- 1:34you that she's gone? Listen, listen to what you got going on over
- 1:38at that house exactly. All the more reason that I needed to send over
- 1:42a little relief. This is the perfect father's day cause is that what Nick
- 1:46goes through every morning? I think so? I mean the videos I get
- 1:49on the daily, they're just not having it. They're not morning kids.
- 1:53They don't wake up and they're like, yeah, it's time to go to
- 1:56daycare. Sounds like Jurassic parking there. Oh my god. Well, we'll
- 2:00check back in with intern Gracie as she continues to bail Amanda out by giving
- 2:02her husband the day off so there's no bailing There was a well thought out

- 2:34guys, Wow, pretty good golfer two, pretty good, pretty good.
- 2:37Anyway, So you've sent our intern Gracie over to fill in for him this
- 2:39morning. Yeah, he is a busy dad every morning. I can't be
- 2:44there to help, and it's gotta gotta be a little, uh, exhausting
- 2:49from time to time. Well you would, you would know because you're here.
- 2:51You know he does that. He he runs so you can horse around
- 2:53on the radio. Yeah, that's it. But intern Gracie on company time
- 2:57is over at your house just raising your kids. And we got her on
- 3:00the phone. I think, inter Grace, he are you there? Hello?
- 3:02Okay, Hi, you sound exhausted in turn, Gracey, Oh my
- 3:06god, what are they doing to you over there? These kids have a
- 3:09lot of energy. Yeah, that's what I hear. I get texts every
- 3:12morning of them either having temper tantrums meltdowns. Did you feed him breakfast yet?
- 3:16Because that's always interesting. Haven't had breakfast yet? Where that'll be next?
- 3:21As you're filling in for Amanda's husband, Nick, what is he doing?
- 3:23What do you got him doing right now? Oh? You know he's
- 3:27just sitting on the couch. Is he eating? You got his coffee?
- 3:30As he cracked a beer yet? Oh he's cracked a cold one already.
- 3:34You know he's morning off. She's got to relax Father's Day. Yeah,
- 3:38right, he's got a big day ahead of him. He's golf eat all
- 3:40day, I believe it or not. He's already tried to grab his golf
- 3:45Susan head out already. So and and just ditch you with the kids.
- 3:49Yeah, Now, I do want to just once again confirm intern Gracie,
- 3:52Amanda is not paying you for totally bailing her out for with her laugh of
- 3:55Father's they play. Not paying it? You know, I don't think so.
- 3:59No, it's on your next paycheck. Okay, Okay, here in
- 4:03the studio doing work for this show, not be doing our personal chores at
- 4:08home. Yeah, if you don't mind. You could grab a pike bring
- 4:11him a nice fresh cup of coffee on your way back. Actually that would
- 4:14be now. Okay, get back to the studio. You're supposed to be
- 4:18in here working. This is not part of the job. That's just lazy
- 4:21and forgot to do anything for father's staying. Hi married, Okay, all
- 4:27right, let's get into grazy back on the phone. Is she there,
- 4:30yep, I'm here. Okay, great. Describe the scene. What is
- 4:32Nick doing currently? Well, you know Nick is sitting on the couch in
- 4:35his underwear. Okay, okay, he is not in his underwear. He's
- 4:40got boxers on, right, Yeah, to clarified, boxers are underwear.
- 4:44So I don't know what. No, no, no, that's that's weird.
- 4:47Guys. We'll check back in with you. Okay, okay, all
- 4:49right, good luck. Okay, by guys, Oh my god, listen
- 4:53to that. You feel good about yourself. Hey, so zoo over there.
- 4:57I get paid. It's all like I can just say in here,
- 5:00I mean, I still make money for the family. I provide. What
- 5:03do you make pre attacks annually? What is a dollar seventy five? Nice?
- 5:08Not better? Morning, Amanda in the morning. We're just celebrating all
- 5:16the dads out there, including Amanda's husband Nick, and in honor of fathers
- 5:20that you've sent our intern over there to do some daddy duty. Yeah.
- 5:24It's must have gotten a little out of control because we've been trying to get
- 5:27a hold of her and can't. At this The last time we spoke to
- 5:29her it sounded like it was Jurassic Park. I mean your kids, uh,
- 5:31Sydney and what's the youngster Briggs? Briggs, Well Briggs, come on,
- 5:35uncle Pike, come hang out with us a little bit more, Jez.
- 5:40But I also in honor of fathers, they wanted to get one of
- 5:42your dads on the phone. You got your dad, Dad Manuel yep,
- 5:45Papo, Yeah, Papo, and your stepdad, your bonus dad, Lance
- 5:48Pants, who I've you know, really gotten to know over the years.
- 5:51Break him some, Pike, I love me some Lance Pants. A little
- 5:56surprise, here's actually on the phone. Good morning Lance. Well, happy
- 5:59early father day, Lands Pants. Oh thank you? Oh that girl,
- 6:05Happy Father's Day. First of all, do you we were wondering, you
- 6:09know, I've heard some stories of Amanda growing up through you know, high
- 6:13school and early college years, but do you have any like stories that come
- 6:15to mind about her, well, probably probabish stories you don't want to hear
- 6:19in the radio. I think we do, Land, I think we do
- 6:23see it. This is a well trained bonus. Dad. You don't say
- 6:28a word. How would you describe your experience raising Amanda? Oh, Amanda
- 6:32wasn't a good a good girl. I have to say that interesting. Never
- 6:36got out of line at all. Did you ever, like at night,
- 6:39did you ever sneak out of the house, maybe have people over that shouldn't
- 6:42be there, anything anything like that going on long one for There were times,
- 6:46but we don't want to talk about that. I do you usually have
- 6:53to do any sneaking out? Usually people were sneaking to our house. Just
- 6:58the girls, right, just the girl in high school? Corn over?
- 7:00Yeah, No, the girls would come over and were just like we were
- 7:02really big fans of s'mores. Oh yeah, of course, Lents had the
- 7:09good crackers and the chocolate and ye goes good, big fluffy marshmallow. Big
- 7:13Mama could whip up some real good hot chocolate. Of course. Why wouldn't
- 7:17they come over to the house non alcoholic chocolate. I hadn't even considered that
- 7:21there would be alcohol in the Lance. It sounds like you did a wonderful
- 7:26job helping raise Amanda. So you know, thanks for your service. Because
- 7:30if it wasn't for you, you know, people like you, I'm sure
- 7:31she wouldn't be here today. We'd all be worse off. Facts, we'd
- 7:34all be worse off. And you're doing a good job. Bike. I
- 7:38like here in you, and I think you improved and you've matured and you're
- 7:42doing great. I don't know about any of that. It sounds like Pike
- 7:45is like, if he's mature, you could be a real dad. Here
- 7:48soon, Pike, next year, maybe we'll be celebrating your first Father's Day.
- 7:51Let's settle down. Yeah, you never know, Bike, I always
- 7:55told you, Pike, you'd be a good teacher too. Yeah, I
- 7:58remember he radio didn't work out. He decided he was going to put the
- 8:01teaching in the back burner. I guess we'll see how radio goes jury still
- 8:05if it's gonna work out or not. But thanks a lot, Lance,
- 8:09appreciated you. Happy birthday at Lance pants, love you, Happy Father's Days,
- 8:13Happy birthday. Sorry I've been drinking bye like Amanda in the morning on
- 8:20point seven. Now here's what you need to know. So back in February,
- 8:28President Biden proposed the Junk Fee Protection Acts, who eliminate the junk fees
- 8:33that make concerts as well as flights so expensive. So I guess yesterday Live
- 8:37Nation and Ticketmaster announce that they're gonna get rid of junk fees and they're just
- 8:39gonna start this in September, so the full price will be shown up front,
- 8:43so it'll be what just more expensive because they're not getting rid of the
- 8:46junk fee, they're just making it more transparent. I mean, yeah,
- 8:50okay, this is weird to me. When I first heard that, I'm
- 8:52like, have you or the student loans figured out yet or are we just
- 8:56gonna move on to this. I think we've just moved on to the junk
- 8:58It just like they added protection Act, like it's for protecting us, but
- 9:05they're still keeping the prices high. I know. We're just so used to
- 9:07like fees on everything, so it's okay, it's a it's just crazy and
- 9:11like, what is what are the fees going for? Well, the convenience
- 9:16Bee is for the convenience of buying them online and not having to drive to
- 9:20So what would be the handling fee when they're not touching them. I mean,
- 9:24have you ever handled something you know how inconvenient? That is just really
- 9:28I guess so, I guess. Hollie hasl a English professor at NDSU.
- 9:35We've been following her run on Jeopardy and last night she attempted to defend her
- 9:39crown but she was defeated. Oh, I mean, just crazy. A
- 9:43week ago we had msum on Dragon on a wheel, Wheel of Fortune.
- 9:48Now we're on Jeopardy. I mean, yes, if that football team would
- 9:52win a game every once in a while, we'd be really be on the
- 9:54map. This kid, oh man. And we've I had a few people
- 10:01experts per se on gambling over the years when it comes to the lottery and
- 10:05how there is a strategy behind it in order to win, which seems insane,
- 10:09but they've always said, you're supposed to stick with the exact same numbers
- 10:13over and over and over again and hopefully it pays off. Well, there's
- 10:16a guy in Maryland who did the exact same thing. You just won fifty
- 10:20thousand dollars for using the same set of numbers for nearly a decade. Okay,
- 10:24good for him. The first of all, I mean, I'm just
- 10:28listen, it's like black jack. And you know, I've played quite a
- 10:31few hands of black check. Did you stop that or you yeah, I'm
- 10:33done? Yeah, I got it. I'm a I'm a cleansed man.
- 10:37Okay, but there was a time. And listen. If you've ever played
- 10:41black jack, you know there's like a strategic there's a book. They call
- 10:45it, basically a chart of like okay, they have this hand, you
- 10:48have this hand, you hit or you don't hit, and it's a way
- 10:50to give yourself the best odds according to math. But at the end of
- 10:54the day, you still have bad You know you're gonna lose. But if
- 10:58you were gonna go about it like my grandma, she's still been using the
- 11:03grandkid's birthdays for years, so it's gonna pay off. I wouldn't that be
- 11:11great for all of us? Have to be right. That's he is typing
- 11:16hot today. No, Amanda stills that see let's see. Well, I'm
- 11:24glad I'm hurting. Gracie is back by the way. Thank you for going
- 11:26over and helping my husband today. What a great Father's Day gift. Absolutely
- 11:31appreciated. The kids were so excited to see you as well. What a
- 11:35treat Man and just sending our intern over to save the day because she didn't
- 11:37come up with the Father's Day plan otherwise, so well thought out plan.
- 11:41Anyway, Taylor Swift, it was a huge deal. I remember the whole
- 11:45drama with Scooter Braun Taylor Swift buying the music. Look at the look at
- 11:48her face. She's rolling her eyes because why not. He's a businessman who
- 11:54made a business actor. Understand that. But because of that, she has
- 11:58to rerecord all her booms that to do anything, because she decided she was
- 12:03going to get three hundred and thirty million dollars for this deal. I don't
- 12:07know, I see. This is what I'm saying, is Taylor Swift has
- 12:09this he didn't agenda and her swifties are following this story. What if I
- 12:13told you a new report just released saying her dad cash in on this deal
- 12:18and made fifteen million dollars. So he was very well aware of the situation
- 12:22that she says she has no idea about. Would you say, Scott Swift
- 12:26and Taylor Swift have a good relationship. Yeah, they Her parents go to
- 12:30every single show, Okay, so her dad went and pull a fast one
- 12:33on her. Her dad I read about this the other day. Her dad
- 12:35was actually like, had a share in the big machine stock and so then
- 12:43when that was sold he got his portion. Would he would know? When'd
- 12:46you read about that a couple of days ago? I saw old stories.
- 12:50I guess I don't get the inside SWIFTI no, do you think you could
- 12:54just send me that newsletter so I wouldn't be all advice you to the Taylor
- 12:58Swift group on Facebook. I'm good daddy Swift, slippery guys, I know
- 13:05I'm wondering about it. I've just got an eyebrow raised real high about that
- 13:09situation. So nine months that flew by, guys, al Pacino eighty three
- 13:15years old already has a baby. That baby's born already. Yeah, I
- 13:18hope it's okay. We just found out later because remember the whole praternity.
- 13:22He says. I don't think he obviously knew she was pregnant, but I
- 13:26don't know if he really knew it was his, and that's why he was
- 13:28waiting to find out. But the twenty nine year old girlfriend had a baby
- 13:31yesterday. It's a baby boy named Roman. This is his fourth child.
- 13:35He has a thirty three year old twins that are twenty two and now a
- 13:39two day old baby. It's crazy eighty three. It's interest. His oldest
- 13:43kid is thirty three, so he didn't start having kids so he was fifty.
- 13:48No, he's eighty three. He literally could have a seventy three year
- 13:50old child. Not no, he didn't make him ten. He had a
- 13:54child. He could have a sixty three year old child. Yeah, there
- 13:56you go. It doesn't hit quite as hard, but still pretty dramatic.
- 14:01Okay it is. I don't know what's more to say. He's an old
- 14:03old man who's very rich and he has a child, you know, like,
- 14:07good for the kid. Kid's not going to know his dad, but
- 14:09he's got a lot of money just for simply being born, you know,
- 14:13in this circumstance. I guess so. And Jennifer Lawrence, I've I don't
- 14:18know, I've never thought about maybe your kids being famous, Like what are
- 14:20they gonna do for you? And build you a house, give you a
- 14:22car, that kind of thing. I don't know if Jennifer Lawrence did not
- 14:26treat her mom to anything or her mom is just funny because she ended up
- 14:31going to Craigslist selling Jennifer Lawrence's toilet at one point to somebody, how did
- 14:35she get a hold of the toilet? I don't know what. She didn't
- 14:37give any more details. I don't know if it was used toilet from her
- 14:43and was like this is Jennifer Lawrence's toilet, or if it was like helping
- 14:46you out, I'm gonna just go ahead and get you some extra cash,
- 14:48put it on Craigslist. Here you go. I like to think it's not
- 14:50a weirdo who's like obsessed with Jennifer Lawrence trying to get a toilet? What
- 14:56in doing? What with it? Yeah? I don't want to know.
- 14:58We're in the era of TikTok or not TikTok only fans, where people are
- 15:03spending money for you to like wiggle your toes and they're like, oh,
- 15:05that's not a new thing people have been obsessed with. That's a weird thing,
- 15:09and you're shaming you're I apologize for all of you toe wiggling fans out
- 15:13there. Some people just like weird things. That's what it is, and
- 15:18it's weird to you but not to them. So that's so true. What
- 15:22do you into? What am I into? Do we have time for that?
- 15:26Yeah? Pass
