- 0:08Speaker 1: Scarable advice. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nice Shower.
- 0:19Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rub Shooter, and it's Friday, which means
- 0:22Speaker 1: our dear friend Corey Andrew joins us. Hey, Corey, are
- 0:25Speaker 1: you there all right? I am here. Happy Friday, everyone,
- 0:29Speaker 1: Happy Friday. We've had an amazing week here at the
- 0:31Speaker 1: Naughty but Nice Show. It started off without Mr Ran
- 0:33Speaker 1: having us on his show one and our numbers have
- 0:36Speaker 1: gone through the roof. So hello, lower low to to
- 0:40Speaker 1: all our new listeners, and a level lower loud to
- 0:42Speaker 1: all the original naughty is Hey, let's jump in to
- 0:45Speaker 1: the show. We've got so much to guilty about. What
- 0:48Speaker 1: time is it, my friends? It is time. I've solved
- 0:52Speaker 1: the mystery at the top of the show. So Sarah
- 0:55Speaker 1: just Ca Parka missed the New York City Ballet gala
- 0:59Speaker 1: that she was been honored at after a sudden quote
- 1:04Speaker 1: devastating family situation. So Sarah was going to be honored
- 1:08Speaker 1: at the Ballet's tenth annual fashion Gala, which she basically created.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Minutes before this was going to happen, she had to leave.
- 1:20Speaker 1: So people who were attending this at Lincoln's Center very
- 1:24Speaker 1: fancy said that she turned up and then bizarrely left
- 1:28Speaker 1: pretty much immediately, and then they announced from the stage
- 1:31Speaker 1: it was because of a quote sudden devastating family situation.
- 1:37Speaker 1: She's on the board there, Corey, and she was behind
- 1:40Speaker 1: starting this gala. They say that she's raised over twenty
- 1:44Speaker 1: four million dollars for the ballet. It's her passion. So
- 1:48Speaker 1: we dug deep and we found out what happened. Sarah's
- 1:52Speaker 1: stepfather passed away, so her stepdad is called Paul. Unexpectedly,
- 1:58Speaker 1: he took a turn for the worst. The good news
- 2:01Speaker 1: is the family put out a statement saying his wife,
- 2:04Speaker 1: Barbara and his children, including Sarah, who he helped raise,
- 2:09Speaker 1: surrounded him were with him when he passed away. I
- 2:12Speaker 1: can't imagine anything worse being out getting that call. She
- 2:17Speaker 1: jumped in her car maybe it was a muber and
- 2:20Speaker 1: rushed over. Thankfully she made it in time. But people
- 2:23Speaker 1: were were shocked. They knew it was big because you
- 2:27Speaker 1: don't leave a gala that you'll be an honor. It's
- 2:31Speaker 1: your gala, really unless something really big happened. So this
- 2:35Speaker 1: morning it was a little bit of a mystery, but
- 2:37Speaker 1: the family has now issued a statement. Hey, we're sending
- 2:40Speaker 1: you our best Sarah. It's awful, isn't it when a
- 2:43Speaker 1: parent passes. Listen, you know I had a really difficult
- 2:45Speaker 1: time in June. You know, I had that situation with
- 2:47Speaker 1: my grandfather and his eldest son, my uncle would They
- 2:50Speaker 1: died within seven days of each other. And you know
- 2:53Speaker 1: that whole time, you know, you're you are, you're always
- 2:56Speaker 1: waiting for the phone to ring when you have elderly
- 2:58Speaker 1: or family members. So I toldly, sort of get that,
- 3:02Speaker 1: you know, I get it. That's the right way I
- 3:04Speaker 1: get it. He was only seventy six years old. Now,
- 3:07Speaker 1: Sarah had a very troubled relationship with her biological father.
- 3:11Speaker 1: This man raised her. She's spoken out about how difficult
- 3:15Speaker 1: to childhood was. They were dirt poor, that's not mine.
- 3:19Speaker 1: They really really struggled, and Sarah said that changed her
- 3:24Speaker 1: for the rest of her life, and even today, with
- 3:27Speaker 1: all the success and money in the world, she said
- 3:29Speaker 1: she still thinks that any minute it could go away.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Just the night before I spotted her at the Hoocus Pocus.
- 3:37Speaker 1: She looked fabulous. She was there with her daughters. Matthew.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Matthew did not go to the ballot. He doesn't like
- 3:41Speaker 1: the bell the bellot that math, I like, let to
- 3:45Speaker 1: if you don't want to come, don't. Don't you know
- 3:47Speaker 1: we're lucky enough to get invited to stuff? How are
- 3:50Speaker 1: you with your husband? With with Joey? If he doesn't
- 3:53Speaker 1: want to go, do you make him or no? You
- 3:55Speaker 1: know what's funny. In the beginning he was kind of
- 3:57Speaker 1: like not really sure what was going on. But you
- 4:00Speaker 1: know now that he knows, like I have to sort
- 4:01Speaker 1: of be out, She's like, go before you and my
- 4:08Speaker 1: husband is exactly the same. So from the stage, they
- 4:11Speaker 1: announced that there was a sudden family situation, which brings
- 4:16Speaker 1: us to our pole question of the day. Sarah Jessica
- 4:18Speaker 1: Parker missed the New York City Ballet gala that was
- 4:21Speaker 1: in her honor because of a quote sudden devastating family situation.
- 4:26Speaker 1: We now know what that is. A question is was
- 4:29Speaker 1: that the right thing for the gala to do? Shouldn't
- 4:32Speaker 1: They just said Sarah can't be with us with tonight.
- 4:35Speaker 1: People were asking people in the room tell me. There
- 4:38Speaker 1: was a gasp and when you say a devastating family situation,
- 4:44Speaker 1: people thought about her children. Yeah, it was really shocking
- 4:49Speaker 1: thing to say. The gala was ruined. Everybody was all
- 4:53Speaker 1: night long wondering what had happened. I don't want to
- 4:57Speaker 1: say thankfully it's a stepfather, but I'm thank well it's
- 5:00Speaker 1: not her children. Let's leave it and that. So, Hey,
- 5:03Speaker 1: you don't really know what to say in those situations,
- 5:05Speaker 1: so I'm sure they harm I'm sure so. But yeah,
- 5:08Speaker 1: I actually hit the phones and I was like, what happened?
- 5:10Speaker 1: They said Sarah was in such shocks, so she got
- 5:12Speaker 1: this call leave immediately. You have ours maybe less to
- 5:15Speaker 1: get to the bedside. So she went immediately. So she
- 5:18Speaker 1: totally organizes this is a devastating family situation. She didn't
- 5:22Speaker 1: know what they were going to announce that she used it,
- 5:27Speaker 1: and she jumped to the car. And I should imagine
- 5:29Speaker 1: in all the confusion, they didn't know quite want to say,
- 5:33Speaker 1: so they just quoted her and might have just been
- 5:36Speaker 1: better to say, Sarah can't be here tonight. I had
- 5:39Speaker 1: to leave there. You know, it's a pretty dramatic thing
- 5:41Speaker 1: to tell an audience from the stage. That's that question
- 5:43Speaker 1: of the day, something to think about. Actually, it's not
- 5:46Speaker 1: as simple as it sunds as it go votes on
- 5:48Speaker 1: a Twitter page and or a Facebook page and already
- 5:51Speaker 1: goes here and be sure to check back on Monday
- 5:55Speaker 1: to hear your results. Hey, Corey Love, what are you
- 5:57Speaker 1: working on? Yes? Well. In a more later area of
- 6:00Speaker 1: the entertainment industry, George Clooney admits to making a terrible
- 6:04Speaker 1: mistake with his twins. So Yes, Yes, So. The Hollywood
- 6:09Speaker 1: actor sixty one revealed that he and his wife Amal Clooney,
- 6:12Speaker 1: who's forty four, landed themselves in a very sticky situation
- 6:16Speaker 1: thanks to a poorly thought out parenting choice they made.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Now appearing on CBS Mornings, the pair gushed about their
- 6:24Speaker 1: five year old twins after the host Gail King asked
- 6:27Speaker 1: if the twins were chatty, and he said, we've made
- 6:32Speaker 1: a terrible mistake. We taught them Italian, but because we
- 6:37Speaker 1: don't speak Italian, he added, we've armed them with a
- 6:39Speaker 1: language that they can harm us with and we both
- 6:42Speaker 1: don't know what they're saying. So he revealed that their
- 6:45Speaker 1: kids actually speak both Italian and French. But he laughed.
- 6:48Speaker 1: He said from Kentucky, so I speak English as a
- 6:51Speaker 1: second language, he said, he joked around. Now it's funny though.
- 6:55Speaker 1: His wife, Amal, who is a barrister, She described their
- 6:59Speaker 1: son as a big mister and she says it's all
- 7:01Speaker 1: George's fault. But let me just tell you. When I
- 7:04Speaker 1: read this, I saw a barrister and I thought she's
- 7:06Speaker 1: working at Starbucks now, But she's really really successful. She
- 7:15Speaker 1: does work for immigrants and high high end clients who
- 7:21Speaker 1: are in disputes with governments around the world. She's top
- 7:25Speaker 1: of her game, in fact in London where she is based,
- 7:30Speaker 1: and he spends a lot of time now. When they
- 7:32Speaker 1: got married, it said London barrister, Mary's Hollywood actor. She
- 7:40Speaker 1: got the first village. Yes, a mall cludy London barrister, Barris,
- 7:46Speaker 1: Hollywood actor. That's amazing and just you know it's great.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Now the naughties don't make a mistake and think barrister
- 7:53Speaker 1: barristeristers too. We love the ters, but different jobs. That's
- 7:58Speaker 1: so funny though. Oh I'd love of that blessing. One
- 8:01Speaker 1: of my regrets in life, and I guess it's not
- 8:02Speaker 1: too late. It's never too late. We preach that on
- 8:05Speaker 1: this ship is to learn a language. If you could
- 8:07Speaker 1: learn one language, what would it be? Well already, h
- 8:15Speaker 1: I want to learn French too. I want to learn French. Oh,
- 8:20Speaker 1: my French. At school we did Spanish, I did Spanish
- 8:24Speaker 1: dundee est last super see always about the food right
- 8:28Speaker 1: with us, there's that supermarket. I know the things. I
- 8:31Speaker 1: wish I'd spent more time learning more. It was quite arrogant.
- 8:36Speaker 1: I think I'm one of those Belitz, one of those things.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I know. I think I'm gonna do it. I'm so
- 8:42Speaker 1: jealous of it. But made me laugh. George's children speak Italian.
- 8:46Speaker 1: You don't know what they're saying. And they're going to
- 8:47Speaker 1: talk to each other about those parents. Hey, we finally
- 8:50Speaker 1: know what Queen Elizabeth died. On her death, her cause
- 8:55Speaker 1: of her death has been revealed. She died of old age.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I'm afraid what it was. We were looking for some
- 9:01Speaker 1: smoking gun. I know people are like Megan. Megan no
- 9:06Speaker 1: no noise. On her death certificate that has been released,
- 9:09Speaker 1: it says old age. So the National Records of Scotland,
- 9:13Speaker 1: where she died, released the document with her Majesty's daughter
- 9:17Speaker 1: Princess Anne listed as the informant of the death. So
- 9:22Speaker 1: Anne was there with her on the certivigate. It reveals
- 9:26Speaker 1: that Queen Elizabeth passed away at three ten pm on
- 9:30Speaker 1: September eight. Now the reason that's interesting is we were
- 9:35Speaker 1: not notified of the death until three hours later, so
- 9:39Speaker 1: she died at three pm local time. It wasn't announced
- 9:42Speaker 1: still six pm, when they shared a tweet saying quote,
- 9:46Speaker 1: the Queen died peacefully at Balmorrow this afternoon. The King
- 9:50Speaker 1: and the Queen consort will remain at Bellmorrow. That's Charles
- 9:53Speaker 1: and Camilla this evening, and we'll return to London tomorrow.
- 9:57Speaker 1: So no conspiracy here. No smoke had gun, so to speak,
- 10:01Speaker 1: nineties six years over in peace. Another medical story, Oh yes,
- 10:10Speaker 1: it's going well. It's heartbreaking because you know, for me
- 10:12Speaker 1: in the nineties that was like my musical era of
- 10:14Speaker 1: fun Fun Fund. But Coulio's e m t s, you know,
- 10:17Speaker 1: he was he passed away and the e m t
- 10:20Speaker 1: S attempted CPR for forty five minutes before they actually
- 10:24Speaker 1: pronounced him dead. So the paramedics reportedly attempted to revive him,
- 10:28Speaker 1: and this happened on Wednesday, but they found no signs
- 10:32Speaker 1: of life when they arrived at the scene. But they
- 10:34Speaker 1: did administer CPR for about a quarter of a three
- 10:38Speaker 1: quarters of an hour before concluding it was futile. So
- 10:41Speaker 1: it just wasn't going to revive him. The Coulio's manager
- 10:44Speaker 1: juris pose. He confirmed that the Gangster's Paradise rapper was
- 10:47Speaker 1: visiting a friend's home in Los Angeles on the day
- 10:51Speaker 1: he died. The friend reportedly called paramedics after finding Coolio
- 10:54Speaker 1: unresponsive on the bathroom floor of his home around four
- 10:58Speaker 1: pm local time. It's very heartbreaking and now, just out
- 11:02Speaker 1: of respect, we want to give his real name. Coolio's
- 11:04Speaker 1: real name was artists Leon Ivory Jr. And he was
- 11:08Speaker 1: fifty nine years old. And you know, around is so sweet.
- 11:12Speaker 1: You know, people don't remember, or maybe they do. He
- 11:14Speaker 1: had that big hit because of the Michelle Pheiffer movie
- 11:16Speaker 1: Dangerous Minds. And she put out a lovely heartfelt Instagrams
- 11:21Speaker 1: today that I thought was really really sweet. Yeah, it
- 11:23Speaker 1: wasn't that nice? Me to rest in peace? Hey, quickly
- 11:28Speaker 1: before we got a break. Chloe Kardashian is revealing that
- 11:31Speaker 1: she turned down a secret marriage proposal from Tristen Thompson.
- 11:37Speaker 1: So Tristan secretly, yes, you might as well. Here's a
- 11:41Speaker 1: bad boy. So Tristen secretly proposed to Chloe in December,
- 11:45Speaker 1: but she rejected him. The stunning revelation was made in
- 11:48Speaker 1: the new episode of The Cardashians. Of Course, that's exactly,
- 11:54Speaker 1: and so she's spilling the tea. And she didn't actually
- 11:59Speaker 1: tell her family about this at the time. So Kim
- 12:02Speaker 1: was having a conversation with Chloe saying the fact that
- 12:06Speaker 1: he proposed to you and you never told us, and
- 12:09Speaker 1: I asked him months later she recalls him telling her quote, oh,
- 12:15Speaker 1: I did it months ago. She didn't tell you guys,
- 12:18Speaker 1: And Kim was like, no, she didn't tell us. That's
- 12:22Speaker 1: something to keep as a secret. It's interesting too, because
- 12:25Speaker 1: we think the Kardashians tell each other everything. Like their audience,
- 12:29Speaker 1: they save it for the show. Kim yea. Their sound
- 12:35Speaker 1: sound are worth money people. I guess do they want
- 12:38Speaker 1: the reactions shot to be told or you can only
- 12:42Speaker 1: get a genuine reaction shot if you don't hear it
- 12:45Speaker 1: before had find it out like the rest of us. Hey,
- 12:49Speaker 1: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 12:51Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to the naught even nice
- 12:57Speaker 1: shooter with a dear friend, Corey and hey, Corey, let's
- 13:01Speaker 1: get into the pole. Think very much, very official. So
- 13:04Speaker 1: last show we talked about Prince Harry and Mega mark
- 13:07Speaker 1: Or being demoted on the royal family's official website. That's
- 13:13Speaker 1: harsh on the website. This is a Norty gossip. This
- 13:16Speaker 1: is at TMC, this is the Royal website. They're right
- 13:19Speaker 1: at the bottom next to Prince Andrew by side. I
- 13:24Speaker 1: think that they share the same line. I know, oh
- 13:29Speaker 1: it's it's terrible, but they did ask to leave the
- 13:33Speaker 1: working family, and this is a working website, so I
- 13:36Speaker 1: don't know. It could go either way. We asked you,
- 13:38Speaker 1: is this right or is this wrong? Right down the
- 13:43Speaker 1: middle America, it's America. It's America fifty fifty. Hey, don't
- 13:50Speaker 1: forget to vote on today's hole. Go to our Twitter
- 13:53Speaker 1: page and naughty nice rather and Facebook page which is
- 13:57Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip. You can leave a comment there to be
- 14:00Speaker 1: sure to chant back on one day to hear your results.
- 14:03Speaker 1: And now it's time for my favorite part of the show.
- 14:12Speaker 1: So you know, the film Bros. Is out now everyone's
- 14:14Speaker 1: talking about it, and so one of the stars, Luke
- 14:17Speaker 1: McFarland not too hard to look at Bro Star Luke McFarland,
- 14:20Speaker 1: he's talking about his coming out in Hollywood and he
- 14:23Speaker 1: says honesty is more important than Hollywood. So he was
- 14:27Speaker 1: actually scared more of lying about his sexuality than coming
- 14:30Speaker 1: out and he says, I think so many of the
- 14:32Speaker 1: people I saw were tortured and ruined by the lies
- 14:35Speaker 1: they had to tell. Who you know, he came out
- 14:38Speaker 1: in two thousand eight, so he says, Hollywood is very important,
- 14:41Speaker 1: work is very important, but I think being honest is
- 14:44Speaker 1: much more important two years old as that. There's an irony.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Of course, it's not lost on him where he is
- 14:52Speaker 1: actually an out gay actor who's getting his latest film
- 14:56Speaker 1: role in a movie playing a gay man with Billy Eichner.
- 14:58Speaker 1: So it just honesty is the best policy, and then
- 15:02Speaker 1: you get rewarded for your honesty, right, But I would
- 15:05Speaker 1: like that always to be the truth. But we know
- 15:07Speaker 1: it's not the world we live in. It's not as
- 15:09Speaker 1: lovely as our little circle here on the Naughty Butt
- 15:12Speaker 1: Night shows. So it's a big decision to make. I
- 15:14Speaker 1: couldn't personally imagine living a lie. But I do know.
- 15:18Speaker 1: I'm not going to name them. I'm not going to
- 15:20Speaker 1: out them. We don't do that on this show. But
- 15:21Speaker 1: I know at least two actors, one very famous one
- 15:24Speaker 1: middle you know, maybe you've heard of him, who are
- 15:27Speaker 1: not out, And when I challenge them about it or
- 15:29Speaker 1: we talk about it privately, I pushed them like come out,
- 15:32Speaker 1: and it's like my career would disappear. And it'll be
- 15:35Speaker 1: interesting to see now what happens to Luke. He's not
- 15:38Speaker 1: a movie movie so he's He's made a lot of
- 15:40Speaker 1: Hallmark movies and adorable. I hope this is his big break.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Do you think this movie will be a hit. I've
- 15:45Speaker 1: got to, I've got to. I've seen it. It's delicious. Well,
- 15:48Speaker 1: I hope it's I think it will be a hit
- 15:50Speaker 1: because but it will need the straight audience, and so
- 15:52Speaker 1: as long as there are some elements there for them.
- 15:54Speaker 1: It's not like you know, Far Ireland, which is just
- 15:57Speaker 1: like for two hours. I think if we can hold
- 16:01Speaker 1: that audience, and you know, we have gay family members
- 16:04Speaker 1: and they have street friends. Oh United now, so maybe
- 16:07Speaker 1: if it can appeal to that United audience, it could
- 16:10Speaker 1: be a big helps her core because that's all the
- 16:13Speaker 1: Hollywood cares about. I mean, they want to do the
- 16:14Speaker 1: right thing, I think, but they'd rather make the movies
- 16:18Speaker 1: a hit. We'll get more movies like this if it's
- 16:21Speaker 1: not a hit. We weren't. That was what was so
- 16:23Speaker 1: extraordinary about Black Panther To. Not only was it an
- 16:28Speaker 1: incredible movie, it was one of the highest grossing movies
- 16:31Speaker 1: of all time, and that opened not the floodgates. Let's
- 16:35Speaker 1: not go crazy, but he opened the door the nicest
- 16:39Speaker 1: of the day. Let's do naughtice thing. So it seems
- 16:43Speaker 1: now like Harry and Megan how are desperate to edit
- 16:45Speaker 1: their Netflix show and their memoir after the Queen's death.
- 16:48Speaker 1: So sources are telling page six that they're making a
- 16:51Speaker 1: dramatic u turn on their upcoming projects after the Queen died.
- 16:56Speaker 1: So they have two things in the works. They have
- 16:58Speaker 1: a docuseries that is part of their multimillion dollar Netflix deal.
- 17:02Speaker 1: It's coming out next year. What's being what's being reported
- 17:05Speaker 1: is that the Netflix chiefs, the Boss is hoped to
- 17:08Speaker 1: drop the docuseries at the same time as The Crown,
- 17:11Speaker 1: which is on November nine. That's not going to happen.
- 17:13Speaker 1: It's not going to come out until next year. Also
- 17:15Speaker 1: to Harry's book Harry's Book Harry's Book, sources are telling
- 17:19Speaker 1: page six that now the couple are making more edits
- 17:22Speaker 1: to that interesting to Prince Charles is holding off giving
- 17:26Speaker 1: the Little Princes and Princesses of sus six, their children
- 17:29Speaker 1: Archie and Lilibett, their titles until he knows what they're
- 17:33Speaker 1: going to say and that in this book, So be
- 17:36Speaker 1: careful if you want them to be princess and princesses. Oh,
- 17:40Speaker 1: it's combligated, big careful, be careful. Hey, let's own with
- 17:45Speaker 1: the moment of Robbie Rubbie Rubie rob so fort twenty minutes.
- 17:49Speaker 1: We hopefully make your laugh or giggle or inform you
- 17:51Speaker 1: with celebrity news and celebrity gossip. But for a moment,
- 17:54Speaker 1: we're a little bit more deep. I love this quote
- 17:57Speaker 1: from Mindy Kaling. It's such a good quote. It's deep,
- 18:00Speaker 1: it's complicated. We will unpack it. She said the following quote,
- 18:04Speaker 1: Gratitude is the closest thing to beauty manifested as an emotion.
- 18:11Speaker 1: So if you want to think what emotion is pure beauty,
- 18:14Speaker 1: what emotion is beautiful, she is saying that that emotion
- 18:19Speaker 1: would be gratitude. I think that is really beautiful. That's stunning.
- 18:23Speaker 1: And you think about those moments in life where you
- 18:25Speaker 1: just stop for a second and you take in maybe
- 18:27Speaker 1: a beautiful view or just a moment of pure delight
- 18:30Speaker 1: in life, and it's a and you're thankful for it.
- 18:33Speaker 1: You're right, there's there's no other word for it is beautiful,
- 18:35Speaker 1: isn't it. I like the word kindness. We like that
- 18:38Speaker 1: word a lot on this show. We like joy. But
- 18:41Speaker 1: this is going to be my word for the whole weekend, gratitude.
