- 0:51Speaker 1: about it.

- 0:56Speaker 2: gave you for the purple to drink like? You don't
- 0:59Speaker 2: do that?
- 1:00Speaker 1: I want to find out.

- 1:13Speaker 1: It's great to be seen and heard by you.
- 1:16Speaker 2: That's right. These are like cults are always going to
- 1:19Speaker 2: be around Instagram, always going to be around.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Except something I've noticed is occasionally we say like happy
- 1:28Speaker 3: Friday because they was going out on a braindle JAM
- 1:30Speaker 3: plus on a Friday course, and we're like, it's great
- 1:32Speaker 3: to be a great day to be brable JAM plus subscriber.
- 1:35Speaker 2: And now that the episodes are coming out on Thursday,
- 1:37Speaker 2: and it's not just.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Two thousand and one and everybody, everybody that's listening, I'm
- 1:42Speaker 3: listening this morning.
- 1:43Speaker 2: That's when I graduated twenty twenty one.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Yes, and we make reference to all of it sometimes
- 1:48Speaker 3: and it's just great.
- 1:49Speaker 1: It's great.
- 1:50Speaker 2: It is not as ever great as you bite o.
- 1:52Speaker 2: These people are driving thinking they are a brainblew gam
- 1:56Speaker 2: plus member when they're not.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Maybe they're like, wow, let me just check check dot com.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Ye, I bet the benefits in twenty twenty eight out
- 2:05Speaker 2: of this world you should check to make sure. Yeah,
- 2:08Speaker 2: I bet, I bet. If you join all Axis you
- 2:10Speaker 2: get a spaceship. We did switch to surfer jab that
- 2:13Speaker 2: year though, right, surfer jab, that's right, We're now you
- 2:16Speaker 2: have to join surfer jab to be a part.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Of our community. And it's gonna it's gonna hit surfer
- 2:20Speaker 1: jab dot net.
- 2:21Speaker 2: It's gonna be amazing. Let me go first, Okay, I mean,
- 2:25Speaker 2: I guess, I guess coin flips backstage mean nothing.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Well, it's the cult one, remember, go ahead, Uh, June Silash,
- 2:35Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Silash is suing.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Uh.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Sometimes I think you just make sounds.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Is suing Noah like a caveman.
- 2:47Speaker 3: June Silash is suing no Uh Noel, Noel, Noel.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Noel Noel Noel Noel Goodell.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Related to waiting for good We're just suiting for twenty
- 3:01Speaker 3: five dollars for cult fees.
- 3:05Speaker 1: You ready, I'm ready. June says that Noah defrauditor.
- 3:09Speaker 3: And uh.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Here's how June was approached.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Mab June was approached at a spiritual conference by Noel,
- 3:22Speaker 3: and he was speaking at said spiritual conference.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Yes, was he a keynote.
- 3:29Speaker 3: I don't know if he was a keynote, if it
- 3:31Speaker 3: was just a breakout sash those logistics. But after he spoke,
- 3:36Speaker 3: you know, people come up there talking to do it.
- 3:38Speaker 3: And he's talking to her and he tells her, hey, listen,
- 3:42Speaker 3: I've seen the light. I can help enlighten you and
- 3:46Speaker 3: help you get past your past trauma. Okay, Now, this
- 3:52Speaker 3: was a conference entirely four victims of abuse. So if
- 4:00Speaker 3: you might be if you were wondering, how how do
- 4:03Speaker 3: you know that she has trauma the conference?
- 4:05Speaker 2: You don't have to you don't have to, you don't
- 4:07Speaker 2: have to sell.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Yes, absolutely, she was looking for something at this moment.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Obviously you are going to search a conference for victims
- 4:17Speaker 3: of abuse. You're clearly looking how do I, how do
- 4:19Speaker 3: I maybe get over or work through some of this
- 4:22Speaker 3: past trauma? And uh so she believed them, and in
- 4:29Speaker 3: the beginning it was actually like helpful stuff. She'd go
- 4:31Speaker 3: to these group sessions and there would be some helpful stuff.
- 4:35Speaker 1: You know, she doesn't get into the specifics of that.
- 4:37Speaker 3: But when it went to the one on one classes,
- 4:40Speaker 3: he tells her that I have faith that you can
- 4:43Speaker 3: move forward in this program. And uh but to do that,
- 4:46Speaker 3: you're gonna have to move into the commune. You're gonna
- 4:49Speaker 3: have to cut ties with all your family and friends.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Cut ties with all the layes you've been living in.
- 4:53Speaker 3: That's exactly right. And also, I'm gonna need you and
- 4:58Speaker 3: then everyone does it. But I'm it needs you to
- 5:02Speaker 3: recruit some new.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Members to join join the program.
- 5:07Speaker 3: He you might be wondering, how how do you get
- 5:12Speaker 3: someone to join your cults or spiritual If we were
- 5:18Speaker 3: to start a cult, which we wouldn't nor did we.
- 5:23Speaker 2: How would we get people to join, that's what you're asking.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Here's how Noel did it.
- 5:26Speaker 3: According to June, would send out people that are a
- 5:31Speaker 3: part of the cults and get them to sell a
- 5:34Speaker 3: bunch of blessed spiritual flutes. These are our flutes that
- 5:39Speaker 3: they bought on the line, but then they blessed them,
- 5:42Speaker 3: but then Noel would bless them.
- 5:44Speaker 2: So this is for people that are in the market
- 5:46Speaker 2: for a flute but also need a blessing. Yeah, it
- 5:50Speaker 2: needs like some help.
- 5:50Speaker 3: I think we could all use a blessing, and maybe
- 5:53Speaker 3: it's going to come. This is a this is a
- 5:56Speaker 3: you know, it's an anointed flutes.
- 5:58Speaker 1: So I'm live. By the way, when really good, really good?
- 6:01Speaker 1: So good.
- 6:02Speaker 3: By the way, did you know Andre three thousand put
- 6:04Speaker 3: out an entirely album.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Yes, and uh that.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Was either months ago or years ago, depending on exactly.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Either way, it's out there. Either way, it's outdated. But
- 6:17Speaker 1: we haven't talked about it.
- 6:17Speaker 2: We haven't talked about it under three thousand.
- 6:19Speaker 1: We've been waiting for years.
- 6:21Speaker 2: What do you think about the election?
- 6:23Speaker 3: Dude, I can't believe one.
- 6:29Speaker 1: So these flutes are blessed. They're blessed. We should try that.
- 6:33Speaker 2: We should bless some uh, I don't know what you
- 6:35Speaker 2: want blessed around here, some stickers. But what happens here is.
- 6:42Speaker 1: She had to buy all the flutes herself. Yeah, she
- 6:45Speaker 1: was out a bunch of cash on the flute. Yeah,
- 6:47Speaker 1: she had to buy apparently twenty five grand worth of flutes.
- 6:50Speaker 2: That is a lot of I don't know, okay, so
- 6:56Speaker 2: not a lot so six, which I actually felt was
- 6:58Speaker 2: quite pricey. They're like wooden, these are they may have
- 7:01Speaker 2: been pre blessed. They are very blessed flutes. And what
- 7:05Speaker 2: would happened was, okay, buy the flutes up front. Seldom
- 7:09Speaker 2: get people to join the group. If they then get
- 7:13Speaker 2: someone to join the group, then you're gonna get a
- 7:14Speaker 2: little payoff for that. So this is it is a pyramid.
- 7:17Speaker 2: It is a pyramid scheme. Flute cult the tale as
- 7:21Speaker 2: old as time. Noel says, listen, first of all, we're
- 7:26Speaker 2: not a cult. I want to get that out of
- 7:29Speaker 2: the way first. And I think we all know if
- 7:31Speaker 2: anyone says that they are, they're not one.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Not a cult.
- 7:34Speaker 3: They take their word words a bond. We're a spiritual
- 7:38Speaker 3: group called the Light of Mindfulness.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a cult. Even her saying it, she has
- 7:44Speaker 2: to know that that's a cult. Yes, we're not a cult.
- 7:47Speaker 2: We're a spiritual group called the Light of Mindful as
- 7:50Speaker 2: a dude. By the way, Noel is a dude. Noel, Noel, Noel,
- 7:53Speaker 2: that's right. No, No.
- 7:56Speaker 3: We have about forty people. They all live together. They're
- 8:00Speaker 3: focused on enlightenment and mindfulness. A couple of important things
- 8:03Speaker 3: to note about this group. One, no kids, so not
- 8:06Speaker 3: a cult. Two, it's not all women, despite what some
- 8:11Speaker 3: people might think that I have a group of forty
- 8:14Speaker 3: women living in my commune. It's not all women. Couple
- 8:19Speaker 3: of dudes hanging out too. But yes, everybody is the
- 8:23Speaker 3: victim of some past trauma.
- 8:25Speaker 1: So there's that.
- 8:27Speaker 3: He explains that we are all born with a light
- 8:31Speaker 3: in our original birth. We have lost that light over
- 8:36Speaker 3: the course of many other lives, and so just because
- 8:42Speaker 3: the light is many lives ago at this point doesn't
- 8:45Speaker 3: mean that you can't find it.
- 8:46Speaker 2: I mean you can't find it. It's still there. You
- 8:48Speaker 2: got to look.
- 8:50Speaker 3: And to help you find your lights, we have flutes.
- 8:55Speaker 3: You gotta gotta these flutes.
- 8:59Speaker 2: You don't buy now.
- 9:00Speaker 3: And he's He explains, now here's the thing about the flutes.
- 9:04Speaker 3: I do pre bless them all, and then as I
- 9:06Speaker 3: get to know you, I attune it specifically for each
- 9:11Speaker 3: individual person. This is how you know it's not a
- 9:13Speaker 3: could imagine walking into a commune, and all you hear is.
- 9:18Speaker 2: I couldn't Just everybody who's going nuts on their flutes
- 9:21Speaker 2: couldn't run faster away from a flute Colt. I just
- 9:25Speaker 2: don't wagine that's so bad. He also explains, what if
- 9:28Speaker 2: they were recorders?
- 9:29Speaker 3: Yeah, they do kind of look like a recorder, but
- 9:31Speaker 3: they keep saying flute recorders. I'll take their word for it.
- 9:34Speaker 3: It's a wooden recorder, is what it looks like. But anyway,
- 9:38Speaker 3: he explains that recruiting is a volunteer position. She decided
- 9:42Speaker 3: to go out on her own free will and buy
- 9:45Speaker 3: ten flutes, and then.
- 9:47Speaker 2: She just wanted to be very clear. You said there
- 9:49Speaker 2: are four hundred dollars each. Ten flutes at four dollars
- 9:51Speaker 2: each is four thousand dollars. She's soon for twenty five hundred.
- 9:54Speaker 2: I don't know, I tell you about Okay, as long
- 9:57Speaker 2: as we're clear that we're not clear that I'm clear.
- 10:00Speaker 2: June said, I mean, well, maybe she sold them ooh,
- 10:03Speaker 2: and she is fine with the cult getting that money.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I don't know, man, they really don't get it. Say
- 10:09Speaker 1: we will about Noel No Noel, June says.
- 10:15Speaker 3: The recruiting may be a volunteer position. But he told
- 10:19Speaker 3: me if I don't do it, I'm going to lose
- 10:20Speaker 3: my spot in the commune.
- 10:21Speaker 2: So it's up to you. But just know we're going
- 10:26Speaker 2: to kick you out on the street if you don't
- 10:27Speaker 2: do it. So it's totally up to you. It's whatever
- 10:29Speaker 2: you want to said that.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Uh, he's a ah.
- 10:32Speaker 3: No, I would never threaten you. We do want everyone
- 10:36Speaker 3: to do their part, but I wouldn't threaten I wouldn't.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Kick you out.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Uh, she asks, Maybelene, does Noel is your organization? We
- 10:44Speaker 3: all remember the name Light of Mindfulness? Is it organized
- 10:48Speaker 3: under the state of Wherever as a religion?
- 10:51Speaker 2: And he says.
- 10:54Speaker 3: It is.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Judge, So I don't think she should. I don't think
- 11:01Speaker 2: June should get any money. I don't.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Based upon the law.
- 11:07Speaker 2: But I also know Judge Mabelene tends to do whatever
- 11:10Speaker 2: she dang well pleases, and so I think Judge Mabelene's
- 11:14Speaker 2: gonna read June the Riot Act. Nope, Noel, Noel, Noel
- 11:17Speaker 2: the Riot Act. And somehow give June the money back,
- 11:21Speaker 2: somehow find a way.
- 11:23Speaker 3: Maybelene says to June. Unfortunately, it is not hard to
- 11:27Speaker 3: become a religion. You don't have to check like, hey,
- 11:30Speaker 3: make sure you're not taking advantage of people.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Box like you. You gotta you gotta fill those you
- 11:36Speaker 2: gotta pay out, you gotta, you know, do the thing,
- 11:39Speaker 2: fill out the paperwork, all that good stuff, like asking
- 11:41Speaker 2: the church to pay taxes.
- 11:43Speaker 3: But after, after you become a religion, it's tough because
- 11:48Speaker 3: you are entering into said religion under your own free will.
- 11:54Speaker 3: You can say I was persuaded, you can say I
- 11:56Speaker 3: was convinced, but ultimately you decided to do that.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And here's the thing.
- 12:01Speaker 3: No, I didn't lock you up. You are you were
- 12:04Speaker 3: clearly able to leave. You're here today, and so because
- 12:08Speaker 3: of that, I can't give you any more.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the right ruling. Unfortunately, that's tough.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Is tough.
- 12:13Speaker 1: She felt bad.
- 12:14Speaker 3: I think she clearly uh felt for the girl, but
- 12:17Speaker 3: she kept saying convinced and persuaded, and like it's like.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I can't believe Babeling Hill Firm there that's tough. That's tough.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Let's head on over to Judge Maths courtroom. Let's do it,
- 12:28Speaker 2: Uh Chambers that I visit more than any other. Jordan
- 12:32Speaker 2: Pickery is suing his former friend for two thousand dollars
- 12:38Speaker 2: for breach of contract, emotional distress, and defamation. Triplely Beard
- 12:44Speaker 2: is counter suing Jordan for two that's that's her name.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Triple e Beard like the shores of triplely t R
- 12:54Speaker 2: I P O l I Beard Beard Beard the standard
- 12:58Speaker 2: Beard way. Yes, triplely Beard LLC Elsie is counter suing
- 13:05Speaker 2: they're trying to buy. Zenos is counter suing for two
- 13:08Speaker 2: thousand dollars for defamation, harassment, and emotional distress. Okay, this
- 13:13Speaker 2: is our best episode of Gavel that we've ever done,
- 13:17Speaker 2: and if you put on your Zenos you can experience
- 13:19Speaker 2: it with us right here.
- 13:21Speaker 1: You can be right here. That would have been really
- 13:24Speaker 1: loud on.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Jordan says, listen, I met tripley Beard in uh in
- 13:32Speaker 2: college at Texas State University, and we weren't exactly fast friends,
- 13:36Speaker 2: no horns, no different Texas, but we did become friends. Uh.
- 13:40Speaker 2: And then he goes, uh, he reminds me of the
- 13:44Speaker 2: actual person that John Mullaney is doing the bid on
- 13:48Speaker 2: in I'm new in town. When he was like, this
- 13:51Speaker 2: is what this guy's like, He's like basically, he's like
- 13:54Speaker 2: I met her at Texas State University. We weren't exactly
- 13:57Speaker 2: fast friends, but we became friends. Cut the twenty eleven
- 14:01Speaker 2: I went to prison for three years. We don't know
- 14:03Speaker 2: why I went to prison, but he wanted us to know.
- 14:06Speaker 2: He became No, doesn't ask, and he goes, how are
- 14:10Speaker 2: those events related? Well, he says, when I came home
- 14:13Speaker 2: from prison in twenty fourteen, she was the first person
- 14:16Speaker 2: to come and check on me, and so that's how
- 14:18Speaker 2: I knew she cared about me, at least I thought
- 14:19Speaker 2: she did. I wanted to deepen our friendship, and so
- 14:22Speaker 2: as time went on, I started to see what kind
- 14:24Speaker 2: of person she actually was.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Someone that would shout out gay slurs at me.
- 14:30Speaker 2: That's what he says. Is he gay?
- 14:32Speaker 1: He is?
- 14:33Speaker 2: Judge Mathis says, so your friendship did it break up
- 14:37Speaker 2: over these gay slurs? And he says it definitely had
- 14:40Speaker 2: had some fallings out, which I don't think that's how
- 14:42Speaker 2: you said that, but it might be I could be wrong.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Tripoli is like Okay. First of all, I was definitely
- 14:48Speaker 2: in college at Texas State University. I'm not sure if
- 14:51Speaker 2: he was. He was just kind of around, don't I
- 14:54Speaker 2: didn't even I don't even know if he went there.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Second of all, I didn't even know he went to jail.
- 14:59Speaker 2: But when he got out of jail, he hit me up.
- 15:02Speaker 1: You just say he was gone for three years.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Clearly, she's trying to paint the picture of their night.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Really not really friends, she says, And I'm a good person.
- 15:09Speaker 2: He hit me up. He needed some help after he
- 15:10Speaker 2: got out of jail. So I went to hang out
- 15:12Speaker 2: with him, and yeah, uh, he and I would joke
- 15:15Speaker 2: around and I would be catty, But that stuff is
- 15:18Speaker 2: learned behavior from him. We called it. He would call
- 15:21Speaker 2: it reading, which apparently is something from RuPaul's drag Race,
- 15:26Speaker 2: where you just destroy someone's appearance and outfit and it's
- 15:29Speaker 2: called reading them. And you and I both knew that
- 15:32Speaker 2: from way back when we were Yes, we were yes,
- 15:35Speaker 2: look googles, he knows. Uh so, And she's like, so
- 15:39Speaker 2: I learned how to read from him, not that read
- 15:43Speaker 2: different read.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Okay, So she she saw her gay friend, that's right reading.
- 15:50Speaker 2: She thought I can do it, that's right. She said
- 15:52Speaker 2: that he would read her and it would hurt her feelings,
- 15:54Speaker 2: and then she realized this was a form of friendship
- 15:57Speaker 2: and so yeah, I would say stuff back to him,
- 16:00Speaker 2: but it was stuff after he said it to me,
- 16:02Speaker 2: got it and you know. And Mathis is like, Okay,
- 16:06Speaker 2: where's the what are we here for? That's a good
- 16:09Speaker 2: question because we're just doing this like they are going
- 16:12Speaker 2: back and forth and he has to warn him several times,
- 16:14Speaker 2: and she said, he said, what are we here for?
- 16:15Speaker 2: And She's like, well, I've been in professional makeup for
- 16:19Speaker 2: nine years. Jordan really doesn't have a passion or a job.
- 16:23Speaker 2: He's inconsistent, but I've been doing this for nine years.
- 16:26Speaker 2: And I tried to help out him out and give
- 16:27Speaker 2: him some work running my makeup Instagram to help me
- 16:31Speaker 2: get more out there, and I promised him money in return.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Jordan's like, not true. Mathis is like, what was the agreement?
- 16:37Speaker 2: And she says the agreement was he runs my social
- 16:40Speaker 2: media and he would get ten percent of the bookings
- 16:43Speaker 2: that were brought in through the social media.
- 16:44Speaker 1: It's a good deal, a good deal, right.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Jordan's like, first of all, she was relocating from Texas,
- 16:50Speaker 2: to California. She was worried about her clientele. I always
- 16:52Speaker 2: tried to be there for I told her, Hey, give
- 16:54Speaker 2: me your Instagram. I'll do some promos for you to
- 16:57Speaker 2: help you out. You don't have to pay me anything.
- 16:58Speaker 2: I just want to help you. And she was like, no,
- 17:00Speaker 2: I'll give you ten percent of all the bookings. And
- 17:03Speaker 2: me being this is classic Jordan. Here me being the
- 17:06Speaker 2: creative that I am. My friends call me the gay
- 17:09Speaker 2: Kanye West. That's what he says. She didn't say that
- 17:13Speaker 2: I did too, especially in twenty twenty eight, right of
- 17:16Speaker 2: all times. Imagine, I mean even in twenty twenty four,
- 17:19Speaker 2: that'd be pretty bad. Yeah, sure, they call me the
- 17:22Speaker 2: gay Kanye West. Don't cut that clip out and play it.
- 17:25Speaker 2: I asked her, what do you see for yourself? She
- 17:30Speaker 2: and she said just wanted She wanted to go on
- 17:34Speaker 2: tour the rapper. She didn't have any big plans, and
- 17:38Speaker 2: I was like, told her to dream bigger. She could
- 17:39Speaker 2: be an ambassador, a brand ambassador like Kylie Jenner. And
- 17:43Speaker 2: I also have evidence that I did more than just
- 17:45Speaker 2: work on her Instagram. I created a po box and
- 17:49Speaker 2: set up communications with makeup companies who could start sending
- 17:52Speaker 2: her samples so she could do tutorials and get paid.
- 17:55Speaker 2: I took over her Instagram and her Facebook. I was
- 17:58Speaker 2: bringing her my overflow creativity for free.
- 18:01Speaker 1: And something you agree to.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Though Mathis is like, is and that's your primary field.
- 18:06Speaker 2: He goes, no, I don't normally do this. I was
- 18:07Speaker 2: doing it for a friend. And Mathus is like, how
- 18:10Speaker 2: much money does she owe? And he said, well, we
- 18:13Speaker 2: got a company to give her fifteen hundred dollars to
- 18:17Speaker 2: do tutorials, and she promised me ten percent of that,
- 18:20Speaker 2: which is one hundred and fifty bucks. And I have
- 18:23Speaker 2: a text saying that she's gonna pay me in thirty days,
- 18:26Speaker 2: and then he has proof of this text and she
- 18:29Speaker 2: just never paid me. Okay, so let's go back to Tripoli.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Tripley says, First of all, you know, Jordan only worked
- 18:36Speaker 2: for me for a week, that's it, and then he bailed.
- 18:39Speaker 2: He did help me secure this company. I told him
- 18:42Speaker 2: I'd give him one hundred fifty bucks big week. I
- 18:44Speaker 2: will give him one hundred and fifty dollars. I have
- 18:47Speaker 2: not been compensated by that company yet. And Mathis is like,
- 18:52Speaker 2: was the job completed? She said, yes, it was completed,
- 18:54Speaker 2: and they told me they would pay me net forty
- 18:57Speaker 2: five days after completion. That is coming up in two weeks.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Mathis is like, so, why do I have a text
- 19:03Speaker 2: on September fourteenth, from before you did the job that
- 19:07Speaker 2: says you would pay him in thirty days. She goes,
- 19:10Speaker 2: I did send that text, but I have an email
- 19:12Speaker 2: two weeks later saying I'm gonna pay you when I
- 19:15Speaker 2: receive payment. So there's a text from September that says
- 19:20Speaker 2: one fifty's coming your way before October fourteenth. Then there's
- 19:23Speaker 2: an email in early October that says I'll pay you
- 19:26Speaker 2: when I get paid.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Did Jordan respond to that email?
- 19:29Speaker 2: No, I don't know. We don't know that answer. So
- 19:31Speaker 2: it's one hundred and fifty bucks. They're suing each other
- 19:34Speaker 2: for two thousand each. Mathis is, like, what's the rest
- 19:37Speaker 2: of this about? Jordan's like, well, emotional distress because every
- 19:40Speaker 2: time I tried to contact her about the money, she
- 19:41Speaker 2: was really nasty to me and made me stressed out
- 19:43Speaker 2: about me not getting one hundred and fifty bucks, and
- 19:46Speaker 2: I was going through financial hardships. Defamation because she posted
- 19:49Speaker 2: a video of me intoxicated dancing in Hawaii.
- 19:53Speaker 1: That's not defamation.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Well, Mathis said the same thing, and he goes, well,
- 19:56Speaker 2: that video was taken years ago, and when she put
- 19:59Speaker 2: it on her stories, I told her to take it
- 20:01Speaker 2: down because it was embarrassing. She took it down, and
- 20:03Speaker 2: then last week, when I was asking her for money,
- 20:05Speaker 2: she decided to repost it after I asked her not
- 20:08Speaker 2: to wait.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Hold up last week, like, I get the week before this,
- 20:13Speaker 1: basically the week before this court case.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what I'm getting last week, a week a
- 20:18Speaker 3: week before court he's hitting her up asking for money.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess we see the video. It is graphic,
- 20:25Speaker 2: he is. He is on the floor, grinding on the floor.
- 20:30Speaker 2: It's graphic. It just is you should I am not.
- 20:35Speaker 2: I'm not going to do a reading of any kind.
- 20:38Speaker 2: I'm not going to read words. I'm not gonna read people. Absolutely. Yeah.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Uh so, uh the video is something.
- 20:48Speaker 2: And then basically, uh, Mathis is like, okay, what else,
- 20:52Speaker 2: triple He's like, well, my counterclaim is is I'm being harassed.
- 20:55Speaker 2: I had to block him on my phone. Mathis is like, really,
- 20:57Speaker 2: you had to block him on your phone? Why why
- 20:59Speaker 2: did you do that? He was texting me every other
- 21:01Speaker 2: day from September seventh, October thirteenth, matthis says every other
- 21:05Speaker 2: day for a month, you get robo calls more often
- 21:07Speaker 2: than that. What about defamation and he said, well, he
- 21:10Speaker 2: reached out to a business colleague ub Deck the Hallmark
- 21:13Speaker 2: presented by Filow and uh Filo has watched Deck the
- 21:16Speaker 2: Hamewark exclusively there and that he tried to talk about
- 21:19Speaker 2: me behind my back. Matthis is ready to rule. So
- 21:22Speaker 2: one that claimed he was owed the text message said
- 21:26Speaker 2: he get paid. The email said he wouldn't get paid.
- 21:29Speaker 2: She's not received the money yet, and then you got
- 21:30Speaker 2: all that other counterclaim stuff.
- 21:31Speaker 1: And all.
- 21:33Speaker 3: I would say, since she did originally say is she'd
- 21:37Speaker 3: pay him, baby, just give her the get get give
- 21:41Speaker 3: give him the one fifty now and no other money
- 21:45Speaker 3: is going to be exchanged.
- 21:46Speaker 2: That is correct, one hundred and fifty for the plane.
- 21:48Speaker 2: If you said you would pay him in thirty days,
- 21:50Speaker 2: that was before you even did the job. You got
- 21:52Speaker 2: to pay him his money. You agreed to it. So
- 21:54Speaker 2: here's just.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Because you didn't notice that that forty five doesn't mean
- 21:57Speaker 3: that yeah, yeah, I mean, I only asked about the
- 22:01Speaker 3: response to the email because if he Jordan comes back
- 22:03Speaker 3: and goes correct, Hey, it's okay, that's fine, no worries
- 22:06Speaker 3: then that that I think Trump's the original greed, but
- 22:11Speaker 3: we don't get into that Greek.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Everybody, congratulations.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Where are you back?
