- 3:03So today it is August the 31st, August gone, bye bye.
- 3:09I don't know where it's going to, but we're moving fast these
- 3:12days and I can feel that. I don't know about you, but I
- 3:14can really feel that. So let's get to our angels
- 3:17numbers because we got Part 3 and I think this will be some
- 3:20interesting and intriguing information for you.
- 3:24So today, August 31st, 2026, that number 083126, it equals
- 3:29A2. We're in the two branches today.
- 3:32The angels are assisting you to feel balanced and harmonious.
- 3:36They are surrounding you, your home and loved ones, bringing
- 3:38security and stability to all. The Angel power Word.
- 3:43Today is time. I just said that.
- 3:46Where's time going? Angel number contains the number
- 3:4926. That is our year.
- 3:50It's always there every time we do this.
- 3:52The angels know that you feel empowered when you feel
- 3:55compassion for others. They now ask the two feel the
- 3:59same compassion for yourself, little self love action.
- 4:04It is very important that you say no to request that make you
- 4:07feel uneasy. Trust these sensations in your
- 4:11body as these are your inner compasses.
- 4:14Today's number is also has 83 in it.
- 4:17Archangel Michael, we love that here with the Veterans Arm, he
- 4:21is our soldier. Archangel Michael is with you
- 4:24and delivers the gift of time. Your time is a valuable
- 4:28resource, one that can bring you great abundance.
- 4:31He is here to relieve time pressures and will assist you to
- 4:35make wise choices regarding the use of your time.
- 4:39This gift also empowers you to be fully present in time,
- 4:44thereby allowing you to give undivided attention to clients,
- 4:48family, friends and yourself too when you require it.
- 4:53Angel number also contains the number 12.
- 4:55It is now time to ask the angels to show you the complete
- 4:58picture. When you do so, the angels will
- 5:01deliver great knowledge of the finer details regarding any
- 5:04situation. Archangel Michael is also around
- 5:07you, giving you the strength to stand up and be true to
- 5:09yourself. Lastly, the number is 31.
- 5:13It's time to retreat from the hustle and bustles of life.
- 5:16When you seek serenity and solitude, you'll be gifted with
- 5:20ingenious ideas to restore your health.
- 5:22Relax, it's OK, you have time to do it.
- 5:26Nature is calling you. Well look at that.
- 5:30That is one heck of a. That right there is just one
- 5:33heck of a an outstanding little gift that we all have here going
- 5:40on. And that to me is phenomenal.
- 5:44Just phenomenal. OK, here we go.
- 5:47Woo. What is consciousness series?
- 5:53This is now Part 3 of 6 where thought becomes power.
- 6:02Did you realize that your thoughts could actually be your
- 6:05superpower? Hmm let's get into it.
- 6:09Let's see what's happening here. So as you know, we know
- 6:14ourselves here as two cap right? TWOCPT goes.
- 6:18Who the hell wants to keep writing out the world of
- 6:20conscious boss? My typing so bad I always screw
- 6:24it up and then it never gets found.
- 6:25So 2 cap is a much easier way and here for anybody who's new
- 6:28on this station. I heard, never heard it.
- 6:30When I say man, I'm not talking about male, I'm not talking
- 6:33about testosterone, I'm not talking I'm talking humanity,
- 6:37man, right? It's man because man controls
- 6:43our thoughts when we get labeled.
- 6:46So everything's a label. Science, psychology, philosophy,
- 6:51math, you name it, English, geography, everything is labeled
- 6:56by man. So that's why I always say, and
- 6:58who says that, man? So if you see me say that,
- 7:00that's what it's about because everyone goes, why you keep
- 7:02picking on the men? I'm not picking on the men.
- 7:05Wait. Ironically, quite frankly, it's
- 7:07not man. It's man, not men.
- 7:09So anyhow, I just thought I'd let you all know that one again.
- 7:12So for the last two shows, we've been asking 1 enormous question.
- 7:20What is consciousness? What is it?
- 7:24Right? Part 1, we explored the mystery
- 7:28of consciousness, right? What is awareness?
- 7:32What is perception? What is attention?
- 7:35What is observing our thoughts? And then last week in Part 2,
- 7:40man discovers the mind. We looked at humanity's attempt
- 7:44to understand the name and the mind.
- 7:48We went through Freud, we went through Young, we went through
- 7:53Maslow, we went through Skinner, We went through ego, beyond
- 7:57conscious mind, the subconscious mind, the conscious mind.
- 8:00And then we actually talked about boxes and labels.
- 8:05What man labels and how those boxes form inside the brain.
- 8:11We talked about how consistency and experience help us recognize
- 8:17name and understanding of what we're experiencing.
- 8:21And we kept coming back to air Air.
- 8:28Air is always there and I simply wasn't aware of it until I
- 8:32started creating these things. And I left you with one of my
- 8:38old expressions. I leave in every class when we
- 8:40talk about the awareness and how our consciousness is.
- 8:43And I've always said when you become aware of air, you've
- 8:47reached creation because how difficult is it to see air?
- 8:52We know it's there, we're breathing it in, but to
- 8:55literally come face to face with air, I know there's a there's
- 8:59man. Well, look at man, humanity,
- 9:01somebody out there who is going MJ, you see air, it's right in
- 9:07front of you. No, I see nothing besides
- 9:11something else, a screen or energy that's in front of me.
- 9:13I don't necessarily see the air. So if you say, well, fog, when
- 9:18it's rain, well that's not air, that's water.
- 9:21Think about it. So today we're going to take
- 9:26those next steps. Just keep that on the back
- 9:28burner. You'll be in a HA here sooner or
- 9:30later. Because once we become aware of
- 9:34a thought, what do we do with it, right?
- 9:38And that's where our Part 3 begins.
- 9:41Thought becomes power. So today we are exploring the
- 9:48relationship between thought, language, belief, intention,
- 9:54imagery, emotion, and conscious choice.
- 9:58And I'm not going to sit here and I'm not going to tell you
- 10:02that every thought magically creates your reality.
- 10:06No, I'm going to be asking you something different.
- 10:11Do thoughts create your reality? Or do thoughts influence the
- 10:16choices, perceptions, and actions through which we
- 10:23experience reality? Now that's our ponder for today.
- 10:28Do thoughts create a reality? Or do thoughts influence the
- 10:31choices, perceptions, and actions through which we
- 10:34experience reality? I know it's deep, but it's fun
- 10:38to go deep every once in a while.
- 10:40So here's today's seed. A thought may arrive without
- 10:47permission. What we feed, repeat, speak and
- 10:53act upon becomes our conscious responsibility.
- 10:58So let's why this to death? Because I love these wives and
- 11:02this is what in my classrooms. I just.
- 11:05I go deep. I go really deep.
- 11:08A thought arrives. What do we do?
- 11:12Have you ever been sitting just quietly?
- 11:14Nothing, just for the day, just kind of sat down and a thought
- 11:20pops in, you're like, where the hell did that come from?
- 11:22And it might not even be a thought about anything today or
- 11:25anything that had to do with the day.
- 11:26It might have been about, I don't know, 30 years ago, 20
- 11:29years ago. And you're like, OK, where did
- 11:33that come from? Right.
- 11:35So I have, I mean, most people in life, they're like, yeah, I
- 11:39have done that as well. And I was like, OK, well, where
- 11:43did it come from? I didn't consciously call that
- 11:47thought in. I wasn't looking for it.
- 11:49There it was. It just kind of bam, popped in
- 11:51your head. So the first thing I want to
- 11:54separate is having a thought is not the same as consciously
- 12:01choosing a thought. Does that make sense?
- 12:04Because thoughts can arise from something like something we're
- 12:12seeing, right? Something we're hearing, maybe a
- 12:15smell, a memory, an experience, a word, an emotion, something
- 12:19somebody said 30 years ago, something.
- 12:22Sometimes we may recognize the connection and sometimes we just
- 12:27don't recognize that. And sometimes, like I've been
- 12:31doing while preparing for these series, they suddenly make a
- 12:36connection and go, oh, mind blow, wow, mind blow.
- 12:42How the hell did I not see that or how did I not know that?
- 12:47That's awareness. That's when that light bulb
- 12:50comes on. That right there, you That
- 12:53experience or information may have already existed, but
- 12:58awareness recognized it with something about it.
- 13:03And once I become aware of that thought, now I have something
- 13:09that I didn't have a second later because I didn't have that
- 13:12thought to connect it. Yeah.
- 13:17A choice about what to do next then comes in, right, Because we
- 13:24have to talk about that now. We have to have a choice of what
- 13:27we're doing with that thought. So let's talk about words,
- 13:32because man, but it's words, they label them.
- 13:35So words become very influential.
- 13:40For instance, my father, you, I always tell you about my father.
- 13:44Nope. He was in the military, but he
- 13:45was a very a very strict, he was very authoritative and he was a
- 13:50very disciplined man and he was raising what he considered good
- 13:54citizens, right? So his philosophy in our
- 13:58household was always and he we were very sports minded as well.
- 14:02Let me just give you that information.
- 14:04And he would always write winners never quit and quitters
- 14:12never win. That was huge.
- 14:16That was installed very little because very little when you get
- 14:19frustrated, whether it was playing a piano, whether it was
- 14:22playing a clarinet, whether it was trying to shoot hoops in a
- 14:25basketball or trying to learn a flick on your hockey stick or
- 14:29trying to figure a knuckleball out when you're the pitcher and
- 14:31Sapa, let me tell you, there was a lot of times this little girl
- 14:34here wouldn't go. I just don't care.
- 14:36I don't care. I don't want to do it anymore.
- 14:37Just and my father would be very upset and saying quitters never
- 14:41win and winners never quit. Keep going.
- 14:47That was installed at such a young age.
- 14:49And another word that he installed at such a young age is
- 14:54the word can't. Little girl is not in our
- 14:58family's dictionary or our vocabulary, so remove it.
- 15:04Can't. So they were kind of like the
- 15:08little 2 strict words. Every time he said can't, he
- 15:10goes, what did you just say can't, right.
- 15:15So I didn't know anything about consciousness theory.
- 15:19Obviously at 4:00 and 5:00 and growing up and I wasn't studying
- 15:23affirmation. I was a child.
- 15:26I was a kid. I was just loving life.
- 15:29I was exploring the nuance of life, right?
- 15:33Why does this trees bark grow like this and you can RIP it.
- 15:36Obviously I was talking about whatever it is, I just lost my
- 15:42thought. Or you have the barks that go up
- 15:43and down, right? So now you're looking at it
- 15:46going, what's he talking about? Right?
- 15:49I was a kid. However, my father gave me
- 15:52language. And I'm sure your father gave
- 15:55you some type of language that you used your whole life.
- 15:59And through consistency and experience, that language stayed
- 16:05with me. Stayed with me.
- 16:12He was just a man who made sure that our goals would be
- 16:20accomplished by a quality of the brain that says I can and I
- 16:27will. And that was my father.
- 16:30He he beautifully established, I believe, the will that nobody
- 16:35could take from me. The soldier with the little
- 16:38block on her shoulder that I dared somebody.
- 16:40The will, the audacity. I had it mixed up probably
- 16:44because that's kid, right? So now think about all that.
- 16:50Just just I want you to ponder on words, something like that
- 16:55that your, your mom or your dad or your grant somebody in your
- 16:58family has a child. But it was constantly spoken and
- 17:01nailed in almost like a coffin to the day I die.
- 17:04I should put on my my epitaph, right?
- 17:07Quitters never win and winters never quit.
- 17:08And there I am and I right. Wow, someone else had a thought,
- 17:17right? And they turned that thought
- 17:19into words. I heard those words and I
- 17:22processed them with every little might that I had as a young
- 17:26little Mary Jo, right? And eventually those words
- 17:32became part of my internal language.
- 17:35No matter what I tried, no matter what I did, like if I
- 17:38tried to play oboe right, the mouth was different than the
- 17:42other's mouth. So it was, it was a harder like
- 17:45force for air to come to the air.
- 17:48Use that example. So it was just one of those
- 17:53things where when I wanted to at 12 or 13, say I can't play this
- 17:58thing, I heard my dad winners never win, Winters never quit.
- 18:03So it was the will that I had to constantly keep moving forward.
- 18:08And I believe today that was really important because many
- 18:13thoughts running around inside of us started somebody else's
- 18:17words and patterns and how they were going to project themselves
- 18:23through life. So you could have heard them.
- 18:26Maybe a parent, maybe a teacher, a constant something with the
- 18:30teacher, a coach, a doctor, a commander, a minister, a
- 18:34partner, a friend, right, an uncle, aunt, something, someone
- 18:38says anything, you know. So let's say that my dad didn't
- 18:45teach me the word. You can't, right?
- 18:48But somebody kept saying to me as a child, well, you can't do
- 18:52that because you don't know how. Well, you can't do that because
- 18:55you don't know how to speak properly.
- 18:56Well, you can't do that because you don't know how to read.
- 18:57Well, you can't do that because you can't jump high enough.
- 19:00Well, you can't do that because you're only 5, four.
- 19:03And eventually then what would happen?
- 19:07I would eventually say I just can't and I would be that person
- 19:11as an adult saying no, I just can't.
- 19:16So I praised my father for that. I was never an I can't person.
- 19:24It's and I'm not sure I know how to yet.
- 19:27I haven't developed the skills yet.
- 19:30Everything's a yet. Maybe it didn't have the
- 19:32experience. Maybe it didn't have the
- 19:33instructions. Everything is a yet, but it's
- 19:37not as yeah, I can do this. However I need some further
- 19:41instructions. However at this time is not
- 19:45going to allow me to do this, so I'll do it next week.
- 19:48Do you see how every single word pattern I got around that word
- 19:52can't? Does that make sense?
- 19:55So when did like their language become my thought?
- 20:00If somebody else said I couldn't, when would that have
- 20:04happened? And when does when does my
- 20:10repeated thought become something even stronger than
- 20:16that? That's called belief.
- 20:22Let's go through this. I'm going to bring in.
- 20:25Remember, I tell you I always have a table when I do my
- 20:28classrooms and I and I start pondering.
- 20:30So the first chair I'm bringing into my table, her name is
- 20:34Louise Hay. She gets a chair at my table.
- 20:39Louise Hay became widely known for teachings involving
- 20:45affirmations, self talk, emotional patterns and healing.
- 20:50I really didn't learn by sitting down and reading all of Luis's
- 20:54Hayes. Trust me.
- 20:56I had a reading deficit, which meant I had scarring, which
- 20:59means I am not, I'm not gonna just pick up a book even today
- 21:05as an adult and read it. That's like the funniest thing.
- 21:08People would give me stuff and I'm like, I don't read.
- 21:10Do you have it in an audio or a or a documentary or?
- 21:15I watch, I listen, I experience and I take a lot of notes.
- 21:20So everything that I'm telling you about these philosophers are
- 21:24pretty much Cliff notes or already experienced when
- 21:28somebody goes, oh, that reminds me of Louise Hay and right here.
- 21:31This is why I'm telling you this.
- 21:32So I did not sit down and read Louise's hey books.
- 21:36However, I know who she is. I have learned about her in
- 21:39class. And so I learned through living
- 21:43of the experience what that she was talking about.
- 21:46And especially when other masters or teachers or even my
- 21:50Cliff notes in my classroom doing my philosophies pointed
- 21:55out by listening right classes, teachers watching, doing and
- 22:00experiencing, I'll guarantee you could do the same thing when
- 22:03somebody points it out, they're like, do you know, blah, blah,
- 22:05blah. And you're like, no.
- 22:08And then you encounter something like the Louise Hay thinking and
- 22:12I was like, wait, I've experienced pieces of what she's
- 22:17talking about. There it was.
- 22:19So I'm not asking you to accept any claim attached to any of her
- 22:23affirmations. I'm asking just something very
- 22:27simple, which is if I continue to tell myself that I can't do
- 22:33this, what happens to my behavior?
- 22:40Do I walk through the door? Do I ask the questions or do I
- 22:45attempt something unfamiliar? And do I even notice another
- 22:48possibility? Now change one sentence.
- 22:54I don't know how to do this yet. We just talked about it, right?
- 23:00Change the words and then same situation, different language.
- 23:05And then that language gives consciousness something
- 23:09different to process. Then Nope, I can't and shut it
- 23:11down right. I didn't have the word can't
- 23:14meant because my father wouldn't allow us to use it.
- 23:17However, I was always a can girl.
- 23:19I can, I can. I got to find it.
- 23:21I got to dig, even if I have to go to the library and research
- 23:23it, right. My libraries weren't beautiful
- 23:26computers like this today. They were Dewey decimals and it
- 23:28took hours to research it. But when you finally figured it
- 23:31out and you finally learned it, you're like, I can do it.
- 23:35And it wasn't an empowering. It was so empowering as a child.
- 23:39So yes, language gives consciousness something
- 23:43different to process. And that's interesting to me
- 23:46because we're going to move forward now and we're going to
- 23:49go from thought to the language to a belief system.
- 23:52And this one I love, because when does a thought then become
- 23:58our belief? A thought isn't automatically a
- 24:01belief. A thought can enter and
- 24:04disappear, or I can return to it, repeat it, speak it and
- 24:10attach experiences to it. I can also feel something when I
- 24:15think it. And eventually, eventually I may
- 24:19begin accepting that thought as truth.
- 24:25Imagine that. So now we're we're going to,
- 24:27we're going to move somewhere else.
- 24:29So my question now is merely what am I thinking?
- 24:34What am I thinking? And my why is, what did I do
- 24:41with that thought after it arrived?
- 24:46Did I repeat it? Did I speak about it?
- 24:51Did I create an imagery around it?
- 24:53Did I draw it out and try to think about that?
- 24:57Did an emotion attach to it and did I begin making choices from
- 25:03it? This goes back a little bit to
- 25:06part. I don't think it was 1.
- 25:09I came on with my sunglasses on. People couldn't figure out the
- 25:14box, the label, they couldn't figure out the emotion.
- 25:17They couldn't. This is part of this, that
- 25:19thought, their thought went straight to the glasses, but
- 25:22they couldn't have a box for marriage of studio glasses.
- 25:25See what happened there? They created now a box because
- 25:30now we're getting closer to understanding how thought
- 25:33becomes power. So now, now we're how how far
- 25:39are we in here? 25 minutes.
- 25:40I got to take a break. So when we come back, I'm going
- 25:43to give you one of the greatest parental backfires of my
- 25:51childhood. I told you I was a handful as a
- 25:55child and my poor mom and dad. But my backfire here is my mom
- 25:59thought she was giving this beautiful young Mary Jo a
- 26:02warning. Apparently this one turned it
- 26:06into an entirely different belief system, and that teaches
- 26:11us something very, very important.
- 26:14I'm gonna leave you with what somebody intends to communicate
- 26:17is not always the thought we received.
- 26:21We'll be right back on that one because that's gonna be real
- 26:24fun. You're listening to military
- 26:27broadcast radio, and veterans always get to have a voice.
- 26:30And on that station, this is my show, The World of Conscious
- 26:34Positive Thinking. And we call it to Cap.
- 26:37And I'm your host, MJ. And we're going to return right
- 26:39after we hear some messages from Old Beaker Squeaker.
- 26:43Every set back is just a setup for a comeback.
- 26:45Keep quacking forward. 90% of what we worry about in future
- 26:49never happens. Whenever things get rough or it
- 26:53feels like you're at the edge, remember this.
- 26:56Storms pass. Tough times don't last, but
- 27:01tough people do. The station where our veterans
- 27:16voices are heard. MBR talk.
- 27:20Hey, thanks for supporting our channel by watching and
- 27:22listening. All right, here we are.
- 27:33Welcome back. So right before the break, we
- 27:36had that question. What somebody intends to
- 27:39communicate is not always the thought we receive.
- 27:44All right, All right. So we have a thought.
- 27:52We have language, and we're moving toward belief.
- 27:59Now we need another word. I'm going to choose the word
- 28:03interpretation. I love that word.
- 28:07And apparently I need something to come up on the screen.
- 28:11Now let me see how to do this. And I know Jewel's in the
- 28:14studio. He's going to help us.
- 28:16So I'm going to try to put this up on the stage.
- 28:21OK? And now I'm really tiny.
- 28:24Well, he can fix it, but I want you to see this, this card here,
- 28:29this, this right there. I want to show you this.
- 28:32That is the fool, I guess. I apparently we need to put that
- 28:37up because the fool, what was said isn't always what we
- 28:45received. My mother used to compare me.
- 28:49Now before I do this, let me just give you an idea of little
- 28:53MJ 31 broken bones, seven major illnesses, infections and
- 28:59stitches. My body is like a railroad track
- 29:02with scars. The guy singer would literally
- 29:06call my mom and I had other brothers and sisters and my
- 29:10mother would always say what did Mary Jo break scrap or do now
- 29:15always they loved me. Everybody knew every time the
- 29:18phone rang where she was in the OR there and she would be like
- 29:22what Mary Jo do now. She'd be surprised if it was one
- 29:25of my other brothers and sisters.
- 29:26But she goes, truly, it never was.
- 29:27She goes always see you. So if you don't know Tara, This
- 29:32is why I'm putting it on. This is the Tara card.
- 29:36And let me explain the picture because this really matters.
- 29:39The fool represents the beginning of a journey.
- 29:42Traditionally we see a traveller moving forward, carrying very
- 29:47little, always approaching the edge of a Cliff.
- 29:51There are positive meanings associated with the Fool.
- 29:54Beginnings, openings, trust, possibility.
- 29:56You can see them there on your screen and it's always moving
- 29:59into the unknown. Now there is also a warning
- 30:03sitting right there in that picture.
- 30:07See the warnings and that means when it's turned upside down.
- 30:12So this I have to laugh because when you see the upside downs on
- 30:19this day, let me just read it here.
- 30:23It is recklessness, not naivety, foolishness, carelessness,
- 30:31boredom, stagnation. I really think that she wanted
- 30:36this. And I laughed because I know
- 30:40what she was saying. You're the fool.
- 30:42You're always stepping on. You had you're, you're always.
- 30:44Now she was right. I would try to do like, you
- 30:48know, the high wire acts, except I would do them on the farm.
- 30:52Pastures, barbed wire. I know as a kid, OK, As a kid, I
- 30:58had No Fear, literally No Fear. I would climb the highest tree
- 31:03and see if I couldn't balance on a limb.
- 31:05I, I know reckless, reckless, just reckless.
- 31:09Or I would be on a Cliff walking the side and she'd be like the
- 31:13fool. You just get down.
- 31:15My poor mother. I'm surprised she didn't have a
- 31:17heart attack with me because she is a mother who absolutely loves
- 31:24her kids and she would constantly just go marry Joe,
- 31:30get down, marry, get down from there.
- 31:33What are you doing now? It was a circus.
- 31:35You ever see the little, the little round comic, the the
- 31:38family circus? Oh my gosh.
- 31:41Like, I can laugh now and so can my mom.
- 31:45But literally, she always compared me to that fool.
- 31:50And what? And what you now realize is my
- 31:53mother, it was probably meaning to me, stop jumping off the damn
- 31:58bridge. Right.
- 31:59How many times you're not jumping off the bridge because
- 32:01everybody else is jumping off You don't, you know, look,
- 32:03before you leave, watch what you're doing.
- 32:05Come on, girl. Have some caution.
- 32:06Get some pain, you know, get some fear in you.
- 32:09Something. Because she was getting ready to
- 32:12wait for that phone call. Yeah, but that young Mary Jo
- 32:17actually received because of faith was such a huge part of my
- 32:23mom's teaching. My mom, from the time that we
- 32:28were Christian, always taught us faith.
- 32:33You must have faith. You have to keep moving forward.
- 32:37Have faith to know that if a door shuts, a window opens, have
- 32:40faith. No matter what you do, God's
- 32:43going to be there. You must have the faith.
- 32:47And my dad, quitters never win winners.
- 32:49Never quit. Keep moving.
- 32:55We cannot use the word. Can't.
- 32:57So you see how the two philosophies my mother taught me
- 33:01Faith. Keep.
- 33:02Just keep moving. Go forward.
- 33:04Have the faith. Have the faith.
- 33:05Faith, faith, faith. My dad, quitters never win.
- 33:08Winners never quit. And the word isn't you can't.
- 33:12OK. And This is why I said I think
- 33:14parental backfired realizations here.
- 33:17And I was going through the classroom, one of the classroom
- 33:20teachers go, you realize what they installed and then what how
- 33:24they tried to get through to you.
- 33:25Because trust me, my mom used to be a broken record.
- 33:29Get down, get down. Get down.
- 33:31Get Mary Jo. Get that.
- 33:32Mary Jo, get that. How many times can you say Mary
- 33:35Jo get down? And then it was get the hell
- 33:37down. And then she was like, you're
- 33:40just like that card that that Fool card.
- 33:43Because she was at her wit's end.
- 33:45Now let this one breathe in and laugh with it, folks.
- 33:50OK? Because now keep looking at that
- 33:52card. She meant for the upside down
- 33:55Fool. This is why I'm telling you the
- 33:58story. And I'm laughing today because I
- 34:01became aware of that whole scenario in my memory while
- 34:04putting this together. And this right here is why I'm
- 34:08telling you the story. My mother had a thought and she
- 34:12had an intention and a very demanding intention behind it
- 34:16because she wanted what I why ever I didn't have fear.
- 34:20She wanted to install it to protect me, to get it.
- 34:24But her words, I didn't interpret her words.
- 34:29She had massive attention behind it, and she used language and
- 34:33imagery to communicate it. Look at that, the fool.
- 34:37It looks like someone's going to step off the edge, right?
- 34:41I heard her. But sometimes, let's just face
- 34:44it, as a child, what are children generally here?
- 34:48Wah wah wah, right, That's what they hear.
- 34:54They hear the wop wops like Snoopy and the Peanuts, right?
- 34:57The adult. However, I did listen because I
- 35:02told you I had a reading deficit.
- 35:04So my acuities for how I learned was by listening and I had I was
- 35:11very sharp and listening and I received the language.
- 35:15I understood the image, yet what she intended it was not
- 35:21necessarily what I interpreted. Now, why was that?
- 35:27Because I wasn't an empty box. I already had experiences.
- 35:32I already had meanings, I already had labels, and all of
- 35:37these things were by man telling me the word.
- 35:41After I experienced something, I was like Dora, the damn
- 35:44explorer. As a kid, I would lift up
- 35:47things. I would look at insects.
- 35:48And if it would bit me, you know, then I'd be mad at the
- 35:50insect. And mostly as a kid, I'd
- 35:52probably stop on the insect because it bit me or I'd kill
- 35:55it. And then I'd go home and I'd say
- 35:56this stupid bug that I killed, look, it bit me, my mother.
- 36:01Well, what were you doing? Well, nothing.
- 36:02I was just pulling up rocks and, you know, by the crack.
- 36:07Yeah. And most importantly, partly
- 36:10because my mother's own teaching, I already had faith.
- 36:16She embedded faith in me so much that it was just a bug bite.
- 36:23It wasn't anything more. It was just a bite.
- 36:25We'll keep moving on, right, Because I had the faith.
- 36:29That was the first teaching. So Mom's message and entered my
- 36:36consciousness and passed through something.
- 36:39Young Mary Jo already understood my mom's intentions, which was
- 36:45look where you're going. Except she taught me faith and
- 36:50my father taught me never to quit and keep moving forward.
- 36:54So what do I do? I just keep walking.
- 36:58Think about that. She's she's telling me how do I
- 37:02get to this child? So she randomly says that I'm
- 37:06the fool, like that Major Arcana card is how she said it.
- 37:09And I go, the fool. She goes, yeah, you're right
- 37:11there off the Cliff. You're always walking on the
- 37:13edge of life, always at risk. And Bah, Bah, Bah.
- 37:15I said no, I just keep walking. Now the wire.
- 37:22I figured she was telling me, yes, I have faith.
- 37:25Go, girl, keep moving. Go explore like Dora the
- 37:30Explorer, you know, go experience life.
- 37:34So how often does that really happen?
- 37:37Let me take the full card down. Now let's see if I can do it.
- 37:42Here we go. There we go.
- 37:45Here we're back. OK, so how often does somebody
- 37:52actually say something believing they're communicating one
- 37:57thought and the person receives it something completely
- 38:01different and which thought becomes the belief and what they
- 38:11intended or or what I interpreted?
- 38:18Think about that. It happens a lot if you actually
- 38:22stop and ponder. You say something and somebody
- 38:25goes and does it tell you another quick story.
- 38:28I didn't know Spanish. Here's a great interpretation.
- 38:31All's I knew is that all of my a new law in Guatemala had come
- 38:34out and I needed to have a headshot of all my workers and
- 38:39to get them into the trade shows in the United States.
- 38:42I had to get like these little visa things and I had to have
- 38:46the head shots and whatever. So I did the best I could in
- 38:48trying to tell all the different varieties of people in Guatemala
- 38:54about I need a headshot. Well, however it was
- 38:57interpreted, however I use Google, I don't even know what I
- 39:00did. They feared me.
- 39:03They feared me because how I wrote it was next time I see
- 39:08you, we're going to get, we're going to take a headshot.
- 39:10But however, it was written in Spanish, said the next time I
- 39:13see you, I'm shooting your head off.
- 39:18Imagine these Guatemalan people when I when I'm like, oh, I'm
- 39:22coming next week. And they're like, you're scaring
- 39:24the shit out of people. And I go, what are you talking
- 39:26about? And one of the people who knew
- 39:28me, well, they're like MJ, dude, you really got to brush your
- 39:32either up on Spanish or put it in English and they'll try to
- 39:34interpret it. I go, what are you talking
- 39:36about? I would never threaten somebody
- 39:38like that. He goes, well, this is how you
- 39:41wrote. I don't remember what it said in
- 39:42Spanish. Well, that was like the biggest
- 39:45joke. Again, interpretation, right?
- 39:49Like of that. And I'm shooting everybody's
- 39:51heads off. You know, there's my mom.
- 39:53Get off that damn thing. Stop ticking on the bridges, you
- 39:55fool. On the fool.
- 39:57Oh, yeah. I'm just gonna keep going
- 39:58forward. I know the bridge.
- 39:59The bridge is an arc. I know.
- 40:00Keep going. You see?
- 40:03How beautiful words by man label can interpret so much of our
- 40:08life by our own experiences. Now the message passes through
- 40:15us and we have to think about it.
- 40:17A parent says something to a child, a doctor says something
- 40:20to a patient, the commander says something to the airmen, a
- 40:25minister says something to its congregation, and a teacher says
- 40:29something to a student. And the speaker begins with a
- 40:34thought the the translation that that thought into language, and
- 40:41the listener hears the language. And then the listener processes
- 40:46those words through their own experience, labels, memories,
- 40:53imageries, emotions, beliefs, and others they trust.
- 41:02Think about today's newscast. Think about today's social
- 41:07media. What is happening right there?
- 41:11Interpretation. I beg everybody, before they get
- 41:16angry and before they start posting bullshit, can you please
- 41:21look up your facts? Because if somebody desperately
- 41:26wants something to happen, they're going to twist a
- 41:29narrative and their interpretation and their thought
- 41:32pattern, no matter what. It's human deliverance by man's
- 41:40labels and man's experiences. It's not trying to piss another
- 41:45person off. It's trying to say this is what
- 41:48I, you know, I took from it. Well, did you listen clearly?
- 41:51Did you see the facts beforehand?
- 41:52Were you missing some information?
- 41:55OK, This is the awareness center.
- 41:59So now what do they do now? It creates this interpretation
- 42:03now, creates a meaning. So communication may not be.
- 42:08I think I speak. You received my thought.
- 42:12Yeah, it may be. I think I translate my thought
- 42:17into words, and you hear those words and your consciousness
- 42:23interprets them through what you have already experienced or knew
- 42:29or know. So then you created your own
- 42:33interpretation for that meaning. Mind blow, right?
- 42:39Why would our mind do that? It's not an intention, it is
- 42:43filing the labels of the boxes of what we already know.
- 42:47And the minute you heard something your brain
- 42:50automatically went there it is. Bam.
- 42:53And everything else that was said disappeared.
- 42:59MJ with her glasses. There was no box inside of the
- 43:03brain why she would be wearing those glasses.
- 43:07And then that thought went nuts. Nope.
- 43:11Maybe hash eye infection. Maybe she has puffy eyes, maybe
- 43:13this, maybe that, maybe something.
- 43:14Bah Bah Bah Bah Bah Bah Bah. It was the awareness I think 4
- 43:20shows ago right before the show I was drinking coffee and I it
- 43:26was 2 minutes before the show. I literally spilt coffee all the
- 43:29way down the front of me and I joked around and said no.
- 43:34I said I have my my protective pillow today, not to allow
- 43:38anybody to be aware that I spilled coffee all the way down
- 43:40the shirt that you it was very obvious that I did it.
- 43:44And there's only one person who realized I was squeezing a
- 43:46pillow, maybe more, but only one said something.
- 43:52Again, the experience to interpretation to a belief
- 43:57system to now our boxes of labeling now it creates our
- 44:01meaning. Does that make sense for
- 44:02everybody? OK, so if that meaning gets
- 44:10repeated enough, spoken, pictured, felt, or it's acted
- 44:15upon, then what happens now? It may become just part of our
- 44:20belief system and that belief system.
- 44:24Now think how this works. You know it to be true because
- 44:27you heard it first hand. You, you're the one who knew
- 44:31because you heard it. The problem is, is what you
- 44:37heard or saw or read. Did you go back to actually find
- 44:42out if it was factual? Did you find out if it was
- 44:46truth? I do a lot of that.
- 44:48I get a thought in my head and I know that I didn't read it
- 44:51somewhere. I may have experienced it.
- 44:53Nope, may have no where is this going?
- 44:57Why did this thought come in my head and then I have to Google
- 45:00it or I have to research it to figure out, is this true?
- 45:05I don't say anything to anybody. I just do my my own due
- 45:08diligence, which I believe if more people did, they would be
- 45:12making slanderous comments or repetitive comments about
- 45:18others. They would find out for
- 45:20themselves if it's true. And if it's not true, why does
- 45:23it affect us such in a way where we're that angry?
- 45:28You're not dying. Nobody's dying.
- 45:30Stop it. Where's that?
- 45:33That's that's belief in patterns and that's belief of intentions.
- 45:37And that is word recognition. That is your thought.
- 45:41So yes, now that belief system is called your thoughts become
- 45:47your power. And here's the beautiful part of
- 45:50what I just discovered about Mom.
- 45:53Adult MJ doesn't have to tell little MJ you were wrong, little
- 45:59girl. That's not what she was saying.
- 46:02And I can explain that. I understood.
- 46:06I understood. Mom was teaching me.
- 46:09Can you please pay attention where young Mary Jo received it
- 46:13as how faith. I'm moving forward, I'm
- 46:16listening, I'm going. Do you see the humor today?
- 46:25I hold both. I have faith.
- 46:28I move forward and look where the hell we're walking, right?
- 46:35Where have we been? The ironicy of putting that
- 46:41whole connection. I haven't thought about that day
- 46:43in such a long time, but yet it popped in my classroom just for
- 46:47this. Isn't that fun, The thought?
- 46:50Because maybe awareness doesn't always destroy an old labeled
- 46:56box. Sometimes awareness just makes
- 47:00that box even bigger, right? Because my label was a positive,
- 47:06a new beginning, a new adventure.
- 47:08And here we go. And look at me with my little
- 47:10bag. And here I come.
- 47:13The fool walking on the Cliff. No, the fool going.
- 47:16Look at that down there. Look at that over there.
- 47:18Look at the world I can explore, right?
- 47:22Yeah. And guess what?
- 47:25Today, that's all I know so far. It's really, that's all I know.
- 47:30When you go through it going, why can't she just say it?
- 47:33And then if you think about it, she did.
- 47:35How many times did she say it and you were listening to womp,
- 47:39womp, womp. But then she brings out
- 47:41something that completely out-of-the-box and my mind went
- 47:45hurt my dad, hurt my mom. Faith, go forward Faith.
- 47:49Yes, you can. Cutters don't work.
- 47:52That installation made me who I am today, but I'm very thankful
- 47:57for it. I love that little girl inside
- 48:00that. I love that little Dora Explorer
- 48:01girl because without her curiosity and without her
- 48:08wanting to experience everything she could possibly experience, I
- 48:13wouldn't be who I am today if I think about it, right.
- 48:18So imagery, imagery, imagery. How do you see the Fool, Right.
- 48:25How did I see that card just now upside down or moving forward
- 48:30and notice what just happened there?
- 48:32I described the Fool to those who didn't really know what that
- 48:36card was. And if you look at it, oh, look,
- 48:38they're traveling. They're having a journey.
- 48:40They're right there on the Cliff.
- 48:42You know, when I looked at that and experiencing Arizona's, you
- 48:45know, the the Grand Canyon, I was like, well, of course you're
- 48:48always on the edge and you look over it.
- 48:50When you're climbing the mountains and you're looking
- 48:51over the thing, you're always on the edge.
- 48:53So growing up in the mountains and you would climb to the top
- 48:57of the mountain, you're right there on the edge overlooking
- 48:59the beauty. Think of that, Ironicy.
- 49:04Yeah. So you see how my interpretation
- 49:09as a child really wasn't what my mom kind of was a backfire, but
- 49:14it was a backfire for good because she reinstalled what I
- 49:17already was doing. She reinstalled it.
- 49:20Keep going and my mom is probably listening going.
- 49:25Oh my God, that is not what I said.
- 49:27I is I I told you to get the hell down from there.
- 49:31Every time you turn around, you're falling out of trees,
- 49:33you're breaking your bones. It get down.
- 49:35I understand as a mom today in my mature, beautiful mji
- 49:41completely get that 100% get that.
- 49:44So you were able to put pieces together because those words
- 49:50already carry meaning for you. Last week we talked about how
- 49:56consistency and experience create labels in our boxes that
- 50:02we store in our brain. Right label box, label box,
- 50:06label box, O box, category box, category box, oh, category
- 50:10divide, category divide, category divide, right.
- 50:13That is man installing labels, increasing the patterns of the
- 50:18boxes for categories and division.
- 50:22So again, last week talking about how consistency and
- 50:26experience created labels and boxes.
- 50:28If a word has absolutely no meaning to me, I can't
- 50:32automatically create the same familiar picture from that that
- 50:37you can. Because if you experienced
- 50:40something and I didn't, you already have your imagery, you
- 50:44already have your box, you already have that knowledge,
- 50:47that experience. But if Dora the Explorer hasn't
- 50:50experienced it yet and you're telling her something and she
- 50:54gets to that apex of a crossroad and you experience going left,
- 50:58she was like, oh, but what's to the right?
- 51:01Well, I don't know, but I went left.
- 51:03I know. But what's to the right?
- 51:05If you experience that and this happened, what's on the right?
- 51:09That was me, that girl. Good.
- 51:14You take that experience because I can listen and I can hear your
- 51:17experience. And now I can put that in my
- 51:19filter of my brain. But let me go this way.
- 51:21Maybe we can encourage and enrich whatever boxes and enrich
- 51:26the the labels and enrich whatever knowledge and
- 51:29experience. Yeah.
- 51:31I would be MJ, always outside the box, always taking the other
- 51:35way. Always, Always.
- 51:38I just say always. I did.
- 51:40That's a good word. It's true though.
- 51:42Sometimes I have to hear my words and I go wait.
- 51:44Always. Yeah, but that is always me.
- 51:46It is always taken another way. And everything I have ever done,
- 51:52I came out of the boxes. I didn't.
- 51:54I don't like the swamp boxes of man.
- 51:56I don't. I love to be with man, but I
- 51:58like to be on the outside because I get to experience
- 52:01something different. So if a word has no meaning to
- 52:05me, I can't automatically create the same familiar picture from
- 52:11it. If that, if, if you understand
- 52:15that, if that is what you can. So I'm, I'm not, I'm not asking
- 52:21which came first thought or image, right?
- 52:25Because we've already traveled further than that.
- 52:28What I'm asking is what happens when language gives our
- 52:34imagination centers something to work with.
- 52:39Now we have a picture with words, with imagery, with
- 52:45conscious. Now we have another one of my
- 52:49beautiful mind powers, the imagination center, right?
- 52:52That's what it's creating. That image now creates the
- 52:55imagination. And once imagination creates
- 52:58that picture, what happens if we just keep returning to it?
- 53:02What happens if we add emotion to it?
- 53:06Now we have a picture and emotion.
- 53:08Wait, let's think about that. Or what happens if we believe
- 53:11it? Do we believe in what just
- 53:13happened? Do we believe in that image?
- 53:15What happens if we begin moving toward it?
- 53:18Well, OK, well, let's experience it.
- 53:21And now our thought isn't sitting by itself anymore,
- 53:27right? Yeah.
- 53:30So in this part now, now that we have this and we're now in this
- 53:37thinking process and we're pondering and well, she's right.
- 53:39What where's where's this going? What's happening here?
- 53:43What is what is really happening?
- 53:46What box am I in? What imagery am I seeing?
- 53:48Who gave me this imagery? Did I experience the imagery?
- 53:51Did I think it did? Man, that is that is welcome to
- 53:54M JS life. Every word is dissect.
- 53:58Every event is dissect. That's how my brain works.
- 54:03Everything is a dissection. So This is why I, I, this is
- 54:10exactly why Pink. I don't know if you know the
- 54:12artist Pink, she's a singer. Her song I have repetitively
- 54:18played and sang to the top of my lungs.
- 54:21That is all I know so far. It is.
- 54:26If you never heard it, pick it up.
- 54:28Maybe it help you because it just keeps returning while we
- 54:34keep working with this episode. That's all I know.
- 54:37I don't know anymore. In the classroom, they kept
- 54:38going. MJ, go.
- 54:39I don't know. I don't know where that took me.
- 54:41I just had the thought and the thought became this.
- 54:43And then we looked it up. This was this.
- 54:45But I don't. That's all I know.
- 54:48Yeah. There's one belief line that
- 54:51matters to this teaching so much inside of her lyrics.
- 54:56One of those which brings me back to my mother and her faith.
- 55:00Let the wall crack because it lets the light in.
- 55:06I showed you the Divine Mercy. Let my chest open.
- 55:10You'll see my light. Yeah, it's dark.
- 55:14But when I open it, what was coming out?
- 55:16My heart right. Let those walls crack because it
- 55:20lets the light in. There it is again.
- 55:23So there. You don't need to know the song.
- 55:27Now you have an image, you have a wall and all of a sudden on
- 55:33the side of the wall is the outside.
- 55:35And now that wall has a crack and now you can see light
- 55:38through the crack. So you know that crack's pretty
- 55:40deep through the wall. You don't even now you, you just
- 55:43have that image coming in with those light, those beams of
- 55:45light coming in that crack. Or think of when you're sleeping
- 55:49and you close your curtains, but there's a crack near the window
- 55:53of the curtain and your circadian rhythm goes, hey, it's
- 55:57light out. Get up, baby boy.
- 55:59Get up, baby girl. So now we have this image.
- 56:02Really have this image. So that line, when you see that,
- 56:11it is like you don't need a whole wall to collapse to know
- 56:18that there's something coming in, right?
- 56:22You already know that there's light, and if we crack any more,
- 56:26we might be, we might be just destroying the whole wall.
- 56:31You already saw the crack, right?
- 56:34You don't need the whole wall to collapse on you.
- 56:37The crack allows you to see something you couldn't see
- 56:40before. Does that make sense?
- 56:43That right there. Hold on to that.
- 56:46That is the awareness connection.
- 56:49I'm well aware that wall has a crack, and I'm well aware it's
- 56:52deep because I'm well aware. I see that shining light, and
- 56:56that's telling me something, right?
- 57:01And what is the name of that song?
- 57:05The song's title? That's all I know.
- 57:09The wall's cracked, it's deep and there's light coming
- 57:11through. That's all I know so far.
- 57:15I saw something through the crack.
- 57:17I became aware, get it? That doesn't mean that I
- 57:23suddenly possess the entire answer and nor do you, right?
- 57:28It's impossible. Impossible.
- 57:30Well, for me right now, there's a lot of that's all I knows.
- 57:35That's all I know so far. I I don't know, but I got this
- 57:39far just like last week with Jung and Freud.
- 57:43Freud made a map. Jung made a map.
- 57:46Maslow made a map. Skinner made a map.
- 57:49See how that worked? Every foundation builds a map,
- 57:55and every foundation builds another, evolving to be.
- 58:04That's why I like philosophy. It's not right or it's not
- 58:08wrong. It's an experience.
- 58:11It's a thought. And if it works, great.
- 58:17If it doesn't, you're no better off than where you were, right?
- 58:23So here we go again. That's all I know so far.
- 58:29I saw a crack, became aware. That doesn't mean that I
- 58:33suddenly possess an entire answer.
- 58:34Maybe tomorrow another crack appears.
- 58:37Maybe more light gets through tomorrow.
- 58:39Maybe more light gets through today.
- 58:41Maybe something I believe expands and maybe I discover
- 58:44that something I thought I understood needs another look.
- 58:51And all I can say, that's all I know so far.
- 58:54That's all anybody can say. This is where the point I reach.
- 59:00So experience can come way before understanding.
- 59:06And now we're going somewhere really deep.
- 59:08Because when I look back over my own life, I see something
- 59:15repetitive always with me. Because I didn't read.
- 59:20Experience came first, then my awareness, then the questions,
- 59:27then the patterns, then understanding, and eventually my
- 59:33intention and conscious choice of what to do next.
- 59:38That wasn't how I would have described it when I was young.
- 59:44You know, young MJ wasn't walking around analyzing
- 59:47consciousness and choices and interpretation and labeled
- 59:49boxes. Trust me, I was not.
- 59:52I was too busy getting bit by whatever insect was underneath
- 59:55the rock. I was too busy climbing trees
- 59:58and mountains and and just exploring life experience.
- 1:00:05She wasn't walking into another event and then another, then
- 1:00:08another, then another, and then here we go.
- 1:00:10So, you know, here, that was just who I was.
- 1:00:13I experienced I had an event and experienced I had an event and I
- 1:00:16experienced I had an event and I experienced I had an event.
- 1:00:18See what I'm saying? It was the merry go round, the
- 1:00:23merry go round and round. It truly was.
- 1:00:28And over time, those experiences gave me what I call markers,
- 1:00:35right? So when you see something, every
- 1:00:40time I picked up a rock, I got bit.
- 1:00:42Well, that was OK, because it's just that guy.
- 1:00:44And then a little bit later I picked up a rock, I got bit, and
- 1:00:46I was like, Nah, well, that was just that spider.
- 1:00:48I picked up a rock and I got bit again.
- 1:00:50Well, that was that. Helgermite, At what point did I
- 1:00:56stop lifting rocks? Today, when I'm on the mountain,
- 1:00:59I actually have a hook. And now I take a hook.
- 1:01:03I pull the rock back if I want the rock for whatever decoration
- 1:01:07or whatever I'm doing in my right.
- 1:01:09But I know that now, 'cause I learned it.
- 1:01:13There could be copperheads, there could be pilgrimites,
- 1:01:15there could be, you know, silverfish, there could be
- 1:01:19whatever, right? This is a realization that has
- 1:01:24to happen through events. Once you experience something,
- 1:01:30your mind starts saying, MMM, well that hurt, let's not try
- 1:01:34that again, right? But as a kid, that mind center,
- 1:01:39that frontal lobe, that it wasn't there.
- 1:01:42So I had to experience all these things.
- 1:01:44I don't regret any part of my childhood.
- 1:01:45I don't really regret. Even I don't, I don't have a
- 1:01:48regret. These are learned experiences
- 1:01:51that has enriched my life so much that today I'm here talking
- 1:01:57to you and I'm writing philosophy books about
- 1:02:00conscious. If I didn't live it, I couldn't
- 1:02:04be sitting here. Does that make sense?
- 1:02:08There are so many aha moments in writing this episode.
- 1:02:12And sadly, the panic because all this was written maybe about two
- 1:02:17or three months ago and I went to change something because I
- 1:02:21had an awareness and I was like, oh, this really needs to go into
- 1:02:24this podcast. I went to delete a paragraph and
- 1:02:28it deleted the whole classroom, the whole book, the whole
- 1:02:31producers know everything. It it I Friday and Saturday was
- 1:02:37going nuts trying to put this show back together, that
- 1:02:43realization. And finally, it was my husband
- 1:02:50and the classroom teacher saying, this is all your words,
- 1:02:54you already lived it, you already know it.
- 1:02:57Get the outline, fill it in. Why are you panicking?
- 1:03:01Right, because the events were experiences for me to undergo,
- 1:03:06live, understand and process. They're my events.
- 1:03:10They're my truth. Nobody can take my past away
- 1:03:14from me. My earned living events and
- 1:03:17experiences from me, They're all mine.
- 1:03:20You have yours, right? Your events as a child or a
- 1:03:24teenager or early lessons in adulthood, they're your learned
- 1:03:29practice lessons for maybe someday that you, why you learn
- 1:03:32them is your aha moment. So I just had to breathe, calm
- 1:03:37down, put on my music. Everything's going to be all
- 1:03:40right. You're gonna be all right.
- 1:03:43I have enough material. Like I had to tell myself I
- 1:03:47couldn't just give up and say no, I'm taking a radio day.
- 1:03:50No, it was a series. So did each new health event in
- 1:03:56my shake some of my boxes, 'cause I had a lot of health
- 1:03:59events, I had to write them. Did it re establish old fear
- 1:04:05markers? Did it break 1?
- 1:04:09Right. These are patterns.
- 1:04:12These are patterns I had to look at and did everything that I
- 1:04:16learned before the event give me something different when that
- 1:04:19next event arrived. Yeah, I just told you I don't
- 1:04:22pick up rocks anymore and I have a hook.
- 1:04:25I put the hook on one side of the rock and pull back to see
- 1:04:27what's underneath that. Same as logs, right, 'cause
- 1:04:30we're always having fires. Any logs that are in the forest
- 1:04:33that have been there and rotting and dried, I'm not picking it
- 1:04:36up. I'll take a hook and I'll push
- 1:04:38it with a hook, right? Or I'll push it with my foot to
- 1:04:41see what's under it. Maybe there's fire ants, maybe
- 1:04:43there's termites. Maybe I don't know why you
- 1:04:46getting bit again? I got bit enough, right?
- 1:04:50You don't have to put that wet brick across my head again.
- 1:04:52I I understood it. So that's important in your
- 1:04:57healing story. It's it gets really important
- 1:05:00because you find these patterns. You're like, no, no, no, no, no.
- 1:05:03Let's let's think about this, right?
- 1:05:06I'm not gonna, I'm not walking on any limb anymore.
- 1:05:08Those broken bones hurt, right? I think the final limb that I
- 1:05:12was on, I think was the crack in my my neck.
- 1:05:17I was done. I was done balancing.
- 1:05:20I realized maybe the high wire balance in the neck wasn't for
- 1:05:23me at some point and we had to move on.
- 1:05:26But those healing stories, those stories allow us our experience,
- 1:05:30allow us our events and allow us to have a further base
- 1:05:34knowledge. And that's important.
- 1:05:36So because perhaps every event wasn't simply something that
- 1:05:41happened just to me. It was something that I had to
- 1:05:45learn or undergo or witness or be part of.
- 1:05:49I had to live it. I had to process it, and I had
- 1:05:51to understand it. And then the next experience
- 1:05:54that a person carrying everything that she learned from
- 1:05:58the experience before it, right? That's how I Live Today.
- 1:06:01Well, I've already experienced this, and here it is again.
- 1:06:03It's a pattern. Why is this a pattern?
- 1:06:05Well, I already know what to do. I know if fire gets out of
- 1:06:08control and it starts burning underneath the barrel into the
- 1:06:11grass, I know I have to either by get water or stamp it out.
- 1:06:16Learned, I'm going to have a massive fire.
- 1:06:20These are all learned patterns that we go through.
- 1:06:23I hope that makes sense because now we're going to move from a
- 1:06:26thought and belief into experience.
- 1:06:32What happens when life gives us another event?
- 1:06:40Does it shake the same box? Does it create fear?
- 1:06:49Or does everything we've experienced and learned give us
- 1:06:53a different way to meet it? Folks, when we come back, I'm
- 1:06:58going to take you into my second near death experience of my
- 1:07:01lifetime was in 2015. Because that event changed what
- 1:07:06I consciously chose to do. I made a decision.
- 1:07:14You're listening to military broadcast radio.
- 1:07:16My name is MJ, and on this beautiful station, my show is
- 1:07:19called The World of Conscious Positive Thinking, and we call
- 1:07:23it 2 Cap. Let's see what beaker's up to.
- 1:07:26We'll be right back. Dream big, start small, but most
- 1:07:31of all, start whenever things get rough or it feels like
- 1:07:35you're at the edge. Remember this.
- 1:07:39Storms pass. Tough times don't last, but
- 1:07:43tough people do. The station where our veterans
- 1:07:50voices are heard. MBR talk.
- 1:07:54Find us on the web at MB Radio dot.
- 1:07:58Oh, welcome back. Welcome back.
- 1:08:01OK, remember why I'm telling the story.
- 1:08:06This isn't this isn't going to be a medical history lesson.
- 1:08:10And we're looking at one very specific path here.
- 1:08:15An event happened. My truth of my experience, the
- 1:08:20thought after it, the awareness that hit me, the intention after
- 1:08:25the awareness than my choice that I made to claim my action.
- 1:08:31OK and 2015 I was now on because of all my surgeries and
- 1:08:41autoimmunes and my double mastectomies and my kidney
- 1:08:45failures and my thyroid failing and my liver failing.
- 1:08:48I was my body was failing. The medical put me on all this
- 1:08:55different medications from urology to hepatologies to
- 1:08:58hematologies to oncologies to I was on, I'm not kidding, my it
- 1:09:06had to be at least 18 inches by at least 12.
- 1:09:11That was my pill box, 12 different big pharmaceutical
- 1:09:16drugs and probably another 10 herb, vitamin, mineral
- 1:09:23supplements. It was a lot it, it felt like
- 1:09:28that's all I ever did was take pills and and set my clocks and
- 1:09:31set my reminders in my phone for this pill, that pill.
- 1:09:35It was crazy, crazy. One morning I woke up and as
- 1:09:44soon as I opened up my eyes I felt floaty.
- 1:09:50It was really a weird experience and yet my body felt numb, very
- 1:09:56numb. I go to get up and I didn't
- 1:10:00really feel like I used muscles to get it was a The experience
- 1:10:04was I almost came like off my body.
- 1:10:08That's how I felt. And somehow or another I felt
- 1:10:14like I just cascaded and it was like an air.
- 1:10:18I felt like this thin again, thin, desirable air, this bluey
- 1:10:26late air. And I walked from my bedroom,
- 1:10:31down my one hallway, down the other hallway, into the kitchen,
- 1:10:35into the dining room because I felt like my heart was just not
- 1:10:43even beating. There was something wrong.
- 1:10:46There was I, I, I didn't, I couldn't figure it out, but I
- 1:10:51knew that I had to get to the table because my medicines were
- 1:10:54on the table. My, my, my O2 sensor was on the
- 1:10:59table. My blood pressure cuff was on
- 1:11:01the table. My blood sugar was on the table.
- 1:11:03My EKG monitor things were on. Everything was on the dining
- 1:11:08room table at this part because I could roll my wheelchair up
- 1:11:11into the dining room table. To be walking in a dream state
- 1:11:19and afloat, it was awful. I couldn't, I couldn't figure
- 1:11:27out what the hell was happening. I knew that I was thirsty.
- 1:11:33It was the only thing that I was like dying of thirst somehow.
- 1:11:42I remember drinking like a 36 ounce bottle of water and that
- 1:11:50was all I remember. And then I remember being in my
- 1:11:56mind just it went dark. I don't remember anything after
- 1:12:03that. I don't remember times but I do
- 1:12:07know I woke up and when I woke up on the table the time read
- 1:12:141111. A number always sat with me for
- 1:12:18the rest of my life. I woke up very confused.
- 1:12:26I was I was looking at all the things on the table.
- 1:12:35My blood pressure said 78 / 56. When I looked at my blood sugar
- 1:12:42'cause I saw that I had obviously taken it.
- 1:12:44My blood sugar was 510, my pulse ox, my pulse ox red 90, and my
- 1:12:56heart rate on my blood pressure cuff said 55, and the warnings
- 1:13:01on my blood pressure cuff were coming off.
- 1:13:03It was sirening. As I woke up, I was fit.
- 1:13:09Like I said, I was face down on my dining room table and the
- 1:13:14only thing that I remember is air.
- 1:13:21Air, thin, light, favorable. How it looked, how it was.
- 1:13:29I wasn't consciously mapping my lifetime air patterns at the
- 1:13:34moment. It was why it was happening, and
- 1:13:39air became now a consciousness of mine.
- 1:13:44The experience came first. When I came through that health
- 1:13:52event, I had information and when I came through, I had all
- 1:14:01of my medical information. I had all my lived experiences.
- 1:14:06I had years of learning, and I had a decision to make about how
- 1:14:14I wanted to move forward. This was 2015.
- 1:14:18My injury in the military was 1987, late 87, but actually most
- 1:14:25of it was 88. The shot happened in 87, but
- 1:14:27everything happened in 88. Year after year, on meds.
- 1:14:32Another Med, Another Med. Another Med, another Med.
- 1:14:35Yeah. And now it's 2015.
- 1:14:40And now all of these meds, One increased my A1C1, increased
- 1:14:51fatty liver, one increased stenosis of my kidney, one
- 1:14:56increased my heart erythematically. 1 increased
- 1:15:01thyroid disease. You ever see the the
- 1:15:06commercials? Well, you have eczema and this
- 1:15:13new prescription blah blah blah. And look, now you can wear your
- 1:15:16swimsuit, you can wear your clothes because now your skin
- 1:15:19rash, you won't everybody will see your skin rash.
- 1:15:21However, it can cause kidney failure, it can cause liver
- 1:15:24dysfunction, it can cause you to vomit and have diarrhea.
- 1:15:26It can cause headache, blindness, and it can cause
- 1:15:29sexual. And you're like all's I had was
- 1:15:34a skin rash. Come on, The humor.
- 1:15:44The humor of the audacity of our ego.
- 1:15:52It's like I am so vain about my rash that I'm going to cause
- 1:15:58every other organ in my body, OK?
- 1:16:02I can't. I couldn't.
- 1:16:06I, I couldn't. I could not do it anymore.
- 1:16:10And that decision, how to move forward happened right there
- 1:16:15that day. That day at that time, like I
- 1:16:21told you, there was 24 big pharmacy meds and my functions
- 1:16:25would be failing and they would send me to another doctor and
- 1:16:30they would put me on another Med and they send me to another
- 1:16:32doctor and put me on another Med.
- 1:16:33Who's that sound like out there, folks?
- 1:16:37I did not want to wake up the next morning and throw my
- 1:16:40medications away. I did not.
- 1:16:42That is not what happened and I'm not telling you to do this.
- 1:16:46I'm telling you this is my experience and I am forewarning
- 1:16:49you. Don't do it unless you
- 1:16:52understand. My healing process unfolded
- 1:16:56carefully over approximately 16 months to come off of all this
- 1:17:00medicine. What changed was the direction
- 1:17:04of my thought. I knew I need to go another way
- 1:17:11because if the shot of Big Pharmacy didn't kill me, this
- 1:17:16medicine is killing me slowly. Remember, I was very athletic,
- 1:17:25Very until they put me in a wheelchair by a shot.
- 1:17:31My audacity and my faith to keep forward, that was that was
- 1:17:34implemented. Keep forward, have faith, keep
- 1:17:37moving, don't quit. That was really good that
- 1:17:42installed such a will, such a faith and such a beautiful
- 1:17:52awareness now didn't know it at the time, but I didn't have
- 1:17:58fear. I never, I actually had to ask
- 1:18:02my grandmaster. I don't have fear.
- 1:18:03And she says you do. I said I do, please explain.
- 1:18:08She said you do. You fear trust.
- 1:18:10And I started smiling. Out of all the men who cheated
- 1:18:15on me in my whole entire life, out of the friends who I thought
- 1:18:18were friends who abused me, they destroyed my heart.
- 1:18:23Trust. She was right.
- 1:18:27I feared. I feared it or Ozzy.
- 1:18:32I had to build a man wall and he he knocked it down.
- 1:18:36He knew about it because I told him flat out I don't trust men
- 1:18:40and that men I'd notice I didn't say man, that's men.
- 1:18:44I never trusted them and I always had an issue trusting
- 1:18:47them. I allowed to work with them.
- 1:18:52I enjoyed fishing, I enjoyed hunting.
- 1:18:55I enjoyed these things, but I would never let them close to my
- 1:18:58heart ever again. That was a trust issue.
- 1:19:04Getting off the subject, you start to recognize little
- 1:19:08patterns and when you start recognize these, we got to get
- 1:19:12them to go away because it could be an old belief system, it
- 1:19:17could be an old pattern, or you could have said what was my part
- 1:19:20in that? And now we have a balance.
- 1:19:24So with my medicine, I need to go another way.
- 1:19:29I knew it. There was just something there.
- 1:19:33That thought became my intention, and intention
- 1:19:37influenced my choice, and my choice influenced my actions,
- 1:19:42and actions became part of then my healing process, one pill at
- 1:19:49a time. Through all, I didn't just
- 1:19:52choose one thing. No, ha ha.
- 1:19:55There was acupuncture, there were spiritual surgeries, there
- 1:19:57was Reiki, there was Chinese medicines.
- 1:20:01There was the salt cave, There was infrareds.
- 1:20:04There was energetic frequency patterns going through my body.
- 1:20:08There was plasma energies. There was light therapies, there
- 1:20:12was cognitive therapies. I had more holistic Eastern
- 1:20:16traditional medicines and alternative medicines and
- 1:20:20miscellaneous medicines than you could shake a stick at.
- 1:20:24And lymphatic drainages, I every week I would have massages with
- 1:20:28lymphatic drainages, getting the energies out of my body.
- 1:20:31I would have Reikis, I would have acupuncture.
- 1:20:35I did a world of stuff, a world of it to come off all of those
- 1:20:40medications, event experience, thought awareness and tension,
- 1:20:54choice, action. That's why this particular near
- 1:21:01death experience belongs in my show today.
- 1:21:04I'm not telling you think positively and your illnesses
- 1:21:07disappear. That that's quite not it.
- 1:21:09You have to find the frequency that blast the illness.
- 1:21:12You have to find the vibrational codes that blast that.
- 1:21:14You have to figure out your pain bodies.
- 1:21:16You have to use affirmations to keep a high positive
- 1:21:21consciousness. And I'm telling you something I
- 1:21:24actually experienced. It was a change in thought,
- 1:21:29changed what I did next. And that is one way that I
- 1:21:37understand your thought becomes your power.
- 1:21:45Did everything I learned participate?
- 1:21:50And now I have another. Why?
- 1:21:53Let's ponder on that one. So over my lifetime, I
- 1:21:57accumulated practices and experiences, right?
- 1:22:01Prayer, breathing, Reiki, meditation, energy work, faith,
- 1:22:06visualization, therapies of red lights, therapies of music,
- 1:22:10therapies of vibrational decoding, visualizing that
- 1:22:14having the the teachers and western diagnostic testings OK.
- 1:22:20I will always always always use western diagnostic testing
- 1:22:25because it tells me what is wrong with me.
- 1:22:28It diagnosis me different ways of understanding my body and
- 1:22:34different ways of understanding consciousness.
- 1:22:40Reiki Thursday became a very pivotal part of my life before
- 1:22:45all this, so I started having Ozzy used to love.
- 1:22:53I was I was still in my businesses in 2009.
- 1:23:00I had the sportsman's addiction business at the time and I was
- 1:23:03doing fishing and hunting all over the world.
- 1:23:05I was still in that industry when I met with up with Ozzy and
- 1:23:09when he met me, his day was like on a Thursday was always the
- 1:23:13slowest day. And I said like, I can't, that's
- 1:23:15my Reiki Thursday. He goes, well, can't you change
- 1:23:17it? I said, what?
- 1:23:20No, I can't. I can't change it.
- 1:23:25There was no way that I was going to change something that
- 1:23:27made me so freaking happy. There was just no way.
- 1:23:30And not only did it make me happy, it really gave me a
- 1:23:35better thought process. It, it gave me a new awareness,
- 1:23:42a new thought, a new everything because those Reiki Thursdays
- 1:23:49became my time. My kids were with their dad.
- 1:23:53And this is now I need to just let my brain go.
- 1:23:57I need to stop because my brain doesn't stop.
- 1:24:01And so those practices was extremely important for myself
- 1:24:04health and myself health was extremely important to know that
- 1:24:11I needed that break. So naturally knowing that I had
- 1:24:16these on Reiki Thursdays, this is where you can talk about how
- 1:24:22these things accumulate over time.
- 1:24:25I had was doing Reiki Thursdays before I was even a
- 1:24:28practitioner. I just knew that my
- 1:24:31hairdresser's twin brother, Doctor Scott, was a certified
- 1:24:36Reiki therapist. And I was like, Oh my God, I
- 1:24:40need this. I need to let go of my, you
- 1:24:42know, everything, my energies. I, I just, that sounds awesome.
- 1:24:46And the very first time I did one, I was hooked.
- 1:24:49I was hooked. But I needed that time.
- 1:24:52I wanted that two hours every Thursday.
- 1:24:54I didn't care. I wanted it.
- 1:24:56I wanted the half hour before talking with him.
- 1:24:58I wanted the hour of his services or however long.
- 1:25:00And I wanted that time afterwards because it took me
- 1:25:04out of my everyday rigidness. And at that point, because I
- 1:25:09owned my own business, I worked seven days a week with getting
- 1:25:13these high fluential people with money to their destinations in
- 1:25:17fishing and hunting. So Reiki Thursdays were always
- 1:25:21there. My breathing, well, you know
- 1:25:24what? My breathing.
- 1:25:25And I started, I told you about air, air, air, air.
- 1:25:28So my air was an issue when I had chicken pox as a kid.
- 1:25:34It was an issue when I had high fevers.
- 1:25:39And then I go into seven. I was seven years old,
- 1:25:42skateboarding with my friend Nancy.
- 1:25:44I remember falling so hard on my coxus that I lost the air.
- 1:25:51I couldn't scream for help. I could see I was at the corner,
- 1:25:55I could see my mom's house, but I couldn't ask for help and
- 1:25:58there was no air. And there I sat rolling and
- 1:26:01rolling and rolling on the on the street air, air, breathing
- 1:26:08and then stupidness. In middle school, there was a
- 1:26:11fad going around like a hazing fad at the time where you would
- 1:26:15take all these big deep breaths rapidly, rapidly.
- 1:26:18And then somebody, most of the time it was one of the football
- 1:26:21players. They would come and they'd
- 1:26:22squeeze you from behind. They thought it was funny
- 1:26:25because people would, you know, fall.
- 1:26:27They would dig in the ground like a dog or a cat.
- 1:26:30And they, they the minds of children.
- 1:26:35I understand my mom's probably going, oh, my God, I know.
- 1:26:40I remember when it was done to me, I was the last one.
- 1:26:44It was right before we got all called in because the cafeteria
- 1:26:47and then you stepped out. But the actual school then was
- 1:26:50this way. And I remember I was the last
- 1:26:55one to do it. And the minute he squeezed me,
- 1:26:59the bell rang and everybody left.
- 1:27:04I hit my head. I was in that unconscious way
- 1:27:07again. I hit my head so hard I fell to
- 1:27:10the ground. I think it was Mr. Fagley, if I
- 1:27:14remember his name correctly, who took me to the nurse's office.
- 1:27:18And again, the phone call to my mother.
- 1:27:20And what did we do this time? I I ran into the wall.
- 1:27:26I remember just telling them I ran into, I ran into the wall
- 1:27:30and it was so hard. They're like, well, and he's
- 1:27:32like, I found her at the wall. She can obviously see the brick
- 1:27:35in her head. She ran into the wall.
- 1:27:39Yeah. I trusted my classmates with
- 1:27:44their little games choices. Breathing was always a part of
- 1:27:49it. Then I was like, wow, I learned
- 1:27:52to free dive. That was part of it again.
- 1:27:53Then in 4th grade, then I started thinking, Oh my God.
- 1:27:57I started clarinet in 4th grade. Wait.
- 1:27:59Before that, my mother had me inquire.
- 1:28:02All of this required breathing. Never called it breath work, but
- 1:28:08it was rhythmatic breathing. All of it, Every experience I
- 1:28:13had planned. My clarinet, playing the oboe,
- 1:28:15playing the sax, you know, playing the bassoon, this was
- 1:28:18all breath work. Playing the flute, Breath work I
- 1:28:24got in the military, How to do the gas chamber, holding my
- 1:28:27breath, Learning to dive with different types, with the
- 1:28:31regulator, with different types of air.
- 1:28:33Air. People said the body can't live
- 1:28:37with food and water. No, no air.
- 1:28:42Air got pregnant. What'd they teach you?
- 1:28:45Lamaze. Breath work.
- 1:28:48That's breath work. Lamaze twice around.
- 1:28:53Every time you get upset, you take take that big old deep
- 1:28:58breath and exhale breath work. Then later I started realizing
- 1:29:07breath work became a part of my life.
- 1:29:09I even realized it was called breath work.
- 1:29:13Lamaze is trying to breathe into that pain.
- 1:29:17Well, if it worked for Lamaze and I had the broken bones or I
- 1:29:19had whatever, I had pain in my body, I used it.
- 1:29:23Breath work. I used it to breathe into that
- 1:29:26pain. Breath work, breathing.
- 1:29:29Think about it. Then came prayer, the power of
- 1:29:32prayer, meditation, energy work. Then you have your teachers,
- 1:29:38your diagnostics, information. Then you have one major magic
- 1:29:42answer, everything you had learned becoming available when
- 1:29:50another event arrives. Yeah, I remember feeling like my
- 1:29:59hands were magic, going back into these things with
- 1:30:02breathing. Hurricane Andrew hit, and I
- 1:30:06remember my hands and didn't even realize what I was doing.
- 1:30:12These were all experiences when I put my hand on my uterus, stop
- 1:30:18the pain, when I helped the ladies, stop the pain.
- 1:30:28So when healing happened, can I isolate?
- 1:30:34One thing to tell you that healed me, No I can't.
- 1:30:39I can't sit here, which is why I made the disclaimer.
- 1:30:42Don't do it unless you really understand modalities and you
- 1:30:45understand your path and you understand your way.
- 1:30:50That healed me. My question is, was that a risk?
- 1:30:58Was I the fool? I had faith that there had to be
- 1:31:03another way because if I continued to allow big pharma to
- 1:31:07try to treat my body that was auto neuroimmune, I'd be dead.
- 1:31:12That near death experience taught me that.
- 1:31:16So my question becomes different.
- 1:31:18Did everything I had learned give me more ways to respond to
- 1:31:22the next event? That's what fascinates me.
- 1:31:27Maybe events themselves just became part of education, right?
- 1:31:32Learning how the body can work, learning what to do, not to do.
- 1:31:38That's the biggest sign of education.
- 1:31:39Knowledge is learning the experience.
- 1:31:43People can read a book, but most people don't have endemic
- 1:31:47memory. You're not going to read, you're
- 1:31:49not going to remember every passage of that book.
- 1:31:52You're not. You're going to read it and get
- 1:31:54the outcome. And you know, that's the gist of
- 1:31:56it and something that correlates to an experience that you had
- 1:32:00inside of that or resonated with you, then you remember it.
- 1:32:06That's the label. That's the boxes.
- 1:32:11So then maybe those events themselves just became part of
- 1:32:13that education. Did one health event shake my
- 1:32:16boxes? No.
- 1:32:20Did another establish a marker? Maybe.
- 1:32:23I don't know. Did something that frightened me
- 1:32:26once stop carrying that same power after I understood it?
- 1:32:31No. Did experience change my
- 1:32:34thought? Yeah.
- 1:32:38And did thought change my response?
- 1:32:41Oh hell yeah. Did my response changed the next
- 1:32:45experience? By far.
- 1:32:49Now we're not talking about positive thinking as pretending
- 1:32:56everything is wonderful in life. We are talking about conscious
- 1:33:00participation. Western medicine freed my will,
- 1:33:07afraid my soul, and I want to make something very clear.
- 1:33:11Right now. I believe in Western testing and
- 1:33:15diagnostics. If something happening inside of
- 1:33:20my physical vessel, I want to know.
- 1:33:24I'd be the first person to tell you, take my blood, take an
- 1:33:27X-ray, take an MRI, take I don't care.
- 1:33:29Test, test, test, test me. I don't say you're going to give
- 1:33:32me the shutdown. I'm going to take.
- 1:33:34I want to know, give me my blood work, give me my imagery, give
- 1:33:38me my tests, give me my numbers, give me my diagnosis, give me
- 1:33:42the information. Because it's that information
- 1:33:46that gives me my awareness. And once I have awareness, I
- 1:33:53believe I have a choice and a free will and how I move forward
- 1:33:56to heal me. And so do you.
- 1:34:01Just because you go to the ER and you're in pain doesn't mean
- 1:34:04that they have to establish all these things.
- 1:34:06The problem is humanity. Man is getting so used to taking
- 1:34:12a pill before they go. If I take this pill, what's my
- 1:34:16what are the side effects? What's it going to do?
- 1:34:18What do I have to look forward into later?
- 1:34:22COVID take the jab. How many people are dying of
- 1:34:26heart? Massive just heart attacks,
- 1:34:29aneurysmic rhythms, blood clots in the lungs.
- 1:34:32Taking the jab cause science said it was good.
- 1:34:38A science is man and that's all we know so far.
- 1:34:45That is your choice, nobody else's choice.
- 1:34:48Now if you were demanded to take it, now there's a problem.
- 1:34:52It's not about the job, but there's a problem between what
- 1:34:55you made. Then if they demand you to take
- 1:34:57something to keep your job, you had a choice.
- 1:35:02You're like, Oh my God, hell no. So when does our choice balance?
- 1:35:06Mji had had to have a job. It was COVID.
- 1:35:10I hear you. I didn't take the job and I had
- 1:35:13to have a job. I didn't take it.
- 1:35:18Demanding. Well, I'm not taking.
- 1:35:20You can demand all you want. I didn't take it.
- 1:35:24I haven't taken an inoculation since 1987, but that's besides
- 1:35:26this point. My husband didn't take it.
- 1:35:28My mother didn't take it. My sister and I pressured her.
- 1:35:35Don't do it. Please don't do it.
- 1:35:39There's not enough information. They I go.
- 1:35:41How can they not discover cancer?
- 1:35:45And yet they have a jab already within months.
- 1:35:48Come on. I just told you my rash is going
- 1:35:52to cause all these other issues in my body.
- 1:35:54What do you think that's going to do?
- 1:35:56Don't do it, Mommy. I know you like science.
- 1:35:58I didn't know she didn't take it.
- 1:35:59God. Thank God, thank you God, and
- 1:36:02never all of our ancestor aligns who got through because my
- 1:36:05mother would have been that person.
- 1:36:08She believes in science of medicine.
- 1:36:10That's her choice. But I am so thankful she didn't
- 1:36:17take it. So awareness.
- 1:36:21So once you have awareness, I believe you have a choice and
- 1:36:25free will and how you move forward in that healing you do.
- 1:36:31Maybe some people, you know, I know people who took job after
- 1:36:34job after job after job after job because they wanted to
- 1:36:36travel or they wanted to do this.
- 1:36:37So they had to do this and they wanted to keep performing or
- 1:36:39they wanted to, you know, keep going to work.
- 1:36:41And they wanted to. Yeah, I can ask questions and I
- 1:36:50can learn, and I can use what I've already known and
- 1:36:53experienced, and I can decide what healing practices belong in
- 1:36:57my health, in my body and my path.
- 1:37:01So do you. You can change direction like I
- 1:37:06did. I changed the direction when I
- 1:37:08received new information. And for me, science doesn't
- 1:37:15remove free will. It can give me information with
- 1:37:22which I exercise it. Testing, information, awareness,
- 1:37:28understanding, choice and action.
- 1:37:32And there it is again. Let me pull up another chair at
- 1:37:38my table today. Let's go science.
- 1:37:42Science now gets a chair at my table.
- 1:37:46Science is not my enemy. It's not.
- 1:37:49I believe in other sciences, maybe big pharma, not so sure.
- 1:37:56There's not enough information for me.
- 1:38:00Next week I'm going to give science almost the entire show
- 1:38:04today. Just one piece.
- 1:38:06Modern psychology gives us ways to investigate self talk
- 1:38:12expectations and learn to patterns and behavior.
- 1:38:16Neuroscience gives us another important word that we have to
- 1:38:20talk about today. You ready?
- 1:38:24Big word. I'll break it down though, so
- 1:38:26don't panic. Neuroplasticity.
- 1:38:31Neuroplasticity in simple language, our brains can change
- 1:38:36through experience and learning. That does not mean think about
- 1:38:43$1,000,000 hard enough and your neurons and your blades will
- 1:38:47just put put that $1,000,000 right in your checking account.
- 1:38:53Wow. If you could think that we'll
- 1:38:54think positive going forward in a job or creation or philosophy
- 1:38:57that you're trying to do or write a book, maybe it will.
- 1:39:02But just thinking it's not going to do it.
- 1:39:03There has to be an action, right?
- 1:39:05That's right. So that's why that's OK.
- 1:39:09That's not why. But that's, that's what, that's
- 1:39:12not what neuroplasticity really means.
- 1:39:15OK, so let's get back to neuroplasticity.
- 1:39:18It means that the brain isn't simply a finished machine that
- 1:39:23never changes. Experience matters, learning
- 1:39:27matters, repetition matters, behavior matters, knowledge of
- 1:39:36it matters, and it gives science something measurable to
- 1:39:43investigate. Where does the evidence end?
- 1:39:47What does philosophy begin? Where does spirituality
- 1:39:50interpretation begin? And these, all those boundaries,
- 1:39:53do they matter to me? I don't need science to prove
- 1:40:00every spiritual experience that I've ever had, and I don't need
- 1:40:03spirituality to replace a diagnostic test.
- 1:40:07They can answer different questions.
- 1:40:10So science can give me testing and it can give me measurements
- 1:40:15and it can give me information about my physical vessel.
- 1:40:18And once I have the information, I believe I have free will and
- 1:40:21choice and what I do with it. Now, when we come back to that
- 1:40:29spot, now you have to wonder what are some things humanity
- 1:40:35eventually called? Tradition began with somebody
- 1:40:41trying to explain the experience.
- 1:40:45And what if those traditions later influenced how human
- 1:40:50interpretated their own experiences?
- 1:40:53Wow, that's a thinker. So let's just move on to it
- 1:40:59then, right? So in the next part, why not a
- 1:41:02declaration or a fact and what is important?
- 1:41:04So human beings have been attempting to explain life,
- 1:41:08death, God, creator, and what may happen after death for
- 1:41:12thousands of years. Experience, story, tradition.
- 1:41:16Different traditions use different imagery such as
- 1:41:20passage, light, judgement, heavenly realms, gates, and
- 1:41:24Christianity. That Christian imagery, many
- 1:41:28people know a very popular picture.
- 1:41:30It's called the Pearly gates. And I suddenly had a wait.
- 1:41:38What is the story about those pearly gates?
- 1:41:40Why? Someone has an experience, Some
- 1:41:44man somewhere had an NDE mind blow.
- 1:41:48This was my mind blow with this thing was an NDE visiting the
- 1:41:52Pearly Gates. And then the philosophy is
- 1:41:55you're not ready. You can't get through.
- 1:41:58If you get to heaven before I do, just bore a hole and pull me
- 1:42:01through. I ain't going to bleed, my Lord.
- 1:42:03No lore. Wow.
- 1:42:07Well, that song taught in Girl Scouts.
- 1:42:10And then how do they communicate something that may be incredibly
- 1:42:14difficult to describe by language label.
- 1:42:16They put a word on it, they described what they saw, what
- 1:42:21they felt, what they understood by words that were already given
- 1:42:25to them by man. Other people hear it.
- 1:42:28Then the story gets repeated. These were the words that they
- 1:42:32use because there was another, another label for an NDE at the
- 1:42:34time. Images developed around it.
- 1:42:38Meanings get attached and over generations, some ideas can come
- 1:42:41become part of a tradition. I'm not saying I'm right or
- 1:42:44wrong. I'm a philosopher, I'm a mentor,
- 1:42:47I'm a bridge of humanity. That's who I am.
- 1:42:49I'm a seer. I'm a wire.
- 1:42:52But it makes sense to me. I wasn't done.
- 1:42:53I wasn't finished. Now, I'm not telling you that
- 1:42:57somebody had an an an NDE and invented all the Pearly gate
- 1:43:02stuff. It's plausible.
- 1:43:04I'm just saying it's plausible. How many times do you talk about
- 1:43:09people, even science and the medicine are trying to figure
- 1:43:14this out? We don't know that.
- 1:43:20All's I'm asking is could some of humanity's spiritual
- 1:43:23traditions have been influenced by human experiences of people
- 1:43:28who were attempting to explain it?
- 1:43:31And then the question turns around.
- 1:43:33If I grow up knowing stories about heaven and having the
- 1:43:38religional background of Christianity, having the light,
- 1:43:42the gates, the crossing, God, creator, what they describe,
- 1:43:46then what happens if I later have another near death
- 1:43:49experience and that same thing happens?
- 1:43:52What could the language and imagery I've already learned
- 1:43:59influence how I understand something that happened to me?
- 1:44:04Experience or interpretation? Well, the experience is mine.
- 1:44:12The interpretation that gets funny because you're trying to
- 1:44:16figure out words and when another man puts a label on
- 1:44:20those words and your experience sounds very similar to another
- 1:44:25man's label, poof, wow, how could that be?
- 1:44:33I'm not here to question Godfather, Mother, God,
- 1:44:35creation. I'm not.
- 1:44:37I'm not here to question any of your religional beliefs or any
- 1:44:39of your science beliefs or any of your man beliefs.
- 1:44:43I can only tell you what I experienced.
- 1:44:45And maybe an experience helped create a tradition and maybe
- 1:44:48tradition later gave another person language for their
- 1:44:52experience. And maybe both processes have
- 1:44:56happened across human experience and I don't know you know why.
- 1:45:01That's all I know so far, haven't got there yet.
- 1:45:06I do know that my NDE had another question attached to it.
- 1:45:12This was the new awareness in speaking air.
- 1:45:16It was always about air crossing your understanding of Father,
- 1:45:19Mother, God, Creator. An old imagery of those gates
- 1:45:22and then asked the same question, whether they answered
- 1:45:24it or not. Was that experience influencing
- 1:45:27my tradition? Was that tradition then giving
- 1:45:30humans imagery with which to explain the experience?
- 1:45:34Again could both occur. And now I find myself wandering
- 1:45:40back. And now, what was I
- 1:45:43experiencing? What actually happened?
- 1:45:47Was it true an NDE? Was it a dream?
- 1:45:50Was it said? How did I wake up over there?
- 1:45:54Was I experiencing something humanity has been attempting to
- 1:45:56describe spiritually for thousands of years?
- 1:45:58Or am I now just using everything that I've learned
- 1:46:02during my own lifetime and my own experience to give it
- 1:46:05language to the experience that I couldn't even completely
- 1:46:08explain what happened to begin with?
- 1:46:10I don't know, just telling you the experience, and I'm not
- 1:46:15going to turn a fascinating question into a fact simply
- 1:46:19because the question excites me and the similarity patterns
- 1:46:23exist paralleling one another. That's awareness.
- 1:46:28There's that crack, the little more light that came through.
- 1:46:34Now that's all I know so far. Again, look what the look what
- 1:46:39all that have shown us today. Dad gave me my words.
- 1:46:43Mom gave me an image. Young MJ, Young Mary Jo gave
- 1:46:46Mom's image her own interpretation, not what Mom was
- 1:46:50saying to me. Then my experience gave me
- 1:46:53markers, patterns, look at them. Louise Hay gave us questions
- 1:46:59about self talk and repetitive language.
- 1:47:02Catherine Ponder gives us questions about thought, spoken
- 1:47:06words, intention, and belief. Prayer gives us an experience of
- 1:47:10directed thought to faith, and my NDE gives me an experience
- 1:47:15that I continue interpreting as awareness expands.
- 1:47:20Science gives us tool for measuring pieces of what happens
- 1:47:24in that physical vessel called the brain.
- 1:47:27These are these are not identical things.
- 1:47:32There are different chairs around 1 enormous mapping
- 1:47:35question. What happens to a thought after
- 1:47:37it arrives? Medicine.
- 1:47:39Science can dictate where that thought is in the brain, but it
- 1:47:43can't tell you what that thought is or where it came from.
- 1:47:47So we go to emotions, right? And when that thought has a
- 1:47:50feeling, because some thoughts barely register, others hit us
- 1:47:57very physically, maybe in our stomach.
- 1:48:00Oh my God, it hit me in my stomach when I heard that, or it
- 1:48:04hit me in my heart when I heard that.
- 1:48:07Your body tightens somewhere to feel anger, sadness, joy, love,
- 1:48:12excitement. Somewhere within your vessel.
- 1:48:17You feel that emotion now that thought, or you have the
- 1:48:22thought, now you have the feeling.
- 1:48:24So now that a feeling now is that emotion.
- 1:48:27And this is where Eckhart Tolle has to put a chair at my table.
- 1:48:32Because Eckhart Tolle's concept of the pain body gives us
- 1:48:36another useful question. Something happened today.
- 1:48:40I have an enormous reaction. Am I responding only to what
- 1:48:44happened today? Is that plausible?
- 1:48:48Or did today's event really touch something much older that
- 1:48:53was already labeled, boxed and put on a on a shelf or on a
- 1:48:58side? A memory, an experience, a
- 1:49:00belief, a fear marker, a box, maybe a past life marker?
- 1:49:05Woof, that gets deep. Maybe I ask, did this event
- 1:49:10shake one of my boxes? And if it did, why?
- 1:49:14And if it didn't, what changed? What did I learn between the
- 1:49:18first experience in this one? Did understanding change my
- 1:49:21thought? Did faith change my response?
- 1:49:24Did another experience establish a different marker?
- 1:49:28That is healing work to me. That's what I love to do.
- 1:49:36We've looked at words, beliefs, imageries, experience, prayers,
- 1:49:40fear, markers, choices. We've looked at them all, and
- 1:49:43now life is going to give me an entire philosophy, one hell of a
- 1:49:47test, right? Because what happens to the
- 1:49:50understanding of consciousness when the brain processing I
- 1:49:56depend upon begins to struggle? That's right, 2021 heart
- 1:50:03consciousness and one enormous Why so I'm going to tell you in
- 1:50:102021 I received COVID. My whole faith move forward,
- 1:50:15don't quit was always you could take my legs.
- 1:50:17I don't give a shit take them. I don't care if that's what you
- 1:50:19want take my legs. I still have my brain I'm in my
- 1:50:23chair. My brain works, my hands work.
- 1:50:25I got it. Guess what folks, 2021 I caught
- 1:50:30COVID by July of 2021. I could not multiply 2 * 2.
- 1:50:38I would read a sentence and couldn't even understand what
- 1:50:40one sentence meant. My old joke.
- 1:50:44Go ahead, take my legs. It's my mind that controls me.
- 1:50:48And then your discernment. Well damn, not only did you take
- 1:50:52my mind, you took my physical freaking body.
- 1:50:55What else are you taking from me that was an unhealed MJ.
- 1:51:00Again, it was a trauma. It was an event that I had to go
- 1:51:03through and that's what makes this story really important.
- 1:51:09You did not experience consciousness as simply
- 1:51:12disappearing. This huge, huge consciousness.
- 1:51:17Consciousness shift. For me, that movement, that
- 1:51:21movement right there into what I understood as the heart
- 1:51:24consciousness. I always tell people, stop
- 1:51:27thinking with the brain. That's man.
- 1:51:29Man labeled it man. Put those boxes in there.
- 1:51:32Speak from your heart. That is heart, consciousness and
- 1:51:37light therapy, mind power framework, thinking less from
- 1:51:40ego judgement and more through my heart.
- 1:51:44Now that gives my wire the next question.
- 1:51:47Now that gives me if cognitive processing can change while I
- 1:51:53still experience an observer. What is the relationship between
- 1:51:58brain, mind and consciousness? I have my spiritual
- 1:52:03understandings. Science has things that it can
- 1:52:06measure, and next week we're going to put them all on those
- 1:52:09questions at the table. Creation, free will, and the
- 1:52:14shift. There is also a spiritual belief
- 1:52:17that I carry from that period. I believe in my heart.
- 1:52:20Creation moves through energetic shifts.
- 1:52:23When humanity's collective free will moves out of balance, I
- 1:52:28believe in those collective shifts, and the only person who
- 1:52:32could do that is creation, and that's my spiritual
- 1:52:35interpretation of what happened there.
- 1:52:38Personally, that long period of illness felt like a resetting of
- 1:52:43my whole entire vessel while my consciousness moved into another
- 1:52:46level of awareness. Can I put that in the laboratory
- 1:52:50and prove it? No, it's my own experience, it's
- 1:52:53my own free will, and it's my own intentions that I'm putting
- 1:52:58in my own knowledge and my own understanding.
- 1:53:01Can I tell you that's how I experienced and interpreted it?
- 1:53:04Absolutely. It's my experience, an
- 1:53:07experience and experience that is only to you, and you're the
- 1:53:10only one who can experience it. My interpretation of my
- 1:53:14experience is my interpretation. A scientific explanation is a
- 1:53:20scientific explanation, and man, who's to say is right.
- 1:53:28I told you somebody else had an NDE and so did I Very, very,
- 1:53:31very similar. But yet their experience was
- 1:53:34different than mine. Why?
- 1:53:35Because I didn't live it. They did.
- 1:53:38And if some man put a label on it, who's to say that label's
- 1:53:41correct? We don't know.
- 1:53:43We don't have to pretend that those those three statements
- 1:53:47right there identical in order it to investigate anything.
- 1:53:51That's consciousness, that's discernment, and that's me, The
- 1:53:55Wire. So let's come back to the
- 1:53:59original pondering question that we originally had and right in
- 1:54:01the beginning. Do thoughts create a reality, or
- 1:54:05do thoughts influence the choices, perceptions, and
- 1:54:08actions through which we experience reality?
- 1:54:13A thought can arrive without permission.
- 1:54:16Once I'm aware of it, I can begin asking questions.
- 1:54:20Where did it come from? What does that word mean to me?
- 1:54:23What image did I attach to it? What experience am I
- 1:54:27remembering? What emotion came with that?
- 1:54:30Is this something somebody told me?
- 1:54:32Is this a learned interpretation?
- 1:54:34Did I interpret what I intended? Did I?
- 1:54:37Did I create another meaning for it?
- 1:54:40Do I believe this to be true? Why do I believe this to be
- 1:54:44true? And most importantly, what am I
- 1:54:46going to do with it now? Because awareness may give a
- 1:54:50space between thought and action.
- 1:54:53And inside that space, choice. Man's free will, man's choice.
- 1:54:59So where's our Rd. An event.
- 1:55:01Something happened. I experienced, I lived it
- 1:55:04thought Something arrives. Language.
- 1:55:08I named it. Imagery, meaning take shape.
- 1:55:14Emotion, I feel it. Belief, I begin accepting
- 1:55:17something as the truth. Understanding, I recognize the
- 1:55:21pattern. In tension I consciously direct
- 1:55:25myself. In choice I decide, and in
- 1:55:28actions I move. And then with that comes another
- 1:55:34event. Welcome back to my full card.
- 1:55:41So the fool keeps moving because the fool comes home and the fool
- 1:55:43keeps moving. Mom wanted me to pay attention
- 1:55:45to the Cliff. Young Mary Jo Heard.
- 1:55:47I have faith. I'm going to keep going.
- 1:55:49Keep going, have faith. Just keep going.
- 1:55:52My adult MJ can finally hear both sides.
- 1:55:55Faith is my compass. Thank you, Mom.
- 1:56:01Faith doesn't mean I close my eyes.
- 1:56:04Faith does not mean that I ignored the test results, and
- 1:56:07faith does not mean that I pretend that an event isn't
- 1:56:10happening. Faith doesn't mean I know
- 1:56:12everything. And for me, faith means I can
- 1:56:16continue moving while remaining aware enough to look at where
- 1:56:21I'm going. Mom's message didn't disappear.
- 1:56:25Young Mary Jo's interpretation didn't disappear.
- 1:56:29My understanding expanded. So maybe that's what
- 1:56:36consciousness has been doing throughout this entire series,
- 1:56:41giving us another crack, another question, another awareness,
- 1:56:45another opportunity to expand what we thought we already knew.
- 1:56:49And guess what, folks? That's all I know so far.
- 1:56:53Let those walls crack. Let that light in.
- 1:56:57Sometimes 1 crack is enough. Because once the light comes
- 1:57:01through, I can see something that I could never see before.
- 1:57:06That's awareness. And then I can question it,
- 1:57:09experience it, understand it, choose what to do with it.
- 1:57:14And tomorrow I may know something more.
- 1:57:19Because why? That would be all I would know.
- 1:57:22There it is again, A thought may arrive without permission.
- 1:57:28What we feed it, what we repeat with it, speak it and act upon
- 1:57:32it becomes our conscious responsibility.
- 1:57:36Don't only ask what am I thinking, Ask where did I get
- 1:57:40that thought? What meaning did that give me?
- 1:57:43What experiences are attached to it, and what am I picturing?
- 1:57:48What am I feeling? Did someone actually teach me
- 1:57:50this, or is this how I interpreted what they said?
- 1:57:56And then now that I'm aware, what do I choose now?
- 1:58:04Maybe that's the place where consciousness gives thought its
- 1:58:07greatest power, not in controlling every event and
- 1:58:11consciously participating in what happens next.
- 1:58:15So next week, science. Here we go, Part 4, The brain
- 1:58:20meets consciousness, Neuroscience, psychology, and
- 1:58:23the search for answers. And we're going to ask what can
- 1:58:30science actually measure? What happens in the brain during
- 1:58:33the awareness? And what do we know about
- 1:58:37attention, perception and conscious states?
- 1:58:40What are neural correlates of consciousness?
- 1:58:45And here's the Wire's question that I'm already caring for you
- 1:58:48all that you can carry with you until next week.
- 1:58:51If we eventually map every process occurring in the human
- 1:58:55brain, will we have explained consciousness or create the most
- 1:58:59detailed map imaginable of something whose experiencer
- 1:59:05remains a mystery? Oh, that's deep, because
- 1:59:09measurement may tell us what is happening.
- 1:59:12Consciousness still ask who is experiencing it.
- 1:59:15That's next week's so for day not asking you to leave here
- 1:59:19believing what MJ believes. I'm not just asking you to think
- 1:59:22about it. And I'm asking you to become
- 1:59:24aware of you. Not me, you.
- 1:59:26Where did it come from? What experience builds it?
- 1:59:29What language shaped it? What images live around it and
- 1:59:32what emotions hold it? What happens when somebody
- 1:59:35challenges it, and what choices are you making from it?
- 1:59:38Maybe you'll find an old box. Maybe you'll find an old
- 1:59:40pattern. Maybe you'll find something
- 1:59:42that's not no longer in a map that we are evolved today.
- 1:59:46And maybe you'll break one open. And maybe you'll discover that
- 1:59:50you don't need to destroy all your boxes and start over again.
- 1:59:53Maybe you just need to make a bigger box, right?
- 1:59:56And if it cracks from the walls, look through it.
- 2:00:00There's your next Y. Folks, I am Reverend Mary Jo
- 2:00:03Gonzalez, known as MJ, and this is the world of conscious
- 2:00:07positive thinking. May divine guide you in your
