  Speaker 1: that it's people of God that we have compassion.

  Speaker 2: For our brothers and our sisters. Y'all.

  Speaker 1: Is so easy to be focused internally on what's going

  Speaker 1: on in our lives and what's happening in our families,

  Speaker 1: or not to be compassionate or looking or sensitive to
• 0:32
  Speaker 1: what's going on with our brothers and our sisters that
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: we work alongside or that we worship alongside. Every single day,
• 0:40
  Speaker 1: I want to pray about having a heart of compassion.

  Speaker 1: Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come

  Speaker 1: before you today asking for a heart that reflects your love,

  Speaker 1: a heart that sees the needs of others and responds
• 0:54
  Speaker 1: with kindness, with mercy, and with understanding. Lord, teach us

  Speaker 1: to feel what you feel, to care like you care,

  Speaker 1: and to love like you love. Father, Soften our hearts

  Speaker 1: to the hurting, to the lonely, to the overlooked and

  Speaker 1: the broken. Remove the heartness that sometimes beilds from pride,

  Speaker 1: from business or just indifference. God, help us out to

  Speaker 1: turn away when we see suffering, but to step in

  Speaker 1: with your spirit leading the way. Lord, give us eyes

  Speaker 1: to see beyond appearances, ears to hear unspoken cries in

  Speaker 1: hands God that are willing to serve. Teach us to

  Speaker 1: speak words that heal instead of hurt, to offer encouragement

  Speaker 1: instead of judgment, and to extend grace God, even.

  Speaker 1: Let our compassion be active and not passive, reaching out

  Speaker 1: to those who needed most. Father, we pray for patience

  Speaker 1: when others frustrate us, for gentleness when the world is harsh,
