  about something really cool. It's how Elon Musk puts together

  his work day? And so he said, numerous things

  over the years about how he kind of does his work flow and I have

  to agree with them. That this is a really great way

  to do it because this is sort of like how I do.

  I'm not as, of course, I'm not Elon Musk but my work day is

  scheduled similar. Ilan likes to start his day,

  with the most critical work in schedules, the rest of the day,

  based on priority. So everything that really needs

  to get done, you do in the morning, you get it out of the

  way. So over with you don't have to

  think about it. Again, Elon Musk said at the

  University of Southern California, commencement speech

  in 2014. Focus on signal over noise.

  Don't waste your time on stuff. That doesn't actually make

  letter to employees regarding productivity in 2018.

  He said get rid frequent meetings unless you were dealing

  with an extremely urgent matter. and he said be certain you're

  providing value to the whole audience walk out or drop off a

  call as soon as it's obvious you weren't adding value And in most

  companies. It's totally fine to just get up

  and walk out. It's totally fine to just leave.

  and then you go and you do your stuff.

  That makes sense, right? That makes sense.

  Why would you be in a meeting? I've done this.

  I've worked for big companies before.

  I've worked for, you know, companies that have 20,000

  employees, 30,000 employees. And I was stuck in a meeting for

  an hour when I literally only needed about 10 minutes.

  Time during the middle of the meeting.

  Why couldn't I leave for that next?

  You know? 60 Minutes basically got was
• 5:00
  there for ten minutes. I only needed to be there for 10
• 5:02
  minutes. You know, I could have got up
• 5:04
  and left, why didn't I? Because the company culture told
• 5:07
  me that I couldn't, but an Elon musk's companies.

  It's totally fine. Totally fine to get up and walk
• 5:13
  out. As long as you're not providing
• 5:16
  a service or an added value at that meeting.

  So just to kind of go over it again, get all your stuff done

  in the morning, the super important stuff, get it done in

  the morning, don't sweat the small stuff, get the good stuff

  done, get out of the way. The rest of your day is easy.

  And by the time you're in your meetings well don't schedule a

  lot of them does. Make sure that everybody knows

  what they need to do. Do their thing if you need a
• 5:44
  meeting, do a quick one, you know, use tools that are
• 5:47
  available. Slack is one of them anything

  you can do to make everybody's life easier, that's the whole
