Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
  October 1st, 2025. Man, can't believe it's already
• 0:24
October, but I, I guess that's what happens every year, huh?
• 0:27
We get September and then we get October.
• 0:30
So shouldn't be too surprised, but here we are.
• 0:33
All right. Last night, as I was expecting,
• 0:35
as I was hoping, as I wagered Red Sox beat the Yankees, That's
• 0:39
what I was expecting. That's what I was hoping, that's
• 0:41
what we got. Some reason they're playing
• 0:42
Judge out there. I tried to hide him there in
• 0:45
right field, but there was that lack of arm strength that cost
• 0:49
them and allowed them Red Sox to get people on to 2nd into
• 0:53
scoring position that I think ultimately where's their
• 0:56
undoing. But the important thing here is
• 0:59
we won last night and that they're playing again today.
• 1:01
Now today, I think the Yankees have the advantage on the on the
• 1:05
mound. Still a little concerned about
• 1:07
some of their defense at some of the bullpen issues.
• 1:10
However, I do think the Yankees are going to win today.
• 1:12
But I think the Yankees are going to for the most part shut
• 1:14
down the Red Sox. And so they're going to keep it
• 1:16
low. And I don't think the Yankees
• 1:19
are going to do much, much, much in the way of scoring runs.
• 1:23
But they'll get enough 3 or 4 in the win the game.
• 1:26
So I'm looking at the total sitting at 7 1/2.
• 1:29
I like the under one. It's playoff baseball. 2, you
• 1:32
had a good pitcher and a great pitcher going and three, I was
• 1:36
like unders. So there we are.
• 1:38
So that's what we're doing, going under 7 1/2 total runs
• 1:42
between the Yankees and Red Sox and today's MLB wild card
• 1:47
baseball action. Anything better than that, pound
• 1:49
it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 1:51
to it. Don't forget to rate, review,
