GIANTS POSTCAST: Robbie Ray SHUTS DOWN Braves for Series Win
The San Francisco Giants needed a heroic effort from Robbie Ray to do it, but they got the win in the rubber match today at Oracle Park against the Atlanta Braves. Ray dazzled over eight innings as he only surrendered one run on four hits and one walk. While the strikeout stuff was not on display, he was able to generate a ton of weak contact and keep his pitch count down. The offense struggled with runners in scoring position again, but key defensive mistakes from the Atlanta Braves allowed the San Francisco Giants to scratch across just enough runs to win this game.
