- 10:07[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know what the deal was there, but I guess all of them had rejected plea deals.

- 10:41[SPEAKER_15]: They disagreed in that life.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_15]: Well, it is.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, that's what you have trials for.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_15]: You can't convict everybody and I'm not sure what they're thinking was or whatever.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know if you were involved in the burglary or the, uh, at the Louvre Museum in, uh, Lunt, or Paris.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, Paris.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_15]: Fancy Museum.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_15]: You think they'd have a lot of security and you'd think it'd be pretty hard.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_15]: They'd have jewels in there.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_15]: I guess the Mona Lisa's in there.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_15]: The Mona Lisa was stolen once in 1911.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_15]: No.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_15]: It was recovered two years later when the guy tried to fence the painting over in Italy.

- 11:35[SPEAKER_15]: And the same thing.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_15]: Now, these people broke into the Louvre and they got uh right in broad daylight, 930 in the morning to rest air and everything.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_15]: And I don't know, using a circular saw, I got into some cabinets or something, and grab some, they had a really nice crown, and they dropped it on the way out in the brook, something worn by, I guess, Napoleon or something, I don't know what was going on there, but that was a nice looking crown, I know King State, well, it was a day after no King State, yeah, I don't know, that was, that was something.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_15]: Big baseball game tonight for the American League Championships, the Mariners versus the Jay's, who should we root for?

- 12:21[SPEAKER_15]: Do you root for the Mariners coming from a liberal city like Seattle, or do you root for the Jay's because they're close to the home, but they are Canadians?
- 12:31[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_15]: And I had to chuckle this morning.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_15]: Well, there wasn't a loud chuckle, but I chuckled.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_15]: and I saw a post from the uh... zoo in New York and they were they were all a flutter and all that's great article in the new york times and yeah thank you to new york times for printing it there's a big feature of the the problem of the story like that is there's no common out common out of the knowledge among all of you i mean it was there was a link on news junkie and i looked at the story and read it but there's a paywall on the new york times i don't know how we got it we got it somehow
- 13:09[SPEAKER_15]: You know, it doesn't get reported or on in the domain stream media here, but it was not a very flattering article about water town or the zoo.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_15]: At least for miss fits and you know, it came up and I remember that candidate Colin Burns, he said the half the animals up there are second dying and he got ridiculed for it by the, uh, the left up here and then the New York Times says the same thing and it's all that's a great story.

- 20:31[SPEAKER_15]: I'd love to have Judge Judy sitting up there right next to Judge McCloskey up there on the 10th floor.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_15]: I think that would be that'd be great for the North country.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_15]: But anyway, I was watching a hot bench.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_15]: That's that show where they have like three lawyers.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, on it once or three judges and they're usually attractive people.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_15]: Now you're not going to get 19 year olds that are big because they're not old enough.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_15]: But I mean, like those good looking guy and then two women using.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_15]: And so what would be the hot bench ticket if you're voting in the state Supreme Court thing where you have a candidate's running for three seats?
- 21:10[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I assume you'd want Judge McClusky.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_15]: You'd want to Candace Randall.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_15]: And although I don't know her,
- 21:18[SPEAKER_15]: You'd want this young woman, well, I think would be a natural to be cast on the show like Lydia is the first thing.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_15]: So that's our, that's our hot bench ticket of George McCloskey, Candace Randall and Lydia Young.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_15]: Don't leave the fourth spot blank.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_15]: Just vote for three.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_15]: That'll be what we're doing.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_15]: And they're also the local people up here too.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_15]: Why don't you want to vote for, why do you want to vote for some guy from Rome?
- 21:47[SPEAKER_15]: In a night of count, I don't, I don't give a damn about him.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_15]: I, they're advertising.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I, you know, let me put spots on up here and I'm we appreciate that.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_15]: And you got to try to get their fair share up here.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_15]: But I don't really care if they win.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_15]: Do you?
- 22:03[SPEAKER_15]: No, you want the local locals to win.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_15]: It's a job for a local local.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, good job, too.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_15]: Good pension, not everything else.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_15]: There
- 22:16[SPEAKER_15]: Well, what else have we got?
- 22:20[SPEAKER_15]: Um, oh, somebody wants to know why the PD needs a principal account clerk.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_15]: They want to upgrade the one of the secretaries up to that.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_15]: It costs enough extra $3400 a year.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_15]: It's in tonight's agenda.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_15]: Well, they're going to do it because they are upset, so.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_15]: That's why they're going to do it.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_15]: And then we're going to appropriate $7,000.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_15]: only can get about forty five minutes of talking about that issue uh... would be surprised i don't know what else are going to do tonight they're running out of meetings so any speaker find uh... only in regiro want to do they've got many left they'll have this one tonight the two uh... regular meetings and a work session in november i imagine there won't be a work session just before christmas i love two meetings in the
- 23:16[SPEAKER_15]: But those are not.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_15]: People are an holiday spirit.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_15]: They don't want to hear a die of tribe on those nights.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_15]: So not much time left.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_15]: But after you do, Dr. On the air.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_16]: Hi, Mayor, how are you today?
- 23:28[SPEAKER_15]: Good.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_15]: What's up?
- 23:30[SPEAKER_16]: When you're getting into those chosen pronouns, it kind of brought up something I heard the other day.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_16]: If you can't distinguish what someone's sex is by the body parts they are born with, why would anyone want to change their body parts?
- 23:46[SPEAKER_15]: Well, right, but a person, if you're a biological male and you say my favorite pronouns are, you know, her, she and whatever, does that mean you are a woman or you just are being silly and are playing that game?
- 24:04[SPEAKER_16]: I think it means that there's this really big white building in August for a need to spend some time there.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, people who've cross-dressed at all, I don't know that bothers me.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_15]: I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_15]: If that's your what you want to do or you want to live life.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_16]: Well, as a woman, you're putting your, you're melting two different things in together, I guess.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_16]: That's why they have the LBGQRST LMLP plus because we, it keeps going forever.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_25]: Right.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_16]: But just the, the one thing that's in there is, we used to have insane silence for a reason.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_16]: I guess that's one of the things where we got it, just bring them back.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_16]: Animal Planet is the largest study ever on animals and in where I say animals I'm joking about that Uh, you know the TV show to just get a man on the house Watch it
- 24:57[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I've known a lot of lawyers over the years and dealing with issues that, you know, good friend like Mike Schall, I certainly worked in the same council chambers as Bob Sly and Jim Burroughs for years, and never did they sit there and talk about their pronouns.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_15]: You just, but what is it, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh
- 25:17[SPEAKER_15]: who would hire a lawyer who has the pronouns.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_15]: I guess unless you want a radical woke type or something.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_15]: Don't you have to be woke to be doing that?
- 25:26[SPEAKER_15]: Like on your business card, if you're putting your pronouns on there, is that mean your woke?
- 25:31[SPEAKER_16]: I think that it means that you're insane.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_16]: I don't think there's any two ways about it where I started to say that the animal planet did a huge, the most inclusive study they've ever done on mammals.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_16]: And it was brought to us.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_16]: science, and it was brought to the biggest fact, there are two genders in all mammals, not in some mammals, not maybe in cows, maybe humans, all mammals, up to genders.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_16]: And that's it.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_16]: More genders.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_16]: And if you are, for the, you know, the grace of God, you were bored in the wrong body, well, power to the, I guess you just were dealt a bad hand, and you got to deal with it the way you are, but yeah.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_16]: Well, like I said, I don't like a pandemic of how, how this is going on now because it allowed.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_15]: It doesn't bother me choices people make or or whatever who people are attracted to.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_15]: And if they want to be intimate, I don't care about any of that.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_15]: None of my business.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_15]: But the thing about putting pronouns on your business card, that's really blank.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_15]: You know, that's bad.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I bet you're, I bet you're this.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_16]: weekend, there was a lot of people downtown, and it started to throw mountains on it.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_16]: I was on the lake plats that were the weekend, and there was a lot of pronouns going on there, just completely wild, crazyness to be honest.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_16]: It's a liberal area, but I mean, just the amount of people that have no clue what they're doing, they're just insulting, and they don't know that they're insulting.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_16]: What this is really turned into is, we've never really seen it before.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_16]: This is Trump's arrangement syndrome to an all new high because this is just people that are against Trump and what they really are is they don't understand it is they are election deniers That's what they're doing when they're just trying to Yeah, they got to stop because he's out of office in three years anyway, so it doesn't really matter Um, yeah, just so we'll see.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_15]: All right.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I listen, I got a run, but thank you.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I know you're welcome.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_15]: All righty.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_15]: Um, good points made and
- 27:29[SPEAKER_15]: Somebody text in, they listen to the mayoral debates.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_15]: It's in New York City, and I realized water towns not in New York City, and in New York City's three other miles away.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_15]: I'll stipulate to those points.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_15]: But apparently this guy says Cuomo mentioned sending either illegal to her extra homeless at the top state in New York.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_15]: I would say so.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_15]: They do that now.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_15]: They come up to Binghamton and Binghamton re-wood some to water town because they hear the welfare is easy to get on to here.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, I'm not chef Graham saying that I'm not saying it to be inflammatory or mean or anything else.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_15]: Everybody, I've heard that so many times that people come here because the welfare is easy to get under.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_15]: I thought that you knew you're a kind of uniform welfare system statewide, but maybe it isn't.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_15]: Maybe it is easier to get up.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_15]: And that's why we got all these people living under bridges.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_15]: So I don't really know.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know, and I don't, you know, Cuomo's trying down here at
- 28:24[SPEAKER_15]: You know, people are not going to elect a guy, Mayor, who's moderate with slapping fannies and killing grannies.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_15]: It ain't going to happen.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_15]: So Andrew Cuomo is not going to win that race against Mom and I mean, like Mom and I mean, that's up here.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_15]: But Zorhan is going to win.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_15]: And as far as the guy with the red hat, go back in the subway, man.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_15]: Just go underground because nobody's listening to you, right?
- 28:52[SPEAKER_15]: You know, certainly, there are some Republicans in the city, hardcore Republicans who are just under no circumstances ever going to vote for a Hindu promo, so, you know, they're just off the table, even if even if, um, Sleewa said, I'm dropping out, you're still on the ballot, so you're not really dropping out.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_15]: That might help help Cuomo a little bit, but not much.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_15]: people get the score, it's just mom, if you look at the primary results, you know, now they're shopping Fox and the post and they found this picture of Zorhan, Mamidami posing and a smiling pose, he smiles all of a sudden with an MAM, who is somehow linked to the 93 World Trade Center garage bombing.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_15]: Do you think the people who voted for Zorhan, Mamidami know what their mom is?
- 29:46[SPEAKER_15]: You think they know what the 1993 bombing at the World Trade Center was?
- 29:50[SPEAKER_15]: No!
- 29:53[SPEAKER_15]: Most of them don't really know what 9-11 was in 2001.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_15]: They don't know.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_15]: So getting all outrage because he had a spectra taken within their mom.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_15]: That doesn't mean anything.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_15]: Did the people voting for him?
- 30:10[SPEAKER_15]: Let me, we've got some of those type of people that listen to this show right now.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_15]: And if you said, oh, who's mom, Tommy pictured with an amom who's involved with, they don't care.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_15]: They're going to vote for him because he's going to give him buses that are fast and free.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_15]: There you go.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, we're going to take time out for a message, Jimmy right back.

- 35:12[SPEAKER_15]: All righty 755 1240 the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today early voting starts this Saturday two locations a county office building on Arsenal Street and the depotville fire hall so be there and vote early and you can vote for the hot bench check it that we already outlined earlier okay because if they lose the
- 35:42[SPEAKER_15]: 755, 1240, the phone number.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_15]: If you'd like to give us a call, and you want to talk about the trial on those three CEOs, two of them, I guess made the right decision to take it to trial rather than be locked up for a few years on some other plea bargain charts, but Mr. Kingsley of Adams, he's got to take the fall.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_15]: So now, because the two guys
- 36:12[SPEAKER_15]: that we have to have some rioting.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_15]: I think we should have some rioting over that.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_15]: Okay.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_15]: Get him back to the drill heist.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_15]: You only think about it.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_15]: Two will be his just.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_15]: You know, shiny.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_15]: Bobbles, really.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, what is it?
- 36:31[SPEAKER_15]: Just rocks?
- 36:32[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, it's for, why is it so special?
- 36:35[SPEAKER_15]: You know, he can, they talk about manufacturing, they're growing diamonds.
- 36:43[SPEAKER_15]: recovered from deep beneath South Africa by slave labor.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_15]: That's how I want my diamonds.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_15]: But after noon around here.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_15]: Mayor, if you get a double check for your school tax.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_15]: Yes, a double bill, you mean.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_15]: Hello.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_15]: Hello.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_15]: Hello.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_17]: Hi there.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_17]: I want to congratulate the Sue on a very successful
- 37:12[SPEAKER_15]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:14[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:15[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:16[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:17[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:18[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:19[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_15]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_15]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:22[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:23[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:24[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_17]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:38[UNKNOWN]: I heard him as very young.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_15]: Well, we certainly try to do that here, of course, early voting starts this Saturday.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_15]: So, um, correct, but there's a lot of people would say I'm not going to vote because I have to go to mid-town towers and I move way way far away or something like that.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_17]: They think they still think they have to go to mid-town towers.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_15]: You would be who the candidates to say, and by the way, you can vote at any.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_15]: You know, even if I did have to go to mid-town towers, I would go, but I early vote now.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_17]: But anyway, we believe the candidates to remind registered voters that it's voting is more convenient than ever because they cannot leave them and they can vote at any of the polls.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_15]: Well, we're going to have our favorite election commissioner on the show Friday, so we can talk about it then and yeah, any of six locations.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_15]: Well, unfortunately, those are they still having those voter.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_15]: It still shows up on your thing that you vote.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_15]: Everybody votes at Midtown.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_15]: Maybe that was just your computer entry.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_15]: But now you can go to Midtown tower.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_15]: You can go to Holy Sacred Heart Church.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_15]: You can go over to St. Anthony's Church on Arsenal Street.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_15]: You can go to Trinity Church on Sherman Street.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_15]: you can go over to the church of the Nazarene on Thompson Boulevard and you can go over to the stone press material church on chestnut street as you can see there's no separation of church and stayed up here but uh... there are nice places did they still have bake sales anymore uh... i know that stone press material is going to have a bake sale thank god you know the do some of those people wanted to outlaw those because they thought it was
- 39:16[SPEAKER_17]: Anyway, the candidates would probably do themselves a favor if they remind the people of that.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_15]: Well, who's going to win that race?
- 39:24[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_17]: I think it's going to be really, really close.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I do too, right?
- 39:29[SPEAKER_15]: I think that I was born in and of the last guys.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_15]: seem to be to the extent you can detect that, gaining some ground, at least where you see them, what you hear, Velasquez is very good with the online social media stuff.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_15]: He's also, and one skeptic of his former council member said the other day, you know, one thing about him, he's taken stands on issues and the other ones are all wishy-washy.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, cliento, yeah.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_15]: And, uh,
- 40:00[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, tomorrow night six o'clock at the Italian American club, I'm sure you'll be there.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I'll be there.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, good.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_15]: Have a good day.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_15]: Thanks, bye now.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_15]: Bye.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_15]: I'll be there.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_15]: I hope the last time I sat out in the bar, because it was more comfortable.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_15]: And you couldn't really hear well, I hope they get that squared away this time.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_15]: But anyway, it's a good time.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_15]: Glenn Curry, I'll be hosting it.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_15]: And you'll see, and really this is the, I mean, there is one on Channel 7.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_15]: I'm sure Mr. Domblowski, a good friend of the hotline, will do a great job.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_15]: Next week on Channel 7 on Tuesday, the 28th is it.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_15]: But this is the last one or the first only one that's before all of the early voting.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_15]: And you people who have absentee sitting on your coffee table at home, film out and send them in.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_15]: I can't believe last week.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_15]: There was $100 or $440 ballots that had been sent back to the board of elections.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_15]: That's terrible.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_15]: That's so easy to do.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_15]: And don't say, well, I got to do my research.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_15]: Just check off filling a couple of squares and call it a day.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_15]: But the other thing is a hydro issue.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_15]: I think it's a big issue.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_15]: But people say candidates will tell you no one's talking about that out in the field.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_15]: I agree no one's talking about.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_15]: And other things, and, you know, could have 6,000 text messages or some people who are obsessed with that, but the whole Hydro Wisher, I think is important because it's big dollars.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_15]: And, you know, I'm kind of agree, I got a guy I know who used to work, Brookfield is a company owned Hydro Plants or out of Canada.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_15]: They owned one on Suils Island.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_15]: And a bunch of others, they have a portfolio in the area.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_15]: And they know what they're doing.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_15]: I think you're going to end up having to sell it, because I don't think the city's got the means to get it relicenced.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_15]: I think the cost of relicencing is going to be more than the city can afford, particularly in view of the diminished output of the plan after 2030.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_15]: I think they're going to end up selling it.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_15]: And they can talk about all these,
- 42:18[SPEAKER_15]: You know, weird plans they got, but, and, and the weirdest one is, well, we can renegotiate that deal with grit.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_15]: No, you can't.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_15]: No, you can't.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_15]: In 2030, whenever you're getting any, and whatever it is, there's going to be no sale of excess power at 35 cents a kilowatt, and the city is going to be paying the market rate for municipalities on its own facilities.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_15]: The city should look at ways now to decrease its consumption, its energy footprint.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_15]: Over the coming four years as well as you're gonna have to end up selling that plant and you're gonna have to look for it Start looking for a economy real economies Now real economies But after noon you're on the air.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, there you go.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_15]: We don't have any now.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_15]: So that's that's my view out.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_15]: I think you're gonna end up selling it Oh, no faith open charity.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_15]: Well
- 43:14[SPEAKER_15]: I don't think a lot of people understand the complexity or expense or impediments to relicensing.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_15]: They're in the because of the costs, the lawyers, the interveners, they're going to get in the way.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_15]: And it's not like you have a pot of gold at the other side of it like before.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_15]: You could pay the big money to get a 40-year license for you to will because you knew you had that grid cot or an ammo contract that was going to yield fruit for many years to come.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_15]: You don't have that now.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_15]: So, you know, releasing it now is a pretty dubious proposition.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_15]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, nobody there.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_15]: I think the Duffer was trying to call, but I'm...
- 43:57[SPEAKER_15]: Hang on the phone, man.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_15]: I'm talking.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_15]: I got to finish my thought.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I'm cognizant of it at Lee Challenge, so I have to finish my thought before I start a new one.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_15]: Maybe.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_15]: I bet I don't know.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_15]: Well, people who don't, who's a headline, somebody New York billionaire, John Katsumatatus.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_15]: I can't ever say that, Katsumatatus, yeah.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_15]: He's the, he owns a bunch of media in New York, including WABC, and he's also owns a bunch of other stuff.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_15]: He wants Sleewood to stop out.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_15]: Drop out.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_15]: I don't, I don't, I don't know, there's Republicans listening to the show.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_15]: Are there any Republicans realizing that their candidate is going to finish a distant third would actually vote for Andrew Cuomo?
- 45:03[SPEAKER_15]: Would you?
- 45:04[SPEAKER_15]: No, thanks so.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_15]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_18]: Oh, there he are.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, what's the stuff up, dude?
- 45:11[SPEAKER_18]: Oh, not much.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_18]: But why are you going?
- 45:14[SPEAKER_18]: I thought this year I'll be your early voting Saturday.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, you're going to go down Saturday?
- 45:21[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, yeah, because I'll be that's so much stuff going on in the following.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_18]: And I won't be here for a Luxion Day, so yeah.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_15]: Smart thing to do.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_15]: You might get hit by a boss next Monday.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_15]: you might get hit by a bus next Monday if you've already voted Saturday it's it's hope not yeah well it is I hope it's one of the three ones from New York City fast and free buses yeah so what's uh... who do you vote for you got a county clerk race a contested race at the media won't tell us about and then you've got uh... on opposed you've county legislator he's he's in for life he'll
- 45:59[SPEAKER_15]: And that's about, hey, you know what they're gonna do?
- 46:02[SPEAKER_15]: Did you read that?
- 46:03[SPEAKER_15]: And the governor pushed it through and the court, one of appeals is upheld it.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_15]: They're gonna get rid of off your idea of elections.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_15]: All these things you're gonna town offices and your county legislature are gonna have to go on an even cycle, even years.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_15]: And what's gonna have to happen is,
- 46:21[SPEAKER_15]: like next time around in twenty seven your county legislators are going to have to run for one year term to get them to twenty eight and then they then they'll be every uh... there's advantages to that because more people vote in the even number years on the other hand we won't have elections in the odd number years yeah well you will but it's once we're uh... well probably just be judges the restricted elections which are the school board elections which is basically
- 46:51[SPEAKER_15]: you know it's it's an election for the people that work in the school district yeah and and easily impressed uh... high school seniors will go down the road so yeah one of the you know it's amazing when you hear the inside story of the school board i one member is like uh... married to a principal at the school and other members married to a deputy superintendent yeah
- 47:20[SPEAKER_18]: If you weren't, then you, then the spouse got a job at the school.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_18]: That's always solid.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_15]: Well, back in the day, Mr. Fargo, he was nice.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_15]: He took care of all the spouses.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_18]: You know, if you, Yep.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_18]: You know, on this judge race, though, you know, if there's somebody out there that, I mean, you can vote for just one judge if you don't want to vote for the other ones because you don't know them.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_18]: You can, you can do that too.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_15]: That's why I'm voting for the hot bench ticket.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_18]: That way, if you vote for one, it's like giving them eight votes.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I understand that, yeah.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_15]: But, you know, if it says vote for four, a lot of people vote for four, I'm saying just vote for three, vote for the three local ones.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_19]: Yeah.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, what do you care if some guy from Syracuse gets a fancy job for 14 years, you know, care?
- 48:11[SPEAKER_19]: Yeah.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_19]: I know.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_15]: In fact, come next year.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_15]: He's not even going to be in your judicial district because they're going to move on in Daga and make it in its own district.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_15]: um... yeah how do i know all this junk stuff were you downtown said are there no i was working i was earning money to so we can keep the charade of a economy going and this government going producing tax revenue for the people you know i don't understand this no king's thing because i remember a few years ago where i was forced to take the shot or i couldn't get on an airplane and i didn't have a
- 48:46[SPEAKER_18]: when i did travel when i got back i had to report every day and i wasn't allowed out of my house i couldn't go for a walk you know so you know what's this king thing you know what we lived under a regime where all our rights were taken away you when you went to a grocery store you had to follow the arrows and and you couldn't do this you know you look back at 2000 uh 20 and 21 just lunacy is what it was
- 49:14[SPEAKER_15]: That's probably the biggest reason why if I were living in Brooklyn right now in a nice brownstone over in park slope or something if I were living there I probably couldn't bring myself to vote for Andrew Cuomo just because of the nonsense back during that covert era And I swear as a wasted vote So I don't know
- 49:42[SPEAKER_18]: probably isn't going on, but no, I thank you.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_18]: If I was holding in that, there's no way I'd go for either of those two.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_15]: You'd have to vote for Slywada.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_18]: I'd have to vote for, yeah.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_18]: At least he took the head off the last couple of times, he appeared on TV.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_18]: I mean, it's quite the story if you watched the movie and stuff years ago that they made of the guardian angels.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_18]: I mean, what he did was good, but I mean, yeah, as he often deepened a little bit, yeah, but who isn't in New York?
- 50:10[SPEAKER_18]: Well, you know, everybody, uh, yeah, I mean, call my prompt and you got to you've got a converse woman who sits there and says, uh, you know, I want to be able to drink the air or whatever she sat there was totally ridiculous crazy stuff crazy.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_15]: Hey, listen, tough.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_15]: I got a run.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_15]: All right.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_15]: You got to call here.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_15]: Thanks, by the way.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_15]: Good afternoon.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_20]: Hey, hey.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_15]: Not look like it.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_20]: I saw some pictures of the Trump guy was young kid with a front flag and Nope, they just got ignored him Don't say that.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_15]: I mean he was there.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_15]: He was participating in an event And you say is all about free speech and democracy and then when a guy shows up who doesn't share your views You don't like it Then you make fun of him
- 51:05[SPEAKER_20]: you just said he was carrying a flag that says I'm stupid you're talking about you said he's carrying a flag that's announcing that he's stupid and you decide I believe that that that I'm just doing it for now yes yes for sure uh... but i want to talk about the the sculpture that out that's not showing the end is only done there what how along a few months or they've been a year uh... it's rustling out really that i don't know if the artist was locally or whatever but before that we can't afford it we're just on that corner
- 51:33[SPEAKER_20]: uh... it's good it's good to call it you know i don't like to make fun of art or ridicule anyone's accomplishments but that thing it should take it to the smelter and just get the commodity value out of the metal because i don't see it is doing anything and i agree with you there but uh... like it's it's going to be there it shouldn't be resting you know
- 52:03[SPEAKER_20]: I'm not that's not a nice thing to talk about I don't know, I don't know which candidates have tattoos.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_15]: There's eight of them.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know which ones have tattoos.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_20]: Lydia, Lydia is the only one I care about.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_20]: You know, Lydia's tattoo lady is a red miscarriage of marks on.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_15]: Okay.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_15]: All right.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_20]: Well, I'll come back in the day.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_15]: That's great.
- 52:34[SPEAKER_20]: Oh, that's cool.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, no, I just kidding.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_20]: Yeah, because it's a unique game.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_20]: That's a great name, Lydia's great name.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, okay.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_15]: All right.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_15]: I got a run.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_15]: Got a run.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_15]: Thanks.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, my God.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_15]: It's on the news.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_15]: Now they say saturated food.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_15]: You have to eat.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, my God.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_15]: Man, yeah, I got caught up in the margarine thing years ago.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_15]: I don't do that nonsense anymore.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_15]: Hey, listen, I got to do a break.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_15]: Be right back.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_22]: Are you interesting talk around the clock?
- 53:02[SPEAKER_22]: depend on the news and talk of authority WATM-1240.

- 53:30[SPEAKER_08]: It's this great, great deal.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_08]: Now, you're probably wondering does that include the Smart Bed by Instinct Comfort?
- 53:35[SPEAKER_08]: Yes, it does.

- 54:34[SPEAKER_02]: And I will work tirelessly to advocate for the taxpayers who are already burdened with perpetual cost increases.

- 55:01[SPEAKER_02]: I believe I have what it takes to confront our challenges and make the tough decisions.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_02]: I hope to earn your vote on November 4th, paid for by Doug Osborne for Waterdale.

- 57:24[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I would just love to remind of both of the builds are in second place now It's nice Patriots now five and two.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_15]: I so of course the jets are all in seven after yet another
- 57:34[SPEAKER_15]: another one.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_15]: There.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_15]: Well, even somebody I always notice and listen, we, we, the candidates, their messages are great.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_15]: But you want me to want to, somebody ask me, who picks the music that's behind him?
- 57:46[SPEAKER_15]: There's a one's up in spiring and rhythmic and rung along, you know, patriotic.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_15]: Well, I think it's either.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_15]: Glenn Curry or Ken Martin pick out it and I have to use it.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_15]: They have to use these music that's like, it's not like copyright.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_15]: It can't pick your favorite ACDC or fog hat song and use it as your, the bed for your thing.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_15]: So I understand it.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_15]: But I'm wondering why they're, if I ever run again, if I would use that generic music or I would just, you know, just put like traffic sounds behind it or something like that, you know?
- 58:17[SPEAKER_15]: Make it sound like I'm out on the street.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_15]: Somebody texted in and said, I picked my own, but you had to pick from the selection going to give you.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_15]: And I understand the reasons for that.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_15]: There's very good reasons for it.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_15]: I'm just saying, if I ever run again, I'm not going to let Glenn pick my music.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_15]: I would just say, can can you give me some traffic sounds or something like that or something
- 58:49[SPEAKER_15]: just a thought.

- 58:54[SPEAKER_15]: Again, those of you, and many of you who are shut in, or don't get out much and you have your absentee at the center of your house, fill it out and send it in.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_15]: It's crazy.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_15]: When Commissioner Lad told me last week, a lesson, a quarter of the people with absentee that even sent them in so far, I fell off my chair.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_15]: they had to pick me up right here eyes had to come over and pick me up off the floor it was just incredible so uh... please get out there and go and if you want to really go out saturday or sunday you need to do it at the county building on arsenal street or you can go up to the poville because if you go to the poville you can just duck over to the depoville hotel and uh... uh... grab something to so it's a nice spot a little something different you know
