Watching in a Turning World: Jesus watch and Pray
Watching in a Turning World: Jesus watch and Pray
Jesus’ command is short but urgent: Watch. Watching means staying spiritually awake, morally alert, and prayerfully engaged. Immorality may rise, but the believer must not sleep. Watching isn’t fear; it’s readiness. Prayer keeps the heart awake; vigilance keeps the eyes open. Ask yourself: Am I spiritually awake? Am I praying consistently? Am I watching with hope, not fear? Jesus calls His people to live alert, expectant, and anchored until He returns.
