- 0:04Speaker 1: Hey, it's Alex Garrett. One leg Up Alex and we
- 0:07Speaker 1: are in twenty twenty six, which means one lug up
- 0:09Speaker 1: Alex in twenty twenty six. Tune in. We've just published
- 0:13Speaker 1: over fifteen hundred episodes in twelve years, with more TOICOM.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Thanks to you out there listening. One leg Up Alex
- 0:20Speaker 1: in twenty twenty six. That's right, one leg Up Alex,
- 0:23Speaker 1: twenty twenty six, And in the sixteenth day of the year,
- 0:27Speaker 1: everything feels upside down. We have people who are criticizing
- 0:32Speaker 1: President Trump for capturing a dictator and bringing him to justice.
- 0:37Speaker 1: I mean, wouldn't that be nice if we brought all
- 0:39Speaker 1: dictators to justice. I think that's why we call him
- 0:41Speaker 1: a dictator, because they're in too much charge, too much control.
- 0:44Speaker 1: They got very brought to justice. But those same people
- 0:46Speaker 1: that criticize Trump for that are pretty much putting a
- 0:50Speaker 1: blind eye, turning a blind eye to all the frickin'
- 0:53Speaker 1: fraud that's been going on in Minnesota. That's why everything
- 0:57Speaker 1: feels off kilter. What should be considered as correct, which
- 1:03Speaker 1: is bringing a drug trafficker a dictator to justice, is
- 1:07Speaker 1: viewed as a war crime. But all the fraud over here,
- 1:12Speaker 1: which is leading Minnesota legislatures since we last talked about him,
- 1:16Speaker 1: to put articles of impeachment on the table against Tim Walls.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Let's not talk about that. How dare you cover that?
- 1:24Speaker 1: Why are you covering that? Why are you covering that
- 1:27Speaker 1: massive fraud scheme in Minnesota? Why are you tarnishing the
- 1:32Speaker 1: reputation of Governor Tim Walls, who I think everybody's sick
- 1:38Speaker 1: of by now. And I had a caller in the
- 1:42Speaker 1: Mike Gallagher Show with this idea that maybe Kamala picked
- 1:47Speaker 1: him because he had that funding funneling through the fraud.
- 1:51Speaker 1: It's a brilliant idea. I actually could see that happening.
- 1:56Speaker 1: It makes sense why she would pick up an a
- 1:57Speaker 1: logical candidate because they had the money there in Minneapolis,
- 2:01Speaker 1: in Minnesota, the anti ice protests. Look, I don't care
- 2:06Speaker 1: what Jacob Fry says. The guy let Minnesota's third precinct
- 2:10Speaker 1: of Minneapolis is the third precinct burned down has told
- 2:14Speaker 1: his cops time and time again to stand down against
- 2:16Speaker 1: these anarchists. So I don't care what he says. I
- 2:19Speaker 1: don't have any faith in what the guy says. Should
- 2:22Speaker 1: he be hauled off the jail as well, I don't
- 2:25Speaker 1: know Walls is really the guy I want to see
- 2:28Speaker 1: gone from Minnesota. But the protest, to me, is just
- 2:32Speaker 1: another example of upside down. Law enforcement should be acknowledged.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Their tactics with ICE questionable, for sure, but this is
- 2:42Speaker 1: a deeper than that. This is the theme of we
- 2:45Speaker 1: hate the cops. No matter what badge they're wearing, we
- 2:48Speaker 1: hate them and we're gonna take them on. And that's
- 2:52Speaker 1: not right either. The cops should be respected and allowed
- 2:56Speaker 1: to do their job. If they do it wrongly, they
- 2:59Speaker 1: will find themselves in hot water most of the time.
- 3:05Speaker 1: But the idea that once again law enforcements disrespected upside
- 3:12Speaker 1: down off kilter to me, because in my worldview, we
- 3:17Speaker 1: respect law enforcement, We let them do their job, and
- 3:20Speaker 1: for God's sakes, we even let them eat in the restaurants. Look,
- 3:25Speaker 1: not all ICE agents are monsters. And I was thinking
- 3:29Speaker 1: to myself how human it was when I saw a
- 3:33Speaker 1: New York City police officer in the bank doing banking,
- 3:35Speaker 1: and I'm like, wait a minute. They are uniformed, but
- 3:38Speaker 1: they have families, they have lives, they're regular people just
- 3:41Speaker 1: like you and me, and they should be allowed to
- 3:44Speaker 1: eat where they want to eat. Now, there's one restaurant
- 3:48Speaker 1: in Minnesota in Wilmer. They use it as a sting
- 3:52Speaker 1: operation to then arrest the staff at this said Mexican restaurant.
- 3:57Speaker 1: But that's kind of amuse me that they ate and
- 4:01Speaker 1: then they arrested the This is dad like, that's just
- 4:04Speaker 1: an operation right there. But overall, where these people eat,
- 4:11Speaker 1: they should be able to just because one officer who
- 4:16Speaker 1: was almost protecting his life, should I do I think
- 4:20Speaker 1: Renee Good should be alive right now? Yes? I do?
- 4:23Speaker 1: But do I think this officer should represent all of ICE? No?
- 4:28Speaker 1: I don't. And that's why ICE agents, like regular ypd
- 4:33Speaker 1: A law enforcement should be respected. Masks or not, we
- 4:39Speaker 1: know why that's happening, but they should be allowed to
- 4:42Speaker 1: eat where they want to. I'm looking at Michigan establishment
- 4:45Speaker 1: that has banned ICE agents from even eating there. Even
- 4:50Speaker 1: eating there? Is that gonna happen more around the country.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Are these men and women that are working to protect
- 4:58Speaker 1: us going to be told you can't eat here? I
- 5:03Speaker 1: remember when law enforcement was respected. I remember time and
- 5:06Speaker 1: time again, what do you want to be when you
- 5:07Speaker 1: grow up? Kids would always say a police officer? Show
- 5:10Speaker 1: and tell police officers were one of the first people
- 5:13Speaker 1: that came to a show and tell to tell them
- 5:15Speaker 1: about their career. Now, unfortunately, and I don't know if
- 5:22Speaker 1: I agree one way or the other, they have to
- 5:24Speaker 1: protect themselves from being docked, so they mask up. But again,
- 5:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna say this again, upside down off kilter. Where
- 5:33Speaker 1: was the outrage when all the protesters were masked up
- 5:35Speaker 1: in twenty twenty causing all kinds of mayhem in hell?
- 5:39Speaker 1: But old they're wearing masks because of COVID. Get the
- 5:42Speaker 1: freak out of here. The double standards have to stop
- 5:46Speaker 1: in twenty twenty six. They won't, but they should. They should,
- 5:52Speaker 1: because I'm getting a little uh. Everything just feels off
- 5:57Speaker 1: to me to start the year. The shooting, the reaction,
- 6:04Speaker 1: the Winter of Love as they're calling in him Minneapolis,
- 6:07Speaker 1: the fraud being completely overlooked by most of the left.
- 6:10Speaker 1: And I still can't get over the Biden's FBI knew
- 6:13Speaker 1: about this and didn't do anything about it. But so
- 6:17Speaker 1: Governor Quomo to resigned basically after some false accusations of
- 6:21Speaker 1: his sexual assault. But bidens that he should resign. But
- 6:25Speaker 1: Tim Walls, Hey, you're relevated right to the front of
- 6:27Speaker 1: the peak. Candidacy. See, everything's off kilter in my brain.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Everything is off kilter in my brain because in the
- 6:38Speaker 1: backdrop of all of this, we see the other trial happening,
- 6:44Speaker 1: and you want to talk about of Tyler Robinson, and
- 6:48Speaker 1: you want to talk about the possibility of these two assassins.
- 6:55Speaker 1: I started the week talking about Luigia Manji Young en
- 6:57Speaker 1: the week talking about this possibly by liberal judges or
- 7:03Speaker 1: whatever being let go. I don't care what the conspiracy is.
- 7:09Speaker 1: These people, these killers, are the face of the crime,
- 7:15Speaker 1: and you let these two assassins go. Potentially that sends
- 7:19Speaker 1: a message that I'm not comfortable with. So while these
- 7:24Speaker 1: trials go on, we have to pray for justice. Whether
- 7:30Speaker 1: you like Charlie Kirk's politics or tim as a person
- 7:34Speaker 1: or not, you gotta pray that we get justice for
- 7:38Speaker 1: his wrongful death, his assassination. There needs to be justice here.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And whether Brian Thompson was an evil CEO because Medicare
- 7:50Speaker 1: you know you're not healthcare declined and denied many people's
- 7:55Speaker 1: claims he's dead. There should be justice for that. And
- 8:01Speaker 1: if they go from death penalty to completely nothing in
- 8:05Speaker 1: Luigiana and Young case, that's where everything will be off
- 8:08Speaker 1: killed or even more, because we'll be showing that these
- 8:12Speaker 1: two suspected killers, you know, weren't held to justice. And
- 8:22Speaker 1: I'm talking the some this is far down the road.
- 8:24Speaker 1: I don't I actually they will be held the justice.
- 8:27Speaker 1: But these trials are making me nervous. I have to say,
- 8:31Speaker 1: these trials are making me nervous that we won't see
- 8:34Speaker 1: the true justice. And are you as nervous? Are you
- 8:37Speaker 1: following it? I think you should be because with those
- 8:41Speaker 1: two trials, what they tell us will either hold evil
- 8:47Speaker 1: accountable or let evil run rampant in twenty twenty six,
- 8:52Speaker 1: and I'm for holding evildoers accountable and justice prevailing, especially
- 9:05Speaker 1: in year two fifty. Justice was a core of America's
- 9:09Speaker 1: two hundred and fiftieth Birthday, as was life, liberty, and
- 9:16Speaker 1: pursuit of happiness. But justice is part of that too,
- 9:20Speaker 1: and I think for all of us, we need to
- 9:23Speaker 1: zone in on what's really going on. Nobody's being held
- 9:28Speaker 1: accountable for that crime, that fraud scheme. Walls should be impeached.
- 9:34Speaker 1: I don't know if he will be. And these two
- 9:38Speaker 1: trials are going to set us on a path. Will
- 9:42Speaker 1: it be a good path or an even worse path.
- 9:47Speaker 1: That's what we have to look out for in twenty
- 9:49Speaker 1: twenty six and to be all balanced in my brain,
- 9:53Speaker 1: I'm a libra. I need that balance. Those two being
- 9:55Speaker 1: brought to justice will make everything feel right in a
- 10:02Speaker 1: very very off kind of start to twenty twenty six.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Do you feel that offness? Do you feel that uneasiness
- 10:09Speaker 1: that we could, you know, possibly bombing Iran? I mean,
- 10:12Speaker 1: are you feeling the uneasiness or are you just vibing?
- 10:17Speaker 1: I mean, how do you feel to start twenty twenty six?
- 10:19Speaker 1: Email me Alex at alexanyc dot com. I'd like to
- 10:24Speaker 1: see some balance. I'd like to see the same people
- 10:30Speaker 1: that criticized Trump for what he's doing with Maduro also
- 10:34Speaker 1: criticizing that a leader of a state, a governor, allowed
- 10:38Speaker 1: the rampant fraud, that he should be brought to justice too,
- 10:45Speaker 1: and he should be impeached and that would make that
- 10:48Speaker 1: situation right in the eyes of one leg up. Alex,
- 10:53Speaker 1: we'll talk to you too and learn to lou Terminello's
- 10:55Speaker 1: take on the Giant situation. Hiring Harbaugh coming up in
- 11:00Speaker 1: just a little bit. Stay tuned for that on the
- 11:02Speaker 1: wooing Up Network.
