- 0:34Speaker 2: all over Virginia?
- 0:35Speaker 4: Not yet, not yet. I mean I'm in the southwest Virginia,
- 0:39Speaker 4: so we ain't got one here yet.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Oh what do you do down there, moonshiner? What do
- 0:43Speaker 2: you do?
- 0:44Speaker 3: Well?
- 0:45Speaker 4: Yeah, occasionally, yeah, work for a cigarette factory thing.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Oh cigarette fact, Yeah.
- 0:53Speaker 4: Exactly exactly. Well, listen, you were talking about the KLT one.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:00Speaker 4: Yeah, Deep Bound is probably the most successful one out there.
- 1:04Speaker 4: I've been on it for about fifteen months. They generally
- 1:08Speaker 4: tell you about forty pounds forty to sixty pounds once
- 1:11Speaker 4: you lose.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Yeah, zep Bound is the best one. You don't look batter, Yeah,
- 1:15Speaker 2: you don't get that Olympics face. But what did you
- 1:17Speaker 2: go on, coach. You went on it for medical reasons.
- 1:21Speaker 4: Right, Well, I went on to prevent.
- 1:23Speaker 2: That the reasons oh okay, to prevent.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Like two diabetes, yea, so heart disease, all that stuff.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Insurance that governors will have to pay out of my
- 1:32Speaker 4: own pocket four hundred forty nine dollars a buck. But
- 1:37Speaker 4: generally they say you lose about sixty pounds. But I
- 1:40Speaker 4: made the lifestyle changes as well to lose one hundred
- 1:45Speaker 4: and forty eight pounds. Whoa, yeah, I was three hundred
- 1:49Speaker 4: and fifty two pounds, three.
- 1:50Speaker 2: And fifty two pounds.
- 1:54Speaker 5: Pounds. Yeah, well the one thing you had to go
- 1:56Speaker 5: on it, Well I didn't have to go.
- 1:59Speaker 2: On it's andifty two. You better go on it.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Yeah, well I lost one hundred and forty eight pounds,
- 2:06Speaker 4: which you know I had to you know, buy and
- 2:08Speaker 4: the clothes and everything. But still to get to those results,
- 2:12Speaker 4: you actually have to make the lifestyle change. I was
- 2:15Speaker 4: drinking like eight twenty ounce doctor Pepper's a day. I
- 2:18Speaker 4: cut out soda, completely destructed water, black coffee, maybe a
- 2:22Speaker 4: little cream here and there. But you got to eat
- 2:26Speaker 4: what you're supposed to eat. You know, your proteins, your
- 2:28Speaker 4: your Car's gonna watch all that stuff and you will
- 2:31Speaker 4: lose all that weight, and you will we will have
- 2:34Speaker 4: it ozpic face.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Yeah that when I got.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Down, Yeah, when I got down to about when I
- 2:41Speaker 4: lost about eighty pounds, I started going back to the gym,
- 2:43Speaker 4: exercising six days a week, lifting weight.
- 2:46Speaker 5: Uh.
- 2:47Speaker 4: And you know, with the with the lifestyle changed, with
- 2:50Speaker 4: the food and cut out all that extra sugar that
- 2:52Speaker 4: you don't need, that's when the weight really come off.
- 2:55Speaker 2: All right, Well, I'm glad you did it, Ralph. Keep
- 2:57Speaker 2: it up, don't slip, keep it up. Good for you.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Thanks for Collings in Virginia. Do you know anybody else
- 3:03Speaker 2: that actually drinks doctor pepper? He drinks eight doctor peppers
- 3:08Speaker 2: a day. I haven't had eight doctor peppers in my
- 3:11Speaker 2: whole life. Let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike, how
- 3:14Speaker 2: you doing?
- 3:16Speaker 5: Good morning?
- 3:16Speaker 6: Mark?
- 3:17Speaker 2: Yes, Mike.
- 3:19Speaker 7: You know I was thinking about this Darling was it?
- 3:21Speaker 7: Darling and Graham John the controversy that she's not that smart,
- 3:25Speaker 7: you know, And it's like none of these people are
- 3:27Speaker 7: very smart.
- 3:28Speaker 5: I don't know why people expect, you know, Schuman.
- 3:31Speaker 6: Doesn't know how to grow a cheeseburg of having's sake.
- 3:34Speaker 2: You know, you think.
- 3:35Speaker 6: AOC know who's anything about ninety nine percent of the
- 3:37Speaker 6: stuff she's voting on.
- 3:38Speaker 7: I need them to vote right.
- 3:41Speaker 2: That's a good job, that's a good point. Darleen Graham
- 3:43Speaker 2: is probably pretty smart. But she said there was a
- 3:46Speaker 2: foreign policy question Taiwan. She said, well, you know, I
- 3:49Speaker 2: don't really know much about foreign place. But the argument
- 3:52Speaker 2: is she's decided to run for the Senate, she's got
- 3:54Speaker 2: a debate coming up. Why didn't she prep Why didn't
- 3:57Speaker 2: she get breathed?
- 3:58Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, I mean that's just it's a valid point.
- 4:01Speaker 6: But you know, again, you know this context everything you know.
- 4:05Speaker 6: I mean again, you know they're prepared when it needs
- 4:08Speaker 6: they need to be prepared. You know, when there's a vote,
- 4:10Speaker 6: you know, debate.
- 4:12Speaker 2: You're going to the debate. They'll give you here's the
- 4:15Speaker 2: twenty five possible questions. Why not why didn't you get briefed?
- 4:18Speaker 2: So she's bright, but is she lazy? You don't want
- 4:21Speaker 2: a lazy person?
- 4:22Speaker 6: Well, yeah, you're right, I mean, it's an you know,
- 4:24Speaker 6: it's a valid argument.
- 4:26Speaker 7: But I just think there's too much made of that.
- 4:28Speaker 7: These people have to all be geniuses and experts on
- 4:30Speaker 7: everything and they're far from it. I mean, and the
- 4:33Speaker 7: reporter for that matter, You think she knows where any
- 4:35Speaker 7: of these places are that she's asking the questions about
- 4:37Speaker 7: in the debate, Well, I worked at a TV newsroom.
- 4:40Speaker 5: They're not that smart.
- 4:41Speaker 2: That was actually Greta answers and asked the question.
- 4:45Speaker 6: My point, my point exactly.
- 4:47Speaker 2: All right, yeah, but at least she was honest. You
- 4:51Speaker 2: did never hear a politician, so you know, I don't know.
- 4:54Speaker 6: I think there's points for that for sure. You know,
- 4:57Speaker 6: it's like, hey, I don't know. Well, I mean, and
- 5:00Speaker 6: I'm sure she'll be better prepared the next time.
- 5:02Speaker 2: All right, Well, good point, Mike. Some are arguing, some
- 5:04Speaker 2: political consults are arguing it may have been dumb, like
- 5:07Speaker 2: a fox what she did that. When she did that
- 5:10Speaker 2: in the debate, she goes, you know, I have to
- 5:11Speaker 2: be honest, I don't know anything about that.
- 5:13Speaker 7: I just don't know.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Foreign policy is not my thing. It made her look
- 5:19Speaker 2: very honest, and it made her look very unpoliticiany, which
- 5:23Speaker 2: is good. You don't want to look like a professional politician.
- 5:26Speaker 2: So maybe it helped her. Who knows, maybe it didn't.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Let's go to Tony and Old Bridge. Tony how you doing.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Yeah, Hi, Mark, good morning.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Well, whenever you're ready, Tony, we don't want to rush you,
- 5:40Speaker 2: take your time.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Yeah, data centers military many you know would put the
- 5:46Speaker 3: data centers underground, and that eliminated a lot of the
- 5:50Speaker 3: cooling issues and the noise issue.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Yeah, but apparently that's a different type. Those are small
- 5:55Speaker 2: data centers. These are massive, you know, forty million square feet.
- 5:58Speaker 2: You can't put them.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Underground, but you can dig down.
- 6:02Speaker 2: No, you would be these, these would be These would
- 6:04Speaker 2: be way too big to put underground. But uh, they
- 6:08Speaker 2: figured out the electricity problem. They can use tiny nuclear
- 6:12Speaker 2: reactors make their own electricity. They figured out the water problem,
- 6:16Speaker 2: the recycle the water. It's just a matter of time.
- 6:18Speaker 2: But that could be time. It could be two years
- 6:21Speaker 2: before they figure out how to do cooling without the noise.
- 6:24Speaker 2: They'll figure it out. But in the meantime, the answer
- 6:27Speaker 2: is just put them away from anything residential. As the
- 6:31Speaker 2: President himself said, if.
- 6:33Speaker 1: You pick the right location, man, it's gotta be not
- 6:35Speaker 1: every location it's perfect.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Yeah, like the one in Virginia next to the airport.
- 6:39Speaker 2: It's already noisy, perfect place for it. Let's go to
- 6:42Speaker 2: eric in New Jersey, Eric, how you doing.
- 6:46Speaker 5: Hey, Mark the Morning It shows always listen the major
- 6:49Speaker 5: works pretty good. I've been honest for like eight nine months.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Dropped Well, I was. I was two fifteen and I
- 6:57Speaker 5: went down to one eighty five. I'm like my high
- 6:59Speaker 5: school military. Wait, and my wife also has on it.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Okay, it's the problem. You've got to take that forever, right,
- 7:05Speaker 2: if you stop, you're.
- 7:06Speaker 5: Putting no, no, no, no, we're on it maximum. It's
- 7:09Speaker 5: going to be two years, I said. And it's different
- 7:12Speaker 5: levels like ten milligrams.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Uh no, but it will stop. Doesn't the weight come back?
- 7:18Speaker 5: No, not really, because you change your team pad. But
- 7:21Speaker 5: you realize, you know, I don't need that. I don't
- 7:23Speaker 5: you know, I don't crave that sweet. I wasn't a
- 7:27Speaker 5: big sweet guy, and I don't really drink, so that's
- 7:29Speaker 5: like selta. But my wife did the Coca Cola thing,
- 7:33Speaker 5: and she had the Patriot and she's kind of you know,
- 7:35Speaker 5: she's five two. She was waging one fifty. You know,
- 7:38Speaker 5: she dropped, like I said, twenty five.
- 7:39Speaker 2: All right, Well, good for you, good for keep it up,
- 7:42Speaker 2: keep it up, keep it taking time for one more
- 7:44Speaker 2: real fast Mike from Beth Page, what do you want
- 7:46Speaker 2: to say.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Mike Mark, how you doing last week? I went down
- 7:50Speaker 1: to Maryland to visit my brother. And after you get
- 7:52Speaker 1: through New Jersey, it's Delaware. Over the Delaware Memorial Bridge,
- 7:55Speaker 1: there's a welcome center.
- 7:56Speaker 6: I pulled in.
- 7:57Speaker 1: This is Welcome to Delaware, home President Joseph R. Biden, Jr.
- 8:02Speaker 1: And it's the Biden Welcome Center. Is that what Delaware
- 8:05Speaker 1: has to be proud of?
- 8:05Speaker 2: That's it? Well, I'm afraid so it's a good point.
- 8:08Speaker 2: But yeah, that's it. I mean, what is Delaware known
- 8:11Speaker 2: for except that's where all the corporate the corporations file.
- 8:15Speaker 2: They're all Delaware corporation.
- 8:17Speaker 4: Was it the first state?
- 8:19Speaker 5: No?
- 8:20Speaker 2: I don't think it was the first state. We'll look
- 8:21Speaker 2: it up. But Delaware. Yeah, listen, it's a tiny, tiny state.
- 8:25Speaker 2: If you had a president come out of your little
- 8:27Speaker 2: tiny state. That's the name he used, the Joseph R.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Biden Welcome Center. Welcome Center. It means it's the restroom
- 8:35Speaker 2: on the highway. Anyway. We'll be We'll talk to Michael Goodwin,
- 8:40Speaker 2: the Great Commnst. Michael Goodwin coming up next on seven
- 8:43Speaker 2: to ten w R
