- 5:10Speaker 3: The only thing that I haven't done on that risk
- 5:12Speaker 3: on that list is marry rich. But of course we
- 5:16Speaker 3: invest in stocks. My background is working in sales before
- 5:20Speaker 3: this as a financial advisor, content creation, obviously, real estate investing,
- 5:26Speaker 3: rest invest in real estate, investing, in a startup. We've

- 5:54Speaker 3: I mean, you know, you get you get any type
- 5:56Speaker 3: of mortgage or bank loan, stuff like that. So I'm
- 6:00Speaker 3: then that's kind of interesting because when I'm watching this,
- 6:03Speaker 3: it's not just like a random you know, genie in
- 6:06Speaker 3: a bottle, some like scam type thing. Like this is
- 6:09Speaker 3: actually real things, and I'm like, damn, I literally I've

- 6:15Speaker 5: And Fellas, you have to know if you are then
- 6:18Speaker 5: video on the cap table. Some of you don't know
- 6:22Speaker 5: that you are the exit plan an exit strategy. Please
- 6:25Speaker 5: be careful, consult your advisor. Notice that a job is
- 6:29Speaker 5: not on there, and it shows you the degradation and
- 6:32Speaker 5: breakdown of America overall. If it would have did this
- 6:36Speaker 5: list maybe forty years ago, job would have been number
- 6:39Speaker 5: one or number two. There were more people in the
- 6:41Speaker 5: sixties through nineties who got rich from being in a
- 6:45Speaker 5: job or having equity options in or equity in that company.
- 6:50Speaker 5: That isn't the most viable option, which is very interesting.
- 6:55Speaker 5: You have to list pick five off that list to
- 6:58Speaker 5: have a mote and your own personal finance life. But Fellas,
- 7:02Speaker 5: you gotta know if you are the Nvidia in your relationship.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Shout out to French Mantana.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Keep in mind that that that list is the easiest
- 7:12Speaker 3: ways to get rich, So marrying rich is the easiest
