- 0:00SPEAKER_02: Uh the things you all shared with me the last couple of months when we jumped on our calls, the stories you told me, the heartbreak you felt, the wins that you've been able to celebrate, the crap you have overcome was so moving.
- 0:19SPEAKER_02: And there were so many things I learned about you and what you need and what you don't need.
- 0:25SPEAKER_02: But what is super clear for me for us is women still struggle to receive the things that we want.
- 0:36SPEAKER_02: It's like, is it worthiness?
- 0:38SPEAKER_02: Is it time?
- 0:39SPEAKER_02: Is it overwhelm?
- 0:40SPEAKER_02: It's so many of those things.
- 0:43SPEAKER_02: But when it comes down to it, women have a very hard time post-divorce implementing the changes that they so desperately need.
- 0:52SPEAKER_02: And so today we're going to talk about the ways we can strategically support you in overcoming each little hurdle one baby step at a time.
- 1:08SPEAKER_02: Hi, love.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: Welcome to Dear Divorce Diary, the podcast helping divorcees go beyond talk therapy to process your grief, find the healing you crave, and build back your confidence.
- 1:19SPEAKER_02: I'm your host, Don Wiggins, a therapist, coach, integrative healer, and divorce.
- 1:25SPEAKER_02: Join me for a fresh approach to healing grief and building your confidence after divorce.
- 1:38SPEAKER_02: Darlings, my daughter read all of the yearbook comments in my high school freshman year yearbook this weekend.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: Oh shit.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: How was that?
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Can I tell you all the writing was on the wall already, right?
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: It was like, uh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:56SPEAKER_02: The girl who ended up totally burning me in my junior year talked about like how she looked up to me, but I was already giving her advice all the time.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: And I don't know, right?
- 2:08SPEAKER_02: And the number of people that said, I should think higher of myself, less.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: Whoa, I know.
- 2:16SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 2:17SPEAKER_02: And then she's like, what are all these boys calling you babe and telling you they wish they got to know you better?
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: It was your stockpile.
- 2:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:29SPEAKER_02: That's right.
- 2:31SPEAKER_02: I was definitely, it was like embracing, like, oh god.
- 2:36SPEAKER_03: What are they gonna say?
- 2:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 2:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:39SPEAKER_03: It's so fun though.
- 2:40SPEAKER_03: Like you um I just to picture your daughter sitting there with the yearbook that your freshman year is your husband's senior year and getting to see this is my second husband.
- 2:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:54SPEAKER_03: Origin, right, right, right.
- 2:55SPEAKER_03: Your current husband, the current husband.
- 2:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 2:57SPEAKER_03: The um just the origin story that you guys knew each other back then.
- 3:02SPEAKER_03: Like it's just so fun to me.
- 3:04SPEAKER_02: I texted, oh, I didn't send this to you, Tiffany.
- 3:07SPEAKER_02: My husband with long hair.
- 3:08SPEAKER_02: Steven Segal was the experience.
- 3:10SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, mustache.
- 3:13SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: Yes, yeah.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Please send me a sentence.
- 3:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 3:16SPEAKER_03: I think it took me a few minutes to actually figure out who that was.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: I think that when your kids get older, especially like when you have daughters, it's such a cool relationship.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: Like her and I went out to brunch on Saturday together, and she was like, girl, are we wearing dresses?
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: And I was like, uh hell yes, we're wearing dresses.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: And so it's like we got all fancy and we had fancy brunch, and it's it's so cool the things that we talk about.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: Um, it's just wild.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: And like the older they get, the more I share with her.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: And sometimes I get that reaction that's just like, whoa, mom.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: Oh my God.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: And he just opened the text message of my husband with long hair.
- 3:57unknown: Oh my God.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: My daughter got her luscious locks from him.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: He has beautiful hair.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: Seriously.
- 4:05unknown: Okay.
- 4:08SPEAKER_02: I'm never gonna look at him the same again.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: Should we put it on the gram?
- 4:12SPEAKER_02: It's funny.
- 4:13SPEAKER_02: All right, loves.
- 4:15SPEAKER_02: Today we are gonna dig into all the things that we know women need to like overcome the current hardships, right?
- 4:28SPEAKER_02: The the season of overwhelm, the season of feeling disconnected, the season of feeling lonely, the season of feeling like you don't belong, the season of feeling like you know your attachment style is on fire, but you don't know how to tackle it in real time, right?
- 4:39SPEAKER_02: Like all these little micro moments that you have to tackle outside your therapist's office, where you can't just walk around all day holding her hand.
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: Gosh, she has other patients.
- 4:54SPEAKER_02: How dare she?
- 4:56SPEAKER_02: But also that's a plug for our program.
- 4:59SPEAKER_02: That's what she gets.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: And maybe you wanted to join our program, but for whatever reason, that it just wasn't, it didn't click for you this year, right?
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: Whether it was time or availability or um, you know, finances or whatever it is, right?
- 5:11SPEAKER_02: It's like whatever those things are, and you know you need more than what you have, and you're just not quite sure how to navigate it.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: We are gonna talk about all the ways we see women slip through the cracks without meaning to accidentally self-sabotage, um, you know, avoid completely without meaning to, right?
- 5:31SPEAKER_02: And maybe every now and then meaning to.
- 5:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 5:34SPEAKER_02: Maybe every now and then willfully uh avoiding the things, right?
- 5:38SPEAKER_02: But most of the time I think it comes from a lot of subconscious, like doubting what's possible or just sheer exhaustion and um honestly not knowing what step to take next.
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: So this is sort of like a this is the next step to take when you're in between therapy appointments episode.
- 5:59SPEAKER_02: A little more tactical, maybe, than we sometimes do.
- 6:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 6:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 6:03SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 6:04SPEAKER_02: So let's lay out a framework for women to understand what is what is our ecosystem that we have provided for women that they may not even know about to help them with the step-by-step, day by day, your in-between year therapy session.
- 6:21SPEAKER_02: Like, here's a roadmap for you ecosystem.
- 6:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 6:27SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 6:28SPEAKER_02: So it starts with you have to connect with people on this topic.
- 6:34SPEAKER_02: And I know you're talking to your friends, and I know you're talking to your family, but you have to connect with people who are living in this world of divorce, right?
- 6:45SPEAKER_02: There is this thing that unhooks for people when it's like, oh my God, me too.
- 6:51SPEAKER_02: There it's just so profound, right?
- 6:54SPEAKER_02: Or there's this thing that unhooks for you when you ask someone who's an expert on the topic, and they give you an answer so bespoke to what you're actually experiencing that all of a sudden your walls come down and your eyes start leaking.
- 7:10SPEAKER_02: Y'all know what I mean?
- 7:11SPEAKER_02: Those moments where everything just unlocks.
- 7:13SPEAKER_02: Like Joy, you watched this Facebook reel today about learned helplessness, right?
- 7:18SPEAKER_02: And you came in on fire about it.
- 7:20SPEAKER_02: It's like somehow this thing just like spoke.
- 7:23SPEAKER_02: It just like aligned, it just spoke directly to your heart.
- 7:25SPEAKER_02: And then it's like it's unlocked these parts of your mind and your right, right.
- 7:31SPEAKER_03: It was really fascinating.
- 7:32SPEAKER_03: It was a this professor, I actually didn't dig into the setting, but this professor um had a room full of people, and everybody in the room got a piece of paper, and it was um the right side, and you're supposed to um unscramble the letters to make a different word.
- 7:53SPEAKER_03: Oh, uh-huh-uh-right.
- 7:54SPEAKER_03: And so one side had incredibly easy words, and the other side had incredibly hard words, but the last word was the same word.
- 8:03SPEAKER_03: Oh, the people on the left side couldn't, couldn't untangle because they were impossible words until the last word.
- 8:11SPEAKER_03: But the people on the right got it.
- 8:13SPEAKER_03: So she, so each word she was like, if when you're done, raise your hand.
- 8:17SPEAKER_03: And the right right side of the classroom immediately rose their hands, and the left side nobody did.
- 8:22SPEAKER_03: And then the second word, immediately, because it was an easy word, right side, rose their hands, nobody on the left side.
- 8:28SPEAKER_03: And then the third word, right side again, left side, nobody, but it was the same word.
- 8:34SPEAKER_03: Same word.
- 8:36SPEAKER_03: So it's just fascinating because you yes, Joy, nothing is an accident in life, period.
- 8:44SPEAKER_02: Nothing is an accident in life for you to tell that story this morning, right?
- 8:48SPEAKER_02: So what are we trying to say, loves?
- 8:50SPEAKER_02: When you are in chronic overwhelm, understanding the answer feels impossible, even though right?
- 8:58SPEAKER_02: It's it's like, yes.
- 8:59SPEAKER_02: So being in a healing ecosystem where there are people who can point the answer to you is so essential.
- 9:09SPEAKER_02: So if you are not yet in our cocoon app on Heartbeat, why?
- 9:20SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 9:21SPEAKER_02: So link in show notes.
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: Uh, but jumping in and connecting, the first thing that happens when you finish the absolutely annoying task of downloading the app and joining, right, and doing the login and all that crap, which your brain does not want to do right now because you're in a chronic state of overwhelm.
- 9:40SPEAKER_02: Heard, right?
- 9:41SPEAKER_02: But the first thing that happens when you get in there and you introduce yourself is you get a DM from Coach Tiffany.
- 9:46SPEAKER_02: It is an automation, yes, but it walks you through step by step what's next.
- 9:52SPEAKER_02: And now you are automatically in a DM conversation with Tiffany.
- 9:56SPEAKER_02: That's the only automated DM in there, right?
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: That's the only automated DM.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: And it's like as soon as you respond back to me from that point forward, nothing is automated.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: You're talking to Tiffany.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: Nothing is automated, right?
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: So, and I I completely resonate with what you're saying about for me, I didn't really want to do the healing because I had nowhere to put it.
- 10:19SPEAKER_02: Nowhere to put it.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: My family was tired of it.
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: Not tired, but you know what I mean.
- 10:23SPEAKER_01: My friend, whatever, like it gets exhausting and they don't see you.
- 10:26SPEAKER_01: Like, let's be honest.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: Like, unless they're actively going through divorce or they're experiencing it, there's nowhere to put it.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: And then also I feel like there was this other layer of because I was the one that chose to end my marriage.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: How fucking dare I?
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: How dare I have all this pain to be sad if you chose correct.
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: So it was like I felt added pressure to completely just boss through, which was zero out of 10.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: Like, do not recommend that at all.
- 11:43SPEAKER_02: Oh my goodness.
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: I can just imagine if I, like when I was getting divorced, I had my therapist Gerda.
- 11:49SPEAKER_02: We all love Goethe.
- 11:50SPEAKER_02: Goethe is half of how I got to you ladies today, right?
- 11:53SPEAKER_02: Like, we wouldn't have a divorce recovery podcast if Gerda didn't do this phenomenal job of supporting me through that season of my life.
- 12:00SPEAKER_03: Shout out to Gerda.
- 12:01SPEAKER_02: But if I had Tiffany on my phone, I mean, game changer.
- 12:08SPEAKER_02: Game changer.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 12:11SPEAKER_02: But here's the next step, right?
- 12:14SPEAKER_02: Is we know women struggle to actually respond to the DM.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: Yes, they do.
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: Talk about that, Tiffany.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: Like how many women consistently respond?
- 12:28SPEAKER_02: How many women have the courage to ask the question?
- 12:31SPEAKER_02: How many women have the courage to, right?
- 12:33SPEAKER_02: Like, so let's talk about what is that phenomenon that like you know you need an ecosystem or like you know you're in overwhelm.
- 12:40SPEAKER_02: And you know, you could just like type gobbledygook in the frickin' text box and send it back to Tiffany, like fine, you know, we know you're in overwhelm.
- 12:53SPEAKER_02: That's the whole point, right?
- 12:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 12:54SPEAKER_02: So talk about what holds women back in that moment.
- 12:56SPEAKER_02: Do you think it's more overwhelm?
- 12:58SPEAKER_02: Do you think it's more um, you know, fear of like I gotta lose 10 pounds before I go to the gym?
- 13:05SPEAKER_02: Like, what do you think all the layered reasons are why maybe women don't?
- 13:09unknown: Yeah.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: And I have to buy the cute matching outfits before I can be seen at the gym.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: So I would say that about 25% of the women that join actually interact with me immediately.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: Some of them it takes about a month or two because I do follow up.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: So if women aren't active or I'm not hearing from them, I'm gonna keep up a check-in with them.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: Um, and I'm seeing how you're doing.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: Sometimes it takes women a little bit.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: Like we understand that there's lurkers out there.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: You guys want to watch how we move, you want to kind of see what we're about.
- 13:37SPEAKER_01: We're totally counting for that.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: That's fine.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: Like, watch us.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: It's all good.
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:43SPEAKER_02: Is that do you remember that cartoon Dilbert?
- 13:46SPEAKER_02: Is that the the Dilber Dilbert, the cartoon where you just saw his eyes over the wall, like or over the line?
- 13:52SPEAKER_03: I can't remember.
- 13:53SPEAKER_03: I wasn't allowed to watch cartoons, but oh.
- 13:56SPEAKER_02: No, I think it was in a newspaper, a newspaper cartoon, like uh, anyways, carry on.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: Sorry.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: So Wilson.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think that a lot of the women, it's it's overwhelm.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: It's also shock of like, shit, I'm here.
- 14:08SPEAKER_01: You know, it's like I did not want to be those things.
- 14:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: And like you want to participate on the outside, you want to check it out on your own, but interacting with people seems scary.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: Um so I think that a lot of women have that fear when they come into the community where when they're immediately getting that DM, they don't know what to do with their hands.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: And that's cool.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: Like, we're here for that.
- 14:26SPEAKER_01: Um, there's a lot of women that, you know, will join some of the workshops.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: They don't want to be on camera, they don't want to interact.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: We're cool with that too.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: Like, we're not asking women to do anything more than whatever capacity is that they have.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: Um okay, wait, pause it there because you just skipped ahead.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 14:45SPEAKER_02: Skipping ahead.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
- 14:48SPEAKER_02: No, it's great.
- 14:48SPEAKER_02: It's perfect.
- 14:49SPEAKER_02: It's perfect.
- 14:50SPEAKER_02: So we don't we do want women to push themselves because how do you expand capacity unless you move outside of your comfort zone?
- 14:58SPEAKER_02: But we do want to acknowledge there's a window of tolerance where too much is too much.
- 15:03SPEAKER_02: So it's like take one step at a time, right?
- 15:05SPEAKER_02: So, first step, can you download the app, Enjoy Cocoon, and get your um DM from Tiffany and then send her an emoji, right?
- 15:14SPEAKER_02: It doesn't have proof of life emoji.
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it could be skull and crossbones.
- 15:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 15:20SPEAKER_02: But then you will notice that once you do that, one of the options we talk about is joining VIP, right?
- 15:29SPEAKER_02: And VIP is$5 a month, where you get all the Thursday episodes that are typically locked when you open your podcast app and those Thursday episodes are locked.
- 15:40SPEAKER_02: It's because those are reserved for VIP.
- 15:42SPEAKER_02: VIP is$5 a month.
- 15:44SPEAKER_02: And those episodes are typically episodes where we're doing healing, right?
- 15:48SPEAKER_02: Tuesday is where we talk about healing, Thursday is where we're doing healing.
- 15:51SPEAKER_02: But once you're a VIP member and you're in the cocoon app, you get invited every month to a live workshop with Tiffany, where you can submit questions, you can engage.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: Maybe you want to be on camera, maybe you don't want to be on camera.
- 16:04SPEAKER_02: That's what she's talking about is if you're attending a live workshop, which is dealing with topics we know you need help with, like boundaries, attachment, style, grief, resentment, connection, you know, loneliness, like all those things, right?
- 16:20SPEAKER_02: So it's a live workshop that's just part of your$5 a month VIP.
- 16:24SPEAKER_02: Um, and she's just saying you don't have to come and be on camera.
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: You can have your camera turned turned off.
- 16:30SPEAKER_02: No big deal, because the point is to come.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: It's just to show up.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: And it's like, it's almost like the women that say, Oh, hold on, I'm gonna cry.
- 16:43SPEAKER_01: It's like there's this warning.
- 16:44SPEAKER_01: That's me, that's me.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: That's gone.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: The people that say to me, like the clients that say, Hey, like, I'm really not my best self today.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: I'm showing up a mess.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: Cool.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: Like, we're totally here for it.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: You don't have to warn us about that.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna call you out on the carpet.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna make you engage if you don't want to.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: We just want you to be present and learn what it feels like to be in the company of other women who fucking get it.
- 17:06SPEAKER_02: Because you can't heal your grief or have a secure attachment style if you don't learn to belong.
- 17:13SPEAKER_02: And belonging is not about being belonging to a group, right?
- 17:16SPEAKER_02: Brene Brown talks about this.
- 17:18SPEAKER_02: It's so profound.
- 17:19SPEAKER_02: Belonging isn't about belonging to a group, it's about belonging to yourself so that you can then participate in any group and still feel like you belong, right?
- 17:27SPEAKER_02: But very often we can't, we don't know how to belong to ourselves until we feel received by other people, right?
- 17:34SPEAKER_02: It's like by letting other people love on us, we learn how to love ourselves.
- 17:39SPEAKER_02: When I say to people, like, borrow my belief in you, borrow my faith, borrow my love for you until you can sort of allow these things to land.
- 17:46SPEAKER_02: We know right now you're feeling like, gosh, why wasn't I worth it?
- 17:50SPEAKER_02: Why don't I matter?
- 17:52SPEAKER_02: Um, like this all feels helpless, hopeless, overwhelming.
- 17:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 17:57SPEAKER_02: And so it's like the lily pads to feeling like you can belong anywhere is um letting letting yourself belong to us with us, right?
- 18:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:07SPEAKER_02: That's not the end point.
- 18:09SPEAKER_02: You have to learn to belong to yourself.
- 18:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:12SPEAKER_02: It's like the Neo song.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: The Neo song, Let Me Love You, right?
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: It's like, while you learn to love yourself, let me love you.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: But like that's the same.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:19SPEAKER_02: But the differences, the differences when it's transactional, right?
- 18:25SPEAKER_02: Like with a man who is like, oh, give me all of your um, like in pop music, right?
- 18:31SPEAKER_02: Where it's like, I will love you until you're well.
- 18:33SPEAKER_02: But very often that lacks the accountability of you actually learning to belong to yourself, right?
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: That whole codependent pop song love is like, let me love you.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: And then we talked about this in an attachment styles episode, where we let um, you know, sort of new love soothe those parts of us that are on fire.
- 18:55SPEAKER_02: But if we never do the actual work to recover those parts, then when the new love wears off and it's not novel anymore, all of a sudden we're still on fire.
- 19:07SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 19:08SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 19:09SPEAKER_02: So we want you in the app, whether you're joining VIP or not, you could still be in the app and you can still be DMing with Tiffany and you could still be engaging, right?
- 19:20SPEAKER_02: Next level is$5 per month VIP.
- 19:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 19:22SPEAKER_02: And then you do the Thursday episodes and you attend the workshops.
- 19:25SPEAKER_02: Now let's say I can't attend a workshop live.
- 19:28SPEAKER_02: Although one of the baby steps of healing, this sounds so silly, but one of the baby steps of healing.
- 19:34SPEAKER_02: How far out do you have those workshops booked, Tiffany?
- 19:37SPEAKER_02: Is it just a month or is it two months or is it three months?
- 19:39SPEAKER_02: A month.
- 19:40SPEAKER_02: So if I pop in there, I can see the next workshop.
- 19:43SPEAKER_02: And so I can calendar that weeks in advance.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 19:47SPEAKER_02: So, like a baby step of healing is going in, finding the workshop, and calendaring that shit and then protecting it, right?
- 19:54SPEAKER_02: It's like protecting it unless it involves keeping your children alive.
- 20:00SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, or having to pay a bill.
- 20:03SPEAKER_02: It's like protect it to do that, right?
- 20:05SPEAKER_02: It's like a baby step of healing because it's that accountability of, you know, I have to eat my vegetables or else, you know what I mean?
- 20:12SPEAKER_02: I have to drink water.
- 20:13SPEAKER_02: I would prefer to just drink wine all day, every day, right now.
- 20:16SPEAKER_02: Maybe some coffee, coffee and wine.
- 20:18SPEAKER_02: I'd prefer to just drink coffee and wine, but I have to drink water and eat my vegetables, or else I'm probably gonna die.
- 20:23SPEAKER_02: Um so there's that, right?
- 20:29SPEAKER_02: But then in the community, we have fun.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: We play.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: And some of y'all need help playing, some of y'all need help laughing, some of y'all need help just like having a good time, right?
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: And so it's silly, but like there's a monthly giveaway, and um, the stuff that we're giving away is our products we believe in that will move the needle on your healing totally free to just be news, like stuff that we use.
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: Really good with the women in our program, with the in our lives and our right.
- 21:02SPEAKER_02: And so, even in there, right, you get access, A, to win things, b to like just participate in the fun of it.
- 21:08SPEAKER_02: It's usually silly shit to answer that.
- 21:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:13SPEAKER_02: Um, but there's women chatting in there about, you know, like low-hanging fruit conversations, not where you have to share every scary thing you're facing right now.
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: There are levels and layers of engagement you can do, right?
- 21:28SPEAKER_02: There's access and exposure.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: It's like exposure.
- 21:31SPEAKER_02: Repetition is the key to learning, right?
- 21:33SPEAKER_02: So when you're in there and you're like, oh, they're giving away Cardio Plus as a supplement this month.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: Why do they use that in there?
- 21:38SPEAKER_02: Oh, it's because actually, when you're heartbroken, your actual heart needs to be molecularly supported in order to recover from grief.
- 21:47SPEAKER_02: That's why we use Cardio Plus the supplement in there.
- 21:49SPEAKER_02: When we this month's giveaway is um homeopathic remedies to clear your chakras, right?
- 21:55SPEAKER_02: All seven chakras, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
- 21:57SPEAKER_02: And so you know your root chakra is jinkity right now.
- 22:01SPEAKER_02: You know your heart chakra is jankity right now.
- 22:03SPEAKER_02: Probably your throat chakra is jankity right now.
- 22:06SPEAKER_02: You know your solar plexus, your I am chakra, jankity, right?
- 22:10SPEAKER_02: So, how much time and money do women spend going to Reiki getting their chakras cleared, which is amazing.
- 22:15SPEAKER_02: We're here for that.
- 22:16SPEAKER_02: Go get your go get your energy work done, right?
- 22:20SPEAKER_02: But these homeopathic remedies for chakra clearing, one drop is a dose, and you can take multiple doses over the week and really support those chakras on a consistent basis.
- 22:32SPEAKER_02: You could go into cocoon and you could win that for free.
- 22:35SPEAKER_02: Or if not, you could pick it up for less than the cost of a Reiki session and you could be clearing your chakras like day in and day out.
- 22:42SPEAKER_03: What?
- 22:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:44SPEAKER_02: These are the types of things when you're in our community and you're engaging, you have access to on a regular basis.
- 22:49SPEAKER_02: It's like Back to that reel you watched this morning, Joy.
- 22:53SPEAKER_02: When the words are unsolvable, all of a sudden everything feels unsolvable.
- 22:57SPEAKER_02: But we have endless solutions available for you.
- 23:00SPEAKER_02: And so when the habit is to feel overwhelmed and to scroll and drink a glass of wine, because that's literally all you've got in the tank.
- 23:08SPEAKER_02: Sometimes all you've got to do is pop in and respond to that DM or put something in the thread that says, I need help.
- 23:14SPEAKER_02: Help.
- 23:15SPEAKER_04: Mm-hmm.
- 23:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: Like sound your SOS, right?
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: So instead of like Hot Girl Summer, it's like hot divorce women shit.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: Like we divorce, right?
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: Dorsey.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: Like we have the knowledge, we have the products, we have the tools, like we have everything that is going to start to shift you slowly towards creating that chapter that you so desperately want to get to.
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, an entire ecosystem.
- 23:38SPEAKER_03: To the women, to the women who's like, I call myself a wallflower for so long.
- 23:45SPEAKER_03: Like I stayed in the shadows and stayed against the wall, but like take up space.
- 23:49SPEAKER_03: Like we're here to hold space for you.
- 23:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah, say the wrong thing.
- 23:55SPEAKER_02: Say the wrong thing.
- 23:56SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 23:56SPEAKER_03: Bring it.
- 23:57SPEAKER_03: Show up in your pajamas.
- 23:58SPEAKER_03: Show up without a bra on your t-shirt.
- 24:00SPEAKER_03: You know, like I post wood jobs in my pajamas.
- 24:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:03SPEAKER_02: Every time.
- 24:10SPEAKER_02: It's not on camera, but you know what I mean.
- 24:13SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, no, we're like real people.
- 24:15SPEAKER_02: We're doing real life, right?
- 24:16SPEAKER_02: And real life means not driving ourselves to show up perfectly.
- 24:19SPEAKER_02: 24-7, it's not sustainable.
- 24:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:24SPEAKER_02: So if you come in and you join VIP and you can't attend the workshop, no worries.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: Starting this month, we are going to record them in audio only, no video, right?
- 24:33SPEAKER_02: We're going to record them in audio.
- 24:34SPEAKER_02: There is always a handout that goes alongside it.
- 24:36SPEAKER_02: So there's like a little follow-up integration piece that you can do.
- 24:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:40SPEAKER_02: And have access to it.
- 24:42SPEAKER_02: So you can listen at the gym or you can listen in your commute or you can do the whatever, right?
- 24:47SPEAKER_02: And you can do the job of integrating the healing.
- 24:52SPEAKER_02: Let's talk for a moment about the difference between a Thursday episode and a Tuesday episode from an integration standpoint.
- 24:59SPEAKER_02: And Tiffany, talk about what the actual F is integration.
- 25:04SPEAKER_02: What does that mean?
- 25:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 25:07SPEAKER_01: So being able to have all the tools and I love it.
- 25:11SPEAKER_01: And I have so many women come to us and they say, well, I have a therapist and I have a coach and I have an energy worker and I have a chiropractor and they've got all this shit, right?
- 25:20SPEAKER_01: And they've got all this information.
- 25:21SPEAKER_01: They listen to all these podcasts, they read books, self-help books, but they're never actually integrating the work, meaning they are never actually making changes in their life.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: So every time they're at a crossroads, they're choosing the wine over the grounding practice.
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: They're venting to a friend, venting to a friend.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 25:41SPEAKER_01: They're venting instead of actually choosing to walk in nature, journal, get it out, expel that energy.
- 25:47SPEAKER_01: They're not learning anything new.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: So the brain is staying on the same path as it always knows.
- 25:52SPEAKER_02: Which is meaning when you're triggered, you're in a tight spot.
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 25:56SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 25:56SPEAKER_02: You're super activated.
- 25:57SPEAKER_02: And right now I think like many of the women are living in an activated spot, right?
- 26:01SPEAKER_02: And so maybe I think sometimes actually the thing that we do very, very differently than any other podcast or program that I know of in the divorce space.
- 26:08SPEAKER_02: I'm not saying it doesn't exist.
- 26:09SPEAKER_02: I'm saying I don't know of it.
- 26:11SPEAKER_02: So if you found one, please bring it to me.
- 26:12SPEAKER_02: I'd love to make friends with them.
- 26:14SPEAKER_02: But one of the things we do differently is we use the a lot of the energetic tools, especially to help downshift that nervous system, to help thaw that dissociative process so that the tools can penetrate.
- 26:26SPEAKER_02: Because sometimes the women come to us and they're like, I have the tools, but the tools don't work or they don't stick.
- 26:31SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 26:31SPEAKER_02: So we have a lot of the tools so that your system can respond to the tools.
- 26:36SPEAKER_02: But sometimes it's that when you're triggered, you're so activated, you're not reaching for the tool that will actually shift your body's response process.
- 26:49SPEAKER_02: So when you're triggered AF and you call a friend invent, it actually reinforces the negative pattern that's keeping you stuck in healing versus being triggered AF and pulling up your cocoon app and scrolling to the Thursday episode that helps you do the EFT, IFS, guided meditation, drop into your body, somatic exercise that is going to remap your brain, your entire nervous system's response to the stimulus, the trigger, the tight spot, the dissociation, the not being in your body, the wanting to escape, the urge to numb or run away or freeze or punch someone.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:33SPEAKER_01: And look, it's it's proven fact, right?
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: Like doctors tell you it takes 30 days for your brain to create a new neural pathway.
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: So to just start that neural pruning and that neural yes, correct.
- 27:44SPEAKER_01: To establish, not even to reinforce or but the positive part of that is that just within one month of healthy habits, you can start changing the way that your nervous system responds to triggers and trauma, which is fucking amazing.
- 27:58SPEAKER_01: But you have to be able to take the first step.
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: And again, reaching for the things that feel familiar, while that's wonderful.
- 28:04SPEAKER_01: And ladies, I did that a very long time.
- 28:06SPEAKER_01: There is no judgment over here, but it's not gonna get you well.
- 28:10SPEAKER_01: It is not gonna create the change that you need to start living in a way that doesn't feel activating AF all the time.
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: Joey, you were gonna say something magical.
- 28:20SPEAKER_03: No, I was well, I was I was literally gonna say that was the hardest thing for me when you were talking about um, you know, getting on the phone and venting to your girlfriends because like I wanted to rally the troops and it felt good for me to bitch, and it felt good for me to like get it out.
- 28:38SPEAKER_03: And like I think really diving into not doing that was probably the one of the hardest things for me is not right because I went from like something would happen or I would find out something else or like whatever, and then I'd get on my Marco Polo, which is like a video texting app, and I'd like hit this group, and I'd go blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, and then I would click it off and I'd hit this group and I'd go the same thing.
- 29:02SPEAKER_03: So I would just cycle through and re Yeah.
- 29:06SPEAKER_02: So what's actually happening in that moment is identity collapse.
- 29:10SPEAKER_02: What do I mean by that?
- 29:12SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 29:12SPEAKER_02: So very often we've carved out a false identity based on the validation of other people.
- 29:21SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 29:21SPEAKER_02: If he loves me, I feel okay.
- 29:24SPEAKER_02: If she validates me, I feel okay.
- 29:26SPEAKER_02: It is how we have learned to cope with underlying attachment wounding, right?
- 29:30SPEAKER_02: Whether it's anxious, avoidant, disorganized.
- 29:32SPEAKER_02: Most people listening to this podcast probably have a disorganized attachment style to some degree, right?
- 29:38SPEAKER_02: And so we don't have a strong sense of self outside of the validation and the reinforcement.
- 29:48SPEAKER_02: And so it seems so benign venting, right?
- 29:53SPEAKER_02: It's actually the way we are reinforcing a disintegrated attachment style, a um disintegrated parts versus learning how to stop, breathe, recognize the parts of us that are terrified that we don't matter, exiled parts, the parts that are um insecure, right?
- 30:16SPEAKER_02: Angry, frozen, right?
- 30:18SPEAKER_02: And until we sit with those and we learn how to support them to meet their needs versus keep reinforcing this validation cycle, we stay very, very, very, very small without realizing it.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: So yeah, that's what Thursday episodes are for, largely.
- 30:35SPEAKER_02: Every now and then a Thursday episode is just a freaking validate some cramp.
- 30:40SPEAKER_00: Um, because sometimes the Thursday episodes go.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, say it.
- 30:46SPEAKER_03: I was gonna say, I do feel like there's a sometimes there sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes there's a fine line between needing to be seen and needing to be validated.
- 30:54SPEAKER_03: So like Yes, yes, witnessed.
- 30:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 30:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, being witnessed, right.
- 30:58SPEAKER_02: Well, I think the Thursday episodes where we're doing behind the mic or we're doing a panel rant, we're saying things that we will only say behind a paywall because there are things that we either don't want to expose about certain people in our lives or we don't, you know what I mean?
- 31:12SPEAKER_01: Like it's it's um we have kids and families, and not everything is public age levels or yeah, exactly.
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: Correct.
- 31:21SPEAKER_01: Oh, age levels, yeah.
- 31:22SPEAKER_01: Good pair of people.
- 31:22SPEAKER_01: Yes, some of our Thursday.
- 31:23SPEAKER_02: Don't listen to Thursdays with your kids.
- 31:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 31:26SPEAKER_02: It's just more private stuff, right?
- 31:28SPEAKER_01: Um but it allows you a peek behind the curtain because again, like we say all the time, we are normal people dealing with normal shit and life lifes at us.
- 31:36SPEAKER_01: And so it's like it gives you a peek behind what we deal with in our day-to-day lives and sort of how we're still using tools to navigate things that we're experiencing now.
- 31:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 31:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:47SPEAKER_02: Um, okay, so for the woman who is completely overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in patterns she knows she has, but she can't quite work her way out, right?
- 31:57SPEAKER_02: First step download the app, join Cocoon, get that DM from Tiffany, respond with a proof of life text, which is just a skull and crossbones.
- 32:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah, hey girl, hey, like whatever.
- 32:09SPEAKER_02: I don't care.
- 32:09SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 32:10SPEAKER_02: Join VIP so you can actually scroll through those list of episodes to use when you are in the car and you are freaking the F out.
- 32:21SPEAKER_02: Schedule a workshop, attend.
- 32:23SPEAKER_02: If you miss it, listen back.
- 32:25SPEAKER_02: Join the magic, like participate in the magic drop.
- 32:29SPEAKER_02: Win some shit.
- 32:31SPEAKER_02: If you don't win some shit, move on and ask for a link so you can buy some shit.
- 32:37SPEAKER_02: It's not all our shit, right?
- 32:39SPEAKER_02: Like sometimes I just be sending you an Amazon link.
- 32:41SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah.
- 32:42SPEAKER_02: But it's like, use the tools that are available to you that you're not leveraging.
- 32:48SPEAKER_02: Where else are you gonna go for$5 a month and have this free live workshop and all of these Thursday episodes, right?
- 32:53SPEAKER_02: It's like, are you being um are you supporting yourself, right?
- 32:57SPEAKER_02: Or are you abandoning yourself still?
- 32:59SPEAKER_02: Um, and the answer is we're all doing both all the time.
- 33:02SPEAKER_02: I'm super clear about that.
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: Uh, but the nervous system work, the attachment style work, all of this stuff, it takes like we are, we are constantly manifesting, right?
- 33:12SPEAKER_02: This concept of we are constantly, constantly manifesting, but we're not always manifesting intentionally, right?
- 33:18SPEAKER_02: And our manifestations, like our current lives are reflections of a million bajillion micro choices we made to this point.
- 33:28SPEAKER_02: And so all of the micro choices we are making now will dictate our manifestations a month from now, three months from now, a year from now.
- 33:35SPEAKER_02: So, what are you currently manifesting?
- 33:37SPEAKER_02: Like, if we were to like watch a video back of your last week of your life, what would we see you manifesting?
- 33:43SPEAKER_02: Abundance or scarcity?
- 33:46SPEAKER_02: Connection or disconnection, recovery or loneliness and isolation?
- 33:51SPEAKER_02: Like it's a very powerful, interesting question.
- 33:54SPEAKER_02: If we watched the movie of your life back, what would we see you manifesting?
- 34:02SPEAKER_02: So we want to really support you in intentional manifestation of this next season of life.
- 34:08SPEAKER_02: But the part we can't do for you is the taking consistent action.
- 34:11SPEAKER_02: And it doesn't have to be perfect.
- 34:13SPEAKER_02: Like, man, I want to underscore that so much, right?
- 34:16SPEAKER_02: It has to be the bulk of what you're offering.
- 34:18SPEAKER_02: So, like some days that's like 5140% instead of 49%, right?
- 34:23SPEAKER_02: But like can you get to 51% most days of you're at least moving in the direction of healing versus like momentum, momentum, momentum, momentum, right?
- 34:35SPEAKER_02: Like, are you moving in one direction versus the other?
- 34:37SPEAKER_02: And I think so often women just struggle to get momentum in their recovery.
- 34:41SPEAKER_02: So let us love on you.
- 34:43SPEAKER_02: Let us tell you the next step to take in a DM.
- 34:46SPEAKER_02: Let us show you the next product where you don't have the like Instagram wants to send you a million things uh to buy.
- 34:53SPEAKER_02: And you could go broke just buying, you know, influencer products on Instagram.
- 34:59SPEAKER_02: But like, man, we've already done that footwork for you, right?
- 35:01SPEAKER_02: Like, don't waste your money on so much of that crap.
- 35:03SPEAKER_02: Uh-huh.
- 35:04SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, what else would you ladies add about they're in the weeds, they're overwhelmed, they're struggling to get momentum.
- 35:11SPEAKER_02: Like what they're manifesting isn't as powerful as what they want to be manifesting.
- 35:16SPEAKER_03: I wanna um I don't want to say, like, it's so overwhelming all the time, especially when you're in the in the weeds, right?
- 35:22SPEAKER_03: But like if you just do one small thing, just set small goals for yourself slowly.
- 35:28SPEAKER_03: You don't have to jump in and be the MVP of the group right away.
- 35:33SPEAKER_03: Like join.
- 35:36SPEAKER_03: Like, do small things, set small goals for yourself so it's not so overwhelming.
- 35:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, some of the Thursday episodes are sleep meditations, right?
- 35:45SPEAKER_02: Things for you to listen to while you're falling asleep that are affirmations that are programming your subconscious mind, right?
- 35:52SPEAKER_02: Like some of it is just that loves, like right.
- 35:56SPEAKER_03: Small.
- 35:57SPEAKER_03: You don't have you don't have to can't conquer the mountain all at once.
- 36:00SPEAKER_02: No, no.
- 36:02SPEAKER_02: A bajillion, quadrillion, just making numbers up now.
- 36:06SPEAKER_02: Micro traits.
- 36:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:09SPEAKER_01: Micro trace.
- 36:10SPEAKER_01: I would say that this is a community that I wish I would have had when I was going through divorce because there were so many layers to what I was feeling with being quote unquote kicked out of my military community, being thrown back into civilian world, also being a 24-year-old single mother in a divorcee where I didn't fit in anywhere.
- 36:32SPEAKER_01: I was the youngest mom at the daycare, I was the youngest mom at the dance group.
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: Like I just did not feel like I fit anywhere.
- 36:39SPEAKER_01: And it was so lonely and isolating.
- 36:41SPEAKER_01: And I fixed it by just going, hell wow.
- 36:45SPEAKER_01: Like I was like hellfire in my life, proving that I was okay.
- 36:48SPEAKER_01: And so I wish that I would have had a community of women that would have got me.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: Well, and what about the woman who's been divorced twice or even three times, right?
- 36:57SPEAKER_02: And um, I do know there's another coach out there that is really specializing in women who have been divorced two and three times.
- 37:03SPEAKER_02: But it's like, I think then it's even then it's like, gosh, who who can I talk to about this?
- 37:10SPEAKER_02: Because automatically people are like, Yeah.
- 37:15SPEAKER_02: So we have women in our community like that.
- 37:17SPEAKER_01: We have women in our programs like that that have been divorced two and three times.
- 37:20SPEAKER_01: Like, whatever, we're here for it.
- 37:22SPEAKER_01: There is no judgment over here.
- 37:23SPEAKER_01: And I think that's the difference, is when you're talking to family or friends, they are judging you, whether it's good or bad.
- 37:31SPEAKER_01: They're either for you somewhere in the middle, right?
- 37:33SPEAKER_01: But it's like when you come into a group of women who are completely just accepting you, it allows you to start accepting yourself.
- 37:40SPEAKER_01: And that's really the first step of being able to create the rest of your life is being able to truly own your story.
- 37:47SPEAKER_02: It's beautiful.
- 37:48SPEAKER_02: So this week's VIP episode, the Thursday episode, is gonna be a guided affirming sleep meditation that very specifically helps you overcome this amount of overwhelm and issue around belonging.
- 38:02SPEAKER_02: Uh, and so it's really, really important work about being able to receive support, being able to engage outside of your therapist's office, right?
- 38:12SPEAKER_02: And ask for what you need and receive it.
- 38:14SPEAKER_02: So it's a guided sleep meditation that you can just play while you're drifting off.
- 38:20SPEAKER_02: Um, you can listen to it all the time, right?
- 38:22SPEAKER_02: You can listen to it on your way to work, you can listen to it while you're on the treadmill, you can listen to it while you're folding laundry.
- 38:27SPEAKER_02: Um, but it's designed to be like easiest application while you're falling asleep.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: But what we think about throughout a day is what we're manifesting.
- 38:37SPEAKER_02: And I don't know about y'all, but if I didn't give myself intentional shit to think about, what my mind would choose to think about is the kind of shit that like a drunk six-year-old running around the house with a pair of scissors would think about.
- 38:49SPEAKER_02: It would be like not, it would be like dangerous to my well-being if I just let my brain run hog wild with what it wanted to think about.
- 38:58SPEAKER_02: So I very intentionally give my brain things to think about.
- 39:02SPEAKER_02: Y'all have heard me talk about in other episodes the songs that I sang about money coming in and going out or aging in reverse or everything always working out for me, right?
- 39:10SPEAKER_02: And that's why we do episodes like this to listen to.
- 39:13SPEAKER_02: When I drop my kid off at school in the morning, you better bet I'm putting on some very positive, affirming podcast things that I listen to to get my mind right for the day.
- 39:23SPEAKER_02: Uh, so practicing what we preach and yeah, repetition being the key to learning.
- 39:28SPEAKER_02: You gotta organize that shit between your ears, otherwise, yeah, gonna get you into trouble.
- 39:36SPEAKER_02: And that is what we end up manifesting is whatever an unintentional mind is up to, which be some nonsense most of the time.
- 39:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 39:46SPEAKER_02: All right, darling.
- 39:47SPEAKER_02: So catches on the Thursday VIP episode.
- 39:50SPEAKER_02: Uh, there are two ways to join VIP.
- 39:52SPEAKER_02: Let's just acknowledge that, which I think is very consuming, conf confusing to consumers.
- 39:57SPEAKER_02: You can join two different ways.
- 39:59SPEAKER_02: So let's be super clear about what those two ways are.
- 40:02SPEAKER_02: One is through um Buzz Sprout, which is where you there's a button at the bottom of every show note that says support the show.
- 40:11SPEAKER_02: Buzzsprout does not give us the functionality to change that.
- 40:14SPEAKER_02: Otherwise, we would have changed it by now.
- 40:16SPEAKER_02: But there is no way within Buzzsprout for us to change that language at the bottom.
- 40:20SPEAKER_02: But that is how you enroll in VIP via Buzz Sprout.
- 40:23SPEAKER_02: And then they send you an email where they give you instructions to um have a different RSS feed, a unique RSS feed where you get all Thursday episodes, but you still have to then come to Coco to Cocoon to um participate in the VIP workshops and to DM with Tiffany and all of those things, right?
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: There's a second way to join VIP, which is just from within Cocoon completely.
- 40:47SPEAKER_02: So once you already download the app and you get that DM from Tiffany, Tiffany shows you how to join VIP in that initial DM she gives you.
- 41:00SPEAKER_02: Would you say anything different about that, Tiffany?
- 41:02SPEAKER_01: No, it's gonna have a really easy link.
- 41:04SPEAKER_01: You literally click on it, sign up, and you're in.
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: You get access to all the episodes.
- 41:08SPEAKER_01: They're inside the cocoon app.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:10SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 41:11SPEAKER_02: And you just scroll them from in there.
- 41:12SPEAKER_02: They're just like their own separate feed of Thursday episodes.
- 41:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:17SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 41:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:18SPEAKER_02: And they're all concentrated right there.
- 41:21SPEAKER_02: So, like, let's say you're in the weeds and you scroll that and you're like, this is the one I need.
- 41:25SPEAKER_02: Bam, play.
- 41:26SPEAKER_03: Bam.
- 41:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:27SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:28SPEAKER_02: We are coming up on the holidays, which is crazy.
- 41:30SPEAKER_02: Like, it's around the freaking corner.
- 41:33SPEAKER_02: And last year we did the 12 days of Christmas.
- 41:36SPEAKER_02: We had a lot of really fire content to help people get through Thanksgiving and Christmas and the holidays and all of that.
- 41:43SPEAKER_02: So um, stay tuned.
- 41:45SPEAKER_02: We've got you for the holidays.
- 41:46SPEAKER_02: So just sort of teasing that out.
- 41:47SPEAKER_02: We probably need to be talking about that already.
- 41:50SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:51SPEAKER_02: All right, darlings.
- 41:53SPEAKER_02: We love you so much.
- 41:54SPEAKER_02: We cannot wait to see you inside cocoon.
- 41:56SPEAKER_02: Peace.com.
