- 2:15Speaker 5: Spinach spinach ein man, Yeah good.
- 2:18Speaker 7: If it is grilled.
- 2:19Speaker 6: Yeah, I like a good spinach.
- 2:20Speaker 5: If it's grilled. If it's cream on the.
- 2:23Speaker 6: Grill, I like a good uh spinach salad to get
- 2:27Speaker 6: that hot baking dressing on it.
- 2:29Speaker 5: Guys, you're all avoiding the the elephant in the butt?
- 2:33Speaker 5: Is that right now and every time for the past forever.
- 2:36Speaker 5: That's how you get food. Poisoning is fresh green, That's true,
- 2:40Speaker 5: always does. That's why men Is be throwing them up
- 2:45Speaker 5: on the grill, cooking all the germs.
- 2:47Speaker 6: You know, you know it's good when you put romaine
- 2:49Speaker 6: lettuce on the grille.
- 2:52Speaker 8: Yeah, it's really good.
- 2:53Speaker 6: I do like that, and they drizzle it with the
- 2:55Speaker 6: uh I mean different things like balslonic.
- 2:57Speaker 7: Yeah, mustard. I want to give French fries in my salad.
- 3:01Speaker 7: Does that burn it off?
- 3:02Speaker 8: Yep?
- 3:03Speaker 5: Sure?
- 3:03Speaker 6: Yet absolutely Today in history, it was today, greg in
- 3:08Speaker 6: nineteen sixty nine and that the Apollo eleven blasted off
- 3:14Speaker 6: from Cape Kennedy on the first manned mission to the
- 3:17Speaker 6: surface of the Moon. Allegedly, it was today in nineteen
- 3:23Speaker 6: thirty five minutes that the first coin operated parking meters
- 3:29Speaker 6: were set up.
- 3:29Speaker 7: Boo, what the hell?
- 3:31Speaker 6: And this was in Oklahoma, Oklahoma, of all the places
- 3:34Speaker 6: in Oklahoma.
- 3:36Speaker 5: If we didn't if we didn't have paid parking meters,
- 3:39Speaker 5: then people would just park there all day long and
- 3:41Speaker 5: you couldn't find a spot.
- 3:42Speaker 9: So's so we had to stop taking the side of
- 3:45Speaker 9: the man.
- 3:45Speaker 5: We had this conversation recently with about paid toilets. US
- 3:49Speaker 5: used to have pay toilets and they were clean and orderly. Yeah, thanks, dude,
- 3:52Speaker 5: you know what.
- 3:53Speaker 7: I experience it and actually it's pretty cool.
- 3:56Speaker 5: Thank you. You know, you go ahead.
- 3:58Speaker 7: How it worked was I went to the Donald's and
- 4:01Speaker 7: in the basement they had the bathrooms. And they had like.
- 4:03Speaker 5: A basement of McDonald's.
- 4:06Speaker 7: Yeah, it's like a three story it was like a
- 4:09Speaker 7: townhouse basically. The first floor is like you know, where
- 4:12Speaker 7: you order, the top floors where you go eat, and
- 4:14Speaker 7: then on the bottom they had the bathrooms. And it
- 4:19Speaker 7: was like you were going into a subway system almost,
- 4:21Speaker 7: and you had to put fifty cents in there, and
- 4:23Speaker 7: you could use your your tap to pay or whatever,
- 4:26Speaker 7: and it gives you a little voucher. So you go
- 4:29Speaker 7: and use the bathroom and then you can get your
- 4:31Speaker 7: fifty cents back when you buy something.
- 4:34Speaker 5: That's cool. You're good for fifty cents, right, Yeah, and
- 4:38Speaker 5: we're I'm talking about it. It's just that it's not
- 4:40Speaker 5: even if you have a paste up, we can get
- 4:42Speaker 5: you a call. Yeah, but those bathrooms were super clean.
- 4:45Speaker 5: It's not an oppressive amount. It's just enough to keep
- 4:48Speaker 5: the riff raff and the heroin addicts out.
- 4:50Speaker 6: Well, there's a lot of cities, I know, Chicago, like
- 4:53Speaker 6: the City of Chicago doesn't even own the parking meters.
- 4:55Speaker 6: They were taken over by I think a private a
- 4:58Speaker 6: private company.
- 4:59Speaker 5: They made a tear deal which by the way a
- 5:01Speaker 5: private company should should be a good person to put
- 5:03Speaker 5: in charge of this. But if you have the idiots
- 5:05Speaker 5: at top aka Chicago government bureaucrats, they're going to make
- 5:09Speaker 5: bad deals because they're incompetent.
- 5:11Speaker 6: Yeah, but I forget how much the city of Chicago
- 5:13Speaker 6: got for that. But then the people who bought the
- 5:15Speaker 6: rights to them, oh my god, they are cashing it.
- 5:20Speaker 5: It's just like Elon and and SpaceX is like the
- 5:22Speaker 5: second a private company took it over, they were they
- 5:24Speaker 5: stopped losing money, and immediately that.
- 5:27Speaker 8: Same thing with the roadwork.
- 5:29Speaker 6: Yeah, so like uh yeah, the NASA thing. I remember
- 5:31Speaker 6: watching the uh An interview. We're talking about like all
- 5:34Speaker 6: the price of you know, how much to launch a
- 5:36Speaker 6: rocket and then they're like, no, they got a bid
- 5:38Speaker 6: from SpaceX and it was like so much lower than
- 5:41Speaker 6: what you know, NASA was saying it was. And they're like, no,
- 5:45Speaker 6: you have to charge us more. Like they were telling
- 5:47Speaker 6: SpaceX like no, we we like, we're not going to
- 5:50Speaker 6: pay you that. We need to pay you more than
- 5:52Speaker 6: that because.
- 5:52Speaker 9: Because we have to prove that it's worth that.
- 5:54Speaker 5: Yeah. I'm reading the history of it right now, and
- 5:57Speaker 5: that's what Elon did by the way Elon. He knows
- 5:59Speaker 5: exactly what he's doing with all this stuff, and he
- 6:01Speaker 5: knows how to design rockets.
- 6:02Speaker 6: Uh.
- 6:03Speaker 5: So he's going through and he's like, why are we
- 6:04Speaker 5: using these parts? They cost an insane amount of money. Yeah,
- 6:07Speaker 5: well that's what the requirements said. That is one percent
- 6:10Speaker 5: of our national budget. And he's like, no, well the
- 6:12Speaker 5: requirements are stupid. We don't need that. And what do
- 6:14Speaker 5: you know that because it's not bureaucrats running things. The
- 6:17Speaker 5: price went through the through the basement where the bathroom is.
- 6:21Speaker 6: Speaking of speaking of space, James Franco, what are your
- 6:29Speaker 6: thought because I have I have a couple of different
- 6:31Speaker 6: things on this. This is either like a stunt or
- 6:34Speaker 6: he uh, he's in.
- 6:36Speaker 5: Our world him, it's a trillion percent of stunt. He's
- 6:40Speaker 5: known this sort of thing. This is his like artsy
- 6:44Speaker 5: but badly executed version of like placause That's exactly how
- 6:48Speaker 5: it reads. A couple of things.
- 6:49Speaker 7: Yes, if you don't know, he's been posting these social
- 6:52Speaker 7: media videos of him having footage of aliens and he
- 6:56Speaker 7: actually does have a movie coming out right now, but
- 6:59Speaker 7: it has nothing to do with aliens. Is not on
- 7:01Speaker 7: the same topic or anything like that, and people are
- 7:03Speaker 7: interviewing the director of this movie that he's that he's
- 7:06Speaker 7: coming out with, and the director is even getting annoyed, like, yo,
- 7:10Speaker 7: I this has nothing to do with the movie Traving.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Now, yeah, yeah, here the clip right here we go,
- 7:16Speaker 5: this is what he pokes.
- 7:17Speaker 10: Hey the days here seven thirteen, that's July thirteen today.
- 7:24Speaker 10: I promised you I was going to reveal something because
- 7:27Speaker 10: I found something.
- 7:29Speaker 8: It was thrust upon me. I didn't ask for.
- 7:32Speaker 5: This, okay, dude.
- 7:34Speaker 7: So with that said, and the videos are really bad,
- 7:38Speaker 7: but I was watching one in the middle of the
- 7:41Speaker 7: night and it was this alien head that pokes up
- 7:45Speaker 7: through a window and then like hides. That image has
- 7:49Speaker 7: been haunting me really yeah, I'm just like it looks
- 7:53Speaker 7: it just like looks super scary for a second and
- 7:56Speaker 7: then and.
- 7:57Speaker 5: Then just does it look real?
- 7:59Speaker 7: Oh no, no, no, no no, it looks so faked.
- 8:02Speaker 5: It's like it's like what they would show you like
- 8:04Speaker 5: in the nineteen fifties whatever.
- 8:05Speaker 7: Yea, yeah, yeah, but just head popping out through the
- 8:09Speaker 7: window and then disappearing.
- 8:11Speaker 5: I don't know, like where is that he has multiple
- 8:15Speaker 5: he has multiple videos.
- 8:16Speaker 6: You have to leave the bathroom light on, so you
- 8:17Speaker 6: wouldn't get stared out in the middle of the night.
- 8:19Speaker 5: I don't know, but that video has been bothering me.
- 8:21Speaker 5: We can apples and orange. This real easy because we
- 8:24Speaker 5: have a modern day concurred example, and that is Shia Labuff.
- 8:27Speaker 5: If you want to see what somebody going through an actual,
- 8:30Speaker 5: real mental breakdown is Shia la buff has shown it
- 8:32Speaker 5: to us for the past year and a half.
- 8:34Speaker 7: This change that was like for real one. This one
- 8:37Speaker 7: he's he's obviously joking.
- 8:38Speaker 5: Right doing something. Yeah, he's he's but he's been doing
- 8:41Speaker 5: it in such a way that it's like for people,
- 8:43Speaker 5: but he was canceled.
- 8:44Speaker 11: He wants people saying that he's crazy versus a sexual
- 8:47Speaker 11: pre which is what everyone would have been saying.
- 8:50Speaker 5: He's coming out with. Is that his defense? Then I
- 8:52Speaker 5: saw aliens, therefore I touched the girls. No, it's a diversion.
- 8:58Speaker 11: He's trying to get them to talk about something else,
- 9:00Speaker 11: and it has to be something crazy, not like, oh, man,
- 9:02Speaker 11: he's such a good guy or he's doing these great things.
- 9:04Speaker 11: He's trying to do something crazy to reflect.
- 9:06Speaker 9: Manas were you super high when you saw this?
- 9:08Speaker 5: I think maybe I don't get it. It's not very popping.
- 9:12Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean there's been different people. But like, talking
- 9:17Speaker 6: about Shila Buff for a second, is it possible that
- 9:19Speaker 6: he is just some like crazy genius that we don't understand.
- 9:22Speaker 6: Maybe Brad Pitt was going on like years ago about
- 9:25Speaker 6: like like he's the best actor I think I've ever
- 9:28Speaker 6: worked with somebody, just more recently over the last the
- 9:30Speaker 6: last couple of days just came out. It was like,
- 9:32Speaker 6: Shilah Buff is like the most amazing talent.
- 9:37Speaker 5: A lot of people have said, is.
- 9:39Speaker 6: It just that he is, like like we're misunderstanding he's crazy.
- 9:42Speaker 5: He's really a gem.
- 9:43Speaker 7: Also like like stole all his clothes and trusting like
- 9:48Speaker 7: he was inspiration for Kanye.
- 9:50Speaker 6: Can you imagine those two hanging out?
- 9:51Speaker 5: Oh my god, I think that Kanye is a good
- 9:54Speaker 5: example or a good comparison as well, Like he might
- 9:57Speaker 5: be very talented at one very specific thing, but but
- 10:00Speaker 5: eventually you're going to be so crazy no one's gonna
- 10:02Speaker 5: want to work with you.
- 10:02Speaker 11: Right, Well, crazy and genius are two sides of the
- 10:04Speaker 11: same coin.
- 10:06Speaker 5: I said to the guy screaming at the sky outside.
- 10:09Speaker 8: And then Brad pitted at that movie with charloa buffer
- 10:11Speaker 8: where he just grabbed Plyers and pulled one of his
- 10:13Speaker 8: own teeth.
- 10:13Speaker 6: Oh yeah, like it's cool, that kind of crazy. Yeah,
- 10:17Speaker 6: all right, but hey, you know I'm misunderstood.
- 10:18Speaker 9: Yeah he's that actor.
- 10:19Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, jump to the Birthdays Born of Birthday show.
- 10:26Speaker 8: It's shima. We won't sit like it's shiver and you
- 10:30Speaker 8: know we don't do we'll.
- 10:33Speaker 6: Happy birthday to another whacko, Corey Feldman, who.
- 10:38Speaker 5: Was fifty five years old today. You shoul get him
- 10:40Speaker 5: on the show.
- 10:41Speaker 9: Got him?
- 10:42Speaker 7: Yeah, I don't think so.
- 10:43Speaker 6: Oh no, he's perfectly saying. I'm not saying he couldn't
- 10:45Speaker 6: be fun.
- 10:46Speaker 7: But you know, oh yeas stories, oh stories.
- 10:50Speaker 5: I know he does.
- 10:51Speaker 6: Corey Feldman is fifty five to day. Will Ferrell is
- 10:54Speaker 6: fifty nine.
- 10:55Speaker 5: And uh we were just hearing the.
- 10:57Speaker 6: Story about how he worked at Disneyland for one day, right, yeah,
- 11:01Speaker 6: one day.
- 11:02Speaker 5: And what was it.
- 11:04Speaker 8: He thought he would have like a really cool appointment,
- 11:08Speaker 8: such as being the Disney Jungle Cruise director, like yeah again,
- 11:12Speaker 8: on day one, he got assigned to some ticket kiosk. Yeah,
- 11:15Speaker 8: he thought it was boring, so he quit and then
- 11:17Speaker 8: didn't have the heart to tell them that he quit.
- 11:19Speaker 8: So we had his friend call and say he quit, Oh,
- 11:22Speaker 8: why did he quit? He's trying out for the Dallas Cowboys.
- 11:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:25Speaker 6: So in this interview, like Will Ferrell's talking about this,
- 11:28Speaker 6: and he said, I just thought, you know, it's funny
- 11:30Speaker 6: that like somewhere there's a record of my looking there
- 11:33Speaker 6: and it says he quit because he wants to go
- 11:34Speaker 6: try out for the Dallas Cowboys. Right, that's pretty far
- 11:37Speaker 6: there anyway. So Will Ferrell's birthday, he's fifty nine. Former
- 11:40Speaker 6: Cowboys coach and Dolphins coach Jimmy Johnson is eighty three.

- 14:50Speaker 12: the strongest people aren't the ones who never struggled. They're
- 14:53Speaker 12: the ones who have the courage to let someone walk
- 14:54Speaker 12: through their struggle with them.

- 15:24Speaker 12: the foundation of everything that you do. And the strongest
- 15:27Speaker 12: people aren't the ones who never struggle. They're the ones

- 16:42Speaker 6: Jeff was editing audio his desk. I go, I couldn't
- 16:45Speaker 6: figure out what was in What was.
- 16:46Speaker 5: It in context? What was the context of that? I'm like,
- 16:49Speaker 5: what is he saying? Goes? That's not a he?
- 16:52Speaker 8: I go, it's not sounds like a graduation speech.
- 16:55Speaker 9: I thought we were all to ruin your game by
- 16:56Speaker 9: being like, obviously.
- 16:59Speaker 8: You can ever, how is this a game?
- 17:01Speaker 13: What?
- 17:03Speaker 14: Wow?
- 17:04Speaker 5: Hard to tell sometimes, Okay, all right, that's like, HI.
- 17:07Speaker 9: Good for heres super.
- 17:09Speaker 8: Fierce going through my struggles.
- 17:11Speaker 6: Yeah, eight seven seven forty four Wooding, you can send
- 17:17Speaker 6: us a text over to two to nine eight seven.
- 17:20Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 17:21Speaker 5: During the uh, the spis.
- 17:25Speaker 8: What's the guy?
- 17:26Speaker 5: What's what's his name?
- 17:28Speaker 8: That you.
- 17:29Speaker 5: Is it Marcelo Hernandez. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Host is the
- 17:32Speaker 5: guy that you've been talking about though, right, Craig.
- 17:34Speaker 6: Yeah, he has it out for him for his special,
- 17:38Speaker 6: for his Netflix special.
- 17:39Speaker 8: If you want to be bored and you're lacking sleep,
- 17:41Speaker 8: turn that on.
- 17:42Speaker 6: But I thought I thought he had a couple of
- 17:44Speaker 6: really good lines. Didn't watch the sps. I'm just watching
- 17:47Speaker 6: clips and getting caught up after Jeff's fine there with
- 17:50Speaker 6: is it a chick or a gay dude? Yeah? But
- 17:54Speaker 6: uh yeah, pretty good. I thought pretty had a really
- 17:57Speaker 6: good joke on Shane Gillis on Yes the.
- 18:00Speaker 15: Awards, Thank you so much for being here. This is
- 18:03Speaker 15: the only award show when none of the nominees were
- 18:06Speaker 15: bullied in high school. I am Manticello, denymous, and I
- 18:11Speaker 15: am the first Latino to host the Ashby Awards in
- 18:13Speaker 15: over twenty five years. I also want to shout out
- 18:18Speaker 15: last year's host, Shane Gillis. He is watching from home
- 18:22Speaker 15: like a true American on his couch drinking a beer
- 18:26Speaker 15: while a Hispanic guy does his job.
- 18:30Speaker 7: Wow.
- 18:32Speaker 6: Yeah, but anyway, I think he had some he had
- 18:34Speaker 6: some good lines in there. We were something about like
- 18:37Speaker 6: was it like Jake.
- 18:38Speaker 16: Paul or yeah, Jake Paul's I'm happy to be here
- 18:41Speaker 16: with a bunch of great athletes.
- 18:43Speaker 5: And Jake Paul.
- 18:46Speaker 6: He goes, Oh it's cool man, he goes, My uncle,
- 18:48Speaker 6: my dad are here. They're over fifty. That's how you
- 18:50Speaker 6: like him, right, Yeah, it's pretty funny.
- 18:53Speaker 8: All right, that's good.
- 18:54Speaker 16: Anyway, he did a good job, man, Like those award
- 18:56Speaker 16: shows can be very uncomfortable. All the skits, you know,
- 18:59Speaker 16: those are all up and down, but overall, like you
- 19:01Speaker 16: did your job.
- 19:02Speaker 8: Yes the show.
- 19:06Speaker 6: Alright, Yeah, what he got was he trending news headline.
- 19:10Speaker 9: In World Cup News. England was up on Argentina one
- 19:13Speaker 9: to nothing yesterday with twenty minutes left in the semifinal match,
- 19:16Speaker 9: but Argentina came back and scored two goals to beat
- 19:19Speaker 9: England and earn its way into the World Cup Final
- 19:22Speaker 9: versus Spain on Sunday. No goals for Messi, but he
- 19:25Speaker 9: did have to assist. But here's the big question.
- 19:27Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm trying to find my my clips.
- 19:30Speaker 9: Okay, So as he's doing that, you guys are going
- 19:33Speaker 9: to have to prepare to figure out which one of
- 19:36Speaker 9: these announcers called the winning goal better. So We're going
- 19:40Speaker 9: to have play a little game Telemundo versus Argentina's home anounce.
- 19:45Speaker 5: Okay, okay, here we go.
- 19:46Speaker 6: Opp team are already missed it.
- 19:49Speaker 17: Uh here, here we go.
- 20:16Speaker 5: Same guy as we heard last time.
- 20:19Speaker 18: Yeah, like we got it.
- 20:36Speaker 4: I was starting to contino.
- 20:38Speaker 5: Okay, so that's all right.
- 20:40Speaker 6: That's the that's the first one. Yeah, and then here's
- 20:44Speaker 6: the second one. This is the local announcer for Argentina, right, yes, yeah, yeah,
- 20:48Speaker 6: here we go the same.
- 21:06Speaker 8: No good, I'm.
- 21:19Speaker 6: Check good, We'll go now, Jeff, I gotta ask he's
- 21:25Speaker 6: not swearing here, right.
- 21:26Speaker 4: No, he's not.
- 21:28Speaker 8: We never created, never create, never created?
- 21:30Speaker 5: All right? I like, may.
- 21:35Speaker 7: I have no idea Argentina because you can tell the
- 21:37Speaker 7: passion he almost he's almost crying.
- 21:39Speaker 5: Yeah, he wasn't literally crying like I thought he was
- 21:42Speaker 5: gonna have an aneurysm to So it's crazy.
- 21:44Speaker 6: Go ahead and text in over to two two nine
- 21:46Speaker 6: eighty seven. Who had the better call? Was it the
- 21:48Speaker 6: Telemundo dude or was it the local announcer for Argentina.
- 21:51Speaker 7: Now with that said, all my friends, no matter what
- 21:55Speaker 7: team they're a fan of, I'm not a big fan
- 21:57Speaker 7: of Argentina winning well, a lot.
- 22:00Speaker 16: Of people have been saying that has been fixed, like
- 22:02Speaker 16: they had the easiest path. A lot of people say, like,
- 22:05Speaker 16: you know, a lot of the calls in the games
- 22:07Speaker 16: have been favoring Argentina, so they're saying that they want
- 22:10Speaker 16: their big the biggest player in the world in the
- 22:13Speaker 16: more time.
- 22:13Speaker 9: Yeah, that's what me and what he were saying too.
- 22:16Speaker 9: You're in our analysis. Well, we talked a little bit
- 22:20Speaker 9: about the death of actor Sam Neil, you know, best
- 22:23Speaker 9: known for all the Jurassic Park movies, and now we
- 22:25Speaker 9: know what happened. So it turns out he died from pneumonia.
- 22:29Speaker 9: His manager says Neil had beaten a rare form of
- 22:32Speaker 9: blood cancer after undergoing car tee therapy.
- 22:35Speaker 6: Because we were wondering what happened because he had maybe
- 22:36Speaker 6: announced that. You said, he's made announcement about the.
- 22:39Speaker 9: Cancer update and you're right, yeah, and that was in April.
- 22:42Speaker 8: I was gone.
- 22:43Speaker 9: What so even after his diagnosis he continued acting. He
- 22:46Speaker 9: filmed four projects over the past year. Those are still
- 22:49Speaker 9: going to be released. His family says they'll honor him
- 22:51Speaker 9: with a private memorial in New Zealand, where he's from.
- 22:55Speaker 8: I only recently learned that there's a pneumonia vaccine.
- 22:59Speaker 5: Is that weird?
- 22:59Speaker 9: Yeah, enough people die from it that you'd think that
- 23:02Speaker 9: if we'd know more about.
- 23:03Speaker 8: It, especially you hit a certain age just get it well, I.
- 23:06Speaker 9: Mean after undergoing kid and that's the thing when you
- 23:10Speaker 9: are so immunocompromised, Like, yeah, if there's a vaccine, by
- 23:14Speaker 9: all means, here's.
- 23:15Speaker 6: A vote on the text for f Argentina and their fans.
- 23:20Speaker 7: Dude, that's what I was seeing online yesterday.
- 23:23Speaker 9: Well, the SPS went down in New York and we
- 23:26Speaker 9: have some of the big award winners. Miles Garrett of
- 23:28Speaker 9: the Rams got NFL Player of the Year, Jalen Brunson
- 23:31Speaker 9: from the Knicks one NBA Player of the Year and
- 23:33Speaker 9: Male Athlete of the Year. Asia Wilson got w NBA
- 23:37Speaker 9: and Female Athlete of the Year. Lionel Messi Soccer Player
- 23:40Speaker 9: of the Year. Showho Tani of the Dodgers, of course
- 23:43Speaker 9: won MLB Player of the Year and Best Single Game Performance.
- 23:47Speaker 9: But lots of people thought the funniest moment was Mike
- 23:49Speaker 9: Tyson giving an award to show hey and not actually
- 23:52Speaker 9: knowing he's like a real person.
- 23:54Speaker 5: And FB will go to check this out a time
- 24:00Speaker 5: check it out.
- 24:06Speaker 7: Show.
- 24:06Speaker 4: Hey could not be here tonight.
- 24:08Speaker 3: He sends his gratitude and appreciation at ESPN and everyone
- 24:11Speaker 3: who voted for him.
- 24:12Speaker 6: All right, so listen to this. This is where you
- 24:14Speaker 6: got to pay attention because you know, Mike check it
- 24:16Speaker 6: out show. Hey, O Tony, Okay, I can't be here.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Blah blah blah.
- 24:20Speaker 8: Listen to Mike.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Oh show's a guy.
- 24:26Speaker 6: Oh show, he's a guy baseball fan.
- 24:31Speaker 5: Oh show, he's a guy.
- 24:32Speaker 8: Everyone who voted for him.
- 24:36Speaker 6: Guy, check it out?
- 24:37Speaker 3: Okay.
- 24:38Speaker 9: I put Mike Tyson these days in the same camp
- 24:40Speaker 9: as I do Cardi B like just delightfully unaware. It's
- 24:44Speaker 9: just funny to listen to them because you're like, Okay,
- 24:46Speaker 9: that's authentic.
- 24:47Speaker 8: Sure you think of arranging this whole thing. They would
- 24:49Speaker 8: sit him down and say, hey, Mike, you're going to
- 24:51Speaker 8: be presenting for this. These are guys. They're real. Yeah,
- 24:56Speaker 8: they're up for an award.
- 24:57Speaker 9: You didn't know that you had one of them?
- 24:58Speaker 2: Will win?
- 25:00Speaker 8: Do you understand how award shows work? I got it weird.
- 25:04Speaker 9: Well, we have some pretty great flying news. United Airlines
- 25:07Speaker 9: is introducing an Economy Plus seating option that replaces the
- 25:10Speaker 9: middle seat with a fixed center console. So that'll give
- 25:14Speaker 9: passengers the window seat and the aisle seat and they'll
- 25:16Speaker 9: get more personal space. They won't change the layout of
- 25:19Speaker 9: the plane, and the console will have a cup holder,
- 25:21Speaker 9: a table, and you'll get extra leg rooms.
- 25:24Speaker 6: Isn't United the same airline that's doing where you could
- 25:27Speaker 6: take the whole row and they make it that kind
- 25:30Speaker 6: of like they.
- 25:30Speaker 5: Put something down there. They make it up into like
- 25:32Speaker 5: a little pseudo couch slash bed type.
- 25:34Speaker 8: Thugs they laid barb wire down.
- 25:37Speaker 5: Isn't that the same?
- 25:38Speaker 9: I think it is? The first class.
- 25:40Speaker 6: Yeah, that's kind of cool. See that's kind of cool. Like, yeah,
- 25:43Speaker 6: innovative is having that center seat open.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Man.
- 25:46Speaker 6: That's always clutch usually right, because you can at least
- 25:48Speaker 6: turn to the side a little bit. If you don't
- 25:49Speaker 6: have a ton of leg room in the front, you
- 25:51Speaker 6: can turn to the side a little bit, especially if
- 25:52Speaker 6: you're working, like on a laptop or trying to watch
- 25:55Speaker 6: something on a tablet. You can set it up on
- 25:57Speaker 6: that middle tray table the kind of give yourself a
- 26:00Speaker 6: little bit of room that way, and there will.
- 26:02Speaker 9: Be some random your shoulder like a sleep.
- 26:04Speaker 5: Yeah, that's good.
- 26:05Speaker 8: You put tomato on.
- 26:07Speaker 6: Yeah, you're not like you're not neighboring thighs with the
- 26:10Speaker 6: person next to you, and now you're getting sweat it
- 26:14Speaker 6: getting all sweaty where your legs are touching with a stranger.
- 26:17Speaker 8: There's something about having your shoulders touch a strangers shoulders.
- 26:19Speaker 9: It's just weird intimate.
- 26:21Speaker 5: I think it's knees knees, yeah.
- 26:25Speaker 8: Rather than the shoulders. Yeah.
- 26:27Speaker 6: Yeah, the shoulder does of mine as much, but yeah,
- 26:29Speaker 6: like the knees seems a little personal.
- 26:31Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 26:32Speaker 8: I also don't remember the last time I flew where
- 26:34Speaker 8: they didn't make the announcement. This is a completely full fly.
- 26:37Speaker 8: I haven't been on a flight that wasn't completely full
- 26:40Speaker 8: in years.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Really.
- 26:41Speaker 6: Well, if my question is when you have an overbooked
- 26:44Speaker 6: situation and they're offering up, we had that story about
- 26:46Speaker 6: their offering up however much money. Yeah, but somebody has
- 26:50Speaker 6: booked this middle seat deal.
- 26:53Speaker 5: What's nice?
- 26:54Speaker 6: What if the guy on the window seat booked that
- 26:57Speaker 6: middle seat thing. The person on the aisle just benefit.
- 27:00Speaker 6: It's just got it because yeah, now they don't have
- 27:02Speaker 6: anybody next to them either. They have to pay for it,
- 27:04Speaker 6: like only one person in that row has to pay
- 27:06Speaker 6: for it.
- 27:07Speaker 7: For these long flights that I take. I use the
- 27:09Speaker 7: website seat maps dot com, and then it will show
- 27:13Speaker 7: you like different layouts of the plane, because even on
- 27:16Speaker 7: the the airline websites, it doesn't really give you like
- 27:20Speaker 7: a clear view of some of the seats. Yeah, it'll
- 27:23Speaker 7: be like two together, only like oh, I want to
- 27:25Speaker 7: get those two. But then ye, you look at it
- 27:27Speaker 7: on seat maps and it's like a crappy situation or
- 27:30Speaker 7: sometimes a really good one.
- 27:31Speaker 6: For the worst is as a fat person, when you
- 27:34Speaker 6: get on the plane and the seat and the seat
- 27:36Speaker 6: next to you is divided by an armrest, but it's
- 27:40Speaker 6: full solid plastic all the way down, like it's completely
- 27:44Speaker 6: I don't like those. It just feels more confining, even
- 27:47Speaker 6: though it's not. It may not like yeah, I think
- 27:50Speaker 6: it's more a mental thing. You just feel like it's
- 27:52Speaker 6: a tighter thing.
- 27:53Speaker 9: What I always do when I'm just flying with my
- 27:55Speaker 9: husband is if the whole row is open, I'll just
- 27:57Speaker 9: book the aisle in the window, because what are the
- 28:00Speaker 9: chances somebody's gonna be like, oh, I gotta get in
- 28:02Speaker 9: between them and that middle seat.
- 28:04Speaker 5: So we usually just get lucky.
- 28:08Speaker 9: Well, there's some crazy video footage floating around right now
- 28:11Speaker 9: of this labrador named Bo who accidentally started this big
- 28:14Speaker 9: house fire in Ireland.
- 28:17Speaker 5: Baby, and the whole.
- 28:19Speaker 9: Thing was caught on security camera, so this is actually
- 28:23Speaker 9: not very rare. This happens. The video shows Bow trying
- 28:26Speaker 9: a bunch of times to jump on the kitchen counter
- 28:28Speaker 9: before accidentally turning on the toaster, and that's what sparked
- 28:32Speaker 9: the fire. Neighbors were able to get Bow and another
- 28:35Speaker 9: dog out, but three other pets didn't make it. Fire
- 28:38Speaker 9: officials say it's really pretty common pets accidentally cause nearly
- 28:42Speaker 9: a thousand house fires every year by turning on appliances
- 28:46Speaker 9: or knocking things over.
- 28:47Speaker 6: Yeah, because they start to explore when you're not around
- 28:49Speaker 6: and they're just home. Yeah, they're checking things out there,
- 28:52Speaker 6: getting up and putting their legs up on the counter
- 28:54Speaker 6: to you know, kind of see what's up there.
- 28:55Speaker 5: They should get in trouble for, yeah, exactly, just good boy.
- 28:59Speaker 5: Look at first up in the evening, your toaster on
- 29:02Speaker 5: the counter, airfryer? What do you mean each use?
- 29:07Speaker 8: No?
- 29:08Speaker 5: What about mine?
- 29:09Speaker 8: At it?
- 29:10Speaker 6: The one the touch screen the high Does he.
- 29:13Speaker 9: Get extra points for it because it's like a digital
- 29:15Speaker 9: screen and it's.
- 29:16Speaker 8: On an app and everything. Well, I mean we don't
- 29:19Speaker 8: have to app I would have to see what it
- 29:21Speaker 8: looks like. It's too utilitarian that gets put away. Yeah,
- 29:24Speaker 8: after each use.
- 29:25Speaker 9: Yeah, Greg, when Greg came to my house, somebody's gonna
- 29:27Speaker 9: have a heart attack because of the air frier that microwave.
- 29:29Speaker 8: That's true.
- 29:30Speaker 5: You did keep your air fryer out well usually every day. Yeah,
- 29:32Speaker 5: we have the air fryer out ether way.
- 29:35Speaker 9: I'd never used its corner.
- 29:41Speaker 6: It's in a corner. It's it is out of the way.
- 29:42Speaker 6: It's not like is it.
- 29:44Speaker 9: Visible to the human eye. That's Greg's question.
- 29:47Speaker 6: If you walk in the kitchen from the one side, No,
- 29:50Speaker 6: if you're walking back out of the kitchen toward where
- 29:53Speaker 6: you walked in from, you would see it tucked.
- 29:55Speaker 5: Back in a corner.
- 29:58Speaker 6: I'd have I'd have to show because the corner that
- 29:59Speaker 6: it's is deep, so kind of it's pushed back deep
- 30:02Speaker 6: in the corner, and it's all black.
- 30:04Speaker 8: It's not silver, so it's still Do you keep a
- 30:08Speaker 8: trash can out visible?
- 30:10Speaker 6: No?
- 30:10Speaker 5: Okay, Greg, is there?
- 30:12Speaker 6: No, it's one of those that's got the handle that
- 30:14Speaker 6: pulls out. Looks like it might be like a cabinet
- 30:16Speaker 6: door that pulls out, and there's a trash can in that.
- 30:20Speaker 9: My house didn't come with that. What are we are
- 30:21Speaker 9: you supposed to put put my own rails.
- 30:23Speaker 5: In the cant?
- 30:25Speaker 7: I do that my place container story?
- 30:29Speaker 8: You can buy it.
- 30:29Speaker 6: Yeah, tell your husband to make a man trill down depot.
- 30:33Speaker 9: Yet well, finally it's the end of an era. After
- 30:37Speaker 9: a nearly forty year run, Nissan announced that they are
- 30:40Speaker 9: killing off the Nissan Ultima.
- 30:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:43Speaker 9: They say it's part of their plan to cut down
- 30:45Speaker 9: on operating costs one and another reason it's getting the
- 30:49Speaker 9: axes that Nissan wants their Sedanda CenTra, that was my
- 30:51Speaker 9: first car, by the way, to get bigger and have
- 30:54Speaker 9: more features instead of just staying stagnant. So the car
- 30:57Speaker 9: is going to be gone after this year, and you know,
- 31:00Speaker 9: all the hose and cloud Chaser is gonna have to
- 31:02Speaker 9: find a new car.
- 31:02Speaker 6: Yeah, they were, They were talking to people, and people
- 31:04Speaker 6: were not happy that it was getting discontinued.
- 31:06Speaker 16: Nobody, every baby mama has an autim Every baby mama
- 31:12Speaker 16: has at least one car seat in the bag.
- 31:16Speaker 7: Yeah, that's like the hood car of all hood cars.
- 31:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:20Speaker 6: In fact, the car seats come permanently installed, because once
- 31:23Speaker 6: you're done with it, then they just sells to some
- 31:25Speaker 6: other baby Mama used, you.
- 31:26Speaker 7: Know, but I thought they, like they did announce this
- 31:29Speaker 7: already like last year, that they were gonna get rid
- 31:31Speaker 7: of it. But I thought it got saved.
- 31:32Speaker 9: Nope, it most certainly did not.
- 31:34Speaker 5: Nobody.
- 31:35Speaker 9: They didn't have time for it.
- 31:37Speaker 5: No, just no time.
- 31:39Speaker 7: What's going on?
- 31:40Speaker 6: Thank you very much, Gina grab the local announcer. Goal
- 31:44Speaker 6: call seems to be getting Yeah, and there's just a
- 31:47Speaker 6: lot of f Argentina text and stuff coming on. They
- 31:50Speaker 6: said the Telemundo announcer, he's actually from Argentina.
- 31:52Speaker 18: Oh my god.
- 31:53Speaker 6: That's fun, which is one of the reasons he's so
- 31:55Speaker 6: over the top.
- 31:56Speaker 5: I mean he's over the top always. But they are
- 31:59Speaker 5: two f Argentina.
- 32:01Speaker 9: He's a well sounded fake though. It just kept like
- 32:03Speaker 9: it was six times.
- 32:05Speaker 5: I said Dockery, yeah.
- 32:06Speaker 9: But the Argentina guy was like so passionate you can
- 32:10Speaker 9: feel the tears running down his cheeks.
- 32:11Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 32:12Speaker 6: So here's the here's the winning gold call from your
- 32:16Speaker 6: votes on the text over to two nine eighty seven.
- 32:19Speaker 4: Drug No, no, no, almost can't.
- 32:42Speaker 5: I got on pretty holds you.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Now, I mean nothing, don't check.
- 32:48Speaker 6: Out the Good House house there we'll go on the house.
- 32:57Speaker 4: Send do see.
- 32:58Speaker 14: I'm so we've been saying rules the boy doesn't want
- 33:04Speaker 14: to have sex.
- 33:05Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, you gotta put your mouth on.
- 33:07Speaker 2: No.
- 33:09Speaker 8: Okay, that is quite impressive, quite quite quite impressive.
- 33:14Speaker 6: Oh that's lovely.
- 33:16Speaker 4: We've been saying, show.
- 33:21Speaker 6: We got a lot of Stranger Things fans in the audience.
- 33:24Speaker 6: And dude, it's been ten years since Stranger Things first
- 33:27Speaker 6: premiered on Netflix.
- 33:28Speaker 9: Yeah, they were like babies. Now they're adults.
- 33:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:31Speaker 6: And if we're using our rules of throwback ten years
- 33:34Speaker 6: or older, yeah right, yeah. And they've got a reissue
- 33:37Speaker 6: of that first season on a VHS special edition.
- 33:40Speaker 9: Owe.
- 33:41Speaker 6: Yeah, so it's not literally on VHS, because who the
- 33:44Speaker 6: hell has a VCR anymore, But it's streaming on Netflix.
- 33:47Speaker 6: And they say it's got like a video store vibe.
- 33:49Speaker 6: It's glitchy, it's grainy, it's just they say, gloriously vintage,
- 33:54Speaker 6: just like you would have rented it. In nineteen eighty three,
- 33:58Speaker 6: the entire cast came back for a special videos. You know, Millie,
- 34:00Speaker 6: Bobby Brown and Finn Wolf and Arider and everybody's back.
- 34:05Speaker 7: You can still get a VHS player.
- 34:07Speaker 6: I'm sure you're not going to get the VHS player,
- 34:11Speaker 6: just to that could be a collectible thing. I think
- 34:13Speaker 6: it'd be cool if they did have it on VHS,
- 34:15Speaker 6: not that you'd never watch it, but you just have it.
- 34:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 34:18Speaker 7: I got Menji a DVD player because I brought back
- 34:20Speaker 7: some DVDs from Europe.
- 34:22Speaker 5: Oh that's right. And so he's like, I don't have
- 34:24Speaker 5: a DVD you know, It's like, well, it's not.
- 34:29Speaker 6: It's not even about a DVD player because you bought
- 34:32Speaker 6: these DVDs overseas. They're they're done by regions where even
- 34:36Speaker 6: if you put it in a DVD player here work,
- 34:38Speaker 6: it wouldn't work. Yeah, because it's it's I don't stupid Greg,
- 34:43Speaker 6: even I can't explain it.
- 34:44Speaker 5: Exactly how that works.
- 34:45Speaker 8: Makes me feel good.
- 34:46Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean back in the day, they used to
- 34:48Speaker 7: have a thing because in uh, I don't know if
- 34:50Speaker 7: it's like this now, but when I worked in television,
- 34:52Speaker 7: you would they would have overseas.
- 34:55Speaker 5: It would be called Powell.
- 34:56Speaker 7: That would be the format of video that they would
- 34:59Speaker 7: shoot in an America be nt SC so anyways, yeah,
- 35:06Speaker 7: video formats. But yeah, it was like an all region
- 35:09Speaker 7: DVD player and it was like thirty bucks.
- 35:11Speaker 5: Yeah, all regions.
- 35:12Speaker 8: I didn't reach it.
- 35:13Speaker 6: I didn't realize that was a thing. You just have
- 35:15Speaker 6: to defrag the main frame something something like that. But
- 35:20Speaker 6: also for Greg liam Neeson has a new movie. It's
- 35:23Speaker 6: called Mongoose, and guess what what. He plays a guy
- 35:27Speaker 6: with a particular set of skills way he does always.
- 35:30Speaker 6: He's an Afghan war hero wrongfully accused of murder who
- 35:33Speaker 6: goes on the run to prove his innocence. It's being
- 35:37Speaker 6: described as quote first Blood meets Smoky in the band,
- 35:40Speaker 6: it meets Fast and furious. Yeah, it'll be in theaters.
- 35:44Speaker 5: His birthday month, October thirtieth is the day it will
- 35:47Speaker 5: be in theaters.
- 35:48Speaker 8: Greg loves him some leam. He's the best man.
- 35:52Speaker 7: I wish it was like a BMX writing movie because
- 35:55Speaker 7: Mongoose DMX.
- 35:58Speaker 5: Yeah, dude, be old ass man on a mangoo. Remember
- 36:07Speaker 5: mongo This is right, Remember.
- 36:08Speaker 6: Like the remember the pegs, Yeah you got it. Yeah
- 36:12Speaker 6: that was that was the only time it was cool
- 36:14Speaker 6: to peg with your buddy.
- 36:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:15Speaker 8: And then you bought the pad for the handlebars and
- 36:17Speaker 8: the pad for the neck.
- 36:19Speaker 5: To ride and peg your buddy.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:21Speaker 5: That's diamondbags.
- 36:23Speaker 8: The GTS man And if we could highlight Liam Neeson's range.
- 36:27Speaker 8: Did you watch The Range Gun? Yes, he's got a
- 36:31Speaker 8: great range. Have you seen the Naked Gun?
- 36:33Speaker 2: Oh?
- 36:34Speaker 8: My god, it's awesome, isn't.
- 36:36Speaker 9: The reason why it's so funny is because he's being Liam.
- 36:38Speaker 9: That's not range.
- 36:40Speaker 8: Seriously, he can deliver comedic lines with that Liam Neeson
- 36:44Speaker 8: delivery and it it hits. It's good. It's really good.
- 36:49Speaker 8: And how Pam Anderson's really good in it.
- 36:51Speaker 6: There's certain certain people that are just always this version
- 36:55Speaker 6: of the same character, like Christopher.
- 36:57Speaker 8: Walking or something like that. It does work.
- 36:59Speaker 6: It's really who's the guy that got busted with Divine Brown?
- 37:03Speaker 5: What's that guy's name? Hugh Grant?
- 37:06Speaker 6: Every movie was in It's the same dude, and that's the.
- 37:08Speaker 9: Dude people wanted to see apparently.
- 37:10Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 37:11Speaker 6: Uh, the guy on Social Network what's his name? Jesse Eisenberg?
- 37:16Speaker 6: Same same character every single time? Yeah, who's the kid
- 37:20Speaker 6: in Arrested Development?
- 37:22Speaker 5: I know who they are? Sarah Michael Sarah Michael Sarah.
- 37:25Speaker 6: Another guy is the same character every single time?
- 37:28Speaker 9: What about your and my favorite human being? Pretty much ever?
- 37:30Speaker 5: Michael J.
- 37:31Speaker 8: Fox.
- 37:32Speaker 9: Oh, he's like the lovable, like upbeat and everything.
- 37:35Speaker 6: Yeah, I know from I never watched Spin City. I
- 37:39Speaker 6: didn't watch that. Back to the Future and Family Ties
- 37:42Speaker 6: is all I really know from So yeah, I mean Hollywood.
- 37:46Speaker 5: But Marty mcfi was way cooler teen Wolf same guy
- 37:50Speaker 5: than Alex P.
- 37:51Speaker 6: Keatonuse Alex P. Keaton was just like a dork. He
- 37:55Speaker 6: was like a like like like a like a like
- 37:57Speaker 6: a like a child adult totally. You know, he was
- 38:01Speaker 6: a fifty year old man trapped in a teenager's body.
- 38:04Speaker 9: But it's not like he had like total, wildly different mannerisms.
- 38:07Speaker 9: It was Fox.
- 38:09Speaker 5: It's the same.
- 38:09Speaker 6: It's the same exact characters like Hugh Grant, the awkward
- 38:13Speaker 6: guy who's way out of his league.
- 38:17Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever the hell it is.
- 38:26Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 38:28Speaker 6: Also for Greg, since we're on the subject of all
- 38:31Speaker 6: things Greg, there's a new HGTV show coming out.
- 38:35Speaker 8: Oh my god, I don't know what I'm ripping harder about.
- 38:37Speaker 6: It's called There's a couple different elements to it. I'm
- 38:39Speaker 6: not sure how you'll like the the main show itself,
- 38:42Speaker 6: other than it's a show on HGTV, which you know,
- 38:44Speaker 6: you and I both love. It's called Totally Nineties House,
- 38:48Speaker 6: and so it's two teams of nineties TV stars and
- 38:51Speaker 6: they're competing. They're renovating homes that are stuck in the nineties.
- 38:54Speaker 6: So think about like you know, like mirrored closets and yes,
- 38:59Speaker 6: spun painted walls, those honey oak cabinets and.
- 39:03Speaker 8: Things like that, rounded corners.
- 39:05Speaker 6: There was another thing that was big, like late eighties
- 39:07Speaker 6: maybe early nineties, like in the kitchen the lighting fixture
- 39:10Speaker 6: was almost like a wood box that had like that
- 39:13Speaker 6: real thin plastic. Yes, it's always like a drop down
- 39:15Speaker 6: like you'd have like it for like a drop ceiling,
- 39:17Speaker 6: but it was like that translucent plastic and people had that, Yeah,
- 39:21Speaker 6: that they had that in their kitchens.
- 39:23Speaker 7: Yeah, and the flies got caught up in there.
- 39:25Speaker 6: Yeah, they got caught in there. But it really shrunk everything.
- 39:27Speaker 6: It makes everything feel so much smaller.
- 39:29Speaker 8: Oh, Julia White.
- 39:30Speaker 15: Is on it.
- 39:31Speaker 5: Oh everybody, Yeah, oh my god, your full house girl.
- 39:34Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 39:34Speaker 5: So it's hosted hosted by Arkle Okay, Julia White and
- 39:40Speaker 5: Brian Austin Green, Jody Sweden, Melissa Joanhart, Keisha Knight, Polham,
- 39:45Speaker 5: Rudy hucksab Oh. Yeah, they have Joey and Matthew Lawrence.
- 39:51Speaker 5: The winning team gets twenty five thousand dollars for charity.
- 39:53Speaker 5: Of their choosing.
- 39:54Speaker 6: It's gonna premiere on Wednesday, August twenty sixth. Again, it's
- 39:57Speaker 6: called Totally Nineties House Now here's the part that I
- 39:59Speaker 6: know Greg will love.
- 40:01Speaker 8: I love it all so far.
- 40:02Speaker 6: HGT is also they're rolling out another series on YouTube
- 40:07Speaker 6: and it's called House Call Nineties Edition, where you go
- 40:10Speaker 6: and you see the insides of the homes of these
- 40:13Speaker 6: nineties celebrities.
- 40:15Speaker 5: Greg loved.
- 40:17Speaker 6: Greg looks people's addresses totally.
- 40:21Speaker 8: I can tell you where Dave Gone lives. Just this
- 40:25Speaker 8: morning I found out where Kristen Wigg lives because she's
- 40:27Speaker 8: selling her house. Track down the address.
- 40:30Speaker 6: I wasn't when we had be Real from cy Priscilla's
- 40:33Speaker 6: in here and during a commercial break, Greg goes, can
- 40:36Speaker 6: I ask you a questions?
- 40:37Speaker 7: Is this really your house?
- 40:39Speaker 5: Is this really your house? He was on some website
- 40:42Speaker 5: and b Rod's like.
- 40:43Speaker 8: Uh it was?
- 40:44Speaker 5: It was yeah, Greg, you know what I agree? Is
- 40:51Speaker 5: this your house? This is how much you paid for it?
- 40:52Speaker 8: I agree, but I also don't care.
- 40:54Speaker 9: Do you want me to come over?
- 40:55Speaker 8: And I've done that to Kevin Smith too. I'm like, hey, yeah,
- 40:57Speaker 8: I love that second floor balcony with the rod iron.
- 41:01Speaker 5: What is there.
- 41:04Speaker 8: Your address is such and such, right, Yeah, and it's
- 41:07Speaker 8: kind of weird that you do that. I'm it is
- 41:10Speaker 8: a stranger.
- 41:10Speaker 5: I'm surprised you tell them.
- 41:12Speaker 8: Yeah, and I probably shouldn't have. It's creepy and weird,
- 41:16Speaker 8: but it is stocker viber imagine. But I wanted confirmation
- 41:20Speaker 8: that my quote sources are correct. I was getting it
- 41:23Speaker 8: from be real kind of reinforced that I'm not wasting
- 41:26Speaker 8: my time, that this is legit.
- 41:28Speaker 6: See, I would I would do that with Okay, Kevin
- 41:30Speaker 6: Smith is one one thing you know, or Joe Coy,
- 41:34Speaker 6: like these guys who who are in here all the time,
- 41:37Speaker 6: you know because they know you and they know that
- 41:39Speaker 6: you're not really stalking them. But think about somebody that
- 41:42Speaker 6: you've only met a few times or maybe twice, or
- 41:46Speaker 6: the first time you meet them and they came up
- 41:48Speaker 6: and you go so great, I love X y Z
- 41:51Speaker 6: about your house? It would you read you would freak out.
- 41:54Speaker 8: The more we talk about it, the more I feel
- 41:56Speaker 8: like a total weirdo.
- 41:58Speaker 5: Do you like film location houses too? Are you one
- 42:01Speaker 5: of those guys that makes sense?
- 42:03Speaker 8: I mean obsessed?
- 42:05Speaker 5: I follow things, just see them.
- 42:07Speaker 7: When we took him to the Brady bunch House.
- 42:09Speaker 15: Oh.
- 42:09Speaker 8: I almost basically had a heart attack, just totally obsessed.
- 42:14Speaker 8: I look for all that stuff. I will pause movies
- 42:17Speaker 8: and TV shows during while I'm watching them to google
- 42:20Speaker 8: the address, and then I do street view and I'm like,
- 42:23Speaker 8: and then I compare, Oh, there's that lamp, there's that tree.
- 42:25Speaker 19: Oh wow.
- 42:27Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 42:27Speaker 6: So this is called house called Nineties Edition. HG TV
- 42:30Speaker 6: is going to have it on YouTube and you can
- 42:33Speaker 6: see inside the homes of ninety celebrities.
- 42:36Speaker 7: Speaking cannice camerae. Sammy is going to be on Special Forces.
- 42:42Speaker 5: Okay, what's what's special Forces?
- 42:44Speaker 9: Like A it's like a Yeah, it's like camp reality show.
- 42:46Speaker 7: Yeah, where celebrities like do like Cherry Style.
- 42:50Speaker 5: Why would you sign up for that? I don't, no, dude,
- 42:55Speaker 5: I know.
- 42:56Speaker 6: All right, We're gonna take a break more what he
- 42:57Speaker 6: shows next?
- 42:58Speaker 8: Hang right?
- 43:07Speaker 6: Show?
- 43:08Speaker 8: All right? So there's.
- 43:11Speaker 5: There's a show that Gina was talking about.
- 43:14Speaker 9: Is it TV?
- 43:16Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 43:16Speaker 9: Wild Vacation Renolds.
- 43:17Speaker 5: Okay, so this is like Airbnb. Yeah, it's like all
- 43:21Speaker 5: the crazy. I've never stayed in one, really I have.
- 43:24Speaker 9: I never've started reading. I've seen so many Airbnbs. It's
- 43:27Speaker 9: my favorite thing to do.
- 43:29Speaker 5: But you like all those weird ones.
- 43:30Speaker 9: Yeah, I want to like stay in a potato and
- 43:32Speaker 9: I treat a tree house. I've stayed in the bear cave.
- 43:35Speaker 9: I love that stuff. It's my thing, that show, right, Craig.
- 43:40Speaker 8: I mean, I don't want to stay in I saw
- 43:43Speaker 8: one it was like a snake shaped house that was
- 43:46Speaker 8: made of mosaic tile.
- 43:48Speaker 5: Why why I.
- 43:49Speaker 9: Stayed in one where the entire house was covered in pennies,
- 43:53Speaker 9: like the floor with pennies, the wall.
- 43:55Speaker 5: You know, right right now?
- 43:57Speaker 15: You know what?
- 43:57Speaker 6: I want a nice hotel where I walked in and
- 44:00Speaker 6: when I say nice hotel, they have their own signature
- 44:03Speaker 6: set somebody. You walk in the lobby, they they sell
- 44:07Speaker 6: candles in the little gift shop of their hotel lobby smell.
- 44:11Speaker 6: That's the kind of place that's that's the goal. I
- 44:14Speaker 6: don't do that every time.
- 44:15Speaker 5: I have no problem staying.
- 44:17Speaker 6: At like Hampton in or any of those kind of places.
- 44:20Speaker 5: I'm fine with that. Like it's it's good.
- 44:21Speaker 6: It's good, especially if I'm traveling for business. Now, if
- 44:24Speaker 6: I'm going on a vacation, vacation, I would prefer to
- 44:28Speaker 6: find the hotel that has a signature scent. I'm not
- 44:30Speaker 6: staying in the potato. There's something weird to me. And
- 44:35Speaker 6: you know, different strokes, different folks. There's always been something
- 44:38Speaker 6: weird to me about the airbnb thing. I don't like
- 44:42Speaker 6: staying in people's houses. People that I know, I don't
- 44:44Speaker 6: like staying at their house.
- 44:45Speaker 9: Most of these are just rentals, but I have stayed
- 44:47Speaker 9: ones where it's.
- 44:48Speaker 7: I've done the airbnb thing. Verbo also is a big
- 44:52Speaker 7: place to use to get a house or whatever. It's
- 44:55Speaker 7: great for if you have like a large group of people.
- 44:58Speaker 7: It's fun to stay at a big house and then
- 45:01Speaker 7: like hang out there.
- 45:02Speaker 6: But if the toilet and stuff, the cameras everywhere, the
- 45:06Speaker 6: owners and stuff like that super creeping on you.
- 45:09Speaker 5: Depending on the place that you stay at, I mean
- 45:11Speaker 5: you got to read the reading extra.
- 45:13Speaker 20: For that.
- 45:15Speaker 6: Deal, because yeah, you get a deal because they're gonna
- 45:17Speaker 6: take all your naked sex and pooping videos and post
- 45:20Speaker 6: them filthy sits.
- 45:21Speaker 5: Yeah, we know that that happens at the hotels as well,
- 45:25Speaker 5: but I would probably prefer a hotel.
- 45:28Speaker 9: But we stayed at one one time where we didn't
- 45:30Speaker 9: know the person actually lived there, and the mom and
- 45:32Speaker 9: the kids like moved out in a hurry so we
- 45:34Speaker 9: could move in just for the weekend, and all their
- 45:37Speaker 9: family like oil family portraits were up and they looked
- 45:40Speaker 9: like the children of the corn and it was super creepy.
- 45:43Speaker 9: I was apparently staying in the Sun's room.
- 45:45Speaker 8: It was so weird.
- 45:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:47Speaker 11: I stayed at a place like that too, where it
- 45:48Speaker 11: was family pictures everywhere I'm in.
- 45:50Speaker 9: The closets were full of their flow and you're not
- 45:52Speaker 9: supposed touch it.
- 45:53Speaker 5: Oh, speaking of what did you see?
- 45:56Speaker 6: And this was just the thing over the last few days.
- 45:58Speaker 6: The family that checked in to the airbnb, they're on vacation,
- 46:02Speaker 6: and they discovered something really weird.
- 46:03Speaker 8: I have a club.
- 46:04Speaker 6: Hold on here, check this out. This is again this
- 46:07Speaker 6: family checks in this Airbnb and they noticed something.
- 46:10Speaker 20: Okay, guys, the weirdest thing happened.
- 46:13Speaker 21: We get to our Airbnb and San Diego setting and
- 46:16Speaker 21: we're looking through it, no connections to it.
- 46:21Speaker 20: We're looking at this picture and my dad is like,
- 46:24Speaker 20: this looks like me, and I'm like, oh, Dad, what no?
- 46:28Speaker 22: This is my dad.
- 46:29Speaker 5: That's my sister Lobby when she was ten years ago.
- 46:32Speaker 20: And that's Brady, my brother ten years ago.
- 46:34Speaker 5: He is lit.
- 46:35Speaker 20: They're literally in the AIRBNBB pictures. We are literally in
- 46:39Speaker 20: this picture.
- 46:41Speaker 6: Whoa, there's a picture in the Airbnb and it's a
- 46:44Speaker 6: picture of them from ten years ago.
- 46:46Speaker 7: Okay, now maybe the Airbnb person or host like put
- 46:51Speaker 7: the photo in there, because fancy hotels will do that.
- 46:54Speaker 6: So the photographer took a random picture of them at
- 46:56Speaker 6: the beach or something like that. I mean, I don't know, like, how.
- 46:59Speaker 9: Does that make you feel more welcome?
- 47:01Speaker 5: I'm not sure what. No, I'm not sure how they
- 47:03Speaker 5: got it. I'm not sure. I'm just throwing that out there, like,
- 47:05Speaker 5: how how would that happen? It's like a random picture
- 47:09Speaker 5: that you would find like at any Target or Walmart,
- 47:12Speaker 5: and it's just.
- 47:12Speaker 9: Like it's like the shore, right, everybody in the shore,
- 47:16Speaker 9: like a stock picture.
- 47:17Speaker 5: Exactly, but it comes to the frame.
- 47:19Speaker 6: Yeah, so they still had to think the picture that
- 47:21Speaker 6: was in there was the one that came with the frame.
- 47:23Speaker 5: Well, yeah, you would you purchase this picture? Like it's
- 47:26Speaker 5: just like a beach setting, like a random beat setting,
- 47:29Speaker 5: and it shows everybody like waiting in the water, so
- 47:31Speaker 5: there's more people besides them in the picture. They they
- 47:36Speaker 5: had no idea.
- 47:37Speaker 9: It's not like as added value, we'll go into your
- 47:40Speaker 9: we'll go in your house and.
- 47:42Speaker 5: Personal so you can make it seem like your own place.
- 47:44Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 47:44Speaker 8: Yeah, so crazy weird.
- 47:46Speaker 7: I know, like the top top tier hotels will do that.
- 47:49Speaker 7: They'll take photos of your family and put it.
- 47:52Speaker 5: That would creep me out. I wouldn't want that, thank you.
- 47:55Speaker 5: I don't want that.
- 47:56Speaker 7: You don't want to see your family?
- 47:57Speaker 5: No, I don't want that.
- 47:59Speaker 6: I don't like the idea that there's like random hotel
- 48:01Speaker 6: employee somewhere digging through finding photos of my family just
- 48:04Speaker 6: to put them up in a room.
- 48:05Speaker 5: I like, nah, yeah, don't research me.
- 48:07Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, don't go the extra mile.
- 48:10Speaker 6: No, that's fine, Like you acts for extra pillows or
- 48:12Speaker 6: an early checkout or you know, early check in. Fine, Uh,
- 48:17Speaker 6: that's the above and beyond I'm looking for. I mean,
- 48:19Speaker 6: you know, maybe you want to give me one of
- 48:20Speaker 6: those nice candles it smell like the lobby.
- 48:21Speaker 5: I'll take that.
- 48:24Speaker 6: Little basket of snacks will be left in there or something.
- 48:26Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 48:27Speaker 7: There's no creepy background with this story, so I think,
- 48:30Speaker 7: actually this is kind of cool.
- 48:31Speaker 9: Is crazy. This is like Jeff said, it's like a
- 48:34Speaker 9: big giant like stock photo and they just.
- 48:37Speaker 5: Happened to be in it.
- 48:38Speaker 6: That'd be weird, though, can you imagine me walking like,
- 48:40Speaker 6: wait ah, did you ever did you ever see the story?
- 48:43Speaker 6: And it it pops up every once in a while
- 48:45Speaker 6: on social media where this husband and wife and they've
- 48:48Speaker 6: got kids, they've been married for a long time. Anyway,
- 48:50Speaker 6: there were at one point going through old family photos
- 48:54Speaker 6: and it was a photo of the wife from when
- 48:58Speaker 6: she was a kid and she was in a stroller
- 49:00Speaker 6: and her and her family were at Disneyland. And in
- 49:04Speaker 6: the photo, the husband's like, wait a minute, and he
- 49:07Speaker 6: notices in the background of this photo random. I mean,
- 49:11Speaker 6: think about how many people in any given day are
- 49:14Speaker 6: at Disney But what are the chances in the background
- 49:16Speaker 6: the photo, He's like, this dude in the back here
- 49:19Speaker 6: looks like my dad and he's pushing the stroller. And
- 49:21Speaker 6: they show it to the dad. The dad's like, that
- 49:24Speaker 6: is me, because that is you. They were the same place,
- 49:28Speaker 6: same day of just a random photo of like, oh,
- 49:30Speaker 6: here's our day at Disneyland, and they ended up getting married.
- 49:35Speaker 6: I didn't know each other and they weren't there together.
- 49:37Speaker 9: What are the odds because how many people are Disney
- 49:39Speaker 9: but on the same day at the same moment as
- 49:42Speaker 9: the picture snaps.
- 49:44Speaker 5: Meant to be I mean, think of it, and that
- 49:47Speaker 5: was old timey you know cameras, that theube, that little
- 49:52Speaker 5: like shutter of flower.
- 49:53Speaker 6: Yeah, and that's it, that that split second moment you
- 49:56Speaker 6: just happen and to be in focus and even yes, that's.
- 50:00Speaker 8: Weird, that's trippy, it's weird. Back to this Airbnb show
- 50:02Speaker 8: real quick. The person who hosts it. It's like, do
- 50:05Speaker 8: you ever have that thought?
- 50:06Speaker 5: Who are you?
- 50:07Speaker 8: And how did you get that job?
- 50:08Speaker 9: Okay, I never ever say stuff like this. You've never
- 50:11Speaker 9: heard me say anything like this, but I look at
- 50:14Speaker 9: that every time I see the commercial, I'm like, that
- 50:15Speaker 9: should be me.
- 50:16Speaker 2: You are you?
- 50:17Speaker 9: Were you to be hosting that show? And I'm sure
- 50:19Speaker 9: they're great, but that should be me hosting that show. Great,
- 50:22Speaker 9: thank you?
- 50:23Speaker 5: Eight seven seven forty four.
- 50:25Speaker 6: Yes, still it's all hard no, a hard pass. I'll
- 50:29Speaker 6: take it on the Airbnb and correct me if I'm wrong.
- 50:32Speaker 6: It really is no cheaper than getting a hotel now right,
- 50:36Speaker 6: not when you add the cleaning. That's how they got you.
- 50:38Speaker 6: They hooked you with the really great Hey, this beats
- 50:41Speaker 6: the hotel price. Now there's more and more people I'm saying,
- 50:44Speaker 6: but there's more and more people have have started using
- 50:47Speaker 6: it now it's just as expensive.
- 50:49Speaker 5: I would tell you it's great for like big groups
- 50:51Speaker 5: of people.
- 50:51Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm saying just you and your wife going out
- 50:54Speaker 6: of town because you want to stand a potato Yeah,
- 50:58Speaker 6: a beaten passone. That's why you'll see those hotels that have,
- 51:01Speaker 6: you know, crazy themed rooms.
- 51:04Speaker 9: You know, that's why I stay. That's why I stay
- 51:07Speaker 9: in a bear cave.
- 51:09Speaker 6: R Yeah, it was aiberneating booking that on purpose.
- 51:15Speaker 5: Extra As a resident germophobe, who do you which room
- 51:19Speaker 5: do you think is cleaner? Your Airbnb room or your
- 51:21Speaker 5: hotel room?
- 51:23Speaker 16: Because I'm always sketchy about like Airbnbs because I never
- 51:26Speaker 16: know what their cleaning processes.
- 51:28Speaker 5: But at the same time, you've heard so many horror
- 51:30Speaker 5: stories I think about hotels.
- 51:31Speaker 9: I think Airbnb's cleaner. Really it's they bring in a
- 51:36Speaker 9: whole crew after you leave and then the new person
- 51:39Speaker 9: comes and then you see it, like you said those
- 51:41Speaker 9: expos is like they're not even wiping those glasses down
- 51:43Speaker 9: in the bathroom.
- 51:45Speaker 5: Her whole crew.
- 51:46Speaker 6: By whole crew, you mean my aunt Chrissy, because she
- 51:48Speaker 6: does she's a cleaning baby, and she cleans for this
- 51:52Speaker 6: guy who owns like a handful of Airbnbs and that's
- 51:55Speaker 6: all she does.
- 51:55Speaker 2: Now.
- 51:56Speaker 6: She doesn't even do other people's homes. She just works
- 51:58Speaker 6: for this guy cleaning the Airbnb.
- 52:00Speaker 5: It's just her.
- 52:01Speaker 9: She does it alone because sometimes you have to wait
- 52:03Speaker 9: and the cleaning is coming out.
- 52:04Speaker 5: It's it's just her. She goes, I know one of
- 52:09Speaker 5: the hosts of this TV show, really does she want to.
- 52:14Speaker 8: Want to know?
- 52:15Speaker 5: She's awesome. She she hit her up and just let
- 52:18Speaker 5: hernother genus coming for a job.
- 52:20Speaker 7: She actually, uh, just a DM me last night. She
- 52:23Speaker 7: she's an ex radio person and now she acts in.
- 52:26Speaker 9: Hotel super jealous of.
- 52:28Speaker 5: Ye, you're on the right path Gina. It's like Russian
- 52:32Speaker 5: Roulette about with Jiz.
- 52:35Speaker 15: Exactly.
- 52:36Speaker 4: SI show.
- 52:41Speaker 6: Alright, well, uh got some news Menace, Yes, it is
- 52:46Speaker 6: from Menace involving rob He loves robots, big robot fane.
- 52:53Speaker 6: In fact, I think he's tugged it a few times
- 52:56Speaker 6: to the maid on the jets.
- 52:58Speaker 5: On the Jets.
- 53:00Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean she's the og robot, you know.
- 53:08Speaker 5: Yeah, but like you know, to robot.
- 53:11Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 53:13Speaker 23: Uh.
- 53:13Speaker 5: This is a school district in New York.
- 53:15Speaker 6: They announced that they're they're bringing in a new teacher
- 53:17Speaker 6: for the upcoming school year. But it's it's actually just
- 53:20Speaker 6: a humanized robot named Sally, and people on board with
- 53:24Speaker 6: this and they're they're making her as human as possible.
- 53:29Speaker 6: They're giving her a lifelike look, silicone skin, long brown hair.
- 53:33Speaker 6: It's in a seated position in the classroom, has realistic
- 53:37Speaker 6: upper body movements and facial expressions, and the district spent
- 53:40Speaker 6: about fifty seven thousand dollars on this thing. But the
- 53:43Speaker 6: parents aren't thrilled for a number of reasons. But one
- 53:46Speaker 6: of the main reasons that the parents hate it is
- 53:48Speaker 6: because the company that makes this robot is very well known.
- 53:52Speaker 6: It's the same company that makes the real dolls, like
- 53:57Speaker 6: Love hyper realistic sex dolls.
- 53:58Speaker 9: And I was like, she's hot.
- 54:00Speaker 6: Yes, you know, some kids gonna like break into the
- 54:02Speaker 6: classroom after school and like try to bang that thing.
- 54:04Speaker 7: Of course she's yeah, she's mad about that, but yeah,
- 54:10Speaker 7: I mean, how do you control the kids though?
- 54:12Speaker 5: What do you mean? They're like, oh, I know, this
- 54:14Speaker 5: is a robot, knock it over, it's not videos.
- 54:18Speaker 9: Isn't there a teacher another teacher in the room where
- 54:20Speaker 9: she's just alone, it's just Sally.
- 54:22Speaker 7: That'd be hilarious if that's the main teacher. There's the
- 54:24Speaker 7: teachers assistant that's like real but SeaBASS. You should be
- 54:28Speaker 7: on board because then this teacher will have access to
- 54:30Speaker 7: like all information and should be smarter than the teachers
- 54:34Speaker 7: that you hate.
- 54:35Speaker 8: Tough.
- 54:35Speaker 5: Yeah, so you're on board, Yeah, absolutely, Yeah, this is
- 54:40Speaker 5: the way to do things. I wish this had been
- 54:42Speaker 5: around when I was when I were a kid, not
- 54:44Speaker 5: that my parents didn't do a good job homeschooling. Maybe
- 54:46Speaker 5: I could have been even smarter if I had robots
- 54:48Speaker 5: there to.
- 54:49Speaker 8: I don't think you could get anything.
- 54:52Speaker 5: You got to keep trying, stay humble, Yeah, exactly.
- 54:55Speaker 8: Once you've hit the top, there's nowhere else to go
- 54:57Speaker 8: but top.
- 54:58Speaker 7: What do you think happened with Tyler? Because he was
- 55:00Speaker 7: homeschool too.
- 55:02Speaker 5: It's not it's not a weird religious thing with him, right, No,
- 55:06Speaker 5: that's maybe they're lazy. Yeah, what was the Tyler? What
- 55:09Speaker 5: was the whole homeschooling thing about? Like, what was the
- 55:12Speaker 5: purpose for it?
- 55:12Speaker 6: Your parents are worried than in the school, like something
- 55:15Speaker 6: bad would happen there, or.
- 55:16Speaker 24: They just didn't like the public school system. They thought
- 55:19Speaker 24: I would learn better more whatever your parents.
- 55:29Speaker 5: Better That.
- 55:36Speaker 6: My reason, which because there's two real reasons. Number one
- 55:39Speaker 6: reason Number one, yeah, the public schools just blow and
- 55:41Speaker 6: wonder why. And number two religious And usually if they
- 55:45Speaker 6: hate the public schools that much, they do a better
- 55:47Speaker 6: job than you know what they did.
- 55:48Speaker 9: With Wait, but was your family religious at all?
- 55:51Speaker 20: Sea Belts?
- 55:52Speaker 6: Okay, it was all just they They said they were
- 55:55Speaker 6: smarter and better than everybody.
- 55:56Speaker 5: Actually were.
- 55:57Speaker 9: They worshiped themselves.
- 55:59Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 55:59Speaker 7: But he was the first child, right, Tyler.
- 56:02Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm the oldest, so yeah, set the pattern. Yeah,
- 56:05Speaker 5: it was just a test. And then all your brothers
- 56:08Speaker 5: went to like regular school, right.
- 56:10Speaker 24: So they were also all homeschooled up until a certain point.
- 56:12Speaker 24: Then all of us just ended up going to public school.
- 56:14Speaker 9: Did it freak you out?
- 56:16Speaker 5: Public school?
- 56:17Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 56:17Speaker 24: I loved it way more than home.
- 56:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 56:18Speaker 5: I hated homeschooling, so I would hate it too.
- 56:21Speaker 8: Is there a schedule to it? Did do your mom
- 56:23Speaker 8: make you do stuff like whatever? Eight to three?
- 56:25Speaker 16: Uh?
- 56:26Speaker 24: Sometimes sometimes we would cram like whatever the lesson plan
- 56:30Speaker 24: was for the week, we would cram it all into
- 56:31Speaker 24: three or four days and we would.
- 56:32Speaker 5: Just have like two days off to just do whatever
- 56:34Speaker 5: we wanted.
- 56:35Speaker 8: That was cool. I do kind of miss that but
- 56:38Speaker 8: you know, well, I.
- 56:39Speaker 6: Mean, you know, depending on where you're at and what
- 56:41Speaker 6: kind of things are going on in the public schools.
- 56:43Speaker 6: Like my wife and I had a big problem, you know,
- 56:45Speaker 6: during COVID because these kids were out for so long. Yeah,
- 56:49Speaker 6: everybody else was back in school and the kids were
- 56:51Speaker 6: clearly falling behind, and you know, the assignments that were
- 56:54Speaker 6: given that we're counting as a full day of school
- 56:57Speaker 6: was this is for the the older of our two kids.
- 56:59Speaker 5: Was, uh, you know, oh, draw picture of a house
- 57:02Speaker 5: on your street that is not yours.
- 57:06Speaker 6: Years all right, that doesn't sound something a hero would
- 57:08Speaker 6: a sign a kid. We gotta we gotta, we gotta
- 57:10Speaker 6: figure something else. I know they're I forget exactly where
- 57:14Speaker 6: in California that's going on, But there's like there are
- 57:17Speaker 6: some groups that are like working at once called Californians
- 57:20Speaker 6: Together Catalyst California Early Edge is one called Black ECE,
- 57:27Speaker 6: and it says the work group bringing together a challenge
- 57:30Speaker 6: for harmful language hierarchies and affirm Black English as a
- 57:33Speaker 6: legitimate rule governing language rooted in black history, culture and community.
- 57:37Speaker 6: So basically, they're demanding that California add quote Black English
- 57:42Speaker 6: as an official language so that black children won't be
- 57:45Speaker 6: expected to quote talk white.
- 57:47Speaker 5: Is this at school?
- 57:48Speaker 9: Is this he bonic?
- 57:48Speaker 5: Yeah? Pretty pretty much. We made this thirty years ago,
- 57:50Speaker 5: but they've got way bet they've gotten way better at
- 57:52Speaker 5: like trying to changing the language. You just heard him
- 57:54Speaker 5: say it right there. The language and the reasoning is
- 57:57Speaker 5: now sounds way more like sophisticated and cultural and you know,
- 58:00Speaker 5: ethnographic or whatever. Yeah, like, so uh they happy she
- 58:07Speaker 5: be working. Like so if you wrote, if you wrote, that.
- 58:12Speaker 6: Would be the valedictorian.
- 58:15Speaker 5: I love it, dude. We be doing yeah outside, so
- 58:20Speaker 5: I could I could see.
- 58:21Speaker 6: I could see like some parents being like, you know what, no, no,
- 58:26Speaker 6: Like some parents were upset, like you know that their
- 58:28Speaker 6: school district, you know, made the decision to no longer
- 58:31Speaker 6: teach cursive. It's not a you know, necessarily a widespread thing.
- 58:34Speaker 6: My kids learned cursive and stuff still, but other districts
- 58:38Speaker 6: have gotten rid of that.
- 58:39Speaker 5: Or even before this one, there were there were districts.
- 58:43Speaker 6: That decided for even papers, you know, essays and things
- 58:47Speaker 6: that people had to write, that you could use text speech.
- 58:50Speaker 6: So instead of writing why oh you are, you could
- 58:53Speaker 6: just write you are? Because that's how people communicate.
- 58:56Speaker 8: Now that was the argument.
- 58:57Speaker 5: No job applications.
- 58:59Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, hey man, sometimes you know, and I've seen
- 59:04Speaker 6: those studies where two people are one person applies for
- 59:08Speaker 6: the same job, but they use two different names. Have
- 59:10Speaker 6: you seen that showing how racist people are? Yeah, like
- 59:14Speaker 6: if if, if it's an ethnic sounding name like that,
- 59:18Speaker 6: everything else is exactly the same, but the white name
- 59:21Speaker 6: Michael gets the call. But like say, like you know
- 59:24Speaker 6: whatever doesn't.
- 59:25Speaker 5: Yeah, well what might that be because people are racist?
- 59:30Speaker 5: It's not what you're saying about.
- 59:31Speaker 6: Like there's there's something with like people rooting against Argentina
- 59:34Speaker 6: because Argentina is like hell a racist or.
- 59:37Speaker 16: A lot of Argentinian fans and some people that live
- 59:40Speaker 16: in the country are Yeah, I definitely have that that
- 59:43Speaker 16: connotation of being racist.
- 59:45Speaker 9: Well, I've never seen, you know, just like in clips,
- 59:47Speaker 9: I've never seen racism like I've seen in some soccer games.
- 59:51Speaker 14: Another level we.
- 59:52Speaker 5: Were just talking about. Wasn't it like some senator or
- 59:55Speaker 5: something that woman.
- 59:57Speaker 9: Oh dude, she was crazy against Yes, Oh that's yeah.
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: I couldn't remember what it was for. And she's like, no,
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: where do you think I'm from?
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, I forgot about that.
- 1:00:06Speaker 5: Yeah, this is how I was raised. I'm trying. Yeah,
- 1:00:12Speaker 5: I love what does she have against Hanson? The ban Hansen? Right,
- 1:00:18Speaker 5: thank you, Bob.
- 1:00:18Speaker 6: That's a really good one. And the guy who hates
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: dad jokes so much.
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: But the original and on the spot. That's really good
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: to do something that from a forty year old. That
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: nice work. Man. Okay, here's the other.
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: Thing I don't I don't understand. And maybe because somebody
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: can explain it to me. You know, I give one
- 1:00:39Speaker 6: hundred and ten percent. Well it's one hundred percent, right,
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: because that would be all of something. When kids now
- 1:00:47Speaker 6: are applying for different you know, colleges and things, and
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: this is a new this is a new world. I
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: never had to apply for colleges because I never went
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: to college. I don't know how that process necessarily works
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: and when exactly you're supposed to.
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: Start doing it. But like, my son's going into his
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: junior year of high school, and so now the school
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: is like, all right, this year, we're really focused on
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: X Y S. Yeah, maybe time to start going and
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: taking a look and kind of getting an idea for
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: where you might want to apply and all these things.
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: And then you start looking into these schools and you know,
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: what people are writing up about them. They go well
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: to apply.
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: Uh, they're not really accepting, not accepting, but they're not
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: they're not allowing students to enroll.
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: You know who, I have a GPA under and some
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: of these are like over four point oh, which I
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: thought four point zero was the best you could get
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: class for a while now because the honors classes will
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: automatically pump you up by half a point. But like,
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: how do you then?
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: How do you?
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: Because is it all apples to apples? Does everybody doing
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: that same system?
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: Or is one school district like could you get because okay,
- 1:01:47Speaker 6: here's here's the uh, here's the thing I just saw,
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: and I'm like, man, this I don't get. A Florida
- 1:01:53Speaker 6: school district had to change the way it gives out
- 1:01:55Speaker 6: grades after their valedictorian graduated with a record breaking eleven
- 1:02:01Speaker 6: point nine GPA.
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: No, that's too ridiculous.
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: The school awards bonus GPA points for extracurricular activities and
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: advanced classes.
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: So they do this. But I'm saying, is this is
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: the way it works for everyone?
- 1:02:15Speaker 9: So you're going again, is the GPA here?
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: The same GPA should be based on the things that
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: everybody's graded on, not these extra things these schools can
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: throw in.
- 1:02:23Speaker 6: Yeah, so here here he is. This is him being
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: introduced to graduation.
- 1:02:27Speaker 13: Eric.
- 1:02:27Speaker 25: I would now like to introduce the Valedicatorian for the
- 1:02:29Speaker 25: class of twenty twenty six. He is an AP Capstone
- 1:02:33Speaker 25: Diploma recipient.
- 1:02:34Speaker 5: Guess his name. H No, I'll give you.
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: I'll give you a hint. It's not Mike Smith.
- 1:02:41Speaker 25: And as a National National Merit Commended Scholar, he has
- 1:02:45Speaker 25: earned an eleven point nine nine GPA while accruing over
- 1:02:50Speaker 25: seventy credits. Please welcome, you're valedictorian, mister vibov Boscar.
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: I was wrong. Let's support that.
- 1:02:59Speaker 6: An eleven point nine to nine really strong with those
- 1:03:02Speaker 6: essays there, But you know, like, how do you if
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: you're a kid like and you know, and everybody's all
- 1:03:08Speaker 6: over the place, like, how are they truly waited?
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: They might not even like they might only have a
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: certain number of digits to put your g p A in.
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: I mean maybe they'd be looking at your essay, you know,
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: straight up and the great based on that, yep, Yeah,
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: but why they be hating?
- 1:03:25Speaker 16: Yeah, Well, the thing is with those essays, aren't they
- 1:03:30Speaker 16: all done in chat GPT?
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: Now?
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: Like that's the thing.
- 1:03:34Speaker 9: Because you have to click something that says on my honor.
- 1:03:36Speaker 9: I didn't do that. It's all good.
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: It's on your own.
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: Just because boobobs out here shining, they hate the shine.
- 1:03:46Speaker 6: Yep, we're gonna take a quick break radio's most immature game.
- 1:03:50Speaker 6: Guess who's gas next?
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: On the Woody Show.
- 1:03:52Speaker 11: Hang, nothing bothers me about having things done.
- 1:03:57Speaker 20: In my mouth?
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: Show is next?
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: Ain't nothing but a soa Sports Day with a G
- 1:04:08Speaker 6: Jeff Garcia and we get another throwback Thursday Request classic
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: hip hop track of the Week. Right after Jeff G
- 1:04:15Speaker 6: tells us what's happening in sports.
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: Good morning with the show. Let's start with the World Cup.
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: So Argentina came back from one goal down to score
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: two goals in ten minutes late in the game. Here's
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: what that game winning goal sounded like.
- 1:04:36Speaker 16: See now you know why the Spanish ratings are higher
- 1:04:38Speaker 16: than the English ratings, because you don't get that around
- 1:04:40Speaker 16: English TV.
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: It's amazing, man, Argentina have done this all tournament, by
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: the way, coming back and they're gonna play Spain on Sunday.
- 1:04:47Speaker 16: Hopefully they'll get those back to back World Cups at
- 1:04:49Speaker 16: least for all the Argentina and Messi fans. In case
- 1:04:51Speaker 16: you didn't know, by the way, there is a third
- 1:04:53Speaker 16: place game happening on Saturday between England and France.
- 1:04:57Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:04:57Speaker 16: I mean, who wants to watch that really unless you're
- 1:04:59Speaker 16: from England France. But no third place rhythms exactly. WNBA
- 1:05:03Speaker 16: Sparks lost to the Links yesterday. Baseball, both the Dodgers
- 1:05:07Speaker 16: and Angels don't have games until tomorrow. By the way,
- 1:05:10Speaker 16: next week, right here on the Woody Show, more of
- 1:05:11Speaker 16: those Dodgers sweet tickets, and it's on a bobblehead night.
- 1:05:15Speaker 16: We'll have those for you next week, so make sure
- 1:05:17Speaker 16: you keep listening.
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: You know who the bibblehead is.
- 1:05:18Speaker 16: It's Reggie Smith, Dodgers legend bibblehead. So it's cool because
- 1:05:22Speaker 16: he's got hat with his little fro on it.
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: So fire have to go to that one, yeah, for
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: sure to get all the bobbleheads.
- 1:05:27Speaker 8: Yep.
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: And finally the SPS went down yesterday some local winners show.
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: Hey o Tania.
- 1:05:31Speaker 16: The Dodgers won MLB Player of the Year and best
- 1:05:33Speaker 16: single game Performance for when he pitched six scoreless innings,
- 1:05:36Speaker 16: struck out ten batters, and hit three home runs in
- 1:05:38Speaker 16: a game so well deserved there. UCLA's Lauren Betts won
- 1:05:41Speaker 16: for Female College Player of the Year. Nicks also won
- 1:05:44Speaker 16: a ton of awards, and I thought Marcello Hornettez did
- 1:05:46Speaker 16: a pretty good job hosting here. He is clowning Jake Paul.
- 1:05:49Speaker 15: It's in honor to be here among so many incredible
- 1:05:52Speaker 15: athletes and Jake Paul, Jake gouts just a joke. Okay,
- 1:06:00Speaker 15: don't fight me. My dad and my stepdad are both
- 1:06:03Speaker 15: here and they're over fifty, and I know that's how
- 1:06:05Speaker 15: you like them.
- 1:06:05Speaker 5: Get out. Jake Paul gets zero respect, and I'm here
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: for it. I'm Jeff g that's your so Cal sports Jeff,
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: not the name of the mascot.
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: Per Se.
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: Yeah, per Se. Oh that's fancy.
- 1:06:19Speaker 14: Yeahs always Seve. That's a nice girl.
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: It's a real fun place to be is Washington, d C.
- 1:06:38Speaker 6: That's always like I mean, when don't live in Washington.
- 1:06:42Speaker 8: D C.
- 1:06:42Speaker 5: It feels like that's all you ever hear about.
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: But can you imagine living in Washington, like just in
- 1:06:51Speaker 6: the in any area, because like everything is just so saturated.
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: I can't.
- 1:06:55Speaker 5: It's all about the politics, and I don't think you
- 1:06:58Speaker 5: can escape it. Really, I don't know. I mean, Vaughn
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: he's from there. He's from DC, So I don't know
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: if they.
- 1:07:06Speaker 7: Just confined to around the White House or No.
- 1:07:09Speaker 9: I have friends that live there, and I'm saying, I mean,
- 1:07:11Speaker 9: I mean, the kid's not gonna know it.
- 1:07:13Speaker 6: In Los Angeles. I mean, you don't have to engage
- 1:07:15Speaker 6: in it, but it's it's hard to, uh, you know,
- 1:07:17Speaker 6: get much separation from somebody who's in quote the industry
- 1:07:21Speaker 6: meaning Hollywood working and doing things for you know, that
- 1:07:25Speaker 6: type of industry.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:07:26Speaker 6: You know, I'm sure in you know, different places for
- 1:07:29Speaker 6: whatever that might be. It's hard to get away from
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: whatever it is. I mean, did say it is pretty
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: hood outside of the area of the White House. Yeah,
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: like New Orleans everybody always thinks of, you know, Marty
- 1:07:40Speaker 6: Grass and that whole like part of the urban street. Yeah,
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: Bourbon Street. It's like you just you're painted with a brush,
- 1:07:46Speaker 6: and you know, it's kind of hard to get out
- 1:07:47Speaker 6: of it. But dude, I mean, you know, all the
- 1:07:49Speaker 6: fun conversations that just happened all the time, whether it's
- 1:07:51Speaker 6: you know the.
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: Yeah, I've never been I've always wondered if it's like that.
- 1:07:55Speaker 6: The heavy stuff, the dumb stuff like I don't know
- 1:07:57Speaker 6: if you saw, like the the Treasury Secretary released a
- 1:08:00Speaker 6: rendering of a new one dollar coin. He said, the
- 1:08:04Speaker 6: US mints making these one dollar coins to commemorate the
- 1:08:06Speaker 6: two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the signing of the
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: Declaration of Independence. The coins are gonna have a gold
- 1:08:12Speaker 6: like finish, so not real gold. But it'll be available
- 1:08:15Speaker 6: in the fall. And guess who's gonna be on it.
- 1:08:19Speaker 9: I'll never guess.
- 1:08:22Speaker 7: Years in America, would it be.
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: President Trump? Maybe because they're not even sure he could
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: do that.
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: That's right.
- 1:08:32Speaker 6: Well, the last time a sitting president had money with
- 1:08:35Speaker 6: their picture on it was the was President Coolidge and
- 1:08:39Speaker 6: he printed a fifty cent piece with his face on it,
- 1:08:41Speaker 6: which that was like one.
- 1:08:42Speaker 5: Hundred years ago.
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: But there's a federal law that stipulates that, you know,
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: coin designs be selected by the Treasury Secretary after a
- 1:08:49Speaker 6: consultation with the Commission of Fine Arts. But the Treasury
- 1:08:53Speaker 6: Department appears to have skipped that step.
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: Who who knows, who cares?
- 1:08:57Speaker 6: But these are just some of the things that Yeah,
- 1:08:59Speaker 6: here's a picture, thank you, Jeff, of the of the coin.
- 1:09:02Speaker 6: My question is like who, like who signs up for
- 1:09:04Speaker 6: the like you know, all these different u all these
- 1:09:07Speaker 6: different things, the.
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: Coin commercials at night get now everyone.
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: So that's that's like the like the god exhausting kind
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: of thing, right.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:09:17Speaker 6: Then there's other there's other fun stuff that you could
- 1:09:19Speaker 6: talk about. A lot of people are talking about Chuck Schumer.
- 1:09:21Speaker 6: Oh my god, this was the Senator Schumer. So you know, yeah,
- 1:09:25Speaker 6: he was speaking in the Senate when the mic picked
- 1:09:27Speaker 6: up a strange noise. He was talking about President Trump
- 1:09:31Speaker 6: and the war with Iran mid speech.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: Here's what happened, and we need a complete investigation that's
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: independent now on Iran and the NDAA. When all the
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: Trump administration can say about his disastrous war with Iran.
- 1:09:48Speaker 9: Nobody's gonna remember anything you had to say about the subjects.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: That's independent now on Iran and the NDAA, when all
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: the Trump administration any kind of chuckled, I think.
- 1:10:00Speaker 6: Yeah, so people are like, oh my god, Chuck Schumer
- 1:10:03Speaker 6: ripped one mid speech. Now, to be fair, was it
- 1:10:07Speaker 6: actually a fart ninety eight percent? No? What Yeah, that's
- 1:10:12Speaker 6: what any all the audio people are talking about it
- 1:10:15Speaker 6: and make.
- 1:10:16Speaker 7: Say video breaks down.
- 1:10:17Speaker 6: Yeah, because just the way that the microphones that are
- 1:10:20Speaker 6: being used in this particular case, they n them all
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: the time for it to be you know, capturing that
- 1:10:25Speaker 6: clear from the opposite side of his body. It's like wal,
- 1:10:28Speaker 6: it's an omni directional blah blah blah. You know they're
- 1:10:31Speaker 6: talking all these technical terms that only Greg and I understand.
- 1:10:33Speaker 5: Yeah, I won't bore the audience with it totally.
- 1:10:36Speaker 7: Yeah, but if you see videos of these guys are
- 1:10:38Speaker 7: always like touching those little like look like wire microphone.
- 1:10:42Speaker 5: Yeah, they're really thin. Microphone down all the time.
- 1:10:45Speaker 6: I mean even Sea Bass when he's in here like
- 1:10:47Speaker 6: he's he's kind of he can't like he'll he'll be
- 1:10:49Speaker 6: talking about That's why you hear this weird.
- 1:10:52Speaker 5: As Sea Bass is talking.
- 1:10:53Speaker 6: Because he's constantly moving the microphone and you get that
- 1:10:57Speaker 6: kind of well that's the sound you know with Menace
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: talking about because it's on that weird almost like.
- 1:11:04Speaker 5: It makes that noise when you're I don't know what
- 1:11:07Speaker 5: they call that.
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: That's a metal ease spring yeah thing. Yeah, Now is
- 1:11:11Speaker 6: it funny thinking that it is a fart? It absolutely awesome. Well,
- 1:11:15Speaker 6: I like to believe it. It's it's real far. Yes,
- 1:11:17Speaker 6: I absolutely would uh. And also the way, because I
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: watched the video of it, it does kind of look like,
- 1:11:22Speaker 6: you know when you kind of pause, not you're doing
- 1:11:24Speaker 6: like the sneak of cheek, you're kind yeah, like you know.
- 1:11:29Speaker 6: And by the way, older people are just shameless when
- 1:11:33Speaker 6: it comes to farting.
- 1:11:34Speaker 9: Yeah, does it just come out easier?
- 1:11:36Speaker 6: Not even at a urinal I'm talking like in just
- 1:11:38Speaker 6: a regular situation if you're like sitting there like sometimes like.
- 1:11:42Speaker 5: Anyway, so they just let it rip.
- 1:11:44Speaker 8: You're like, what that's independent?
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: Now on Iron and the NDAA when all the Trump administration.
- 1:11:52Speaker 6: Pretty funny, Yeah, and gases all I want to believe same,
- 1:11:56Speaker 6: I want to believe exactly right.
- 1:11:58Speaker 8: I'm going to believe him.
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: Coming up next, Radio's most immature game, guys, guess whose gas?
- 1:12:06Speaker 5: Yeah, the answer is not Chuck Schumer.
- 1:12:10Speaker 6: It'll be somebody in this room. I gooing homework to
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: capture them as you rip them. I will play you
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: this week's sound. Then you have to guess whose gas
- 1:12:20Speaker 6: it is if you want to play eight seven seven
- 1:12:22Speaker 6: forty four.
- 1:12:24Speaker 8: The Woodie Show.
- 1:12:27Speaker 6: Yeah, so Jeff g newest member of the Woodie Show crew,
- 1:12:33Speaker 6: And that right there was not.
- 1:12:34Speaker 9: Jeff Now I wouldn't say that he's classy.
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: He's got ibs. How long have you had that? Probably
- 1:12:41Speaker 5: about seven years or so seven years.
- 1:12:44Speaker 8: How do you catch it?
- 1:12:46Speaker 5: Well? Well, you don't catch it? Well how Yeah, it develops,
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: it develops.
- 1:12:49Speaker 8: Yeah. Do you take medication?
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: No, I don't take anything. I just that was the
- 1:12:53Speaker 5: problem is I couldn't figure out what it was. For
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: the longest time. I had him and and colons all
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: trying to figure out what the f was with my digestion,
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: and it just turned out that it was ibs, which
- 1:13:03Speaker 5: is just flare ups from different things. You know, what
- 1:13:06Speaker 5: do you have to avoid? I avoid certain foods and
- 1:13:08Speaker 5: so like chi.
- 1:13:10Speaker 16: Usually it's like the combination of foods, right, too much dairy,
- 1:13:13Speaker 16: like chocolate, too much caffeine, too much carbonated. So if
- 1:13:16Speaker 16: I do more than one of those things a day,
- 1:13:18Speaker 16: ye give me bubble gus.
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:13:21Speaker 16: So I can be cool, like to have some beers,
- 1:13:22Speaker 16: but if I have like beers and spicy food, or
- 1:13:25Speaker 16: beers and dairy, then that's when it goes outways.
- 1:13:28Speaker 5: So is it is it the more farting more diarrhea?
- 1:13:32Speaker 20: Like?
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: Uh, it starts as farting and then it gets to
- 1:13:36Speaker 5: the good stuff.
- 1:13:37Speaker 6: Yeah, because as we were talking, as we were talking
- 1:13:40Speaker 6: about guess Who's gas and everything, I'm like, all right, man,
- 1:13:42Speaker 6: well now that you're working here on the show, we
- 1:13:44Speaker 6: got to run you through all the normal stuff that
- 1:13:45Speaker 6: we do and guess Who's gas.
- 1:13:47Speaker 5: I mean, it's a fun game.
- 1:13:48Speaker 9: He's gonna sweep.
- 1:13:48Speaker 5: It's super mature, but it's fun.
- 1:13:50Speaker 6: And you know, we got Jeff in the mix especially
- 1:13:52Speaker 6: if we have a guy who's like basically a professional farting. Yeah,
- 1:13:55Speaker 6: I am like, like, how how do we how do
- 1:13:57Speaker 6: we not have Jeff in the mixing?
- 1:13:59Speaker 7: Guy's got I yes, it sounds like he's gonna need
- 1:14:01Speaker 7: a splash guard for this.
- 1:14:04Speaker 8: It's not that bad.
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: I mean I'd heard about it before. But do you
- 1:14:07Speaker 6: take medication or you just avoid things?
- 1:14:09Speaker 20: No?
- 1:14:10Speaker 5: I take like a probiotic and then people take medication
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: to curb it.
- 1:14:13Speaker 8: I've seen infommercials or commercials.
- 1:14:16Speaker 16: Yeah, yeah, I've never It's never really gotten that bad.
- 1:14:18Speaker 16: It's just more of me being a little disciplined and avoiding,
- 1:14:21Speaker 16: like combining those foods that I mentioned.
- 1:14:23Speaker 5: You know, what's the worst Pooh emergency you've ever had?
- 1:14:27Speaker 13: Oh?
- 1:14:28Speaker 5: Man, I think we've all had.
- 1:14:30Speaker 6: Like we're handling one in the car and you're like
- 1:14:32Speaker 6: and you're you're and you're making that that you know,
- 1:14:35Speaker 6: you know, you're having that conversation in your head, like, dude,
- 1:14:37Speaker 6: all right, So if I can't make it, I'm either
- 1:14:39Speaker 6: gonna just go ahead and grab my pants or I'm
- 1:14:43Speaker 6: gonna just pull over on the side of the road
- 1:14:45Speaker 6: and just you know, squat, Yeah, just spray the curb,
- 1:14:50Speaker 6: Like what else are you gonna do? The worst, the
- 1:14:54Speaker 6: worst for me ever, was at the time where the
- 1:14:56Speaker 6: car that I had the time had like fabric seats.
- 1:14:59Speaker 6: If you leather, I think you can do a better
- 1:15:01Speaker 6: job of wiping that out. And like, but I think
- 1:15:03Speaker 6: it'd be like the Seinfeld car smell, like if it's
- 1:15:05Speaker 6: the fabric seats, Like you'd never get that out. Get
- 1:15:07Speaker 6: so you're gonna have to get out of the car.
- 1:15:08Speaker 8: But I was.
- 1:15:09Speaker 6: I was in a situation where I was in bumper
- 1:15:11Speaker 6: to bumper traffic count and there was nowhere to go.
- 1:15:15Speaker 16: Yeah, I was in Rome, and I combined some of
- 1:15:19Speaker 16: those foods obviously when I went to town, you know
- 1:15:21Speaker 16: what I mean. Like in Rome and we were pretty
- 1:15:24Speaker 16: far away from my son's apartment, and I had to
- 1:15:27Speaker 16: go like a mile uphill, and I was squeezing cheeks
- 1:15:30Speaker 16: all the way up. There was a McDonald's that was
- 1:15:33Speaker 16: close and I went in there no bathrooms and I
- 1:15:36Speaker 16: was literally like holding and running and they didn't.
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: Understand the seriousness, meaning my wife and my son. They
- 1:15:42Speaker 5: were just like laughing and pointing, and I'm like, hurry up,
- 1:15:45Speaker 5: you need to get me into his apartment as soon
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: as possible.
- 1:15:48Speaker 16: And luckily I made it up and I ran up
- 1:15:50Speaker 16: like four flights of stairs, got in there. I didn't
- 1:15:53Speaker 16: even make it to the regular can. I went in
- 1:15:55Speaker 16: the bidet just because I.
- 1:15:58Speaker 5: Was like day the animal. Yeah, So it was all bad.
- 1:16:02Speaker 5: That was like I think my worst boo emergency. Sorry
- 1:16:05Speaker 5: everybody listening by the way, Wow, And it was an epic.
- 1:16:08Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: I carry around amodium like yeah does that work? Ye?
- 1:16:12Speaker 15: So do I?
- 1:16:13Speaker 5: Yeah it works man the UK does Lucy. Yeah. The
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: bag of the bag of over the counters that I
- 1:16:19Speaker 5: keep in my in my pocket.
- 1:16:20Speaker 8: I always have.
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: Look, I got some advill in there. I have the
- 1:16:24Speaker 6: kind I got advil. I got some uh in, a
- 1:16:27Speaker 6: histamine like anti allergy thing. I have a day quill,
- 1:16:30Speaker 6: and I have some emodiums.

- 1:20:26Speaker 5: When you're ready to say hit me?
- 1:20:29Speaker 8: Hit me?
- 1:20:31Speaker 6: All right, Mike, if you've been paying attention, should be
- 1:20:33Speaker 6: very easy. Guess who's gas?
- 1:20:36Speaker 5: Yeah? I think it's Menace, show me Menace.
- 1:20:43Speaker 26: All right.
- 1:20:43Speaker 6: Congratulations Mike, you're the winner of video's most immature game.
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: Guess who's gas?
- 1:20:47Speaker 5: By anyone?
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: Though?
- 1:20:49Speaker 5: Are you trying to hold it in?
- 1:20:51Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:20:51Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm just trying to keep it discreet. Well, baby, dude,
- 1:20:53Speaker 7: I should have recorded my dog all day yesterday and
- 1:20:56Speaker 7: my little one Chimmy dude, she was rhythmum all hard
- 1:21:01Speaker 7: and so long and so loud. I should have submitted that.
- 1:21:12Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah, tickets.
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: You're being a well Mike, Congratulations winner of Guess Whose Gas?
- 1:21:19Speaker 6: That is something to certainly to be proud of, certainly
- 1:21:21Speaker 6: a life accomplishment.
- 1:21:22Speaker 8: Oh yeah, tell your friends exactly.
- 1:21:24Speaker 6: All right, man, hang on a second, we'll get all
- 1:21:25Speaker 6: your information. That's how you play Guess Whose Gas. I
- 1:21:32Speaker 6: was thinking about you see a bass. Oh you know,
- 1:21:36Speaker 6: if he had gotten on to city council, he could
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: have been a victim to the kind of stuff that
- 1:21:41Speaker 6: he does on a regular basis. You know, people go
- 1:21:43Speaker 6: into these city council meetings and they do, you know,
- 1:21:46Speaker 6: stuff just to just to be cute and stuff.
- 1:21:49Speaker 23: I think I think that stuff's mostly gone away mostly.
- 1:21:52Speaker 23: There was one we had a we had a clipn
- 1:21:55Speaker 23: we Jeff, we have that that guy. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: So he was dressed as a giant bong nice and
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: he named himself Bong Julio, and he went to the
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: city council meeting and yeah, here I have a little
- 1:22:10Speaker 6: clip of that here, but as we get into the
- 1:22:11Speaker 6: weekend audio.
- 1:22:13Speaker 27: Yes, my name is bong Hoolio. The spelling of that
- 1:22:17Speaker 27: is b o ng h l e o and this
- 1:22:25Speaker 27: is my baby bong Holito in.
- 1:22:27Speaker 9: New Jersey community meeting quickly went off the rails.
- 1:22:32Speaker 20: Sir, just so that you know, it's difficult for us
- 1:22:34Speaker 20: to hear you with that background.
- 1:22:38Speaker 27: I can't hear in this thing anyway, so I don't
- 1:22:40Speaker 27: know what you're saying.
- 1:22:42Speaker 7: So in high school I was part of the local
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: community thing where we had to broadcast these and you
- 1:22:50Speaker 7: just get your slated time and you can literally just
- 1:22:52Speaker 7: say whatever you want. Yeah, So legally they have to
- 1:22:55Speaker 7: give him that time.
- 1:22:56Speaker 5: And unfortunately people like this are still getting attention, which
- 1:22:58Speaker 5: is sad.
- 1:22:59Speaker 8: How would you deal with it as a council member?
- 1:23:01Speaker 5: You sit there tognore it. Yeah, thank you, thank you
- 1:23:03Speaker 5: for talking.
- 1:23:04Speaker 6: Appreciate it because you've got to give them their time, right, Yeah,
- 1:23:06Speaker 6: I mean yeah, legally, how much time do you get
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: to do something like that?
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: Here's but here's the way to deal with it.
- 1:23:10Speaker 8: Greg.
- 1:23:11Speaker 5: Is you like when someone does this and you're like,
- 1:23:12Speaker 5: oh god, that's not funny, Oh god, oh god, you
- 1:23:14Speaker 5: never you never reference it. You never played it anywhere else.
- 1:23:17Speaker 5: You just let it die.
- 1:23:21Speaker 7: You don't encourage them again.
- 1:23:22Speaker 6: But I thought, like, you know, how weird would it be.
- 1:23:24Speaker 6: It'd be like if somebody ended up cart narking the
- 1:23:26Speaker 6: cart narc or you know, if he was on city council.
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: Although I mean, you know that's the council job. Sounds
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: like it's going to pay pretty well, it'd be I'd
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: sit there through bongholio, no problem for that kind of.
- 1:23:37Speaker 5: But then you go to work to pay these city
- 1:23:39Speaker 5: council people to sit through this.
- 1:23:41Speaker 7: Yeah, when I went to these meetings, there would always
- 1:23:44Speaker 7: be the same person talking about bicycles.
- 1:23:47Speaker 6: All The vast majority is the local cranks. Yeah, you
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: get the occasional super unfunny guy like that guy, but
- 1:23:55Speaker 6: the vast.
- 1:23:55Speaker 5: Majority is local just old weirdos.
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: Let's check in with well, maybe a future city councilman
- 1:24:01Speaker 6: you might give it another run, right, Yeah.
- 1:24:03Speaker 5: You know it's it's there's again. There's there's so much
- 1:24:05Speaker 5: red tape and bureaucracy, and that'll be one of my
- 1:24:08Speaker 5: many platforms. Yes, all right, well let's check in with
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: him now for the Week in Audio, A lot of
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: music stuff this week and Sammy Billy Joel news.
- 1:24:17Speaker 6: Yes, is that your favorite Billy Joel more than like
- 1:24:20Speaker 6: Alanis Morsett or anybody else.
- 1:24:22Speaker 13: Yes.
- 1:24:22Speaker 6: Yeah, if I was going to guess, it would have
- 1:24:26Speaker 6: been Billy Joel for Sammy.
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: Now, Samue'll tell you that Billy Joel hasn't made any
- 1:24:29Speaker 5: real new music in thirty three years since here this
- 1:24:35Speaker 5: guy Rick Biato telling him. Why.
- 1:24:38Speaker 26: When I got to the end of writing River of Dreams,
- 1:24:42Speaker 26: I felt like I was done thinking about what am
- 1:24:46Speaker 26: I going to do next? Wait a minute, I've got
- 1:24:48Speaker 26: to sit down and write a whole new album's worth
- 1:24:52Speaker 26: of songs.
- 1:24:53Speaker 7: I didn't want to do it.
- 1:24:57Speaker 9: I like, when you can be that rich that you're
- 1:24:59Speaker 9: just like, I'm good like whatever.
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: However how old he was then, forty eight or whatever,
- 1:25:04Speaker 5: he's like, yeah, think about it.
- 1:25:07Speaker 11: If you remember a couple of years ago, he did
- 1:25:10Speaker 11: come out with the new song called Turn the Lights
- 1:25:13Speaker 11: Back On, but that was a song that he wrote
- 1:25:16Speaker 11: way back in the day.
- 1:25:17Speaker 5: Yeah, it's too hard to write songs now. I saw
- 1:25:22Speaker 5: more of that interview.
- 1:25:23Speaker 6: He made a really good point, and he said to
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: all these like legend artists, you know, like, uh, you
- 1:25:28Speaker 6: know whatever, they call legacy artists, not legend artist. Legacy artists.
- 1:25:33Speaker 6: You're not doing yourself any favors by releasing new music.
- 1:25:36Speaker 6: You you dilute your legacy. Yes, because people like it's like,
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: oh man, another crappy whatever album, another crappy whatever song.
- 1:25:44Speaker 5: People wanted the songs that made you who you are.
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: That's what people wanted from you.
- 1:25:48Speaker 6: At this point. They're not looking for you to release
- 1:25:49Speaker 6: new stuff, right.
- 1:25:50Speaker 9: Because nobody were disappointed than a fan who goes to
- 1:25:54Speaker 9: a concert and here's all new songs.
- 1:25:55Speaker 6: Especially when you go to an artist who's got a billion,
- 1:25:58Speaker 6: huge hit songs and it's like another new song.
- 1:26:01Speaker 7: I agree with you one thousand percent. But look who's
- 1:26:03Speaker 7: number one on the charts right now, Madonna. Yeah, but
- 1:26:08Speaker 7: it doesn't mean that doesn't mean it's good.
- 1:26:10Speaker 5: That's fair. Like when at some point do you just
- 1:26:13Speaker 5: like to somebody from you know, does Rick Rubin come
- 1:26:16Speaker 5: to you and say you need to stop now?
- 1:26:19Speaker 6: The charts work now is just because people are like, oh,
- 1:26:22Speaker 6: they check it out, It doesn't mean that they actually
- 1:26:24Speaker 6: like it. Doesn't mean it has any kind of staying power.
- 1:26:26Speaker 6: It doesn't mean it's going to be in there.
- 1:26:27Speaker 7: With material girl and last night, I was looking on
- 1:26:30Speaker 7: Billboard one hundred and what year is this is Madonna?
- 1:26:33Speaker 6: Number one and number four? Michael Jackson. It's because it's
- 1:26:37Speaker 6: no longer on streams. Yes, streaming.
- 1:26:39Speaker 5: It's not based on record sales and radio players, which
- 1:26:41Speaker 5: is highly or was I should say, highly influenced by
- 1:26:44Speaker 5: industry insiders.
- 1:26:45Speaker 8: And along those lines, would you, I hate it when
- 1:26:47Speaker 8: you go to like one of these legacy acts and
- 1:26:49Speaker 8: they either do a different version of their song where
- 1:26:52Speaker 8: they do some stupid drops. Oh yeah, I don't like that,
- 1:26:55Speaker 8: and I hate it, probably the only one who hates
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: it when they invite Oh, look at this twelve year
- 1:26:59Speaker 8: old you can drum, let's have him drum? No, I didn't.
- 1:27:05Speaker 5: This week, And it fully sets up the next clip.
- 1:27:07Speaker 5: Who di is this is a a an artist or
- 1:27:10Speaker 5: group you sure as hell know who has a new
- 1:27:13Speaker 5: song out in the past week or so is called
- 1:27:15Speaker 5: covered in you? That's Gregory Bonus points there's another major
- 1:27:25Speaker 5: musical artist featured in here. If you could figure out
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: who it is, it's not a hold on on the
- 1:27:35Speaker 5: level of long Stone, is it?
- 1:27:41Speaker 9: Is it Paul McCartney doing what singing?
- 1:27:44Speaker 5: You know, playing the BASSA I was just saying for
- 1:27:49Speaker 5: like another vocals or something.
- 1:27:51Speaker 8: This is their new album that Robert Smith is on
- 1:27:53Speaker 8: a track.
- 1:27:54Speaker 5: To dude, Robert Smith looks like a friggin corpse. I
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: saw video.
- 1:27:59Speaker 6: Look still sounds really good. Yeah, like if you close
- 1:28:02Speaker 6: your eye, just don't open your eyes, like but he
- 1:28:07Speaker 6: sat he sounds really good.
- 1:28:08Speaker 5: But I'm good.
- 1:28:09Speaker 17: God.
- 1:28:09Speaker 6: Remember Greg, you were talking about like, you know, you
- 1:28:11Speaker 6: know somebody who died, You wonder what they look like today.
- 1:28:14Speaker 5: They think died ten years ago.
- 1:28:15Speaker 8: They've been buried.
- 1:28:16Speaker 6: Like he looks like he died ten years ago and
- 1:28:19Speaker 6: someone dug him up and put him on stage.
- 1:28:22Speaker 8: Died ten years ago, yet gained a lot of weight.
- 1:28:24Speaker 6: Yeah, all the other gases and bloating the build up
- 1:28:26Speaker 6: in the body. There was an article I just saw
- 1:28:31Speaker 6: it said, uh uh, Mick Jagger talks, you know, talks
- 1:28:36Speaker 6: about getting old. But it was like, what do you mean,
- 1:28:39Speaker 6: what do you mean getting old?
- 1:28:40Speaker 8: Been old?
- 1:28:42Speaker 5: Guys? You go back to the nineties. They were making
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: jokes about retirement tours of the Rolling Stones forty years ago.
- 1:28:47Speaker 8: Oh yeah, and we talked about algorithms. I don't know
- 1:28:49Speaker 8: what's up with my algorithm?
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: It is.
- 1:28:52Speaker 8: Jagger?
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: Well, maybe because the clips like this. Here he is
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: he's telling a Conan O'Brien as he is doing the
- 1:28:57Speaker 5: rounds for promotion for this album about the worst piece
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: of advice he got from a terrible human being goes
- 1:29:03Speaker 5: by the name of John Lennon.
- 1:29:05Speaker 27: Remember John telling me, yeah, you know she never made
- 1:29:08Speaker 27: your heroes, I would never meet Elvis make if I
- 1:29:12Speaker 27: you he's fascinating it And.
- 1:29:14Speaker 8: So I didn't.
- 1:29:15Speaker 5: I took Jon's advice, yeah, which was really stupid, O
- 1:29:18Speaker 5: me man.
- 1:29:19Speaker 6: So he never met Wow, Mick Jagger never met Elvis.
- 1:29:22Speaker 5: That's weird because John Lennon, life and child abuser and
- 1:29:28Speaker 5: philanderer told him not to.
- 1:29:31Speaker 8: Well, apparently the reasoning behind that was John Lennon when
- 1:29:34Speaker 8: he flew to America the second they landed, the first
- 1:29:38Speaker 8: thing he said, I want to meet Elvis and they
- 1:29:40Speaker 8: arranged it, and I guess it wasn't a pleasant experience.
- 1:29:45Speaker 5: This week in audio, another example of who this give
- 1:29:48Speaker 5: a clue? A younger band, in this case new song
- 1:29:52Speaker 5: Rattle the Cage, Rattle the Cage.
- 1:29:54Speaker 8: Who is.
- 1:29:58Speaker 5: Death cab for cuting? I mean it sounds like metallic
- 1:30:04Speaker 5: You're right, it does.
- 1:30:04Speaker 6: But it's not.
- 1:30:05Speaker 5: It doesn't sound like Metallica.
- 1:30:07Speaker 6: I would say the sounds like static x right.
- 1:30:11Speaker 5: The vote these instrumentation does sound like some Metallica that
- 1:30:14Speaker 5: the vocals are wrong. Uh, it's kind of like it.
- 1:30:20Speaker 5: I kind of like it. Should like it what he.
- 1:30:23Speaker 8: Will love it. It's not disturbed nelp And you said
- 1:30:26Speaker 8: they're younger then the really stuff everyone who is it.
- 1:30:36Speaker 13: Raw?
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: So I don't hate it, I said, I don't hate it.
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: It's crowdier than he was in the nineties.
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: I like it.
- 1:30:45Speaker 5: Yeah, dude, Nickelback gets unjustified hate.
- 1:30:48Speaker 8: Absolutely they do.
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: It's cool to hate on it, you know, I get it.
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: We've all heard the jokes. But the jokes Nickelback sucks well, no.
- 1:30:58Speaker 6: Like they're they're the butt of like you know, like, yeah,
- 1:31:01Speaker 6: there's just a ton of the well they were the butt.
- 1:31:04Speaker 5: Rock is the genre for folks that know, it's the
- 1:31:05Speaker 5: it's the it's the like what Gene just kind of
- 1:31:09Speaker 5: mentioned there. The sound that's that's hard heavy metal, right
- 1:31:13Speaker 5: hard rock. But it's the growley affectation on the voice
- 1:31:16Speaker 5: that the growling through your through your lower vocal cords
- 1:31:21Speaker 5: is why they and other bands like it, like with
- 1:31:23Speaker 5: that affectation trying to sound hard.
- 1:31:26Speaker 8: Nickel was the butt of most jokes slash.
- 1:31:29Speaker 5: Of course Nickel.
- 1:31:33Speaker 8: Doesn't get that.
- 1:31:34Speaker 5: I mean he growls. He's thing that that that growls.
- 1:31:37Speaker 7: There's there's a lot of They found the origin of
- 1:31:40Speaker 7: why Nickelback got all the hate because, uh, some comedian
- 1:31:44Speaker 7: on Comedy Central like made a little bit of a
- 1:31:47Speaker 7: joke about it, and then they made that a promo
- 1:31:50Speaker 7: that played like one hundred thousand times on TV, which
- 1:31:53Speaker 7: put it out into the public.
- 1:31:56Speaker 6: Kind of spread around kind of yeah, poison poisoned the
- 1:31:59Speaker 6: well yeah.
- 1:32:00Speaker 8: True, Well the bank account is laughing at all of us.
- 1:32:03Speaker 5: Kid, they played the County Fair all right, Greg, one
- 1:32:06Speaker 5: more for you?
- 1:32:06Speaker 8: Who this? All right?
- 1:32:07Speaker 5: Who this?
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: Oh?
- 1:32:15Speaker 5: I know who it is?
- 1:32:17Speaker 17: I got it?
- 1:32:20Speaker 5: Adam Lambert.
- 1:32:21Speaker 4: Yes it is.
- 1:32:24Speaker 7: Like dude, we played Adam Lambert songs before on this station.
- 1:32:29Speaker 7: I'm not telling anybody who it was, and people liked it.
- 1:32:32Speaker 7: The second they find out is Adam Lambert.
- 1:32:34Speaker 5: They're like, oh, never mind, Okay, this is good.
- 1:32:37Speaker 6: But if I if I had a choice between a
- 1:32:39Speaker 6: song that sounds like this and a song that sounds
- 1:32:42Speaker 6: like this, I'm taking this.
- 1:32:45Speaker 7: I like.
- 1:32:46Speaker 8: But if I had to choose, I'm going at him.
- 1:32:49Speaker 5: I don't.
- 1:32:49Speaker 8: I don't hate Adam Lambert.
- 1:32:50Speaker 6: I could, and there are I like a lot of
- 1:32:52Speaker 6: different stuff I'm saying.
- 1:32:52Speaker 5: But if it came down to it, if I had
- 1:32:54Speaker 5: to choose one over the other, I would take this
- 1:32:56Speaker 5: all down. I could listen to more of Adam Labert
- 1:32:58Speaker 5: for longer than I could listen to that. Yeah, well,
- 1:33:01Speaker 5: you're just not as angry as a person. Disclosure. I
- 1:33:05Speaker 5: was mega into not nickel back, but heavy metal and
- 1:33:09Speaker 5: it was fifteen sixteen. Yeah, but you can only be
- 1:33:10Speaker 5: so angry for so long.
- 1:33:11Speaker 8: People.
- 1:33:12Speaker 5: It's not about being it. I like the energy of it.
- 1:33:14Speaker 5: I like, you know, like the rips, like the I
- 1:33:17Speaker 5: think all that stuff. This is good. Like this is
- 1:33:20Speaker 5: like I don't know, am I a spa.
- 1:33:21Speaker 8: It's a little gay, ye, which is odd because Adam
- 1:33:25Speaker 8: so is not.
- 1:33:27Speaker 6: I'm more of the weekend audio coming up next.
- 1:33:29Speaker 5: Second. So, a pair of.
- 1:33:34Speaker 8: Nuns in Brazil. All they didn't get along, they were
- 1:33:37Speaker 8: forced to work together. They ended up getting pretty close.
- 1:33:41Speaker 8: They both quit the convent, went lesbo for each other
- 1:33:45Speaker 8: and got married.
- 1:33:47Speaker 6: About clams back into the convent, fuzz bumping for Jesus,
- 1:33:53Speaker 6: I got it all right?
- 1:33:54Speaker 8: What is it bad habits.
- 1:33:56Speaker 6: All right, Welcome back and right back into the week.
- 1:34:03Speaker 5: In audio play, a very easy version of who's in
- 1:34:06Speaker 5: the wrong here. This is a woman who is in
- 1:34:09Speaker 5: a Jersey Mike's in the Baltimore area and she wants
- 1:34:13Speaker 5: a free birthday sandwich. You are entitled too, you are
- 1:34:18Speaker 5: if you are signed up on the app and the
- 1:34:20Speaker 5: blah blah blah blah blah. You like you have to
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: be like a you know, I have to have all
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: that stuff and then they'll send you a coupon via
- 1:34:24Speaker 5: the app. You can't just walk it, get it?
- 1:34:27Speaker 8: Yeah, forget well, I want to sandwich shop app.
- 1:34:31Speaker 5: This Reportedly, this lady's reply was not I get it,
- 1:34:35Speaker 5: I'm out whatever. She just demanded the sandwich.
- 1:34:37Speaker 6: Well, she is a baltimoren well as as she is
- 1:34:40Speaker 6: a Baltimore Onian. And as the these always happened. The
- 1:34:43Speaker 6: video picks up after something bad has happened. She claims
- 1:34:46Speaker 6: that the employee has told her basically the f off
- 1:34:50Speaker 6: and this is their end, and it goes.
- 1:34:53Speaker 19: Like this, get okay, yeah Jerseys, thank you, yeah, brocast
- 1:35:00Speaker 19: He's starting ten dollars because it's my birthday and I

- 1:35:06Speaker 5: I'm on his side.
- 1:35:09Speaker 8: They're both.

- 1:35:12Speaker 5: that when you're broke? Ass? Get the f on?
- 1:35:14Speaker 8: I love it.

- 1:35:21Speaker 6: You didn't pay for something and then didn't get it
- 1:35:24Speaker 6: or whatever. So you've paid the money and didn't get No,
- 1:35:26Speaker 6: you're asking for something for free.
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: That's your birthday. I guarantee his get the fl wasn't
- 1:35:31Speaker 5: response to oh, would you please make an exception for me?
- 1:35:35Speaker 5: You can tell that that's a man who's had enough. Yep.

- 1:35:46Speaker 8: Got the door? Come on right?
- 1:35:48Speaker 20: Not saying anything to you? And why do you lose
- 1:35:50Speaker 20: your job?
- 1:35:51Speaker 5: David bro Wait, the boyfriend's there.
- 1:35:53Speaker 9: He's probably an outside the door.
- 1:35:55Speaker 5: Apparently he will get it.
- 1:35:56Speaker 9: He doesn't want any part of this.
- 1:35:57Speaker 8: I get it.
- 1:35:57Speaker 6: If you guys ever fellas if you guys ever had
- 1:35:59Speaker 6: a a girlfriend, a girlfriend who their mouth is getting
- 1:36:03Speaker 6: them in trouble, and you know they expect you to
- 1:36:06Speaker 6: be able to back them up or end up handling
- 1:36:09Speaker 6: things physically if it becomes a problem. Man, I I
- 1:36:13Speaker 6: had this mouthy girlfriend at one point, real mouthy like that,
- 1:36:19Speaker 6: Oh yeah, because my wife knows when the shut up,
- 1:36:22Speaker 6: shell mouth off. Later, like when in the car, like
- 1:36:24Speaker 6: what was with that bitch in line at the grocery store? Meanwhile,
- 1:36:28Speaker 6: this X of mine, we'd be standing there in line,
- 1:36:31Speaker 6: right behind the person who she's mad at, and she'd
- 1:36:33Speaker 6: be like, well, apparently some big fat bitches don't know.
- 1:36:36Speaker 8: Bud. I'm like.
- 1:36:39Speaker 6: In the and the and yeah, and the boyfriend the
- 1:36:42Speaker 6: husband to be there, And finally I'm like I started
- 1:36:45Speaker 6: speaking up and go, hey, I'm not getting in a
- 1:36:48Speaker 6: fight for you when you're running your mouth. And I
- 1:36:51Speaker 6: said that out loud, like hey, whatever you start, you
- 1:36:53Speaker 6: will have to finish. Don't don't sign me up for
- 1:36:56Speaker 6: your war. I'm not interested in looking.
- 1:36:59Speaker 5: Guys. You gotta stop putting in these girls to teach.

- 1:37:20Speaker 20: the right one to play with a.
- 1:37:22Speaker 4: Whole lot.
- 1:37:30Speaker 5: Jersey mics.
- 1:37:30Speaker 8: I gotta say they're both kind of composed. They're not
- 1:37:33Speaker 8: freaking out.
- 1:37:34Speaker 5: Yeah, there's no one's fighting and throwing his son changing

- 1:37:48Speaker 9: very much. You don't go looking for fights in the
- 1:37:50Speaker 9: name of your own birthday.
- 1:37:55Speaker 7: To get a sandwich.
- 1:37:57Speaker 5: This week and audio Keith Hernandez, he's on s Y
- 1:38:00Speaker 5: and Why calling the Mets games and you got a
- 1:38:03Speaker 5: lot of time in a baseball game, and he just
- 1:38:07Speaker 5: goes off on how none of his kids are going
- 1:38:09Speaker 5: to give him like grandkids and how is one the
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: one kid that did isn't related to him?
- 1:38:14Speaker 6: I follow if you can follow this all right, Keith Hernandez.
- 1:38:16Speaker 8: Jesse, my oldest has two kids. She's my adoptive daughter.
- 1:38:21Speaker 8: So she's not in my line.
- 1:38:24Speaker 5: So my two in their forties, they're not going to
- 1:38:29Speaker 5: have kids. I won't go in to one of them.
- 1:38:32Speaker 8: That's not going to happen. Rig it's just fizzled up.
- 1:38:36Speaker 8: It just seems like a terrible waste.
- 1:38:39Speaker 9: Is he nuts?
- 1:38:40Speaker 5: Now he's joking, so he's got a lighthearted approach to it.
- 1:38:44Speaker 9: But what did he say about his adopted.
- 1:38:45Speaker 5: I know that it doesn't continue the blood line. And
- 1:38:48Speaker 5: he went on to say that, yes, he considers her
- 1:38:50Speaker 5: kids his grandkids bubbles. Yeah, but it's not it's not
- 1:38:55Speaker 5: the bloodline.
- 1:38:56Speaker 7: Is there's like a conversation you have when you're drunk.
- 1:38:58Speaker 5: Yeah, the pitch clock has quickened baseball games, there's still
- 1:39:04Speaker 5: a lot of downtime. Yeah, care Greg, Greg, you.
- 1:39:07Speaker 8: Have this problem. I have this problem.
- 1:39:09Speaker 5: You're the last.
- 1:39:10Speaker 8: I will be the very loud last unless said my
- 1:39:14Speaker 8: old age.
- 1:39:15Speaker 5: It's not gonna happen.
- 1:39:16Speaker 8: It's not gonna happen. It's over. It ends here.
- 1:39:19Speaker 5: There's no one last, the last stop on the gory
- 1:39:23Speaker 5: tra sorry world. You got plenty will be no more.
- 1:39:29Speaker 5: Have plenty of listeners that would have And I told
- 1:39:31Speaker 5: you get a half Caucasian, half half a Spanic woman.
- 1:39:34Speaker 5: So that so that like you being Caucasian and Mario
- 1:39:37Speaker 5: being Hispanic, the baby will be closer to so cute
- 1:39:41Speaker 5: exactly to.
- 1:39:42Speaker 8: Care for it. I know that's.
- 1:39:46Speaker 5: What if it's a girl. Do you want a girl, Gina,
- 1:39:48Speaker 5: I'll take a girl.
- 1:39:49Speaker 8: Okay?
- 1:39:50Speaker 5: This week and audio game? What is your original game? Actually,
- 1:39:53Speaker 5: no one else can do this. If they do, they
- 1:39:55Speaker 5: get sued like the Jersey Mix' lady how they OUI?
- 1:39:58Speaker 5: How do they out so late? Her name is Asha
- 1:40:00Speaker 5: Gilbert and she hurt herself doing this.
- 1:40:10Speaker 8: Sounds like water.
- 1:40:12Speaker 9: Yeah, he's gonna keep it going water. I think it's
- 1:40:15Speaker 9: like beads or something.
- 1:40:16Speaker 6: Yeah, it's also the sounds like a pipe walked through
- 1:40:25Speaker 6: a glass door, a.
- 1:40:26Speaker 9: Bunch of beads inside broke.
- 1:40:29Speaker 7: Yeah, she slipped and then try to grab something and
- 1:40:31Speaker 7: it broke.
- 1:40:32Speaker 5: No, I'm going she broke. She broke a pipe. And
- 1:40:35Speaker 5: now like you think it's water, correct, the winter is Gregory.
- 1:40:39Speaker 8: It is water.
- 1:40:40Speaker 9: Oh it doesn't sound like war because well you.
- 1:40:43Speaker 5: Can also see the title of the clip, greg Gory.
- 1:40:46Speaker 5: She was trying to pull dance in her living room,
- 1:40:48Speaker 5: which then it's one of the screw screw tight ones.
- 1:40:51Speaker 8: Okay, and she.
- 1:40:52Speaker 5: Has right there a sprinkler, you know, like the fire
- 1:40:55Speaker 5: apartment style ones that breaks her release and then when
- 1:40:58Speaker 5: the when the pole slips, it cracks right through that.
- 1:41:00Speaker 6: And god, oh yeah, I definitely got water from whatever
- 1:41:05Speaker 6: her name is. Tries pole dancing, that's what he named it.
- 1:41:07Speaker 5: The clip cheater cheaters.
- 1:41:11Speaker 8: A lot more than we have over.
- 1:41:13Speaker 5: Here, should say, still very popular amongst the other the
- 1:41:24Speaker 5: old female crowd. It is aerials as well. They love
- 1:41:29Speaker 5: the silks. They love climbing up.
- 1:41:32Speaker 7: At it too.
- 1:41:33Speaker 5: Yeah. Well, they're good at getting an Instagram photo. It
- 1:41:35Speaker 5: doesn't really do much for you. Well, there's the Week
- 1:41:37Speaker 5: in Audio Everybody.
- 1:41:41Speaker 6: Show, and we're into another hour here on this throwback Thursday,
- 1:41:48Speaker 6: Greg Miss Gina grad and ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.
- 1:41:53Speaker 5: It is the Pride of Pacoima.
- 1:41:55Speaker 6: He's the senior vice president of the managing partner of
- 1:41:57Speaker 6: Club Turn Up, El Presidente and the newest Nick Dame.
- 1:42:00Speaker 6: Atted to his very very cluttered business card.
- 1:42:03Speaker 5: So long, it's it's too tim everybody. Yeah, yeah, dude,
- 1:42:10Speaker 5: how are you.
- 1:42:11Speaker 7: Oh, I'm so good.
- 1:42:12Speaker 6: It's great to see It's always good to see you, guys.
- 1:42:15Speaker 6: I feel like it's been very busy and I haven't
- 1:42:17Speaker 6: had a lot of Tim time.
- 1:42:18Speaker 5: I know I felt that way too.
- 1:42:20Speaker 21: Yeah, And then and then correct that, and then it
- 1:42:22Speaker 21: hurt when you were like, I don't even know where
- 1:42:24Speaker 21: your office is.
- 1:42:25Speaker 5: I don't.
- 1:42:25Speaker 6: Wow, they made they made Tim move offices.
- 1:42:30Speaker 8: How many times have you moved offices?
- 1:42:32Speaker 23: Uh?
- 1:42:32Speaker 5: Six?
- 1:42:33Speaker 8: At least six times?
- 1:42:34Speaker 5: I actually did. Yeah, this last move, I was like,
- 1:42:36Speaker 5: how many times have I look at it?
- 1:42:38Speaker 8: When you were right by our ow? Yeah?
- 1:42:40Speaker 5: Remember when I was on the fifth floor.
- 1:42:42Speaker 6: In the twelve years that we've been here, he's moved
- 1:42:44Speaker 6: twelve times. Yeast, it seems it seems that way.
- 1:42:48Speaker 5: It seems that way.
- 1:42:48Speaker 6: Well, Tim, We have some questions from the people that
- 1:42:51Speaker 6: have been sending us the questions either on the text
- 1:42:54Speaker 6: over to two to nine eighty seven. Of course, we'll
- 1:42:56Speaker 6: get the feedback of the questions on email, email at
- 1:42:58Speaker 6: the Woodies Show dot com and a lot of people
- 1:43:00Speaker 6: in the comments and stuff when we post the videos
- 1:43:02Speaker 6: on our YouTube speaking which.
- 1:43:04Speaker 5: Have you gotten any any more feedback to share with us?
- 1:43:06Speaker 21: You know, first of all, I will say you are right,
- 1:43:08Speaker 21: A lot of people are really enjoying this segment, and
- 1:43:11Speaker 21: I appreciate all of you. Really, I think the only feedback,
- 1:43:15Speaker 21: like most of it all has been positive. Yeah, I
- 1:43:18Speaker 21: would love to revisit last week's about the work wife.
- 1:43:22Speaker 21: Oh yeah, I mean people are like, dude, you can't
- 1:43:26Speaker 21: even work wif Like people truly called me out on
- 1:43:29Speaker 21: like the word work wife, and you actually called it
- 1:43:31Speaker 21: out perfectly.
- 1:43:32Speaker 5: You hate how it's called work wife. The term gret
- 1:43:38Speaker 5: is like the word the term pop up.
- 1:43:39Speaker 8: I hate day.
- 1:43:41Speaker 5: There's a pop up this weekend, temporary, it's planned, it.
- 1:43:44Speaker 8: Didn't pop up.
- 1:43:45Speaker 5: So I mean to clear that up.
- 1:43:48Speaker 6: I mean there is a difference. They talked about work
- 1:43:51Speaker 6: wife and co worker. Just because someone's a co worker
- 1:43:53Speaker 6: who's a female, does that make them your work wife
- 1:43:56Speaker 6: you work closely on a project or like on the
- 1:43:59Speaker 6: like sammy my work wife and my.
- 1:44:01Speaker 8: Work wife better.
- 1:44:05Speaker 5: Co worker.
- 1:44:09Speaker 6: Implied your best Okay, I think No, I don't like
- 1:44:13Speaker 6: the way it was applied because the application is just
- 1:44:16Speaker 6: because someone is the opposite sex and you work with them,
- 1:44:20Speaker 6: that they are your work husband, your work wife. That
- 1:44:22Speaker 6: is not that is not the case the work wife.
- 1:44:25Speaker 6: I think the example was where we the text.
- 1:44:29Speaker 22: Yeah, they brought food, left person taking caretaking care, not
- 1:44:36Speaker 22: that you can't care about them as a person because oh,
- 1:44:39Speaker 22: yes you are friends with them or whatever.
- 1:44:40Speaker 6: That's different. I think there is a line. I agree,
- 1:44:43Speaker 6: I agree.
- 1:44:43Speaker 21: I think the other word is side piece also also true.
- 1:44:48Speaker 21: I mean, Greg, you know the way you said, what's
- 1:44:51Speaker 21: a better word? Like I like to call people who
- 1:44:54Speaker 21: I work with that close, like my right hand man,
- 1:44:57Speaker 21: my right girl, like nobody who is always next?
- 1:45:01Speaker 5: It's that because she uses her right hand on you
- 1:45:05Speaker 5: as she's really good at that sound.
- 1:45:09Speaker 9: I got an ambidexter as a girl.
- 1:45:12Speaker 6: Yeah, that chacks my south Paul right there. I bring
- 1:45:14Speaker 6: heck On days i'm feeling funky, I bring the south
- 1:45:16Speaker 6: Paul in.
- 1:45:17Speaker 8: You know I like that, Tim right hand?
- 1:45:21Speaker 5: Yeah for sure?
- 1:45:22Speaker 8: All right?
- 1:45:23Speaker 6: All right, so you ready to go this week's questions Jeff?
- 1:45:26Speaker 6: You have the questions there, Tim. First question is, all right, Tim,
- 1:45:32Speaker 6: tell the truth? Who is a better cook your mom
- 1:45:35Speaker 6: or your wife? Who is a better cook your mom
- 1:45:40Speaker 6: or your wife? And you have to tell the truth.
- 1:45:42Speaker 8: Easy.
- 1:45:43Speaker 5: I'm guessing the.
- 1:45:46Speaker 8: Uh all right, man?
- 1:45:52Speaker 5: Mark really stuck?
- 1:45:54Speaker 8: All right?
- 1:45:54Speaker 5: Everybody goy guesses.
- 1:45:57Speaker 6: Also, I think I think Tim is just gonna stick
- 1:45:59Speaker 6: with his mom. I think the wife understands. I think
- 1:46:03Speaker 6: the mom might take a little bit more offense. What
- 1:46:07Speaker 6: you base all your current opinions.
- 1:46:11Speaker 5: Now in my in my situation, neither one of them
- 1:46:16Speaker 5: would be offended.
- 1:46:18Speaker 6: Like my wife self admittedly is a terrible cook, and
- 1:46:21Speaker 6: she doesn't enjoy it is that she doesn't take any
- 1:46:23Speaker 6: pride in it. It's not a source of like anything
- 1:46:27Speaker 6: satisfaction for her at all. She would love it, she
- 1:46:30Speaker 6: never had to do it again, so she wouldn't be offended.
- 1:46:33Speaker 6: And my mom will be like, I know how to
- 1:46:35Speaker 6: make three things. You know, she's also a person doesn't
- 1:46:38Speaker 6: because she worked all the time and she didn't She
- 1:46:40Speaker 6: didn't really have any kind of interest in it either.
- 1:46:43Speaker 6: So I'm gonna no loose situations saying that. Now that said,
- 1:46:46Speaker 6: I will say my my mom is a better cook
- 1:46:49Speaker 6: because she makes more things from scratch on her own,
- 1:46:52Speaker 6: with her own recipe kind of stuff than my wife does.
- 1:46:55Speaker 6: My wife can assemble whatever you give her a recipe for,
- 1:46:58Speaker 6: but my mom has more like her chicken palm is
- 1:47:00Speaker 6: really good, you know, different things that she's a beef
- 1:47:03Speaker 6: strogan off, she does really well.
- 1:47:05Speaker 5: Different things like that. So I'm going mom For Tim's answer.
- 1:47:09Speaker 9: I think Tim knows who he's going home to, and
- 1:47:12Speaker 9: absolutely his.
- 1:47:12Speaker 14: Wife is better.
- 1:47:13Speaker 5: Okay, all right.
- 1:47:15Speaker 8: Also, I said, mom, just frame of reference, nostalgia, everything
- 1:47:20Speaker 8: you based today's opinions on. Oh, that's how mom used
- 1:47:23Speaker 8: to make.
- 1:47:23Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, menace, I'm going white.
- 1:47:26Speaker 7: We don't know if his mom was a good cook
- 1:47:28Speaker 7: or not. And then I mean, I'm sure it's like
- 1:47:31Speaker 7: really far removed from when he had his mom's cooking.
- 1:47:35Speaker 6: It just depends on I think it just depends on
- 1:47:37Speaker 6: who's going to be more offended. Yeah, all right, It's
- 1:47:42Speaker 6: not who's an actual better cook or not. I think
- 1:47:43Speaker 6: it's like, you know, who do you say? And that
- 1:47:46Speaker 6: in that situation, Sammy.
- 1:47:47Speaker 5: I also said, Mom, oh wait, hold on, the question
- 1:47:50Speaker 5: wasn't who's a better kisser?
- 1:47:54Speaker 13: Now what?
- 1:47:56Speaker 6: Yeah, we're not trying to guess who is better kicking?
- 1:47:59Speaker 11: No, I'm not getting Okay, I'm going with that. He's
- 1:48:03Speaker 11: gonna say his mom again because I think that was
- 1:48:08Speaker 11: his frame of reference. I think that his wife probably
- 1:48:10Speaker 11: is a very good cook, and maybe because of that,
- 1:48:13Speaker 11: it reminded him of his mom.
- 1:48:14Speaker 5: But I think his mom's the og. Okay.
- 1:48:16Speaker 6: Whenever I see Tim posting pictures of things that they're eating.
- 1:48:19Speaker 6: A lot of the times it's like outside grill stuff,
- 1:48:22Speaker 6: and that's that's Tim's domain.
- 1:48:24Speaker 5: That's Tim's domain.
- 1:48:25Speaker 6: Now, what's the reason behind that is because you can't
- 1:48:27Speaker 6: cook or she doesn't really like to cook it?
- 1:48:29Speaker 5: We don't know. We'll find out, Jeff.
- 1:48:30Speaker 16: G Tim is a very smart man, and if he's
- 1:48:33Speaker 16: smart in this situation, he will say his wife, his wife, yeah,
- 1:48:36Speaker 16: because he doesn't want to catch any heat when he
- 1:48:38Speaker 16: gets home.
- 1:48:38Speaker 5: I think I'm not. I don't even care who cooks better.
- 1:48:41Speaker 5: I care about your well being.
- 1:48:43Speaker 6: Let me ask you that question. Who's a better cook?
- 1:48:45Speaker 5: Your mom? Oh my mom? This isn't my segment, but
- 1:48:53Speaker 5: that's okay.
- 1:48:54Speaker 9: So the vere is split fifty to fifty.
- 1:48:56Speaker 5: It really is Tim. Here we are while I love
- 1:49:00Speaker 5: my mom and she is the og. I will say, dude,
- 1:49:05Speaker 5: my wife, she gets down?
- 1:49:08Speaker 6: Wife, Yeah, what's her what's her best what's her best dish?
- 1:49:11Speaker 5: I was afraid you were gonna ask that.
- 1:49:13Speaker 21: She's got a lot and she has learned so much
- 1:49:17Speaker 21: over the twenty five years we've been married. I'm gonna
- 1:49:21Speaker 21: say in LaaS with her Mexican rice is probably my favorite.
- 1:49:27Speaker 5: And also I wouldn't look the way I look.
- 1:49:29Speaker 21: If she was a bad cook. You know what I'm saying,
- 1:49:31Speaker 21: Like I eat really really well, really well.
- 1:49:35Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, keep cool.
- 1:49:39Speaker 6: You see those videos online where it's like, uh, you know,
- 1:49:42Speaker 6: some wife is like showing off how she gets up
- 1:49:44Speaker 6: super early before the sun comes up to get her
- 1:49:47Speaker 6: husband's lunch together, and she's like packing this like really
- 1:49:51Speaker 6: nice looking lunch.
- 1:49:52Speaker 5: I'm like, wow, oh yeah, absolutely, and then.
- 1:49:55Speaker 6: She's got the breakfast ready to go from where he
- 1:49:58Speaker 6: gets up, he puts it in his truck.
- 1:50:02Speaker 5: And then goes off to the work side or something like. Man,
- 1:50:04Speaker 5: that's a that's like something you only see in media
- 1:50:08Speaker 5: videos and movie movies.
- 1:50:11Speaker 9: That's not true, Is it your wife pack your lunch?
- 1:50:16Speaker 6: I will imagine my wife setting her alarm so she
- 1:50:19Speaker 6: can guys, you guys all know my wife, but your
- 1:50:24Speaker 6: hours also blow.
- 1:50:26Speaker 8: That's true.
- 1:50:26Speaker 5: So there's that.
- 1:50:26Speaker 21: But I will say Veronica does not pack me a lunch.
- 1:50:30Speaker 21: But she's a teacher, so she's off right now. For
- 1:50:33Speaker 21: two and a half months, she I will say, eighty
- 1:50:37Speaker 21: five percent of every day she.
- 1:50:39Speaker 8: Wakes up and makes breakfast, and she could she could
- 1:50:43Speaker 8: lay in bad. She is a great.
- 1:50:45Speaker 5: Sleeper that she could sleep for sure. Question number two
- 1:50:49Speaker 5: for t O Tim.
- 1:50:51Speaker 16: All right, the whole purpose of this segment is to
- 1:50:53Speaker 16: you know, cross cultures and learned right from other cultures.
- 1:50:56Speaker 16: So THEO Tim, what is something you are guaranteed to
- 1:50:59Speaker 16: find in a Mexican household?
- 1:51:01Speaker 8: All right?
- 1:51:02Speaker 16: So think about all the things that are in the
- 1:51:04Speaker 16: Mexican house in the within those four walls.
- 1:51:06Speaker 5: What is something you are guaranteed to find a couple
- 1:51:10Speaker 5: couple of things. The only one that comes to mind, mm,
- 1:51:16Speaker 5: I think it's Jesu.
- 1:51:16Speaker 8: It's so broad.
- 1:51:18Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, I got an answer.
- 1:51:23Speaker 6: Yeah, all right, Well I'll start while you're put Jesus statue,
- 1:51:27Speaker 6: just repping Jesus in some way, shape or form, whether
- 1:51:30Speaker 6: it's like I feel like every time I walk into
- 1:51:34Speaker 6: a Mexican household, there's some representation, whether it's a crucifix
- 1:51:38Speaker 6: on the wall, maybe it's the Jesus candle or you know,
- 1:51:40Speaker 6: something like that, it's rep in Christ in some way shape.
- 1:51:43Speaker 9: Yeah, I agree, I put painting of Jesus, painting of
- 1:51:49Speaker 9: Jesus Christ.
- 1:51:50Speaker 8: I was thinking along what you said was candle, but
- 1:51:52Speaker 8: candle Jesus candle but whatever? All right now.
- 1:51:55Speaker 7: Jesus does get a lot of shouts.
- 1:51:57Speaker 5: But I'm with my line.
- 1:52:00Speaker 6: Then, what what did you say recently? You said that
- 1:52:02Speaker 6: Jesus is hot or something like that, is.
- 1:52:04Speaker 7: Up up but in a Mexican household, you know who?
- 1:52:09Speaker 7: I see a lot more Guadaloupe and I cannot sell yep,
- 1:52:13Speaker 7: that's exactly loope all day.
- 1:52:15Speaker 5: Let's get the spelling right.
- 1:52:17Speaker 8: What do you put there? Not not to g A
- 1:52:21Speaker 8: U d a U y u p A.
- 1:52:28Speaker 5: Yeah, so there is there is you know, Jesus is
- 1:52:32Speaker 5: up in there, but up in there.
- 1:52:34Speaker 8: All right?
- 1:52:35Speaker 9: They put across so the lines.
- 1:52:37Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, Jeff g same as Menace the Vehican?
- 1:52:45Speaker 8: Y okay? What Tim?
- 1:52:48Speaker 5: Sorry? I mean I do have all of those answers,
- 1:52:51Speaker 5: but the one I went with, none of us are right.
- 1:52:53Speaker 5: I went with vix Vapo. Rah explained this to us.
- 1:53:02Speaker 21: Every time you're sick, uh, you gotta rub vix vapor
- 1:53:06Speaker 21: rub on your chest and magically you will feel better.
- 1:53:11Speaker 9: I did not know that.
- 1:53:12Speaker 21: I mean, it's in every household. Don't don't get me wrong,
- 1:53:15Speaker 21: but I'm just telling you, Like, every time I was sick,
- 1:53:18Speaker 21: it would be like, oh, you gotta rub victy. But
- 1:53:22Speaker 21: in true in true h Latino fashion. I also said
- 1:53:25Speaker 21: crucifix and akumari. I mean those are these are all
- 1:53:28Speaker 21: things that guaranteed are in Mexicano hostle for sure.
- 1:53:33Speaker 6: So my buddy, his in laws are like fresh out
- 1:53:37Speaker 6: the boat Russian, you know. And when the kids, his
- 1:53:40Speaker 6: kids were little, they would come over and if they
- 1:53:43Speaker 6: weren't feeling well, they would chop up onions and they
- 1:53:46Speaker 6: would rub vics on the bottoms of the kid's feet,
- 1:53:49Speaker 6: put onions in their socks, and then put the socks
- 1:53:52Speaker 6: on because the onions and the vix together helped draw
- 1:53:55Speaker 6: and there because I said, what is that about.
- 1:54:00Speaker 5: A minute? And the big put on a souk is
- 1:54:04Speaker 5: also big with Filipinos are the Latino agents.
- 1:54:10Speaker 6: It reminds me of like when Elmer Fudd would have
- 1:54:13Speaker 6: bugs Bunny in the pots, sprinkling onions and the kids
- 1:54:16Speaker 6: in the crib and there's sprinkling onions and stuff around
- 1:54:18Speaker 6: the crib and in the crib and in the socks
- 1:54:20Speaker 6: and everything else, like a you gotta prepare this kid.
- 1:54:23Speaker 5: Yeah, true. And when you have a stomachache, it's seven
- 1:54:26Speaker 5: up right, that's it. Those are all right, Well, there
- 1:54:32Speaker 5: you go. That is this week's round of t o Tim. Yeah,
- 1:54:35Speaker 5: oh yeah. If you have a question for a future.
- 1:54:37Speaker 6: Round, any question you think you like Tim the answer,
- 1:54:41Speaker 6: you can send us a text over to to to
- 1:54:42Speaker 6: ninety seven. You can email to us email at the

- 1:54:47Speaker 6: when we post the videos on our Instagram and YouTube.
- 1:54:49Speaker 13: Do it.
- 1:54:54Speaker 6: Up in the club Throwback Thursday. Back in the day,
- 1:54:57Speaker 6: Tim here was an actual club DJ. It'spenning all these songs.
- 1:55:00Speaker 6: So we figured, you know what, what a better person
- 1:55:01Speaker 6: who more qualified than Tim?
- 1:55:03Speaker 3: No one?
- 1:55:04Speaker 6: And this is one of the things that Tim and
- 1:55:05Speaker 6: I bonded over when we first started here and started
- 1:55:08Speaker 6: doing Throwback Thursday and playing these club tracks, is that
- 1:55:11Speaker 6: Tim and I would just sit there and brain summer
- 1:55:13Speaker 6: a bunch of I'm like, you.
- 1:55:14Speaker 5: Know what, I'm just gonna put you in charge this.
- 1:55:15Speaker 5: You know what it's coming out he's been doing. I
- 1:55:17Speaker 5: don't even know how many years it's been now it's
- 1:55:19Speaker 5: been actually, I don't even know that. I have no
- 1:55:22Speaker 5: idea a long time.
- 1:55:24Speaker 6: We can look back Greg Keels tracking, I'll get on it.
- 1:55:27Speaker 5: He does.
- 1:55:27Speaker 6: He has like an archive of every conversation we've ever had.
- 1:55:30Speaker 6: He could tell us what day and what time had happened?
- 1:55:32Speaker 6: Are you the Woody Show? Wikipedia?
- 1:55:34Speaker 8: Kind of? Yeah, kind of. I mean it's like maybe
- 1:55:38Speaker 8: one thing I might be good at.
- 1:55:41Speaker 5: I'm gonna look because he's the best note taker always. Wait, no,
- 1:55:45Speaker 5: he really does. He has.
- 1:55:46Speaker 6: He has like the notes from every conversation. When it happened,
- 1:55:50Speaker 6: What day?
- 1:55:51Speaker 5: What time?
- 1:55:51Speaker 8: Oh? Yeah, yeah, okay, so I think it's been if
- 1:55:55Speaker 8: my notes are correct. March of twenty seventeen.
- 1:55:58Speaker 6: Well, that sounds about right, Soge of twenty seventeen.
- 1:56:02Speaker 5: Yeah, what does it say in your not What did
- 1:56:03Speaker 5: your note say?
- 1:56:04Speaker 8: It just says up in the clurb out here brothers
- 1:56:07Speaker 8: boom boom boom.
- 1:56:09Speaker 5: Sound sounds about right?
- 1:56:13Speaker 4: Correct?
- 1:56:13Speaker 5: Does that sound right? I mean it sounds like something
- 1:56:16Speaker 5: I would say. The year sounds about right. Yeah, ninety.
- 1:56:20Speaker 8: Seventeen, nine years, Yeah, we were here.
- 1:56:22Speaker 5: We were here at that point three years, yes, yeah,
- 1:56:27Speaker 5: in here three years. Wait a minute, I know that's wild.
- 1:56:31Speaker 8: So I told you he's got every note. Oh and
- 1:56:33Speaker 8: on that first club day, Wait, what did I say?
- 1:56:36Speaker 8: I talked about going to Red Robin and having an
- 1:56:38Speaker 8: actual good experience.
- 1:56:46Speaker 5: That might be what that might be fun? You know,
- 1:56:48Speaker 5: every week, Greg like when Tim comes in whenever.
- 1:56:51Speaker 6: He came to get around him, you can tell him
- 1:56:52Speaker 6: what song he went with on that day, like he
- 1:56:55Speaker 6: menace likes this the day of history stuff.
- 1:56:57Speaker 5: And what we talked about on.
- 1:56:58Speaker 8: The show that day at eight fifty that morning talking
- 1:57:00Speaker 8: about Tupac all right, and it was Celine Dion's birthday
- 1:57:05Speaker 8: that day. Let's see.
- 1:57:09Speaker 5: Why do you have this information? Was the big thing
- 1:57:11Speaker 5: that we did, like on the show that day. Was
- 1:57:13Speaker 5: there like a like a cart narks or anything.
- 1:57:16Speaker 8: Like that, you know, something like that some celebrity death. Okay,
- 1:57:20Speaker 8: George Michael got buried? Oh okay, yeah, Oh we did
- 1:57:24Speaker 8: a round of oh really okay, GPS technology has given
- 1:57:29Speaker 8: us a worse sense of direction. Oh, let's see what
- 1:57:32Speaker 8: else did we talk about?
- 1:57:35Speaker 15: Oh?
- 1:57:35Speaker 8: One of our topics was who's the shadiest person you've
- 1:57:38Speaker 8: ever dated? Yeah? And then uh looked at the headlines
- 1:57:47Speaker 8: Eric Clapton's birthday.
- 1:57:48Speaker 5: Okay, red neck news. I'm sure it was in there.
- 1:57:51Speaker 8: Red neck news. Yeah. New Hampshire couple arguing loudly police come.
- 1:57:54Speaker 8: Boyfriend tries to hold off the cops by holding a
- 1:57:56Speaker 8: shotgun to them, while the girlfriend threatens to poop in
- 1:57:59Speaker 8: the cops. There you go.
- 1:58:02Speaker 5: I told you he was a good note. So has
- 1:58:04Speaker 5: anybody ever like question like you know how you go?
- 1:58:07Speaker 7: Like?
- 1:58:07Speaker 5: I never said that before.
- 1:58:08Speaker 8: I never said that. Greg's like, hold off, let me
- 1:58:11Speaker 8: let me look us up. If the keyword thing is working, Yeah,
- 1:58:13Speaker 8: we can find basically anyway.
- 1:58:15Speaker 5: Yeah, it's cool.
- 1:58:16Speaker 8: It's cool. So nine years, nine year, just over nine years, all.
- 1:58:21Speaker 5: Right, So we're we going up to the claib with
- 1:58:23Speaker 5: this week.
- 1:58:23Speaker 21: All right, we are going, I mean, actually, and if
- 1:58:26Speaker 21: my memory serves me correct, this is probably one of
- 1:58:29Speaker 21: the songs that would and I actually bonded to or with, okay,
- 1:58:33Speaker 21: made up to.
- 1:58:34Speaker 6: Yeah, I remember he laid me down and as he
- 1:58:38Speaker 6: was removing my clothes and this song came on.
- 1:58:41Speaker 5: So it's forever burned in our memories.
- 1:58:42Speaker 9: Yes, such a gentle lover.
- 1:58:44Speaker 8: Yes it is.
- 1:58:45Speaker 5: We're going nineteen ninety eight, Alice DJ better Off.
- 1:58:50Speaker 4: The lock showy.
- 1:58:57Speaker 8: D there it is.
- 1:59:01Speaker 5: Yeah, that's it. This is the right song.
- 1:59:05Speaker 6: We got it, Alice DJ better Off alone up in
- 1:59:09Speaker 6: the club. It's throwback Thursday. It's the Woodie Show. Sammy's
- 1:59:13Speaker 6: over there yawning. So so my guess is that she
- 1:59:17Speaker 6: doesn't know the song.
- 1:59:18Speaker 5: Oh wow, No, I think I do know.
- 1:59:22Speaker 9: Social media. This song is all over social media.
- 1:59:24Speaker 5: I think I'm observer.
- 1:59:26Speaker 15: I know.
- 1:59:26Speaker 11: But would this have been like a night at the
- 1:59:29Speaker 11: Roxbury or something?
- 1:59:30Speaker 3: Not?
- 1:59:31Speaker 5: I know it's not the manhere.
- 1:59:36Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 1:59:37Speaker 5: I've heard it.
- 1:59:37Speaker 20: I don't know.
- 1:59:38Speaker 5: Have you ever touched grass or that?
- 1:59:40Speaker 8: They say?
- 1:59:41Speaker 5: Right, that's that's what. Did you live in a ship?
- 1:59:44Speaker 5: I mean this part just right here, that's all you
- 1:59:47Speaker 5: need to hear.
- 1:59:48Speaker 7: Really, I know that.
- 1:59:49Speaker 5: Yeah, I've heard this from a night at the Roxberry. Yeah,
- 1:59:54Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:59:55Speaker 6: I was looked over there and like she looks like
- 1:59:58Speaker 6: a bear that just came out of hibernation.
- 2:00:01Speaker 5: Stretch.
- 2:00:02Speaker 18: What are we doing?
- 2:00:04Speaker 5: Menaces?

- 2:00:31Speaker 5: Some people will say that it is cyber sucks because
- 2:00:35Speaker 5: it's for his cyber trust.
- 2:00:36Speaker 6: I don't know how exes pronounced, but yes, cybersex. Well no,
- 2:00:39Speaker 6: but they got to get creative when you get to
- 2:00:41Speaker 6: these license plates, you know what I mean, I gotta

- 2:02:04Speaker 5: Grandma getting naughty.
- 2:02:06Speaker 13: I don't think a woman that lives in a senior
- 2:02:09Speaker 13: community that's going to be seventy seven years old next month,
- 2:02:14Speaker 13: we'll be driving around with what this plate has to say.
- 2:02:17Speaker 13: I can handle it. If I get a few honks
- 2:02:20Speaker 13: here and there, actually being over seventy, I might like

- 2:02:47Speaker 5: how to get around it. Yeah, and it's really like
- 2:02:50Speaker 5: they'll say, put the letter the number four in for
- 2:02:53Speaker 5: the A. It doesn't look right.
- 2:02:54Speaker 8: Yeah, it's yeah, losing the whole.
- 2:02:58Speaker 5: I want it to be like instantly when you see it. Yeah,
- 2:03:01Speaker 5: you don't even want to you don't want to stop

- 2:03:38Speaker 5: illusion colder je cybersex, which was pretty sweet.
- 2:03:45Speaker 8: That's pretty hot.

- 2:03:48Speaker 5: of the other because I was coming back to my
- 2:03:50Speaker 5: ruler truck, and I saw a group of like young
- 2:03:52Speaker 5: adults gathered around young adults.
- 2:03:55Speaker 9: What does that mean?
- 2:03:55Speaker 5: Like twenties? There was a girl involved.
- 2:03:58Speaker 8: Yep, thank you, just throw throw herself at you.

- 2:04:12Speaker 5: But I like the spirit of it.
- 2:04:14Speaker 9: I think I think me and Jeff might be honest.
- 2:04:15Speaker 6: Something good luck like fifty bucks people, that's fun eight
- 2:04:20Speaker 6: seven seven forty four. You can send us a text

- 2:04:26Speaker 6: waist down? You hear these stories all the time about
- 2:04:29Speaker 6: these like old person communities, and there's like an outbreak
- 2:04:32Speaker 6: of you know what it is, it's just riddled genre.
- 2:04:35Speaker 6: I mean, no one's getting pregnant, but they're getting the Yeah,
- 2:04:40Speaker 6: they're getting crabs and all the other stuff, all the other,

- 2:04:47Speaker 5: of those what were we talking about? Something?
- 2:04:50Speaker 6: I remember being like a younger man, like a teenager,
- 2:04:54Speaker 6: and thinking to myself like, I don't know, because you
- 2:04:57Speaker 6: see like people's moms, and then you know, you go,
- 2:05:00Speaker 6: I don't know, how does how does his dad even

- 2:05:12Speaker 6: and now yeah washed.
- 2:05:13Speaker 5: And but now you get it.
- 2:05:14Speaker 6: Oh yeah, so I think now because you see like
- 2:05:17Speaker 6: old people, like people who look like, you know, like
- 2:05:20Speaker 6: what you would think. There's some people are like you
- 2:05:22Speaker 6: can't believe their grandparents, Like wow, you're you're a grandparent.
- 2:05:25Speaker 6: But then you see other people You're like, I'm tired, right,
- 2:05:28Speaker 6: flossy dicky type of old people, and you can't imagine,
- 2:05:33Speaker 6: like ever being attracted to somebody who looks like that.
- 2:05:37Speaker 6: But then I'm sure you get to that point. You know,
- 2:05:39Speaker 6: you're seventy some years old, they're seventy some years old.
- 2:05:42Speaker 6: Assuming that the rod still works, You're.

- 2:06:11Speaker 3: Old like you are.
- 2:06:13Speaker 5: I don't know, I think. I mean, that's obviously that
- 2:06:15Speaker 5: is true to an extent, but they're you know, fourteen
- 2:06:17Speaker 5: year olds and sixty four year olds both find twenty
- 2:06:20Speaker 5: seven year old Sidney Sweeney just fine, Yeah, you don't
- 2:06:23Speaker 5: think it. Examples go back to Sidney Sweeney. For him,
