  the

  behind
• 0:18
  the
• 0:18
  Metaverse
• 0:19
  has
• 0:19
  disappeared.
• 0:21
  I
• 0:21
  think
• 0:21
  it's
• 0:21
  really
• 0:22
  hard
• 0:22
  to
• 0:22
  imagine
• 0:23
  the

  I
• 0:33
  really
• 0:34
  don't
• 0:34
  think
• 0:34
  they're
• 0:34
  going
• 0:34
  to
• 0:34
  go
• 0:35
  buy
• 0:35
  a
• 0:35

  they

• 0:37
  on
• 0:37
  the
• 0:37
  Metaverse.
• 0:39
  And
• 0:39
  the
• 0:39
  reason
• 0:39
  that
• 0:40
  it's
• 0:40
  not
• 0:40
  the
• 0:41
  Metaverse
• 0:41
  that
• 0:41
  makes
• 0:41
  it
• 0:43
  it
• 0:43
  is
• 0:43
  literally
• 0:44
  how
• 0:44
  you
• 0:44
  allocate
• 0:44
  your
• 0:45
  resources.
• 0:45
  And
• 0:46
  for
• 0:46
  a
• 0:47
  company
• 0:47
  like
• 0:47
  Coach
• 0:47
  that
• 0:48
  has
• 0:48
  a
• 0:48
  limited
• 0:48
  amount
• 0:48
  of
• 0:49
  resources,
• 0:49
  I
• 0:49
  just
• 0:49
  think
• 0:50
  there's
• 0:50
  a
• 0:50
  much
• 0:50
  more
• 0:50
  pragmatic
• 0:51
  and
• 0:51
  cost
• 0:52
  effective
• 0:52
  way
• 0:53
  to
• 0:53
  deploy
• 0:53
  their
• 0:53
  resources
• 0:54
  to
• 0:54
  actually
• 0:55
  really
• 0:55
  drive
• 0:55
  digital
• 0:56
  awareness.
• 0:57
  It's
• 0:58
  just,
• 0:58
  it's
• 0:58
  the
• 0:58
  last
• 0:59
  place
• 0:59
  that
• 0:59
  I
• 0:59
  would
• 0:59
  invest
• 1:00
  if
• 1:00
  I
• 1:00
  was
• 1:01
  thinking
• 1:01
  about
• 1:01
  digital
• 1:02
  marketing
• 1:02
  or
• 1:03
  branding
• 1:04
  for
• 1:04
  a
• 1:04
  smaller
• 1:05
  apparel
• 1:05
  firm.
• 1:06
  Amen,
• 1:07
  brother.
• 1:08
  Amen.
• 1:09
  I
• 1:10
  love
• 1:10
  that
• 1:10
  you
• 1:10
  just
• 1:10
  said
• 1:10
  that.
• 1:10
  I
• 1:11
  love
• 1:11
  that
• 1:11
  you
• 1:11
  called
• 1:11
  that
• 1:11
  out.
• 1:12
  And
• 1:12
  what's
• 1:12
  yours?
• 1:13
  Mine
• 1:14
  was
• 1:15
  the
• 1:15
  Amazon
• 1:17
  headline
• 1:17
  about
• 1:18

• 1:22
  Oh
• 1:22
  my
• 1:22
  God,
• 1:22
  how
• 1:22
  did
• 1:23
  I
• 1:23
  forget
• 1:23
  about
• 1:23
  that?
• 1:24
  I
• 1:24
  just
• 1:25
  cannot
• 1:25
  get
• 1:26
  over
• 1:27
  the
• 1:27
  idea
• 1:28
  that,
• 1:28
  I
• 1:29
  mean,
• 1:29
  there
• 1:29
  were
• 1:29

• 1:29

  of

  headlines
• 1:31
  this
• 1:31
  year
• 1:31
  that
• 1:31
  have
• 1:32
  me,
• 1:32
  that
• 1:33
  had
• 1:33
  me
• 1:34
  just
• 1:34
  in
• 1:34
  disbelief,
• 1:35
  but
• 1:35
  this
• 1:35
  is
• 1:35
  really
• 1:36
  the
• 1:36
  one
• 1:36
  for
• 1:36
  me.
• 1:36
  That's
• 1:37
  tops.
• 1:37
  Like,
• 1:37
  I
• 1:37
  just
• 1:37
  cannot
• 1:38
  imagine
• 1:38
  somebody
• 1:39
  doing
• 1:39
  that.
• 1:39
  Just
• 1:40
  put
• 1:40
  it
• 1:40
  in
• 1:40
  the
• 1:40
  damn
• 1:40
  aisle.
• 1:41
  I
• 1:41
  mean,
• 1:42
  at
• 1:42
  that
• 1:42
  point
• 1:42
  in
• 1:42
  time
• 1:43
  or,
• 1:43
  or,
• 1:44
  I
• 1:44
  don't
• 1:44
  know,
• 1:45
  it
• 1:45
  was
• 1:45
  ridiculous.
• 1:47
  Put
• 1:47
  it
• 1:47
  in
• 1:47
  the
• 1:47
  damn
• 1:47
  aisle.
• 1:48
  Like,
• 1:48
  throw
• 1:48
  me
• 1:48
  the
• 1:48
  damn
• 1:49
  ball.
• 1:49
  Put
• 1:49
  it
• 1:49
  in
• 1:49
  the
• 1:50
  damn
• 1:50
  aisle.
• 1:50
  I
• 1:50
  love
• 1:51
  that.
• 1:51
  That's
• 1:51
  a
• 1:52
  good
• 1:52
  one.
• 1:52
  That's
• 1:52
  a
• 1:53
  good
• 1:53
  one.
• 1:53
  Chad.
• 1:53
  Chad
• 1:54
  was
• 1:54
  like,
• 1:54
  Chad
• 1:55
  either
• 1:55
  has
• 1:55
  that
• 1:55
  same
• 1:55
  one
• 1:56
  or
• 1:56
  was
• 1:56
  thinking,
• 1:56
  that's
• 1:57
  a
• 1:57
  good
• 1:57
  one.
• 1:57
  What?
• 1:57
  What
• 1:58
  is
• 1:58
  it?
• 1:58
  That's
• 1:58
  it.
• 1:58
  That's
• 1:59
  a,
• 1:59
  that's
• 1:59
  a
• 1:59
  very
• 1:59
  good
• 1:59
  one.
• 2:00
  I
• 2:00
  remember
• 2:00
  when
• 2:00
  that
• 2:00
  one
• 2:01
  popped
• 2:01
  up
• 2:01
  and
• 2:01
  it
• 2:01
  was
• 2:01
  just
• 2:02
  so
• 2:02
  immaculately
• 2:03
  confusing.
• 2:05
  All
• 2:05
  right,
• 2:06
  so
• 2:07
  laughable
• 2:07
  headline.
• 2:08
  Let's
• 2:08
  see
• 2:08
  what
• 2:09
  we
• 2:09
  got
• 2:09
  here.
• 2:11
  Entry
• 2:11
  from
• 2:12
  David.
• 2:13
  This
• 2:13
  is
• 2:13
  good.
• 2:14
  All
• 2:15
  right.
• 2:15
  Macy's
• 2:16
  closes
• 2:17
  underperforming
• 2:18
  stores
• 2:19
  and
• 2:19
  some
• 2:20
  still
• 2:20
  stay
• 2:20
  open.
• 2:25
  Oh
• 2:25
  my
• 2:25
  God,
• 2:28
  that's
• 2:28
  a
• 2:28
  good
• 2:28
  one.
• 2:29
  Whatever
• 2:29
  does
• 2:29
  David
• 2:30
  Brown
• 2:30
  mean
• 2:30
  there,
• 2:30
  Chad?
• 2:33
  I
• 2:34
  mean,
• 2:34
  listen,
• 2:34
  struggle
• 2:35
  ishes
• 2:35
  here.
• 2:35
  You
• 2:36
  know,
• 2:36
  the,
• 2:37
  the,
• 2:37
  the,
• 2:37
  the
• 2:38
  momentum
• 2:38
  continues
• 2:39
  to
• 2:39
  work
• 2:39
  against
• 2:39
  them
• 2:41
  to
• 2:41
  the
• 2:41
  point
• 2:41
  earlier
• 2:42
  around
• 2:43
  store
• 2:43
  closures.
• 2:43
  Right?
• 2:44
  Macy's
• 2:44
  another
• 2:45
  victim.
• 2:45
  And
• 2:47
  you
• 2:47
  know,
• 2:47
  while
• 2:48
  we
• 2:48
  inherently
• 2:49
  believe
• 2:49
  in
• 2:50
  the.
• 2:50
  Sometimes
• 2:50
  you
• 2:51
  have
• 2:51
  to
• 2:51
  get
• 2:51
  smaller
• 2:51
  in
• 2:52
  order
• 2:52
  to
• 2:52
  grow
• 2:53
  the.
• 2:53
  The
• 2:53
  search
• 2:54
  for
• 2:54
  the
• 2:54
  value
• 2:54
  proposition
• 2:55
  there
• 2:55
  is
• 2:55
  still,
• 2:57
  you
• 2:57
  know,
• 2:58
  met.
• 2:58
  Met
• 2:59
  with
• 2:59
  peril.
• 3:00
  And,
• 3:00
  you
• 3:00
  know,
• 3:00
  it
• 3:00
  just
• 3:01
  seems
• 3:01
  like
• 3:01
  a
• 3:01
  continual
• 3:01
  downward
• 3:02
  spiral.
• 3:03
  Yeah,
• 3:03
  right.
• 3:04
  That
• 3:04
  might
• 3:04
  actually,
• 3:05
  that.
• 3:05
  That
• 3:05
  topic
• 3:05
  might
• 3:05
  come
• 3:06
  up
• 3:06
  later
• 3:06
  here
• 3:06
  in
• 3:06
  our
• 3:06
  last
• 3:07
  award
• 3:07
  too,
• 3:07
  just
• 3:07
  as
• 3:08
  a
• 3:08
  tease.
• 3:09
  All
• 3:09
  right,
• 3:09
  so,
• 3:10
  Anne,
• 3:10
  I.
• 3:11
  And
• 3:11
  I.
• 3:11
  I
• 3:11
  think
• 3:11
  you
• 3:12
  won.
• 3:12
  I'll
• 3:12
  just
• 3:12
  give
• 3:13
  mine
• 3:13
  really
• 3:13
  quickly,
• 3:14
  but
• 3:14
  I
• 3:14
  think
• 3:14
  you
• 3:14
  won
• 3:14
  again,
• 3:15
  this
• 3:15
  one
• 3:15
  as.
• 3:15
  As
• 3:16
  making
• 3:16
  that
• 3:18
  decision
• 3:18
  here,
• 3:19
  but
• 3:19
  mine
• 3:19
  was
• 3:19
  actually.
• 3:19
  And
• 3:20
  it
• 3:20
  technically
• 3:20
  happened
• 3:21
  like
• 3:21
  December
• 3:22
  22nd
• 3:22
  of
• 3:23
  last
• 3:23
  year,
• 3:23
  which
• 3:23
  was
• 3:24
  recorded
• 3:24
  last
• 3:25
  year's
• 3:25
  award
• 3:25
  show.
• 3:26
  So
• 3:26
  that's
• 3:26
  okay,
• 3:26
  right?
• 3:27
  Yeah.
• 3:27
  Yes.
• 3:28
  Fits
• 3:28
  the
• 3:28
  statute
• 3:28
  of
• 3:28
  limitations,
• 3:29
  right?
• 3:29
  Yes.
• 3:30
  Okay.
• 3:30
  Okay,
• 3:31
  so
• 3:31
  my
• 3:31
  winner
• 3:32
  then
• 3:32
  is
• 3:32
  Wayfair's
• 3:33
  CEO's
• 3:34
  end
• 3:34
  of
• 3:34
  the
• 3:34
  year
• 3:34
  email
• 3:35
  gaff,
• 3:35
  where
• 3:35
  he
• 3:35
  encouraged
• 3:36
  people
• 3:36
  to
• 3:36
  work
• 3:37
  longer
• 3:37
  hours.
• 3:38
  And
• 3:38
  here's
• 3:39
  the
• 3:39
  quote
• 3:39
  for
• 3:40
  those
• 3:40
  that
• 3:40
  may
• 3:40
  not
• 3:40
  remember
• 3:41
  and
• 3:41
  you
• 3:41
  can
• 3:41
  decide
• 3:41
  for
• 3:42
  yourself.
• 3:42
  Quote,
• 3:43
  working
• 3:43
  longer
• 3:43
  hours,
• 3:44
  being
• 3:44
  responsive,
• 3:45
  blending
• 3:45
  work
• 3:45
  and
• 3:46
  life
• 3:46
  is
• 3:46
  not
• 3:46
  anything
• 3:47
  to
• 3:47
  shy
• 3:47
  away
• 3:47
  from.
• 3:48
  There's
• 3:48
  a
• 3:48
  lot.
• 3:49
  There's
• 3:49
  not
• 3:50
  a
• 3:50
  lot
• 3:50
  of
• 3:50
  history
• 3:50
  of
• 3:51
  laziness
• 3:51
  being
• 3:52
  rewarded
• 3:52
  with
• 3:52
  success.
• 3:53
  Hard
• 3:53
  work
• 3:54
  is
• 3:54
  an
• 3:54
  essential
• 3:54
  ingredient
• 3:55
  in
• 3:55
  any
• 3:55
  recipe
• 3:56
  for
• 3:56
  success.
• 3:57
  I
• 3:57
  embrace
• 3:57
  this,
• 3:58
  and
• 3:58
  most
• 3:59
  successful
• 3:59
  people
• 4:00
  I
• 4:00
  know
• 4:00
  do
• 4:01
  as
• 4:01
  well.
• 4:01
  End
• 4:02
  quote.
• 4:02
  That
• 4:03
  was
• 4:03
  from
• 4:03
  Wayfair
• 4:04
  CEO,
• 4:05
  and
• 4:05
  that
• 4:05
  sparked
• 4:05
  a
• 4:05
  hell
• 4:06
  of
• 4:06
  a
• 4:06
  lot
• 4:06
  of
• 4:06
  controversy
• 4:07
  on.
• 4:07
  On
• 4:08
  social
• 4:08
  media,
• 4:08
  and
• 4:09
  I
• 4:09
  think
• 4:09
  rightly
• 4:09
  so
• 4:10
  too,
• 4:10
  in
• 4:10
  my
• 4:10
  opinion.
• 4:10
  Oh,
• 4:11
  my
• 4:11
  gosh.
• 4:11
  Yeah,
• 4:12
  Man,
• 4:13
  I
• 4:13
  cannot
• 4:13
  believe
• 4:14
  that.
• 4:15
  Okay,
• 4:15
  well,
• 4:16
  let's
• 4:16
  see
• 4:17
  what
• 4:17
  happened
• 4:18
  for
• 4:18
  him.
• 4:19
  That'd
• 4:19
  be.
• 4:19
  It'd
• 4:19
  be
• 4:19
  good
• 4:19
  to
• 4:20
  look
• 4:20
  at
• 4:20
  the
• 4:21
  employment
• 4:22
  stats
• 4:22
  after
• 4:22
  that.
• 4:23
  One
• 4:23
  of
• 4:23
  how
• 4:24
  many
• 4:24
  people
• 4:24
  were
• 4:24
  like,
• 4:25
  and
• 4:25
  I'm
• 4:25
  out.
