- 0:00Speaker 1: The Big Show Extra sponsored by Farah and Farah.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Here for you, here for good. Well, Rain's a good thing.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Get ready, get ready. I see a lot of it today,
- 0:11Speaker 2: had some yesterday we had a lot of it, just
- 0:13Speaker 2: a good little drizzle. It seemed like all afternoon long.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Oh did you Yeah? I didn't get any Insteriday. Yeah.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Really no, I didn't get any down south yesterday.
- 0:20Speaker 3: We live in a different climate on the west side.
- 0:22Speaker 2: I guess I have learned that, but that's for sure
- 0:25Speaker 2: we do. It's eight hundred square miles that we have
- 0:27Speaker 2: to account for as Jacksonville, and so one park can
- 0:30Speaker 2: be you know, one way, and one park can be another.
- 0:33Speaker 4: Yeah, it's so weird how it's completely opposite. I mean,
- 0:36Speaker 4: it'll be sunny on one side you drive over the
- 0:38Speaker 4: river and then it's gloom and rain and what the heck?
- 0:43Speaker 1: Good morning John, Good morning, Frog, Good morning Megan, Good morning.
- 0:46Speaker 1: It is the Big Show with Froggy, John and Meghan
- 0:48Speaker 1: on a Jack's Tuesday. And you know, like John said,
- 0:50Speaker 1: it is going to be I don't know what. We'll
- 0:52Speaker 1: call it a wash out. I don't think it's gonna
- 0:53Speaker 1: be heavy rain all day, but it's gonna be that dreary. Well,
- 0:56Speaker 1: basically what I imagine if we lived in Seattle would
- 0:59Speaker 1: be like, right, it's basically it's going to be like
- 1:01Speaker 1: that all day, just dreary, rainy, yet not as warm.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Hard to believe to it. Two days ago we were
- 1:07Speaker 1: laid in the sun. Yes, and now it's like this,
- 1:10Speaker 1: but now it's in the sixties. Much better by the weekend.
- 1:12Speaker 1: So we just got to get through today and tomorrow.
- 1:14Speaker 2: We can do it. But I believe in us. Yes,
- 1:16Speaker 2: I believe in us too.
- 1:17Speaker 4: And we need the rain because of the drought. So
- 1:19Speaker 4: it's kind of a good thing. Is the drought's like
- 1:20Speaker 4: really bad. I want my shower water pressure to work.
- 1:23Speaker 4: I mean, did you just what did I do?
- 1:26Speaker 2: Rain is a good thing? Oh yeah, it was in
- 1:30Speaker 2: your head. It is so lots of stuff going on today.
- 1:33Speaker 1: We've got tickets to bulls Bands and Barrels can play
- 1:35Speaker 1: that with the pop quiz, your chance to see Dylan Scott.
- 1:39Speaker 2: We've also got tickets to our Jumbo Shrinch Yeah, the
- 1:42Speaker 2: four pack where Megan's throwing out the first pitch. Military
- 1:44Speaker 2: Appreciation Night, which is next week.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Yeah, next Thursday.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Get to hang out with our boys scamp here ye boy. No.
- 1:52Speaker 4: No, if you see a video that goes viral after
- 1:55Speaker 4: this where like a girl goes nuts, instead of throwing
- 1:58Speaker 4: it across the plate, she throws it and pelts mascot,
- 2:02Speaker 4: she just know it's your fault.
- 2:04Speaker 2: It's what about South Paul? You'd be buddies with him? Then? No,
- 2:07Speaker 2: I wouldn't. So it was South Paul's birthday over the weekend.
- 2:10Speaker 2: You're going to treat him like this?
- 2:11Speaker 3: That's great. Uh, he can celebrate by himself.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Okay.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Megan's where mascots go to conventions afraid of mascots.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I wanted to have one yesterday. We had a we
- 2:21Speaker 1: had a little girl come in yesterday and hang out
- 2:23Speaker 1: with us for a little bit. I wanted to have
- 2:24Speaker 1: Jackson d Ville coman and like say hello to her
- 2:27Speaker 1: and you.
- 2:27Speaker 4: And because then I would have to try not to
- 2:30Speaker 4: ruin her by making her terrified or be like what's
- 2:34Speaker 4: wrong with Meghan's car?
- 2:35Speaker 2: Her for life? Yeah?
- 2:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I would have just left. I would have been like,
- 2:39Speaker 4: nice to see.
- 2:39Speaker 2: You, honey, nice to meet you. Riley.
- 2:41Speaker 3: I'll be in the hallway.
- 2:43Speaker 2: As for you, stuffed animal, I am out of here.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Get away from me.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Let's get into Meghan's there three things on your kind
- 2:50Speaker 1: of ringdy Jacksonville Tuesday.
- 2:51Speaker 2: But we'll get through it. And once, like Meggan said,
- 2:53Speaker 2: we could use the ring.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Yeah, we could.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Well.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Speaking of the Jumbo Shrimp, Uh, they're doing something really
- 2:59Speaker 4: cool park season Pass that they're offering two different versions.
- 3:04Speaker 4: The individual pass is ninety nine dollars and if you want,
- 3:07Speaker 4: like a family pack, a four pack of tickets.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Per game is one ninety nine.
- 3:12Speaker 4: So if you are always taking the kids to go
- 3:14Speaker 4: see the Jumbo Shrimp, this could be a good way
- 3:16Speaker 4: to save save some money.
- 3:17Speaker 2: It is.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Gas prices are going up and we're all looking for
- 3:22Speaker 4: the cheapest gas, to the point where there was a
- 3:24Speaker 4: huge line outside of Sam's Club on Beach Boulevard. People
- 3:28Speaker 4: were waiting over half an hour to get gas because
- 3:30Speaker 4: it was under four bucks.
- 3:32Speaker 2: I should have waited.
- 3:33Speaker 4: In that line because I'm my light came on the
- 3:35Speaker 4: way here this morning.
- 3:36Speaker 5: Did.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Yeah, it's gonna cost me like seventy bucks to fill
- 3:39Speaker 3: my tank.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Isn't that crazy? Oh, we'll talk about filling up tanks.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll tell you a dumb thing I started getting Yeah, okay,
- 3:44Speaker 1: in a minute.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Saint John's County is tilling up the beach to help
- 3:49Speaker 4: maintain sea turtle nesting. So if you see some big
- 3:52Speaker 4: machines and equipment out there pulling up the sand, just no,
- 3:55Speaker 4: it's all for the turtles, and everything's okay.
- 3:57Speaker 3: That's three things you need to know.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I liked her little kids. Put a quick check on
- 4:05Speaker 1: your Jacksonville traffick number one. If you're up this early,
- 4:07Speaker 1: we need seem to know one thing.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Why you up?
- 4:09Speaker 1: Yeah, call us nine oh four three eight eight thirty
- 4:12Speaker 1: six ninety nine b our first caller of the day.
- 4:15Speaker 1: While you do that, we'll check you Jack's traffick. How's
- 4:17Speaker 1: it looking on our rainy Tuesday ride end?
- 4:19Speaker 2: Well, what we're looking at right now two ninety five
- 4:21Speaker 2: northbound the ramp to Roosevelt. There is something in the way,
- 4:24Speaker 2: but it's not going to slow you down too much.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Just to get off the accelerator a little bit ninety
- 4:29Speaker 2: five southbound over the Trout River Bridge Country ninety nine
- 4:31Speaker 2: one wq I K. How's it going? Good? News is
- 4:35Speaker 2: we need this rain? It's froggy John and Megan. We
- 4:38Speaker 2: are the big show.
- 4:38Speaker 1: So John, I have really started doing this really dumb
- 4:40Speaker 1: thing because gas is so expensive. Yeap so I have
- 4:44Speaker 1: started putting gas in my truck almost every day. So
- 4:47Speaker 1: I stop on the way home and get gas, and
- 4:49Speaker 1: that way, it's only like twelve dollars.
- 4:51Speaker 2: I get ten dollars, do the exact same thing. I
- 4:55Speaker 2: got a little low, so I stopped off and it
- 4:57Speaker 2: was like fifty or fifty five bucks. Yeah, and I'm like,
- 5:00Speaker 2: never again, no, never again. And so I get gas
- 5:02Speaker 2: at half tank.
- 5:03Speaker 3: So you're tricking yourself.
- 5:04Speaker 1: At least you're half a tank. Yesterday I stopped the
- 5:07Speaker 1: needles still on full. I just put some more in there.
- 5:09Speaker 1: It was eight dollars.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 5:11Speaker 4: It's like tricking yourself into thinking and you're not spending
- 5:14Speaker 4: a lot of money on a gas station drink, but
- 5:17Speaker 4: you get it every single day.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Right, You guys are hilarious.
- 5:21Speaker 2: My wife said this is my version of girl math.
- 5:23Speaker 2: She's like, you realize it.
- 5:24Speaker 1: At the end of the day, when the month is up,
- 5:26Speaker 1: you're gonna spend the same amount on gas.
- 5:28Speaker 2: And I do realize that yet, but you're not. You
- 5:30Speaker 2: don't feels.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Better to spend eight dollars at a time versus one
- 5:33Speaker 1: hundred dollars.
- 5:34Speaker 2: It just feels better. Yeah, It is that simple, because
- 5:37Speaker 2: it just it irks me. It goes up one side
- 5:39Speaker 2: and down the other when I'm putting that much money
- 5:41Speaker 2: in my car for gas. But I'm I'm proud of you, guys.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Girl math is still dumb.
- 5:45Speaker 4: Yeah, you're walking that line on delusion and it's about
- 5:48Speaker 4: time you guys get on board.
- 5:50Speaker 2: So wow, I'm gomist. Stop off, all you home the
- 5:53Speaker 2: day and top off again. Yeah, I'll off because it's
- 5:56Speaker 2: only a dollar. It's only did you get eight ten dollars?
- 5:59Speaker 2: It costs me like like, yeah, the truck over seven
- 6:03Speaker 2: dollars and you can.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Get yourself a snack because you save so much money.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Okay, there's where girl math comes in exactly. That's the
- 6:10Speaker 2: ultimate girl math there. And so with that, I bought
- 6:13Speaker 2: shoes right.
- 6:14Speaker 3: It's like you're getting something for fraid.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Yeah you know, hold on, we'll talk about this in
- 6:19Speaker 2: a few minutes. I'll tell you what else.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Lisia did the other day is driving me insane, But
- 6:22Speaker 1: it's just it's it's girl math, Okay.
- 6:24Speaker 2: So is good? No, it's not.
- 6:26Speaker 3: It's good for your mind, it's good for your stress managements.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Horrible for your bank account, awful. You're doing it.
- 6:33Speaker 3: You are practicing girl math to both of you guys.
- 6:36Speaker 2: That's a mega's music sing What is going on in Nashville.
- 6:39Speaker 4: So Ella Langley's Cowgirl boots from her choos in Texas
- 6:43Speaker 4: music video.
- 6:44Speaker 3: People have just been so crazy about them. They're cute.
- 6:46Speaker 4: They're like little short booties that are red. And now
- 6:50Speaker 4: we know what the boots are. So if you want
- 6:52Speaker 4: to get these, they are to Covas, so you're gonna
- 6:55Speaker 4: have to use girl Math to afford them. But for
- 6:57Speaker 4: sure they are the boot that's called Jill Lean and
- 7:00Speaker 4: the crimson and bone color, which is kind of cool.
- 7:03Speaker 3: I looked at them online. They're very pretty.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Cody Johnson released a surprise cover of Footlights, the Moral
- 7:10Speaker 4: Haggard song to honor Merle's birthday yesterday. Cool nice little surprise.
- 7:15Speaker 4: And Luke Bryan there's a billboard that popped up. Luke
- 7:19Speaker 4: Brian surprised us. It's an encouraging message. It's this partnership
- 7:23Speaker 4: he's working with, but it says opportunity knocks, Get the door,
- 7:27Speaker 4: and it says encouragement.
- 7:29Speaker 2: I like it.
- 7:30Speaker 3: So people are like.
- 7:31Speaker 4: That's really sweet, but it's a little confusing because opportunity knocks,
- 7:35Speaker 4: get the door, encouragement what I don't know.
- 7:39Speaker 2: If Luke Bryan was at your door knocked on him,
- 7:40Speaker 2: would you open it?
- 7:41Speaker 1: I would, Yeah, Yeah, come on in, bro, I'd be
- 7:44Speaker 1: like the cool stamper was getting the door.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Open the door if opportunity.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Knocks, right, Megan, that's your music city minute.
- 7:49Speaker 1: All right, it's another caut check on your Jacksonville traffick
- 7:51Speaker 1: wet ride for this Tuesday. So let's be talking about
- 7:54Speaker 1: how John and I have decided to start filling up
- 7:57Speaker 1: our cars with gas every time we go some so
- 8:00Speaker 1: that basically every twelve dollars it doesn't feel like you're
- 8:02Speaker 1: spending that much money exactly, which I understand is I
- 8:07Speaker 1: fully understand at the end of the month, I'm paying
- 8:08Speaker 1: the same amount. It doesn't feel the same. Megan says,
- 8:11Speaker 1: now you understand, girl, math no, because it feels good
- 8:14Speaker 1: right again? Nice, I get it.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Yeah, but y'all y'all have some extra in there. Y'all
- 8:19Speaker 2: have extra in there.
- 8:20Speaker 1: So a couple weeks ago, Lisa decided she my wife,
- 8:23Speaker 1: decided she wanted to.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Sell a purse on Poshmark. Have you heard of Poshmark?
- 8:26Speaker 2: Of course?
- 8:27Speaker 1: Okay, so Poshmarks you sell things, they get a piece okay,
- 8:30Speaker 1: and they identify that it's a real purse that you're
- 8:33Speaker 1: selling and all this other stuff, and you get money.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So I noticed in our account there was one hundred
- 8:38Speaker 1: and twenty dollars deposited into our checking account. I'm like, oh, well,
- 8:43Speaker 1: what's that from. She's like, oh, that's that's the Poshmark money.
- 8:46Speaker 1: I said, you sold that purse for one hundred and
- 8:48Speaker 1: twenty OUs. Oh no, she said, so Poshmark took some
- 8:52Speaker 1: and then I'm going to keep some because I'm going
- 8:54Speaker 1: to buy another purse and it'll be like a free purse.
- 8:56Speaker 2: I'm like, no, it's not free. It is free, God free, free.
- 9:01Speaker 2: It's not free.
- 9:02Speaker 4: If she sold a person she has and then she
- 9:05Speaker 4: takes that money to buy a new purse, it's free.
- 9:08Speaker 2: No, it's not. What if you took our money and
- 9:10Speaker 2: put it in the checking account.
- 9:12Speaker 4: Well, then you would have to be repaying for the purse,
- 9:16Speaker 4: like you are getting money from the thing you already had.
- 9:19Speaker 4: That money was gone, You made money out of thin air,
- 9:22Speaker 4: you sold your item. Now you get to purchase a
- 9:24Speaker 4: new purse. So here, how ridiculous you sound, No, it
- 9:26Speaker 4: makes sense to me. I don't understand how you would
- 9:31Speaker 4: think that would not be free. I feel like exchanging
- 9:35Speaker 4: for a different purse and you get to make some money,
- 9:38Speaker 4: Like you get to see the money that you now have.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Which is like, wow, she's trying to tell me she
- 9:43Speaker 1: made money for us. She's like, I made money for us.
- 9:45Speaker 6: She did.
- 9:46Speaker 3: She's hustling hard.
- 9:47Speaker 2: That's good.
- 9:47Speaker 4: No, you should honestly get her some flowers to say
- 9:50Speaker 4: thank you for bringing in you.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Know, maybe she can sell golf clubs for you, and
- 9:56Speaker 2: then understand maybe that's not real money. John, you're not
- 9:58Speaker 2: helping any So your job here is to help you
- 10:02Speaker 2: know how how you have benefits to be taken John,
- 10:05Speaker 2: and you're on the wrong one.
- 10:06Speaker 4: If you went out and bought her a new designer purse,
- 10:10Speaker 4: right then that would mean that the money that she
- 10:13Speaker 4: doesn't have to spend, she could use that to buy
- 10:16Speaker 4: something nice for herself.
- 10:17Speaker 1: No, no, yeah, no, the money that she got from
- 10:21Speaker 1: the purse could go back into our account and that
- 10:23Speaker 1: would be we made money.
- 10:25Speaker 2: But we're gonna.
- 10:25Speaker 3: But well, you did make money, right, you also get
- 10:29Speaker 3: a new purse.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Well, if it's called reinvestment, she called it repurposing.
- 10:33Speaker 3: See that's a good thing. Yeah, that's totally.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Girl, math is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I mean, literally,
- 10:39Speaker 2: you're doing it. You guys are both on board. Now,
- 10:41Speaker 2: we don't don't we don't know. We don't pretend we
- 10:43Speaker 2: have that money. We don't pretend that's free money. When
- 10:45Speaker 2: we get only forty dollars of gas in our car.
- 10:48Speaker 2: I know I'm not saving anything. It just feels different. Yeah, exactly,
- 10:51Speaker 2: I admit I'm spending the same thing.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Girl math is, Oh, I'm saving money by spending eight
- 10:56Speaker 1: dollars every time I go.
- 10:57Speaker 2: You're not saving it's the same you're spending eight dollars.
- 11:00Speaker 4: Well, if you're going to the gas station every single
- 11:02Speaker 4: day and then you get yourself a little tree.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Froggie, John and Megan great to be with you. Yesterday
- 11:08Speaker 2: we started talking about that. There was a research thing
- 11:10Speaker 2: that said, yeah.
- 11:11Speaker 1: This said we could get more work done or just
- 11:13Speaker 1: as much worked on in a thirty three hour for
- 11:16Speaker 1: day work week versus what we're getting done in a
- 11:18Speaker 1: forty hour five day work wee can I agree with it?
- 11:21Speaker 2: I mean, I fully agree with I'm on board. I
- 11:22Speaker 2: think that's cool too. And we had a lot of
- 11:24Speaker 2: calls yesterday. Sean didn't have a chance to call yesterday,
- 11:27Speaker 2: but he wanted to weigh in this morning on it.
- 11:29Speaker 2: So Sean wady about you. I currently work four tens
- 11:32Speaker 2: and I think it's a good idea. You like it.
- 11:35Speaker 2: I like it. What day do you take off? I
- 11:37Speaker 2: currently take off Mondays? So you like it?
- 11:39Speaker 1: So you see your weekend's long on Sunday, you really
- 11:41Speaker 1: get to enjoy Sunday.
- 11:42Speaker 2: You don't start thinking about going back to work tomorrow.
- 11:44Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 11:45Speaker 2: And if there is a holiday that falls on a Monday.
- 11:48Speaker 6: Then I just take it off on Tuesday.
- 11:49Speaker 2: There you got telling you we're onto something today Thursday, Friday.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Do you feel more productive working these four tens? I
- 11:56Speaker 2: do because sometimes on the code, but Friday, the Fridays
- 11:59Speaker 2: are usual lead some of the slowest days. But we
- 12:02Speaker 2: do get some stuff done now.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Yeah, So then you're really only working to think about
- 12:05Speaker 1: it on those federal holidays. Only you only work on Wednesday, Thursday,
- 12:08Speaker 1: Friday already got stuff done.
- 12:10Speaker 2: You ended to work in two days that week. I
- 12:12Speaker 2: like this. Thank you, Sean. Maybe you're in charge and
- 12:15Speaker 2: can make some changes for us.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I would vote for you make it so, so I'll
- 12:18Speaker 1: vote for Sean appreciate it.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Guys would treat you too.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Man, thank you. I like that idea. Sayeah, that's good.
- 12:23Speaker 1: He's still doing it forty hours, but in four days, and.
- 12:27Speaker 2: He's doing it real time. He's doing it now. This
- 12:28Speaker 2: is not just theory. He's actually doing these four tends.
- 12:31Speaker 2: He likes it. Yeah, and he's right.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Fridays are slow, so why even be there.
- 12:35Speaker 1: I liked our version better. Thirty three hours in four days,
- 12:37Speaker 1: that's not even ten hours.
- 12:39Speaker 2: I like that.
- 12:39Speaker 4: We could just go to three days a week. Honestly,
- 12:42Speaker 4: that would be good for everybody.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Girl math girl, math Alert Girl, math Alert. We'll come
- 12:47Speaker 2: in every now and then and say hi. It's like
- 12:50Speaker 2: I'll bring Starbucks in the morning, right, Okay, that'd be
- 12:53Speaker 2: like that girl they used to work with you in
- 12:54Speaker 2: Miami exactly. Well, you said be here at nine. It's
- 12:58Speaker 2: nine forty five. It's still nine to three. Things on
- 13:05Speaker 2: the checks. A little bit rainy today, gonna be that
- 13:08Speaker 2: way all day. But we could use it.
- 13:09Speaker 4: And for the two of you who are going to
- 13:11Speaker 4: the gas station every single day, maybe check out Sam's
- 13:15Speaker 4: Club on Beach Boulevard. There was a huge line. Over
- 13:19Speaker 4: half an hour. People were waiting to get gas because
- 13:21Speaker 4: it was under four dollars, so you could really get
- 13:23Speaker 4: the best deal.
- 13:24Speaker 2: If you went there.
- 13:25Speaker 6: You have.
- 13:25Speaker 1: But the problem is if you sit in the gas
- 13:26Speaker 1: line for an hour and you burn gas while you're
- 13:28Speaker 1: sitting there, did you really save gas?
- 13:30Speaker 2: So you gotta that's true. That's real math, not girl math.
- 13:34Speaker 5: I mean.
- 13:35Speaker 4: But if you're saving money on the gas, you can
- 13:37Speaker 4: get your snack.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Oh okay, See spend the same amount of money at
- 13:42Speaker 1: the end anyway, and.

- 13:46Speaker 2: save so much money she can buy those those Ella
- 13:49Speaker 2: Langley boosts.
- 13:50Speaker 3: Yeah to Kova's Yes, I think I might have to save.
- 13:53Speaker 2: A little bit more money than that.

- 13:56Speaker 4: The beach because they're helping to aid and sea turtle
- 14:00Speaker 4: nesting this year, So you might see some people out there.
- 14:03Speaker 4: It looks like they're digging, but they're just helping for
- 14:06Speaker 4: the turtles, so be nice to them, be respectful. Did
- 14:09Speaker 4: Jumbo Shrimp are offering new ballpark passes?
- 14:12Speaker 3: Two options.
- 14:13Speaker 4: There's an individual for ninety nine bucks and a four pack.
- 14:16Speaker 4: It's kind of like a family pack for one ninety nine.
- 14:19Speaker 4: If you take the kids out to see the Jumbo Shrimp.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Often.
- 14:22Speaker 4: You can save some money that way. And that's actual math,
- 14:24Speaker 4: not girl math. Yes, three things you need to.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Know, all right, Bulls, bands and barrels coming up, and
- 14:29Speaker 1: we got Dylan Scott's going to.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Be there if you want to go.
- 14:31Speaker 1: When he calls nine and ten, we're playing the pop

- 14:49Speaker 2: On top of always.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Last week they had the Artemis donuts, Yes, the ones
- 14:53Speaker 1: that we didn't get, the ones that I had delivered
- 14:55Speaker 1: to my old address, yes, Gus, yeah yeah.
- 14:57Speaker 3: And they were the Eastern ones that John gave to me.
- 15:01Speaker 2: They did them. Yeah, yeah, they're really good.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Dog he fed your dog instead of letting me. Okay,
- 15:08Speaker 1: So now they have lunched. A new spring collection features
- 15:12Speaker 1: a new Hershey's Double Chocolate donut and the Strawberries and
- 15:15Speaker 1: Cream donut, plus the returning Banana pudding donut on the
- 15:18Speaker 1: original glazed blueberry cake donut.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Banana pudding donut is to die for.
- 15:24Speaker 3: That sounds so good.
- 15:25Speaker 2: It is good.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I'd like to know what the Artemis donuts tasted like,
- 15:28Speaker 1: or the Eastern donuts.
- 15:29Speaker 2: We can we can ask the lady who bought my
- 15:31Speaker 2: house how those Artemists donuts.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Well, she bought your house seven years ago, and she
- 15:36Speaker 1: gets donuts evidently delivery service. That's the last working address
- 15:40Speaker 1: upfitted his doornots. Yeah, it though only here.
- 15:45Speaker 2: I still haven't done it yet, but might she might
- 15:47Speaker 2: be getting breakfast this morning. You never know.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Well, even when the donuts come here, you still don't
- 15:51Speaker 3: get any of that.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Hey, John, did you say you're gonna hold her donuts?
- 15:56Speaker 2: I thought they were on the way. I don't know.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Let me check Julington Creek Planation. Megan took him home.
- 16:02Speaker 3: It was an accident.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Yes, it looks for you. I did the door. She
- 16:09Speaker 2: went frog froggy. No, you're wrong, I did. I made
- 16:18Speaker 2: an effort. I did.
- 16:19Speaker 3: I walked down the hallways, saw the lights rop.
- 16:25Speaker 2: That office. Since I where everybody else is, you didn't know.
- 16:29Speaker 2: I looked.
- 16:30Speaker 1: I looked really hard. I was like back in the
- 16:32Speaker 1: day with my mom. Said, did you clean up the eye?
- 16:34Speaker 2: Cleaned up?
- 16:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I cleaned the as a makeup.
- 16:38Speaker 2: He did? He did? Yes, she did did? All right?
- 16:40Speaker 2: What the buzz is that Red Lobsters bringing back endless Shrimp.
- 16:45Speaker 2: We thought that was the reason they went under, remember that, Yes,
- 16:48Speaker 2: but that beinging back the promotion that bankrupted. And I'm
- 16:51Speaker 2: not sure they say they brought back lobster Fest. Now
- 16:53Speaker 2: that's rumored. Endless shrimp may be returning as long as
- 16:56Speaker 2: they keep those Chester Bay biscuits. Yeah, so good a costco.
- 17:02Speaker 2: You can buy make it home shedder bab biskits. Yeah,
- 17:04Speaker 2: just as good. And they are good there we have
- 17:06Speaker 2: they are.
- 17:06Speaker 4: And if you are a coke drinker and you see
- 17:09Speaker 4: all of the bottles with the yellow tops on them,
- 17:12Speaker 4: these are the real cane sugar ones that people call
- 17:15Speaker 4: Mexican cokes because they're imported from Mexico. You don't have
- 17:18Speaker 4: to search for the glass bottle or try to read
- 17:20Speaker 4: the little labels to slip for that yellow top.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Good idea. Yeah, good job cokeing. The name of the
- 17:25Speaker 2: first contestant guess is the number to the question. The
- 17:27Speaker 2: second says higher or lower. If we need a tie breaker,
- 17:30Speaker 2: well aleska toss up question. Either contestant can answer Ronnie
- 17:33Speaker 2: and Palm Coast. We start with you. One of the
- 17:35Speaker 2: funniest guys of our generation, according to a lot of people,
- 17:38Speaker 2: Eddie Murphy. How old is Eddie Murphy, Ronnie.
- 17:42Speaker 3: He is, I'm gonna say he, thanks you sving Renee.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Is he older or younger? I'll say young, just by
- 17:49Speaker 2: a couple of years, yes, sixty five years old. Wow,
- 17:55Speaker 2: in his fifties. So funny. All right, Uh, Renee gets
- 18:00Speaker 2: that point.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Old on you thought Eddie Murphy was in his fifties. Yeah,
- 18:02Speaker 1: but didn't you also think Michael Jordan was dead? Yes, okay,
- 18:05Speaker 1: so tell you never mind. Michael Jordan has not passed away.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Rene got that long right, Yes, Renee gets this question
- 18:15Speaker 2: first on this day, in what year was the first
- 18:20Speaker 2: mobile phone call made?
- 18:22Speaker 1: Oh, nineteen eighty.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Three, Ronnie? Was it before or after?
- 18:28Speaker 6: Before?
- 18:29Speaker 2: It was? It was the decade previous, nineteen seventy three.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Good job, good job, I'm just goodest, Renee. It Ronnie
- 18:39Speaker 2: went the right direction, and here we go. It's the
- 18:41Speaker 2: tide breaker. If you know the answer to this question,
- 18:44Speaker 2: shout your name. I will give a multiple choice. It's
- 18:46Speaker 2: part of the question. Here we go. Who had a
- 18:49Speaker 2: country hit first? Was it Taylor Swift or Dan and
- 18:53Speaker 2: Shay Renee? Renee Renee? Yeah, sir, is Taylor Swift? Your
- 19:06Speaker 2: head start on Dan and Shays kind of tricky? Six?
- 19:10Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 19:11Speaker 2: All right, Renee, you're going to be our winner today. Congratulating,
- 19:14Speaker 2: Thank you, super beer Ronnie. Have a great National Beer Day, Sir.
- 19:22Speaker 6: We'll do all right.
- 19:25Speaker 2: And Renee, congratulations.
- 19:27Speaker 6: I keep hearing you guys mess up the name of this,
- 19:29Speaker 6: and I keep wanting to say boots and bands and
- 19:33Speaker 6: barrels everybody wants to We're going.
- 19:37Speaker 2: To get it right here, bulls, bulls bands do everything
- 19:44Speaker 2: you need month spot Yeah with Country ninety nine one
- 19:50Speaker 2: w q i K the Big Show with Froggy John
- 19:52Speaker 2: and Meghan and no good deed goes unpunished, especially down
- 19:56Speaker 2: here in Florida. All right, you've seen the video, Yes,
- 19:59Speaker 2: the this is crazy of Florida man who pulled over
- 20:02Speaker 2: to help a crash victim down near Disney World. He
- 20:05Speaker 2: ended up in the hospital. Yes, so the guy has
- 20:08Speaker 2: an accident. Yeah, A good samaritan says, hey, let me
- 20:10Speaker 2: pull over and help this guy.
- 20:12Speaker 1: As he pulls over to help him, the accident victim
- 20:14Speaker 1: gets out of his car, runs, jumps, on top of
- 20:17Speaker 1: this car, kicks his wind shoulder and pulls him out
- 20:19Speaker 1: and beats him up because the guy had stolen the
- 20:22Speaker 1: car that he got in the accident with, and he
- 20:24Speaker 1: thought the guy was going to turn him in. So
- 20:26Speaker 1: what's the moral of the story. Don't pull over and
- 20:28Speaker 1: help somebody, And I hate that.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Yesterday's three things, Megan, you talked about Neptune Beach and
- 20:32Speaker 2: the parking. They're going to be really going after you
- 20:35Speaker 2: if you don't pay your parking tickets.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Yeah, from twenty twenty two to twenty twenty four, all
- 20:39Speaker 4: those unpaid tickets are moving to collections. So if you
- 20:42Speaker 4: have unpaid ones this year, you still got some time
- 20:44Speaker 4: before you know, you have to worry about the collections.
- 20:46Speaker 2: But now Froggy Thoziers, she's got history with parking tickets,
- 20:50Speaker 2: you know. Yeah, I got an idea.
- 20:51Speaker 1: If you get a parking ticket, well, you can just
- 20:53Speaker 1: pay it when you get it.
- 20:55Speaker 4: By the time that they mail it, it's already late
- 20:57Speaker 4: usually anyway, and it's hard to find him.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Or you pay it in advance, pay it when you
- 21:01Speaker 2: get the ticke, when you don't have to wait for
- 21:03Speaker 2: a collection, and it's under your windshow wiper. You pay
- 21:06Speaker 2: it then, but I don't.
- 21:09Speaker 4: I'm hoping that I don't get one to begin with.
- 21:12Speaker 3: Well, then I get mad and I put it in
- 21:13Speaker 3: my car and I crim crinkle it up.
- 21:16Speaker 1: That's a problem. But what's also a problem is if
- 21:18Speaker 1: you just pay wherever you park. I know you you
- 21:20Speaker 1: think that you shouldn't have to pay for parking in
- 21:22Speaker 1: the county in which are a state?
- 21:23Speaker 2: Would you live? Yeah?
- 21:25Speaker 3: I think it's wrong.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, you may think it's wrong, but the law
- 21:28Speaker 2: says that you have to do that.
- 21:29Speaker 1: That's like I don't want to speed them, and I
- 21:31Speaker 1: think I was able to drive seventy two on this
- 21:32Speaker 1: road exactly.
- 21:33Speaker 3: I'm trying to stick it to the man.
- 21:34Speaker 2: We live here.
- 21:36Speaker 3: You know, I don't want to pay for parking.
- 21:39Speaker 2: So if I get away with it, then I'm cool.
- 21:41Speaker 2: All right. Can't mess around with a parking ticket, you can't. Yes,
- 21:44Speaker 2: follow you, Yes, sir? Who's side you on? Who you got?
- 21:46Speaker 2: What you got? A story for us?
- 21:47Speaker 6: I worked in town here at a masonry company and
- 21:50Speaker 6: we were building the uh the courthouse, And anyway, I
- 21:53Speaker 6: got a parking ticket. I joined the army, and eight months.
- 21:56Speaker 5: Later I'm in UH my permanent in it in Germany
- 22:01Speaker 5: and they called me out of there.
- 22:02Speaker 6: And my first art tells me, you have an unpaid
- 22:05Speaker 6: parking ticket in Jacksonville, Florida, and they made me pay
- 22:08Speaker 6: it right then. It was had to be paid a
- 22:11Speaker 6: they called me out, so it chased me all late
- 22:12Speaker 6: to Germany. A parking ticket from Dubau County.
- 22:15Speaker 2: That's that's worse than student loan people, isn't it.
- 22:18Speaker 6: That was worst to love here because I've got a
- 22:20Speaker 6: ticket and I knew. I was about eight days of
- 22:22Speaker 6: going to boot camp, and I thought, I'm not gonna
- 22:24Speaker 6: pay this same heck with it, you.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Know, and I'm starting a new life.
- 22:28Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah. And eight months later in Germany, they.
- 22:32Speaker 5: Called me out and made me pay that ticket. The
- 22:34Speaker 5: ticket was fifteen dollars when it started, it was seventy
- 22:37Speaker 5: five and I had to pay it.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. And that was a lot of money
- 22:39Speaker 2: back then.
- 22:40Speaker 6: That was a lot of money back then. I was
- 22:41Speaker 6: a private of the United States Army. I wouldn't make
- 22:43Speaker 6: them about three hundred some dollars a month.
- 22:45Speaker 2: So yeah, word to the wise.
- 22:47Speaker 6: Meg, that thing will follow you.
- 22:49Speaker 2: That thing will follow you. Thank you for calling word
- 22:52Speaker 2: to the wise that thing will follow you pay your
- 22:54Speaker 2: parking ticket.
- 22:56Speaker 1: No, I'm convinced that one day, driving to work, you're
- 22:58Speaker 1: gonna get pulled over and this is going to be
- 22:59Speaker 1: a man. You have a warrant for your arrest of
- 23:01Speaker 1: unpaid parking ticket.
- 23:02Speaker 3: I got my Florida license.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Now I'm doing what I need to do to get
- 23:06Speaker 4: a legal plate that isn't expired from October.
- 23:09Speaker 3: I'm not I'm do eat enough.
- 23:13Speaker 2: No, you're not doing enough. So what's so? What's the
- 23:15Speaker 2: hold up on the plate?
- 23:16Speaker 6: Now?
- 23:16Speaker 4: I have to wait for my title to come from
- 23:18Speaker 4: the Navy Federal You drive here.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Every day on a plate that expired in October in Alabama?
- 23:24Speaker 4: Yeah, Well, and me and my boyfriend, he has a motorcycle,
- 23:28Speaker 4: so we always are taking my truck.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Everywhere on the weekend. Yeah, we drive to Orlando all the.
- 23:32Speaker 2: Time, trying to find those dykes that we're rolling every
- 23:35Speaker 2: day every day.
- 23:36Speaker 3: I mean, yeah, but you know, I'm trying to do
- 23:38Speaker 3: the things you need to do. I have to wait
- 23:39Speaker 3: to do.
- 23:40Speaker 2: When you see a police officer, do you hope he
- 23:41Speaker 2: doesn't get behind you?
- 23:42Speaker 4: Well, now I have a temporary tag in my car,
- 23:44Speaker 4: so I just keep it in my car to show
- 23:46Speaker 4: him because in my trailer, bark that thing is getting
- 23:49Speaker 4: snatched off.
- 23:49Speaker 3: I can't put it on my car.
- 23:50Speaker 2: What does it expire?
- 23:52Speaker 4: I think they gave me like two months, so yeah,
- 23:57Speaker 4: how many months.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Ago was that? Do you want my week?
- 23:59Speaker 1: Do you want my license? You want my tag? You
- 24:01Speaker 1: want a temporary tag like I love?
- 24:04Speaker 2: You want my old Alabama license they let me you got.
- 24:07Speaker 4: I've got probably six IDs in my palch right here.
- 24:10Speaker 2: You want one of the shows on thirty eight. That's
- 24:12Speaker 2: not sketch at all.
- 24:14Speaker 4: I'm trying my best to be put together, but you
- 24:16Speaker 4: can't do all these things at once.
- 24:18Speaker 3: I can't pay the tolls.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Parking keeps pulling her apart exactly. I'm trying. I'm putting
- 24:25Speaker 2: it on a s effort in it's getting me three things,
- 24:27Speaker 2: and the number one of the three things is before
- 24:29Speaker 2: she's incarcerated. And Megan's gonna be incarcerated. To oh, you
- 24:33Speaker 2: want to call me? Or John? Who's gonna be your
- 24:35Speaker 2: first phone call? John?
- 24:36Speaker 6: John? Yeah?
- 24:38Speaker 2: John?
- 24:39Speaker 3: I call him? Be like, what do I do?
- 24:41Speaker 1: You call me?
- 24:41Speaker 2: What would I do?
- 24:43Speaker 5: You?
- 24:43Speaker 4: Probably just sitting there you would call me the nickname
- 24:46Speaker 4: I hate because I have no choice but to stay
- 24:48Speaker 4: on the phone with my one phone call.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I'm the guy that if you called me from jail,
- 24:52Speaker 1: I want to know what you did, and then I'm
- 24:53Speaker 1: gonna correct you well and.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Be like, you know what I should have done? That
- 24:56Speaker 2: was dumb? Yeah, you called John? I called John. Yeah,
- 25:00Speaker 2: call John, And then I agree.
- 25:03Speaker 4: I would probably sit like a sad child in the
- 25:05Speaker 4: car who thinks they're gonna get screamed or something, because
- 25:09Speaker 4: I'd just be.
- 25:09Speaker 3: Like, I'm sorry, I'm.
- 25:12Speaker 2: So sorry Jill to be a buffer, has Jill has
- 25:18Speaker 2: mom face out of that joint.
- 25:23Speaker 3: Let's talk about the jum Bushrimp. They're offering the ballpark passes.
- 25:27Speaker 3: The individual is ninety nine bucks.
- 25:29Speaker 4: You can get the family four pack for one ninety nine,
- 25:32Speaker 4: so save some money taking the kids to the ballpark.
- 25:35Speaker 2: This year, Saint.
- 25:36Speaker 4: John's County is helping the sea turtles during their nesting season.
- 25:40Speaker 4: They're tilling up all the beach and gas prices that
- 25:43Speaker 4: are going up are causing people to wait in long
- 25:46Speaker 4: lines outside of Sam Club on Beach Boulevard because the
- 25:50Speaker 4: gas is.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Under four dollars. That's three things you need.
- 25:53Speaker 1: To know, John lies wait gas everything you go somewhere
- 25:56Speaker 1: and you only pay in like six months.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Yea, ain't nothing to selective mass. Still, girl mass, exactly
- 26:01Speaker 2: what you got a point. Let's get into your Jacksonville traffic.
- 26:04Speaker 2: It's early Jacksonville Tuesday.
- 26:07Speaker 1: But it's been raining pretty much all day, pretty much
- 26:09Speaker 1: going to be that way through this evening as well,
- 26:10Speaker 1: so rough Friday.
- 26:11Speaker 2: WQYK. It's NonStop, big show. We're only slowing this thing
- 26:15Speaker 2: down long enough to give you an opportunity because a
- 26:18Speaker 2: week from Thursday, a week from this Thursday, it's going
- 26:21Speaker 2: to be Military Appreciation Day with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp
- 26:24Speaker 2: and our very own Megan Terry. Military Appreciation in a walking,
- 26:28Speaker 2: talking life is going to be thrown out the first pitch.
- 26:31Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I'm excited. My Graham told me yesterday. She
- 26:34Speaker 4: was like, you better start practicing.
- 26:36Speaker 2: I was gonna ask you, have you practiced at all? No? Okay,
- 26:39Speaker 2: well then you have to do it. John, and I
- 26:41Speaker 2: did last time. John. John's very helpful. John, and my
- 26:43Speaker 2: last time threw pitches in the back parking lot. Oh
- 26:46Speaker 2: we should do that.
- 26:47Speaker 4: Yeah, Because I played in an adult softball league in
- 26:52Speaker 4: Alabama before I moved, right up until I came here,
- 26:56Speaker 4: but that was what five months ago?
- 26:57Speaker 2: Now, okay, just the wind underneath pictures now over the top.
- 27:02Speaker 4: Yeah, and really it's like you just got to get
- 27:05Speaker 4: it to the plate. I don't want to be one
- 27:07Speaker 4: of those ones running short that's embarrassed.
- 27:10Speaker 2: You want to throw the dirt, you want to skip it.
- 27:12Speaker 4: And I don't want to accidentally throw it at the
- 27:14Speaker 4: mask ont either, because then I might not be invited back.
- 27:16Speaker 2: And it wouldn't be an accident if you actually hit
- 27:18Speaker 2: the mask acident. Well, and Froggie bring up a good point.
- 27:24Speaker 2: You have to pay the park when you do. Yes,
- 27:26Speaker 2: I'm not doing that. Well, you have to. I'm parking
- 27:29Speaker 2: down the street. You're gonna come back your cars gone.
- 27:31Speaker 2: I'm not doing it.
- 27:33Speaker 3: I refuse.
- 27:34Speaker 2: I refuse.
- 27:35Speaker 4: Well, I don't know. I guess we'll see when we
- 27:37Speaker 4: get there. I'll probably be like, well, you know, I'm
- 27:39Speaker 4: trying to be a good smarton.
- 27:40Speaker 2: They're going to be at the game.
- 27:41Speaker 4: I don't want anyone to see me having those things
- 27:45Speaker 4: put on my wheels in the parking lots.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Probably shouldn't want those again. Yeah, well, okay, here we go.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Megan's tough lyric. If you still want to go to
- 27:56Speaker 2: the game. Here's your opportunity to do it. She'll give
- 27:58Speaker 2: you a tough lyric. What you got broke my heart?
- 28:01Speaker 3: So I got even in my ninety seven Chevy broke.
- 28:04Speaker 1: My heart in it, so I got it even in
