  Speaker: And, you know, she has a lot of people, family and friends who

  Speaker: But the reason why she wanted to come to Texas was her mom, was

  Speaker: because she was ready to change her life around.

  Speaker: She didn't want to be that person anymore.

  Speaker: She was telling her mom how she didn't want to wake up and be

  Speaker: that person anymore.

  Speaker: She just didn't have the chance to do it.

  Speaker: like she overdosed and that's

  Speaker: But where we we don't accept that because how can you say

  Speaker: that she overdosed and you don't have proof that she overdosed?

  Speaker: We have, um, I'm in Texas and my

  Speaker: aunt moved back to Indiana to

  Speaker: find Andi.

  Speaker: Um, I grew up with Andi, so it's not like we're distant cousins.

  Speaker: We were getting tired of not getting answers for her.

  Speaker: Um, so me, my cousin Lilly.

  Speaker: Lilly made a page for him, and we honestly, we didn't think

  Speaker: that it was going to get that much traffic, but it's been

  Speaker: doing so well.

  Speaker: We've set up search parties.

  Speaker: My aunt is working with a search and rescue team right now.

  Speaker: That's the only reason why the search is that you were that she

  Speaker: was doing have been put on hold because the gentleman that's

  Speaker: going to help us, he said that with all the foot traffic out

  Speaker: there in the ground already.

  Speaker: That'll make it harder for them to try to track Andi down.

  Speaker: I mean, are there any ring cameras in the area?

  Speaker: Is there their vehicle, their Nana, does have a ring camera.

  Speaker: Um, but the more we dug into Andi's case, we honestly feel

  Speaker: like in my, my aunt will say, well, she had a very uneasy

  Speaker: feeling about this girl.

  Speaker: Um, she never spoke to her, but my aunt, she did come over to

  Speaker: the grandparents house one time when my aunt was there.

  Speaker: My aunt said, like she walked in the house.

  Speaker: It was just this energy.

  Speaker: Well, the girl was carrying with

  Speaker: her and it was not sitting with
• 10:29
  Speaker: my aunt.

  Speaker: Well, and the more that she dug

  Speaker: and dug and dug into Andi's

  Speaker: case, um, she did get some, some

  Speaker: proof that that girl could

  Speaker: possibly have something to do

  Speaker: with Andi's disappearance as

  Speaker: So this was supposed to be a friend of hers?

  Speaker: Yeah.

  Speaker: She was supposed to be a friend.

  Speaker: Um, well, she claims herself as a friend, but, um, you know, her

  Speaker: and Andi were only.

  Speaker: They had only met two weeks prior to Andi going missing.

  Speaker: she also involved in the illegal

  Speaker: Um, she says that she wasn't, but I had people send me

  Speaker: screenshots of like her affidavits and stuff where she's

  Speaker: been to jail for the same stuff, substance that Andi was dealing

  Speaker: with as well.

  Speaker: And it was, it was the M word, right?

  Speaker: Now what the the dots and I'm trying to connect here is, did

  Speaker: Andi you meet this girl through her boyfriend and the people at

  Speaker: That part I am not one hundred percent sure on.

  Speaker: And um, she told that woman that

  Speaker: So she took the binder and they found a whole bunch of notes

  Speaker: about these people that are linked to A and B, and, but she

  Speaker: didn't share any of that information with her mom.

  Speaker: She didn't do any of that.

  Speaker: So it was really, really weird.

  Speaker: Um, but the binder, um, it was just like it said it would have

  Speaker: like the names of the people that might be involved and then

  Speaker: it would have like their addresses, their phone numbers.

  Speaker: So somebody took the time to write down what they think they

  Speaker: And then she was like, well, she left this binder here and she

  Speaker: Union County, um, across the river here in Kentucky.

  Speaker: And we have a horse and rescue search team.

  Speaker: So somehow our team lead, but

  Speaker: somebody reached out to her,
• 18:47
  Speaker: they were going to go to
• 18:48
  Speaker: Henderson and search the
• 18:50
  Speaker: sloughs.
• 18:51
  Speaker: And she called me and she was like, hey, do we even do this?

  Speaker: I was like, well, you know,
• 18:55
  Speaker: that's actually Henderson
• 18:56
  Speaker: County.
• 18:57
  Speaker: So you got to get permission from them.

  Speaker: We don't want to, you know, we don't want to cross territories

  Speaker: and get anybody mad at us.

  Speaker: So she's like, well, here, I'll just give you the phone number.

  Speaker: And it ended up being Andi's mom.

  Speaker: So I called her and I was

  Speaker: talking to her about it and she

  Speaker: was like, yeah, there's supposed

  Speaker: to be a black garbage bag, two

  Speaker: black garbage bags, and a red

  Speaker: suitcase.

  Speaker: I said, there now she's like, oh

  Speaker: no, honey, that was from last

  Speaker: So our search and rescue person

  Speaker: So then I got curious about it

  Speaker: and I was just listening to her

  Speaker: mom talk, and she filled me in
• 19:24
  Speaker: on everything.

  Speaker: And, and, you know, um, she, they don't feel like the police
• 19:28
  Speaker: or law enforcement is doing much about the case at all.

  Speaker: Um, which, you know, I work
• 19:33
  Speaker: pretty close with the sheriff's
• 19:34
  Speaker: department here in Union County
• 19:35
  Speaker: and I understand how their
• 19:36
  Speaker: investigations go.

  Speaker: If it's an open investigation,
• 19:38
  Speaker: they're not going to release a
• 19:39
  Speaker: lot of information even to the
• 19:40
  Speaker: family.
• 19:41
  Speaker: And supposedly, I guess they turned it over to the FBI.

  Speaker: So if that's the case, it's even harder to get information
• 19:48
  Speaker: because they're like so secretive about everything,
• 19:51
  Speaker: especially on an open case.

  Speaker: I doubt they want to tip off who might be a suspect.

  Speaker: And you know, that person's going to dart, you know, if they
• 19:58
  Speaker: find out that they're on that list, that's something else.

  Speaker: I woke up the next morning after

  Speaker: talking to her mom with eight

  Speaker: With every bit, every lead that she has.

  Speaker: And she continues, like sends it to me all the time.

  Speaker: Uh, so any like voice recordings and, uh, a video and I mean just

  Speaker: all kinds of stuff and it, and it just keeps coming back to
• 20:21
  Speaker: some of the same people.

  Speaker: There's about six or eight people that just continuously

  Speaker: comes back to.

  Speaker: So I was like, man, this is, this is kind of intriguing.

  Speaker: And I'm, they call me a hound

  Speaker: dog anyway, because once I get
• 20:34
  Speaker: into something, I get into it

  Speaker: pretty deep.

  Speaker: So I've got some friends that run sonar and they do, you know,

  Speaker: basically they really just look for cars in the Ohio River and

  Speaker: stuff like that.

  Speaker: And I've got them involved.

  Speaker: And we I finally got permission, and it was tough to get
• 20:48
  Speaker: permission from some of the strip mines, the coal companies
• 20:52
  Speaker: that own them, strip mines and, uh, bluegrass wildlife

  Speaker: management didn't really want anybody on there, so I had to
• 20:57
  Speaker: get permission from them.

  Speaker: So that's where we're at.

  Speaker: So right now we have I have obtained permission from Peabody
• 21:05
  Speaker: Coal Company to search all in any of their waterways.

  Speaker: Okay.

  Speaker: That's probably quite a few too.

  Speaker: And it is.

  Speaker: And there's a lot of like really off in the middle of nowhere,

  Speaker: uh, in Oakland City.

  Speaker: And I think Summersville, somebody had said that there was
• 21:21
  Speaker: supposed to be a search and it was a new lake.

  Speaker: You guys weren't able to get permission to, to search there.

  Speaker: Is that right?

  Speaker: So we were gonna, we were going to go to that Saturday.

  Speaker: We were going to go to, to, um,
• 21:32
  Speaker: bluegrass and search what they
• 21:34
  Speaker: call the pit there right off the
• 21:35
  Speaker: interstate.

  Speaker: Uh, and then there was a conservation officer there.

  Speaker: So we, you know, checked in with
• 21:40
  Speaker: him and he's like, man, he said,
• 21:41
  Speaker: you're really supposed to have
• 21:42
  Speaker: permission from property owner,
• 21:43
  Speaker: especially since you're doing
• 21:44
  Speaker: this.

  Speaker: And I was like, well, what if we
• 21:46
  Speaker: just get out there and say we're

  Speaker: fishing?

  Speaker: They said, well, do you have any in the license?

  Speaker: No. He's like, well, I said, so can we just get out there and

  Speaker: just ride around in the boat?

  Speaker: He's like, man, I know what you're doing.

  Speaker: And he said, and I get it, you know?

  Speaker: And I told him, man, I know,
• 21:59
  Speaker: trust me, this is what I do for

  Speaker: And he's like, oh, so yeah.

  Speaker: So I didn't want to do anything.

  Speaker: So we couldn't do that that day.

  Speaker: So we loaded up and we went up to some, I think it's

  Speaker: Summersville right before you get to Oakland City.

  Speaker: And all those pits and stuff out there.

  Speaker: Uh, is owned by Peabody Coal Mines.

  Speaker: And we had a bunch of leads about coal mine pits that she

  Speaker: may have been dropped on.

  Speaker: And some of the suspects or people of interest have ties to
• 22:26
  Speaker: that area and live in that area.

  Speaker: And there's two specific bodies of water that we want to search
• 22:32
  Speaker: that keep popping up and some leads and tips.

  Speaker: So that's kind of that's where we're at.

  Speaker: And like I saw that you're connecting with like Trey and

  Speaker: Ronnie from narco Divers and Brothers Underwater recovery.

  Speaker: So I know I believe they did

  Speaker: some searches, uh, earlier this

  Speaker: year in the Ohio River, like
• 22:48
  Speaker: around Posey County, looking for
• 22:50
  Speaker: some, uh, missing man or

  Speaker: something.

  Speaker: And they found some vehicles.

  Speaker: Yeah.

  Speaker: So I, I've been working with
• 22:56
  Speaker: them for a little over a year

  Speaker: now.

  Speaker: I actually just accidentally come across him one day.

  Speaker: He was coming out of the Ohio

  Speaker: River there in Uniontown, just
• 23:03
  Speaker: right outside of Morganfield

  Speaker: where, where I worked and where
• 23:05
  Speaker: I live.

  Speaker: And, uh, we got to talking and
• 23:08
  Speaker: then it just kind of bloomed up

  Speaker: from there.

  Speaker: We started, I started giving him a bunch of cases that I know

  Speaker: that like people disappeared, could possibly be in the river.

  Speaker: And that's what, you know, so we, we basically teamed up.

  Speaker: I'm basically doing all the legwork paperwork, and then I
• 23:23
  Speaker: meet up with them and we get in the boats and we sonar and he's
• 23:27
  Speaker: a divers and Trey's a diver.

  Speaker: So I'm a huge fan of like adventures with purpose and, uh,
• 23:32
  Speaker: you know, exploring with NUG and I've got to check out their
• 23:34
  Speaker: YouTubes and kind of check out what they do.

  Speaker: But that's, I love that kind of,
• 23:38
  Speaker: you know, that those searches
• 23:39
  Speaker: because I mean, a lot of times
• 23:41
  Speaker: these people who go missing in a
• 23:42
  Speaker: vehicle, they.

  Speaker: There's just unless somebody kind of happens upon it, they're

  Speaker: not going to be found.

  Speaker: Like, I mean, I know police are

  Speaker: busy enough than, than to be out

  Speaker: waterways for that kind of

  Speaker: And so, so there's, you know, there's other tips like she's

  Speaker: But which it was probably not going to happen.

  Speaker: Are the police working with you like, I mean, are they do you

  Speaker: have like a nod from them to, to do these searches?

  Speaker: We don't have to have permission.

  Speaker: We don't have we can go and search any bodies of water that

  Speaker: if like if you owned a lake and we wanted to search it for

  Speaker: whatever reason, as long as you said, yes, we can.

  Speaker: Now, as far as people of interest owning that may own

  Speaker: some ponds or waterways that we're not going to mess with,

  Speaker: that we're going to let them, you know, because they may have

  Speaker: that as far as I know.

  Speaker: So the FBI won't get back with me on anything.

  Speaker: I've called several times, and I haven't reached out to

  Speaker: Evansville because they initially was handling the case.

  Speaker: But, uh, Elaine, uh, Andi's mom

  Speaker: has reached out to law

  Speaker: enforcement, and they don't
• 24:57
  Speaker: they're just they're not giving
• 24:58
  Speaker: any information.

  Speaker: And I'm trying to, you know, trying to keep her kind of, uh,

  Speaker: her spirits up, but just look, it's an open case.

  Speaker: They're not going to even family.

  Speaker: It's just, it's just, uh, one of those issues.

  Speaker: There are a couple abandoned houses that I don't know, some.

  Speaker: I mean, and you, you, you know, this stuff.

  Speaker: The tips come in and there's so many wild tips and so many.

  Speaker: But the thing about it is, like I said, there's six or eight

  Speaker: And you get people that's drunk or on drugs and they're going to

  Speaker: So trying to decipher through what tips are true and what tips

  Speaker: So what we're focusing on is every body of water that we can

  Speaker: one at a time kind of gives the family a little bit of comfort

  Speaker: You know, once, once I started digging into the case and I

  Speaker: found out that like, there's no public activity from law

  Speaker: enforcement going on and just knowing, just thinking how that

  Speaker: family is, you know, it's like, no, they haven't heard anything

  Speaker: in a year, uh, hardly any updates or anything like that.

  Speaker: And I thought, man, if we just

  Speaker: at least get out there and

  Speaker: Then I've seen it in the past.

  Speaker: Uh. I'm actually waiting to get threats, honestly.
