This week begins the Sitzer/Burnette trial on cooperative commissions. Just in time for the trial, the Wall Street Journal, formerly a pro-business, pro-capitalism, and free-market newspaper, published a pathetic hit piece comparing REALTORs to cartels. Why stop there?
