- 2:36Speaker 1: but girl, I don't care.
- 2:38Speaker 3: I'm just like, why do we have to take so
- 2:39Speaker 3: many fucking RV trips?
- 2:41Speaker 2: Where are we.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Vagati all of these polygamies, only to never visit them
- 2:46Speaker 1: again or hear about them except for in the news
- 2:49Speaker 1: when they get a divorce or commit some sort of
- 2:52Speaker 1: domestic violence. Oh.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Actually though, like in this episode, we meet the Colliers
- 2:56Speaker 3: and they're a polygamist trio and they end kept getting divorced,
- 3:01Speaker 3: so like, who cares?
- 3:02Speaker 1: I don't care care, Why do we care?
- 3:05Speaker 3: Nobody cares? That's our takeaway the end.
- 3:08Speaker 1: That's it. All right, let's get into the recap. Season eight,
- 3:11Speaker 1: episode three, Yes.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Entuttled courting another wife, which is just rage bait because.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Nobody's courting another wife except the Colliers. They're not really
- 3:21Speaker 1: doing that though, and they never married a third.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Wife, so well, I mean, who would marry those in
- 3:26Speaker 3: bread and mister Collier really he sounded like sling blade.
- 3:32Speaker 2: I don't even know who that is. Oh I'm not old.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Wow, unnecessary catching strays? You bear watches them? Girl, I
- 3:43Speaker 1: don't know. I'm thinking about it though.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Anyway, go on, all right, So we start off at
- 3:49Speaker 3: the r V park in Montana. It was their last
- 3:52Speaker 3: stop that we left on last week last episode.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Snoring.
- 4:00Speaker 3: But this was pretty juicy because if you remember from
- 4:04Speaker 3: last week, Christine and Cody were at each other's fucking throats.
- 4:08Speaker 3: I mean, Christine's pissed off at Cody, Cody is pissed
- 4:11Speaker 3: off Christine, and the tension is high. I think Cody
- 4:16Speaker 3: or Janelle calls it psychic tension. Like everybody can feel it,
- 4:20Speaker 3: everybody can sense it. It's not like Christine is making it
- 4:24Speaker 3: like a secret. I mean she's making it known that
- 4:26Speaker 3: she's fucking pissed off at Cody. And so we're at
- 4:29Speaker 3: the RV park, we have a little family meeting, we
- 4:31Speaker 3: have a family prayer, and then Cody's like, after we're
- 4:34Speaker 3: done praying, I need to talk to Christine privately.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Yeah, And so then he does.
- 4:38Speaker 3: He pulls her over to the next picnic table and
- 4:42Speaker 3: he kind of basically tells her, Hey, you're kind of crazy.
- 4:46Speaker 3: You're PMS in. I don't know what it is, but
- 4:49Speaker 3: your female hormones are out of whack and you're Nutso.
- 4:54Speaker 1: That's just what every woman wants is to have her
- 4:57Speaker 1: biology man splained to her by an uneducated, knitwi like
- 5:02Speaker 1: Cody fucking Brown. Shut your lion hormouth, Cody Brown.
- 5:07Speaker 3: And it's like, as women, I understand, our hormones can
- 5:12Speaker 3: make us a little irrational sometimes, like that is a
- 5:14Speaker 3: real thing, But that doesn't negate the feelings behind those
- 5:19Speaker 3: hormones sometimes, and it doesn't like it's not an excuse,
- 5:22Speaker 3: so Cody is using it as well. I've been dealing
- 5:25Speaker 3: with your crazy bitch ass for the last five years,
- 5:28Speaker 3: so it must be your hormones. It must be your PMS,
- 5:32Speaker 3: because you know you're a pubescent girl going through PMS
- 5:36Speaker 3: in your forties, so you need to get that shit
- 5:39Speaker 3: checked out because I can't deal with it anymore, Christine.
- 5:43Speaker 1: And it's ruining the Mormon vibe in the RV, bitch,
- 5:48Speaker 1: And she's like, why don't you stop right there? Like
- 5:51Speaker 1: everything you're saying is annoying me. I know everything I'm
- 5:54Speaker 1: saying is annoying you, So let's just agree to disagree
- 5:58Speaker 1: and drop it. But when we have that cute little
- 6:01Speaker 1: interstitial with they think Mary and Robin on the couch
- 6:04Speaker 1: and Mary's like, well, if you don't want people to
- 6:06Speaker 1: be mad at you, then don't be a big old bitch, Christine.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I know Mary, you ain't shit pot calling the kettle,
- 6:15Speaker 1: that's what it was. I was like, Mary, shut the
- 6:16Speaker 1: fuck up, and let's not forget it was Janelle's ass
- 6:20Speaker 1: who instigated this entire thing, when she was the one
- 6:24Speaker 1: who suggested they go and visit that ain't shit ken
- 6:29Speaker 1: somewhere in Wyoming or whatever and go boating with him,
- 6:32Speaker 1: Like Janelle, you didn't need to do that, especially when
- 6:34Speaker 1: you knew that Christine didn't like Ken. Yeah, but you
- 6:38Speaker 1: were stirring that pot. You were doing Cody's bidding like
- 6:42Speaker 1: you often do.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Yep, exactly. Now I'm starting to think, Janelle ain't shit.
- 6:47Speaker 3: None of these women really are shit. Been thinking that,
- 6:49Speaker 3: I mean for real. So Christine ultimately acquiesces and then
- 6:54Speaker 3: in her interstitial and her talking head, she's like, you know,
- 6:58Speaker 3: Cody's not a misogynist talking about apians, because I think
- 7:03Speaker 3: he's right. I have been pmsing quite a lot lately,
- 7:06Speaker 3: and you know, I do think that that's contributing to
- 7:09Speaker 3: my issues with him, and so he's not a misogynists.
- 7:12Speaker 3: He's telling me this out of care and out of
- 7:14Speaker 3: love for.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Me, okay for the abusive narc in the family. And
- 7:20Speaker 1: I also just have to bring up, like a broken
- 7:23Speaker 1: record that in her most recent book, Christine Brown says
- 7:27Speaker 1: that she was actually going through perimenopause at this time,
- 7:30Speaker 1: so it's not even PMS. She ultimately went to her doctor,
- 7:34Speaker 1: who diagnosed her as perimenopausal slashed heading into menopause, and
- 7:38Speaker 1: promptly put her on some HRT. Yeah, so she was
- 7:41Speaker 1: going to get some supplemental hormones, which she never mentions
- 7:45Speaker 1: to any of us in the show or on social media. Instead,
- 7:49Speaker 1: she moves on to join another fucked up Mormon MLM,
- 7:52Speaker 1: Plexus and starts shilling the pink drink to cure women
- 7:56Speaker 1: who have perimenopause. I just hate her though.
- 7:59Speaker 2: For that.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I will die hating her for that, and I will
- 8:03Speaker 1: never stop reminding people that she was taking HRT bioidentical
- 8:07Speaker 1: or regular synthetic HRT while trying to sell Plexus to
- 8:11Speaker 1: women who were actually suffering.
- 8:12Speaker 3: So okay, like, seriously, give fuck. And like, my whole
- 8:16Speaker 3: issue with this is that we're using this as an
- 8:19Speaker 3: excuse for Christine's very real and valid feelings of Ken,
- 8:23Speaker 3: and also the whole situation with Cody and Robin and
- 8:26Speaker 3: how he is constantly favoring Robin, He's spending all of
- 8:30Speaker 3: his time with her, he is neglecting the rest of
- 8:32Speaker 3: his fucking family so he can go bang out her
- 8:34Speaker 3: break dancing pussy. Like, we're going to forget about all
- 8:38Speaker 3: of that and we're just going to blanket it with
- 8:41Speaker 3: Christine's hormonal and Christine's crazy like that shit pisses me
- 8:44Speaker 3: off because underneath it there's some real issues going on.
- 8:48Speaker 2: But like, Okay, and we could.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Have a sophisticated conversation about whether PMS makes you crazy
- 8:54Speaker 1: or whether PMS gives you clarity right no, and allows
- 8:57Speaker 1: you to react to shit that's actually in your owner
- 9:00Speaker 1: jetic field, which Christine is obviously doing. But she can't
- 9:03Speaker 1: win for nothing exactly, so we just drop it.
- 9:07Speaker 3: I guess, I guess. And so then we head over
- 9:09Speaker 3: to the Collier's house. And where are they at. They're
- 9:12Speaker 3: in Montana. They're on a bunch of land and everything.
- 9:15Speaker 3: They live in a manufactured home or whatever. It seems
- 9:18Speaker 3: too small for all of the people that are over
- 9:21Speaker 3: there right now, with all of the Browns and all
- 9:23Speaker 3: their children and people all.
- 9:25Speaker 1: The girl that chick had a Habsburg jaw. Listen, she
- 9:29Speaker 1: had a Habsburg jaw.
- 9:32Speaker 3: So we meet the Colliers. We have Nathan, we have Christine,
- 9:35Speaker 3: and then we also have Vicki and Nathan the stud
- 9:40Speaker 3: apparently of this family. Okay managed to bag Vicky and
- 9:46Speaker 3: Christine nearly at the same time. He met I think
- 9:50Speaker 3: Vicki in nineteen ninety nine and then met Christine like
- 9:53Speaker 3: a week or two later and ended up dating both
- 9:57Speaker 3: of them, fucking both of them. He married Vicky and
- 10:00Speaker 3: then had a spiritual marriage with Christine, and they've all
- 10:03Speaker 3: kind of been inseparable.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Since that's not how that happened. So let me just
- 10:08Speaker 1: come in here and clean up the timeline for you,
- 10:10Speaker 1: because it happened.
- 10:11Speaker 2: No, it's time.
- 10:12Speaker 1: They broke up. Yeah, Christine, Yes, after they got back together,
- 10:16Speaker 1: they did their spiritual marriage, but like at some point
- 10:19Speaker 1: they were living proximate to each other while he was
- 10:21Speaker 1: married to VICKI and dating Christine.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Yeah, they lived in separate houses.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Christine was like, I can't do this. This is deviant
- 10:29Speaker 1: and this is trashy behavior. And so I'm gonna go
- 10:31Speaker 1: marry some other dude, have a mess of kids, and
- 10:33Speaker 1: then seven years later, I'm gonna come back because they
- 10:35Speaker 1: just can't stop thinking about your God.
- 10:37Speaker 2: She had kids.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I felt my bosom was burning about it and I
- 10:41Speaker 1: needed to come back to Nathan. And so she comes back.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Then they have their spiritual marriage and ultimately divorce a
- 10:48Speaker 1: few years later.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Blah blah were degenerates blah blah, and Nathan, I guess
- 10:54Speaker 3: was a practicing LDS Mormon, and so were Vicky and
- 10:58Speaker 3: Christine alleged, and so when they all decided to finally
- 11:03Speaker 3: be a happy polygamoist degenerate family together, they were still
- 11:06Speaker 3: going to the LDS Mormon church and they didn't like
- 11:11Speaker 3: tell everybody that they were polygamists, but everybody knew that
- 11:14Speaker 3: they were polygamists, and so then the church found out
- 11:17Speaker 3: that they were a bunch of degenerates. And then Nathan
- 11:21Speaker 3: had to appear in what he calls Mormon church court.
- 11:25Speaker 2: And I actually.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Asked, wilding out. Mormons are wilding out? They got their
- 11:31Speaker 1: own church court.
- 11:32Speaker 3: I know. Well, I had to ask my former Mormon
- 11:34Speaker 3: friend Ethel about that, because I'm like, is there really
- 11:37Speaker 3: a church court and She's like, no, it's not really
- 11:39Speaker 3: like a church court with a lawyer and everything. It's
- 11:42Speaker 3: a Mormon disciplinary council. Like sounds worse, but again, disciplinary council.
- 11:50Speaker 3: They basically said, Nathan, you're breaking the rules cause you're
- 11:53Speaker 3: fucking to many women. At once. Were a monogamous culture,
- 11:57Speaker 3: We're a monogamous faith. You're a degenerate. And Nathan's like, no,
- 12:01Speaker 3: how can I choose I love both of these women
- 12:04Speaker 3: the same time? How can I choose between one or
- 12:07Speaker 3: the other and the Mormons were like, well, you're gonna
- 12:09Speaker 3: have to if you want to be a part of
- 12:10Speaker 3: our church. And since you're not gonna choose, we're kicking
- 12:13Speaker 3: you out.
- 12:14Speaker 1: X com unicado X can bite.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Like John Wick, Yeah, you gotta go on, And so
- 12:21Speaker 3: he got kicked out, which is pretty funny.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Yes, And I just like love listening to these men
- 12:25Speaker 1: explain how polygamy is such a divine calling and it's
- 12:30Speaker 1: perfectly natural and bitch, it's in the Bible and stuff.
- 12:33Speaker 1: David and Solomon they had so many wives that means
- 12:36Speaker 1: I get to fuck everybody I want to. And then
- 12:39Speaker 1: I'm like, well, what about the women though? How come
- 12:41Speaker 1: the women can't go out and have multiple partners only men?
- 12:46Speaker 1: And they just do these mental gymnastics to just pretend
- 12:51Speaker 1: that they're moral and just meanwhile they're perverts who are
- 12:55Speaker 1: taking advantage of women and exploiting children.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's wrong. It is wrong.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Well, and like, it also is kind of stupid that
- 13:03Speaker 3: the Mormon Church is like, no, polygamy is bad when
- 13:06Speaker 3: the founder of the Mormon Church was a polygamist and
- 13:10Speaker 3: then they like, you know, after the church was formed
- 13:14Speaker 3: and they had their own state and everything. They wanted
- 13:17Speaker 3: to join the Union with the United States. Like then
- 13:20Speaker 3: they're like, no, polygamy is bad, and now we have
- 13:22Speaker 3: to denounce it and we have to kick out all
- 13:24Speaker 3: of these polygamists.
- 13:25Speaker 2: But that's like how was founded. I don't know whatever.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Who am I? I'm just a bitch and a wig.
- 13:34Speaker 3: And so after dinner in the Collier's really small, cramped
- 13:38Speaker 3: up house, then we go on to like the next
- 13:42Speaker 3: day or whatever, and we go to their piece of
- 13:44Speaker 3: land that they own that's separate from where they live.
- 13:48Speaker 3: And apparently the Colliers have this piece of land similar
- 13:51Speaker 3: to like how the Browns had the flag Staff parcels
- 13:55Speaker 3: they wanted to build, you know, their big family home
- 13:57Speaker 3: out there. The Colliers want to build like a uplex
- 14:00Speaker 3: out on this piece of land, but for now it's undeveloped,
- 14:04Speaker 3: and they're gonna go ride ATVs. And we have, you know,
- 14:08Speaker 3: all of the Brown kids riding ATVs. The Colliers in
- 14:11Speaker 3: bread kids. I shouldn't say.
- 14:14Speaker 1: That, say it, no, don't, don't edit that out.
- 14:17Speaker 2: I was gonna edit it out.
- 14:18Speaker 1: But okay, if mama's inbread, if mama's showing up to
- 14:21Speaker 1: the dance with the Habsburg jaw trust and believe her
- 14:24Speaker 1: kids are inbred too. Yeah, God bless, no offense, God bless.
- 14:27Speaker 1: I mean nothing personal by that at all.
- 14:29Speaker 3: So everybody is riding ATVs and then we have Dayton
- 14:34Speaker 3: d E and Robin worried because Dayton had an ATV
- 14:39Speaker 3: accident just a year or two prior, and obviously he
- 14:43Speaker 3: had surgery and stuff and he's better now, but like
- 14:46Speaker 3: he's nervous about getting on an ATV. And then we
- 14:48Speaker 3: had this whole scene where Robin's like, yeah's got her
- 14:54Speaker 3: perform motherhood, yes, because she cares about her kids so much.
- 14:58Speaker 3: And then ultimately it's a whole fuck nothing burger because
- 15:01Speaker 3: then Dayton goes on the ATV going two miles an
- 15:03Speaker 3: hour and everything is fine, and.
- 15:05Speaker 1: He wears a helmet, I know, which begs the question,
- 15:08Speaker 1: why weren't you wearing a helmet when you had your
- 15:11Speaker 1: injury on the original ATV where you were being shop
- 15:14Speaker 1: around and supervised by Cody Brown? Yeah, why isn't he
- 15:17Speaker 1: making his children wear helmets? I don't know, just questions
- 15:21Speaker 1: that I ask myself sometimes.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Yeah, And so after we're done writing ATVs, then we
- 15:26Speaker 3: go back inside to the call of your family home
- 15:28Speaker 3: and we have Nathan Collier showing Cody Brown his extensive
- 15:33Speaker 3: gun collection, because we have to talk about how manly
- 15:37Speaker 3: Cody Brown is and how he loves guns, and how
- 15:39Speaker 3: Nathan loves guns, which nothing wrong with guns, but I
- 15:43Speaker 3: don't know why we need to like show it off.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Well, if you are a gun person, if you are
- 15:49Speaker 1: married to a gun guy like me, yeah, the last
- 15:53Speaker 1: thing they actually want to do is show you all
- 15:56Speaker 1: their guns.
- 15:56Speaker 3: I know, I thought that was so weird.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I was like, what are we doing? This is like
- 15:59Speaker 1: actually antithetical to most gun owners. Yeah, they keep that
- 16:03Speaker 1: shit under lock and key and it's their business only.
- 16:06Speaker 1: But Cody wants to be proximate at all times to
- 16:10Speaker 1: any flash of masculinity. So let's pull out your guns
- 16:13Speaker 1: and pretend I'm a real man.
- 16:15Speaker 3: It kind of felt like a dick measuring contest to me,
- 16:18Speaker 3: Like it just felt like, look, I'm a big dick man.
- 16:21Speaker 3: I got all these guns, I got all these guns saved.
- 16:23Speaker 3: I'm like, okay, nobody cares Nathan Collier. But while they're
- 16:27Speaker 3: in there masturbating.
- 16:29Speaker 1: To their u truly masturbating with rifles with rifles.
- 16:34Speaker 3: We have this conversation about Nathan Collier potentially courting a
- 16:39Speaker 3: third wife who just so happens to be one of
- 16:43Speaker 3: his wife's best friends, longtime friends.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Just be swingers, so convenient, Just be swingers. Put a
- 16:49Speaker 1: pineapple in your front yard and call it good, honey.
- 16:52Speaker 2: Nope, for real.
- 16:54Speaker 3: And then we have an obligatory conversation with the callers
- 16:57Speaker 3: about how you know it's not about sex. Of course,
- 17:00Speaker 3: this arrangement is out of love and faith and God stuff.
- 17:06Speaker 3: It's not about sex. Actually, you know, I'm forty five.
- 17:10Speaker 3: I'm forty five. I could use a little less sex.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, okay, whatever?
- 17:14Speaker 1: Do predatory so gross? And I love Mormons. I really
- 17:19Speaker 1: actually Mormons are great.
- 17:20Speaker 2: They're fine.
- 17:21Speaker 1: It's fine. It's not that I just hate this kind
- 17:23Speaker 1: of polygamous, terrible fundamental sic masculinity Mormonism.
- 17:28Speaker 3: Yes, And then while we're talking about that, then Cody
- 17:31Speaker 3: shifts the conversation into about how Robin told him that
- 17:37Speaker 3: she doesn't want him to court another wife. She doesn't
- 17:40Speaker 3: want a fifth wife because Robin was so traumatized about
- 17:44Speaker 3: when she came into the family as the fourth wife,
- 17:46Speaker 3: because it.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Was sore, it was so terrible for her.
- 17:49Speaker 3: So therefore Cody's not going to court another wife because
- 17:53Speaker 3: Robin doesn't want him to. And then Nathan says, you know,
- 17:56Speaker 3: he dealt with the same issues with his wives. But
- 18:00Speaker 3: this is where it gets a little interesting. Nathan tells Cody,
- 18:03Speaker 3: and he also tells the camera that if any of
- 18:06Speaker 3: his wives have an issue with something that he is doing,
- 18:11Speaker 3: he knows that it's because of him. He knows it's
- 18:14Speaker 3: because he's failing as a husband. He needs to work
- 18:17Speaker 3: on something within himself, within his relationships with the women.
- 18:20Speaker 3: And so he tells this to Cody, which is really
- 18:22Speaker 3: fucking awesome because Cody is like, hmm, I disagree, because
- 18:26Speaker 3: actually I'm of the persuasion that women are responsible for
- 18:30Speaker 3: their own emotional state. It has nothing to do with me,
- 18:34Speaker 3: has nothing to do with me as a husband.
- 18:36Speaker 1: On its face, that sounds okay, like everybody is responsible
- 18:41Speaker 1: for their own emotional inner world and we should take
- 18:44Speaker 1: care of that for ourselves. But I think the point
- 18:46Speaker 1: Nathan is dumbly trying to make is that if there's
- 18:51Speaker 1: something that's wrong in my household, and if my polygamy,
- 18:55Speaker 1: the system that we operate under, is not functioning, it's
- 18:58Speaker 1: because I, as the patriarch, doing something wrong. And the
- 19:02Speaker 1: fight doesn't even need to be about me. I don't
- 19:04Speaker 1: even need to be involved at all. But if there
- 19:05Speaker 1: is something going on with my kids or my women,
- 19:08Speaker 1: I got to figure that out and fix it. It's
- 19:09Speaker 1: on me. Yep. And Cody does not live by those
- 19:13Speaker 1: same set of rules. He doesn't give a fuck. And
- 19:15Speaker 1: at this point season eight of Sister Wives, all he
- 19:18Speaker 1: cares about is that brag dance in pussy, that woman
- 19:22Speaker 1: that he had a testimony for she had a lightning
- 19:26Speaker 1: inner pussy, and now it's just them. He didn't care
- 19:28Speaker 1: about anybody else but her.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Yep.
- 19:31Speaker 3: And the issue obviously is about like relationship dynamics, like
- 19:36Speaker 3: Nathan is talking about it with the context of polygamy
- 19:41Speaker 3: with being married, like, you know, I want to make
- 19:43Speaker 3: sure that I am empathetic and understanding of my wife's
- 19:47Speaker 3: emotional states within our relationships. Imagine that is so fucking dumb.
- 19:52Speaker 3: He just sees it as like, Nope, the women gotta
- 19:55Speaker 3: deal with their own issues. And that's just a testament
- 19:58Speaker 3: to Cody Brown.
- 19:59Speaker 2: And his shit.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I hate him so much.
- 20:01Speaker 3: He's such a piece of shit. And then we have
- 20:04Speaker 3: all of the adults going to dinner together and I
- 20:06Speaker 3: guess the kids are there, but they're at their own table.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Because we care about the kids. Let's just make kids, yeah,
- 20:12Speaker 1: populate our life with kids, and then never care about them,
- 20:15Speaker 1: parentify our eldest kids.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Not care at all. And so the adults go to
- 20:19Speaker 3: dinner and we have more of a discussion about like
- 20:22Speaker 3: polygamy and their arrangements and stuff together and how they
- 20:27Speaker 3: handle their relationships, and you know, Nathan again has to
- 20:31Speaker 3: tell us I'm only a polygamist because I couldn't choose
- 20:35Speaker 3: between Vicky and Christine, like I just love them both,
- 20:38Speaker 3: so therefore I got to marry both. I gotta fuck both.
- 20:42Speaker 3: And then we talk about, you know, how they met.
- 20:44Speaker 3: He met Christine six days after he met Vicky, so
- 20:48Speaker 3: again he's a cheater. And this is where we get
- 20:51Speaker 3: into more of their history about living separately, and then
- 20:54Speaker 3: Christine's separating from him for a while because she couldn't
- 20:57Speaker 3: deal with the whole polygamy thing, but then she ultimately
- 21:00Speaker 3: missed his dick so much.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Must be good. Must be good dick, Nathan, I mean,
- 21:05Speaker 1: how kid it though? Honey, it's attached to him. Did
- 21:09Speaker 1: you see his teeth and stuff?
- 21:11Speaker 3: He's like one of those guys that like choose tobacco,
- 21:13Speaker 3: and so he's probably got like tobacco and his teeth
- 21:15Speaker 3: and his breath probably stank balls. Probably stay wow.
- 21:20Speaker 1: You're going crazy, you're spiraling.
- 21:25Speaker 2: I'm just like, he looks so nasty.
- 21:26Speaker 3: But anyway, Christine couldn't forget about his nasty dick and
- 21:31Speaker 3: his unwashed balls, and so ultimately they get back together
- 21:34Speaker 3: years later after she had a mess of kids.
- 21:36Speaker 2: And then does he have kids with Christine?
- 21:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I think they went on to have a couple
- 21:41Speaker 1: of their own. He's also got some kids with Vicky.
- 21:44Speaker 1: They have a whole bunch of kids now.
- 21:46Speaker 2: Jeez, Louise.
- 21:47Speaker 3: And then we have Vicky, you know, lecturing everybody about
- 21:50Speaker 3: how you know, divorces only happen in marriages because people
- 21:54Speaker 3: are immature. They don't know how to deal with stuff
- 21:58Speaker 3: in marriage.
- 21:59Speaker 1: And I mean, like, okay, I guess yes, that is
- 22:01Speaker 1: a little bit of foreshadowing for Cody Brown.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Totally, and also them, because I'm pretty sure Vicky was
- 22:06Speaker 3: the one that left, hit was Christine whatever. I can't
- 22:10Speaker 3: tell the two of them apart.
- 22:12Speaker 1: The one without the habsburg.
- 22:14Speaker 3: And then the conversation shifts into misogyny, where we have
- 22:18Speaker 3: Vicky and Christine saying something to Cody's wives about how
- 22:24Speaker 3: it's easier to talk about like issues within polygamy with
- 22:28Speaker 3: other women than it is to talk about it with
- 22:30Speaker 3: other men, and Christine Brown echoes that sentiment is like, well, yeah,
- 22:35Speaker 3: it's because you know, men are just so overwhelmed with
- 22:39Speaker 3: like all of the like female energy, and so that's
- 22:44Speaker 3: why it's easier to talk about it with other women
- 22:47Speaker 3: because the men just have like so much on their plate.
- 22:49Speaker 3: And then Cody is like, you know, no to be
- 22:52Speaker 3: a chauvinist or anything, but I think that, like some
- 22:55Speaker 3: men join polygamy because they think that they're bitch, that
- 22:59Speaker 3: they're married to the only crazy bitch in the world.
- 23:02Speaker 3: But then they join polygamy and they find out that
- 23:04Speaker 3: all bitches are crazy.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Am I right, Nathan?
- 23:07Speaker 3: Women are crazy, They're terrible. And Nathan of course is like, yeah,
- 23:12Speaker 3: you know, I live with two women and their cycles
- 23:14Speaker 3: are SYNCD and I call it shark week. It's hell
- 23:17Speaker 3: week for me because you know, women are such crazy
- 23:20Speaker 3: fucking bitches with their periods and stuff.
- 23:24Speaker 1: It's in the Book of Mormon. I promise it's science.
- 23:28Speaker 1: It's literal science.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Oh my god, and then we have Janelle getting upset
- 23:33Speaker 3: by this conversation because she doesn't like when women are
- 23:36Speaker 3: reduced to their biology, and so then she gets up
- 23:39Speaker 3: and leaves because she's like, I'm over this. And then
- 23:43Speaker 3: Cody says, you know, I'm actually not a bad husband.
- 23:46Speaker 3: You know. For example, I just got in a fight
- 23:49Speaker 3: with my bitch wife, Christine, and you know, we came
- 23:51Speaker 3: to the conclusion that it's because of her PMS and
- 23:54Speaker 3: her fucking hormone.
- 23:55Speaker 1: And there's Christine like, you know what, He's right, it's
- 23:57Speaker 1: my hormones. Back to crazy out here. I'm a crazy lady.
- 24:02Speaker 2: I'm just like, can we stop?
- 24:03Speaker 1: And Janelle walks away. But Jane, you were okay with
- 24:06Speaker 1: him telling her that she had PMS at the picnic
- 24:09Speaker 1: table though, and you can't tell me that that's not
- 24:11Speaker 1: something he had already said to the rest of the wires. Yeah,
- 24:14Speaker 1: and they were fighting in the RV. So come on, Jenelle,
- 24:16Speaker 1: be consistent.
- 24:17Speaker 3: And this thing, like this whole conversation just pissed me
- 24:20Speaker 3: off because, like, you know, again, like I said at
- 24:23Speaker 3: the top of the episode, women shouldn't be reduced to
- 24:26Speaker 3: their hormonal changes, and like it's hard to be a woman,
- 24:30Speaker 3: it's hard to have female hormones. It's hard to bleed
- 24:33Speaker 3: out of your vagina once a fucking month, and so
- 24:36Speaker 3: I'm tired of like people talking about it like this
- 24:39Speaker 3: is a justification for women being irrational or whatever.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Oh sorry, we just have a portal of creativity and
- 24:46Speaker 1: life right between our legs where literal goddesses. My apologies, God,
- 24:51Speaker 1: so sorry that we're literal mother nature. But like, okay,
- 24:55Speaker 1: but I will say, with Nathan's point about, you know,
- 24:57Speaker 1: having two women SYNCD with their cycles in the house
- 25:01Speaker 1: and how it's hell weak for him, I thought it
- 25:04Speaker 1: was kind of funny just a little bit, because I'm
- 25:06Speaker 1: in a lesbian relationship and so and it took in
- 25:10Speaker 1: case you didn't know, okay, but it took me and
- 25:15Speaker 1: your daughter my wife literally ten years to finally get
- 25:19Speaker 1: SYNCD up. Really yeah, tmi, but like it took us
- 25:21Speaker 1: ten years. Can you put that in the family calendar
- 25:25Speaker 1: so that No, I just took you. So I just
- 25:28Speaker 1: like make sure I don't need to come over or anything.
- 25:31Speaker 1: You guys are taking care of it.
- 25:33Speaker 3: No, No, I bring this up because it took us
- 25:35Speaker 3: that long to get to the same whatever. But like
- 25:38Speaker 3: now when that happens. We're just like, oh, like, let's
- 25:41Speaker 3: get some chocolate, let's order some pizza, let's watch a movie.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Like it's not that deep. So it's funny to.
- 25:47Speaker 1: There's no men in your life triggering the us out
- 25:49Speaker 1: of you.
- 25:50Speaker 2: I guess.
- 25:50Speaker 3: So I just think it's funny how men act like
- 25:53Speaker 3: it's such a horrible fucking time and it you know,
- 25:56Speaker 3: they have to walk on egg shells and like, oh
- 25:59Speaker 3: my god, my wife gonna be a bitch this week.
- 26:01Speaker 2: It's so terrible.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Am I right?
- 26:03Speaker 1: Like, look, I'm not a misandrist, but men ain't shit.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Men ain't shit. They are shit. I just I love men.
- 26:12Speaker 1: We have men who listen, yes, men who call in.
- 26:15Speaker 1: We do love men. I have a man.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:17Speaker 1: But this whole display of religion and masculinity and misogyny
- 26:24Speaker 1: and yeah, commentary on biology, I hate it so much.
- 26:29Speaker 3: You know what my favorite videos are on YouTube to
- 26:31Speaker 3: watch is those men getting hooked up to those like
- 26:34Speaker 3: period cramp simulators or those men getting hooked up to
- 26:37Speaker 3: like birthing simulators or whatever, and like they turn it
- 26:41Speaker 3: up to like you know, level two out of ten
- 26:43Speaker 3: or something, and they just.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Start crying the story.
- 26:47Speaker 3: Like they literally get convuls they can't do the full
- 26:51Speaker 3: strength of the pain that women experience, you know, And
- 26:54Speaker 3: I just I love that. I think it's great anyway.
- 26:58Speaker 3: So after the whole misogynistic coversation about periods and women
- 27:01Speaker 3: being crazy bitches, Janelle walks out and then we go
- 27:05Speaker 3: over to like the kid's table or whatever, and they
- 27:07Speaker 3: talk about how hard it is to grow up with
- 27:10Speaker 3: polygamous pair and story how they get made fun of
- 27:15Speaker 3: in school, and I'm just like, you know, God bless,
- 27:18Speaker 3: but I don't care. I really don't care.
- 27:20Speaker 1: All before we're on season eight, I know, like, how
- 27:22Speaker 1: often do we have to talk about that?
- 27:24Speaker 3: And then the family goes on a white whitewater rafting
- 27:28Speaker 3: trip with everybody and Aspen totally biffs it and it
- 27:33Speaker 3: made me think about the time that I totally did
- 27:35Speaker 3: that on my sixteenth birthday and I legit almost.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Died, don't die, I did.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Oh no, I.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Almost drowned because we did the same thing. We went
- 27:42Speaker 3: whitewater rafting in Wayrika, California, and we went on a
- 27:47Speaker 3: river that we didn't realize was as severe as it was,
- 27:51Speaker 3: and none of us were experienced, and my mom and
- 27:53Speaker 3: I were on the raft and I fell over and
- 27:56Speaker 3: hit my head on the rock.
- 27:59Speaker 2: I almost went down on a waterfall. It was great. God,
- 28:02Speaker 2: it was my sixteenth birthday.
- 28:04Speaker 3: So anyway, Aspen biffs it, she's fine. And then at
- 28:08Speaker 3: the end of the episode, we have Cody gifting the
- 28:11Speaker 3: Colliers that weird polygamist art that he bought at that
- 28:16Speaker 3: in Saint George. And that was kind of cringey because
- 28:19Speaker 3: I felt like the Colliers were kind of like, the
- 28:21Speaker 3: fuck is this because it was an anti polygamy ad
- 28:24Speaker 3: and so Cody gave it to them anyway, but he
- 28:27Speaker 3: made sure to keep the price tag on there so
- 28:29Speaker 3: everybody knew that he spent seventy five dollars on it.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Look at me, Agum, you know he didn't pay for that.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I know that was gifted to him by his homeboy
- 28:36Speaker 1: for sure.
- 28:37Speaker 3: And then we have the preview for next week's episode.
- 28:40Speaker 3: We have Aspen and McKelty moving out finally, and then
- 28:44Speaker 3: we have Christine's mom, Annie moving in.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Cody is concerned because.
- 28:50Speaker 3: He's going to be outnumbered, as if he already isn't
- 28:53Speaker 3: outnumbered by all these women, and then we have Christine
- 28:57Speaker 3: saying she's struggling with not being able to raise like
- 29:00Speaker 3: all of the kids, I e. Robin, because Robin has
- 29:04Speaker 3: a nanny at this time, and I'm pretty sure it's
- 29:07Speaker 3: like her sister, right, or somebody in her family.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Or something she niece, I don't know, something like that.
- 29:15Speaker 3: So I'm looking forward to that conversation because you know,
- 29:18Speaker 3: Robin's gonna be very caught off guard by that with
- 29:21Speaker 3: her big old jaw. And then we have Annie, Christine's
- 29:24Speaker 3: mom talking about her time in polygamy and ultimately leaving it,
- 29:30Speaker 3: which is just inevitable foreshadowing for Christine Christine and.
- 29:34Speaker 1: What's going to happen to her in her life. Crazy
- 29:37Speaker 1: how that works. Yes, we often mirror our moms in
- 29:42Speaker 1: the things that happen in our life. Happened with Mary, Yep,
- 29:45Speaker 1: happened with Robin, happened with Christina. I don't know about Janette, well,
- 29:49Speaker 1: kind of with Janelle a little bit.
- 29:50Speaker 2: A little bit.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah, anyway, So this was it was interesting because
- 29:55Speaker 1: you know, you always glean some little tidbits and there's
- 29:58Speaker 1: always something there that kenn and I wasn't raged a
- 30:01Speaker 1: couple of times, but I was also entertained. Yeah, So
- 30:05Speaker 1: is there anything else that we should say to these
- 30:07Speaker 1: beautiful raccoons before we get up on at it here bs.
