Jen: I'm feeling like ⁓ yeah, I feel like this needs to be a whole social clip of a shoot. Yeah. Barry: I do. But you ain't never seen me play, bro. Shaun: I d I mean, I'm not talking about playing a game. I'm just talking like straight up shooting. All right, dude. All right. Barry: Well, I get that, but you don't know what I got. Just cause you talk about shooting. get it. I know what you're saying. We could do a three point contest, bottom shooting, whatever around the world, whatever you want full. ⁓ I want all the smoke. I want all the smoke. You know me bro. Shaun: You don't want that smoke. You don't want that smoke, dog. Jen: You don't want that smoke. I wanna see the smoke, so can we do it and I'll record? Shaun: ⁓ my gosh. We're all right. Add it to the list. That's gonna be something else that we do. Barry: Call me Cheech and Chong, bro. Call me Cheech and Chong, because I want all the smoke. Jen: Add it to list. Add it to the list. Shaun: ⁓ my gosh. That's a different kind of smoke, but clip it. Man. All right. Jen: Yeah. That's too funny. Can't wait clip it. Barry: Clip it. Clip it. Jen: That will be a clip by the way, and we will be doing that in the future. For sure. Shaun: Yeah, we're gonna do it. This guy. I don't know who you think you are. Do I say again? Barry: Y'all can't out me to my kids, yeah, man. Jen: Huh? Barry: Said y'all can't out me to my kids yet. Shaun: Well you may actually take your kids. Barry: Talk about putting that on the internet. Shaun: You suckin' at shootin'? What? Jen: Yeah, I Barry: I know, I thought you were talking about being a smoker. You said you're different kind of smoker. Oh, no, I put myself shooting on the internet. don't give a damn. Jen: ⁓ no no no No I'm saying that whole just I'll leave the the smoking part out. Shaun: ⁓ no no no no no we weren't talking about that. ⁓ Barry: That whole competition. I'm just messing, I really don't care. Teaching Chong is a funny reference. Shaun: Yeah. Jen: If they didn't hear me when I was there yelling about it, then we're good. Shaun: Exactly. Barry: It's all good. Shaun: Man. Barry: get my list up. Shaun: Yeah, so just to make sure of like what we're going through weekend review, ⁓ friend quiz, World Cup finals. That was what I have down. What was that? Jen: Okay, yeah. Do you want to do World Cup then friend quiz? Barry: Are we doing, I was gonna say World Cup and then friend quiz ended up. Shaun: When go okay, walk up in the ference. Jen: Yeah, I think so. Barry: Is there anything else? Shaun: think so. I'm sure we can probably just chop it up a little bit too. Just talk. I've And are we doing seven questions? Jen: Hmm. Shall we go? Barry: Sounds fun. I got eight, nine, but I can choose seven. Jen: I brought yeah, I have seven but I have like bonus things too for them. Shaun: Yeah. Barry: questions with seven bonuses. So she brought 14, Shaun. God damn y'all. Shaun: Okay. I I did bring 14. Like I brought four. Well, hold on. Pause, dog. Shit. Jen: But minor bonus answers. It's this is the correct answer. But if you answered this, like it kind of tracks two. So get a bonus point. That's the same question. Barry: Y'all crazy, bro. Shaun: 14 is because ⁓ if y'all are gonna go first and end up going last, I don't want to repeat questions. So I was like, I'll come up with more. Yeah. Yeah. So we'll see. So okay, so who's gonna go first? Jen, I know that we usually do you first for the week, and then we go to Barry and then I do it. Are we gonna do the same thing for the quiz? ⁓ Jen, Barry, Shaun. JBS. All right, cool. Barry: Two furs. I feel you. No, I give you. I mean, we could repeat. I mean, I get you, but that's cool. Jen: ⁓ that's smart. I didn't think about that. That's fine with me. I don't care. JBS. Shaun: JBS. What episode? Eight? Yeah, eight. I feel like I'm getting feedback. Jen: Hashtag JDS. I'm using that later. Hashtag JDF. What? ⁓ no. Hello, is it me? Shaun: I think it is you. Jen: Like is it too Shaun: Like if you open up the people tab, I think it is you. Barry: Yeah it is you. You got like a little ffff... No, like when you're quiet there's like a little flicker on there. Jen: When I talk. Shaun: Yeah. Yeah. Jen: I don't see it on my end. Barry: If you hit the people, you don't see your little thing popping. Well now it's down. Whatever you just did helped. Jen: Not when I'm I've done nothing. I just clicked into people. That's all I did. Barry: You did some, because it went down whenever you moved. Shaun: Mm-hmm. It is. Barry: Is it your mouse? Jen: I don't have my mouth. I literally almost grabbed it and I was like, no, don't do it. Barry: Nah, it's done now, it stopped, that was weird. Shaun: Yeah, it did stop. Okay, cool. We should be all right. Barry: Did you have like your air go off or something? Do you have air going in? Maybe maybe that drowns it out. Maybe it likes it. I don't know. I really don't. Jen: Okay, I don't know what no, it's actually on right now, so I was like, ⁓ maybe it's 'cause the air's on, but Shaun: Mm-hmm. Jen: I mean it's been on, but I don't know. Okay. Laura. Shaun: Hmm. It's not picking up anymore, so we're good. Yeah. Alright, episode eight. Okay. Wheat. France? See? Wheat. Barry: technology. No, it's good. Jen: Mm-hmm. Barry: what you speak in French. Jen: En France, Francis Shaun: Parevo Francis Alright. Ready? Jen: Ready. But I got a gun again, but I got a gun again. It's harder than it looks, right? Barry: Y'all do your things. Shaun: Better get again. Better get again. Better gonna get it butter, better gonna get it better. I don't even know what you're saying. What are what are the words that you say there? Jen: But I gotta gotta gotta but I gotta gotta gotta gotta gotta gotta but I gotta gotta gotta Shaun: Better get a gun again better get a gun again, better get a gun again. Barry: What's up? I'm about to a, the teeth, the tip, the lips. Jen: Bada gada gada gada bada gada gada. Tip of the tongue, the teeth of it. Shaun: Are y'all talking about? Barry: How now brown cow? How now brown cow? Shaun: Brown chicken brown country. Jen: Meow. Barry: Wrong, wrong, wrong burgundy. Jen: These are the outtakes. These are the the good ones to put on later. Shaun: ⁓ This is the shit for the Patreon. Lanolin. Barry: Lanolin? Like the wool? Lanolin. That's your name. Lanolin. Jen: Lanolyn like the nipple cream? Barry: No, like the wool, Lanolin wool. Y'all are Anchorman fan? Come on, is this another age thing? Y'all don't fucking watch Anchorman at the beginning? Shaun: Nipple cream. Jen: ⁓ I no, I love Anchorman. I haven't seen it very many times though. I know and I love Will Farrell. I like the movie. It's just not one that I Shaun: No, I've seen ⁓ dude, I've seen Anchorman so many times, but at the beginning? Barry: Yeah, when he's talking to the little at the beginning, he's like, name's Lanolin, like the wool. Go back and watch it, That's where Howl Now Brown Cow comes from. I mean, it's supposed to make it silky like the wool, I guess. It's probably the same thing. Shaun: ⁓ yeah, I don't know. Jen: Well, there is also nipple cream that is landolin, so Shaun: Maybe I didn't pick up on it. Jen: Maybe that's probably why they did it. Hey, cheeks and nipples. Last yeah episode it was cheeks. This time it's nipples. Shaun: We do love nipples around here. Barry: I I am not opposed to them. Those are a lot of things that I enjoy. So a lot of things that I enjoy right there. Shaun: Cheeks and nips. ⁓ Jen: that's too funny. I have my Caucasian board. It has writing on that side, but we're not using that side. ⁓ are you this was wrote in Sharpie. Shaun: Does everybody have their Caucasian board? Barry: Yes. Shaun: That works then. ⁓ I am using that side because there's like a well there's like a well can't maybe you can't see it on here. There's kind of like a s ⁓ okay, yeah, that's what it's like. There's like some stuff on that side. So I'm gonna use this one. Okay, same. Barry: Thank you. Which, we're the blank side, right? ⁓ no, it looks like shit. Jen: Just line. We don't want it. ⁓ Well now I feel like I need to get a new board. Hold on. Barry: I'm using my blank side. Do you have ⁓ a brake grease remover that'll get that right off? Jen: ⁓ yeah, let me just like whip over here. Break grease. Yeah. What? Shaun: Let me let me just let me just run into my kitchen cabinet real quick and get break cream. No, Barry, we are normal humans. Barry: Yeah, I don't I don't keep a can of spray white grease. Remember? I mean, it's at O'Reilly's, bro. It's easy. It gets Sharpie off anything. Shaun: Yeah. Barry: I a dry eraser would too. Guess we're not starting. Jen: Yeah. Shaun: Guess not. Barry: Jin's not ready. Shaun: person who gave us the whiteboards doesn't even have a whiteboard for herself. It ain't even white. It's col it's colored. Barry: It's not even white. It's colored. That's my dad joke of the day. Shaun: ⁓ the Proud Boys coming out. Jen: I missed it, say it again. never mind, I gotta go. I gotta go. Suddenly I'm very, very ill and I need to leave this conversation. Barry: ⁓ my god. This guy. This guy. laughed because it was funny. We said it wasn't even a whiteboard anymore. I said, it's not a whiteboard because it's colored. And he thought it was hilarious. Shaun: ⁓ god. Jen: Yep. You goopy goober. Shaun: He's letting that January sixth show. That's what it is. Jen: ⁓ Barry: crazy bro. I was golfing on January 6th. wasn't. I was not the capital. I was here in Lando bro. I remember my homie texting me. like, yo, you seeing this shit? And I was like, I don't have any clue what you're talking about. Sure no. No, bro. It's my Hispanic friend. Jen: He said, I have proof. Shaun: Golfin where? Golfin in DC? Jen: What are you talking about? Shaun: He's like, dude, where are you? You're supposed to be here. We've been here for like an hour. Jen: Where are you at? Shaun: ⁓ man, yeah, he definitely stayed away. He wants to make sure he can stay here probably. Barry: Shaun Martin. Jen: You try to get that part in. Shaun: ⁓ God. Ready? Jen: Randy. Sure. Barry: I don't know, are we? Shaun: We're about to find out. Jen: Yeah. Shaun: Hold on, what's the name of okay. I I have to think of the name of our website. My bad. Jen: You know the one that's right behind on the screen, right there. All over the place. Barry: Jesus Christ, yeah. It's gonna be a good night. I have a feeling it's gonna be a good night. Shaun: ⁓ god. Jen: That's perfect. Yeah. Shaun: I might say some off the wall shit, but we'll see. We'll see how it goes. Exactly. That's true. We are going to be editing, like censoring and stuff now, so that works out. All right, everybody. Welcome back to episode number eight. The Ocho of Bald Enough to Say It. Barry: I mean, why not? It's all can be deleted or bleeped out. So who cares? Jen: Yeah. Barry: Mm-hmm. Shaun: We're rolling along, man. Like turning these out for you all. We've got some stickers, some ⁓ koozies and things like that that our close circle is gonna be getting so that you can help get the word out there about us. That's really what we're trying to do, is get our word out there. Jen: So if you don't get one, no, you are not a close person. Barry: Sure. Shaun: Yeah, just know that you are not a close friend of the show. Everybody is a close friend of the show. But ⁓ if you were here with us last week, you have heard we do have a big ⁓ I guess you can call it like a secret that we've been holding on to. And we're gonna we're gonna bring more of that here a little bit later, but we wanna build up that anticipation just a little bit. ⁓ but as we normally do. Barry: No, don't listen to them. They're all close friends. Don't listen to that. Yes. Jen: Ha ha Shaun: Let's talk about our week since the last time that we've seen each other, Jen. How was your week, madam? Jen: ⁓ week was good. Another I feel like the summer. The whole summer has just been busy, non-stop. But I know, right? Which is kind of terrifying at the same time. How in the world is the summer almost over? But yeah, lots of moving parts. We had an open house this weekend to spent the weekend on the house. That went well. ⁓ Barry: Almost over. Shaun: Flying by. Yeah. Jen: I was kind of having like a gross day and then I learned that drinking coffee, the American Heart Association came out and said that drinking coffee is actually healthy and it lowers your risk for heart disease and it improves your heart health. It is just black co coffee, so if you put a bunch of stuff in your coffee, that's that's on you, boo. That ain't gonna work. Yeah. Exactly. If you're drinking the yeah. Shaun: Yeah, if you get like your your double cream vanilla latte with extra Splenda and sugar and Yeah. Yeah. Dang, so what you're gonna Barry: ⁓ Yeah, your 1500 calorie drink. It's not going to be the healthiest, but you're still doing something healthy in any capacity, I guess, maybe. Jen: Yeah. Yeah. But I just learned that and I'm very excited about it. 'Cause I do drink black coffee. Yeah, you need to start drinking coffee, you just need to hop on the train. You can do it. If you can drink plain tea, you can drink coffee. Shaun: So you're saying that I'm gonna end up with like heart disease since I don't drink coffee? Coffee's disgusting. Can't do it. Can't start, won't start. Yeah, but plain tea is actually good. Barry: Okay, but how much coffee though in a day and I love tea for sure. Jen: They said that you can drink up to five cups a day, which is bananas. I only usually drink two, but they said you can, but at that point they do say like, ⁓ you run the risk of ⁓ sleep issues and anxiety and and heart palpitations. Yeah. So I wouldn't suggest that. Barry: That seems a bit extreme bro. That seems extreme too. Shaun: That's insane. Barry: Addiction? Caffeine dependency? I mean lots of things right there. Shaun: Mm. I feel like they're trying to like get people in the hospital for heart issues. If it's the American Heart Association, they're trying to they're trying to increase those heart numbers, is what's happening. Barry: Right? That sounds like a... Sounds like a trap. Jen: Well some people were like some people are speculating that that it's all a ruse anyways and it's just paid for by the coffee industry to like get people to drink coffee more. So, you know, whatever. Shaun: That's what it was for the dairy farmers. Like we always heard growing up, like, drink milk, got milk. Like, yeah, get that calcium strong bones. Sponsored by the dairy farmers of America. Well, of course they want you to drink milk. Gosh. Barry: Got milk. Got milk, bro. Remember that. In the 90s and the 2000s, Jen: Calcium. Got milk. Mm-hmm. Barry: What's it like the cereal back in like for 50s and 60s how yeah, they push those and there's no nutritional value really to that stuff Now I love cereal though Shaun: Yeah. At all. Jen: Well, didn't they end up having to go back and no, but they I say they, I don't know, the cereal makers had to go in and start adding like vitamins and things to their cereals because they were pushing it so much. Like I swear that was the thing that happened. Shaun: Cereal overlords. Barry: I mean, is, okay, that's probably a bit. ⁓ guess encompassing to say there is no nutria, but there is very, very little nutritional value in cereal, especially if we talk about like Trix and all that stuff. That stuff on got no nutritional value. I'd still eat them. I still mess them up, bro, because they good. What mean? Okay, you lost me. Y'all crazy. That is the grossest cereal ever, bro. This Trix. Do y'all remember Kix? Jen: Yeah. Very yes. There's a lot of sugar even though you're adding in vitamins. Yeah. Shaun: Yeah. Trix are for kids, dog. What are you talking about? All right. All right. They are. Like cinnamon toast crunch. Kill the whole box. What? Jen: Why you dr why you eating those? Love cinnamon toe scrunch. I love cinnamon scrunchies. You're wild. But you like Trix? I mean I do like Trix as well, but Shaun: D what you are. Nah, I couldn't do those. Those were gross. They were so plain. Barry: Yo Kix are the bomb bro what? ⁓ no you gotta pour you gotta Jen: Pops are good. Yes, I love the corn pot. Shaun: Pops were like corn pops, those were good. Or like frosted flakes. Mm-hmm. Frosted flakes. I can I can see that. Golden grams. Yep. Golden grams are great. Sugar smacks, y'all remember sugar smacks? Yeah. Jen: Kenny that's Kenny's number one cereal. We never did golden grams. I know. No. Shaun: Yeah, basically. Jen: Captain Crunch. Barry: Have you, yo, I saw that. Have you ever seen that? Like where it's the Mandela effect where like you think a logo had this, you were like 100 % sure and they try and go back and say that it didn't. I saw a clip for Fruit of the Loom and the cornucopia. They said that there was never a cornucopia on Fruit of the Loom, like the underwear and t-shirt brand. So they actually, I the clip I saw it said they found like actual clothes with it on and they tried to act like, so I don't know. Yeah, but I don't. Jen: Yeah. Mm-hmm. Shaun: Mm-hmm. ⁓ I call BS. They're they're Jen: I for sure. And they have your lion. Shaun: Yeah. Man. They're just trying to fit in with everybody else. That's what it is. Like Shazam and Kazam. Exactly. Barry: I would guess, I don't know. Trying to mess people up, bro. Make you feel crazy. Gaslighting people out here, bro. Yeah, Shazam and Kazam, that's another one. Shaq was never in that movie. Jen: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Uh-huh. Shaun: Mm-hmm. Yeah, smokey bear. It was never Smoky the Bear. That was one. Yeah. Yeah. It's not Baronstein, it's Barenstein. It's Baron Stain bears. Yeah. Dog, we were just lied to our whole lives. That's basically what it was. Yeah. Yeah. Jen: Yes. The Barenstein Bears. There's like one with the Bernstein Bears. It's yes. Bernstein or whatever bears. Yeah. Yeah. We really were. Barry: Really? ⁓ yes, I've heard how it's spelled. Yes, yes, yes. have seen that one. Anyway, I mean it sounds like a little bit of that for sure. Jen: I wonder where the switch was. Like at what point did they say, you know what? We're actually gonna switch it up and make people think they're crazy. I guess. Barry: When the Internet came about you can make people believe anything when you throw it on the Internet Shaun: I think it was the the McDonald's coffee lawsuit. Like and then everybody was like, You know what? We gotta start being real with people. If somebody can sue us for burning themselves with hot coffee No. ⁓ Jen: True. We get it. With coffee. Barry: But have you seen the documentary on that bro that lady really had some like some really bad burn like it was like insanely overly hot like skin grafts bro, like it was like wait, I mean and I get both sides of it, but if I just put a No, it just spilled in her lap And there was but it was overly hot of what it should have been to be considered hot coffee. So Shaun: It's I I get that. I I get it. Jen: I didn't watch the the documentary for that. Shaun: You're an you're an adult. You have to know. Jen: What did she do? Take the lid off? Shaun: It's built. Yeah. Jen: ⁓ Yeah. Mhm. Yeah, here b handing her a boiling pot. Like what the Shaun: I guess. I guess. Barry: I give and take, I get both sides. I mean, that's something like, yeah, hand me a boiling pot of water and expect not to burn myself. Like, I don't know. I get it. I get that she was an adult, but there's still like malpractice in having coffee that's excessively too hot. Shaun: Wow. Jen: Have a nice day. Shaun: ⁓ no, said Jen: But still, yeah. Shaun: Hey, I'm all about corporate greed, so I mean Barry: I mean, that's the American way, ain't it? Jen: Barry did have to check you the other day. Calm down, Shaun Yeah. We can't talk about it on here, but Shaun: Joking, by the way. Check me about what? Okay. Well yeah, tell me later 'cause I gotta know what it is now. Jen: I feel like you would have known 'cause he called you out on Stop Being Greedy. Shaun: Stop being greedy? Barry: It's part of our secret, bro. It's part of our secret. We'll have to say it offline. Okay. I got it. Yeah. Jen: Bear, you know what I'm talking about, right? Okay. Shaun: I d yep, I do, I know what you're talking about. Yeah, okay. That's true. Okay, so maybe I'm not joking. Maybe I am all about You got me. Stop the cat. You got me. That's true. All right. Sorry, Jim, we got completely off track. Like how was the rest of your week? Barry: I mean we all greedy bro. That is human nature. We all want more. I know we took it off the rails for Jen's intro. Jen: Yeah. We really did. I'm honestly forget what I even said. But yeah, it was good. ⁓ right, right, right. We were talking about coffee. But yes, I was kind of having a gross day and I just learned that before hopping on here, so perked me up. Shaun: Your coffee. You were talking about the American Heart Association. Yeah. Barry: No, we were talking about coffee in the American Heart Association telling you you can have five cups a day. So that makes you feel good, Shaun: Good. So is has your day turned around a little bit at least? Okay, cool. Jen: Now, yeah. Barry: She's about to have a cup of coffee right now, bro. Shaun: Hey, make a decaf. I mean you don't want to be up on it. Jen: about to go right now. Although they do say, listen, I have never been formally diagnosed, so this is just me TikTok ⁓ medical universitying myself. But they do say that people with ADHD, it's like they can drink coffee before bed because it actually makes them sleepy. Yeah, it like has the reverse effect and I feel like that's what it does to me because I can drink coffee super late and it I will go back. I will go to sleep. Barry: 9 o'clock Monday night. Shaun: ⁓ god. Here we go. Barry: Mm-mm. Like Riddlin'. The opposite effect. Shaun: Dang. Yeah. Barry: No, I can't. I have one cup a day at max. That's it in the morning. I can't do it. Jen: I usually have two. One in the morning and then one in the afternoon. Shaun: a really rough morning, then I'll I'll pop an Nespresso. But other than that, can't do it. Jen: You have an espresso and you don't like coffee? Barry: I mean, yeah, espresso is good. Nespresso, you have like the fancy machine. They're pretty dope. Shaun: I have a Nespresso machine, yeah. Because see, here's the thing with me is like when there's something that I don't like, I go through these like ebbs and flows of like trying to force myself to like it. So I figure, yeah, I figure if I buy a Nespresso machine, I'll drink coffee more and maybe I will start to start to like coffee. But apparently that's not gonna happen. Jen, what is that? ⁓ Jen: I l my Nespresso machine Barry: Never hurts, bro. Jen: Mm, mm-hmm. ⁓ I'm so sorry. It's my robot vacuum. No. It's emptying its tank. I'm trying to get it to stop. Barry: It's It's a bow move. Jen, calm down, Jen. Shaun: That's hilarious. Can't even that nope, nope, I'm not gonna say that. Never mind. Jen: But stop! No! Barry: You and Kenny, y'all can't have fun with those panties online bro, we don't need to hear that Joe. Jen: Sorry, everyone. I'm sorry. Patty's online. What did I miss? Shaun: Pan panties on the what? Whoa. What? Left field. Barry: Y'all ain't seen them vibrating panties that people be wearing? No? Sounded like a vibration. Jen: Where did that come from? And I just showed up to the pod like, yeah, this is what I'm gonna do today. Shaun: Let me go ahead and turn these on in the middle of fun. Barry: I hey, I don't know. I'm not judging your kink. Shaun: ⁓ all right, guys, we got a new show coming out. It's called Bald Enough to Say It After Dark. It's only for the grown and sexy, apparently. ⁓ my gosh. Man. Well, glad glad that your day is turning around, Jen. Yeah, we never want you to have a gross day. Ever. Yeah. Barry, how about you, dog? Jen: That's too funny. Suddenly we have an OnlyFans. Suddenly we took a hard left turn. Lord, that's too funny. No, it really was just a vacuum. Thanks. Thank you. Thanks. Barry: Only for the growns. Glad your day turned around, June. We don't want you to have a bad day. No. Never. Jen: Perfectly. Barry: It was a pretty eventful week actually. Wednesday night we went out here in New Braunfels to a couple different places. Shaun, Jen, we needed to add Jen. mean, yeah, you can come too for sure. No, I'm joking. Shaun: Yeah, you can come too. Jen: Cause you keep not inviting me to sh things. Barry: we went to this place called Freddy C's. It's like a little bar grill. It was pretty dope. Pretty decent happy hour. Had a good time there. ⁓ I feel like y'all are not creating a safe space for me to tell y'all about my weed, because if it doesn't include y'all, get ridiculed. No, I'm joking. Nah, ⁓ some ⁓ mine ⁓ my wife's ⁓ teacher friends, they're ⁓ ⁓ Shaun: Who was we? I'm just curious. Jen: Yeah, hm, hmm, hmm. Shaun: That's not it at all, dude. I'm just curious, bro. I'm just curious. Barry: It was a good time. No, and their spouses, our former teacher coach group. Now, I mean, hey, if y'all get along, do it. Divorce does happen. So, but so we started at Freddy C's and then we knew there was a new place in town in New Braunfels, called the Country Club. a pretty dope spot. Actually pretty dope spot. Yeah, they do a lot of socials. But now it's definitely Shaun: Wait, you say they're expelses? ⁓ my bad. My bad. I was like, that's a heck of a group. ⁓ man. That's true. Do it. Jen: What a group. What a group that would be. I mean, yeah. ⁓ I think I've seen that on socials. Haven't been to it yet, but yeah, I feel like I've seen it. Shaun: Is it like a bar or something? Barry: Dope. yeah, but they have food as well So it was Shaun: Hm. I mean it's called the country club would I mean you said that I should would I be allowed there? Jen: He said blink twice if I can come. That's right. We sure don't. Lock it in, let it be known. Barry: Yes, Shaun, come on bro. Shaun: That's true. Only on certain days will you support those types of establishments. Certain days in January, certain days in July, but that's that's really about it. ⁓ Jen: Something yeah, something about like a the first month of the year and Barry: But they had some dope drinks. ⁓ One I think was called like the Backporch iced tea. That was whiskey with peach. ⁓ It was good. was really good. Shaun: Nice. Jen: Okay. Shaun: Do they have anything with watermelon in it? Barry: I think they did, Shaun. I think they did. There you go. But OK, so I want to have this conversation with y'all. It was funny when we had it. So it was with the group of people. And I don't know how I remember how we even got on the subject of donuts. I think we were talking about breakfast. Oh, no, that is what it was. So this place called the Country Club is a bar and there's food right next to it. There's this new place that sells kolaches and I think other breakfast food. I think it's really called like kolaches or something like that. Shaun: Nice. Well hey, I got something I can drink there. Jen: You could only drink that one. Shaun: ⁓ good. Barry: So then we started to talk about like our favorite breakfast foods. Well, Kalachi's led to Shipley's donuts. then Becca's from North Texas and they like pride themselves on their donuts, I guess. She was like, there's nothing that compares to North Texas. I was like, mean, a donut's a donut. So we started talking about donuts and me and shout out to my buddy Caleb. He's one of, he's the spouse to one of my former coaches that I worked with. Jen: Yeah. Barry: We said that we like cream filled donuts or like jelly filled and we were the only two. Everybody else was like coming at us like we were crazy. So I hear Jen's in agreeance. Shaun, ⁓ do you like donuts and B, do you like cream or yes. ⁓ I don't mind ⁓ of it, bro. Give me all the fillings in the donuts. ⁓ me all the fillings and the donuts, bro. I love them. ⁓ love them. Jen: Yeah. You're not crazy. That's my favorite. It is my favorite. The Boston cream though, not the weird fluffy white sugar icing-y one. I don't like that one. But the Boston cream or the jelly. Shaun: That's your favorite? Fillings is crazy. That's true. Jen: Listen, I like what I like, Shaun, okay? Barry: For real. for real. I mean, bro, I mean, we all got our thing. Jen: Ooh, I love good lemon film. I love lemon. Mm-hmm. Stop. Barry: I can't do lemon. You can't do lemon. You see like no lemon bars, none of that, bro. I can't do a no. Shaun: I j I just love lemon flavored like things. Yes. I love it because it's the tart and the sweet together, man. It's perfect. Jen: It yes, exactly. Barry: And I'm usually down for that taste combo, but I don't know when it comes to the lemon pastries, it's just not my thing, Like no. Mm, cheesecakes mom. Jen: Mm-mm. Shaun, do you like cheesecake? Okay, there's I've already told Barry about Shaun: Messing out. Of course. Yeah. Laika Yep. I've been there. I've been there. Barry: ⁓ like, ⁓ Still. Shaun: Let me tell you what I did, Jen. So I had some friends that were gonna come over. This has been a a few weeks, probably like a month or so ago. ⁓ I had some friends that were gonna come over. So I went to Leica and I bought one of every slice that they had. I bought one of every slice that they had. Just to have a variety because you never know what people are gonna like. Barry: ⁓ Jen: Mm-hmm. That's the and why was I not invited? Because that sounds magical. ⁓ Perfect. Yeah. Yeah. Barry: God dang. Right, bro? ZAY Shaun: So I got one of every slice that they had, but the plans ended up falling through. So I just had tons of cheesecake. So for like for like a week straight, like I was just sampling. Yeah. Exactly. So I was just like sampling different cheesecakes for like a week straight. I ended up, I I hate how wasteful I am sometimes, but I ended up throwing away quite a bit of it. ⁓ but it was still delicious. So yes, I have tried that one. Jen: So you just had a bunch of cheesecakes? Barry: Dang. Did you freeze it or what, bro? Jen: Honestly, that sounds like a dream. I invited people, they decided to cancel. Now I get to sit home and eat cheesecake. That sounds like a dream. Barry: Mmm. Jen: time. For sure. ⁓ But also, did you try the picnic of ⁓ Did you like it? It's my favorite one. It's literally the perfect balance of tart to Shaun: Next time I'll call you. But like, yo, I got some cheesecake. I did. Definitely did. I did like it. That tartness to it is really good. Mm-hmm. Even their plain cheesecake is really good. They've got a really good it's it's kind of dense, but it's got like a really good levity to it too. Delicious cheesecake. Jen: Yeah. Barry: Yeah, it is. Yeah. Jen: Mm-hmm. Barry: Yeah, it's good stuff. We do the ones in the jar. Shaun: I didn't try those. I didn't try those. Barry: Those are good. No, no, they're great to me. I mean, I am cost effective. So I'm going go with the lower costing item. And my kids don't need no damn piece of cheesecake to themselves. Jen: Those ones are okay, but their full slices just hit different. Shaun: Yeah. I mean Is it that much of a savings though? Jen: Yeah. So split. Shaun: Dude, that's the beauty of it. Like they can split it, they can eat it for like three or four days. Like it's good. Jen: Yeah. Exactly. Like take a few bites, put it in the fridge. Barry: you would think. Shaun: Are they like, if it's here I'm gonna eat it? Like that. Why gonna just have whole thing? Yeah. And then they get sick. That's fair. That makes sense. Barry: They're like, why can't I just eat it? And I'm just like, well, okay. So we get the small thing. And they do. Sugar makes my children sick. Well, I've seen it way too many times in my life and I'm not trying to deal with that. but yeah. Jen: ⁓ for sure. Yeah. Shaun: That's fair. So how does so where does Becca stand on the great donut debate? She's like, no filling. Barry: She was not, it was just me and Caleb standing ten toes down bro. What's her favorite kind? She just likes a regular. Jen: What's her favorite kind of donut? Shaun: Yeah, I feel like I need to know about this magical place. Jen: Way. Barry: She'll get a chocolate glaze every now and again, but more regular. Shaun: Like What's the name of this place that we need to go to that has the best on its in North Texas? Barry: She didn't have a place. She was just trying to brag on her North Texas heritage. Which I don't really don't agree with, but that's just me, because Shipley's is bomb. We talked about Krispy Kremes when they're fresh. She's always impressed, like her story that she like, I think it's one of her favorite ones to tell people is back in the day. I put down a whole dozen of Krispy Kremes in one sitting. Jen: All Beck's homework for next episode is Shaun: I mean Jen: I love Chrissy Green. Shaun: Dang, dog You did or she did? You did, dang. Krispy Kreme is good. Like when they're hot and fresh, they're good, but they're so sweet. I I just can't like this. It's so sweet. I can't do too many of them. Jen: Sounds like a good time. Barry: I haven't had Krispy Kremes a long time. ⁓ Jen: Sounds like a good time. so good. Yeah. Yeah, I don't need that. Shaun: I don't there's not one well, San Marcus. I think that's the only one around here, right? Yeah. Barry: The only one I know is over in, yeah, like 281, 1604 area. And I don't, definitely weren't driving that for when I got a Shipley's right up the street. So yeah, I just wanted to get y'all's opinion. I thought about that. Friday, I did go see some of my, yeah, let us know. What do y'all think? Cream or no cream? Jen: There's one in San Antonio, but it's probably farther yes. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Shaun: ⁓ heck no. No. Not at all. Jen: Yeah. Hm. So in the comments, tell us what's your favorite donut, please? That's for sure gonna be the caption. Cream or no cream. It's for sure cream or no cream. Shaun: God. Barry: Filling or no filling? Shaun: Filling or no filling. Filling or no filling is not any better, dog. Cream or no cream. Filling or no filling. ⁓ gosh. How do you like your donuts stuffed? Barry: Those are your options. Cream or no cream, filling or no filling. That's it. Tell us what you want. Jen: ⁓ yeah, okay. Barry: How do you like them, bro? How do you like them? Jen: We're very Freudian today. Everything's turning sexual. Barry: But Friday I saw some homies that I haven't seen in a while. One of them actually moving to Florida, got a new job out there. So we were kind of celebrating that. We went to the spot. Oh, I'm going to go blank now. Oh, McIntyre's. Y'all ever been doing McIntyre's? It's like a bar. It's a pretty little dope bar. It was in North Star, right by North Star Mall. So it was pretty cool. Shaun: Good. Jen: I've heard of it, but I've never been. Shaun: I feel like I've heard of it, yeah. Jen: Mm-hmm. Shaun: Mm. Barry: Good prices, good happy hour till seven every weekday. Shaun: Nice, that's awesome. A lot of happy hours end at six, which sucks because you can't really get there after work. Yeah. Barry: So, mm-hmm. No, I have to work. No. So, did that. And then Saturday I did the yard. Wasn't a fan of that, but I got it done. Jen: Yeah. Exactly. Shaun: Too hot. Too hot for all that. Especially after all the rain that came through last week. It's just humid. Yeah. Barry: It is too hot. And yeah, that's why I had to do it too, because the yard was growing. I got a good little fill. Jen: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm but that's why you yes, that's why you have to do it. Shaun: Yeah. Got a good little feel. Barry: Sunday, we went out for my youngest. Her birthday is on Friday. And so my mom and grandma came in town and we went to Banzai, Hibachi Jen: ⁓ yeah. Shaun: Mm-hmm. Mm. Barry: So, had a good time there. Shaun: Happy early birthday. Hope you enjoy it. Jen: Yeah. Barry: crazy 11 and a 14 year old man, soon to be 15. And yeah, that was my week. So what about you? Shaun: Run up so fast, man. Nice. That's cool. Mine honestly, I don't even the what the tree. ⁓ so he's actually coming out well by the time this airs. Yes, he would have come out yesterday. But as of recording, he's gonna be coming out in a couple of days. ⁓ so that'll be good, so that I can finally hopefully get some answers on what's going on there. But since he is gonna come out this week, I am Jen: Shaun founds the tree. I need a tree update. Yeah. Barry: Yeah, did your arborist come out? Jen: Ha ha ha Shaun: Going to reach out to the nursery and see about having the tree delivered earlier than what it was originally scheduled. That way it can get planted and hopefully get acclimated before we get into the fall and the winter and all that crap. ⁓ so that'll be good. ⁓ other than that saga, I don't I don't remember what I talked about last night. I think dog, it's Barry: except that they are not remembering your weeks, Shaun: Everything blurs together at this point. I I can't I can't tell anymore. I don't I went and got my eyes checked. So that was okay, cool. We didn't talk about that. So that was during this piece of it then. ⁓ yeah, went and got my eyes checked because my contacts were out of date. So I needed to do that. ⁓ which luckily prescription got a little better. So we're we're moving in the right direction with that. Jen: Literally. Barry: That we did not talk about that last week. So that has to be a new that's a new development. Jen: We didn't talk about that. Please. Barry: Every year, worse. Now, mine stays the same. It just gets a smidge worse. I'm walking it back. Jen: Yeah, it might been the same, but still. Shaun: Yeah. Which I I'm always surprised because I've gotten astigmatism in both eyes, but end up getting really dang, so we're all we're all blind and like blurry and stuff? Barry: Me too. Jen: Same guy. Yeah. Barry: ⁓ but I can't see nothing without my contacts. Like you talk about life's a blur. If I take my contacts out, life is literally a blur. Yeah. Jen: Yeah, if I don't have my glasses on or my contacts in, just Shaun: See. Mm-hmm. If it's within like three feet, I can make out the shape of it, but I can't see what it is. Yeah. ⁓ Jen: Literally everything's in there. Barry: Maybe. Yeah. No. Okay, so have y'all ever thought about getting LASIK? Jen: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Shaun: Yes. Jen: I've thought about it and I just I'm not there yet. Maybe one day. Maybe one day, but I'm not there yet. Yeah. Barry: You eventually go back to having bad So I'm like, why am I gonna get my eyes cut open when I'm a gonna end up in contacts again? I'm fine with contacts. I don't mind putting contacts in. Shaun: Really? That yeah, that's the part that ⁓ Yeah. Jen: Yeah. Shaun: But but I at at the same time it's slower maintenance. So you don't have to worry about contacts. You don't have to worry about putting them in, taking them out. You don't have to you don't well, you don't have to worry about like yeah, it's it's more than a couple of years. Jen: Yeah. Barry: Nah. for a couple years until they go bad? Jen: I think it's more than a couple years. Barry: It ain't that long. Because Becca got it. She had a Lasik surgery. She already back in contact. So it ain't that long, bro. I'm telling y'all it's a common misconception that you're doing something for a long time. It ain't that long. So I will never do it because I got to see her come out of that. And nah, bro. Them lasers going in your eyeballs. I'm good. I'm good. Nah. Nah. Nah. And most insurance doesn't cover it. They'll give you a little bit. It's coming out of your pocket. Jen: Really? ⁓ wow. Hmm. Shaun: Bang. Jen: Hmm. Shaun: Right. Jen: Good to know. Tell them viewers very. They lie. Shaun: I've thought about it but I've never pulled the trigger on it. So Jen: It's definitely yeah. Same. Shaun: That's true. Yeah. Yeah. They'll give you like a portion. Jen: Yeah, yeah. Barry: And it ain't cheap. mean, this was like 10 years ago, so it's probably a little cheaper now, but I don't think it's that much cheaper. Shaun: I think the last time I looked it like fifteen hundred an eye or something like that. So yeah. Yeah. So I mean that's why it went back. Jen: Probably not. Barry: Yeah, that's a little bit less than what we pay her one. I should get one. I done. Jen: Or one eye. He's really upset about it, y'all. Barry: She... wasn't like this. Her eyesight went bad. She had a it's called a traumatic cataract. She a softball hit her in the eye when she was in her early 20s when she was playing sports and they didn't we didn't know about it till like 15 years later when she went to the eye doctor like it was like when we actually moved first in New Braunfels, She was the optometrist was like. Jen: and it cards it. Shaun: Hm. Jen: ⁓ Barry: When you do your makeup and your right eye is it blur? Like can you see? She's like, no, not clearly. She's like, does it look like you're like looking through like a cloudy mirror? She was like, yes. So yeah, you have a scratch on your cornea or whatever retina that they had to fix. So she got a, and it's crazy. We call her a cyborg eye, because if the light hits it right, it literally looks like terminator, bro. It's, it's kind of creepy. Jen: Yeah. Mm-hmm. Shaun: Really? What if what if she is Bark Terminator? Jen: Yeah. Barry: bow. Maybe maybe they gave her a bionic eye. I don't know. But now I will never do Lasik. good for that reason because she's already back in contacts. No, 10 years later. So. Jen: Mm. She's always been a little different after that moment. Shaun: Full. Yeah. Jen: Yeah. Shaun: Yeah. I don't know that I'll ever do it, but it is a consideration that I've had before, but I'm cool with contacts. I can put ⁓ in, take ⁓ out. Yeah. I get the monthlies, so I'll just put ⁓ in. They stay in for a month. Yeah. But then I'll take and then I I should take them out. I don't always take them out every month. But yeah. Jen: Yeah. Barry: No, I'm good with contacts. Jen: Same, I'm just a chicken. Barry: That's what I do. Yep, the monthlings. Jen: Yeah. Barry: But I used to when I was poor, I'd let them rock for two months and just do half of whatever I got for free. That's what I've made them last. They kind of backfired. Sometimes I get to the end and like if it tears, I'm like, damn, I've to go buy me one. Hope they got a they got a little trial pair I can use or something. Right. You got a sample I could get. Shaun: Yeah. Mm-hmm. Whatever it takes. You're screwed. Yeah. Jen: Yeah. You got any samples I could walk away with? Shaun: Exactly. Yeah. Which is the part that usually sucks with me because my prescription is so strong, they rarely ever have my prescription in the office. So they always have to order them. Luckily, this time they had them and I was able to get those. So waiting on the new shipment to come in, and then I'll have some fresh contacts that I can start to wear. Yeah. Yeah. So that was a a big part of my week. I can now see again. Jen: They don't have them. Yeah. Barry: Hmm Hmm. Fresh ones are nice. It's a good feeling. Jen: Yeah. Mm-hmm. Shaun: ⁓ other than that, I think it was mostly just like chill, like other stuff that I've been getting prepared for in in my life. Changes happening. Yeah, changes happening, just getting prepared for those types of things, which I'll talk more about that in a week or two. ⁓ talk a little bit more about that. But very exciting. Yes, exciting things happening. ⁓ Jen: I wonder what that could be. Very excited. Barry: sure. Shaun: Got to spend some time with my nieces this weekend. That's always a pleasure to hang out with them. ⁓ found a place that we went to. It's called Wayne's Wings. I don't know if y'all ever been there. Not a sponsor, but go check them out because those wings are amazing. So we're definitely gonna have to Wayne's Wings. Yeah. Don't get me lying to you. ⁓ it is close to four ten. I can tell you that. Yeah, San Antonio. Barry: Never heard of it. Wayne's? Where's it at? Jen: Wayne Wings? ⁓ Barry: ⁓ so San Antonio. Okay, okay. Gotcha. Hmm. Check it out. I do like some wings. Shaun: Yeah, it's like close to four ten. ⁓ Wall I think it's like a W street or something like that. What? Who? Barry: WW white WW white down. Not WW white hits it down on the South like down by BAMC. Okay. Jen: Close to four ten now. Shaun: No. Jen: Yeah, I guess Shaun: No, it's not WW White. No. I don't know. But really good. They've got like three different locations too. Barry: Antonio, but I know where WW White goes, Jen: War spot. Shaun: Yeah, I don't know anything about San Antonio, but I do need to know more about the streets that you run into San Antonio at some point. Jen: I also know what to do I know. Barry: running on the ⁓ I was a good kid. was a good kid. ⁓ Jen: Run down Sound Street. Shaun: okay, yeah. You're a good kid stealing your mom's car, flipping it over. Stealing stealing. Did she know that you had it? Stealing. Exactly. Mm-hmm. So if you return something, that's considered Barry: It was borrowing, bro. She was out of town. They were gone. No. I returned it. I borrowed. There's a difference. Jen: Crashing it. If you're so if your daughter takes your car, you're gonna be like, ⁓ it's okay, she just borrowed it. The difference scenario. Barry: ⁓ no, I would be pissed, but that's me and that's the difference between me and my mom. Shaun: She's borrowing it. No, see can't do that. Barry: I wouldn't disagree that she borrowed it, but I would be pissed. It's definition of borrowing. Shaun: Yeah. called stealing. So if if you were to go to a store and borrow something and then take it back, that's just considered borrowing. It's not theft? Barry: I mean, they could press charges on theft, sure. Shaun: Well that's that's theft then. What's the difference? If you t if you take something that's not yours, even if you return it, that's still theft. Barry: I return. Jen: That's his mom. Barry: I mean that was partially my car. Shaun: Ha ha Barry: I rode in Jen: Yeah. Shaun: You've ridden in my car before. Does that mean it's partially yours? Jen: Yup. Keep them keys close, Shaun. Keep them keys close. Shaun: ⁓ for sure. Yeah, I would trust you enough. But if you just came over to my house and took my car without me knowing, nah, that's a that's a beatable offense. I might might have to beat you for that. ⁓ no. Not not person charges. No. That's that's weak. I mean we'd eventually be alright. I get my I get my blood tax and then we'd be good. Barry: If I couldn't get a hold of you and I needed to borrow your car, would borrow your car, Jen: So Thing. I think we just ⁓ came across a friendship boundary right there. Barry: Okay, because I know you wouldn't press charges. There you go. You may be upset, but we'd be all right. Sure, whatever you need. Make it square. Shaun: ⁓ man. Exactly. Yeah. But ⁓ I mean that was basically the end of my weekend. Spending time with my nieces, ⁓ hanging out with them, having some fun. But that was really it. Nice and easy. Kept it chill. Getting used to driving back and forth all over the place again. So that was a good one. Jen: Give him a pinky toe. Barry: It's like a horrible life. Nah, I'm joking. It's all worth it in the end. It's all worth it in the end. Shaun: gonna it's gonna be great. ⁓ yes. Nice. Well cool. ⁓ good catching up with you all. ⁓ for everybody in the comments, let us know how was your week? What did you do? What's been going on new with you? We want to know more about your weeks too. We want to celebrate in your wins and ⁓ make sure that we support you in any of those difficult times that maybe you're having ⁓ we want to be there for you. We're gonna be those people to help support you. Jen: Hate commuting. Shaun: ⁓ but there was a really big event that happened this weekend too. We had both the consolation game and the final for the World Cup. The final, Spain and Argentina. Barry, your man crush, your boyfriend, your your wannabe husband. Jen: Did absolutely nothing. Barry: not mine. I just like the poke Jen because it's fun. Because she's way more aligned with her boy, Ronaldo. ⁓ Jen: Yeah, and that's what I mean. Shaun: Your your soccer, Jayson Tatum. That's that's probably true too. Yeah. Barry: I could care less. It was a good game. Honestly, Spain just bro, they just got stronger as the tournament. Like we were talking about how I thought it was. Bro, that goalie for for Argentina was amazing. So that that was to me because I'm a former goalie from soccer. Like that was impressive to watch him literally keep his team in the game. Shaun: Yes. Jen: I feel like it wasn't a good game though. I mean for a World Cup final? But exactly, but that's what I mean. No. And somebody give that man a raise because he for sure is the only reason they did not get stomped. But no, I feel like good soccer is when both teams really bring a lot to the table and you are on the edge of your seat the whole time because you don't know who's gonna score next and whatever. And this was very much a Spain is running this show only because of that one that one person, that one goalie. No. Hmm. Barry: That was good soccer. It was... It literally took 92 minutes to get a goal. Still, I was on the edge of my seat waiting for a goal the entire game's into your point. Yes! Jen: The only thing that was entertaining, I guess, in some aspects, is how ridiculously dramatic Argentina's team was and how at the end they just thought it was the WWE and thought let's just go out with a bang. Barry: That was not a red card, Shaun: ⁓ they got physical? Jen: Barry. He the man flies. Barry: That was not a red card. Talk about being dramatic. That was not a red card. Jen: Flies, rams him and literally loop de doopties. Barry: Bruh, they were both going for the ball. Jen: Wait, I feel like we're talking about different parts. Barry: You talking about the dude that flipped? Yeah. Jen: Yes. Okay, then you are wild. That was absolutely a red card. It was a red card. But especially because I think that that was correct me if I'm wrong, but it was hit it was a second yellow. It wasn't a full straight red, right? Yes, I'm pretty sure it was a second yellow too red. I'm pretty positive. Barry: It was not. I mean, it was in real, like that's what they called it, but I mean. Oh, are you sure? Oh, I didn't know he had a yellow. Because I was going to say the foul itself was not a red card worthy call. Jen: I think it was a second yellow moved to a red because he already had a yellow. Barry: Okay, then makes sense. One, the thing if he had a yellow from a prior game, doesn't it carry over? So he could have hit that may have been it too, because I didn't watch all of the game from start to finish. So I don't know. And I don't know like prior to if he had it from like the semi final or whatever. So that's the case then yes, then they did call it right because it was a yellow. I'll give him that but it was not like that, which is never a red card to me. Jen: Yes. Yeah. I'm I'm not a hundred percent benefit. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I feel like the last like they really didn't do anything the whole game. They just left it up to their keeper to just be on it, which again, some yeah, a hundred percent. No one can dog on him. Yes. But also that's what I mean. A World Cup finals where it's literally like seventeen shots on goal versus zero, like none the whole time, is wild. That's how you know they got there for a reason. Barry: Phenomenal keeping. Phenomenal. I think he had 10 or 11 blocks before the goal happened. And that's a World Cup finals record. Shaun: Bang. Barry: Spain's defense was phenomenal and they outplayed them but again it's a team sport though Jen, it's not one person, it's a team and they had the better goalkeeper for sure. Jen: A hundred percent. jerseys on the fields usually. So that's how they got there. And it showed because Spain stomped them. I said they got a ex a few extra ⁓ no, I said they have a few extra team on their team in different jerseys. Barry: What? Shaun: Okay. They got a couple zebras on their team, is that what you're saying? Barry: My gosh. Shaun: ⁓ man. So were y'all more into the France and England game then? Because that one was apparently a shootout. Jen: ⁓ I that one I feel like just they just both were like No. Especially France Aver is like I Okay. Which we kind of expected. Shaun: They didn't want to play, so they were just like, Yeah. Barry: Nobody cared. So again, I would have much rather watch the final than and not to say that that was it was not fun to watch them score a whole bunch of goals, but you could tell there was no like. Like defense, yeah, they were just I don't want to say all star like NBA All-Star game level, but it was the lack of defense was there for sure for them to get 10 goals between the two teams. That's a lot of goals in soccer. Yeah. Jen: Yeah. like true gameplay happening. Yeah. Yeah. I mean I guess that's like the opposite end of it. Like you either it's a really interesting edge of your seat game because nobody's scoring, or it's a really fun game to watch because there's so many scores and it's so hype and ⁓ you know what mean. It's very both sections. Umbaph, yeah. Yes. Shaun: Yeah. Barry: But what's his name? Got the golden boot for Mbappe. Killian Mbappe, bro. I think he got up to 22, so he surpassed Messi, too. So if Messi doesn't come back, Mbappe is only going to build on his World Cup title of scoring. He scored two. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. I think him and Messi were tied going in. Or maybe Messi was at 21. I don't remember. I think Messi was at 21. Shaun: ⁓ really? Wait, so did he score all four of their goals? ⁓ two. ⁓ so he already had twenty. ⁓ gotcha. Jen: No, yeah. Mm-hmm. Shaun: Mm-hmm. Jen: He only needed one, yeah. He only needed one to beat him. So they must have been tied. Yeah. Because I'm pretty positive they said, ⁓ he just needs one. Barry: ⁓ then they must have been tired going into it. Because he got two goals. He got the first two goals for France. Shaun: Yeah, true. Barry: I mean, they were both fun in a way. I enjoyed the final, what I did get to watch. Spain's goal was great too. Shaun: Nice. Jen: Yeah, it was still yeah, it was ⁓ it was a good game to watch. It was very fun. Barry: And I mean, Argentina got a baby could have tied it up in extra time. They had two or three chances where they put it on goal. It was going in goal, but they didn't. I mean, Spain's defense was solid, man. It was, uh, I don't know. Overall, to me, it was a good world cup to watch. mean, even with the controversy and the inconsistency with the VAR and stuff like that, to me, it was still fun to watch. Jen: Yeah, but Yeah, I knew it. Shaun: What are you do? Jen: was I feel like that out of all the games that I watched, I feel like that was the most fair reffing ⁓ that I've through throughout the most of it. I in my humble opinion. Barry shaking his head. ⁓ I ⁓ always humble first of all, ⁓ but in humble opinion. But again, I am also not I've said it this whole time, I am not a soccer guru. I am ⁓ in the world through extension and through ⁓ Barry: Stay humble, Jen. Stay humble, Jen. Shaun: I was like, You look like you don't agree. Barry: I'm not either. Jen: caring about things my husband cared about. So I could be very wrong, but Barry: I mean, we all have our opinions that we're entitled to, Jen Jen: Yeah. So get off my never mind, I can't say that. Shaun: That's true. No. Say it. Be bald enough to say it, Jen. Jen: Can't ⁓ wait. I yeah, I was about to say so get off my dick, Barry. Barry: Damn. Shaun: He gotta bleep that out. Jen: Y'all told me to say it. I was gonna filter myself, okay? And y'all were like, nah, say it. Shaun: We need it. We need that. Man. Well, I mean Barry: Well, Jen, do you like the halftime and all the shows? Did you watch the shows? Jen: Yeah. Shaun: As I was about to say. Jen: I y I did watch halftime. I l first of all, Shakira. Girl, we need to talk because how are you like fifty and you look like that still? Barry: watch any of it. Shaun's woman crush, Salma Hayek. I mean, just some people age well, man. Take care of themselves. I mean, they got money to take care of themselves too. And so that makes it a little bit easier. Right. I mean, that helps. You get them all the best serums and take care of yourself and eat healthy. Jen: Literally. ⁓ that Colombian blood do something good for her because mm they do. I'm not naive to that. I know that that's like a huge thing, but Shaun: Yeah. Jen: Yeah. But sh exactly, that's how you know like she Shaun: Dang, so it's gotta be the serums that like they can't just be naturally aging well, Barry? Jen: I think it's both. I think she truly is just naturally yeah. But also. Mm-hmm. Yeah. But she you you can tell she puts the hard work in. Mhm. Yeah. Yeah, lifestyle definitely helps that for sure. Mm-hmm. Barry: I mean, think it's a, yeah, both can be true, but they got money to put into their bodies for sure. Cause trust, if I had money like that, I'd be eating and doing all the good things too. Shaun: That's true. Yeah. Barry: Access helps, Shaun, access Shaun: ⁓ but belie ⁓ I know, Barry. I have no access, so I know. Jen: He's like, who are you telling? Barry: ⁓ I mean, but yeah, bro, you're gonna be fine. Black don't crack, bro. You are. Come on. Now you're gonna be fine. You're still gonna look young when you've 80. Shaun: It don't black don't crack. I might have grays, but skin don't crack at all, bruh. Mm-hmm. There we go. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, a lot of people were pissed off about it being long. Jen: Yeah. It it sure don't. Yeah. Mm But yeah, the halftime show was good. I don't know if it was necessary, but it was good. Barry: I didn't watch any. Was it quick? Because I was it. That's what I going to ask because the halftime is 10 minutes usually. Like they don't usually do prolonged like they get them done. ⁓ dang. Yeah, the hydration breaks got a little crazy. But I mean, I get it. It's hot. They're in the of the summer and stadiums are 100 something degrees. Jen: Well, because soccer games don't usually have that. Yeah. Yes. Mm-hmm. And there's no hydration breaks, there's no all of that stuff. Shaun: Yeah. Yeah. And this was like thirty, right? Yeah. Jen: It was one hundred percent just to be profitable and make sure to have ads and stuff. It had nothing to do with them or making sure yeah, no. Barry: Yeah, ⁓ yeah, ad breaks. For sure. Shaun: ⁓ yeah. Well, I mean it's in America. What you gonna do? We gotta make as much money as possible. Yes, corporate greed. Jen: Exactly. I was like that was there. A hundred percent. As soon as you heard it was in North America, you should've known this is all gonna happen. Barry: corporate corporate greed, right Shaun? It's the American way. Shaun: For sure. Yeah. And it it's really cool that we got to see one in America because who knows when the next one will be that it actually is here. So yeah. So really cool that we did get to see one. That's really awesome. Even if ⁓ Jen, y'all did y'all go to a game? Or did y'all y'all didn't? ⁓ okay. Well. Yeah. Crazy expensive. Jen: Yeah. Yeah. yeah. to make a a tri a family trip to Spain. ⁓ yeah. In the next four for the next one. And go there. I know. Yeah. Yeah. My Shaun, we were talking about it a ⁓ as as we were watching it, and so after the game he was like, So did you buy tickets yet to the game? I was like, Bub Shaun: To Europe. Yeah. Yeah. Start saving up. Get it ready. Got four years to save for it, so yeah. Barry: telling what's gonna travel bro. Travel's gonna be in four years. Shaun: Yeah. Yeah. No. I mean, if you could buy them that far in advance, that'd be great because they're only gonna get more expensive as time goes on. So yeah. Nice. Got the World Cup all under wraps. Next up, we are almost there to football season. Just right around the corner. Jen: That's not for another four years. What are you talking about? He said, Yeah, but did you buy the tickets? No. No, I didn't. So funny. Barry: He said, let's go down. I don't know if you could buy those tickets yet to get there. I'm going to say that being a little crazy. Jen: Yeah. Mm-hmm. Barry: ⁓ yeah, for sure. For sure. football y'all American football ⁓ football to Shaun to Shaun. Shaun: Yeah, American football, the the football. Just joking. Just just just j just joking, gosh. Goodness gracious. I know. I understand the rest of the world. Football is soccer. I get it. Like that is the football to the rest of the world. I'm just saying American football. Jen: Ca ⁓ I was like, Shaun, ⁓ let's not not another debate. Barry: Calm down, Shaun. Yeah, it's the most watched sport in the world. Jen: Mm-hmm. Shaun: Yes. I mean, what are you gonna do? Like that's what every other country in the world plays. Like that is their sport, so I don't know. Barry: Shaun Jen: How very Trump's America of you. ⁓ You heard what I said. Shaun: I was just joking. No. American football. How ⁓ how very what? ⁓ I think I did hear what you said, and that's a problem. No, it's ⁓ it'll be all right. We'll we'll settle that off camera. We'll we'll settle that later. Take it offline. We'll circle back to that. Yeah. God, I hate corporate speak. But yes, we are almost to American football. so ⁓ Barry: ⁓ Jen: ⁓ Take that offline. Barry: ⁓ I'll let y'all know how it Jen: We'll circle back, ⁓ your monthly review. ⁓ Shaun: We'll have college football coming up, NFL preseason's gonna be starting pretty soon. ⁓ we're getting to that time. Usually in August is when that starts to kick off and really start getting started. So it'd be fun. Jen: circle back because I'm not in the know. I don't follow. But I know it's been a big talk of the town. ⁓ it's not American football going back to basketball. ⁓ has Bron picked where going? Well Bron Bron? He's still still just the drama. ⁓ The drama. ⁓ The being dramatic. Barry: Yup. Shaun: What? Hmm. Barry: Bruh. So over it. Get out of here. Get out of here. This is why people dislike the way he Shaun: He is not. No. Let the king take his time. Let the king take his time to make his decision. It's fine. mad because Windhi said that he hates the Celtics and he would never consider going to the You that is that's not true. Barry: I could care less. I could care less. I had zero expectations and zero hopes for him to come to Boston. Zero. No, I mean that wholeheartedly. No, no, I don't even think he would be a good fit with the team. So no, I don't want him. He can take his behind to wherever he wants, but just stop already. Let's just stop. Like, come on. Jen: Mm-hmm. Shaun: That's what you say until he until he signed, you'll be like you would be hype about it. Jen: But hi, say a different story. Shaun: ⁓ my gosh, this guy. Jen: very feelings are hurt. Barry: You got the attention, bro. Shaun: I mean, he for sure can't be on the Lakers anymore because they've got 72 roster spots filled up at this point. Like I don't know where they're finding. Yeah. Yeah. They have no spots left. So definitely out of LA. But yeah, I think the last time I saw it, the three teams that were still on the board were Cleveland, Philly, and ⁓ Miami. So we'll see. Barry: They've signed their whole NBA team, their whole G League team, their whole farm affiliate. They got them all signed, bro. All their spots are full. No two ways available. None of that. Jen: They're ready to go. Prepared. They're prepared. Shaun: We'll see where he ends up making the decision. Ultimately, I think he's gonna go. I I think the Warriors are out. I think they're out of it, yeah. Barry: So the warriors are out? Really? That makes the most sense to me, honestly. Shaun: I think Cleveland makes the most sense. Yeah. He's only got a year or two left. So I think he goes to Cleveland, try to get one more. Yeah. Barry: I mean, that's the storybook ending. Like, I get that. Yeah, he's got two of Max, I would think. Well, yeah. mean, mm-hmm. Yeah, he's from Akron, Ohio. He's an Ohio native. yeah, they drafted him. Then he left him and they got all upset. And then they would love them when he came back. And then they got upset when he left again. But they would love him if he came back. His mural will go right back up. Jen: Is that like where he started or okay. ⁓ okay. Okay. Shaun: That's his Yeah. So Cleveland is the closest one. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Jen: And then they got it. Shaun: Exactly. And then got set. Yeah. The first time he left, they would absolutely love him if he came back. Exactly. Like the first time he left, they were like burning his jersey and like they were stripping down murals and everything. Yeah. I th don't okay, you don't have to phrase it like that. You don't have to phrase it like that. He was making a decision. ⁓ for sure. Jen: Yeah. Barry: Yeah bro, it was insane. Well, again, the dramatics of the way he did what he did. Jen: ⁓ my gosh. Yikes. He loves the drama. Barry: The dramatics. What else? What other way would you? Jen: Is he going into acting after he retires? Shaun: He's he's gonna be in acting and he's also gonna own a team for sure. He's gonna own the Vegas team. Absolutely. I think that's why he's only got a year or two left. If it weren't for the expansion being approved, I think that he would still play for a few years until Bryce at least got into the league. But since the expansion has been approved, he's definitely gonna retire so that he can own a team. He's gonna hit that Brady. He's gonna be like Brady so he can be part owner of a team. So Barry: Yeah, that would not surprise me one bit. Neither one of those. Yeah. ⁓ that's true. Yeah. Try and get in. I good for him, bro. I hope he gets to diversify and do all those things. I really do. Jen: That makes sense. Yeah. Shaun: Yeah. Him and Savannah are goals. Relationship goals, man. Running the world. Great kids. They don't ever get in trouble. They do everything they're supposed to do. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He catches a lot of crap. And then I I understand because he's always been known the chosen one and like I mean it is what it is. Barry: No, they all do it. Yeah, there's never been controversy. No, you gotta respect the man, bro. He's... He seems like a good dude. For sure. Jen: Yeah. Yeah. Shaun: What's that? Was that ch ⁓ Jen: Gonna come with territory. Barry: I was going to say something, but I don't want to be tacky. No, I don't want to. Shaun: ⁓ God. Say it. Say it. Say it. The whole our show is called Bald Enough to Say It, Dog. Just say it. Jen: Say say witch. Yeah. You made me say it. Self proclaimed chosen one? Barry: That's all I was gonna say is self-proclaim bro. That's all I was gonna say. Self-proclaim king. Shaun: ⁓ it wasn't even self proclaimed though. I I would agree with that because he has it literally tattooed on his back. It says chosen one, but it wasn't it wasn't just him. Like the newspaper articles when he was in high school, the newspaper articles were putting it out there. Yeah. Barry: Who am I? I'm just, just a white bald with a beer from New Braunfels, Texas. Bro, what does my opinion matter? That man is living his life and he's living a great one. So, Hey, cheers to you, LeBron. Cheers to you, sir. Jen: When you puff ⁓ up too much, they're gonna clean it. True. Stay humble. Shaun: That's true. out Bron. mean, if you ever want to come on the show, I mean, ⁓ love to have you on. mean, that's a the long shot of a lifetime. Yeah. Barry: I, ⁓ 100%, I mean, I've chop it up with Bron in a heartbeat. Like I say, he really does seem like a cool dude. And I mean. Jen: What? Shaun: Everybody tag LeBron in this episode. Maybe we can get his attention. Have him come on. We'll talk to him. I would love that. Be really cool. I would. I I don't fanboy over anybody. I think I would have a little bit of a yeah, I would have a little bit of a Yeah. ⁓ for sure. Yeah. Jen: There you go. So whatever we have to do to make that happen. Barry: I know Shaun would love it. ⁓ you would geek out, bro. You would geek out. Yeah, bro. I mean, but now somebody on that level. I don't know. I feel like I would never get to that point with anybody, but you never know. I mean. Jen: Mm-hmm. Your words would stumble a bit. Yeah. Shaun: Yeah. Yeah. You never know. Jen: I feel like there's a few people I would be like that mainly because it would just be nerves of like I don't know. Barry: Taylor, yeah. Shaun: Taylor. I feel like you would not know what to say to Taylor. Like you would want to say all of the things, but I don't think anything would actually come out. ⁓ yeah. Barry: They're just a person bro. Jen: No, I have a whole I I I have a map of what I would say to Taylor. 'Cause I need to have it in the ready if it ever happened. Barry: person. A map? Shaun: Are do you want to shoot your shot right now? I mean, she just got married, they're they're probably on their honeymoon. Shoot your shot. All right. Jen: I know, right? No, I can't right now. Right. Here Taylor, if you need just something to listen to, I've got a message specifically for you. No. No, I'm gonna save it for Taylor's ears only. Barry: Looking for podcasts to listen to right now. Shaun: There you go. Okay. We'll save it for Taylor's ears only. We'll have to get Taylor on to we'll make it happen. Jen: There you go. She was my number one guest. Barry: Whoa, that sounded real. I don't know what for Taylor's ears only. Shaun: Yeah, that's what she just said. She's gonna save it for Taylor's ears only. Jen: I less for example. Barry: I heard that is what saying. was a little... Shaun: You think she's trying to move in on Travis's girl or something? Like what are we doing? Jen: All right, I mean it is Taylor's wift. Listen. Listen. Barry: I mean, I don't know. She did say she liked Cheeks last episode and then. Shaun: Taylor ain't got no cheeks ⁓ Barry: Yo, people, I mean, yo, good. Jen: Leave my girl alone. I know. Leave her alone. Listen, she works with what she got, whether there's a lot there or not. Okay. And at least she isn't going to get in a bunch of I mean, I don't want to say that because more power to you. Go do what you want to your body. But Shaun: That's straight that's that's straight back. Barry: Dang, he's coming at your girl, Jim. He's coming at your girl. Dang. Shaun: ⁓ man. Aga again. Barry: Now she's not going to come on, Shaun. Thanks. Hey, everybody got cheeks to some capacity now. Or at least a crack. Shaun: That's true. Absolute phenom. That's true. Barry: haha Shaun: That's true. Do you? Barry: Get that, what is it, the BB, the BBL? Jen: BBL. Mm-hmm. Shaun: L Okay. I was like, please don't say any other letters there, BBL. Okay. ⁓ God. We're going off the rails. But yeah. ⁓ man. Yeah. Right? Yeah. ⁓ God. Barry: Oh, no, no, no, no, Shaun. You ain't gonna get me saying that. Jen: We really did. Barry: lot tonight. told y'all tonight was gonna be a good night. I told y'all I that feeling. It was gonna be a good one. I was right. Jen: we were like, ⁓ is this all we're gonna Yeah, this is 'cause that's all we need. ⁓ Lord Shaun: Well cool. Yeah, we'll definitely have to get Bron on. We'll we'll try and get Taylor on too. Like these are long shots, but it doesn't hurt to try. Yes. Aim for the moon and you'll land on the stars. Is that right? Okay. I c always I always forget which way it is. Yes. Cool. Well, nice. ⁓ but yeah, World Cup. We'll see that again in four years. ⁓ Jen: ⁓ yeah, for sure. Dream big, yeah. Exactly. Barry: Well, when you get big, nothing's a long shot. Look at you Shaun you remembered it you did you nailed it? Jen: La ⁓ so cute. Good job. Barry: Nailed it. Jen: Beautiful. Shaun: American football is coming up next and then basketball, which we all love. ⁓ by the way, summer league just ended. ⁓ yes, or a couple of days ago at this point, which was really cool. Yeah, it was yester that's true. Yeah, it was yesterday. So Golden State ended up winning. Thought Memphis was gonna pull it off, but Golden State came back and you didn't? ⁓ okay. Barry: Nah, it was yesterday bro. Sunday night. Yep, yep. I didn't. I did not watch it this weekend. No, I didn't keep up with that. Because I know there was this like consolation and then the semis and I don't know. Shaun: Yeah, I don't ever do anything constellation related for that kind of stuff. It's all or nothing. Either you win or you don't. Either you win or you lose. Yep. If you ain't first, you're last. That doesn't even make any sense. ⁓ man. Well, what we can do next is get to know each other a little bit better. Barry: I didn't keep up with it. You're the first to last, bro. Jen: Mm-hmm. Barry: You can be second, you can be third. Hell, you can be fourth. Jen: Yay. Ha ha ha Ha ha ha Or see how well. Yeah. Barry: Or see how well we know each other, think, Shaun. Shaun: Or see or see how well we know each other. Barry: Maybe we'll get to know some things we didn't know. Is that a ball of feedback? Jen: Yeah. Shaun: I think we're definitely gonna need to know some things that we didn't know. I think so. Like, I don't I don't really know who's gonna win this. But what we're gonna do, you all, is we're gonna do a friendship quiz to find out how well we know each other. So each of us have come up with seven questions that we are going to pose to the other two people here. So Jen's gonna go first. Jen is going to ask us the questions. Jen: Yeah. Barry: This is gonna be fun. Shaun: And Barry and I are going to write down what our answers are and show them on the screen because last time we played a game, we had a cheater amongst us who was cheating. You were cheating. Texting your husband asking for answers. So we have our whiteboards now, and we are going to write down our answers and show them. Jen, you can count down. Jen: Who would do that? That's disgusting. ⁓ right. Barry: Cheaters, cheaters, cheaters. Shaun: You can ask us the question and then you can count down and then we have to show our answer by then. Whoever gets it right. Jen: Okay. Are we giving a specific countdown time or are we just? Shaun: I'd say I mean maybe like ten seconds or so. Yeah. I don't think it needs to be anything crazy. Jen: Ten seconds? Okay. I that's so much pressure. Okay. Shaun: Why is that pressure? Jen: I feel like my mind goes blank when you're like, This, the now, go. Shaun: Well, okay, fair. I mean that that's pressure makes diamonds. You gotta you gotta be ready for it. All right. Jen: Mmm, okay. Okay. Are y'all ready? Barry's making a drink over there. Didn't even offer to share. Mm. Barry: True dat bro. Shaun: Barry? Yeah. I know, right? I'm jealous. Barry: I think so. Shaun: Every selfish. Barry: I am very... Jen: Okay, ready? Whiteboards at the ready. Shaun: Ready. ⁓ by the way, spelling does not count here. And like if I spelling doesn't count, penmanship doesn't count. So if it looks like crap, but you can understand what it says, accept the answer. Yeah. Jen: ⁓ no. Barry: No. No, no, Not at all. Jen: run with it. Heard. Heard. Okay, I tried I tried to start easy and then work my way to heart or question. Barry: Let's do this, Johnny. Okay. Shaun: I feel like I'm already about to lose. Why did I just all of a sudden get so nervous? Jen: No, this first one is so easy you're gonna get it. Just a just a nice little warm-up. Little warm-up. If I can meet one celebrity, who would it be? Ten, nine, eight, seven. I just tried to add Mississippi's in here. I feel like I'm counting fast. Two. One. Yeah, Tay Tay. I did have a bonus. If it wasn't Tay Tay, who would it be? Shaun: I feel like I'm definitely gonna get wrong. Okay. Barry: Okay, let's do this. ⁓ my gosh. Shaun: Take t. Jen: Are we keeping track of y'all's points? I'll keep track of y'all's point. Very Shaun: Are we? Yeah, you're keeping track of our points. ⁓ if it wasn't say say, ⁓ no. I don't know if this marker's gonna work on here. Jen: Extra point if it wasn't Tay Tay. Shaun: I might destroy this board. First game playing. Barry: of that ⁓ disc brake cleaner, bro Jen: Three, two, one. No, well, you missed your shot. It is Beyonce. Shaun: Right. Wait, what are we wait wait what? Ha W we first of all, we're not doing bonus questions. That that was that was never that was never a part of what we were doing. Jen: I already forewarned you, Shaun, that I have a bonus. Barry: Y'all don't follow the rules, so we just go with it, bro. Y'all both brought 14 questions. Jen: Exactly. Shaun: ⁓ my god, y'all are gonna y'all are gonna piss me off already. Jen: I'm pulling a Barry, and I'm Shaun: Okay, whatever. Barry: Shaun's about to Get all in his feelings, bro. Jen: Okay, okay, second question. I feel like y'all should know this because it's come up many a time in work situations and you've seen me. How many tattoos do I have? Shaun: No, that's that's just garbage, that's what it is, but okay. Barry: Trash. ⁓ no. Shaun: God Jen: Come on, y'all. Nope. Barry: You have a range, bro? Hey. Shaun: You have a range. You ready? Jen: Three, two, one. Barry is correct. It is two. Okay, Shaun. Okay. Can you tell me what either of them are for a bonus point? Barry: Tell us when to reveal. OOOOWWWW Shaun: Dang it. That was that was a straight up guess. Barry: It was a straight up guess, Shaun. You ain't wrong. I know one on your arm is writing of some kind, I don't know what it is. Shaun: Isn't it a signature? Isn't it somebody's signature? is it a Barry: It's a word. Jen: Well, I mean it's multiple words. Barry: in it. I was gonna say it's something. It's like the words from your favorite song or some s- Shaun: ⁓ Jen: Well, what a it's a book. We'll get there. We'll get there eventually. Okay, neither of you are getting that point. One is a this is the quote which says you do not yield. This one, it's not a signature, it's a woman looking over her shoulder. But it's like a one single line drawn. Yeah, so that's like her mm, you know. Barry: Well, at least I got one point. That's the one I was talking about. Shaun: Fair. I was talking about the other one. ⁓ I thought it was a signature. Barry: ⁓ I see it now. Shaun: ⁓ she kinda curvy, she kinda thick. Cheeks, baby. ⁓ man. Barry: Talk about them cheeks, Jen: Okay, Barry's in the lead three. Shaun, he's only got one. He got the bonus. Barry: So much. Shaun: With three? How the heck did he get three? D the b ⁓ whatever. All right, cool. Barry: I got the bonus, bro. Jen: you, Shaun. You got this. ⁓ right. Where did I grow up? Ten. I ⁓ will accept state. I will give you two points if you can guess the city too. Barry: Shaun's upset. Shaun: Well, whatever. I'm cool. Whoa, are we saying city or state? Okay, cool. I don't know the city, but Jen: nine, seven. ⁓ well he get he get revealed anyways. What does Shaun say? That is incorrect. It is Illinois. ⁓ Barry: And I don't know if I'm spelling this right, but. Shaun: I don't either. Indiana? Is it Illinois? ⁓ my gosh, dude. I knew it was one of the northern I states. It's not Iowa. I knew it was either Illinois or Indiana. I was like, I think it's Indiana, but nope, it's Illinois. Barry: Indiana. Yes, your boy coming through! Jen: It is Illinois. Barry: I don't know the city. I did too. I was going to say Iowa and I was like, it is not Iowa. Jen: I mean, they're literally right next to each other, so. So funny. Shout out Jacksonville, Illinois. ⁓ Okay. This one I think is easy. Name one of my hobbies. I feel like there's many an answer you could put here. Just one of them. Barry: Jacksonville. Shaun: Jacksonville. It really is. Jen: Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. Okay, I'll I'll take both. I will take both. I will take both. Yes. He said it's never on my mind. But yeah. Love a love a good book. Love a good song. okay. Shaun: I don't even know if this is technically a hobby. Barry: this as a hobby. Shaun: Okay. Barry: I do forget you're a big reader. I am not a reader so my brain does not go to books, that's for sure. Never on my mind. I'm these, I'm feeling them, Jen. Jen: Shaun, you should know this. Barry, I don't know if you're gonna know this. But Shaun, I'm gonna be so sad if you don't know this. You should and I feel like I'm gonna say it and there you will know why I think you should know this. Okay. When we go out, what is my drink of choice? See? Okay. Barry: Here we go, here we go, gets tough. No pressure, right? So Shaun, you should definitely know this and Barry will not. Shaun: No pressure. My God. God. ⁓ yeah, d of course I know that. Jen: Be as specific as you can be. You get bonus points if you get the specific like to the T. Shaun: Do I was about to say, do I get bonus points? I don't know how to spell it. Barry: guess but I feel like I might know this. Shaun: ⁓ that the way that I just spelled it is absolutely not the way that you spell it, but you'll know what it means. Barry: Are we ready? Jen: I'm so con okay. Okay, three, two, one, go. Gin and tonic, gin and tonic, take a ray. I love that. Barry: I was gonna say Tanqueray but... Shaun: Or is it is it Tanqueray or is it more of ⁓ Hendrix? Which one do you Okay. Jen: Hendrix is one of my favorites. Tanqueray is Barry: She likes it so much too, y'all. It's her favorite. Shaun: Is it I mean, I can rattle them off Beef Eater. Barry: No, no, you don't need to do that. Bombay's pretty good, too. Jen: ⁓ Bombay is good. Shaun: Tanqueray, Barry: Enjoy. Shaun: I don't know, there's so many. Aviator, yeah. Av ⁓ yeah, aviation. Yeah, Ryan Ryan Reynolds old one. I don't think he has it anymore. Jen: Aviator, there we go. Is it aviation, aviation? Aviation. Yes. But I'll give you two points for it. Barry: I Just handing out points now to get people back in the game. Okay. Okay. Shaun: Nah Doc, nah. She said as specific as possible. Jen: No, you're still beating him by two. And he d and he was. Barry: And she said, Tanqueray all right. Jen: No, Tinkeret is like my my favorite if I'm just like splitting and chilling. Shaun: So Barry: we're just changing the goalpost it's alright now. Jen: Yeah. Okay. Where did I work while going to college? Bonus, this is also where I met Kenny. Shaun: Now he's upset. No we should do it for you. Okay. I'm glad you said that. Barry: You just helping people out man. I already knew it. I was right to doubt before you said that. Jen: You're welcome. ⁓ okay. Shaun: Well, I I assumed that I knew it, but that just pushed it over the edge. Jen: Three, two, one, go. Yeah, the OG. How many is that one? Two, three, four, five, six. Okay, one more. Okay. Last one. This one's kind of tough. And I'm just more interested to see your answers. I think that but we'll see what y'all put. If strong on the if I had one quirky thing about me, what would it be? Barry: Are we ready? Shaun: One quirky thing about you? What what's classified as quirky? Yeah. Right? Jen: quirky thing about me. Barry: thing about you this is more an opinion this is more of an opinion question Shaun she just wants to see what we think of her Jen: It is very much important. I I just wanna put w I just wanna see what y'all put. No, but I really think I'll say this and you'll be like, Okay, yeah. People do say you get annoying when you do that. Shaun: Hm. Jen: But I like to say it's quirky. Shaun: I feel like I'm about to get in trouble. It definitely is. And I know I'm about to get in trouble for this answer. Jen: This was a setup. Runny three, two, one, go. Pam, okay. What does that say? Over analyze. I mean, both accurate. I mean, I can't even he ain't wrong. He ain't wrong. No, I what I said was breaking out into song at random time. Because I do tend to do that a lot in people. Shaun: You're a huge Harry Potter fan? Overanalyze. Ha ha ⁓ okay. That's not annoying at all. You've got a beautiful voice. Really? Dude Barry: never seen you do that though. I've never have. I swear to God I have not. Jen: He ⁓ I he has. He just I doesn't think it's quirky apparently. Shaun: I feel like anytime Jen and I are together in the same room we always end up doing it at some point. Jen: Yeah, yeah, all the time. Barry: have never seen either one of y'all sing let alone together so that's gonna need to happen the next time we hang out Jen: I trying to get Shaun to do karaoke with me and I already have a song picked out for us and everything. Barry: Yuck, crazy. Shaun: I'm pretty sure that we tried to go to karaoke the last time, but it didn't work out. Yeah. Jen: And then yeah, it was not there. But I do think we're gonna have to go during the week sometime. So I don't know whether we're gonna make that happen. Shaun: Is Friday during the week because I don't know about Yeah. Or maybe Thursday. Maybe we can go on like a Thursday or something. Yeah. Barry: It is a weekday, technically. Jen: karaoke apparently. What be Thursday is the day. Why does everybody do karaoke on Thursdays? When did that become a thing? Shaun: Getting ready for the end of the week, I guess. Barry: You stretch it into a three day weekend. Jen: Maybe. That's a good idea. Anyways, okay, drum roll. The winner is for this round with eight points. Very well done, sir. Well done. Shaun, you were right behind him with six. Mm-hmm. Good job. ⁓ That great. I don't know what you guys are talking about. You got most of them right. Shaun: Hm. We'll make it work. Bo. How many did I have? Six? Okay, that's not that's not too bad. Screw you, Barry. I don't really care. ⁓ man. All right, Barry. Barry: Way to go, Shaun. That's all right. Ay, alright. Jen: Okay. Ooh. Barry: I'm gonna start off, I feel it's easy, but it could be a trick one, y'all might overthink it. Shaun: Mm. Jen: We already know I over analyze. We've just established that, Barry. Okay. Barry: Apparently. Okay. How many siblings do I have? Shaun: ⁓ god. Jen: Okay, I know that. Shaun: Golly. See now you've got me overthinking. How I do I know? Barry: ⁓ see, I tried to... Jen: I mean, I don't know why I would overthink I mean, unless we're counting well, my answer is what it is. Barry: Five, four, three, two, one. Y'all both got it right, two is it one brother, one sister. Jen: Hey ⁓ one sister. Woohoo. We gotta keep track of our point three. Shaun: Okay. Yeah. Barry: ⁓ true, I like erased my board. All right. I'm not doing bonus on all of them. I only got one bonus question. Shaun: What what since when are we doing bonus? Jen: Listen, I didn't even do that many bonuses. Barry: I'm just telling y'all so y'all know what to expect. Jen: Okay. Shaun: Okay, whatever. Barry: ⁓ I'll throw this one at the end after the game's over because Jen asked it for myself. next one though, what's my birthday? Shaun: ⁓ god. Jen: I I got Shaun: I don't remember the actual date. Jen: I'm ready. I got the Barry: Five, four, three, two, one. Flip them. Look at y'all, y'all know my birthday. Y'all got it. I wouldn't sure if y'all knew. Shaun: ⁓ god. Jen: And I almost asked that same question. think ⁓ I'm gonna be so upset if this is wrong. Shaun: I I couldn't get the H on there. Jen: Mm. I was confident and then I got scared of the confidence and I was like, ⁓ no, it's gonna be so bad if this is wrong. Shaun: Right. Yeah. That's always like, ⁓ crap, do I do I actually know it? Barry: Okay, this is a question that starts our friendship, I think. Where was the first place we all hung out together outside of work? Jen: ⁓ Okay. Shaun: ⁓ God All hung out together outside of work? Jen: Okay, I think I know. I don't I think this is how you spell it. Shaun: Wha how do you spell it? Well like was it a ⁓ my god, I have no idea. Barry: Five, four, three, two, one. Jen: I think. Shaun: Is that right? We both have the same answer. Where was it? Barry: That is not right. Y'all did have the same answer. Jen: Okay. Okay. Barry: Texas Roadhouse. Shaun: Was it? Jen: Was that it? I but that was after Willie's. Barry: After field day. No Willie's was Willie's was in Christmas time. This was after. Shaun: Like earlier in the year, like springtime. Barry: This was after field day in April. Not where all three of us hung out together. I was going to say the bone. This was the bonus one. If you could name who all was there. Jen: I would have bet ⁓ money Willie's was first. Shaun: I d I did too. Jen: Dang ⁓ Shaun: B. Jen: ⁓ it was S three and Sarah. Shaun: Is that not right? I mean that's what I would assume. Jen: I swear we were sitting in a booth. What? Is there a weird time that we went to Texas Roadhouse that I have no clue? Yeah. I swear it was just us. Barry: Texas Broad House, we went after a field day at work. Yeah. AK was there as well. Shaun: So us three, Sarah, AK? Okay. Jen: I don't remember AK being there. Shaun: ⁓ I mean that was just like the natural next answer that I would have. Man. Good old days. Jen: Yeah. Barry: That was it. Jen: We Shaun. Barry: It's all good. It's all good. Those were good old days. Shaun: I know, right. Jen: At least we failed together. Barry: All right, let's see. No, I knew there was that would be the other option that y'all go to because that's what I thought. And then I like I really had to remember back. But now it was that Texas Roadhouse. Shaun: At least we yeah, at least we fell together. We had the same answer. Mm. Jen: Yeah. Barry: All right, let's see. How many states have I lived in? Shaun: Ooh, that's tough. Jen: ⁓ my goodness. That's yeah. Okay. Okay. Barry: I'll give you all ranges because I was going to see what y'all's responses were. One to two, three to four or five plus. Shaun: I mean five plus is playing the numbers game. Jen: I know, right? I'm trying to note like count the ones that I know. Shaun: All right. I got my answer. Jen: ⁓ okay. Yeah. Barry: Five. You all got them? Okay, show me. Shaun: Yeah. Barry: Y'all both under shot. Y'all should have gone with the numbers. ⁓ Shaun: ⁓ gosh. How many is it? Jen: What? I knew it was a lot, but I didn't think it was that many. Barry: Five plus five actually on the dot. Yeah. I was born in Colorado, moved to Kentucky, Alaska, Michigan, Texas. Oh, actually it was six because I didn't think about Pennsylvania. I lived in Pennsylvania for a year, but it was five plus. So still is correct. The Now I forgot about that. Now it was five plus. There you go. Military brat. Yes. Shaun: Five, like literally five. Okay. Jen: I knew it was a lot, but I couldn't think of more than that. Shaun: It's not fair 'cause you're a military brat, dude, so That's true. I like you don't even know the answer. That's not fair, but Jen: Still, still. Dang. But yes, I I knew it was a lot, yeah. Barry: All right. Shaun: Dangin, we suck. We don't know Barry. But but but we we are on the same page though, which is cool. Jen: Listen, it's only two questions. Barry: I think I'm going a little more challenging than Jen went Y'all are, y'all are stickin' together. Jen: We are. So we go together. Barry: Um, this one, again, I'm going, I'm going a little out there, but I feel like I've talked this to both of y'all about this. What is the only thing I've ever charged anyone to wrap vinyl wrap with? Jen: Okay. ⁓ Well, I don't know if this counts. Barry: I'll give it's a it's a it's a vehicle. I'll give you a clue. It's a a vehicle because either way it's a vehicle of some kind. Shaun: Nope. Jen: Yeah. Okay, but I thought you didn't finish. Shaun: There are bonus points for this? Okay. Barry: If I mean, I don't know. Now this one has no bonus. I just want to know if you know what it was. You got it. Flip them. Yes, motorcycle. One of the worst things ever did decisions was it was so hard. Yeah. Jen: I think I think Okay. Okay. Yeah. I remember you complaining about it a lot. You said, Hey, I don't know. Shaun: The bonus the bonus points I was gonna ask is if we can get the color, like if we get bonus points for the color. Barry: If you know the color, mean, it's sure I'll give you bonus points if you know the color. Jen: ⁓ Shaun: Or the color family, I guess I'll say. I don't know the exact color. Yeah. Jen: Just take color family. What? Barry: Go ahead. I don't think Jen has a guess. Shaun: I don't think she does either. Jen: I put red. Look, that was my guess. Shaun: That's what I had to Yeah. Barry: Matte Red and Matte Demon Black. Jen: That's just a really popular color for a moon cycle, so that's just where my brain went. Barry: Yeah. So all right. Y'all are tied four to four. Y'all have got them all right and wrong together. So, all right. So. Jen: Yeah, bring it on, Shaun. You thought you snagged that bonus. Shaun: I d I really didn't think you would know that answer. Yeah. I thought I did. Barry: Let's see. I'll go with this one. This will be my bonus or this will be the tie breaker, I feel. And I think this is seven. I haven't counted honestly. ⁓ How many tattoos do I have? Shaun: ⁓ my god, dude. That's is yeah, I was like, is there a range for this? Okay. Jen: Ooh, okay. A range or we're just Barry: I'll give you ranges. Okay, I'll give you ranges. didn't write them down. I came prepared. I at least came prepared. Because if you are like, I have no clue. I got ranges. Is it three to six, seven to nine, 10 to 12 or 13 to 15? Jen: Okay. Okay. I think this because this was my thought. Barry: So those are your ranges, it's in threes. 3 to 6, 7 to 9. I guess it should be 4 to 6, whatever. If I went by threes. You all ready? Flip them. Shaun: Got it? Barry: Shaun came through 11. I got 11 Shaun: Yeah, let's go, baby. Jen: Dang, I don't know why I had seven on the brain. Barry: Let me hold on, let me count. Shaun: So let me get ⁓ okay. Jen: ⁓ Barry: No no no, I'm saying count the number of questions I've asked. Okay, so I've got one more and let me decide which one I'm going to ask. Okay, this one I'm not giving the range for. How many cars have I owned since I've worked at the company that we work? Jen: ⁓ Shaun: Since you've worked there, dang. What I was about to say, ⁓ is this like any car that like has been in your possession? Jen: Does that include Becca's car or specifically you? Yeah, like your name. Yours specific Okay. Yeah, but like what he drives, primarily. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Barry: No, my car is specific. Shaun: We don't know your finances. Like we don't know whose name is on the cars. Barry: What I drive. There you go. It's a better one. What I drive, what we would consider the car that I drive. That's a good way to put it. Shaun: Okay. I have a for sure answer, but I'm not sure if there's like maybe something more that I didn't know before. Jen: I think this. Okay. I know. Yeah. I I've got my answer, but I could be wrong. I'm not confident about it. Shaun: Hold on. Barry: I count to make sure I got the answer right in my head. Jen: Boy. bonus if we can name ⁓ all. Shaun: ⁓ Barry: Bonus. Okay, I got it. Jen: Okay, ready? Barry: 3, 2, 1, flip 'em Six. Shaun: Okay, I s okay, so I said three for sure, maybe more. Jen: What? What six? Barry: Okay, so when I first started there, had a Passat. Me and William had the same car when I first started there, a VW Passat. I got a Mini. Then I went to an Infiniti Q50, Infiniti QX60, or QX70, I'm sorry. Then the FJ and the Mini. Shaun: I think I get that one. ⁓ so you had another mini before this one. I didn't know that. Hmm. I knew you had Barry: Mm-hmm. Jen: Yeah. Barry: Shaun keeps the win at five. Five to four, that was tight. It was tight. Yeah, it's funny that y'all missed like literally the exact same questions with the same answers. So at least y'all think y'all know me the same way. Jen: Well Unacceptable. The exact same one. We are aligned, yeah. ⁓ Shaun: There we go. ⁓ man. So five to four on that one? Barry: I had extra ones, but y'all know where I graduated college? Jen: I wanna know your extra one. U T S A. Shaun: Ooh. Yeah. I n I knew you went there, but I didn't know that that's where you graduated from. Barry: Road runners, That's it. Jen: See you couldn't ask that one. We're tied again. Shaun: Okay, yeah. That's the one that I knew that you went to too. Jen: Went to community college. Hey, there's not the fellow community college grad. Shaun: And then we're back to UTSA. ⁓ I feel like you have said this for sure. Is it Jen: Trumpet. Really good. Shaun: Was it the tuba? Jen: But a trombone. Shaun: Was it Trump Trumpet? Okay. Barry: Jen said it was a trumpet. Jen: I see, why can't you ask those questions, Barry? Clearly I know. Gee. Ugh. ⁓ Unacceptable. I still Shaun: Because he didn't ask them Jen. ⁓ God. ⁓ Barry: better. I I didn't think y'all were gonna know my birthday I went looked up y'all's birthdays and make sure I knew them though. I knew Jen's but I went to make sure I knew Shaun's. Shaun: So Jen: Well that's why I didn't ask it because we had just talked about it and you both knew. So I was like, Okay, no, I can't ask that. Barry: No, that's what that was like. ⁓ that's what I thought. You all would be like now that we talked about it. So they may not think that I'm really going to ask it. Sounds like I'm going to know that at least so. Shaun: Yeah. Jen: That's so funny. Shaun: Yeah, I don't know who's gonna win mine because Barry: Shaun's gonna be asking us really hard questions, I feel. Jen: I know, Shaun, don't Shaun: Me. Barry: It's religion. There's a mirror. You want to look at it? Shaun: Yeah. Pot kettle. ⁓ I just wanted to be able to have questions that y'all didn't already take. So I just wanted to do them. All right. Number one. What was the name of the dog that I had before Ace? Barry: I'm just messing. These are good. I'm ready. Jen: Okay. Okay. Ready? I have no clue. Barry: Zero, Shaun. Shaun: Ha ha ha. Jen: Right. Barry: Go and count me up not having this one. I'm gonna guess, ⁓ Jesus. Shaun: I can already tell you from that sound you're wrong. ⁓ man. Well don't show it yet. What are you doing? You don't have a Jen: I'm gonna I'm going there. Barry: I don't even have, I don't even have a guess. I'm going to say Marley, but I have no clue. I don't know why Marley stuck out, but no. Jen: ⁓ sorry. The I mean the he don't he don't know. Shaun: Both of you get that wrong. It is Hershey. Jen: What was it? Hershey. Whose dog is named Hershey? Somebody else has a dog named Hershey. Barry: Hershey. At least I had an EY at the end, I guess. Shaun: Yeah, her name was Hershey. That's true. Her Well, her full registered name was Precious Hershey Kisses. That was her full registered name. Right? The best dog ever. Jen: That's so funny. That's so cute. Aww. Ace heard that. He's gonna poop on your floor tomorrow. Barry: That's just so cute. Shaun: Alright, so it is Yeah. Baby girl's gone. Yeah. It's been a while though. ⁓ still not over, gosh. Next one. Aww little zig. Barry: RIP Hershey, I'm assuming she is no longer with us. It's he. Baby girl. Sorry. Okay. Jen: No. But I'm still not over it. Barry: I'm gonna feel bad when our dog dies because I'm Jen: Yes, you will. I think you'll very Barry: I won't though. I've lost so many dogs and it just, I don't get emotionally attached to animals. Shaun: You won't okay, here's the thing. I don't feel that you'll for I don't feel that you'll miss the dog, but I think that you'll your heart'll break because of your family. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. That's what's gonna hurt you. Barry: But the loss of the dog will not. Sorry. I don't mean the hijacker segment, Shaun. No, I hope he'll live a good life till he doesn't and then he'll be gone. ⁓ Jen: Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And that'll get yeah. I agree. Shaun: ⁓ little Zig. He can come live with me. Until he doesn't, is crazy. ⁓ Jen: Okay. Barry: ⁓ my gosh. Jen: I know, I feel like this should be so obvious. Shaun: When y'all hear it, you're gonna be like, ⁓ yes. He does always say that. Jen: am I blanking? No, I get a full ten second. Barry: Yeah, are we ready? I know I know I have an answer, but I don't know if it's right Shaun: All right, five, four, three, two, one, show me. Rihanna Salma Hayek. Mariah Carey. I always say she's my future ex-wife. Dude, you always tell all the time, you're like, Nick can you exactly Barry: ⁓ I would have never. What? Why her, bro? Exactly, Bro! Jen: She been married a lot, right? Shaun: She has been. Something like that. Barry: Three times, I think. Jen: ⁓ that's a lot less than I thought. Barry: I feel like it's been at least three. Shaun: Alright, let's let's get y'all on the board. Let's get y'all on the board with one. That's why she's my future ex-wife, dude. She's not my future. Yeah. Exactly. ⁓ number three. This is one that you all will both know. If I could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be? Jen: Okay. Yes, come on, Shaun. Barry: She seems just a little high maintenance for my taste. I mean, I get that. I don't know if it's worth it. I guess so. Telling them what it is up front. Jen: That's X. He set expectations at the front, we're gonna get married but we're often getting divorced. Barry: ⁓ it's pressure now. I'm gonna go with. Shaun: You both got it? Show me. Barry: Think so. At least if we get it wrong, we're wrong together. Shaun: Ooh. Jen: Mm at least we're wrong together. Shaun: All right. So both of you on the board. We got you on the board with that one. Barry: Alright. Jen: Hey Shaun: All right, let's see if we can keep it going, which we definitely can't. Jen: ⁓ Shaun: Who was my first celebrity crush? Barry: Fuck Shaun. Excuse my language. Jen: First celebrity crush. Okay, I gotta think timeline. Shaun: was my first celebrity crush ⁓ I've definitely talked about this before, dude. ⁓ 100% talked about this. Yep. Barry: First celebrity crush? Jen: First celebrity crush. Barry: ⁓ my god, bro. Jen: You have? Are you sure? I know you've talked about your celebrity crush, but not first celebrity crush. Shaun: ⁓ I've one hundred percent mentioned this before. Jen: Well then I gotta go Okay. Yeah, I guess. Barry: Are we ready? Shaun: Three, two, one. Dang, both of you are wrong again. Beyonce. Beyon, I have one one hundred, one hundred percent, one hundred percent. Barry: Damn. What? No, bro, I've never heard you say you had a crush on her ever. Bruh. Jen: First celebrity. You have never you have never Shaun, that would have been a bonding moment for us. I pr you have never Barry: feel like Jen would have and connected with you on that, Shaun. Shaun: 100%. I have mentioned that. I nope. Y'all should definitely know that one for sure. I'm really not. Like these are the questions about myself. Okay, so let's get let's get you another one on board. ⁓ what is the shoe brand that I wear the most? Y'all know that I wear a lot of shoes. What is the shoe brand that I wear the most? Barry: I don't think we've ever discussed that. Jen: You lie. Viewers, he's lying. That boy lied. You're wild. Mm hmm. Mm-hmm. Barry: This guy's just trying to make us look like fools, Jen. Jen: yeah. Barry: See they're like toss ups or you just giving us stuff we are never gonna know. There's nothing in between. It's like, ⁓ they could know this. Shaun: No. No. All right, show me. It looks like you're both y'all are done writing. Alright, cool. Yes, you both got that one. Jen: They could though that no. Did get a bonus? 'Cause I did the the swoosh. I'm trying to get points here, okay? No, it wasn't. It was a swoosh. Well that one looks even worse. Barry: Because I made a check. Shaun: That was not the swoosh at all. That was a straight up check mark. That wasn't a swoosh. Alright. How many is that? One, two, three. Barry: Well, we only have two points each, so I don't know. You probably asked us like ten questions. Jen: So you might need to dig into that fourteen a bit more. Shaun: for. That's that's five. That's that's five questions. Okay, so let me ask another one. I I really don't know if you all will know this one, but I feel like I've mentioned it before. What is the go-to video game that I play? Like when I game, what is the go-to game that I play? Barry: Probably not then, Jen. Jen: ⁓ Oof. ⁓ I feel like I have a couple. Barry: This is a guess. Shaun: Three, two, one. Jen: It's a guess, but I feel like it's wrong, but Shaun: Barry got it. It is cod. Call of Duty is the go to. Jen: It is Call of Duty. We I think we this has come up on the pod before because I said Call of Duty. Yes. I have a whole vivid memory now. Barry: Yes! That's the only one that I know grown men play, so. Shaun: Probably. Most likely. Barry: Yes, and that's another reason why, it's cause it was when you were cheating. Yeah. Shaun: I'm not surprised. ⁓ yeah, that's true. Yeah, those when we played the office game. That's the game that they played. Yep. You do have to remember when you cheat. Jen: Was it? No, because I was cheating at the off it. Rude. Barry: Yeah, that's what the game they were playing that he asked. Come on, cheater. You gotta remember when you cheat, Jim. Keep those lies together so when you ain't trying to lie, you can keep them straight. Jen: Lock in. Lock in. Clearly I'm not a good liar 'cause I cannot keep them straight. Shaun: ⁓ this next one, I I'll accept a couple of different answers for it just because just because it depending on how you go and depending on how I feel that day, it could be different. But what is my favorite color? Barry: ⁓ snap. Shaun: What is my favorite color? This is one that has come up at work before. People have asked, what's my favorite color? And this is the color that I go with. Which it's technically not a single color, which is why I say I'll accept a couple of answers. Barry: I'm gonna go... Jen: Not competent about Okay. Mm-hmm. Shaun: Yeah, y'all ready? Three, two, one. Show me. Pink and red. Both of y'all are wrong. What are we talking about here? Iridescent. Jen: Purple. Ugh Okay. What the shine? Shaun: Iridescent. That's why I said it's not technically one color. Iridescent. That is my favorite color. I've said that multiple times at work. It has come up. Barry: This fool said iridescent? Isn't that more like a shade than a color? Jen: That is the color of your car, right? It's like pearly. Shaun: I mean, kind of, kind of that pearl color. The other answer that I would accept is burnt orange. Obviously, that'll be another color that I accept. Barry: Y'all crazy. Jen: Mm, the yeah. I mean you could have given us easy questions like that. Barry: I was gonna say orange, but I was like, know, I orange. I guess I didn't think much. Shaun: I do wear orange. I wear UT stuff all the time. Burnt or that's what I just said, burnt orange. All right. Well, I mean, that was my seven. Do y'all want another one just because y'all suck and don't know me at all? Barry: That's Burnt Orange. Jen: Yeah. He he said burn on. Barry: God. Jen: Yes. Yes. Barry: Jin's trying not to go over, so yeah. Shaun: ⁓ she's got two on the board. Barry: No, I'm saying she hasn't won one yet, so she's trying to get a win under her belt. Or at least a tie, because she's down one. Shaun: ⁓ that's true. Jen: ⁓ I won berries. I don't know what you're talking about. Shaun: For my last question, what does my tattoo say? It is a phrase. It all of us ask tattoo questions now. What does my tattoo say? Three, two, one. Chosen One, that is ⁓ Jen: This is not what it says, but Yep. Barry: We ready? Shaun: I should've known you would have put some crap like that. Jen, what did you say? ⁓ god. ⁓ no. ⁓ Jen: That's so funny. Mine said hook 'em Barry: ⁓ man. Jen: That's too funny. He also has it placed exactly on his back like him. So funny. Shaun: Yeah, like on my back I've got one that says chosen one. Covers covers my whole like top of my back. No, it says Heart of a King. That is what my tattoo says. Yeah. Heart of a king is what it says. Barry: Just on there. I knew that's your boy, bro. I knew you would want to match him. I was gonna say something with King, but I couldn't come up with anything quick. And that's what made me think of the King and the Chosen One, so that's why I went there. That's where it took me. There it was. That was my train of thought right there. ⁓ man. Yes. Jen: I see the train. I see the train. Shaun: Chosen one. So three points for Barry. Jen, you had two. Jen: Unacceptable. Barry: Well, that went downhill. It started strong and just we did not. Jen: I feel we need to add more getting to know Shaun segments. ⁓ Shaun: Ha ha ha. Barry: You Well apparently I need to hear y'alls duets together because that happens all the time. Yo I have never in never. Shaun: ⁓ dude, I f I feel like we randomly just start singing all the time. Jen: work. We were in that ⁓ that weeklong training thing we all did together, and Shaun and I went on a whole tirade ⁓ of ⁓ singing Get Out by Jojo. ⁓ How you've heard before. he just blocks us out, I mean I get. ⁓ Shaun: d yes, you were in our yeah, you were in our clue group. Yes. Barry: ain't it. Definitely ain't it. Shaun: Probably. Yeah. ⁓ that most likely is what it is. Jen: And it's gonna happen. One of these days it'll happen. Barry: I won the most games here, so who knows each other better? Shaun: ⁓ my god, dude. You won by what? Four points, I think. Yeah. So get out. Jen: Literally. No, he only won by two on mine and then one on yours. Shaun: ⁓ so three points. Well, no, he won by he won by one on yours too, so that's where the four comes from. Jen: Yeah. So calm down. Be humble. ⁓ what? Shaun: I I don't know. My brain don't work right now. Barry: He won both, that's all that matters. Jen: you go.
