- 0:00Speaker 1: Mr. New York, Mark Simone on WOR. Oh, I'm on
- 0:17Speaker 1: the air. Sorry, out in the hallway. We have advertisers, clients,
- 0:22Speaker 1: you know. The one I love is P.C. Richards, my
- 0:25Speaker 1: favorite place. P.C. Richards people outside. It's a great store.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Do you know, we were just talking about this, there
- 0:33Speaker 1: is such a thing as a washer-dryer unit. I don't
- 0:38Speaker 1: mean a dryer on top of the washing machine. I
- 0:40Speaker 1: mean it's all one thing. There's one unit that will
- 0:44Speaker 1: do the wash, and then it'll dry, all in the
- 0:47Speaker 1: same unit. They're selling these now. It's a great, great thing.
- 0:51Speaker 1: So you throw in the laundry. You set it to
- 0:55Speaker 1: wash and dry. You can go away for two hours.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You come back, it washes it. And then when it's
- 0:59Speaker 1: done washing it, it dries it all in the same unit.
- 1:03Speaker 1: PC Richards, perfect place to get it. But this is
- 1:06Speaker 1: going to be the future. These are going to be
- 1:08Speaker 1: all over the place pretty soon. Hey, that crazy Macklemore,
- 1:12Speaker 1: you know, Ed Sheeran on tour. Why the hell? Ed
- 1:15Speaker 1: Sheeran's the nicest, most neutral, nice guy in the world.
- 1:19Speaker 1: What the hell would he have Macklemore, who's nothing but trouble,
- 1:24Speaker 1: If you're looking for trouble, make Macklemore your opening act.
- 1:28Speaker 1: So they had to drop him from the tour. All
- 1:30Speaker 1: hell broke loose. Everybody's mad at everybody. Certain radio stations
- 1:36Speaker 1: banning Ed Sheeran, which is ridiculous. But Macklemore has just
- 1:42Speaker 1: announced he's going on tour himself. He got so much
- 1:45Speaker 1: attention for this. You know, he'd been much bigger years ago.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Then his career kind of died down. But all this attention.
- 1:52Speaker 1: could bring him back in audience. But he's now announced
- 1:55Speaker 1: his tour. It's a free Palestine tour. A free Palestine
- 2:02Speaker 1: music tour. Dates have not been set yet. And no
- 2:08Speaker 1: announcement on who's going to be with him. But he says,
- 2:12Speaker 1: this guy's a real blank, blank. He says, there's been
- 2:16Speaker 1: a collective awakening around Palestinian liberation. It's just a bunch
- 2:22Speaker 1: of anti-Semites who've risen up. The power of billionaires that
- 2:26Speaker 1: try to censor us. What we expect from artists right
- 2:30Speaker 1: now is to stand up to this. It's 2026. Being
- 2:35Speaker 1: apolitical during a genocide doesn't work anymore. Well, you know, listen,
- 2:39Speaker 1: Hamas launched the most disgusting Holocaust in modern times on
- 2:44Speaker 1: October 7th. We didn't hear a peep out of you.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Then a genocide in Africa against Christians. We didn't hear
- 2:50Speaker 1: a peep out of you. Iran just slaughtered 40,000 citizens
- 2:55Speaker 1: in the street, just killed them for protesting. We didn't
- 2:59Speaker 1: hear anything from you. But when it's something that they
- 3:03Speaker 1: can bring their anti-Semitism to, I don't know, I guess
- 3:09Speaker 1: there's always been a little anti-Semitism in the world, but
- 3:11Speaker 1: I don't know what this is with the left embracing
- 3:15Speaker 1: this anti-Semitism. loving this anti-Semitism. And whoever thought you'd ever
- 3:23Speaker 1: live to see a time where that kind of bigotry
- 3:26Speaker 1: would be something you'd brag about if you were a candidate.
- 3:29Speaker 1: We've got a mayor of New York who's an open
- 3:31Speaker 1: anti-Semite who will out and out engage in hate speech.
- 3:35Speaker 1: It's unbelievable. And it's going to take down the normal
- 3:41Speaker 1: Democratic Party in the process. You know, the problem is
- 3:43Speaker 1: when you start that Hate speech, anti-Semitism, when you start
- 3:47Speaker 1: that kind of bigotry, it spreads. You know, right now
- 3:49Speaker 1: it's anti-Israel, anti-Jews. Next thing you know, it'll be anti-Christians.
- 3:55Speaker 1: It spreads. You got to stop it here. What's going
- 3:58Speaker 1: to stamp it out? I don't know. I don't know.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Common sense, decency at some point will stop it. You
- 4:07Speaker 1: got to blame, really blame Democratic leaders like Schumer and
- 4:10Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries. Schumer is the leader of the party. Hakeem
- 4:13Speaker 1: Jeffries is the leader. Hochul's the leader in the state.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You got to blame them. They're the ones that have
- 4:21Speaker 1: to stop it. It's in their own party. It's taking
- 4:24Speaker 1: place in their own world, and they've done nothing to
- 4:27Speaker 1: stop it. Schumer. Remember all that anti-Semitism at Columbia and
- 4:32Speaker 1: the Jewish students getting harassed, physically harassed? Remember all that?
- 4:35Speaker 1: Schumer went and hid. Nobody heard from him during that period.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Mamdani yelling his anti-Semitism, ginning it up. Never heard from Schumer.
- 4:44Speaker 1: He's the leader of the Democratic Party. He's the highest
- 4:47Speaker 1: ranking Jewish politician. Never heard from him on it. Disgusting,
- 4:53Speaker 1: disgusting behavior from Chuck Schumer. So unfortunately, I'm looking now,
- 5:00Speaker 1: the press ban at the White House has been totally lifted.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Access to all the press has been restored. Yeah, that's
- 5:09Speaker 1: too bad. It was fun keeping them out and it
- 5:11Speaker 1: gave them something to talk about. You know, for all
- 5:16Speaker 1: these MS Now and CNN types, all they do all
- 5:19Speaker 1: day is tell you how much they hate Donald Trump,
- 5:23Speaker 1: how repulsed they are by Donald Trump, burning hatred for
- 5:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump. But then they're mad they can't be in
- 5:29Speaker 1: the room with him. Generally, if I hate somebody, I
- 5:33Speaker 1: don't stay in the same room with them. I don't
- 5:35Speaker 1: want access to them. In fact, I can't get far
- 5:38Speaker 1: enough away from them. So President Trump spending the day,
- 5:41Speaker 1: the second day, he's spending the whole day with President
- 5:45Speaker 1: Xi of China and Xi's wife, Madam Ping. Looks like
- 5:51Speaker 1: a lot of fun. Look at her. Look at her
- 5:53Speaker 1: on the screen. Look at these two. We hope they
- 5:58Speaker 1: don't die, but if they were to die, it's easy
- 6:00Speaker 1: on the funeral. I don't think you have to embalm them.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Look at them. They already look like they're embalmed. But
- 6:05Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell they talk to them
- 6:06Speaker 1: about all day. President once again wearing an overcoat. Wow. Yeah,
- 6:13Speaker 1: it's definitely not. I was out last night. I saw
- 6:15Speaker 1: a lot of overcoats everywhere. Summer ended fast. Netanyahu, great
- 6:21Speaker 1: speech yesterday, concluded with a real warning for Iran. A
- 6:25Speaker 1: real warning for Iran that it's over for them. The
- 6:28Speaker 1: leadership of Iran, the citizens, everybody else will rise up
- 6:34Speaker 1: and take over. Hey, those people that walked out. I'm
- 6:36Speaker 1: playing it every hour. Let me play this clip. As
- 6:39Speaker 1: soon as Netanyahu got up to speak, he hadn't said
- 6:42Speaker 1: a word yet. Just as he stood at the podium,
- 6:46Speaker 1: half the delegates walked out. I'm looking at the list here.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Who walked out? It was the representatives for Iran, Qatar,
- 6:54Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia, Palestinian Authority, and others, other countries. They cleared out.
- 6:59Speaker 1: They literally... He hadn't said a word yet. As soon
- 7:04Speaker 1: as he got up, they walked out.
- 7:06Speaker 2: But.
- 7:07Speaker 1: You know, he pointed out all these things that it
- 7:10Speaker 1: was Israel that supplied 2 million tons of food into Gaza.
- 7:15Speaker 1: He ran down the list of the great things Israel
- 7:18Speaker 1: has done, but they walked out. Netanyahu responded perfectly. Mr.
- 7:21Speaker 2: President, before I begin, just a quick announcement. If there
- 7:30Speaker 2: are any other moral cowards who haven't yet left this hall,
- 7:34Speaker 2: please do so now. Thank you very much.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Yeah. So that's a great leader and an orator. If
- 7:43Speaker 1: you have not done so, please do so. See, now
- 7:46Speaker 1: if it was Trump, he'd say, for those of you
- 7:47Speaker 1: who haven't, get the blank out. Right in the UN
- 7:51Speaker 1: General Assembly. I know you're not supposed to do that,
- 7:54Speaker 1: but he's half a Howard Stern president. And that's the
- 7:59Speaker 1: way he does things. Now, speaking of this anti-Semitism, our crazy,
- 8:03Speaker 1: nutty Mayor Mamdani, Mr. Anti-Semite, and his allies are holding
- 8:07Speaker 1: a big New York City fundraiser for the Michigan anti-Semite,
- 8:13Speaker 1: Abdul El-Sayed. The bash will take place on the Bowery
- 8:18Speaker 1: on October 5th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Co-hosts
- 8:25Speaker 1: include the jeweler, Alex Bittar, former REM frontman, Michael Stipe,
- 8:33Speaker 1: Democrat Brad Lander. These are all the anti-Semites. They're all
- 8:36Speaker 1: coming to this. Congressman Jamal Bowman. Brooklyn Councilman Shi Asi.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Contributors can donate up to $ 57, 000 to the Abdul Michigan
- 8:49Speaker 1: Victory Fund. It's $ 57, 000. You can donate to the anti-Semitic
- 8:55Speaker 1: fund here. Now, I guess there might be some Democrats
- 8:58Speaker 1: who are pushing for for this Abdul Syed, just because
- 9:02Speaker 1: it's a crucial seat for the Democrats to take control
- 9:06Speaker 1: of the Senate. Michigan is key to that. They've got
- 9:09Speaker 1: to win Michigan to take control of the Senate. So
- 9:11Speaker 1: there might be some Democrats who are jumping in because
- 9:14Speaker 1: of that, but I don't care what the reason is.
- 9:17Speaker 1: You can't support anti-Semites. There's no excuse for that. You
- 9:22Speaker 1: remember that story about Thomas Jefferson? He slept with the slaves.
- 9:26Speaker 1: In fact, there was one slave, Sally Hemings. Not only
- 9:28Speaker 1: did he sleep with her, He fathered a child with her.
- 9:31Speaker 1: This has been the rumor for years and years and years.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Historians have felt that this is what happened. Well, it's
- 9:40Speaker 1: been absolutely confirmed now. In one of the books, Jefferson
- 9:46Speaker 1: had books he would write in journals, diaries. Apparently, in
- 9:51Speaker 1: one of the books, some of Jefferson's hair was found
- 9:54Speaker 1: between the pages. And they had Jefferson's hair, which even
- 9:57Speaker 1: though it's hundreds of years old, You can still... DNA test.
- 10:01Speaker 1: So they DNA tested it. And it proves he did
- 10:05Speaker 1: have children with the slave Sally Hemings. And it's, of course,
- 10:12Speaker 1: years later, but we've absolutely confirmed it now. had this,
- 10:16Speaker 1: you know, unfortunately, they're all long gone. If she were
- 10:19Speaker 1: around today, Sally Hemings would be, she'd be on Rachel
- 10:22Speaker 1: Maddow Monday night, exclusive interview. She'd be on CNN. The
- 10:26Speaker 1: New York Times would be interviewing her. So, hey, McDonald's,
- 10:33Speaker 1: I don't know if this is smart. McDonald's, how big
- 10:37Speaker 1: is McDonald's? It's as big as can be. But they're
- 10:40Speaker 1: worried about Starbucks. And they're worried about Chipotle. So McDonald's
- 10:45Speaker 1: is adding things to the menu to take on Starbucks
- 10:50Speaker 1: and Chipotle. First of all, does anybody like the food
- 10:52Speaker 1: at Starbucks? You do? No, it's not that good. It's not.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Cheese and fruit doesn't count. They just cut that up.
- 11:05Speaker 1: They don't make that. They go buy some cheese and they.
- 11:09Speaker 1: put it and they throw some fruit in that's not
- 11:10Speaker 1: i don't mean i'm talking about the things they make
- 11:13Speaker 1: it's not you know what's you know what's funny uh
- 11:18Speaker 1: dunkin donuts they dunkin donuts their coffee is better than
- 11:22Speaker 1: starbucks but starbucks the donuts are probably better than dunkin
- 11:26Speaker 1: donuts doesn't make any sense but uh they're really worried
- 11:30Speaker 1: about starbucks for some reason so you know the one
- 11:32Speaker 1: thing they have at starbucks is those little egg bites
- 11:34Speaker 1: in the morning McDonald's has the greatest breakfast on earth,
- 11:38Speaker 1: the Egg McMuffin. But apparently this is one of the
- 11:42Speaker 1: reasons for this. Ozempic is so big. Those GLP-1 shots
- 11:47Speaker 1: are so big. 30 million Americans are on that stuff.
- 11:51Speaker 1: And when you're on those Ozempic things, you can't eat much.
- 11:54Speaker 1: You can only eat a little. So apparently Starbucks is
- 11:57Speaker 1: doing very well with a little egg bite because it's
- 12:00Speaker 1: like two bites. So if you're on Ozempic, it's a
- 12:03Speaker 1: perfect breakfast. Because you can't eat the egg muffin. You
- 12:05Speaker 1: can eat two bites and you've got to throw away
- 12:07Speaker 1: the whole thing. So McDonald's is going to make an
- 12:10Speaker 1: egg bite just like Starbucks. All right. Okay, this one
- 12:15Speaker 1: I could see. But they also want to take on Chipotle.
- 12:21Speaker 1: And Chipotle's got the best, the burrito bowl is phenomenal. Apparently,
- 12:28Speaker 1: Chipotle's considered very healthy fast food, healthier than McDonald's. And
- 12:33Speaker 1: it's becoming bigger than ever, Chipotle. So they're going to
- 12:36Speaker 1: make their own something, burrito bowl. They haven't said exactly what.
- 12:42Speaker 1: But when you go to McDonald's, do you think Mexicans, Spanish,
- 12:46Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. You may be in
- 12:51Speaker 1: a tricky area there, McDonald's. They're also going to add
- 12:54Speaker 1: a classic grilled chicken sandwich. All right, that's taken on Chick-fil-A.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Chick-fil-A is phenomenal. Also, they're going to make wraps for
- 13:06Speaker 1: another on-the-go protein-packed item. You know, a lot of places,
- 13:10Speaker 1: those salad places, Chopped and all the rest, that's their
- 13:13Speaker 1: big thing, selling those wraps. And that kind of stuff,
- 13:16Speaker 1: it's considered healthier than McDonald's. So that's one reason McDonald's
- 13:19Speaker 1: is getting into it, so they'll have healthier items. But
- 13:22Speaker 1: it's also trying to compete with all the fast food
- 13:26Speaker 1: chains that have risen up and become very big. But...
- 13:30Speaker 1: But in the business world, that's sometimes the most dangerous
- 13:33Speaker 1: thing you can do is try to be somebody else.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Smartest thing you can do is just do what you
- 13:38Speaker 1: do best. And you remember when Steve, you know, Apple
- 13:46Speaker 1: was a mess when Steve Jobs came back. Apple wasn't
- 13:48Speaker 1: doing well. And he noticed the problem was they sold
- 13:52Speaker 1: 85 different products. And the first thing he said when
- 13:56Speaker 1: he came in there, just do what we do best.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Let's get rid of 81 of these products. We'll just
- 14:01Speaker 1: sell four things. We'll just sell a computer, a phone,
- 14:06Speaker 1: the same thing with McDonald's. Just figure out what you
- 14:08Speaker 1: do best and just do that better than anybody else.
- 14:13Speaker 1: So let's see. The press is back. The White House
- 14:17Speaker 1: ban is over. The press is back. Oh, you're supposed
- 14:21Speaker 1: to get all excited because today is the 25th of September.
- 14:27Speaker 1: And I don't even know what this means. They're saying
- 14:28Speaker 1: it's 925 day. 925 day. So I guess the song
- 14:34Speaker 1: 9 to 5. If you're getting excited about this, you
- 14:39Speaker 1: really need to re-examine your life. This is not that exciting.
- 14:42Speaker 1: First of all, it's not 925 day. It's 92526 day.
- 14:47Speaker 1: And I don't remember any song called 92526. We'll take
- 14:50Speaker 1: some calls next. 800-321- 0710 is the number.
- 14:56Speaker 2: 800-321-0710.
