- Speaker 3: I but I a housewife. I to prove Speaker 2: parents to some extent and supporting is also a different jinx and you are trying it. You are not facing When I your profile, there CFS network or framework. What is it? Speaker 1: So our main focus is to a LinkedIn profile in Funnel. It's everyone's brand. But to represent for you to... Speaker 2: Have you ever thought that you can also go to the founders and other CEOs of the company? Speaker 3: They fake stories through AI. Speaker 2: How many percent of the or coaches you whose story they can give you and you can their brand building around them? Are you creating any framework for these girls from the tier 3 cities? What is your community? What a community! Speaker 3: In future, main aim is to more tier 3 girls. Speaker 2: So one myth about personal branding that you love to kill forever. Speaker 3: Personal branding is influencers. Speaker 2: one habit that freelancers should definitely build Speaker 1: you Speaker 2: Today's story is a little different. Today's episode is about visibility with substance and a bit of confidence. Bitches built through skill and not noise. My guests today are ⁓ Arnika and Safalta, the two beautiful young women who are quietly doing powerful work in the personal branding space and the design space. Safalta works closely with Indian executives, leadership, career and parenting coaches, people who already have creditability, experiences and results. but struggle with visibility that truly affects or reflects their authority. She believes you don't need to go viral to be valuable, but you need clarity, positioning, and messaging that makes people trust you the moment they land on your profile. Whereas Ernika, on the other hand, is a premium graphic designer who helps coaches and small businesses stand out through high converting visuals, strong brand personalities, identities and smart lending optimizations. Her work speaks for herself. Clients don't just hire her once, they keep coming back. So for carousels or cheat sheets to full visual branding, she turns basics into professionals. And together, they're also building Syscast, a community-driven platform for newbie freelancers, especially small town girls. These small town girls who can who want to earn online with some clarity, systems and confidence is what they are shaping it up with. This conversation is not about trends. It's about building trust, authority and long-term brand value in the right way. So let's get into this conversations with them. Welcome on board. Speaker 1: Okay. Speaker 3: Thank you so much. Speaker 1: Okay, sure. So basically, I'm a personal branding specialist. I coaches to personal branding mostly and also apart from this, we freelancers where we newbies and small town girls to earn So if I my journey So my schooling, can say that schooling was by my father's school. So as our schooling was done I was an average student from So I a bright student. because I under confident because my family was they were intelligent people so I the youngest in and I was always scared that I under confident, I average student, maybe I be able in or not so this was my doubt from and then I realized that I also have talent in I advantage in me I have an extrovert personality So, one extrovert personality was that I normally discuss I talk to people and get So, I got that if you want to success in then you to basic knowledge So, we tried to to 10th class and learn better in 10th class I started focusing on learning mostly But gradually I realised that I am not that talented I studies but at that time I thought I a fashion designer. It dream to a fashion designer. But slowly I realized that where we belong. So my told me that there was a lockdown at Everyone trying to buy bio. After a bio, you can easily doctor. I told So I thought I biology from the school I biology and slowly I realised that I NEET exam So I my NEET exam for At that time when I NEET exam I thought that it might not clear I 100 marks because of negative marking I couldn't 100 marks everything to negative So that time I realised that maybe I a doctor so I a draw up and I might able to doctor But then I realised that no If I to a doctor, I go I have I will have I have worked Yes, I have hard. Yes, absolutely. So I told that I take a draw and you put NEET exam. I will easily crack But my father said that you can't go you girls, it's safe, how you so far? So that time I realised that maybe I my life. Everything means... I because my classmates and friends were studying abroad. I a lot doubts that I would be able to anything. One day my told me to our Hakee Kohli. I refused at I cried lot at that time. My sister Aayani showed me a reel. She told to this reel once. If you to BCA, tell me. But see it I got motivation from and got direction from So I would to was a famous influencer. Where they were that MBA tea vendor, I hope you know him. his reel he said that if you love and you get married to then it's okay. Love one you to. So small line gave me direction and gave me choice. If you choice, then you can create yourself. So that I got know that yes. If I doing BCA, how I can grow in BCA. Then I slowly realized that I become software engineer. So I a stable job. there I an internship. So I found that time I in marketing. And in my first year, my first sem, I started and when I did that I first internship which was my unpaid internship. I got that maybe there hope in where I work and I will this thing better slowly. So my things started developing there. I around 7 plus agencies as a marketing niche. there I started basically but I inside of thing that I feel confidence. I earning, everything is but I never anyone that I earning at that time. So everyone thought that Shad is anything it an average thing. So teachers also always told me that Shad in her life. This is normal average thing, neither others study nor she studies Speaker 2: I didn't even know that success is the name. Speaker 1: I say because teachers used that successful. You keep that you know how Speaker 2: So, success at an angle that our tier 3 mindset, which Kabir to very traditional mindset, that father used us we to this, mother used us we to this or our society used us what to We could evaluate You did that. How long did you that thing? Speaker 1: I simply say that started this journey to what I do in my first year, 20th year. So I 3 years and in this 3 years journey I thought that yes, now I my own decisions, I can So if you the willingness to do anything, then you can that, you have to analyze you keep So this simple thing, then you it any doubt. Speaker 2: So the year ⁓ Speaker 1: Yes, started earning Okay, so I 1.8k for the first time. That very less, I know. But when I earning I didn't even idea that I can Because it was online. Speaker 2: 1.8k, ok, I think we need some motivation, 1.8k not a small amount but it motivation. Speaker 1: Absolutely. Because that time we had if we earn well. Correct. Speaker 2: So this is you in freelancing. Speaker 1: First time I with my own clients and then I started where I personal branding. After 7 plus agencies, I confident and now I my own clients. Speaker 2: Because of an extrovert, you can easily calculate what you really wanted to do. this, Arnika has She that motivation. So Arnika, what your story? Speaker 3: Yes, so I am Anika Bharadwaj. I am a brand designer and mainly coaches and founders and along with that, just Safalta told me that we newbies, mainly girls throughout their journey that how first earning and confidence building. So my journey started that I to be but I to a housewife. So my journey started Back then in schooling, I was always a bright student, always a favourite of who always in schools I been But I a different perspective when my school and college got I realized that life fail. I school and college. I always a bright student so I thought I success easily. I took PCM After that I thought that my elder sister has just graduated from college. So I knew that I to some options After I did BA in 12th, I BA after PCM. After doing BA, felt that life has ended now, there no option from we cannot there is good scope from After I saw that we can So I UPSC. In UPSC, myself 1-2 years of self study. But there also felt that maybe I making mistake by investing I my father that we this course. You study but same thing that she refused and that time was lockdown so she refused from that financial condition is good and she told me that this much money you will So from there only this line in my mind that I will but I become housewife. I have to prove After I UPSC. When I completed I enrolled in the MA. I prepared for the UGC NET. When I first attempt, it went well. I thought I can it. I my second attempt. I thought I can it. But when I third attempt, it very bad. I remember I cried a lot at I was able to it. So, let's skip and I was that night around 2 pm we both sat talked about what we should Speaker 2: Was night in which you real Speaker 1: No, Speaker 3: So we sat talked about what doing in we are not understanding anything. And then we saw that let's do something. Safalta told me that she had her first internship at on So she told me that you can do in the private sector also. Whatever job find on definitely both. So that time when I my economics in MA, I thought that we create only. So I became a subject matter expert of economics. I interviews, sometimes I the first interview, sometimes second. So, kept parallel things. But then I felt that nothing is happening I basics are not clear. So, am not made for I always felt that if I something, I feel that it is not made So, I to more time Because that was also fear that the family will get So, it was absolutely made. Along with I felt that... Speaker 2: I afraid that if I get I anything Speaker 3: Absolutely, I have hate towards I really respect them. But I want to own identity. Because from where we definitely there examples that women are well after But there examples that life is that much better And it also depends on how our partner is. What kind partner we they are supporting us not. So we our life to depend on Absolutely. After that, in B.Ed. just because I want So I continued Along with a social media manager. When I Subject Matter Expert, nothing was So I social media manager along with One day, a portfolio. Successfully, I my portfolio. I my portfolio is very beautiful. So, you can definitely explore After I designing that yes, designing is also a niche. through YouTube, we resources on how to it. After we are doing well and then we Syscast. We have of 4 plus members. So, we want to women in their first trending and confidence building. Speaker 2: Anika, the narrative you taking that we studied, got married, settled. This narrative is in tier 3 cities and 2 cities. It's very prevalent that it's there. to some extent, supporting and not supporting extent, that also remains. This is different jinx and you are to it. You any challenges. Speaker 1: Bye. Speaker 3: I would to that there at every step. But until you don't yourself, no one will to you to anything. So we have this perspective from ourselves. When our big sister was married without becoming financially independent, it was a hard phase because we the same life. Because we couldn't our whole life on So, parents... Definitely, no one supported There are some supports. But when we everyone supports But the beginning, we to face And there many challenges. There are still challenges. And there will definitely be Speaker 2: And when the mean the design has nerd up and they have different designs till you have talked When I your profile, there CFS network or framework, what is that? Speaker 1: Okay, so CFS framework is our clarity, funnel and system where when we work with we work clarity, funnel and system. So, when we are working we mostly work on the clarity part because if you clarity, you know what positioning you have so you can easily stand out. Speaker 2: Clarity Funnel and system, okay. Speaker 1: So in the first part we work on the clarity part Then our second part is the funnel part where we the story in the funnel in such way that their target audience can relate easily. our third part is system. we consistency, consistent, a system for the client and achieve outcome they So this is our funnel system. Speaker 2: So, as a CFS framework you have made, you work this, you are a design nerd. are the culmination of these two different words. So, you marry How did you them together? Speaker 1: When you LinkedIn profile, you check the photos the banner, the copy of the the clarity of matters lot. If your design doesn't your clarity, then your brand can't stand out So we the clarity part, to ourselves. The main focus is not to a good looking design, but to make a meaningful design. To the actual personality of So our main focus is to a LinkedIn profile in and their personality. So this is we on LinkedIn and when a meaningful design, our branding, and supports then no doubt the brand that created is not it is also felt. So we our clients to their personal brand in Speaker 2: What matrix is this? Speaker 1: Okay, so the main focus is to positioning first. What clients do and how help other people? What is their target audience? Then, second part, we work on their content strategy where we their storytelling, their story, their failures through designs, their content, through how we write we represent Then, third part is the system part where Now we have an idea about the client, the is creating how we will represent So we the system the main focus that we this type of system that automatically the target audience can relate to Speaker 2: Who your target audience? Founders. Speaker 1: Our target audience is mainly coaches. I a personal branding specialist for coaches where I executive coach, leadership coach, career and parenting coach. Speaker 2: How you guys the coaches? Coaches have their own list of failures because these guys are teachers. They don't have to you what failures are, what is. How do you guys are helping them? Speaker 1: Okay, so we have to... because already when you a big personality, then they already brand. Everyone has brand. But to represent you have to a system for You can't directly show off So first, your clarity part, where you already know what you do, how your impact, that thing has be online through visuals. How are representing how posting through that we... First of all, we on the clarity part that your LinkedIn profile, which is online, should represent that. That is our first part. Then after we on content that should represent in that their personality, their experience, their failures should be represented there. Because I know that the clients we working with are very experienced persons. They already a lot of knowledge. We cannot match So what do is We have one-to-one conversations with their personality and then we their failures and success through content. So this our main focus. Speaker 2: How your content calendar defined? Speaker 1: Okay, so in content calendar, we mainly talk about their personality. What kind of person are and how help them. Because everyone has different approach. Exactly. Because if I personal branding specialist and the coaches, then I everyone differently. If I leadership, then I different type content If I parenting coaching, then there will different type of content for So we personality of Speaker 2: This personal branding comes with an authentic branding as well. Authenticity is very important. You a selective community for yourself, which is coaches specifically. Have you ever thought that you can also go to the founders and other CEOs of the company? Speaker 1: Yes, when I started out, I the founders too. But slowly I realized that my main focus is towards coaches. I more interested because I want to about passion. If you feel that you a particular area, shift to If you feel that you are helping better, I the founders. But the results I better to through my CFS framework. So now I properly shifted that I the executive coach, the leadership coach and the career coach. So there I feel that I able represent my strength. Speaker 2: And do you also say the same thing? Speaker 3: No, my main focus is coaches and founders. When we together clients, we focus on clients, content calendar and all things. My main focus is the team management and how to the entire report. Also designs and designs copy. Because that also matters So I all those things from the backend. Success is at Speaker 2: Beautiful. Kind of a very Deja Vu feeling. The last two guests, with it exactly the One was front facing and one back. They handled So very similar. So when it comes to you, Arnika, again I'll go back to the same question where she identified that coaches are very relevant because they have of stories. Similarly, founders also a lot But some founders who have very few They stories and I many founders who to chat and ask for their story. So how do you ensure that with personal branding stays as is when you designing certain things? Speaker 3: Okay, so I would that it is a big myth that people create fake stories through AI. But I feel that if a fake story, you be trust building it. Neither people will be relate to There are some stories of they started. You can add your own pain point in But if you the whole story through AI, then you will be to trust building it. Neither the client will will to trust them or close them because this is a factor for personal branding. So, this in designs mainly if there a design in which we the personal story of or any such pain point then I take a proper voice note that you your pain point or journey that and how I throughout visuals. I will create to Speaker 2: Founders have so much time that they recap their and then they come back and say that Arnika, I these 4 pain points. Because I time to my pain points. Actually I have to sit down and focus on what happened So I mean as me running a company I generally realize that something happened that I can capture and I can write certain things around it. But the entire story may not be reflecting the same pain. which I probably be feeling, even I tell you. And similarly it happens on chart GPT as well. For example, I have a pain, I wrote a pain to the chart GPT, it a story for Now what is problem in The problem is that it is not giving me the right authentic resonance, me right hook, it a story. Okay? For example, there is hook, what you to catch, if someone reads then what first line? Now, that thing doesn't So, Chad's GPT, I seriously condemn that for a marketing, it is right. But in reality, you write. So, question that I wanted to put here, I don't that much time. So, how many percent of founders or coaches do whose story they can give you and you can do brand building around Speaker 1: So I think I would to that when we were founders or coaches, the beginning when we were we a problem here that some founders who their story through voice note. So what do is that when they are on board in we a questioner to fill it We keep around 40 questions mentioned We 40 questions through voice note. every pain point. So that in future if they are busy and their journey point now, then that thing for reference later. So that thing helps us in that moment when founders are busy. But if I on hand, always pin up that you have to your journey, you to so we are very much connected to everyone Speaker 2: Yes, the again the fact is that keep reminding that they founders. They to that my company goes and I revenue. So, that time there many pain points which they to declare. So, their authentic story in the market? So, I think that answers the question that you 40 questions. What kind of questions are framed here? Speaker 1: First thing is your personality, your personality, what type of content you to Second, your stories, your failure, top 5 failures, your achievements and also if you your testimonials, drive links, photos, you working in any area then your journey, your achievements, in your life, you can properly share them We definitely include and also their timing of because there a story, if you are a founder then your first photo and the currently working on, is a difference and when you before and after, then there a of authority build up from there a trust build up to the client. So we definitely show up in everyone's personality. Speaker 2: This is one of side of the view where you are reaching out to the founders and the coaches. Your main goal was to in tier 3. There are many girls here who marriage would not be standing on their own feet so you helping them out. You a Syscast. So that motto is it still there. You are working on it. You invite because I a lot of such... ⁓ So how in a separate environment are you creating any framework for these girls from the tier 3 cities who can take advantage of you and can bloom in their own future? Speaker 3: Okay, so whenever we talk about SISCAST, SISCAST is all about 4 hours sisters community in we are helping So our SISCAST was SISCAST in the beginning we it SISSTAR because we sisters so we stars. We it but in future we have to SISCAST. Where we share of women, they shared their journey, definitely we the journey there. So our purpose is to women's journey. We have up our WhatsApp community for Also, we recently a workshop for helping girls and newbies. Speaker 2: ⁓ Newbies as in freelance. So, how your community? Speaker 3: It's a news. ⁓ Our community is under 100 now, maybe in future it will increase because we around 2 months ago. Speaker 2: And this are mostly of 30 30. Wonderful. And you them some approach, some motive to Speaker 3: Yes. Speaker 1: think we should that tier 3 girls have lot of problems because they can't of they don't have a choice, so they to create a So that is our main motive that we are helping them, our community, we can a personal level. So that is our main motto and if you are joining a group, if you any social media platform then our main aim is that you reach out to and we will try reply to So the main purpose is that you us any area and are ready to reply to and if you your personal level then we will reply to because when you are starting out there are many doubts in your mind. So those things If you in the starting, your life will no doubt. Speaker 2: So, according to success rate got that out the 100 people community, 10 of come and say that something new? Speaker 1: Yes, recently got person on our YouTube channel that we a normal conversation on our LinkedIn and he told that he earning money and he has his first money. So many people are on YouTube and sending DM that they have their first money And we motivation from that we definitely someone's life. Speaker 2: And I can actually say because I the comment on yes, your freelancer's CIS cast is different than the community that you run on WhatsApp? In all the are Speaker 3: Yes, both are same but in future our main is to in tier 3. Speaker 2: Have you heard that you your life? Is there a story that you to Speaker 1: Yes, yes. I think Arnika will want to us about her team member. Speaker 3: Yes, our first team member reached out to me one-on-one call. the I had audited profile, he was not confident in Even he share profile pic or share Because he is also from tier 3. So he very afraid. But now I working with on LinkedIn. and she is doing brilliant now so this confidence has built up because she the consistency. If you show up definitely the confidence will also build up. So this is the best example. Speaker 2: So this intern is a Gen Z, unmarried? Yes. So have you any married woman or any married woman that Arnika I something my life, I married, I tier 3 and my partner is me little, what can kind of story had in your life? Speaker 1: No, we haven't faced but definitely we should help because I my sister. My sister got married before she financially independent but she still connected to She keeps us how we in our life. So we always tell simply that whatever you available now, start from that. If you think you online earning then start online earning. If think you offline then start from there. So start whatever you currently available and no doubt you can it. Speaker 2: Let about CISCAST channel because these are the time stories around you your personal branding agency, made How CISCAST come into the and what the motive behind Speaker 3: Okay, so when to we had a small brand there. Along with that, we any social media platform. And then when LinkedIn, everyone posting daily and networking. Or they able to talk between, a video feature came So everyone videos and photos that they have done networking with So we always used to see that everyone talking And we that social anxiety at beginning. Speaker 2: No, now on today's date, Arnika, there anxiety like a bird on You 3 hours. I mean, for me, I only see the engagement part. mean, likes everybody does. But when it comes to engaging with the post, it's rarely happened with a lot of people. I see you aced it perfectly. mean, 55 comments in just 5 hours or less than 5 hours. Speaker 3: So, I think when you my profile, that they didn't come so So, this has up And like when Syscast, we used to that everyone is networking, they able to talk Why we not able to So, we thought that we such networking daily. So, what do We saw Rajshamani and other big creators are doing it, podcast. So, we also podcasts. And we will learn their journey, we will knowledge and networking calls. So I decided to start So this is the SISCAST came Speaker 2: High five. Speaker 1: I'm gonna go. Speaker 3: Hehehe. Speaker 2: Whatever I at this age, you it almost earlier. Speaker 3: In the end, realised that it lot. At the much confidence. Even when I first networking call, I think there girl from tier 3, she helped me to to my first client. So, the beginning, I didn't know how a Zoom meeting and how to end I didn't even know that. But when we started in terms of knowledge, we lot things. we know but since we podcast about linden and clients we much knowledge from and we 2-3 DM regarding this that our only free content which we are pushing on people life has from they their first trending Speaker 2: And this first earning has a Meaning he has revenue Speaker 1: No Speaker 3: They saw our content how to freelancing. The content on YouTube is mainly about how to first turning through freelancing. Or they video editors, graphic designers or social media managers. So they on LinkedIn. I would say that LinkedIn is easy. If you want to your business or do any first turning on then LinkedIn is Speaker 2: Yes, like-minded people, so the story resonates there, which I agree. So what kind of your Siskas? Speaker 1: Okay, so the guest, we inviting personal branding specialists, freelancers who are mostly working in or their journey after marriage started. So we those people in the starting. But now we try to founders there. So, it's good, definitely, no doubt. Speaker 2: How ⁓ does When the client works you as a personal branding expert, as you being the personal branding expert, what do need from you? The recognition, the leads or a certain confidence that they... So point is, they told you their story, you the story on and the world got know that this story was sent by The connection the founder builds in terms of being very confident, so if he invited tomorrow to stage and perform, What their lead? Basically what they want from you guys. Lead, confidence, they themselves like a personal brand or they some kind of recognition. Speaker 3: I would to that everyone a different aim. Many clients come and say that they to their follower base. Many people come and that they just leads and not anything with Many people come and say that they engagement on Speaker 2: So, if everyone is different then to content strategies are And I remember, I remembered from we had that you guys wanted to be a who, mean I think Saffalta or Nika, somebody wanted to be a global speaker on the stage. So, because now you the third boat, Syscast, your personal branding agency and now this. And all three, the under confident extrovert girl is sitting in of who used to think that I be to it or not. and the UPSC that behind, you are a stage like are you prepared for that? Are you getting the support? Because that is what the example would be created for the tier 3 girls. That you two girls together are the path that easy. Speaker 3: Absolutely, there no doubt that this path is to easy. In fact, path that is not easy. There was support in but I would to that there some small support now. Speaker 2: So am sure, episode you to your father. Speaker 3: Father has told us that he will definitely see Speaker 1: So I would that if you are an average student or you a failure, this does not define you as average. This you. Your note giving up defines If you give up, then you will definitely success in Speaker 2: This was my next question. I wanted to that the tier 3, this episode, who will it quietly, they to change them what advice give Speaker 3: So, to the young girls this episode, would to that if we can then you can also definitely do it. No matter if you have a laptop in or you any good resources, you are a very small town where you are allowed to out or your study is so good that you can do a good job Speaker 1: Absolutely, so this I like that if you are an average student, Hindi, you don't you have a language problem, then you native language, whatever your language is, should start with that. You don't have resources but you a phone, you can start out with And there is so much free content you our podcast, for that I would like say that if you a starting point, how should start, you a girl, So you should no-doubt syscast, you will your starting point Speaker 2: And you checking Cool. So let's get us to the end of our conversation. I'm sure a lot of people, you must have learned from this conversation that how under 25s are making a mark onto the road which is not that easy. So, a rapid fire round happens. Arnika, start you because you the myth that this a myth. So one myth about personal branding that you love to kill forever. Speaker 3: Okay, personal branding, I would to say that personal branding only influencers, students. Speaker 2: Clarity, frequency and storytelling. What most difficult thing for people? Speaker 1: I think clarity, people can't define and then they the whole person branding that they don't clarity and they even properly. So they work then no doubt their journey will become smooth. Speaker 2: A habit that freelancers should definitely build this Speaker 3: I think daily showing up. I the that I showing up on LinkedIn daily. But if you showing up then your journey will very easy. You not anything Speaker 2: design trend that you secretly dislike. Speaker 3: I don't like I dislike that. People blindly believe their own personality, their purposes, their own values, they able reflect them and to the people cannot trust Speaker 2: Pity mar jaati hai. What is the future for both of you with SysGust? Nice. And that's what we stood out to, I mean, specifically with me in this conversation is how intentionally both the girls think about growth. Neither fast growth nor loud growth. But it's a meaningful growth. They represent a new wave of professionals who understand that branding isn't about pretending to be someone else. Speaker 3: Unstoppable. Speaker 2: It's about aligning how you show up with who you are already today. And if you're a coach, a freelancer, or someone building your personal presence online and wondering why every effort that you put in doesn't translate into trust or inbound opportunities, there are real lessons that we just spoke about in this example, in this episode. And if you're someone from a small town, and you a new journey, you're still figuring out what be path ahead, what will you do So this conversation is a proof that it is, if this episode added value to you, then you something from I would really encourage you to subscribe to the channel. are cast in mine and it will help the show grow. They have a goal that they reach out to you. You some questions that they... ⁓ We are ready to your questions. So please us and share this episode with more people so that we this conversation to the that the conversations that we are bringing to you are live enough for you to learn as much as we are learning on this show. And do share this episode again with someone who's building quietly but seriously. And until next time, keep learning from these real journeys, real work and real intent. And this is Collaborative Canvas podcast signing off. Thank you. Thank you, girls. Speaker 1: Thank you.
