- 0:05Speaker 1: Hear us live. I don't know what's going on, y'all
- 0:12Speaker 1: know sometime this this I can't control all things, but
- 0:17Speaker 1: I can control what I can control. Again again, I
- 0:22Speaker 1: won't be re recording this one though, y'all. I promise
- 0:24Speaker 1: you I won't be re recording this one. If you're
- 0:27Speaker 1: catching it on TikTok, you got it on TikTok. Otherwise
- 0:30Speaker 1: I'm sorry, sorry, but not sure what was going on,
- 0:34Speaker 1: but it was apparently muted. Y'all. Don't miss the whole
- 0:39Speaker 1: thirty minute of that part of that show, So maybe
- 0:41Speaker 1: y'all can catch the last thirty minutes. That's all I
- 0:44Speaker 1: can say. So, Hello, Cornell, how are you tonight? Man?
- 0:51Speaker 1: My club?
- 0:53Speaker 2: You know, you know, you know, give them a shout out.
- 0:57Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying, and you know icknowledged and made.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Me so.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Thank you very much, my father that you do well.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I appreciate it. It's it's look, I'm just doing what
- 1:11Speaker 1: I feel that God has laid on my spirit and
- 1:13Speaker 1: in my heart to do. And he gave me an outlet,
- 1:17Speaker 1: he gave me these these platforms, and I'm just trying
- 1:21Speaker 1: to be that change that I desire to see in
- 1:23Speaker 1: this work you know, I can't sit by and see
- 1:27Speaker 1: things happening and do nothing or say anything about it.
- 1:31Speaker 1: You know that that's just like a hypocrite. So I
- 1:33Speaker 1: cannot be a hypocrite and see these things going on
- 1:37Speaker 1: and do nothing about it. No, it's just like I
- 1:40Speaker 1: just can't do it. You know, when when you when
- 1:44Speaker 1: you're passionate about something, you believe in something, you you
- 1:47Speaker 1: you you give it your all. You do what you
- 1:48Speaker 1: can to make things happen. So that's what I do.
- 1:51Speaker 1: When I get out for here, I'm I'm going straight
- 1:54Speaker 1: into a pray call. So I'll be going into a
- 1:57Speaker 1: pray call at nine o'clock. I got to jump off
- 1:59Speaker 1: the pray call early because I have a nine to
- 2:01Speaker 1: thirty show that I gotta go do. See when when
- 2:04Speaker 1: you be about God's business and I don't, I hardly
- 2:08Speaker 1: ever get tired, you know, because I don't operate on
- 2:11Speaker 1: my energy. I operate on the energy than the power
- 2:15Speaker 1: that He placed in me. That breath, I exactly that
- 2:18Speaker 1: breath that he breathed in me. But I've been talking
- 2:21Speaker 1: for the last thirty minutes. Those over here on twitch,
- 2:25Speaker 1: I mean over here on TikTok have heard me talking
- 2:27Speaker 1: for the last thirty minutes. So you're here, so please,
- 2:32Speaker 1: I want you to share a little bit of what
- 2:36Speaker 1: you would like to share on tonight. I was just
- 2:39Speaker 1: sharing with them that you were one of the individuals
- 2:41Speaker 1: that is in the process of transitioning home. Cornell is
- 2:47Speaker 1: in the program. He has less than twenty days today,
- 2:54Speaker 1: it is twenty days before he will complete this program,
- 2:58Speaker 1: and then they have twenty one days to release him.
- 3:04Speaker 1: So within the next forty one days, he should be
- 3:09Speaker 1: a free man. He should be on this side of
- 3:13Speaker 1: those walls, and y'all won't have to just hear him
- 3:18Speaker 1: on the podcast. Y'all will be able to see him
- 3:20Speaker 1: on the podcast. He'll be able to jump join Chanette
- 3:24Speaker 1: in the studio and they'll be able to do what
- 3:26Speaker 1: they're doing. I'm excited because he is someone that plans
- 3:32Speaker 1: to be out in the field. He plans to be
- 3:35Speaker 1: out on these these these these courthouse steps. His work
- 3:41Speaker 1: does not stop. It just begun, y'all. It is going
- 3:45Speaker 1: to just be be beginning because now it amplifies what
- 3:49Speaker 1: he is doing is gonna be amplified because now he's
- 3:53Speaker 1: gonna be a free man. He's gonna be able to
- 3:55Speaker 1: walk up to these people, and he's gonna be able
- 3:57Speaker 1: to have conversations with them, and he's gonna be able to,
- 4:00Speaker 1: you know, to get some things straight, to get some
- 4:04Speaker 1: things right. So Cornell, I'm gonna move on out the way.
- 4:07Speaker 1: The floor's yours to share and to do as you
- 4:11Speaker 1: please on tonight.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Well, yes, ma'am, Thank you very much, ma'am. You know
- 4:16Speaker 2: saying that, man, you know, I want to, you know,
- 4:18Speaker 2: go back and start off where I found that a
- 4:22Speaker 2: man can be wrongfully convicted of a crime they did
- 4:25Speaker 2: not commit. And you know, I've been in a lot
- 4:27Speaker 2: of prison since nineteen seventy eight, man, okay, And you
- 4:31Speaker 2: know I was guilty of my clients back then. But
- 4:34Speaker 2: then in nineteen ninety one, I came to prison and
- 4:37Speaker 2: my next door neighbor he was telling me that he
- 4:39Speaker 2: was innocent, and I was like, there's no innocent people
- 4:42Speaker 2: in prison. He said, man, I'm innocent. I did not
- 4:45Speaker 2: commit my client. It's a ray case. He said, Man,
- 4:47Speaker 2: I didn't do it. I'll say, well, show me you
- 4:49Speaker 2: didn't do it. And he showed me a time card
- 4:52Speaker 2: and the time card said eleven thirty pm. I'm here
- 4:55Speaker 2: up to him, and that's the time that he was
- 4:57Speaker 2: at work. Well, he showed me a police force saying
- 5:00Speaker 2: eleven thirty something to him, so he couldn't have been
- 5:03Speaker 2: two places at the same time. Well, as I got
- 5:06Speaker 2: deep into this guy's case, ma'am, I come to realize
- 5:09Speaker 2: that this man was actually innocent, and that he had
- 5:12Speaker 2: had a sixty year sentince and he was in prison
- 5:15Speaker 2: already serving fourteen years then, and it really touched me
- 5:19Speaker 2: to know that people can be wrongly convicted of the
- 5:22Speaker 2: crime they can did not commit. But it was hard
- 5:25Speaker 2: trying to find help for anybody to get involved. The
- 5:28Speaker 2: America seventy his Union, the NWAEC, all these affricatique groups
- 5:33Speaker 2: who claimed to help people like us, Well, they shut
- 5:36Speaker 2: the doors on my base, but I never stopped. In
- 5:39Speaker 2: nineteen and two thousand, matter of fact, they came out
- 5:42Speaker 2: with the DNA long So what I did to help
- 5:44Speaker 2: this guy follow a DNA motion to see if I
- 5:47Speaker 2: could get this man a new trial. Well, they granted
- 5:51Speaker 2: the motion and gave him a DNA testing, and come
- 5:55Speaker 2: to find out, the man was actually innocent of the
- 5:57Speaker 2: crime that he said he didn't commit. So this opened
- 6:00Speaker 2: the door for a lot of guys to be able
- 6:02Speaker 2: to come in and try to prove it the innocence
- 6:05Speaker 2: because DNA is ninety nine point ninety nine percent, which
- 6:09Speaker 2: means that you did not commit acquired Well, is there
- 6:13Speaker 2: any other way that you can prove that you're actually
- 6:15Speaker 2: innocent without DNA? Well? Ell, Since that time, ma'am, it
- 6:19Speaker 2: has been discovered that our system is packed with corruption, robbery, dain't, babortism,
- 6:25Speaker 2: double billing, evident SI and corrupt this this this is bad.
- 6:31Speaker 2: But how do we fix that? So now the question
- 6:34Speaker 2: is this what is wrong with our criminal justice system?
- 6:37Speaker 2: And how do we say who's responsible predicting these problems
- 6:42Speaker 2: that we have? Because we have way too many innocent
- 6:45Speaker 2: people in prison who don't have nowhere of the turn
- 6:48Speaker 2: for help. Our governments are not even acknowledging these people
- 6:53Speaker 2: in Dallas, Texas. Dallas is the number one city in
- 6:57Speaker 2: the state of Texas that has the most wawful convictions.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Then you got Houston, then you got San Anton, then
- 7:03Speaker 2: you got all these other counties. Well, people have been
- 7:05Speaker 2: wrong to convicted and over the course of crimes they
- 7:09Speaker 2: didn't admit. But now then you got the Texas law parties. Well,
- 7:14Speaker 2: innocent people are being convicted for a crime somebody else
- 7:17Speaker 2: committed being sentenced to capital to life sentences and happen
- 7:21Speaker 2: to do forty years from sixteen all the way to
- 7:25Speaker 2: forty years without the possibility of growth. So how is
- 7:29Speaker 2: this possible that an innocent person who was just accidentally
- 7:33Speaker 2: across the street and get charged with a capital money
- 7:36Speaker 2: cap and didn't have nothing to do with it? Under
- 7:38Speaker 2: the Texas law party, Well, now we got the three
- 7:41Speaker 2: striketh laws. We got all these laws and plates that
- 7:44Speaker 2: the government has placed upon us to be convicted for
- 7:47Speaker 2: these crimes. But these crimes are not being proven beyond
- 7:50Speaker 2: reasonable doubt. Indutlets are being falsified a restaurance, people are
- 7:55Speaker 2: being arresident without it being arrestident based upon the probable costs, see,
- 8:00Speaker 2: because it's the only way that a person could be
- 8:02Speaker 2: held accountable for a client. But we got people sitting
- 8:06Speaker 2: in jails right now whose crimes are no good because
- 8:09Speaker 2: that was never no probable costs. But who's to say
- 8:12Speaker 2: the government is not gonna ten it on itself. Then
- 8:15Speaker 2: we got a paint bargaining process for kids are feeding
- 8:18Speaker 2: guilty every date for crimes wasn't no evidence are presented
- 8:22Speaker 2: it to prove that they even actually committed the client.
- 8:26Speaker 2: All they're doing is scan these kids into accept them
- 8:29Speaker 2: twenty years, thirty years, forty years, and fifty years for
- 8:33Speaker 2: crimes that were never proven. So see, our system is
- 8:36Speaker 2: basically called up with a bunch of corruption and we
- 8:41Speaker 2: need to fix this. We need advocacy groups to come
- 8:44Speaker 2: in and get involved. Until what's wrong? Would I come
- 8:46Speaker 2: on justice system? Our parole for a system is broken
- 8:50Speaker 2: people now here is that gonna put the program? And
- 8:53Speaker 2: they still here five six, seven months later after making parole.
- 8:58Speaker 2: This is sad. So I would like to hope that
- 9:00Speaker 2: people that's listening to this podcast tonight get involved, find
- 9:04Speaker 2: out what's going on with your kids. If they tell
- 9:07Speaker 2: you my mom Alison look into the case looking to
- 9:10Speaker 2: it the competency kids and I get being given competency
- 9:16Speaker 2: here as the designment. It's whether they're even competent or
- 9:18Speaker 2: nothing even go to courdostine guilty. But who's to say,
- 9:22Speaker 2: ain't nobody getting involved? This is why we got a
- 9:24Speaker 2: broken system. As of right now, I've been seven of
- 9:28Speaker 2: thirty four or thirty five years in prison for a
- 9:30Speaker 2: crime that the state made me guilty for. They falsified
- 9:35Speaker 2: the ballistic evidence in this case and put a diet
- 9:38Speaker 2: on a piece of paper for the marker and said
- 9:41Speaker 2: that that was a full of slub. And I've been
- 9:43Speaker 2: there thirty five years. I talk on and baby, So
- 9:56Speaker 2: now my fight will never stop because I will always
- 10:00Speaker 2: bank or what's right. I've helped a lot of people
- 10:02Speaker 2: get out of prison and they wanted nothing. Come and welcome.
- 10:05Speaker 2: You can't get yourself out of prison. Well, because I'm
- 10:07Speaker 2: a political prisoner, I'm the one who's gonna stand up
- 10:10Speaker 2: on the forefront and bank for your freedom as well
- 10:12Speaker 2: as my own. So I'll never stop. I will never
- 10:15Speaker 2: get scared of what they might do to me and
- 10:18Speaker 2: when they might do it, so I would always be here.
- 10:21Speaker 2: So right now I have a part of Let's Talk
- 10:23Speaker 2: About It with my call hosts and that Johnson, and
- 10:26Speaker 2: we will always be here willing and opening the doors
- 10:29Speaker 2: to whoever got a story to tell and who's ever
- 10:32Speaker 2: willing to come and convince their naces and let us,
- 10:35Speaker 2: you know, get the public to review your information. So
- 10:39Speaker 2: if you ever listening to this podcast, please come and
- 10:42Speaker 2: join us on Let's talk about It, And thank you
- 10:45Speaker 2: list and for allowing me this opportunity to come on and.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Wow within that Texas that TDCJ system. Boy, it's not over.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Trust and believe it's not over. I keep telling them,
- 11:12Speaker 1: if they need a consultant, I'm here. You know, I'm
- 11:16Speaker 1: willing to sit down and talk to Brian Collier, who
- 11:20Speaker 1: over oversees the TDCJ. My teacher seems to feel like
- 11:27Speaker 1: the information that I provided in that project qualifies me
- 11:32Speaker 1: to consult them. Evidently there was something within those projects
- 11:38Speaker 1: that td CJ needs, because if my teacher can say that,
- 11:45Speaker 1: that's definitely a need. I got all my points for
- 11:49Speaker 1: that paper, for that project. I got all my points.
- 11:53Speaker 1: I was concerned because I was like, Okay, this is
- 11:57Speaker 1: really not a business. But then when I took it
- 12:00Speaker 1: to them and I presented it to them, yes it is.
- 12:01Speaker 1: It's a business. They have stakeholders, that they have a
- 12:05Speaker 1: border directors. They run just like a business. They take money,
- 12:08Speaker 1: and they are a business. He accepted my project and
- 12:11Speaker 1: I went to work. I went to work finding out
- 12:14Speaker 1: about TDCJ, finding out how they operate, finding out their
- 12:17Speaker 1: their structure, finding out the different things, finding out some
- 12:20Speaker 1: of their stakeholders and whenever you mentioned stakeholders to any
- 12:27Speaker 1: of them, people inside any of those letters. They jump.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Huh they jumped. You want to know. That's how they
- 12:33Speaker 1: came over there to Dominius because I said, let me
- 12:37Speaker 1: contact some stakeholders and see what the stakeholders would say
- 12:40Speaker 1: about that million dollars that was distributed over there, that
- 12:43Speaker 1: was given to them, that was granted to them. I see,
- 12:49Speaker 1: y'all got all kind of y'all. See, y'all got some
- 12:52Speaker 1: running water. Yall showers working. Now y'all can use the talk.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Hm.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Shit hurt fifty eight people to one shower. So you
- 13:14Speaker 1: are intentional about the things that you do, you will,
- 13:22Speaker 1: but when you have make it the same thing. Detected
- 13:36Speaker 1: filter comments they posted posted in the comments I mean,
- 13:46Speaker 1: huh what they always say? It's outside of which are
- 14:02Speaker 1: comments being posted. TikTok, I am post. I can't control
- 14:11Speaker 1: what people post and what people say, but if you can,
- 14:14Speaker 1: please watch your comments. Watch it. They don't flag. They
- 14:18Speaker 1: don't flag the comments. They said community flat comments detected.
- 14:24Speaker 1: So be mindful of what you're posting in the comments section,
- 14:28Speaker 1: if you would, because they these people are something else.
- 14:33Speaker 1: If you hadn't noticed, one of our accounts has already
- 14:41Speaker 1: been flagged. So we definitely have to be mindful of
- 14:46Speaker 1: the things that we're saying, because these people are particular.
- 14:51Speaker 1: They don't like for you to talk about things that
- 14:55Speaker 1: are harmful to others. But the stuff that I see
- 14:58Speaker 1: on some of these sites, and the stuff that that
- 15:00Speaker 1: I hear from some of these people, it is because
- 15:07Speaker 1: how can one group of people say all of this stuff,
- 15:10Speaker 1: But then when one group of people say something is
- 15:12Speaker 1: a problem, it is always a problem. Like y'all always
- 15:17Speaker 1: wanted to shut up us brown people. But guess what,
- 15:20Speaker 1: you can't keep me quiet because I don't have to
- 15:22Speaker 1: be on these platforms to get my message out that
- 15:25Speaker 1: it's gonna get out regardless, because I am who I am,
- 15:29Speaker 1: and I won't stop. If we got to go stand
- 15:32Speaker 1: on the corner and walk up and down the streets
- 15:35Speaker 1: and say what we need to say, then that's what
- 15:37Speaker 1: we'll do. That's that's called freedom of speech. We have that.
- 15:41Speaker 1: But all these social media sites want to limit and
- 15:44Speaker 1: want to tell us what we can and what we
- 15:47Speaker 1: can't say, how we can say it, and all of that.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Like they that everything around this this little country now
- 15:55Speaker 1: is becoming like a dictatorship, like it's coming down from
- 15:58Speaker 1: the leader and it's fallowing on the people they want
- 16:03Speaker 1: to it's something else. But now, what are you number
- 16:14Speaker 1: forty seven saying that all those that are in that
- 16:18Speaker 1: are incarcerated, those that happened that, he talking about deploying them,
- 16:28Speaker 1: talking about sending them over to to to the war. Huh,
- 16:31Speaker 1: what what are your thoughts on that? And not only that,
- 16:34Speaker 1: what are your thoughts on him saying that the juveniles. No,
- 16:39Speaker 1: he didn't just just say the adults. He talking about
- 16:41Speaker 1: those that got juvenile charges too. If you had a
- 16:44Speaker 1: juvenile sentence, if you were even sentenced, asked a juvenile,
- 16:47Speaker 1: you know, being a juvenile detention or whatever between eighteen
- 16:51Speaker 1: I think it's eighteen and twenty five. Man, the man
- 16:54Speaker 1: signed an executive order? What you think about that? And
- 16:58Speaker 1: he said, girls in As for the juveniles, what are
- 17:04Speaker 1: your thoughts on that?
- 17:06Speaker 2: Okay, ma'am you know what See now see look at
- 17:09Speaker 2: what's going on everybody else's business here now when they're
- 17:16Speaker 2: realizing that here they're here, we done locked up all
- 17:18Speaker 2: the good men, the good fighting man, healthy men, and
- 17:21Speaker 2: now here it is we possibly the fella fe of
- 17:24Speaker 2: civil war. So now what he's trying to do is
- 17:27Speaker 2: use his bible man to come back in this your
- 17:29Speaker 2: executive orders now to try to reach out because we
- 17:32Speaker 2: are now what they sell a ward of the state
- 17:35Speaker 2: and voluntary subtruth on the slavery that now we can
- 17:39Speaker 2: be used for free to go and fight a war
- 17:44Speaker 2: for free, and it doesn't matter. Our age started from
- 17:47Speaker 2: what you say, sixteen seventeen.
- 17:49Speaker 1: No, fifteen, it said fIF I think he said fifteen
- 17:52Speaker 1: to twenty five for the for the juveniles if you
- 17:56Speaker 1: have a juvenile case. Not only that he changed, they
- 18:02Speaker 1: have also changed the child labor guidelines. So now these
- 18:08Speaker 1: young these young babies barely can can can count to ten.
- 18:13Speaker 1: The more they multiplication, they division know how to write
- 18:16Speaker 1: and curses. These these babies don't know how they gonna
- 18:19Speaker 1: be out here trying to work jobs if they don't
- 18:22Speaker 1: want to go to school. Because eventually what's gonna happen
- 18:24Speaker 1: is if these parents what he's trying, what they're trying
- 18:26Speaker 1: to do, is to get all these vouchers so these
- 18:28Speaker 1: people can send their kids to these private schools, they
- 18:30Speaker 1: can send them to all these other things. So you know,
- 18:34Speaker 1: they don't sign the executive order putting the discipline back
- 18:38Speaker 1: into school. So now these folks can touch on your children.
- 18:40Speaker 1: They these brown and these black and brown parents is
- 18:44Speaker 1: not gonna have that. You ain't finna be touching on
- 18:46Speaker 1: their children. That was the reason why they took it
- 18:50Speaker 1: out of control with the discipline. But now they're saying
- 18:53Speaker 1: that the children are out of control and that they
- 18:56Speaker 1: don't want to listen to. Well, when you got all
- 18:58Speaker 1: these as his people children and trying to have charge over,
- 19:07Speaker 1: you're gonna get some backlash. They wanted to suspend the
- 19:10Speaker 1: child because he told the teacher her breath state, but
- 19:15Speaker 1: her breath state. If you look at her teeth, her
- 19:17Speaker 1: teeth look like her breath state. So they told her
- 19:22Speaker 1: her breath state, and they wanted to expel the child,
- 19:25Speaker 1: wanted to put the school the child out for the
- 19:27Speaker 1: rest of the year. But this is this is what
- 19:34Speaker 1: they're doing. This, this is this is this is all
- 19:37Speaker 1: of the stuff that they're doing. They eventually going to
- 19:40Speaker 1: if your child, if you don't want your child going
- 19:42Speaker 1: to a one of these institutions that they gonna have
- 19:46Speaker 1: set up, and you don't want them to go to
- 19:47Speaker 1: one of these schools, then they they gonna they're gonna
- 19:51Speaker 1: have to go to work. And that's why he said
- 19:54Speaker 1: the child, ye like y'all better, Like y'all need to
- 19:57Speaker 1: go look at re reread all the y'all that read
- 20:00Speaker 1: that that that that project twenty twenty five, y'all need
- 20:04Speaker 1: to go back and reread it, read it again. All
- 20:08Speaker 1: y'all that voted for him. I need y'all to go
- 20:09Speaker 1: back and read it again and and and tell me
- 20:13Speaker 1: what part of that did you not see that you
- 20:15Speaker 1: thought that he wasn't gonna do. Because everything that he
- 20:19Speaker 1: that he told y'all he was gonna do, he has
- 20:22Speaker 1: done it. So like we can't be mad. We can't
- 20:27Speaker 1: be mad because everybody that voted for and then all
- 20:31Speaker 1: those that did not vote you are to blame too.
- 20:35Speaker 1: You are to blame too. But either way, we was
- 20:37Speaker 1: gonna be screwed. So a lot of people are saying
- 20:41Speaker 1: they rather be screwed this way than to be screwed
- 20:44Speaker 1: the way that we were gonna be screwed by Camilla
- 20:48Speaker 1: because you know, they had a problem with her. Number
- 20:51Speaker 1: one two things they had a problem with, And y'all
- 20:54Speaker 1: know what those two things were, the fact that she
- 20:56Speaker 1: was she was not a male, and then the fact
- 20:59Speaker 1: that she was of not their their their their origin origin,
- 21:05Speaker 1: that there was not she was not one of them,
- 21:08Speaker 1: so that was a problem that that was a problem
- 21:12Speaker 1: for them, So they definitely did not want her there.
- 21:16Speaker 1: And then a lot of them thought that all she
- 21:18Speaker 1: about to start letting all these these these foreigners in.
- 21:21Speaker 1: She gonna open it up and it's gonna be all
- 21:23Speaker 1: kinds of of immigrants in. But we was gonna be
- 21:27Speaker 1: running over running with immigrants, and that's what they didn't
- 21:29Speaker 1: want because they felt like we had too many of
- 21:31Speaker 1: THEMM now. But a lot of this stuff that they
- 21:38Speaker 1: complained about, they probably upun themselves because nobody tell y'all
- 21:43Speaker 1: to be giving out all that money to these people
- 21:46Speaker 1: when they come over here. When you got people over
- 21:47Speaker 1: here that's going through stuff way worse than that. You
- 21:49Speaker 1: got homeless people living in tents up under these bridges,
- 21:52Speaker 1: all in these major cities. You talk about, all these
- 21:57Speaker 1: major cities. But yet we can, we can spend bigons
- 22:02Speaker 1: of dollars sending condoms and sending all kind of unnecessary
- 22:07Speaker 1: stuff to different places. But this is what our government
- 22:11Speaker 1: has done, and this is what our government is doing.
- 22:16Speaker 1: So y'all better stay prayer for If you're not a
- 22:19Speaker 1: part of a prayer group, you're not a part of
- 22:22Speaker 1: a prath circle. You need to join one. You need
- 22:24Speaker 1: to get on you need to be on your knees,
- 22:27Speaker 1: and you need to be praying because y'all we in trouble.
- 22:36Speaker 1: We're in trouble and it ain't gonna get no better,
- 22:41Speaker 1: no time soon. So y'all better find your prayer group,
- 22:44Speaker 1: and you better get on your knees. You better find
- 22:48Speaker 1: your prayer life, and you better learn how to utilize it.
- 22:53Speaker 1: But mister Cornell, again, I want to thank you for
- 22:55Speaker 1: stopping by and sharing with us. I'm I'm elighted, I'm elated,
- 23:02Speaker 1: and I'm excited. Cannot wait them forty one days. I'm
- 23:06Speaker 1: counting them down, cannot wait to see you on this
- 23:09Speaker 1: side of that prison cell. And I'm excited. I'm excited
- 23:14Speaker 1: for you. I know that you have a lot that
- 23:17Speaker 1: you you you you're ready to dive into and to
- 23:20Speaker 1: get going. What what's gonna be one of the first
- 23:22Speaker 1: things you do when you hit that done, ma'am.
- 23:25Speaker 2: The first thing I'm gonna do when I hit that though, ma'am,
- 23:27Speaker 2: is gonna give me something good to eat. They gonna
- 23:30Speaker 2: give me something good to wear and be able to
- 23:32Speaker 2: take a walk on solid ground. Now and enjoy me
- 23:35Speaker 2: some fresh hair. And immediately after that, ma'am, I am
- 23:39Speaker 2: going to be boots on the ground to establish a
- 23:42Speaker 2: twenty twenty six Texas tool for nothing but the truth.
- 23:47Speaker 2: We're gonna fix the Texas priminal justice system, and we're
- 23:50Speaker 2: gonna fix it by calling everybody out, the actual innocence
- 23:55Speaker 2: people that gonna reeves, the state represented, the sentences, the governors,
- 24:00Speaker 2: these Africans. We're gonna call everybody out. So let's talk
- 24:03Speaker 2: about it. We will be in the building and we're
- 24:06Speaker 2: gonna do exactly what we'll call to do. So, mister
- 24:09Speaker 2: Senior Johnson, thank you very much, ma'am for having me
- 24:12Speaker 2: a point. God let's talk about the show man, because
- 24:15Speaker 2: we're going to do exactly what we'll call to do,
- 24:18Speaker 2: advocate for justice, for truth, for accountability for these things.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Thank you very much, ma'm for being passionate about what
- 24:27Speaker 2: you do. And I honored you, ma'am. I honored you, miss,
- 24:30Speaker 2: miss miss Smith. I honored y'all for what y'all do.
- 24:32Speaker 2: I'm glad to be a part of what y'all done
- 24:35Speaker 2: because I've learned how to be a voice. I'm not
- 24:38Speaker 2: scared no more so. We are intill to them. We
- 24:43Speaker 2: don't have to be any the street. Come. We have
- 24:49Speaker 2: righte anys and these issues affect us every day. We
- 24:58Speaker 2: are going go sleep at the Capital lift come and
- 25:03Speaker 2: get me. Guess what I'm gonna have.
- 25:04Speaker 1: In my hand.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I'm gonna have everything that's what's wrong when I come
- 25:08Speaker 2: up justice system in my hands. That's why i'ma have
- 25:11Speaker 2: and we're gonna have to fix it and I want
- 25:13Speaker 2: to address this. So thank you very much, ma'am for
- 25:16Speaker 2: having me on your shoulder night, ma'am. And I'm always available,
- 25:19Speaker 2: ma'am whenever you need me. Ma'am Milad, I gotta say
- 25:20Speaker 2: I appreciate you and thank you too, mentioning that Johnson,
- 25:23Speaker 2: ma'am for allowing me to be a part of let's
- 25:26Speaker 2: talk about it, because if we can't sharing together for something,
- 25:30Speaker 2: we stand alone for nothing. So thank you very much,
- 25:33Speaker 2: ma'am for having me on your sholf.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Well again, I thank you for coming on. I thank
- 25:38Speaker 1: you for all that you do. Even in the midst
- 25:41Speaker 1: of him going through he found time to pour into
- 25:45Speaker 1: others to help other people with their case. And nothing
- 25:49Speaker 1: that nobody told me, something that I witnessed for myself.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Then individual will call me to thank Cornell in myself
- 25:58Speaker 1: because I helped Cornell with this guy's well, I didn't
- 26:01Speaker 1: help them, I just I was the middle person in
- 26:04Speaker 1: trying to make sure that things got to the person
- 26:07Speaker 1: that they needed to get to. But he was able
- 26:09Speaker 1: to help this guy get back into court. Nothing that
- 26:11Speaker 1: nobody told me, something I witnessed for myself. But the
- 26:14Speaker 1: guy's back in court, he's getting his case heard again.
- 26:18Speaker 1: They have discovered some new stuff that could possibly set
- 26:21Speaker 1: this man free. Not only that Cornell was able to
- 26:24Speaker 1: help someone that had money stole from them, taken from
- 26:28Speaker 1: them because a judge, a lawyer simply did not do
- 26:31Speaker 1: his job, did not represent him, did not do what
- 26:34Speaker 1: he was supposed to do, and took twenty thousand dollars
- 26:37Speaker 1: from him. Cornell was able to get that man his
- 26:40Speaker 1: twenty thousand dollars back. Nothing that nobody told me, something
- 26:44Speaker 1: that I witnessed for myself. Got the evidence because the
- 26:47Speaker 1: family purchased five hundred dollars worth of T shirts that
- 26:51Speaker 1: we were doing a fundraiser firm. So you tell me,
- 26:55Speaker 1: where there's a will, there's a way, and if you
- 26:57Speaker 1: want to do the work, you can do the work.
- 26:59Speaker 1: So if you got somebody that's incarcerated, they wrongfully incarcerated,
- 27:02Speaker 1: overly incarcerated, and you know that there is some loopholes,
- 27:06Speaker 1: there's something that could possibly set them free. I'm telling
- 27:09Speaker 1: you reach out to Cornell, reach out to Channette, reach
- 27:11Speaker 1: out to myself, and let them look at the case.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Let them look at and see how they can address
- 27:18Speaker 1: the case. Because they can. They can show you how
- 27:22Speaker 1: you can. Tap in. Y'all. We help makes one to
- 27:25Speaker 1: another and we are the change that we desire to
- 27:28Speaker 1: see over here on the Crew podcast, we will not
- 27:32Speaker 1: be moved. So I thank you guys for tuning in again.

- 28:34Speaker 1: on the network. He's gonna be one of the hosts.

- 28:40Speaker 1: employ you guys to come check him out here first
- 28:44Speaker 1: and third Monday, every first and third Monday. Of course,

- 29:57Speaker 1: ready to jump on this prack call. I got one
- 29:59Speaker 1: minute to get over there, but I got to jump
