- 0:01Speaker 1: On seventen wr it's more of the marks emosia. Well,
- 0:08Speaker 1: it's a hot day to day, but this is nothing
- 0:10Speaker 1: compared to what you're going to feel the rest of
- 0:12Speaker 1: the week. It's going to be dangerously hot for Wednesday, Thursday,
- 0:15Speaker 1: Friday into Saturday. It'll hit one hundred degrees real field
- 0:19Speaker 1: could hit one hundred and nine and something like that.
- 0:21Speaker 1: So it's just going to be a little better. On Saturday,
- 0:24Speaker 1: will be ninety five, but thundershowers on Saturday. Hopefully this
- 0:28Speaker 1: forecast changes, which it can. It can change in the
- 0:31Speaker 1: next day or two. So a lot of Supreme Court
- 0:34Speaker 1: the rulings are happening left and right. Here. President Trump
- 0:38Speaker 1: wont to end birthright citizenship. Supreme Court rejected that bid,
- 0:43Speaker 1: so the birthright citizenship stands, which doesn't make a lot
- 0:48Speaker 1: of sense to a lot of people. The other big
- 0:52Speaker 1: ruling is the Supreme Court ruled that states can ban
- 0:58Speaker 1: transgender athletes from participating in women's sports. That's pretty common sense,
- 1:03Speaker 1: simple logical. Obviously, you don't want a big, hulking guy
- 1:07Speaker 1: playing against women. So the Supreme Court has ruled any
- 1:11Speaker 1: state can ban transgender athletes. President Trump was trying to
- 1:16Speaker 1: get the Egen Carol find the Mountain. He had a
- 1:20Speaker 1: payer thrown out that was rejected, so he owes her
- 1:24Speaker 1: five million dollars. She will never live to collect the money.
- 1:29Speaker 1: You'll see. It was a strange case, the Egen Carroll case,
- 1:34Speaker 1: because it was based on what a lot of people
- 1:36Speaker 1: thought was just a ridiculous lie. She claimed that she
- 1:42Speaker 1: was in Burgdorff Goodman. He happened to be there. This
- 1:44Speaker 1: is the women's store, not the men's store. He followed
- 1:47Speaker 1: her into the dressing room that the attacked her and
- 1:49Speaker 1: assaulted her. And nobody's buying this. The story that she
- 1:52Speaker 1: told was exactly the same story as a Law and
- 1:56Speaker 1: Order episode, even Burgdorf Goodman. I mean, it just would
- 2:02Speaker 1: look to any normal person like she obviously saw this
- 2:05Speaker 1: Law and Order episode and stole the plot because it's
- 2:08Speaker 1: exactly the same. The billionaire reszillionaire tech guy who was
- 2:12Speaker 1: Ardreid Hoffman financed her case. She got in front of
- 2:17Speaker 1: a New York jury that hates Donald Trump and a
- 2:20Speaker 1: New York judge that hates Donald Trump. That's how she
- 2:22Speaker 1: got the She couldn't win a criminal conviction, but civil
- 2:26Speaker 1: standards are much much lower. She won the civil case
- 2:29Speaker 1: but again vicious Trump hating jury, and she was asking
- 2:33Speaker 1: for twenty four million dollars in a judgment. The jury
- 2:37Speaker 1: hated Trump so much that they up it to eighty
- 2:40Speaker 1: eight million dollars. Nobody has ever seen that ever happen,
- 2:44Speaker 1: where whatever they were asking for the jury tripled it quadrupled.
- 2:48Speaker 1: That This is unheard of, So it was a ridiculous case.
- 2:51Speaker 1: It was more a case of hero of the Supreme
- 2:52Speaker 1: Court just didn't want to get involved in it. They
- 2:55Speaker 1: also ruled that Trump can fire the heads of agencies
- 2:58Speaker 1: and departments, which again simple common sense, and of course
- 3:04Speaker 1: the left going nuts, the MSNBC crowd going nuts that
- 3:07Speaker 1: now Trump will be a king, Now he'll be You
- 3:10Speaker 1: could always do this, you know. They create these fantasies
- 3:14Speaker 1: in their head that the Justice Department is must remain independent.
- 3:18Speaker 1: It's supposed to be totally independent. No, it's not. That
- 3:20Speaker 1: was never the case. The Fed must be totally independent.
- 3:25Speaker 1: That was never the case. Donald Trump is the Justice Department,
- 3:29Speaker 1: he's the chief law enforcement officer. He can direct the
- 3:32Speaker 1: Justice Department as we're supposed to do. He can direct
- 3:34Speaker 1: the State Department, that's what he's supposed to do. He
- 3:38Speaker 1: can direct the Secretary Defense. He can direct the Treasury Secretary.
- 3:42Speaker 1: That's his job. These guys all work for him. They're
- 3:45Speaker 1: the cabinet. He can direct them, including the Department of Justice.
- 3:49Speaker 1: So Supreme Court upholding his right to fire and hire
- 3:52Speaker 1: in those agency heads. That's basically most of the Supreme
- 4:00Speaker 1: Court ruling this weekend. You know, it's fourth of July.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Although the weather's going to really screw up people's plans,
- 4:07Speaker 1: but in Washington, d C. It's even hotter. It'll be
- 4:11Speaker 1: like one hundred and ten degrees in DC. But in
- 4:13Speaker 1: DC they're supposed to have the America two fifty enormous,
- 4:18Speaker 1: enormous celebrations, but I don't know with this weather. A
- 4:20Speaker 1: lot of people are going to be standing outside in
- 4:22Speaker 1: this weather that could affect things. President Trump is warning
- 4:25Speaker 1: that security is going to be very, very very intense
- 4:30Speaker 1: around these America two fifties celebrations, especially around landmarks and
- 4:35Speaker 1: monuments in Washington, d C. So that's good to know.
- 4:40Speaker 1: You're going to hear a lot of flack about Trump sons,
- 4:46Speaker 1: about Howard Lutnik, about Steve Whitcoff. You know, they're making
- 4:49Speaker 1: all kinds of deals all over the world, big deals,
- 4:53Speaker 1: now in all these different countries, and you're going to
- 4:57Speaker 1: see them accused, the Trump's son and Lutnick and others
- 5:01Speaker 1: of profiting off these deals. They're good deals for America,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but at the same time these guys could profit. For instance,
- 5:08Speaker 1: they closed the deal for an American company Trump and
- 5:11Speaker 1: Lutnick CAZ Resources to mine one of the world's biggest
- 5:15Speaker 1: reserves of tungsten. Records indicate that firms tied to their
- 5:20Speaker 1: sons financial will gain from the contract. The New York
- 5:24Speaker 1: Times reported it's another one, Dominary Securities, which is actually
- 5:30Speaker 1: has their offices in Trump Tower, partly owned by Donald
- 5:33Speaker 1: Trump Junior and Eric Trump, has joined other investors to
- 5:37Speaker 1: take a twenty percent stake in a company related to
- 5:40Speaker 1: the project. At the same time, Lutnex company, Canter Fitzgerald
- 5:45Speaker 1: has an investment controlled by his sons Brandon and Kyle.
- 5:50Speaker 1: You got those are like typical modern day uppreast side names,
- 5:53Speaker 1: Brandon and Kyle. Brandon and Kyle. Lutnick helped one of
- 5:58Speaker 1: the investors with raising the two hundred and ten million,
- 6:01Speaker 1: So they're all tangled up in these deals. But it
- 6:04Speaker 1: sounds bad. Even the New York Post going after them
- 6:09Speaker 1: for this says his Hunter Biden's style sleeves is just
- 6:13Speaker 1: as slimy when the Trump boys do it. According to
- 6:15Speaker 1: The New York Post, Democrats in Congress are pressing for
- 6:18Speaker 1: an investigation into these Trump's sweetheart deals. Now, New York
- 6:23Speaker 1: Post has a good point here. If they win the
- 6:27Speaker 1: House in the midterms, they're definitely going to have these hearings,
- 6:31Speaker 1: and these Trump kids, these Lutnik kids, are going to
- 6:34Speaker 1: find themselves testifying around the clock under oath. So the
- 6:38Speaker 1: New York Posts saying it would behoove the Trump administration
- 6:42Speaker 1: and the whole nation if the president would get ahead
- 6:44Speaker 1: of this act transparently clean up the whole mess before
- 6:48Speaker 1: it swamps his final two years in office and defines
- 6:52Speaker 1: his legacy. Well, that's a good point. Now, it's not
- 6:56Speaker 1: the same as Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden was a crack
- 6:59Speaker 1: addict with no job, no career, nothing, and then all
- 7:05Speaker 1: of a sudden, his father becomes vice president. He's on
- 7:08Speaker 1: the board of oil companies, he's on the board of
- 7:10Speaker 1: an energy company, He's getting millions from China for his
- 7:14Speaker 1: hedge fund. This guy never had a job. The difference
- 7:17Speaker 1: here is Donald Trump Junior Eric Trump were always doing
- 7:22Speaker 1: this kind of stuff. They were massive businessmen before Trump
- 7:26Speaker 1: became president. Jared Kushner, for instance, was worth a billion
- 7:30Speaker 1: dollars by the time he was thirty. He was a
- 7:32Speaker 1: major real estate mogul in New York. He was involved
- 7:36Speaker 1: in all kinds of other businesses. The same thing with
- 7:38Speaker 1: Lutnick and his kids. Lutnick ran Canter Fitzgerald. He's a
- 7:43Speaker 1: major hedgephund. So these guys before Trump got present, before
- 7:47Speaker 1: all of this, were tangled up in multi multimillion dollar
- 7:51Speaker 1: deals making a fortune. Now that doesn't mean this is
- 7:54Speaker 1: not profiteering off Trump as president, but it's not a
- 7:59Speaker 1: dramatic She's not like Hunter Biden never had a job
- 8:01Speaker 1: and suddenly he's making millions on the board of an
- 8:03Speaker 1: oil company or an energy company. So it's just more
- 8:08Speaker 1: of the same. And Lisa, you know Don Junior, Eric Trump,
- 8:11Speaker 1: and I'm sure the Lutna kids, all these guys are
- 8:14Speaker 1: wit coffin. This is the way they always were. You know,
- 8:16Speaker 1: you throw them anywhere into any place, any situation, and
- 8:19Speaker 1: they're making money. They know how to make money off
- 8:21Speaker 1: anything and everything. They just do this all the time.
- 8:24Speaker 1: But the Post has a point. If Democrats take the
- 8:28Speaker 1: House in the midterms. Boy, are you going to see
- 8:30Speaker 1: hearings on this? Hey, it's a gridlock Alerte today because
- 8:34Speaker 1: of the FIFA stuff. Forty second Street will be closed.
- 8:39Speaker 1: I think thirty fourth Street will be closed. I mean,
- 8:40Speaker 1: it's going to cause a traffic nightmare in most of Manhattan.
- 8:46Speaker 1: So that's today. Now here's the other thing you're going
- 8:50Speaker 1: to see a little bit of the same thing. Could
- 8:53Speaker 1: be Thursday Friday. There's the Taylor Swift Travis Kelcey wedding
- 8:58Speaker 1: at Madison Square Garden. It looks it's like it's going
- 9:00Speaker 1: to be a three day event. Could be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- 9:04Speaker 1: They're going to have a rehearsal dinner this is in
- 9:06Speaker 1: Madison Square Garden for one hundred people. They're gonna have
- 9:09Speaker 1: the wedding. Then they're gonna have a party the next
- 9:11Speaker 1: day for like two thousand people. So you know, you're
- 9:16Speaker 1: not supposed to know about this, although they're leaking it
- 9:18Speaker 1: out left and right, but it's pretty obvious if you're
- 9:21Speaker 1: around Madison Square Garden. People are seeing vendors setting up
- 9:25Speaker 1: for the event, like a lighting company, there's a piping
- 9:28Speaker 1: and draping business. There's a transportation service company. They're all
- 9:32Speaker 1: over the garden, some of them with unmarked trucks. Staffers
- 9:37Speaker 1: have been seen unloading large, large boxes, all wrapped up
- 9:41Speaker 1: covered with tarps. Big semi trailers are unloading stuff at
- 9:46Speaker 1: Madison Square Garden. Forklifts were seen moving massive trunks, big
- 9:52Speaker 1: trunks filled with unknown inventory. Trunks is usually lighting equipment,
- 9:56Speaker 1: sound equipment, all that kind of stuff. There was a
- 10:02Speaker 1: massive box unloaded that actually you could The Post took
- 10:06Speaker 1: a picture and zoomed in on the label. It said
- 10:08Speaker 1: forty inch mirror ball is being brought in. Other vendors
- 10:15Speaker 1: very very covert, trying to stay you know, secret about
- 10:18Speaker 1: everything they're doing, concealing business names, logos and phone numbers
- 10:23Speaker 1: with tape. Also spotted the being unloaded. Dozens of spotlights, chairs, concerts, staging,
- 10:31Speaker 1: no parking signs are going up Oliver Madison Square Garden.
- 10:36Speaker 1: So this is a This is going to be a
- 10:38Speaker 1: mess for three days. It's going to tie up a
- 10:41Speaker 1: lot of crazy traffic and make things crazy here in
- 10:45Speaker 1: New York. Let's see, so I mean I mentioned that.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Let me just check again. Gas prices down a little today.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Gases down to about seventy dollars, which is pretty much
- 10:57Speaker 1: pre Iran War was sixty eight sixty nine, the President
- 11:01Speaker 1: demanding that the gasoline retailers lower the prices immediately. When
- 11:06Speaker 1: the cost of oil a bare of oil goes down,
- 11:09Speaker 1: it takes a while for that to translate into lower
- 11:13Speaker 1: prices at the pumps, but the President yelling at them.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Even Scott bessnt getting into the act, saying, we're watching you.
- 11:19Speaker 1: You better, you better get this done pretty fast, so
- 11:24Speaker 1: you'll probably see it start to happen pretty quick. National
- 11:28Speaker 1: average is about three eighty. It could it could really
- 11:32Speaker 1: go to two fifty. It's going to take a while.
- 11:34Speaker 1: They'll have to get there slowly, but they will get
- 11:37Speaker 1: there pretty soon. So hey, you know Sacks Fifth Avenue,
- 11:41Speaker 1: it was in bankruptcy, these big, big retailers, the big
- 11:46Speaker 1: you know Sacks. You know they merged with even Marcus
- 11:50Speaker 1: that didn't go so well. Then they went into bankruptcy.
- 11:52Speaker 1: They're coming out of bankruptcy and they decided to go
- 11:56Speaker 1: much higher, much higher end, like real luxury. They're getting
- 12:00Speaker 1: of those lesser priced ones that they got Saxon fifth.
- 12:03Speaker 1: They've emerged from bankruptcy, but they got rid of a
- 12:06Speaker 1: lot of locations. They'll focus on just luxury retail. They
- 12:10Speaker 1: closed most of their off price locations, totally restructured. They
- 12:14Speaker 1: think they're all set and they'll do better. Hey, you know,
- 12:18Speaker 1: over at that crazy MSNBC or ms now or whatever
- 12:21Speaker 1: the hell they call it, they got rid of the
- 12:24Speaker 1: longest running anchor at the network. Believe it or not.
- 12:28Speaker 1: See if you can guess who it is now it's
- 12:30Speaker 1: a weekend anchor. It's Alex Wit, you know, with the
- 12:35Speaker 1: blonde hair. Very nice looking woman, very nice woman. I've
- 12:37Speaker 1: been on with her a million times. Really nice woman.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Alex Witt is the longest running host at MS NOW.
- 12:45Speaker 1: It's almost about thirty years that she's been there. Thirty
- 12:48Speaker 1: years now, why are they gett rid of? Everybody loves
- 12:50Speaker 1: her and she's great, she's the weekend host. The reason
- 12:54Speaker 1: they're getting rid of her they're not going to do
- 12:56Speaker 1: weekends alive much anymore. You know, they're not making any money.
- 13:01Speaker 1: It's the ratings are disastrous. The whole network. It's not
- 13:05Speaker 1: making a lot of money. So they're gonna go with,
- 13:09Speaker 1: you know, just run old programming on the weekends. They've
- 13:13Speaker 1: formed a partnership with something called Crooked Media. That's some
- 13:16Speaker 1: crazy progressive media company. So the weekend lineup, Crooked Media
- 13:22Speaker 1: will provide a lot of it. It's going to be podcasts,
- 13:24Speaker 1: taped programs outside the programs. In other words, they'll just
- 13:29Speaker 1: run podcasts and old stuff and save money. Now, a
- 13:34Speaker 1: lot of places do that. You know, a lot of
- 13:38Speaker 1: radio stations on the weekend they run infomercials and different
- 13:42Speaker 1: kinds of paid program It's not unusual, but it didn't
- 13:45Speaker 1: happen before at MSNBC. And this is obviously big, big,
- 13:50Speaker 1: big cost cutting going on there. Hey, you know that
- 13:54Speaker 1: crazy James Carville yelling and screaming at the Democrats stand
- 13:59Speaker 1: up to these socialists. You know a lot of Democrats
- 14:01Speaker 1: starting to realize they lost their party. They don't have
- 14:04Speaker 1: a Democratic party anymore. Socialists are going to take it over,
- 14:07Speaker 1: which means that's it for the old Democrats. Hey, Bill
- 14:10Speaker 1: Maher lashing out at Democrats, pointing out you know, I
- 14:15Speaker 1: didn't really know all this, but he's starting to point
- 14:17Speaker 1: out these Democrats refused to come on his show. He said,
- 14:21Speaker 1: He've been trying to get Mom, Donnie, been trying to
- 14:23Speaker 1: get Kamala Harris, and they're afraid they won't come on.
- 14:27Speaker 1: AOC won't come on and he's standing up to all
- 14:32Speaker 1: of this going. He's going to make it a regular
- 14:35Speaker 1: crusade to get them on the show, but they're afraid
- 14:38Speaker 1: they won't do it. Pretty interesting that they just don't
- 14:42Speaker 1: have the nerve, you know. And Bill Maher is not
- 14:44Speaker 1: going to be that hostile to him, but he's going
- 14:45Speaker 1: to ask real questions. Mom, Donnie doesn't want to answer
- 14:49Speaker 1: real questions, Kamala doesn't want to answer real questions, and
- 14:51Speaker 1: certainly not aoc hey, we'll take some calls. Next. Eight
- 14:55Speaker 1: hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten
