England. That's why it's called coroner.
- 13:36That's why he's... There's a difference. But Uh-huh. I'll let sheriff Dart talk more about that. Somebody
- 13:42Unknown: asked a question. Somebody was saying Brent. Who was that? Poor Brent. Yeah. It's Larry. How you doing? Hey, Larry. Hey. So
- 13:51Unknown: a sheriff has jurisdiction in his county, the county that he was elected in.
- 13:56And what happens if he's pursuing a bad guy or doing an investigation
- 14:01and this person crosses the county lines,
- 14:05I mean, where... How far could he
- 14:07extend that jurisdiction into that other county? Does he have to immediately
- 14:12contact the other sheriff and... Or does he automatically
- 14:15Unknown: have, like, limited jurisdiction in the other county to subdue the bad guy? Or how does that all work? Well, I think you wanna wait and let sheriff Dara answer that question, Larry. Yeah. Think I can... But I can mention now, but sheriff Dara can flesh flesh it out. And it's called hot pursuit. Yes. And hot pursuit enables
- 14:36the sheriff, of course, and it happens a lot.
- 14:39You know, high speed chase, whatever,
- 14:42into the next county. Now the doctrine of it... These are common law doctrines. The doctrine of comity,
- 14:49c o m I t y Mhmm. Demands that when a sheriff does that at his first opportunity,
- 14:56in hot pursuit, you wouldn't have the opportunity maybe, but his first opportunity,
- 15:00and he'd want to contact the neighboring sheriff and say, I got a
- 15:06man wanted for a felony, and he's racing across your county last seen. I need your help, but I'm here. You know, let him know type thing. And if he wants to help or can, he can... He will.
- 15:18But then how far can he go? Can he chase him from here to eternity
- 15:22to a
- 15:24dangerous place like California,
- 15:26for example?
- 15:27Well, of course, if a man's wanted in one state, of course, at some point, it becomes a a point of... If he's going to another state, it becomes a point of
- 15:37extradition because states are foreign countries.
- 15:40Their
- 15:41Unknown: Sovereignty is under our constitution. Go ahead. Different states have outlawed hot pursuit because it also endangers
- 15:48further accidents.
- 15:50California,
- 15:51I think, is one of them. Oh, yeah. To some extent, I'm not sure what the barriers are, but there's some limitations on it that you can't chase him to Valhalla.
- 15:59Unknown: Well,
- 16:00heavy traffic, I've not heard that, but I know this. Hey, Brent. Yes.
- 16:05Go ahead.
- 16:06Unknown: So it it would be unlawful for a sheriff to act like Smokey and the Bandit going county to county, state to state?
- 16:15Unknown: No. Not necessarily. I... There's no hot pursuit's hot pursuit, and that's an exception.
- 16:21That's an exception under the Fourth Amendment even in
- 16:24a lot of things. It... But the the more you... What what we... What me? I'm me. I'm a lawyer. All I wanna know
- 16:32is the fundamental
- 16:34first overarching fundamental first principle.
- 16:37And as... And our common law
- 16:40is not about
- 16:42is not about,
- 16:43here's a hard fact and there's no exception. No. Our common law is notoriously illogical
- 16:49and notoriously
- 16:50riddled with exceptions and always has been. Can we find out because our common law is about individual instances, not the broad brush
- 17:00of legislation.
- 17:01Unknown: Go ahead. Can we find out the background noise? It's extremely distracting,
- 17:05please. There's
- 17:07mumbling and and other things and trying to make these points on important points. And Before?
- 17:13Know sometimes that's accidental, but please be conscious of it. Where I'm at.
- 17:18Unknown: I mute anybody though, Roger, I would like to confirm that it's not sheriff.
- 17:23And it is a
- 17:24five eight six area code. Uh-huh.
- 17:28Unknown: Was that Michigan?
- 17:29I don't have any idea. Five eight six. Anyway, if you could make sure you got your star six done, you got some ambient noise, children, whatever in the background. It distracts. Michigan. There could be somebody I invited.
- 17:41Okay. We'll see. One of the... If just... If you're five Star six. Just star six, and there's ambient noise in the background.
- 17:51And, otherwise, we can mute you,
- 17:54and we might have to resort to that.
- 17:56Unknown: And Do
- 17:59Unknown: we get it right there? Yeah. I muted them. I muted them because I figured they had enough time. They're not really paying attention evidently, Mike. Good enough. Well, thank you, Lisa. Okay. And I'm sorry to interrupt, but that's just real distracting to me, and I understand all the background. Go ahead, Brent, please. I was hoping it was sheriff Darleaf. Yeah. Right. Back to the... So sheriff Darleaf,
- 18:21Unknown: when the election of twenty twenty occurred,
- 18:25it's incredible the... How how powerful political correctness is.
- 18:30And as you remember,
- 18:32if you said that the election... There was election fraud,
- 18:35you're labeled as a anti Semite conspiracy
- 18:38theorist, a white supremacist. A terrorist and a white supremacist.
- 18:43That's that's insane.
- 18:46But sheriff Daher was, he got investigating
- 18:49in his own county,
- 18:51and he he he dove
- 18:53deep in some rabbit holes. Still doing it. Yep. Still doing it after all of these years and because it's still a big question in his investigation and what he's done is connected...
- 19:04Has connected to Washington DC. Of course,
- 19:07president Trump is being maligned by everybody who loved him before. That's normal in politics.
- 19:13That's not abnormal.
- 19:15I recognize it. Sure. And and
- 19:19and president
- 19:21Trump is still pursuing a lot of things for all of the...
- 19:25All of his criticism by those that did support him.
- 19:28He's pursuing a lot of things that are good, and... But nobody's reporting it. It's behind the scenes.
- 19:35I'm not I'm not set against him at this point. I'm... I've noticed most other people are.
- 19:42Sheriff Darleaf is still in the circles that are investigating election fraud,
- 19:49sheriff the sheriff, sheriff Darlieff because of the Trump
- 19:53election,
- 19:54the presidential election.
- 19:56And sheriff Darlieff has,
- 19:59been pursued criminally.
- 20:02In other words, they tried to indict him with grand juries and all sorts of shenanigans,
- 20:07contrary to our common law. Vicious and ugly.
- 20:10Yeah. A sheriff is the... Has investigatory
- 20:13powers. Now if the sheriff doesn't investigate
- 20:17election fraud in his county, who's gonna do that?
- 20:20And the answer is nobody, hardly, and nobody else gonna do it. And, he did. If the feds won't do it, if the state won't do it, and then this case, they wouldn't,
- 20:30then he did it. So he's still doing it. He's... He... But you gotta... In politics, and that's what a sheriff is. He's he's a political figure in the sense that he has to run for office.
- 20:43And so that means you're under the danger of politics. Politics knows no bounds
- 20:47for viciousness
- 20:49and knows no bounds to what it can get done and how it can ruin a man. And,
- 20:53those that have not run for office
- 20:56don't understand that the way those have run for office. Some of them are evil hearted scoundrels. They understand it though. Don't think they don't. Some of them are right headed. Some of them are long... Wrong headed. There are only two options, friends. You're either right headed or wrong headed. And if you're hanging in the middle, you'll eventually go one way or the other.
- 21:15That'll happen. And
- 21:17everybody in politics that's been there for any length of time knows the game.
- 21:23And they play it.
- 21:25But it's the same game no matter which direction you're going.
- 21:29But you're trying to do good things if you're going the right direction. You're trying to do evil things if you're going the wrong direction. And in the meantime,
- 21:37you're playing politics.
- 21:39That means the truth is not in it anywhere.
- 21:42I mean,
- 21:43no place.
- 21:44And that is what causes all the confusion and people hating Trump, and, Trump's in war.
- 21:51Unknown: I don't... He's not gonna do everything right, but he's fighting. Go ahead, Roger. I was gonna say I was a big Trump supporter, and I don't hate him. I I kinda take Alex Jones' position. I've done it publicly on here too. Mhmm.
- 22:05It's like, I'm I'm calling balls and strikes. If he...
- 22:08He's not doing everything we wanted, there's been some good things there. When he does something good, you go attaboy and try and and simulate
- 22:17more.
- 22:18Unknown: And if it didn't, you try and criticize him and get him back in the attaboy camp. I'm good with that, Roger. And a man that's had four attempts on his life and pretty close calls, it it changes your whole point of view and you get so... You're not worried about what other people are saying. Yeah. Especially if you know this is your last term. Now all we can hope at this point is, and it's a good hope, that he's right headed. Either he is or he isn't.
- 22:43But he's not worried about anybody knowing it at this point.
- 22:47He's not worried about political polls.
- 22:50So that's what we Hey, Brent. We... Yes. Go ahead.
- 22:54Unknown: Yeah. I was gonna say, what what are your thoughts on... You know, it... The... This talk goes around the this talk goes yeah. Around
- 23:03Unknown: Larry, let's see if we can get sheriff Dara on the program before we burn up the entire half
- 23:08hour.
- 23:10Unknown: Yeah. Let's do... And I appreciate your question, Larry. So, Larry, if you'd hold your question,
- 23:15I'll get off for a while and try to try to see if I can find him. Is that a good idea?
- 23:20Unknown: Sure.
- 23:21Check-in. It's 10:20.
- 23:23Just about the bottom of the hour. A little bit shy.
- 23:27Unknown: And if he dialed in, just let him know that...
- 23:31If he dialed in, just let him know if he presses 6,
- 23:34he can unmute his microphone and then speak up.
- 23:38Unknown: Okay. Thank you, Paul. Alright. Well, you fellas, go ahead. Okay. Thank you. Oh, now I'm unmuted.
- 23:44Okay. There... Somebody's unmuted. There he is. He heard he heard Paul say 6,
- 23:50and I know.
- 23:51Unknown: Oh, I've here
- 23:53Unknown: for about
- 23:55eleven minutes now. So Oh, okay. Well,
- 23:59Unknown: welcome. First of all, let me say welcome, sheriff Darn. It's really a privilege and an honor to have you back.
- 24:05Unknown: Oh, yeah. Good to be back.
- 24:08Unknown: And there's one thing I wanted to ask you about is what Brent had launched into right here is this case that you're involved in. I have heard
- 24:16Alex Jones. I've heard your name mentioned on the Alex Jones show at least twice.
- 24:21And you get up to that level and they're throwing your name around, you've really done something.
- 24:26Unknown: I just mean the ruffled feathers.
- 24:28Unknown: Yes.
- 24:29Congratulations.
- 24:32We like that. Yeah. Thanks.
- 24:35Unknown: I figured I wasn't doing my job if I wasn't rub... Ruffling some feathers because Amen. We do. We have we have two. We got good versus evil going on right now. Yes.
- 24:44Unknown: Yes. Well, since you and Brent know each other so well and have done so much in the past together, I'm just turning it back over to Brent. He was about to leave and go check on you. So, Brent, where you were talking about the case, you and sheriff Darr pick it up and
- 24:57roll on, brothers.
- 24:59Unknown: Well, let me make one more point. I've introduced
- 25:02some things about him. Sheriff Darr and I
- 25:05teach law classes together
- 25:07at Winter's Inn. The website is commonlawyer.com.
- 25:11And it it seems a little odd to me that, I've met very few, if any, lawyers that I can really buddy with.
- 25:19And, a sheriff Dyer is not a lawyer, but he's a he's a magistrate as the old timers used to call him and an important one.
- 25:28And he's spent his his career trying to understand things I've tried to understand. We've gone down two different roads,
- 25:34and we come together, and he's very practical, of course, because he's not bookish. Well, he is bookish when he needs to be, but he's also,
- 25:43had,
- 25:44boots on the ground experience with our common law. And it's it's amazing
- 25:49to me. And no matter what I talk about and when we're teaching the classes,
- 25:53then I can count on him. I mean, always to... Burtina always to say, we all had some experience with that. You know, I'm talking about... We're talking about our common law. And he has been interested in it ever since he's been, in law enforcement in the sheriff's office, and he continues to pursue and understand it as do I. I don't know it all, obviously.
- 26:14That'd be silly to say.
- 26:16So sheriff Darr, here you are.
- 26:19And I
- 26:21said last time we talked off the air, said, well, that'd be a good thing to talk about.
- 26:26And I wanna leave it up to you to what you think is important to talk about because you are closer to some of this madness than I am
- 26:34because,
- 26:35of course, they've come after you. They... Those guys, the useful idiots of the evil empire,
- 26:41please launch off and tell us what you know about election fraud
- 26:45and
- 26:46what your experiences have been.
- 26:48And if I I have questions or somebody else has questions they wanna put in the chat, I'll look at them, and maybe I can then...
- 26:56If I think we have time, pass them on to you. So
- 27:00you have the floor, sheriff. What's important?
- 27:04Unknown: Well, first of all, election fraud, you gotta... If there's an election, there can be cheating somewhere by someone. Yeah. Amen. It's been like that. That's been Abraham
- 27:12Lincoln, the constitutional sheriff and peace officers association has a little video on it, and it's very well done.
- 27:19And you're talking about how, like, the mail in started and who cheated where paying
- 27:24immigrants
- 27:26to vote.
- 27:27And,
- 27:28you know, there's a reason why we have laws in there. Like,
- 27:32if you're an election watcher
- 27:34or a poll watcher or a poll challenger or anything like that,
- 27:40you
- 27:42cannot be helping people vote. You cannot be over there and standing over the top of them. Well, they even have it in there in the law that
- 27:49a
- 27:50union representative can't be standing over you and telling you how to vote.
- 27:54So there's the reason why those laws are there and it's because people
- 27:57have abused their positions.
- 28:00And then it gets even a little bit deeper than that because
- 28:04most of the people when they run for office have no idea what their authority is or what their duty is. They have no idea about the common law.
- 28:11They run for office because they have an axe to grind. And I think I've discussed this with you before, Brent, the the no shit phase.
- 28:18And
- 28:19I don't know if you guys know what that is. If you go into an office because you wanna make these changes and you got this big axe to grind and you get in there and you find out the law won't let you make those changes and you go, oh, no shit.
- 28:29So the whole reason why you ran,
- 28:32you you can't make those changes, and that's quite common.
- 28:36And
- 28:38people don't understand. Like, I... When I ran for sheriff, I knew it was something more than another police chief.
- 28:43I wanted to know what it meant to be the chief law enforcement officer, the chief conservator of the peace.
- 28:48And I I still pursue those things because,
- 28:52like Brent said, in the common law, it's... A lot of it's kinda muddy waters.
- 28:57And
- 28:58let's let's go into like a
- 29:02commissioners,
- 29:02board of commissioners.
- 29:04They get in there. They think their job is all about, you know, telling them what to fear up and then got the
- 29:09and all the other elected have to spend and they're
- 29:13running the parks and all this stuff. Well,
- 29:16when our governor come down on all these executive orders,
- 29:19often they're locked up just following these orders by the governor.
- 29:23And then a lot of them were really mad at me because I'm sitting here, woah. Woah. Time out, guys.
- 29:28Delegated her any authority to make these orders.
- 29:32And they don't understand delegation.
- 29:34And
- 29:35and even goes in with a clerk's office. They don't understand that they really don't answer to the judge. They're an independent elected office. What does that mean?
- 29:43So
- 29:44I got involved with
- 29:46an attorney by the name of Carson Tucker, and Carson's a common law attorney.
- 29:50And, he did a PowerPoint for the, Michigan Sheriff's Association.
- 29:55And,
- 29:56during his PowerPoint, I'm going, hey. I remember I remember reading that. I remember reading this. And then he brought a bunch of other stuff that I didn't know about.
- 30:03So we kinda made that merger between the two of us,
- 30:06and I started working on my own PowerPoint.
- 30:09And, then I got involved with sheriff Richard Mack and the constitutional sheriff and the peace officers association.
- 30:15And that's where I got most of my actual training and... From from attorneys who were common law attorneys, constitutionalists.
- 30:23And sheriff Mac is
- 30:25known for the Mac Prince versus US case, which is probably the largest tenth amendment victory we've ever had in the country's history.
- 30:35Unknown: So I'm going with all this. Yeah. Go ahead, doc. Why don't you just keep going?
- 30:40Unknown: Where I'm going with all this is this is what I did to learn my job, and there is resources out there for me to learn how to do this. There's not resources out there how to be a township supervisor.
- 30:52What is your proper role in government?
- 30:55So did the townships ever stand up when the governor's throwing these executive orders out and ordering people to mask and get vaxxed and all that stuff? No. They just did lockstep thinking the governor had that authority.
- 31:06Oh, wait a minute. If we're divided among sovereigns in three branches,
- 31:10what does that mean?
- 31:12And that's a Mac Prince case. And justice Scalia, probably one of the best justices in my lifetime,
- 31:19when he explained that in that Mac Prince case.
- 31:22So I ran with that and tried to educate other sheriffs and other
- 31:26elected
- 31:27officers.
- 31:28But, hey.
- 31:30Nowhere does anybody have this authority to start ordering the public around like this.
- 31:35I've I've never read it,
- 31:37and I don't think it exists. But now you got our own
- 31:43our own legislature that back in the forties gave up their duty to legislate
- 31:48and put it all in the executive under these emergency orders. I go, wait a minute.
- 31:53They got this thing called the 12 maximum laws, and I think that's number eight, and you can't do that.
- 31:58So
- 32:01I've I've had quite the education going on this, and my pet peeve is is all these other elected offices
- 32:08have not. And they go in there blind, and they go in there so willing just to take a knee and kiss a ring.
- 32:14So I yield to that, and so we've got more questions. And
- 32:17Unknown: Well, sheriff, when you started and when you ran for sheriff,
- 32:24would you put yourself in the category of being ignorant of what you were supposed to do
- 32:30when that started. And
- 32:32you...
- 32:33Were you on a quest to find out the the only way you can find... There was no place to go to school to learn how to be a sheriff, was there?
- 32:41Unknown: I would... No. There was no... We have a new sheriff school,
- 32:45but it's not the depth that I took into it.
- 32:48You know? Yeah. We have that Anderson's book on sheriff here in the sheriff's office here.
- 32:53Mhmm. And there are two volumes there. And when I was going to the new sheriff school, we were told to ignore that because it was bad information. I go, what? What? Oh, I hadn't heard you say that. Well, this is Anderson on the sheriff. I'm looking at it here. Is it... Although I have one volume, not two.
- 33:09Unknown: But that was written back, when was it, 1941,
- 33:12this publication.
- 33:13Mhmm. And
- 33:15it's comprehensive.
- 33:18I've not seen anything that's bad information. I...
- 33:21I'm just kinda surprised, sheriff Darr, that they would say that, but it makes a point. If somebody starts a school to teach
- 33:28sheriffs,
- 33:29it depends upon if they're teaching them right or wrong. You...
- 33:33It it it not just... The answer isn't education.
- 33:37The answer is the right education, and that hardly... That never happens at government expense, by the way. The right education never happens at government expense. They're gonna teach you things that will empower government if the government's paying for it. Keep that in mind. Yeah. Didn't... Isn't the definitive overview of the UCC Anderson on the UCC?
- 33:58Unknown: Is this the same organization
- 33:59Unknown: or guy? Oh, I don't know that, Roger. I've never heard that one. Who I I don't know.
- 34:05No. Interesting. This is Clyde Bowen and Anderson and Clyde Bowen. Clyde Bowen was from the Idaho,
- 34:12a lawyer in Idaho, and Anderson
- 34:15was a
- 34:17lawyer in a lot of places, Idaho,
- 34:20California,
- 34:20Tennessee,
- 34:22of course, some of the
- 34:24bigger courts, Supreme Court. But these fellows,
- 34:28here's the bottom line.
- 34:30Sheriff... Well, sheriff Dara, here I am. See, I'm so used to talking.
- 34:34I just started talking. I don't wanna do that.
- 34:36Sheriff Dara, so you you
- 34:38went in
- 34:40in the... Into it. How old were you when you first became sheriff?
- 34:44Unknown: I was 38.
- 34:47Unknown: Now you... Do you consider... Did you do you consider yourself at that point
- 34:52wet behind the ears and not sure what a sheriff was?
- 34:55Unknown: Now let me put it this way. I ran
- 34:59because of a lot of the corruption and a lot of the
- 35:03laws for the but not for me type thing.
- 35:06And we had a we had a sheriff who's known for drinking and driving.
- 35:10And...
- 35:12Oh, yeah. Yeah. And then
- 35:15people would turn their back on it. We we had that quite a bit here at the sheriff's office before I even started as a... Even a deputy back in '89.
- 35:23And
- 35:25so I ran. I got tired of it. I got tired of it. Scratch my back, scratch yours rather than people being able to earn their way up. Uh-huh.
- 35:32It was it was embarrassing.
- 35:34So I ran, and I went from deputy. I was never a sergeant, lieutenant, kept nothing. I went from deputy all the way up to sheriff.
- 35:42So
- 35:43Unknown: Mhmm.
- 35:44Unknown: Yeah. You mentioned wet behind the ears. Uh-huh. Remember January 1, I walked into this office. The desk was clear.
- 35:51Put my feet up on the desk, and I said, now what do I do?
- 35:57Unknown: Light up for you.
- 36:00Unknown: Luck... Luckily, I hired myself a very effective understurf.
- 36:03Oh. And and that... That's so true. You gotta surround yourself with good people.
- 36:09Yeah. I've I've I've got
- 36:12I've got my fourth understuriff right now,
- 36:15and every one of them I've told, if you don't have the... Excuse my French gun this, but if you don't have the balls to come into my office and tell me when I'm out of line,
- 36:24you're useless to me.
- 36:26Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 36:27Unknown: I I need that just like anybody else would. You know, I'm a human being.
- 36:32So you're under Yeah.
- 36:34Go ahead. Go ahead. I say you have to be on the same page morality with morals.
- 36:38You have to be on the same page with your ethics. You have to be on the same page with your... Just basically all your beliefs.
- 36:44Unknown: Okay.
- 36:45So your undersheriff, was he somebody who was more experienced than you, a deputy before and a sergeant and all that stuff?
- 36:52Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. He was a sergeant. I took it from Battle Creek.
- 36:56He came highly recommended. I needed somebody who was a,
- 37:01how do you say,
- 37:03a stick, basically.
- 37:05Mhmm. And we... Because we had some internal problems that were really bad.
- 37:09Uh-huh. And
- 37:11when he started, it was kinda funny. I actually told him, I said, I'm not gonna tell you who the problem children were
- 37:16because I want you to figure it out. Because if I'm wrong, I need you to tell me. And it didn't take him two weeks, and he come on in and says, oh, you got a mess here. And he started rattling off the names. I'm going, okay. I'm not wrong.
- 37:27Mhmm. Mhmm.
- 37:28Unknown: Alright. So when you got in and you were in in... Even in the small rural county, how many people live in your county?
- 37:36Unknown: About 63,000.
- 37:38Unknown: That's pretty small comparatively.
- 37:40I've known some 10,000,
- 37:42those kind of things, but that's pretty small. So you get in,
- 37:45and,
- 37:47is your job... Even though it's a small county, is your job
- 37:50also the public face of the sheriff's department and the public,
- 37:55mouth?
- 37:57Unknown: Oh, absolutely.
- 37:58Unknown: So you spend a lot of your time,
- 38:01and I use this word in the positive sense,
- 38:04as a political figure.
- 38:07Unknown: Yeah. You can't get away from that.
- 38:09Unknown: Do you like that part of it?
- 38:11Unknown: Most of the time.
- 38:13Unknown: You... In other words, you like you like to go talk to people. And when I first met you, we were... You and I were invited out to a
- 38:21farmhouse out in the middle of nowhere, and a few 100 people showed up. And they had chairs out on the lawn, and they fed us. I remember the ear corn was real good and the succotash and all that. But
- 38:33I... And I didn't know you that well. And you stood up.
- 38:37They asked us both to say something, and you stood up and started talking.
- 38:42And I was pleasantly surprised to discover that
- 38:44you acted like it was just another day of the office to stand up in front of a crowd of a couple of 100 and and just
- 38:52talk.
- 38:53And I said to myself at the time,
- 38:56and I'm not flattering you. I'm just saying it has to be this way.
- 39:00If you can't do that and just be comfortable with people, they're
- 39:04not gonna
- 39:05relate to you as much. Has
- 39:07that been your experience?
- 39:10Unknown: Yeah. And I... I've heard all this stuff too where you gotta be dressed up all the time and you gotta look so professional.
- 39:16Well, I did that at first, and then when I started wearing... Like, I'd go to a restaurant, wear shorts and a T shirt. Mhmm. People felt more comfortable talking to me when I was in a shorts and T shirt, and I was all dressed up, looking all professional.
- 39:28And those are the people I wanted to reach out to because they don't they don't have much of a voice.
- 39:33Unknown: That... So when a Michigander,
- 39:35a native of Michigan, took me up there from down home,
- 39:39and he wanted to take me around, and then we met you because I wanted to stop and see you. And you showed up at a ice cream kind of a restaurant out in the middle of nowhere
- 39:48when you're...
- 39:49You're you're dressed pretty pretty raggedy, I remember.
- 39:53And...
- 39:54Yeah. And I... It surprised me a little, but you're saying that's... You don't mind doing that? And and a matter of fact, you think that it helps just because you don't you don't wanna dress up anyway,
- 40:05Unknown: probably. Oh,
- 40:07I never was a big Thai person.
- 40:09Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Somebody... Whoever admitted those ties ought to have been shot or hung. That's been my thing. I get that. Well, okay. Sure. Be... They'd be hung with them. Go ahead. Yeah. Oh, yeah.
- 40:23So
- 40:24sheriff Dara, one of the questions that came up somewhere was,
- 40:28are you gonna run again? And I said, I don't know what he's gonna do. It has to do with him and his wife, I'm sure. But are you gonna run again, or do you know?
- 40:36Unknown: No. I... Looking for a replacement, but, yeah, this will be my last term. It's it's term number six.
- 40:42And...
- 40:43But we do four year terms. So I've I've got more years as a sheriff than I do as a deputy now.
- 40:49Unknown: Uh-huh. Now we had a... Go ahead. Let me ask you a question, if I may. What are you contemplating doing afterwards? Or is that dust still up in the air?
- 41:01Unknown: Well,
- 41:04my son died, so we're taking care of my grandson.
- 41:07Unknown: Oh,
- 41:08okay. I'm so sorry.
- 41:10Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 41:11But
- 41:13you
- 41:14gonna do that, but are you still gonna be involved in
- 41:17other things in a more leisurely manner, other things that have to do with public public life, or do you know?
- 41:25Unknown: Well, my game plan now is to get my grandson up to age, and then I will start
- 41:30kinda... Guiding him around the importance of local government.
- 41:34Mhmm. You know? People...
- 41:36There's a there's a push to get rid of our township government, and I'm going, oh, no. No. No. If you do anything, let's cut state and federal government. Let's keep the keep the government as local as possible because it's closer to the people. That's right. And all politics is local.
- 41:49Unknown: Mhmm. Yeah. I've often heard.
- 41:52Unknown: Now explain if you would... Thank you for saying that, Roger.
- 41:57That's what we're driving at here. Explain,
- 41:59how it works. It's a little bit different in Michigan. Of course,
- 42:03the undersheriff is an official office there. Is that right?
- 42:06That's a mandated office. Yes. Yeah. And and Arizona, when I was out there, we had undersheriffs.
- 42:12Unknown: But the undersheriffs in there... Go ahead. What's that? Let me explain something to everybody because Alright. Yeah. I I I mentioned the sheriff unit, chief law enforcement officer, and we got prosecutors around here who's, oh, no. We're the chief. And I go, no. You're not. Because,
- 42:27Brent, it breaks down to what we've been teaching for years about the militia.
- 42:30Mhmm. You you were the chief conservatives of the police or the chief law enforcement officer,
- 42:35and you got a president and a vice president. Two mandatory positions in our constitution.
- 42:40Mhmm. Because you have your executive. If anything happens to your executive, then you have the number two in command that can take over. And that's how important these positions are. And
- 42:50and who's the president? He's the commander in chief of the military and of the militia.
- 42:55Unknown: Mhmm.
- 42:56Unknown: You go into the governor. There's a governor and there's a lieutenant governor, both executive officers, chief executive for the state.
- 43:03Something happens to the governor. We got the lieutenant governor can fill in.
- 43:06What's your governor in charge of? The molesque of the of the state. Mhmm. Let's go down to the sheriff.
- 43:13They're at the county level. I can't say go down. Let's go over because there's no such thing as up or down and stuff.
- 43:18Mhmm. It's it's a job that you're you're hired to do. So let's go to the county. You have a sheriff and a mandated undersheriff.
- 43:26What is a sheriff in charge of? The militia or what we call the posse.
- 43:31Maintaining the peace, posse comatatus.
- 43:33So I wanna get that straight through everybody's head like that that these these are positioned
- 43:38for a reason.
- 43:40Unknown: Mhmm.
- 43:41Well, thanks, sheriff. Well, I want you to say those kind of things, and sheriff
- 43:45Dar and I taught a class on the
- 43:48power of the sheriff, and that power of the sheriff is English translation of
- 43:53posse.
- 43:54Posse is
- 43:56power. And we we went through all that, and and we tried to stress that if the posse or the militiamen
- 44:03is not under command of the sheriff,
- 44:05the governor, or the president of The United States, that's not a militia... That's not that's not proper.
- 44:11And
- 44:12we stressed authority delegated.
- 44:15Thank you again.
- 44:17And you can take those courses, by the way. They're all in the can audio and visual at commonlawyer.com.
- 44:22Do you hear what sheriff Darr?
- 44:24I remember where I was. I was traveling, teaching those classes, sheriff, and I learned so much.
- 44:32Teaching, you know, there's there's two ways to learn. It's to listen to somebody teach and to teach. And you learn far more teaching than you do being taught, but you learn a lot being taught too. So
- 44:45the idea is to get taught, learn, and then start talking about it to other people.
- 44:50And it's no secret in my life that I've concluded after all these decades that the sheriff is key
- 44:56to changing and maintaining our country, and it's... The evil empire wants to keep that quiet.
- 45:03Don't say much about the posse. Tell us about the posse in your county,
- 45:07sheriff Dara, because you've done a little bit different things there too.
- 45:12Unknown: Oh, we got...
- 45:14It's under the Posse Comitatta Flaws.
- 45:16Uh-huh.
- 45:18This sheriff is the
- 45:20minor in chief of of your local Posse.
- 45:23Mhmm. And we've had a Posse since 1955,
- 45:25and we're up right around 20 to 25 members.
- 45:30We used to have horses when I first started here, but then I kinda phased on out. And I joke around, we went from horses that ate and pooped to Kawasaki mules.
- 45:39So,
- 45:42anyways,
- 45:44I do... They have a arrest authority
- 45:48under my authority,
- 45:50but they have to have some type of radio or
- 45:52radio contact or
- 45:55physical contact with me or one of my deputies.
- 45:58Mhmm.
- 45:59And you don't really have to overthink it. It's the... They do a lot of security for us for, like, football games.
- 46:04We're we're a big wrestling county,
- 46:07and the
- 46:08wrestling meets, you can fill up a gymnasium, and it could be minus 10 degrees outside, and inside the gymnasium will be 80 degrees just from body heat.
- 46:17And
- 46:19so, anyways, they do stuff like that for me. The... We have fair for the four h,
- 46:25and
- 46:26they do the security all week for the fair.
- 46:28Lately, we've been getting these big concerts. They help us out with the security in these concerts,
- 46:33and they're basically an arm of the sheriff.
- 46:36Unknown: Okay. Well, now then we
- 46:39we went through these things, and I learned about the power of the deputy.
- 46:44How much power does a sheriff by law, just by them being a deputy,
- 46:49how much power
- 46:51is delegated to a deputy
- 46:54that the sheriff has been given by the people of this county?
- 46:57Unknown: That's whatever the sheriff wants to delegate to him.
- 47:00Unknown: Alright. Now we'd talk... For example, you have township
- 47:05government
- 47:05in your county, and you have... In a rural county, you have township
- 47:10policemen. Isn't that right?
- 47:12That's correct. And and what's the relationship, and how does that flesh out and play out with your relationship with these deputies in the town... Little townships
- 47:22around?
- 47:23Unknown: Yeah. We get along great. I mean, it's...
- 47:26Again, I... It's...
- 47:28To me, it's local government, whether it's law enforcement or whether it's local.
- 47:32And
- 47:33it's so important to me anyways that you get to know your community, and you can only do it when your community is smaller.
- 47:40Mhmm.
- 47:41Unknown: Well, do you delegate...
- 47:43Do you deputize these
- 47:44policemen that are... When we made this distinction when we talked to class, you got your peace officers, that's the sheriff and his deputies.
- 47:53Then we had the police officers,
- 47:56and there's a difference. So we went through all that. But do you ever deputize the police officers in your... In the townships?
- 48:03Unknown: That is correct.
- 48:05Unknown: Why... And now something happened here. At the time I
- 48:09went up to see you three, four years ago,
- 48:13you told me of an incident where there was a threat at a school,
- 48:18and you deputized
- 48:20the policeman of the township, maybe it was only one or two,
- 48:23so that they could deal with it. Can you tell about that story a little bit?
- 48:29Unknown: Oh, no. It wasn't really a school. It was a American...
- 48:32Was was it American Legion or what's the other one? They have the Oh,
- 48:36Unknown: VFW?
- 48:37Unknown: VFW. Yes. It was a VFW down in Dalton.
- 48:40And there is a
- 48:42soldier
- 48:44who is doing a lot of huffing of these,
- 48:47we used call them whippets, but it's that gas juice for, like, cake decorating and stuff like that. That... And that'll give you quite a buzz. I get the can to get something Helium.
- 48:57Helium. Is it helium? I'm I'm not sure if it's the helium. Oh, maybe not. Okay. Go ahead. It's the gas that uses to project the
- 49:05the frosting out for, like, cake decorating and stuff like that. Yeah. Okay.
- 49:10So, anyways,
- 49:12one of the police chiefs down there
- 49:15called in sick.
- 49:17And she says, of course,
- 49:19call in sick. And actually I'm getting a phone call. She said, this gave me that rotten gut feeling that, hey, I had to go to work sick today.
- 49:27And sure enough,
- 49:28there was a guy who lived up outside of their townships that was
- 49:34getting ready to go and
- 49:37basically
- 49:37kill the
- 49:40cook... Wait... Cook's cook's last waitress at the VFW.
- 49:44And
- 49:45I had four of those guys in already,
- 49:48the two township police chiefs, and they managed to
- 49:51stop this guy. When they caught him, he was pulling into the VFW. That's how close we came. Oh.
- 49:58Unknown: You had... That you'd... Oh, this... Lisa says knock... Nitrous
- 50:03oxide.
- 50:04Unknown: Yes. That's a nitrous oxide, I think. Okay.
- 50:07Unknown: Well... And I don't see any questions in the chat. If somebody has one, I'm not saying I'll ask it because I I wanna screen things in case there's somebody out there that's trying to cause trouble. But please put your questions over here, and maybe we can get the good sheriff
- 50:25respond.
- 50:27Well, sheriff, so you do deputize.
- 50:29And the deputies, I remember you saying this, and we'd look... I'd looked it up, and you apparently knew it. The deputy has
- 50:38when you deputize him, unless you say otherwise,
- 50:41respond to what I'm saying. Unless you say otherwise, he has all the power that you have as sheriff. Is that true?
- 50:49Unknown: Yep. Yes.
- 50:51It depends on what I deputize him for. So I can give a deputy all the power I have or I can give him limited power. Okay. You... You're restricted to
- 50:59handling school
- 51:01liaison
- 51:03stuff.
- 51:03Uh-huh. So I'm not gonna be deputized. You go handle a murder. I'm not gonna go, you know, that type of stuff.
- 51:08Uh-huh. I can deputize posse. I deputize them. Uh-huh. They only have arrest authority when they're with another deputy or within radio contact of us. And Uh-huh.
- 51:19With a... For these township
- 51:21police chief, I gave them full deputy status.
- 51:24I don't give deputy status to their their their officers. I just give it to the police chief.
- 51:30Unknown: Mhmm.
- 51:31Unknown: Then when we were handling the election fraud, I had some volunteers coming in. I gave them deputy status for investigations
- 51:38because you're...
- 51:40If if you didn't, they'd have to be...
- 51:42Get licensed to be a private detective or something like that. So I gave them the authority
- 51:48to handle investigations
- 51:49because when you handle investigation, you're crying into people's lives.
- 51:53Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 51:54Well,
- 51:57can you tell me...
- 51:59Tell us more about
- 52:03the
- 52:04attacks that you received
- 52:07if you're able. I don't want you to talk about things you don't think you should talk about, of course. So... But if so, can you tell us about the attacks you received
- 52:15when you took on
- 52:18an expert
- 52:20in election law
- 52:23machines
- 52:24to do your investigation into election
- 52:27fraud, election machines, what do you... Whatever you call them, voting machines.
- 52:32Yeah. And he...
- 52:33Well, tell us about that. See, I'm stumbling for words. I don't know about it, but you've been into it a long time. Please, if you can, tell us about your experiences with that and what the response
- 52:43of the of the
- 52:46the left was?
- 52:48Unknown: Well, why don't we talk a little bit about the screw ups that the state and federal government had done? I don't know if it was intentional or not, but when the twenty twenty election come around and we all saw that in the middle of the night where these computers all shut down. And when they kicked back on, they had this...
- 53:03They had this... They charted it on out. They had this chart where there's a spike straight up for Joe Biden.
- 53:09And after that, Joe Biden walked off with the election.
- 53:12And...
- 53:14Am I still in?
- 53:16Hello?
- 53:18Yes. Can you hear me? Yes. On my phone, something popped up. Right? And you guys all got quiet. So, anyway,
- 53:25that started an an
- 53:27investigation by our senate here in Michigan senate.
- 53:30Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 53:31Unknown: The people handling the election, the chairman was a farmer
- 53:34who is from the Upper Peninsula. He's a farmer up there. I'm not saying he's not intelligent,
- 53:39but he is a farmer. He's not a police officer.
- 53:41An ear, nose, and throat doctor, which was the senator senator from my area.
- 53:46And
- 53:47I think they had two that were clerks or former clerks,
- 53:51and they were all senators now. And that's what we had handling probably the greatest fraud against this country
- 53:57ever.
- 53:58And I got to my senator about it because he was under the committee. And I said, look. You guys need a task force of law enforcement. Let's get some experts on this.
- 54:06Oh, I'm doing what I'm told. I'm... I've been assigned to this committee. And and then later on, I asked him, hey. Do you have the name of the driver of the truck that drove the truck into the TCF centers? I'm trying to point all these things out that
- 54:18is normal
- 54:19for just a regular
- 54:22street beat police officer.
- 54:24And,
- 54:25of course, his answer was no on all these things.
- 54:28And they kept telling you, you need an expert. Well, that never happened. They come out with a report. And in the end of the report, the chairman of that committee says, if anybody investigate this, I want the
- 54:39attorney general to look at charging them.
- 54:42And I was like, what?
- 54:44Mhmm.
- 54:45You know? Because I've been investigating this when at the same time they were doing this.
- 54:49I had some of that information that I asked him if he had,
- 54:53and
- 54:54they never asked for it.
- 54:56Like, kind of important to know who the truck driver was who drove the ballots in in the middle of the night at 03:00 in the morning.
- 55:03Yeah. And
- 55:05a lot of people don't know a truck that size has a GPS in it. And by law, they have to keep that GPS for six months.
- 55:11Mhmm. So
- 55:13it wouldn't wouldn't it be nice to where that truck's been gone or has been at for the last six months?
- 55:17Mhmm.
- 55:18Yeah. They didn't get the the... There's a building right across in the... It's it's called the TCS Center in Detroit
- 55:24where
- 55:26I was told it was like a democrat headquarters over there.
- 55:29And I said, did you ever get the power...
- 55:34What do they call that? Basically, it's a whole power reports on how much power and energy was used that night because
- 55:42your electric companies,
- 55:43a lot of them can tell whether or not your refrigerator is running, your television is running. Well, how about a computer and a printer?
- 55:50Unknown: Mhmm.
- 55:51Unknown: So are they printing ballots over there? What... What's going on? So all that needed to be investigated,
- 55:56and it it never happened.
- 55:59So
- 56:00I continue with mine.
- 56:02One of the things the attorney general's office did to me as my
- 56:07first detective I had, and we were short staffed, so I'm struggling to find somebody to look into this.
- 56:14I had a guy who was on late duty
- 56:15and I asked him to look into it and
- 56:19he really didn't want to because it was as a political hot potato.
- 56:23He started,
- 56:25and then obviously some other stuff come in. Like, we had a missing woman, and we ended up finding her, deceased.
- 56:31But,
- 56:32anyways,
- 56:33next thing I know, he's getting a subpoena from the attorney general's office to go all the way over to Detroit in some courtroom in Detroit
- 56:39We're West Michigan, Detroit to East Michigan. That's a two two and half hour drive.
- 56:43Mhmm. With a subpoena, I gotta pay my
- 56:46detective I got working on it, his wage and plus the wear and tear on the car and all that stuff.
- 56:53Why?
- 56:55What what were you looking for?
- 56:57Mhmm. So
- 57:00I got a new guy coming on in. He had some investigative experience, so I swore swore him in. I said, guess what? You're gonna work on this case here.
- 57:08They subpoenaed him too.
- 57:11All... We had to drive all the way over to Detroit. Well, this time we got him an attorney.
- 57:15The attorney
- 57:16did what's called a motion to quash the subpoena.
- 57:20Unknown: Mhmm.
- 57:22Unknown: And the way the attorney described it to me was he says, yeah. The judge sat there with his head and resting in his palms,
- 57:29looked up to the attorney general's attorney and said, what are you getting me into?
- 57:33No. Attorney general started to the attorney general started to say something. He said, no. Sheriff can investigate whoever he wants. This most of your quash was granted, and he gabbled him. Well, that attorney general
- 57:44sent the... My guy's attorney an email
- 57:48telling him that all immunities are off and now he has a target painted on him. Mhmm.
- 57:53My detective didn't wanna touch this case.
- 57:56Mhmm. Now how's that not obstruction?
- 57:58Unknown: Mhmm. Mhmm.
- 58:00Unknown: Now both both times you have business getting involved in my investigation.
- 58:04Any other attorney general's office that I've ever worked with would have said... Would have called me up and say, hey, Dar, what do got? I would have told him, you need help.
- 58:12Oh, no. They tried stopping us from an investigation.
- 58:15Mhmm. What I heard was that they were trying to indict me on something.
- 58:19Mhmm.
- 58:21So,
- 58:22luckily, we we follow the rules here. So that that was that was kind of the beginning part of it. There was that
- 58:29threat from the attorney general's office trying to stop this investigation.
- 58:32But why?
- 58:34Mhmm. You know, I keep asking that. The more you want me to stop, the more I'm sitting here going, are you involved?
- 58:41Unknown: Mhmm.
- 58:43Unknown: So we kept going with the investigation.
- 58:45And, of course, I had some death threats and stuff like that. We had letters sent to my home
- 58:51threatening me.
- 58:54So, yeah, it's been quite a ride with with stuff like that on there. We just... We ignore them and just keep moving forward.
- 59:01Unknown: Mhmm. Well, sheriff, you've been sheriff, of course, a long time at that time.
- 59:06Yeah.
- 59:07But when you had this experience,
- 59:10was it a head slapper time, an eye opening time, and was it a time when you said,
- 59:15I didn't realize how... I knew there was a deep state. I knew there was darkness out there,
- 59:21but I didn't realize how organized
- 59:23and vicious they were.
- 59:25Did that happen?
- 59:27Absolutely.
- 59:30Unknown: I
- 59:31Uh-huh. I experienced that before. That question. Think we're ready to run break.
- 59:35Unknown: Yeah. We'll answer that question in two minutes.
- 59:39Thank you for joining us for the Radio Ranch with Roger Sails on eurofolkradio.com.

- 1:00:10There's exhibits there,
- 1:00:12a veritable plethora of information,
- 1:00:15pack a lunch, stay the day. We'll be back to the program in just a minute, thank you.
- 1:01:27And we're back. The
- 1:01:29affiliate and restroom
- 1:01:31break
- 1:01:31is over and back to the radio range.
- 1:01:38Unknown: Boy, that was some fancy music you had there, Paul.
- 1:01:43That was They were... They were... Yeah. That that very classic.
- 1:01:46Unknown: Bits.
- 1:01:47It was 16 bits. That that was
- 1:01:51generated by a computer
- 1:01:53almost
- 1:01:54twenty years ago.
- 1:01:57Unknown: It sounded like it was dated a little bit,
- 1:02:00but it was very, very nice. Well,
- 1:02:03sheriff Darr's here. And, of course, we appreciate his time because
- 1:02:07he's on duty twenty four seven for a
- 1:02:11year after year.
- 1:02:12As sheriff, he's been there over,
- 1:02:14let's say, 04/05/2020.
- 1:02:16He's into a... Over... Well over 20. He's into a sixth term.
- 1:02:21His term, I believe, is four years.
- 1:02:24And
- 1:02:25we appreciate him coming because he is on duty as he always is, but we're gonna turn it back over to him and use...
- 1:02:32Let him use the time to talk. Was there something you wanted to say, Roger or Paul? Let's let's see if he can answer that question that we interrupted him with.
- 1:02:41Alright. Now keep going in other words. Right? No?
- 1:02:46Unknown: Yeah. That's what Paul... I I just wanted to add something when we get a break. If you wanna continue with where Dara's going, that'd be fine. Uh-huh.
- 1:02:53Unknown: Oh, well,
- 1:02:54sheriff sheriffiest,
- 1:02:56if you're still there, Lord willing, pick it up where you think it's appropriate and tell us things you think are most important, whatever it is.
- 1:03:05Unknown: You asked about the deep state. Well Mhmm.
- 1:03:08My first...
- 1:03:09Probably a couple months in office, I was getting these emails.
- 1:03:13Sarah help us. They're ordering children like pizza.
- 1:03:16It's called Pizzagate.
- 1:03:18And so of course, back then the term urban legend was big. So I kept saying that's an urban legend.
- 1:03:23Nobody's doing that stuff.
- 1:03:25So that was my first taste of, you know, the deep state and the corruption and the darkness.
- 1:03:29Because
- 1:03:30then the Epstein thing happened, and I'm going, oh my goodness. I ignored these people.
- 1:03:36So I don't know what I could have done had I not ignored them because are doing? You're sending the information to where? Oh, you're sending it to the deep state.
- 1:03:45Mhmm. Where do go with information like that?
- 1:03:48But, anyways, the... Probably it got a little bit worse with around COVID,
- 1:03:52learning what the deep state was.
- 1:03:56Then when they had that plot against the governor
- 1:03:58over here Mhmm. Mhmm. And I I spoke up about, hey. These guys are innocent until proven guilty, and I I think you remember all that, Brent. Mhmm. And
- 1:04:07that... I got more death threats on that one, a lot more.
- 1:04:11Threats to arrest me and all this stuff. And
- 1:04:15it was funny because I I would...
- 1:04:17When I first started getting these threats, I'd fire right back at them. And then when I started
- 1:04:23offering to have a little sit down with them and not even offer to buy their lunch,
- 1:04:27all of sudden the threat stopped and I'm going, doggone, I wish I would've done that before. So if there's any other sheriffs out there, just learn from my experience on that. That's what I did. I offered to buy them lunch. I... We'll meet anywhere you want. I'll I'll buy your lunch, and we'll have a we'll have an adult conversation.
- 1:04:44Mhmm. And all of sudden, it stopped.
- 1:04:47Oh, me. We got...
- 1:04:49Barry County here got doxxed for two weeks straight after I made those comments about people being innocent until proven guilty.
- 1:04:56Unknown: Yeah. I I do recall that. Uh-huh. Go ahead. Where
- 1:05:00Unknown: did that all come from?
- 1:05:03Unknown: Where did... Which come all of that. Oh, you were asking yourself. Right?
- 1:05:08Unknown: Yeah. Uh-huh.
- 1:05:10And then
- 1:05:12those stopped when I...
- 1:05:14They had a special commissioner's meeting and
- 1:05:18make... To me, they're making a bigger deal out of what it really was.
- 1:05:23The doxing was the biggest pain on the hind end because what I said was accurate.
- 1:05:28You know, people are innocent until proven guilty. They just everyday in court, you know?
- 1:05:33But,
- 1:05:34anyways, I had a news media at that commissioner's meeting put a microphone on my face, and they
- 1:05:39Mhmm. Asked me if I was going to resign. And I said, why would I resign if I'm gonna... If I'm right?
- 1:05:44Mhmm. You know? And all a sudden, doxing stopped. So I'm sitting there scratching my head. I'm going, was this whole doxing trying to get me to resign?
- 1:05:51Mhmm.
- 1:05:53So nonetheless,
- 1:05:55life moves on.
- 1:05:57Mhmm. And we have this election.
- 1:06:00Everybody watched what happened on television.
- 1:06:03Everybody was in uproar about it. And then all we heard was is
- 1:06:08this is the most secure election in the country's history or the state's history, and there's no evidence of voter fraud and all this stuff. Mhmm. And all those were lies. We we know that.
- 1:06:18But they keep telling them, and there's a... Still a group of people out there who still believe them.
- 1:06:23Unknown: Oh, it's
- 1:06:25Yeah.
- 1:06:26Unknown: Mhmm. It's amazing, isn't it? Yes. It... It's the power of political correctness. It overwhelms people. They don't have a clue what they're talking. Yeah. And I've... We watched it in COVID too. Well, now You know? Fellow... Go ahead. There's there's another label for that called cultural Marxism.
- 1:06:41Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And by the way, I gotta drop a footnote here. I can't resist.
- 1:06:47Politically correct speech is the foundation of all evil government in the world.
- 1:06:53And it's my con... Study conclusion for what it's worth that that's what has happened at Babylon in this eleventh chapter of Genesis, and I based that
- 1:07:03upon the Hebrew words themselves that are used. And if you want to read about my conclusions,
- 1:07:09you can get a copy of the,
- 1:07:11I call it, the good book uncooked, the common lawyer translates the bible from the original tongues, and the footnotes there
- 1:07:18give the conclusions, but that's applicable today. Now, sheriff,
- 1:07:22last time I came up there, we met at that little ice cream place and you showed up and you're...
- 1:07:29Just like you're a
- 1:07:30a local yokel there, addressed, and
- 1:07:33we visited. And I had another
- 1:07:35man and woman with me at the time, and he was a native Michigander
- 1:07:39that had moved down to our neck of the woods. And he... I went back up with him, and we went up to the Upper Peninsula and all those places I heard you talk about.
- 1:07:48And
- 1:07:50he has a question. He's listening.
- 1:07:52He has a question, and I want to read it to you
- 1:07:55Unknown: and see if Before you you do that, can I Oh? I tell you what Dwight D. Eisenhower said about political correctness?
- 1:08:01Unknown: Sure.
- 1:08:03Unknown: Yeah. When he was president, he said... He described political correctness
- 1:08:06as the
- 1:08:09trying to tell people that it was possible
- 1:08:11to pick up a piece of shit from the clean end.
- 1:08:16Unknown: That's pretty earthy. You know, people don't... Yeah. That's pretty earthy. You know where Roosevelt grew up on
- 1:08:23Kansas frontier,
- 1:08:26and he grew up in a pretty earthy environment when it comes right down to it. But, of course, going to West Point, they cleaned him up a little bit, but he still had it in. Well,
- 1:08:35this fella, his name is Keith.
- 1:08:38He says, hi, sheriff. Are
- 1:08:40you in communication or conversation
- 1:08:43with a man by the name of Patrick Byrne
- 1:08:47about
- 1:08:48deep state questions?
- 1:08:50I know... He says this. I know he has spoken of you,
- 1:08:54of you, Patrick Byrne. Now Patrick Byrne is a well known
- 1:08:59media personality,
- 1:09:01apparently. I don't know a lot about him, but Keith has talked to me about it. Do you remember a company
- 1:09:06Unknown: fifteen, twenty years ago called Overstock?
- 1:09:10Mhmm.
- 1:09:11That was him.
- 1:09:12Alright. He was a multimillionaire,
- 1:09:14and he's living at home with his mother and just got through with some sort of a lung operation where they took part of one lung and recovering. And he's lost everything. He's been up involved with the CIA,
- 1:09:27all this election stuff all over the world. Mhmm. Quite a guy, Patrick Burns. I just had to add that. Well, that puts some context to it. Sheriff Dyer, do you ever talk... Have you ever talked to Patrick Burns?
- 1:09:40Unknown: Yeah. I've talked to him. Yeah.
- 1:09:42Oh, are you I have I have indirect contact with him too.
- 1:09:46Unknown: Alright. So you're... But you're not involved
- 1:09:50communicating with him regularly now? No.
- 1:09:54No. I never have been. Oh, I see. Okay. But he's on the same page with you apparently, or he's got his head pointed in the same direction. Is that
- 1:10:03Unknown: He's
- 1:10:04he's part of Overstock, and Dominion sued him for, like, $1,100,000,000
- 1:10:08for his being
- 1:10:10public about what was going on with the Dominion machines and stuff like that and the foreign foreign interference.
- 1:10:15Oh,
- 1:10:16that's... Mhmm.
- 1:10:18Where where he likes me very well is that my investigators are the ones who turned up those
- 1:10:23emails between Dominion employees and
- 1:10:28country leaders who don't like us.
- 1:10:30Unknown: And you're out in the middle of nowhere, rural Michigan, and these things are happening because
- 1:10:36you
- 1:10:37took a small... Well, to the
- 1:10:41the rest of the country,
- 1:10:43who's ever heard of Barrie County, Michigan? We were looking... People were saying, where's Barrie County, Michigan? Well, but you dug in deep there and discovered things that were common throughout our country.
- 1:10:55And the deeper you went, the more you saw there was connection
- 1:10:59to
- 1:11:00folk that were very powerful
- 1:11:03worldwide maybe, but behind the scenes.
- 1:11:06Is that true?
- 1:11:09Unknown: Yeah, but I gotta kind of draw a line here because most of what I got now is in the
- 1:11:14Department of Justice hands and I don't wanna screw up any of their cases.
- 1:11:18So I gotta be careful what I say about it. Yeah.
- 1:11:22Where we got started in it is...
- 1:11:26And there's an attorney out of Detroit. She asked if she could set up a table, and it's right in the heart of COVID right after the election Mhmm. And reach out to the community here and see if they found anything or saw anything that was odd at the polling areas.
- 1:11:38And
- 1:11:41we had,
- 1:11:42I think it was six or eight people come on in, and most of it was they were talking about
- 1:11:48they were made to use these
- 1:11:52markers rather than ink pens and stuff like that. And they about were marker bleed through on the ballot, which that's not what we're looking for on the marker stuff. Mhmm.
- 1:12:02But then we had one woman who brought in a picture, and what it was is her computer screen.
- 1:12:07And I think it was Fox News, I think it was. Mhmm. Anyways, there's a map of Michigan,
- 1:12:13and you could take your arrow
- 1:12:15and you could click it on a county,
- 1:12:18and it'd tell you what the voting results were at that time. Mhmm.
- 1:12:21So
- 1:12:22think about that. How would they know?
- 1:12:26So it's 03:00 in the afternoon, you go click on it, they tell you what the voting... How would how would they know?
- 1:12:31Mhmm.
- 1:12:33So this happened to be after eleven, and not all the precincts had been in a Barrie County. She put down Barrie County.
- 1:12:39They had the natural law party candidate
- 1:12:41that was leading Barry County with... I wanna say, I'm gonna throw these out just by memory.
- 1:12:47Mhmm. And
- 1:12:48I think it was 9,700
- 1:12:50votes in Donald Trump.
- 1:12:52I... Maybe it's 9,800. Donald Trump had 9,700,
- 1:12:55and Joe Biden had, like, 43
- 1:12:58or 4,500.
- 1:12:59And Mhmm. And, anyway, she thought that was really odd that the natural law party candidate was leading Barry County. So she took a picture of it. Mhmm. Mhmm.
- 1:13:09That's what changed my life. That's when we had cybersecurity
- 1:13:12experts reach out. We're trying to put a case together.
- 1:13:16I had no idea how to handle something like this. They don't teach us this in the academy.
- 1:13:21Yeah. And anyhow,
- 1:13:23the next morning when all the results were in, that same candidate went from 97
- 1:13:27or 9,800
- 1:13:29down to 12.
- 1:13:32Oh. What happened?
- 1:13:34That's where the cyber guys got all excited. That's where
- 1:13:38we started looking into things, and then you start thinking about that spike in the middle of the night and the computers being shut down for two hours and and so on.
- 1:13:47Mhmm. So
- 1:13:52that's what got us started in it all. Well, if I were
- 1:13:57Unknown: DJ Trump,
- 1:13:59I would say to myself... I hadn't thinking I would say to myself,
- 1:14:04I'm gonna get these guys.
- 1:14:06There's election fraud. They called me a liar.
- 1:14:09Now somebody said here there's no evidence that
- 1:14:14they're an
- 1:14:15attempt on Trump's life or...
- 1:14:18Okay. Well, maybe he knows more than I do, but I know that
- 1:14:21no matter whether there was or wasn't
- 1:14:24for attempted assassinations,
- 1:14:27if
- 1:14:28I were DJ Trump and I believe there was election fraud
- 1:14:32and I thought it was important, I'd wanna do something about it before I got out of office.
- 1:14:37Now it sounds to me like that
- 1:14:41the justice department is looking into these things.
- 1:14:45Now I just heard the other day,
- 1:14:48vice president of The United States, JD Vance,
- 1:14:52announced
- 1:14:53that they were looking into
- 1:14:56800 and some thousand
- 1:14:58instances of
- 1:14:59fraud and folk apply... Applying for
- 1:15:03loans to pay employees
- 1:15:06and then use the money for something else. And and also, they're they're prosecuting some of those, and I've heard of a
- 1:15:14high ranking... A mayor of some big town down in Florida,
- 1:15:19some gal took a $50,000
- 1:15:22loan that was forgiven, and now she's facing thirty years.
- 1:15:26I heard that.
- 1:15:28So I have to assume, although I'm not sure, that
- 1:15:32the Justice Department under the president of The United States is pursuing this election fraud
- 1:15:38problem that we faced with these machines. Let me ask you a question, sheriff.
- 1:15:43Point blank.
- 1:15:44Your conclusion,
- 1:15:46for what it's worth,
- 1:15:47should we get rid of election machines and have paper ballots? Absolutely.
- 1:15:52Unknown: Who said that? Oh, that was I think everybody else answered that before me. Yeah. Well,
- 1:15:56Unknown: I wanted to hear you say it. Now, Roger, you said it, but, sheriff, did you... I didn't hear if you said anything.
- 1:16:02Unknown: Yeah. I would like to see the the computerized system gone because it's run with software. Software can be programmed. You know, we could have a perfect election today, but ten years from now, we're still using the same system. I know somebody's not gonna sneak something in there. And my understanding when talking to these cyber guys, this could happen faster than a blink of eye... Blink of an eye. Mhmm. And, you know, we go through these...
- 1:16:26Oh, what do they call them? The public accuracy tests. Mhmm. Well, it's run by software.
- 1:16:32And I tell everybody that'll... That you're gonna pass that accuracy test every time. I wanna know what happens at 05:15PM.
- 1:16:41You know? What's going on with that software? You can... You can program it to whatever you want. Sure. They're using software now for jury pools. Well, it's supposed to be a random pick.
- 1:16:51Mhmm. Tell me where a computer can be random.
- 1:16:53So No. We're getting software to death, basically, is what we're doing.
- 1:16:57And who's who's writing the software?
- 1:17:00What are these... They call them NGOs, which is nongovernment organizations. Mhmm. Who are they? Who do they hire? Mhmm.
- 1:17:07Are they foreigners?
- 1:17:08Did they do background checks?
- 1:17:10Just Mhmm. Like, even with FOIA,
- 1:17:13we've had people try and FOIA this company called ERIC, which is electronic registration information center. Uh-huh. And they're the ones who were supposed to be tracking voters.
- 1:17:22Like, if you lived in this precinct and then you move to another precinct, ERIC is supposed to be tracking that and keeping that
- 1:17:29information up to date. Well, first of all, who wrote the software for Eric? Did they sell it? Who'd they sell it to?
- 1:17:38Who works for them? Did they do a background investigation? And now they're saying they're they're FOIA exempt because they put in their contract that they can't be FOIA ed. I'm a whole time out. You can't get around law
- 1:17:49Mhmm. With a contract.
- 1:17:51Mhmm. So this is kind of stuff that we're facing.
- 1:17:53Unknown: Oh, a good point, sheriff. Well, sheriff, back when I was Excellent. A young a young buck coming up,
- 1:18:00They used to have a great big cage, and they had a bunch of stuff in it with numbers on it. And some guy on the end rolling around with a big handle, and then somebody from the federal government reach in and say, okay. This is... This date, out of three hundred and sixty five days of the year, this date is draft number one. You're born on this date, you're gonna get drafted. I went through that. Yeah. So we remember that. But but the method now
- 1:18:26is,
- 1:18:27software.
- 1:18:29And software, computers only work
- 1:18:32if somebody
- 1:18:33programs them.
- 1:18:35That is not true when you're rolling that thing around. That's the grand difference. Am I right, Sheriff? Is that your discovery?
- 1:18:41Unknown: Yeah. It used to be, like, names literally in a hat, and you drew out Yeah. Your names out of a hat. Yeah. Same principle. I see. Uh-huh. But what is the software capable of that they're doing? Where do they get their where do they get their names
- 1:18:54for the software? Do they get it from the voter rolls? Well Yeah.
- 1:18:58The democrat and republicans both have who votes how. How do they know how you vote, whether you vote democrat or republican?
- 1:19:05Yeah. And,
- 1:19:06you know, so are we gonna have these jury pools where,
- 1:19:11if you're, let's say, you're a strong conservative,
- 1:19:13and, how do you know we're not gonna get a jury pool of all very liberal people who wanna fry you?
- 1:19:19Mhmm. Yeah. So And that Yeah. That's why that's why drawing out of the hat seems to be a little bit better to me. Oh. Oh, wow. Really rough. When,
- 1:19:27Unknown: Bill Gates and the guy that's died, I can't remember his program... The guy that did all the programming.
- 1:19:33When they met and they were in high school,
- 1:19:35they would program it so in their classes, it was all the girls.
- 1:19:41The computer feed all the girls to their classes.
- 1:19:45Mhmm. So just an example of what you're talking about.
- 1:19:48Unknown: But all girls are all pretty girls.
- 1:19:51Unknown: It was all girls, but I don't I don't know why. So it's so it's not possible
- 1:19:57Unknown: to use a computer
- 1:19:59to be random because it... Now I'm asking for your view on this. It's not possible to use a computer to be truly random
- 1:20:07and to exercise chance
- 1:20:10because the computer has to have a programmer to work. Yep.
- 1:20:15Unknown: Yeah. That's my understanding. I'm not a computer guy. Just wanna be upfront. That's my understanding from talking to somebody at cyber guys.
- 1:20:22Unknown: That's why I'm know what to do if something didn't tell them to do something. Mhmm.
- 1:20:27Unknown: And just to make a point, and this is a biblical point if I may drop another footnote.
- 1:20:34When it comes to elect... Let's say jury pools. There was a 12 man jury that Jesus Christ impaneled to witness the evidence of his identity,
- 1:20:42And they were with him three years observing the evidence.
- 1:20:45Had to do with a lot of unusual things.
- 1:20:48Well, at the end of that time, there was one of those fellows
- 1:20:51that turn coded. And
- 1:20:53after he turn coded and sold Jesus Christ by the providence of God, by the way. It had to happen. He predicted God said it would happen, it did happen, and that betrayed him to murder, and he came for that reason, I understand that. But
- 1:21:07that fellow went out and tried to hang himself and failed. The rope broke, that was Judas,
- 1:21:13and he was on the edge of a cliff and he fell down, his guts busted out. That's what it says.
- 1:21:18That's the evidence of what happened. But
- 1:21:21in Acts chapter one, they needed to replace
- 1:21:25that juror just like we do today.
- 1:21:28And we have two alternate jurors today always that watch the whole trial in case somebody gets sick during the proceedings or dies or something. And then he can step right into his shoes. So what they did was they said, well,
- 1:21:41we we have
- 1:21:43men here that were there the whole time just like the 12.
- 1:21:47And we have two here that are fully qualified.
- 1:21:50So let's draw straws and see which one
- 1:21:53God wants.
- 1:21:55And that's the way they chose Matthias.
- 1:21:58And they drew straws or threw the dice, cast the lots as the old language says. That's true chance. God says
- 1:22:05the casting of the lot and the whole disposing thereof is under my control. He says that in the Old Testament.
- 1:22:12He's sovereign over everything.
- 1:22:14And so this idea
- 1:22:16of randomness
- 1:22:17for juries,
- 1:22:18randomness for grand juries, randomness
- 1:22:21is important.
- 1:22:23But computers, the way I understand it, and sheriff Dyer says that's the way he understands it, do not have that capability.
- 1:22:30Well,
- 1:22:31a sheriff.
- 1:22:32So
- 1:22:33is there anybody
- 1:22:35still
- 1:22:36in danger over your investigation?
- 1:22:39Any
- 1:22:40part of your investigatory
- 1:22:41team still in danger, still being hassled,
- 1:22:44including yourself, of course, over this investigation
- 1:22:47that you did?
- 1:22:52Unknown: I don't know about my investigation, but
- 1:22:57a lot of that stuff has
- 1:23:00slowed down or died off.
- 1:23:02Mhmm. One of the odd things that happened is that I got an attorney, and there's another
- 1:23:08clerk out of Hillsdale County. Uh-huh. And a circuit court judge threw out all his charges that the attorney general's office put on him. Mhmm.
- 1:23:16And
- 1:23:18few months later, that circuit court judge died of a rare stomach cancer.
- 1:23:24Mhmm. So
- 1:23:25in the meantime, the attorney general's office have have an appeal in the court of appeals.
- 1:23:30Mhmm. And she died of
- 1:23:32this this weird oddball of stomach cancer.
- 1:23:35And I don't know all the details on it. It just really stunk to me. It was like, wow. Our governor is the one who appoints the next judge there.
- 1:23:43Mhmm.
- 1:23:44So
- 1:23:46your conspiracy theory guy, this is right up your alley. It it just... It was like, this is really, really odd
- 1:23:53that this judge who just dismissed all these charges from the state
- 1:23:56Mhmm.
- 1:23:58And often she just dies of some oddball cancer and is in a rest of cancer, and it took her pretty rapidly.
- 1:24:04Unknown: Yeah. It seems as odd. You mentioned that case a while ago, the Prince case, which came down and said that the federal agents and the federal government have no authority to commandeer sheriffs and anybody else in the state government.
- 1:24:17But the federal judge that ruled and ruled right in that case was
- 1:24:23shot dead.
- 1:24:25Unknown: That is correct. One out in Arizona.
- 1:24:27Unknown: Yeah. And nobody heard about that. They only heard about the the congresswoman
- 1:24:33that was shot at the same time. Right. She became a hero,
- 1:24:37but the judge has just forgotten.
- 1:24:38Yeah. Yeah. I just... It stinks. I'm not... I don't know any more than that, but it didn't look right.
- 1:24:44Yeah.
- 1:24:45That was the Gifford,
- 1:24:47shooting.
- 1:24:47Well That's correct. So so it's dangerous out there, sheriff.
- 1:24:52I think we're in agreement about that. Real dangerous. Okay.
- 1:24:56Unknown: So, sheriff Can I ask Go ahead, Roger? Go ahead. Go couple of months ago got up and did that middle of the week talk
- 1:25:04that some of the establishment
- 1:25:06didn't cover it all. Some covered up to the point,
- 1:25:10when he got into the war or something and they dropped out. Do y'all remember that?
- 1:25:15No. You don't? Sure, Roger. We keep talking. Well, it's fairly recent. I mean, it's a couple months back, 02/03.
- 1:25:21Well, the... What he was wailing on that they did cover
- 1:25:25was,
- 1:25:26I believe, or this... It was the Chinese
- 1:25:31interaction in the last election that they've been uncovered with,
- 1:25:35the guy from Minnesota
- 1:25:37and and all the others that are doing that kind of research.
- 1:25:40And I just wondered at that time because he had put out an executive order
- 1:25:45about paper ballots, hadn't he?
- 1:25:48Mhmm. He was talking publicly about it, I think. Is
- 1:25:52this a reason?
- 1:25:54Like, for instance,
- 1:25:55evidently,
- 1:25:56Israel was about to attack Iran.
- 1:25:59And Trump has called them back,
- 1:26:02with these elections, the Israeli one being Tuesday
- 1:26:05and The US one being a week later, two weeks later, what... No. Yeah. A week later. It's
- 1:26:11a really perilous time right now.
- 1:26:14Why did you get up and give that public speech in the middle of the week? It's just uncharacteristic.
- 1:26:20That's all. It was just so close, and the closer we get, it appears,
- 1:26:26the more important it becomes.
- 1:26:29Unknown: Yes. Now I I... Thank you, Roger, and I'm gonna look into that, of course, more.
- 1:26:34Sheriff, though,
- 1:26:38I wanna ask a question to you now.
- 1:26:41Given all that your experiences,
- 1:26:43and,
- 1:26:44I know that you would say and have said, you said it here, you don't know everything, and you're always looking for people that to hang around that know more than you kind of thing. And I am too, by the way. That's why I try to hang around with you some.
- 1:26:56But
- 1:26:58all your... The calculus of your experience,
- 1:27:01what should folk,
- 1:27:04we're just normal folk. I mean, normal in that word. We don't have a lot of influence, and I know you have little in your own county. You're normal folk.
- 1:27:11What should
- 1:27:13we do? What is your conclusion of what we should individually,
- 1:27:17as Americans who want our country back, what should we do?
- 1:27:22Unknown: First of all,
- 1:27:23they call it the right to vote, what what we all discuss about right. It's to evoke right and duty.
- 1:27:29Yeah. Then you get get out and still vote. People, oh, I'm not voting. It's corrupt.
- 1:27:34Well, it's easily...
- 1:27:35To corrupt when you're not there.
- 1:27:37So
- 1:27:38if if you're... If you believe in that that part of the
- 1:27:42voter fraud.
- 1:27:43So
- 1:27:44I don't care if you gotta drag your neighbor kicking and screaming or buy their hair or whatever. Get them on out there and get them out voting.
- 1:27:50And
- 1:27:51you kinda
- 1:27:53give them overwhelming numbers.
- 1:27:55Mhmm. So You know, that... That'd be my my number one response is that right there. Just get out and vote. If
- 1:28:02you don't get out and vote, what... What's that old saying? You can vote yourself into socialism, but you have to shoot your way out of it. Alright. Yeah. That's true. That's not funny.
- 1:28:11Unknown: All politics is local as the old saying goes, and those are things you can control.
- 1:28:17I understand where people get frustrated with the process and they don't care about president, vice president, and hanging chads and any other crap that go... But that county commissioner and the school board
- 1:28:30people and the other thing is there's all kinds of tons of offices
- 1:28:34that nobody runs so the Democrats step in there. I'm saying probably more nationwide than your county, Dar. Mhmm. But step in there, and so they end up controlling. And people have rightly said go in and find those offices and and start getting involved, especially at a local level,
- 1:28:51and voting applies
- 1:28:53to that to me.
- 1:28:55Unknown: Mhmm. We have our
- 1:28:58secretary of state who runs the elections. Now she's running for governor,
- 1:29:02and
- 1:29:03she had people removed from the ballots for the same stuff that she had on her record on her past elections.
- 1:29:10Mhmm. And so I sent a I sent a letter on out asking, hey. I wanna see this. Why
- 1:29:17why is this being kept quiet?
- 1:29:19And here again, most of our counties,
- 1:29:22about 90 to 95% of our counties here in Michigan
- 1:29:25are republican.
- 1:29:28Mhmm. If every one of those clerks stood up and said, we're not allowing your name on the ballot, so you can show us that you should be on there, why don't they do that?
- 1:29:35Mhmm.
- 1:29:36You know, that's that's that nullification and then interposing saying, you know, we're nullifying your name, and we're gonna interpose that we're not gonna act... Just hand these ballots out with your name on it. So
- 1:29:47that's that's some of the stuff that that is...
- 1:29:50Like I said, people don't understand their authority or their power that they actually have.
- 1:29:55Because where do I get my power from? Well, directly from the people. Sure.
- 1:29:59I always hated that. Well, power to the people. No. Power from the people. Excuse me. You got it you got it wrong.
- 1:30:04Unknown: It's true. Yeah. I get it. I get it, sheriff. So Yeah. Yeah. We made a big deal about that. The delegation of... Or we have been in our class of the delegation of power, and I stress again.
- 1:30:17I mean, if you wanna know more about the sheriff, and we believe it to be fundamental, by the way,
- 1:30:22go to website
- 1:30:24commonlawyer.com,
- 1:30:26and the two courses with sheriff Dara and I taught
- 1:30:30on the sheriff are there of audio and visual, and you can listen to those in appreciation of a donation. We gotta keep going. And sheriff Darden getting money. He's in public office.
- 1:30:41He doesn't get any money donated to him,
- 1:30:43but he apparently think... He's not getting paid to do it when he teaches this class, but he apparently thinks it's important or he wouldn't participate.
- 1:30:52Sheriff, one time, you know, when we start the classes, I'll come on when I start, and I start by acknowledging
- 1:30:59the god that made us.
- 1:31:01And we do that by... I do it by swapping my wishes
- 1:31:05for his will. My wishes
- 1:31:08for the will of the sovereign, which is law.
- 1:31:11That's how I start, and people call that, that's the word translated prayer. In the New Testament, the Greek word means to swap.
- 1:31:19By the letters, what it means, swap your wishes
- 1:31:22for God's will. Well, I do that, and I've been doing that. And no big deal. I just start and have a little short.
- 1:31:36Unknown: Oh, there?
- 1:31:38Unknown: Where'd he go?
- 1:31:40Brent? Yeah. We had a short something in this bill. We lost lost you. See if he's still in the room. He's still in the room.
- 1:31:50Unknown: Yeah. Looks like he's frozen kind of.
- 1:31:54Unknown: So he accidentally hit a mute button mute button? I don't know. It's pretty unusual. This doesn't ever happen.
- 1:32:00Brent, are you there? Brent? Brent, are you there? Well,
- 1:32:08Unknown: let me try muting him and then unmuting him. Yeah. Well Brent, are you there?
- 1:32:15Unknown: Is that
- 1:32:17Unknown: October? We cannot we cannot hear what you're saying. Try disconnecting and reconnect.
- 1:32:24We'll turn it back over to sheriff Dhar. Oh.
- 1:32:27Yeah. He's still in here and he just came in a second time.
- 1:32:31Unknown: So. Paul. Here he comes. Paul's, are you is he coming back? Brent,
- 1:32:36Unknown: are you there now?
- 1:32:40Unknown: Boy, that's an abrupt
- 1:32:42thing, Paul. I don't remember that happening before.
- 1:32:49Unknown: Yeah. He just disconnected again.
- 1:32:51Well
- 1:32:52Unknown: He'll figure it out in a second reconnect,
- 1:32:54I'm sure. You
- 1:32:56may think, but I... While we're sitting here with no dead air, he he was asking people with...
- 1:33:02Put a question in the chat. I
- 1:33:05can't help but think of our regular people like Larry that he probably
- 1:33:10has a question, and he's out driving and delivering goods and stuff. And so does anybody have a question for sheriff Darn while we got this law?
- 1:33:19Unknown: Oh, can I finish a statement before they do? Yes. Of course. Go for it. I was I was talking about this... Bit about the inner position and null... Nullification of inner position.
- 1:33:29Well,
- 1:33:30the... At at the minimum, because I was asking for an information
- 1:33:34on whether or not the... What the information is given to me was true and accurate. I never got a response back.
- 1:33:41However, if every clerk, if every sheriff on the state would have stood up and said, yeah. Hey.
- 1:33:47You gotta abide by the rules too. I want... We wanna see this.
- 1:33:51And they act like they're powerless,
- 1:33:53and they're not. Yes. The power comes from the people. Mhmm. Where's where's the mouthpiece? We're supposed to be speaking up and asking these questions. And that's my... One of my beef with all these electeds at the local level.
- 1:34:06They don't think they're important enough. Right.
- 1:34:09Unknown: Well, our general consensus here is people have no idea they got the power to control this whole thing because you
- 1:34:17have to... What... Your position has to be voluntary.
- 1:34:21Under which set of laws am I gonna live under? I'm gonna live under sheriff law, sheriff Dar here. Am I gonna go over this other corrupt county?
- 1:34:29But if it's not voluntary,
- 1:34:32see, it's tyranny.
- 1:34:34Unknown: God... That'll be either. It'll ultimately be governed by God or by tyrant's sake. Exactly. What do you all Comes down to always that choice right there. And so what we've
- 1:34:45Unknown: by trying to impart on people, most of us have been conditioned out of thinking that way. You know, sheriff's departments and their SWAT teams, and here they come, and they break my door down. They gotta have all this power. Right? Well, no. Not right. And you get back to the basics of this which political status are you. That's your choice. It's gotta be
- 1:35:07an... Or else they're open tyrants. And the other side of that is when when you assert that they can't refuse.
- 1:35:15Unknown: Yeah. I get officers every now and then who'll complain because they got turned down on the search warrant.
- 1:35:20Unknown: And I was sitting a whole time out. Search warrants are supposed to be tough to get. Yes. It's not supposed to be easy. They're supposed to be tough. Probable cause, etcetera. Those are all constitutional mandates of the way process ought to be. And a bunch of our problem is we've deviated too far away from that. It's gotten too lax. The... What
- 1:35:42was the guy that wrote the, I think of his name, the rise and fall of the Roman Empire.
- 1:35:47And one of the statements in that book was the first engine of tyranny is a corrupt judiciary,
- 1:35:54and, boy, have we got it. Okay?
- 1:35:57Edward Gibbons. Edward Gibbons.
- 1:36:00So,
- 1:36:02anyway, that... The thing is to recognize. Of course, you gotta, know there's a problem first. Go in and try and analyze it where you break it down into some sort of, in my mind, a schematic.
- 1:36:13And when you get something in a schematic form, you can find the weak points. And when you find a weak point, you attack it.
- 1:36:21So, Brent, was that you back?
- 1:36:24Okay. I guess not. Anyway, that's the approach we've taken around here. The advantage I had,
- 1:36:31Darr, was,
- 1:36:33that I stumbled across these two guys back in 1992.
- 1:36:38I'd always, since I was a kid, you know, young man in Vietnam and all that, and and known there was something wrong. I'd been looking for an answer for years, stumbled into the tax movement.
- 1:36:50And within just a little first bit of being involved in that in the summer of ninety two.
- 1:36:56I was fortunate enough to catch these two guys
- 1:37:00that,
- 1:37:01were going around the country. One of them had studied the law his whole life, but not in law school.
- 1:37:06And he had studied the old law that they have obfuscated in many respects now.
- 1:37:12And so he... Then he became particularly interested in tax law, and they found a way in the regulations
- 1:37:19where if you change your political status,
- 1:37:22you can go back and apply for up to three years you've paid in
- 1:37:27back.
- 1:37:28And so they built that into a small business, and they were going around the country. They only let them go for six months. Okay?
- 1:37:36This is how important this is, and we even realized at the time, they only let them go teaching for six months before
- 1:37:43they... All three of their offices were raided, and they had glocks at their heads on the floor and all that fun stuff. Right?
- 1:37:51And so anyway, of course, the feds wanna get this off the street. Well, they had put this together and they'd made a business out of it, and you'll you'll like this. They had sent a letter and all the materials
- 1:38:02to the Philadelphia Service Center of the IRS. They handle all nonresident alien returns.
- 1:38:10And,
- 1:38:11so they sent them all this material, and the IRS wrote them back and said, we're gonna be going around the country teaching this. And if any of your agents wanna attend, if they'll show us their credentials, we'll let... Not only let them in, we'll give them free class materials.
- 1:38:26And the IRS wrote back. So thank you very much.
- 1:38:29And pretty soon, the IRS,
- 1:38:31he said, we'll turn this over to the education department. Well, they must have because boy, did they get an education
- 1:38:38from a couple of months later and it was the raid and all this. Well, they they only were teaching for a few months and there's only a few of us, 1,200 of us that went through and paid to the course and everybody else quit because they were there because they had a tax problem.
- 1:38:56Well, I didn't have a tax problem. I just had a big curiosity.
- 1:39:00And so after the raid, everybody went away. I just kept pecking away at it. I never let go. And finally, I think, and so did these people listening to us. We found the big answer here, and it's just one big scam. It's just like you're dealing with the election. It's all just one big scam.
- 1:39:18They they they got this whole thing rigged. They inverted everything like Alice in Wonderland,
- 1:39:25and then they've done all this stuff over a period of time so they can ask you these questions.
- 1:39:31Are you a citizen of The United States? Are you a resident?
- 1:39:35You...
- 1:39:36I've... Everybody on here, we've all done the same thing. We answered yes,
- 1:39:40and then we signed something.
- 1:39:42So
- 1:39:44how better voluntary servitude
- 1:39:46when if they ask you right in front of you and then you sign it, then isn't that what you are?
- 1:39:54Unknown: Well, it's a penalty if you say you're not.
- 1:39:57There's gotta be a penalty to it. I mean, you you know, you're No.
- 1:40:01Unknown: Because there's fraud, what they've done. Remember Jim Crow?
- 1:40:04The whitey in Jim Crow was the old state citizen under god's laws with constitutional protections,
- 1:40:11and they've hidden that status
- 1:40:13and changed the label to a national.
- 1:40:16And that's why they can ask you that question and not say, but the fraud is, I don't ask you, are you a citizen of The United States or
- 1:40:25a national?
- 1:40:27And it's a fraud
- 1:40:28because of lack
- 1:40:30of exposure.
- 1:40:33And from there, there's there's layer upon layer
- 1:40:36under that. But while we're waiting for Brent, I'm sorry. I got off on that. And just because it's a... It's just something people don't have any comprehension of. This is all voluntary,
- 1:40:47and we've all lived a life of a scam of a voluntary serve.
- 1:40:52And we did it. Did it. Yes. It was written back. What
- 1:40:56Unknown: they did what they did was they asked you two questions. Are you a citizen? Are you a resident?
- 1:41:01And throughout your life
- 1:41:04you have been indoctrinated
- 1:41:06against
- 1:41:07even considering the remote possibility of being a man without a country or being homeless or having nowhere to live. So
- 1:41:17the innocuous question is, well yeah I'm a citizen, I was born here,
- 1:41:23but that's not what they mean.
- 1:41:25And yeah I'm a resident,
- 1:41:27my house is right over there just down the street,
- 1:41:30but that's not the resident they mean. They mean the legal definition of citizen as
- 1:41:36a resident of Washington DC under the jurisdiction of the Congress.
- 1:41:42Unknown: And the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:41:44Unknown: And the fourteenth amendment. Now
- 1:41:47by presumption,
- 1:41:49when you answer those questions,
- 1:41:51they proceed as though you're a slave
- 1:41:55and nobody told you different until one showed up.
- 1:41:59Unknown: There's a presumption from birth,
- 1:42:02and it comes from the fourteenth amendment, all persons born.
- 1:42:07And when they put the country into bankruptcy in '33,
- 1:42:10remember hearing about how Roosevelt took the gold?
- 1:42:16Sheriff?
- 1:42:18Unknown: Yeah. I didn't know when Roosevelt, but, yeah, go ahead. 3033,
- 1:42:22Unknown: March 9, bank holiday at thirty three. You can look up it in blacks. But the reason they changed and this happened is because they switched the system on that day.
- 1:42:31And if you go to blacks, it says the treasury was
- 1:42:35treasury was closed for about five days,
- 1:42:38and it reopened
- 1:42:39under regulations
- 1:42:41from the secretary of the treasury.
- 1:42:43Well, there was no secretary of the treasury before that, and there weren't regulations.
- 1:42:49Okay? And so what they did... Here's a better representation
- 1:42:52of it perhaps.
- 1:42:53Free people
- 1:42:55that don't have a property right on them use real money, gold, and silver to buy and actually purchase things that they then own.
- 1:43:04And they can do that because no one has a property right on them.
- 1:43:09When they flipped in this bankruptcy in '33 and they brought in the new system, it's based on a bankruptcy that happened in the bond market.
- 1:43:17And so they've got the fourteenth amendment sitting there with this position,
- 1:43:22and they went
- 1:43:23in essence, went, well, we've got this debt. Let's take these people. We can put a property right on them because of the status,
- 1:43:30and we can put them in a sureties of the debt.
- 1:43:34And ever since that day when the treasury reopened,
- 1:43:38it reopened with paper money that you didn't know your future labor is the collateral
- 1:43:45for,
- 1:43:46and you can't go and buy things and own them.
- 1:43:49You can go and purchase them and discharge the debt
- 1:43:53and and own them and not own them, but you can, have possession of them, but you don't own them. And so that's basically the day they changed the system, and ever since,
- 1:44:04because underneath that sheriff
- 1:44:06is under that born category
- 1:44:09is, there's two ways of passing your hiratman.
- 1:44:12One is through the lineage of your parents. That's called sanguineous or by blood.
- 1:44:19The other is if you're born on the land and you take the citizenship
- 1:44:24of the land you're born on, that's called the law of of the land born,
- 1:44:28and that's what the feudal system was.
- 1:44:31So when they've got a property right on you and you and your wife have a baby,
- 1:44:37the child is born into the same condition
- 1:44:40just like if you had the bull and the calf in the back pasture and they had a calf, bull and the cow.
- 1:44:46And so you're in a silent contract
- 1:44:49that is the feudal system that runs generationally,
- 1:44:53but it has to be voluntary.
- 1:44:56And so you can volunteer out
- 1:44:58whenever you want to, and you're you're not expatriating
- 1:45:03here,
- 1:45:04changing our passport for another countries.
- 1:45:06You're repatriating
- 1:45:08back to Whitey and Jim Crow.
- 1:45:11And they recognize it, have for fifteen or more years,
- 1:45:15and and they have to accept it. And we've, you know, people have a hard time believing that's what's going on, but it's all an illusion based
- 1:45:24built up with all this stuff. It's pretty complex.
- 1:45:28And then them asking you, are you this?
- 1:45:31Are you a serf in voluntary
- 1:45:34servitude
- 1:45:35under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment? That's the question they're asking you. And everybody says yes because they think there's only one status.
- 1:45:44And all we're doing is saying, stop, Harlan. There's two, and you've got a choice. Brent, you're back. I'm... Because I was feeling it now. You're gone.
- 1:45:53Unknown: I'm... And I... I'm on that same note. That brings up... And I started talking about
- 1:45:59prayer in, public platform, but I I wanna ask sheriff Darr if
- 1:46:04he would to comment
- 1:46:07about his experience, if any,
- 1:46:09with the sovereign citizen movement. Oh, yeah.
- 1:46:14Is that something you can talk about, sheriff? Have you had that happen in your county? Michigan's been a hotbed for that kind of stuff. Yeah. Of course I have. I'm the I'm the sheriff of a county, of course.
- 1:46:25Yeah. Is there anything you can tell us about it? Any advice you can give us about it? In other words, should we stay away from that kind of terminology? There's there's a question.
- 1:46:36Unknown: Oh, I always question about the... To being sovereign and all that stuff because I think that was a label that the federal government put on these guys. Mhmm. K. To to label them.
- 1:46:46Unknown: Came from the Southern Poverty Law Center.
- 1:46:49Unknown: Oh, that's even better. Yeah.
- 1:46:52That... That's where our
- 1:46:54secretary of state running for governors, he was on their board Mhmm. For a few years there. So
- 1:47:01But, anyway, I can't resist.
- 1:47:04Unknown: Is she... Isn't
- 1:47:05she a vegetarian?
- 1:47:09Unknown: A what?
- 1:47:11Never mind.
- 1:47:13Oh, okay.
- 1:47:15Alright.
- 1:47:18Unknown: I'm sorry that's happening to you up there. You get rid of one, and and here comes another was worse.
- 1:47:24Unknown: Not a wonder named Nesser Nesser or something like that.
- 1:47:29Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:47:30Is it is it possible that I ask
- 1:47:33sheriff Dodd a question real quick about the trafficking bug? Yeah. How's it going, Roger? The new traffic laws that are coming online that some states have adopted,
- 1:47:42or I don't know if... Is chef Darz heard of them, or is Michigan one of them?
- 1:47:48Unknown: I I didn't catch all that. Go ahead.
- 1:47:50Unknown: Traffic laws. The new the new traffic laws that are coming on...
- 1:47:54Unknown: Some states are adopting that are coming on board. Give us an example. New traffic laws is staged. Some states are adopting. That's what he's saying. Sam, can you give us an example?
- 1:48:04Unknown: Well, they're actually measuring the the treads of tires to see how worn they are. They have a little gauge
- 1:48:11that they are using to measure the tread on tires. They're they're... Is following
- 1:48:17following too closely.
- 1:48:20I'm getting a lot of a lot of north in the background. Yeah. Somebody sounds like they're in a pool hall.
- 1:48:25Unknown: That's me. I'm I'm in the wrong place. Apologies. Go ahead. Okay. No problem. And
- 1:48:31Unknown: Go ahead, Sam. I
- 1:48:33Unknown: wanna know if you are aware of anything like that, and has, Michigan adopted it?
- 1:48:40Unknown: I like following too closely. Michigan's had that for years.
- 1:48:44Unknown: No. But this one where... It's they actually... They're getting nitpicking. You might wanna...
- 1:48:49I'm surprised you haven't heard of it, but some states have adopted it and some states... They actually have given the the law enforcement gauges and stuff like that to measure the the depth of the shreds on tires, and you can be cited for that.
- 1:49:04There there there are quite a few... It's it's really kinda draconian some of the new stuff that that that are coming out with some states have adopted. But not all states. I think about I think about half of them have have adopted them.
- 1:49:17Unknown: Not not that I know of here in Michigan.
- 1:49:19But usually in Michigan, if you don't have enough tread, the winner will figure that out for you. That's right.
- 1:49:28Unknown: You're the best you're
- 1:49:29the best chef in the world, chef, Dora.
- 1:49:32Unknown: Oh, thanks.
- 1:49:33Unknown: I'd vote for you, mister president.
- 1:49:36Unknown: The sheriff Dara... Sheriff, is it is it reasonable
- 1:49:41to conclude considering how overwhelmingly
- 1:49:44conservative
- 1:49:46the voters are in Michigan,
- 1:49:49is it reasonable to conclude that the trilogy...
- 1:49:52The unholy trilogy of
- 1:49:54of the governor, attorney general, and the secretary of state
- 1:49:59got into office through voter fraud. Is that possible?
- 1:50:04Unknown: I don't know about getting completely in. A matter of it is also getting people out to vote. You know, people screaming and holler, oh, did you won? Well, did you get out and vote? Well, no. I didn't. Well, don't quit your whining.
- 1:50:15Did you get your neighbors out to vote? Did you get the rest of your family all ill?
- 1:50:18And that's what we find is you start looking at some of the statistical stuff like hunters.
- 1:50:23Here in Michigan, we're a big hunting
- 1:50:25state.
- 1:50:26And
- 1:50:27what is it like?
- 1:50:29General election, less than... Fewer than 50%.
- 1:50:33And then in the midterms,
- 1:50:35we got coming up here, you might see 20% of the 100 voting.
- 1:50:39And they have no idea what they're facing because they still have that treaty. They're trying to treaty away the second amendment with the UN.
- 1:50:46First of all, I think that's treason, and
- 1:50:49we won't comply. It's it's a ridiculous
- 1:50:52treaty that they've written up.
- 1:50:55But It just doesn't the same time
- 1:50:58at the same time, we have this threat of that happening where we're gonna have to do that battle, and it's gonna cost money. So why not get out, get your ballot in there so we can keep control of these houses and senate and all that stuff so we don't go down that path?
- 1:51:14Unknown: I see. Sage advice. Sage advice.
- 1:51:17Unknown: Mhmm. Brent? So it's your... Oh, go ahead, somebody. I think that's This
- 1:51:23Unknown: is Larry.
- 1:51:24Getting back to sovereign
- 1:51:26citizens
- 1:51:27and traffic laws,
- 1:51:29I was gonna ask the sheriff if
- 1:51:32Uh-huh. Well,
- 1:51:33many in the patriot movement and on Rogers platform believe and promote
- 1:51:38that all traffic laws are only for those operating in commerce.
- 1:51:43Now I don't agree with that
- 1:51:45perspective,
- 1:51:46but I was wondering what your thoughts are on that.
- 1:51:49Unknown: I've had many conversations with these...
- 1:51:52I'm not gonna call them sovereigns. I'm gonna call them friends of mine that
- 1:51:56just wanna be left alone by government.
- 1:51:58And
- 1:51:59I I even told him even at the common law, you know, they say they have to have an injured party.
- 1:52:04But if I can't walk out to my mailbox about the fear of getting run over by somebody doing a 120 miles an hour down a back road because you wanna you wanna have free rein and all that stuff that you you... You've had, you know, in fact, injured me.
- 1:52:18And then they're they're... I've heard them also say, no blood, no foul. I'm going, no. No. The common law doesn't have to wait for a... Somebody to die before he go after you. And, no, that's that's Woah. It doesn't work that way. I mean, even even when that had
- 1:52:32horses
- 1:52:32and buggies and all that stuff, not a sheriff would go on out and slow somebody down. And if they didn't, he'd lock them up.
- 1:52:38So Mhmm. Yeah. You just... You can't be putting other people on the... In danger like that. And
- 1:52:44then the other injury too that they forget about is they... They're, well, I didn't have to get insurance on my vehicle. Oh, okay. I understand. I hate paying insurance.
- 1:52:52But you hit somebody and you injure them where they...
- 1:52:57Let's say, they don't die, but you permanently injure them, you gotta pay up.
- 1:53:03How are you gonna do that if you don't have any money?
- 1:53:05So that's why we had these things started to begin with.
- 1:53:09And
- 1:53:12so
- 1:53:14I have a hard time
- 1:53:17accepting everything you're telling me. I do understand the commerce part. I do understand that. I've I've gone through and looked at this motor vehicle code closer than I ever have. Because when I get to the police academy, they tell us this is the motor vehicle code for speeding and drunk driving and so on and so forth.
- 1:53:32They didn't even teach in the academy that
- 1:53:35when you do your driver's license and sign on the bottom line, you're doing a contract with the secretary of state that you're gonna follow these rules of the road. Yep. So Mhmm.
- 1:53:44And that's what I also bring out to him too is if you have a driver's license, you're agreeing to these terms. You're agreeing that if you drink a drive, you might be locked up in jail.
- 1:53:54So,
- 1:53:55yeah, that's...
- 1:53:57That that one, I feel like a dog chasing my tail on. So I understand what they're trying to do. I don't disagree.
- 1:54:03But I... At the same time, I also understand that
- 1:54:06there's 63,000
- 1:54:08people in my county here.
- 1:54:10And if we're not all on the same page, kinda like the bible. Well, we kinda got away from the bible. We're not on the same page.
- 1:54:17We're gonna have problems. So
- 1:54:20so Well, here. Nothing right there. Yeah.
- 1:54:23Unknown: Go ahead, Roger. I was gonna say the people of Barrie County, Michigan are extremely fortunate to have had you in office in that position for the last twenty years, sheriff Darr.
- 1:54:35And I I know you must be really looking for somebody
- 1:54:39that can do some continuance
- 1:54:42here and get in the same office and basically... Well, you know, let me in Rome,
- 1:54:48they... The Praetor,
- 1:54:49you familiar with that position? It's like the attorney general of Rome.
- 1:54:53And they
- 1:54:55knew how much power that that position could accumulate.
- 1:54:58Therefore, they made the praetor change
- 1:55:01every year.
- 1:55:04And, generally,
- 1:55:05the praetor would follow the body of decisions in the way that his predecessors would do.
- 1:55:12But in Rome, the foreign merchants
- 1:55:14using this thing called self help remedies, the unit... You know, lean, levy, garnishment, seizure,
- 1:55:20and to see the foreign merchants have an easy way of of achieving a remedy where the Roman citizens had to go through very formal court settings,
- 1:55:29you know, to to get a remedy and then get it docketed and and get it. And over a course of two hundred years
- 1:55:35and pressure
- 1:55:37from the Roman citizens on the Praetor at the time
- 1:55:40to give them this easy way of remedy,
- 1:55:43Finally,
- 1:55:44after two hundred years, they incorporated those two, and it was the first melding of the merchant code
- 1:55:51and the more traditional common law type codes.
- 1:55:54So that's just an interesting background that goes back to this accumulating power in a position.
- 1:56:01Unknown: History is so important.
- 1:56:04Unknown: I could say proper history is so important. I would never know that not I had this guy as the law teacher because that's what he spent his life, that type of perspectives and things he acquired.
- 1:56:15Now I was a hungry student,
- 1:56:18and and he was a really good teacher.
- 1:56:20And, man, I'm so glad because out of 1,200 people, I'm the only one that has taken his teachings further,
- 1:56:28and look what we found.
- 1:56:30Unknown: Well, here's Roger. Brings us to a point,
- 1:56:33from your experience.
- 1:56:36I'm sure if Dara is looking for somebody who... That he can support for sheriff when he retires.
- 1:56:42But my idea
- 1:56:44and my thinking is how does what sheriff Dyer has compiled in his in his experience and his conscience, how can that be perpetuated
- 1:56:52beyond Barry County? That's my thinking.
- 1:56:55Unknown: Well For now. Get with a guy like you and start doing publications and writing and putting this down so it doesn't get lost.
- 1:57:04Unknown: Well, that's right because... Well, not mine, but I mean, go ahead, sheriff. Yeah. Part of our problem is is that I'm not an attorney.
- 1:57:12Unknown: If I go and present something to our state while wanting to educate our law enforcement community,
- 1:57:17it's gotta come from an attorney. And you think about it, and a friend of mine told me this, and it it just makes so much sense.
- 1:57:24We had about 340,000,000
- 1:57:26people here in this country. Less than 1% are attorneys,
- 1:57:29but they control probably 90 to 95% of what we do.
- 1:57:34Unknown: Yes. Absolutely.
- 1:57:35Boy, we we haven't had our our bed and our intro and stuff on in a while, so this signifies, of course, the end of our two hours together here today on the October 23.
- 1:57:46And, man, what a joy. Sheriff, it's been to have you with us, and, of course, we'll open the invitation anytime.
- 1:57:53Please, you, Brent, whatever. Wanna come back, we'd love to have you. We love your perspective,
- 1:57:58and thank
- 1:57:59you so much. Okay?
- 1:58:01Unknown: Okay. Great. The...
- 1:58:03This signifies the end of the Eurofolk radio. To hang out with Hang on, Dave. Hold on, Dave. This signifies the end of the Eurofolk radio portion of the show. However, Global Voice Network will be continuing
- 1:58:16to carry the program until people leave. So
- 1:58:19if you can hang around, you're more than welcome to, Sharifdar.
- 1:58:24Unknown: Okay. That's unusual. Well, we hadn't heard this in a while because we're
- 1:58:29in process of some transitioning,
- 1:58:31and, it's interesting to hear the old bed back, Paul. So, of course, this Friday tomorrow, we'll be back. I plan on doing another abbreviated show tomorrow for an hour. And, if you got questions or what, whatever, and then I'm gonna take an early weekend.
- 1:58:47So, anyway... And then we'll see you back on Monday in the middle of all the confusion. Next week's Israeli election, and the lord knows what all. Maybe we'll have a new student or two. So thank you. Hope you got something out of being in the midst of sheriff Darr,
- 1:59:01and we'll look for you again
- 1:59:04Unknown: soon. Alright.
- 1:59:07Unknown: Hold on just a sec.
- 1:59:13Yeah. Well, that. There you go. Hadn't heard that in a while. So, Dave, you wanted to ask sheriff Dara a question?
- 1:59:21Unknown: Yeah. I did. Thanks, Roger.
- 1:59:23Did... Is sheriff Dara still with us? Yeah. As far as I know. Excellent. Thank you. So sheriff Tarr, Dave in the Thumb here,
- 1:59:32we met, I don't know, last time you were on here in the after call,
- 1:59:36and I... I'm in the assembly with John Lutke.
- 1:59:40I've been hearing about you for a long time,
- 1:59:42and I really appreciate your perspective. Now you mentioned something quite a while back about when we were talking about elections,
- 1:59:52and you said it was illegal for the UAW
- 1:59:55to tell
- 1:59:57its members who to vote for. Did you... Is it... Did did I get that? No. No. No. Not exactly right.
- 2:00:03Unknown: It was illegal for them to go into polling place with you and make sure you voted a certain way. Yeah. Direct your voting
- 2:00:10Unknown: direct your voting at the time you're switch... The switch or whatever.
- 2:00:15Unknown: Well, for twenty five years,
- 2:00:18those dirty buggers,
- 2:00:20you know, have been sending... Well, for longer than that, but to my home,
- 2:00:24you know, they send a...
- 2:00:26Every every election
- 2:00:28cycle,
- 2:00:29they send a list of who you're supposed to vote for as a member of the UAW.
- 2:00:37And I would say,
- 2:00:39you know, most people
- 2:00:41that... You know, before the Internet, we didn't know how to look up somebody to vote for. Who are we voting for? Who are these people running for office? Who are these selections?
- 2:00:52And then once we did get the Internet,
- 2:00:55you know,
- 2:00:57did we have the time to go do that? You know, most people vote... I think most people, this is my opinion,
- 2:01:04vote vote for who they're... They pick who they vote for by the way they sound and the way they look and what promises they've made them.
- 2:01:14And, you know, the... Most people in the UAW,
- 2:01:18you know, they work so hard and work so many hours. They don't have time to go look up. So they figured the union's looking out for them,
- 2:01:26Unknown: so they vote for who the union tells them to vote for.
- 2:01:30Unknown: So I think that corrupt... That that election with the the three witches of Eastbrook
- 2:01:36here,
- 2:01:37that
- 2:01:38was definitely fraud
- 2:01:41involved in that. I can't prove it, but I'm sure some investigator
- 2:01:46could.
- 2:01:47So I just wanna let you know that's been going on here for, you know, at least twenty five years, probably much longer than that in in in our home, you know, the UAW telling everybody who to vote for, and I'd say 90% of those members did
- 2:02:03exactly what they were told to vote early days for the vote for. So thank you for your perspective.
- 2:02:09Unknown: I'm from a UAW family too. My dad retired from General Motors. He's a machine repairman.
- 2:02:15My sister was a... On the maintenance program over in Flint. She retired from there, and her husband retired from there as a,
- 2:02:22I think, tool and die. And so I'm very familiar with the UAW. And yes, they do send that stuff out. But the NRA does it,
- 2:02:29right to life does it.
- 2:02:31So
- 2:02:32where do you draw the line?
- 2:02:34A lot of these people join these organizations
- 2:02:36to be told how to vote.
- 2:02:39Unknown: Sheriff
- 2:02:41Dhar, are you starting to have that with all those lakes and all that water? Are you starting to have data centers pop up around there?
- 2:02:50Unknown: Well, I'm surprised we haven't because data centers require a lot of water, and we have 327
- 2:02:55lakes.
- 2:02:57And we're 579
- 2:03:00square miles, something like that.
- 2:03:01580 somewhere on that ballpark.
- 2:03:04Unknown: Just, you don't have a... Just make sure they don't sneak something through the city council that seems out there getting to do it, go in there and corrupting a couple of them and then just steamrolling over anybody. Hopefully, your county's not like that. Sounds beautiful. I
- 2:03:20Unknown: I I
- 2:03:21keep an eye on that. And my question to the
- 2:03:24the leaders right now, one, they're they're kissing the ring of the state, and the state's ordering, oh, you gotta have these
- 2:03:31solar panels and all this stuff. And I'm going, no. You're independent elected office.
- 2:03:36Why are allowing the state to bully around like that? Just blows my mind.
- 2:03:40But
- 2:03:41the
- 2:03:43question I ask everybody is how long are these data centers gonna be around? Because my feeling is about ten years can be obsolete anyways.
- 2:03:52Unknown: If, you know, very well could be.
- 2:03:55Yeah. Wouldn't be the first boondoggle they ever got us into, would it?
- 2:04:00Unknown: Oh, the green energy. How many trillions of dollars globally were in that green energy? Who invested in it? And what was it really all about? Was it about going green, or was it about funding,
- 2:04:10Unknown: making sure we had enough energy for these data centers? They would get tax write offs from a lot of that stuff. The windmills and all that crap, that was a whole tax write off scam.
- 2:04:24That was nothing about going green, though. No. No. I had something else to do entirely, of course.
- 2:04:29Unknown: Sheriff Please.
- 2:04:31Unknown: Yeah. Hi, Joe. This is Joe in Oklahoma, sheriff. I think you... Hey. Go ahead, Joe. Hey.
- 2:04:38Unknown: I'm a marine.
- 2:04:40I was a radar tech years ago.
- 2:04:42And,
- 2:04:43so I understand about wireless radiation.
- 2:04:47And now what the cities are doing, they're going to these what they call fifteen minute cities.
- 2:04:52Unknown: Yes. All
- 2:04:54Unknown: over the place. Oklahoma,
- 2:04:56I live in Owasso,
- 2:04:58Claremore,
- 2:04:59Tulsa,
- 2:05:01all these places and we're looking at data centers. But let me share, I didn't understand this until about three months ago because
- 2:05:09I came home
- 2:05:11and they were putting in these big high power lines I've never seen before at a frantic pace. And they call them
- 2:05:19the ARC capital A,
- 2:05:21small r, small c, capital G,
- 2:05:24capital I, capital S surveillance
- 2:05:27system.
- 2:05:28And those lines
- 2:05:31are
- 2:05:32designed
- 2:05:33to pull out all the information
- 2:05:36that the data centers are going to process.
- 2:05:39And those lines are running at 24 gigahertz, 72 gigahertz and 92 gigahertz.
- 2:05:46I work with international
- 2:05:48electrical engineer. We work together
- 2:05:51with all this information.
- 2:05:53And the health issues are destructive to all the Americans. This is treason in my opinion
- 2:06:00of what they're doing to the American people. But they're installing all these
- 2:06:05art dust lines because they believe that's gonna help
- 2:06:10public safety,
- 2:06:11and they don't... They blow past everything else. Always
- 2:06:14Unknown: the excuse.
- 2:06:16Unknown: Yes. And so Oh, Brent Franklin warned us about that. Yep.
- 2:06:20Unknown: Yep.
- 2:06:22But mean
- 2:06:24Unknown: May I make my comment now? Oh, I thought this was your friend. I'm sorry, Joe. Oh, okay. Alright. That's okay, sir. Thank you for your input. I don't know who you were. We're glad you're listening. Joe?
- 2:06:35Unknown: Yes.
- 2:06:37Unknown: Just remember, if you have a pension
- 2:06:41that you're paying into,
- 2:06:43you are supporting
- 2:06:45these
- 2:06:46data centers Yeah. The green energy and everything else because
- 2:06:50you feed money into that beast every month,
- 2:06:54and they have to have some place to go with that currency.
- 2:06:59And
- 2:07:00they've... They amass
- 2:07:02gazillions
- 2:07:03of dollars.
- 2:07:04So that's what drive... The pension funds
- 2:07:08and
- 2:07:09the like are the ones that drive the stock market. They're the ones that provide the money for the data centers. They're the ones that provide the money for all of these different deals.
- 2:07:20And I don't see any end to it until the
- 2:07:24stock market and all that stuff collapses
- 2:07:27because
- 2:07:28everybody's feeding it. If you have a retirement account, you're feeding it.
- 2:07:35Unknown: That's my comment. No. You're absolutely right, Joe. And you... That... You even had Larry Fink on a panel
- 2:07:41and get up and and say, we're gonna use these monies to do this. The way they did it in Europe
- 2:07:48was they came out with what's called a unified
- 2:07:52ledger.
- 2:07:53And the gal got up and said, we're gonna have a unified ledger. That means they're gonna take all the stuff that you got on the books, and they're gonna put it in the middle, and then they're gonna put themselves
- 2:08:03over there, and they're gonna steal it. That's what a unified ledger is. It's theirs.
- 2:08:11Unknown: If I may? Yes, ma'am.
- 2:08:14Hi, Roger. In regards to that statement
- 2:08:17with anybody who has a pension,
- 2:08:20does that include those that have declared that they are no longer a fourteenth amendment citizen, or are they taken out of the equation? I guess.
- 2:08:29Unknown: I would say I've heard them, people with more expertise in this area than myself,
- 2:08:34say that you do have an option, but you gotta check with your particular fund first.
- 2:08:41They have to... If you take your
- 2:08:44name, say, write them a letter and say, I don't want any of my proceeds
- 2:08:48involved in any of this this stuff, then they have to exempt you. But that's fund to fund is my understanding, so you'd have to check and see if that applies to you and yours.
- 2:09:00Unknown: For each fund?
- 2:09:01Unknown: For whatever fund it is. Yes. Can I exempt myself from?
- 2:09:05Well, you know what's really going on is in the background, private equity.
- 2:09:10Private equity has eaten up a lot of these industries,
- 2:09:14and it's... They're back back full and filling out the profits
- 2:09:19of franchises
- 2:09:20and stuff like that, and they're running off with the money. Okay. And, you know, that's what's going on. But there's... That's in the background of a lot of this because they've got to perpetuate
- 2:09:29earnings on an exponential
- 2:09:31scale. And you make money for a while and then the whole thing crashes.
- 2:09:35And that's where a lot of these monies are going. And Trump
- 2:09:39said you got access to pension funds, these private equity groups a while back.
- 2:09:45So, you know, I'm... It's not my form of expertise, but if you got that stuff,
- 2:09:50you ought to look into it.
- 2:09:53Unknown: Well, in in regards to that, it seems like every time I go to a website
- 2:09:58and I posted this out there that I have to write affidavit.
- 2:10:02And along with
- 2:10:04all of the
- 2:10:06board members on these websites,
- 2:10:09I mean, it's every country
- 2:10:11that these letters have to be sent to affidavits,
- 2:10:14every single one who is associated with them. I wouldn't want
- 2:10:19my name, you know, what Uh-huh. I'm You're
- 2:10:23Unknown: talking about the the pension funds. Right?
- 2:10:26Unknown: I would not want it to support anything that's going to destroy people or No. Poise the ground Yeah. Or, you know, like that. We live in a farming area, and I went to the board, and I says, I really don't want you putting that kind of stuff on our land. I don't wanna be, you know, said that here in the thumb, we don't have good food. I would like for you guys to
- 2:10:49look and do more research into cleaning up our soils, cleaning up the land. Amen. That's what we have as a America
- 2:10:57that
- 2:10:59bans
- 2:11:01the bad stuff here just like they do another.
- 2:11:04Unknown: I think you state what state are you in?
- 2:11:08Unknown: On Michigan.
- 2:11:10Unknown: Well, so do you know sheriff Darr? Do you know sheriff Darr?
- 2:11:15Unknown: David does.
- 2:11:17Unknown: Oh. First time Just curious. I'm not... Just wondered if you said that...
- 2:11:22Well, I wanna know where you're from because it had some bearing upon some of the comments you made about...
- 2:11:31I'll leave it at that. I appreciate you saying, though. You're a Michigander, and you're up there where there's a lot of farmers, and you're thinking that the land is being abused. And
- 2:11:40I agree with you, course. Yep. Thanks. Thanks for your comments. I believe that was Dale's wife, Pam. Was it Pam?
- 2:11:49Unknown: That's right. Oh, hey, Pam. I If it wasn't for Dave, I wouldn't be attending half of these calls. So I appreciate all the knowledge and, all of the education that everybody that David listens to brings.
- 2:12:02Unknown: Well Roger,
- 2:12:04Unknown: Roger, can you tell me little bit. Go ahead, Brent.
- 2:12:08Can you tell me who David is? I'm catching up here. Dave in the thumb. He's usually on with us. He's legally blind
- 2:12:14and a big patriot and used to live down in Texas. Family built shopping centers and stuff. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. He's a regular participant listener. We love him to death. And and,
- 2:12:26although we do... Jab him every now and then just because we love him. You know? You don't tease people you don't love is my father used to say.
- 2:12:35Is he still... Is he with us today? Yeah. He's a... He was... There's his wife talking right there and him before that.
- 2:12:42Unknown: Oh. He's he's a UAW family guy. Yeah, Brent. We've we've spoken before. This is Dave McComb. I just was talking to Dar
- 2:12:49about the UAW.
- 2:12:51Unknown: Yes. I remember you. Okay. I got your place now. Thank you. Okay.
- 2:12:56Unknown: You wanna know something about the unions here?
- 2:13:00I've got a little saying I've been saying for years.
- 2:13:02Whether or not you like unions, there's always one thing worse than a union. You know what that is?
- 2:13:07Unknown: What?
- 2:13:08Unknown: The need for it.
- 2:13:11Unknown: True that.
- 2:13:12Unknown: True that. Good. Yeah.
- 2:13:14Unknown: Yeah. We wouldn't have unions here if if workers weren't abused.
- 2:13:17Unknown: How? And just like anything else, we take it too far. What age is your grandson now that you're raising and gonna raise?
- 2:13:25Unknown: He's two.
- 2:13:26Unknown: Oh my goodness gracious. What a lucky
- 2:13:29young kid.
- 2:13:31Be raised by a father like you. How fortunate.
- 2:13:35Unknown: Sheriff, since you have chosen to stay on, I...
- 2:13:39One wants you to tell if you feel comfortable doing it.
- 2:13:43If you've gotten any flack
- 2:13:46from being on teaching these law classes with me,
- 2:13:50have you gotten any flack or trouble or letters from any organizations
- 2:13:55complaining that you didn't have the
- 2:13:58right to
- 2:13:59teach classes with me because I offer a prayer at the beginning of the class.
- 2:14:05Unknown: Yeah. A long time ago, I did, and I haven't seen one set. Some organization, I think they're out of Wisconsin.
- 2:14:11Unknown: Uh-huh. And I forgot what the name of them were. And they said you shouldn't be doing that as a as a sheriff. And I'm going...
- 2:14:19Unknown: Not too bad.
- 2:14:20Unknown: Sheriff,
- 2:14:21did the recent county commission meetings. YouTube, Brent, they're in the Midwest
- 2:14:26that were opened with a prayer to Satan. Did y'all see that... Videos of that? Good gravy. Well, that's nice. In Michigan's constitution
- 2:14:34Unknown: Michigan's constitution says you have a right to worship god according to your own conscience. It didn't say Satan. It didn't say Right. God.
- 2:14:42Mhmm. So Mhmm. I remind our commissioner once in a while that that's what that law says, and that's the supreme law of Michigan.
- 2:14:50And
- 2:14:51so they prayer... They'd say a prayer to God
- 2:14:55before,
- 2:14:55our meetings.
- 2:14:57Unknown: Mhmm. Okay. Well, they did this one. And then a low preacher was there and tried to say a prayer to override the prayer to Satan. It's quite a quite a scene, Brent. I'm surprised somebody didn't see this clip.
- 2:15:10Unknown: Well,
- 2:15:11I'll look it up. But the supreme court to the United States always opens with prayer. May God save this...
- 2:15:18The United States and this honorable court. The senate to the United States opened with prayer.
- 2:15:23The US...
- 2:15:25The house of representatives,
- 2:15:27most of the state legislature,
- 2:15:28the school boards.
- 2:15:29And the reason for that is because we are an unofficial Christian nation. Uh-huh. And that's the most powerful kind of Christian nation there is, and we are the most powerful
- 2:15:39Christian nation that has ever existed on the planet.
- 2:15:43And it's not because our law demands it. It's because it's who we are.
- 2:15:47That may be going away. Maybe. I'm not sure. I do a lot of traveling.
- 2:15:51And for all the and all the racket noise we hear about
- 2:15:56the government saying we're not a Christian nation and trying to to accommodate
- 2:16:01Sharia law and on canon law and all the other silly religious... Silly, no dangerous religious points of view of the law of the city, the canon civil laws of the Roman Empire.
- 2:16:12We
- 2:16:13still,
- 2:16:14have a a resistance against it. And as I travel,
- 2:16:18what I discover is I meet a lot of people, and I like to talk to people, have a childish interest in people, and everybody's got a story that most people don't tell it. But when you start asking questions,
- 2:16:30you find out that most people have lived lived excited and interesting lives, and they tell me, overwhelmingly,
- 2:16:37I'm Christian.
- 2:16:39So there are a lot of Christian folks out there, a lot of families. They're serious,
- 2:16:42real serious about their Christianity.
- 2:16:45But somehow, the evil empire and the useful idiots thereof squelch it. For example, in Michigan,
- 2:16:51how Christian can you get more Christian than Michigan?
- 2:16:54Dutch... The Dutch settlers, the Dutch reformed
- 2:16:58Protestant settlers
- 2:16:59have been the most powerful influence in that state from the very beginning. I went up there to see sheriff Darla driving down the country roads out in the middle of nowhere, and just one run after another, I see signs that say Christian reform school,
- 2:17:12reform church, Dutch reform church, and others too. And there are Baptist and others. But Dutch Reformed, which is about as hardcore Christian as you can get, most of them, they're always exception, but they they dominate the state. How is it that this trilogy of the unholy trinity, these three
- 2:17:32whatever they are. I don't know if they're... They call themselves men, women, or what. They're just... They're insanely
- 2:17:38lawless.
- 2:17:39The governor, the secretary of state, and the the Attorney general.
- 2:17:43Yeah. Then how do they get into office except by fraud? You know, the left can't... Cannot
- 2:17:50get into office telling the truth about themselves. It started way back way before John Kennedy. But John Kennedy is something some of us remember. How did he get into all this? He lied. And then he he did it with voter fraud, 25,000
- 2:18:03ghost votes. He talked to conservative line, very conservative. People say, oh, he was conservative. No. He wasn't. He was about a left wing communist as you can get. The politics is all about lying. That's the way that works. It's amazing that people actually listen to these folk in office and say, well, he's a good man. He said this. No. That doesn't mean nothing. That doesn't mean a pension right out of office. Never has. Never will. Get used to it. Understand what politics is. It's warfare of the worst, ugliest kind, and that's our answer to have this process with three coequal branches of government. We have to have government,
- 2:18:38and that's part of the landscape. It's dangerous. Well, here I am jabbering. Did somebody say Brent? Is sheriff Darr still here? Did he wanna say something else? Is he still here? I
- 2:18:50Unknown: gotta get going here pretty quick. I'm right sitting out in the parking lot of an attorney's office. So Oh, good. Hope
- 2:18:56Unknown: you're not on the clock.
- 2:18:58Unknown: Hey, sheriff Dara. So, you know Yeah. Yeah. I want you to know... I'll say it publicly. Boy, we appreciate you coming on. A lot of people came to listen today because, well, I think Roger said you were gonna be here. As I like to say, you heard me say your boots on the ground. You're doing it. And you you talk about, I'm not a lawyer, and I know you're not a lawyer, but, I would put you up against lawyers for understanding the fundamentals of common law government. Most of them don't even know they're common lawyers in a common law country. They can't tell the difference. But this this is a common law country. Common law dominates what we do here. Whether we acknowledge it or understand just like Christianity dominates, whether we acknowledge it or not. The Christian culture is what's underneath it all and over top it all. So thanks for coming, sheriff. Appreciate you. We'll...
- 2:19:45Unknown: Yeah. Sheriff Darla, let's do it again soon whenever you get get the wiggle room. We'd love to have you back.
- 2:19:51Unknown: Yeah. I appreciate it. Thank you very much. Yeah. Alright. Thank you, sir. Oh, man. What else? Alright. I'll
- 2:19:58Unknown: see you next week, brother. Okay.
- 2:19:59Unknown: Yes. Thank you, sir.
- 2:20:01And I encourage you, all of you,
- 2:20:04to go to the website commonlawyer.com
- 2:20:07and take advantage of what's there. And and the courses, they're about an... Or more than a dozen common law courses, sheriff
- 2:20:15Darleaf and I have presented
- 2:20:18together
- 2:20:19everything from contracts and evidence to trust law, how to draft a common law asset protection trust.
- 2:20:26And we're trying to focus more on being local. How local can you get? Family. Family is local government. They say, well, you don't have a family. You're living by yourself. Well, then govern yourself. Govern
- 2:20:39your house. If you live under a bridge, that's the the the land or the the parcel that God has given you, the space, the spot he has given you to keep order in his order. And if you order your life according to the orders of the God of all order, then you will have tranquility
- 2:20:55in the midst of this absolute utter
- 2:20:57madness.
- 2:20:59Unknown: Absolute what it is.
- 2:21:01Unknown: Yeah. And there's no other way to have it, friends, and the madness has never... It's always been here, and it's just gonna continue. But what God wants is for you to be in the world, not of it, and have his order in the midst of this madness. And if you do, you'll be like David, king of Israel. He said, twenty third Psalm,
- 2:21:17analogizing
- 2:21:18everything
- 2:21:19in his life to his days as a shepherd of sheep.
- 2:21:23People say, well, I'm not a sheeple. I'm not sheep. Well, the Bible says you are if you're Christian. You're analogized to sheep. You're that stupid, that weak, that defenseless. And if you don't come to that conclusion or haven't come to it, if you're Christian, you will.
- 2:21:37And you must,
- 2:21:39and you have to depend entirely upon the sovereignty, not your sovereignty.
- 2:21:43The sovereignty of make... The maker of heaven and earth. And David says there, thou
- 2:21:48has prepared a table for me.
- 2:21:51The Hebrew text says by the letters
- 2:21:54in the in. Yeah. In the faces of my enemies.
- 2:21:59That's what he'll do for you. He'll bring your order to your life.
- 2:22:02You'll be right... Your enemies will be surrounding you with their mouths foaming and gnashing their teeth at you, wanting to kill you, throw you in jail, slander you,
- 2:22:13and he'll have set up a sumptuous
- 2:22:16feed for you to sit down, relax, and eat, and it won't bother you if
- 2:22:22your mind is fixed, as it says, on him.
- 2:22:25And that's...
- 2:22:26Yeah. That's it, friends. I know God will use you. It's not that he doesn't want you to do things. He wants you to do a lot, and he says this. If you just simply do what I tell you to do, we got 10 commandments here. That's a good start. Try one or two of them. Just do it. He says, do that in your family, in your home, with yourself,
- 2:22:46governing your tongue, your hands, your body,
- 2:22:49and I will annihilate your enemies.
- 2:22:52That's all. Remember Gideon?
- 2:22:55Gideon? Roger,
- 2:22:56did... You went to Sunday school as a boy or not?
- 2:22:59Yes. Probably some. Yeah. No. Yes. Well, there's a story about Vacation bible school. All that stuff. Oh, all that. Oh, well, that says a lot. That tells me something about it too, Roger. But you get in... You know, stories... The stories of the Old Testament are not just stories for children. To me, I understand now what God is saying. Gideon. Gideon's in a pit with a roof over the top.
- 2:23:21He's treading out and
- 2:23:24winnowing his grain, not winnowing it, but pounding it out with a tribulo because
- 2:23:28he doesn't want the Midianites to see him down there and steal his grain. He's he's living like a coward. He's living in fear, and God comes to him and says, hail thou mighty man of Israel. It's a joke, not a mighty man of Israel. He said, I'm gonna take you, somebody who appears to be a coward and and a receding from the enemy,
- 2:23:49and I'm gonna take you and put you in charge of the militia of Israel.
- 2:23:53And so he said, oh, okay.
- 2:23:56And then he takes all this militia of Israel, and they go down to the to the creek there. And he says, I want everybody there to get a drink of water. And he said, I want you to go down through, and every man that laps the water like a dog gets his face right down the water and laps it like a dog or tries to suck it up. I want you to send him home.
- 2:24:14And the the men that cup the water and bring it up to their mouths with their hand,
- 2:24:20keep them. Well, he just kept saying, Ben, I want you to tell everybody that has to go home for this lawful reason or that. And he ends up with only 300 men.
- 2:24:29Is that okay, Gideon?
- 2:24:31Now you're somebody that nobody thinks much of. You got these 300 men. I want you to take them to Jericho,
- 2:24:37and I want you to give them each a lantern
- 2:24:40and a trumpet
- 2:24:41or a ram's horn. And I want you to put the lantern inside of a jar so nobody can see it, and I want them to light it.
- 2:24:50And when I give you the signal, I want you to tell... After they've lit all their lanterns, these 300 men, of course, they marched around the city. You can go read the story. Seven times, they did that. But break the jars in the middle of the night. Break the jars and
- 2:25:04holler out the Gideon,
- 2:25:06the sword of the Lord in Gideon.
- 2:25:09And he said, I'll destroy your enemies.
- 2:25:11I'll destroy your enemies.
- 2:25:13What? You don't want us to attack? No. I just want you to do what I tell you to do. But this is stupid. Well, I don't care if you think it's stupid. I want you to do what I tell you to do. It's that simple. Just shut up. Do what you're told. They did, and the Midians turned on each other and destroyed each other. I'm watching
- 2:25:30the evil empire right now eat itself. You sure are.
- 2:25:34And they they never stop, by the way. It goes on nonstop,
- 2:25:38and it's not going as fast as you want it to go. I listened to a fellow the other day say, the kingdom of god... I agree with him. The kingdom of god is here as Jesus Christ said. It's among us. What is it? It's his delegations of authority. Sheriff Darius said a while ago, a little bit ago, he said, when I first became sheriff, the first thing I learned was I learned about delegation of authority and I realized other people didn't have a clue about that. Yeah. What is delegation of authority? Well, the Bible says without being birthed of the spirit from above, you can't even see
- 2:26:11the kingdom of God. But I'm telling you, I see it everywhere I look. God's delegation of authority to every one of his people and people who aren't his people.
- 2:26:21And like sheriffs
- 2:26:22and legislators and other people. All people that have authority over land if they're farmers or just their house maybe, which is an important item if that's all you've got or...
- 2:26:33Everybody's delegated authority from God, Romans chapter 13.
- 2:26:36I'm watching it, and I'm watching the kingdom of God
- 2:26:40move
- 2:26:41forward
- 2:26:42sure footedly
- 2:26:44and slowly,
- 2:26:46but never endingly moving forward. It's a juggernaut, friends. I heard a guy say the other day that some... Somebody
- 2:26:53from CNN, what was Anderson? Who's that sodomite that's Anderson Cooper or whatever his name is? Bad bad sense.
- 2:27:01Yeah. And he was saying that, well, when do you think the kingdom of God is coming? Do you think this is a Christian nation, and we're scared you're gonna try to control everything? He said, get real, man. It's clear. Maybe two hundred and fifty years. I don't know. But I I won't be here when it happens. Maybe. I I don't. But I foresee that I'm involved in the coming kingdom of God. However, whenever he wants to just bring it on, he'll bring it on full force. But my job in the meantime is just to follow his laws, do what he says to do, And I'll tell you something, friends. I've learned for what it's worth, my personal testimony. That's what I like to give. That scares the h e, double l, out of the useful idiots of the evil empire if they know there's somebody in an obscure place like Barry County, Michigan. An obscure place
- 2:27:45like Barry County, Michigan, if there's a sheriff there who just saying, oh, I just wanna do what the law says. Do what's right.
- 2:27:51They're scared, and they want to destroy. You betcha. Every little
- 2:27:56expression
- 2:27:57of desire
- 2:27:58or
- 2:27:59adherence
- 2:28:00to God's law, his laws of nature, and the laws of nature of God, they'll be after it. Oh, they'll see it, and they'll come after it. Don't think they won't. You must, of course, and God will teach you this through discipline
- 2:28:12to maintain his order and his tranquility
- 2:28:15in your life. I say to... I'm I'm... My situation,
- 2:28:19my... All eight of my children are gone, married, having babies, all those things that people do. I'm just here with missus Brent. We've been married for near fifty years, forty nine.
- 2:28:30And I say to her, what's our job? We check-in in the morning. What's our job? But maybe you aren't married. A lot of... I'm fortunate right now. We still got each other. That... Who knows how long it'll last? Hope it'll last another fifty year, but that's not my business.
- 2:28:44But in any case, whether I'm by myself
- 2:28:47or we're together, what... Our job is just to present god's order between us and our... Whatever god's given us, god's order, not mine, as meager as it may be,
- 2:28:58his order according to his law to the world. And if you do that, friends,
- 2:29:05the fight will be on, and you will be god's man and woman. Listen. I was talking to a fellow who used to be a well known radio and Internet... Well, Roger, I won't tell you who it is. Not on the air, but he used to be really well known.
- 2:29:17And
- 2:29:18he said, well,
- 2:29:20do do you think we ought to confront the enemy head on? I said, not. No. No.
- 2:29:25God will do that. And if he wants to use us, he will. But right now, he wants us to operate. This is not the invasion. The kingdom of god, you've heard me say this here here, is not the invasion of Normandy.
- 2:29:36No. It's covert operations. We're behind the lines. We are people,
- 2:29:41strangers in a foreign land, so to speak. Gorilla warfare.
- 2:29:45Gorilla warfare. Yeah. Yeah. And how do you do that? That's why I said, Wallach, well, how do you do that? You just quietly
- 2:29:53do what God tells you to do. You won't have to go looking for the enemy. He'll find you. And when he finds you, then you've got to decide what to do as he pursues you. That's the way it works.
- 2:30:05And God will sustain you. And even if they throw you in a fiery furnace like they did the three Hebrew boys and the prophet of Daniel, you'll come out of the of the fiery furnace, and your clothes won't even smell like smoke. That's what it says about them.
- 2:30:19I believe that with all my heart, friends. So be encouraged.
- 2:30:22God is moving forward. Your job is his glory. Give him the glory. Always give somebody else the credit, and you get the enjoyment. That's the Christian life in a nutshell. God
- 2:30:33God bless you all. I'm... I need to go, Roger. Thank you so much. Thank you. As always. We'll we'll look for you next Friday, and,
- 2:30:42Unknown: but always just appreciate you on... And and bringing along sheriff Darrah's like the supreme honor. So thank you, sir. We'll see you next week. Thank you. Safe week.
- 2:30:53Unknown: Yes. Thank you, Roger. And Lord willing, we'll see you all next
- 2:30:57week, I reckon. Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:31:00Unknown: Yeah. Alright. Alright, buddy. Be be careful.
- 2:31:04Thank you, Roger. Good buddy Brent Winthers were never known all those years ago when our paths crossed that this relationship would develop and
- 2:31:12be as close as it is as Brent and I feel for each other and never having met. K?
- 2:31:19And I mean, we've done shows. Yeah. No. Never. We've done shows
- 2:31:24when he was up North Of Anchorage there in the Matanuska Valley around Palmer
- 2:31:29and was on the Internet that was on a laser beam.
- 2:31:32And I was in Northern Patagonia and Argentina,
- 2:31:36and it was perfect.
- 2:31:38Unknown: So we've had some Welcome, and thank you for choosing Freak Oh, I'm sorry, Roger. I'm glad you're
- 2:31:43Unknown: people around the on. Communicate you go. Well, Brenna, know that you're there. Anyway, just what a pleasure it is and the way our relationship has developed, and it's
- 2:31:54I I I really, you know, hold it precious. So... And your appearance is with us of great importance,
- 2:32:02and I look forward to them. I know the audience does too. So just one of those things.
- 2:32:08Yeah. Thank you, Roger. Man, well God bless you, gentlemen. Yeah. Thank you. There's sheriff Darr too. We'll see you soon, hopefully, Darn. And y'all be be careful. Have a good week.
- 2:32:20And us, we'll be back tomorrow, of course, on our regular little deal, although maybe a bit abbreviated tomorrow because of external
- 2:32:28circumstances.
- 2:32:30So... But anyway, we'll regather and see how it goes, and I just love seeing y'all on a regular basis.
- 2:32:36All you little dots on the on the board here. So anybody got anything for me?
- 2:32:42I was pretty quiet today, which is, I know, unusual.
- 2:32:46Unknown: You know, Roger, I haven't I haven't said this to a man in a long time,
- 2:32:51but I love sheriff Daugher. Oh, yeah. He's great.
- 2:32:57Unknown: I... We've just, you know, we got something special going here, Sam, as evidenced by you. I mean, how... You've been hanging around,
- 2:33:04gosh, at least ten years, I would think. Right? Maybe longer.
- 2:33:08Lisa's
- 2:33:09been around for for, you know, since Old Blue was a pup.
- 2:33:13You just can't get this information anywhere else. You get addicted to it.
- 2:33:21I do anyway, and I think you do.
- 2:33:23So Absolutely right. Alright, Sam. Glad to have you, buddy.
- 2:33:29I guess when you're over in... Living in Thailand, you'll still listen in or listen to the archives. I don't know what time of day it would be over there right now.
- 2:33:38Unknown: Yeah. It'll... It... My father willing, it'll be in Asia, but Thailand knows. Thailand has been corrupted pretty much. Okay.
- 2:33:47Unknown: Well, anyway, let's get your property sold first and get it out ahead of whatever's coming financially.
- 2:33:55And the rest of you, we'll be back tomorrow, and glad you're here. Found us however, and tell others.
- 2:34:01But before you bring people to the show, if they're... Please have them watch a presentation
- 2:34:07of some... One of the ones that are up there on the website and have an idea of what they're listening to and not just plop them down if you would. That'd be a great service to them.
- 2:34:19So, otherwise, in that, I'm gonna call it a day, kids. Nothing else for me?
- 2:34:24Unknown: Have a good weekend, Roger.
- 2:34:26Unknown: Well, no. I'm gonna be with you in the morning, Sam.
- 2:34:29Oh, after that. Yeah. I mean, we can start till then, but thank you. Hope y'all have a good day,
- 2:34:36and that will... You'll
- 2:34:38rejoin us tomorrow.
- 2:34:40So love you. See you soon. One way or the other. Ciao.
- 2:34:45Blasting the voice of freedom worldwide,
- 2:34:47you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
