VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Hey everyone, it's Justin here from Voices for Voices.
• 0:05
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Thank you so much for joining us on this episode of the Voices for Voices TV show and podcast.
• 0:12
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh, we're grateful to have you with us.
• 0:15
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Whether you're watching, listening, whether you're near, whether you're far, you're always a part of the Voices for Voices family and the Voices for Voices movement.
• 0:26
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And we just want to say if you're able to, give us a thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share, uh, comment.
• 0:36
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh, those are all things that are free to do on our uh our platforms.
• 0:43
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Um, and we would greatly appreciate that.
• 0:47
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh, so we're very excited for this episode of uh of the show, uh, as we are for all.
• 0:54
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh, this is the first of its kind for us.
• 0:58
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Um, and and that is uh what we're what we're going to do.
• 1:04
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh so a couple weeks ago uh you you saw our press conference at the Alpha Omega Christian Comic-Con out in Long Beach, California, where we publicly stated that uh voices for voices now includes a uh an arm of the organization uh entitled Voices for Voices Publishing.
• 1:33
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And uh we were able to uh be at that convention, sell all the copies of uh The Atalan, which was uh uh which is our uh comic book, um, as well as uh The Young Siren Born, uh, a uh a short novel that that we uh we we we started and uh put together and we got it together in the nick of time.
• 2:03
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: We didn't have a whole lot of copies because uh and as you know with publishing, uh sometimes it takes a minute for uh for the printing presses to uh to to do their thing.
• 2:17
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh but the copies that we did have, we did sell, as well as stickers that uh kids, adults, alike, uh just love, uh, which include characters uh of current and future uh stories, uh media productions, etc.
• 2:41
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And so what we're gonna do today is we're gonna cycle through uh when we say voices for voices publishing, want to cycle through what what what that is, what that means, and where you can find these fine uh stories and comic book.
• 3:04
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: So I am going to again uh go over here and we're gonna do the sharing.
• 3:11
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh and so we're gonna go kind of one by one here.
• 3:17
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: We're gonna start with the add-aland.
• 3:22
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: So here we're on Amazon.com.
• 3:24
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: It's at the moment uh one of the best ways to find our content uh under Voices for Voices Publishing.
• 3:34
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh that will uh that will that will change where uh we're gonna be having some expanded distribution with uh with uh a lot of our future content.
• 3:49
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: But right now, today, you can purchase, you can buy uh our first voices for voices publishing our first comic book.
• 4:02
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And the title is The Adalan.
• 4:06
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And so we have it on paperback, and on Kindle, uh, the author, David Solomon.
• 4:14
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: We are the publishing, and uh, you know, for as far as reading age, this is something that's very important to us uh and and to our viewers and our listeners, and any anybody who sees the voices for voices, uh, logo uh brand on anything uh that there is gonna be a strict adherence not only to that pillar of having underlying mental health stories, uh themes, uh, but they're also gonna adhere very strictly to our reading age because we believe uh in a big part of our movement, uh, especially when it regards publishing and things that are going out to to the public uh where you can order and and have those in in your hands, or you can uh order electronically.
• 5:24
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: But any sense, we uh in this particular instance, the uh what what we're recommending for the reading age is 10 to 18 years old.
• 5:39
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh and that's that's just very important because we know as as we get older as a human being, uh our maturity, what what terms, words, definitions, themes, uh, those change as well.
• 6:00
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And so we don't want to be presenting a theme or a story or an event to a 10-year-old that is appropriate for somebody over the age of 18, as uh you know, as being an adult here in the United States.
• 6:19
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: So you're gonna see that.
• 6:21
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh, whereas our competition, uh, they uh they don't always adhere to the ages, they'll put the age group and the ages that they they want their particular publication to be aimed at uh from a uh a strategy perspective.
• 6:42
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Um and and we've we've found um over the years that that's not always the case.
• 6:49
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And so we are Voices for Voices, we are Voices for Voices publishing, etc.
• 6:56
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And so you can rest assured that if there is content in any form, whether it's on the screen, whether it's in a book electronically, paperback, hardback, you name it, that uh they're gonna be age appropriate.
• 7:16
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh, and and so uh I'm just gonna read through a little bit of this because this is again really hot off the press.
• 7:27
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Um, and so what we're gonna, especially for our our listeners, uh again, we're called the this is called the Atalan, and the spelling is a little tricky at first.
• 7:39
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh so Atalan is spelled A T A L A N.
• 7:48
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: The Atalan.
• 7:51
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh and and so as as we quote from our description here on Amazon, long ago a prophecy was spoken of the Atalan, a chosen one who would be born to raise Atlantis from the depths and unite the land and sea.
• 8:10
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: In the present day, teenage will lives an ordinary life on the Oregon coast until he discovers the truth.
• 8:20
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: He is the Atalan.
• 8:22
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Suddenly his world is torn open as ancient powers awaken, and his destiny begins to unfold.
• 8:33
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Excuse me.
• 8:35
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: But in the shadows, the devil and his fallen angels are hatching a plan to destroy him before he can fulfill the prophecy.
• 8:45
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Every step will take draws him deeper into a battle, not just for his life, but for the future of heaven, earth, and the seas.
• 8:58
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And so this is the beginning of the Christian superhero cinematic universe, which is a groundbreaking saga from Voices for Voices publishing that's going to expand into comics, additional comics, novels, TV series, video games, and multiple spinoffs.
• 9:22
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And as a special bonus to those who who purchase the Atalan, whether in paperback or electronically, uh, this issue also includes a sneak peek at another upcoming series titled Otter Town.
• 9:41
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And so you'll be able to see here if you're able the if you're watching, you're gonna see the see the cover here.
• 9:50
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: A little bit.
• 10:01
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh uh and working with us on this uh very special project.
• 10:16
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh and again, Voices for Voices Publishing is uh where we are um where the Atalan has been published through.
• 10:25
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: So you can find that again.
• 10:27
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Find that on Amazon.com.
• 10:30
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh type in the Atalan.
• 10:32
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: That's A-T A-L-A-N.
• 10:36
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: So you can have that today.
• 10:39
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Next, we have the the second of uh our uh offerings that we had at the Alpha Omega uh Christian Comic Con convention out in Long Beach.
• 10:58
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: We had limited copies and we sold out of uh all the ones we had.
• 11:04
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And uh we also had QR codes.
• 11:07
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh and again, uh the the the easiest right now, easiest place to buy, uh whether that's electronically or paperback, is on Amazon.com.
• 11:20
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh again, as as uh as we continue uh to evolve, uh there will be other uh ways and means to purchase.
• 11:32
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And so this for those watching and or listening is titled Young Siren Born.
• 11:40
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: If anybody's heard of uh Jason Bourne, uh it's a little play on words here.
• 11:47
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh Young Siren Born, the dream dimension.
• 11:51
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And then this is the Young Siren Born series.
• 11:55
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: This is also authored by David Solomon and uh Voices for Voices Publishing as as we've mentioned, and the excuse me, the the editor of almost all of all of the the content is uh Amanda Solomon.
• 12:17
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And if anybody uh has had to uh write a paper, write a synopsis, editing can can just seem like a waste of time, like it doesn't matter, but it really does.
• 12:36
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: It helps you obviously the you have the the grammatical, you know, the uh the spelling, uh making sure things flow, and it's uh it's a hard job to do, especially you were talking about, you know, in this case, this is 104 pages.
• 12:58
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh and and so it's uh it's uh it's a tough job to do.
• 13:04
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And we wanna want to thank everybody that's involved with Voices for Voices, especially with this uh this editing uh process.
• 13:16
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: It it's uh it's a lot.
• 13:19
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: So the young siren born, you can find this again.
• 13:24
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Best place is on Amazon.com.
• 13:27
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh Y-O-U-N-G, Young Siren, S-I-R-E-N, Born, B-O-R-N, and the author, Illustrator David Solomon.
• 13:40
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh, we also uh the minimal from Voices for Voices publishing minimal editing.
• 13:47
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Um, but we publish through our uh Voices for Voices Publish in house.
• 13:52
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And uh as you can see on the screen, uh if you're watching or and if you're not watching, uh of course we get you know pop-ups every once in a while.
• 14:04
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh this is uh you can get this electronically, or you can get a paperback.
• 14:10
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh again, Amazon.com is the best way to to get that.
• 14:15
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh Young Siren Born.
• 14:17
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And uh we talked about ages.
• 14:22
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh we we we can go down to age seven, uh, but it's really perfect for uh young readers ages eight and up.
• 14:36
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh and so the the little bit of of the description that we share is when a deli toxin filled the rogue valley's air, only a few of the siren born survived.
• 14:52
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Among them were Theo, Thomas, and Sadie, rescued and adopted by the man who found them, Mr.
• 15:00
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Benson.
• 15:01
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: But when he suddenly goes missing, the three must uncover the truth.
• 15:06
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Their search leads them into the mysterious dream dimension, where faith, courage, and biblical truths will guide them through secrets darker than they ever imagined.
• 15:21
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And again, here's uh for those watching, a little bit of a zoom in on the cover here.
• 15:30
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And if you're not watching, that next time you're near a device, you can find the cover the front and here's the back.
• 15:46
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Okay.
• 15:50
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: So that's available today.
• 15:55
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Or electronically.
• 15:59
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Amazon.com places, the easiest place to find uh that that today.
• 16:10
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Also, Amazon.com is the best place to find that here and now today, or whenever you watch and listen to this episode.

• 16:35
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And we um we are uh you know have this electronically, and this will be coming out uh on um paperback version very very soon.
• 16:55
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: This takes place after the Atalan.
• 16:58
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh this is called the Seaman and 99 pages.
• 17:03
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh this is where eight years after mythicals reveal themselves, Boston, City of Harbors, and old folklore becomes the center of a rising storm.
• 17:17
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: When Braden's powers are exposed during a rescue gone wrong, the media brands him the seaman and blames him for a missing child.
• 17:27
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: As suspicions grow, Braden and his father fight for refugee rights before Congress, but in the shadows of Boston's swamps and seas, visions warn of an ancient enemy returning.
• 17:43
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: And when the truth is uncovered, that mythicals and humans are not separate, but one and the same, everything changes.
• 17:52
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Prejudice, history, and destiny collide, forcing both worlds to unite or fall together.
• 18:00
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: So this is entitled The Seaman, and you can buy this electronically on voice on uh Amazon.com uh today.
• 18:11
VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Uh so we uh we recommend uh this is uh the the authors are Amanda Solomon, David Solomon, and this is uh also offered through Voices for Voices Publishing.
• 18:27
  VoicesforVoicesJustinAlanHayes: Okay.
