  Speaker 1: Good morning. It's time for us to go to God

  Speaker 1: in prayer, and as always I ask that you join

  Speaker 1: along with me. Today I was just thinking about I

  Speaker 1: was talking to a friend and he was sharing with me.

  Speaker 1: He said sharing. He said, you know, what do you

  Speaker 1: say to people when they say the people in the church,

  Speaker 1: I'm messy, or the folk in the church are doing this,
• 0:16
  Speaker 1: and the folk in the church are doing that. And
• 0:18
  Speaker 1: why would I go to church if everybody? I told him,
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: I said, well, let me share it with you. The
• 0:22
  Speaker 1: church is a spiritual hospital. Everybody in the church is
• 0:25
  Speaker 1: not perfect, no by any stretch. We're all sinner, saved
• 0:28
  Speaker 1: by grace. We're all in need of a savior. And
• 0:32
  Speaker 1: here is the reality. Everybody in their church, from the
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: front door to the back are just people, human beings
• 0:39
  Speaker 1: with extraordinary assignments. From the pastor to the eldest, to
• 0:42
  Speaker 1: the choir members and the singers. Everybody us just everybody,
• 0:46
  Speaker 1: just human beings, vessels used by God. We put our
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: pants on one leg at a time. Y'all Christian sin.

  Speaker 1: Christians lose their job, Christians die, Christians get divorced. Christians
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: and Christianity does not guarantee a perfect life. And to
• 1:02
  Speaker 1: even think or suggest anything different is false advertising. So
• 1:06
  Speaker 1: stop trying to be perfect for other people outside looking in.

  Speaker 1: Let them know you will have testing trials. As a
• 1:12
  Speaker 1: matter of fact, the Bible warns and talks about having
• 1:15
  Speaker 1: tested trials. But here's the difference. When you're a Christian. Oh,
• 1:17
  Speaker 1: you got hope because you hope in Christ, and you
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: know that it all works together for your good. You
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: have the answer to whatever issue you may be facing. Father, God,
• 1:27
  Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus, God, we just come before you.

  Speaker 1: We pray for every lost soul. Father, we pray, Lord
• 1:33
  Speaker 1: God for those of us that are in the church.

  Speaker 1: Help us God to realize that people are watching us,
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: that we are examples for a dying world. Lord, don't
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: let somebody else fall or falter or turn away from
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: you because they're judging you by us. Help us to realize, God,
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: the responsibility of being a Christian or naming the name
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: of Christ. Help us to realize the responsibility of saying
• 1:58
  Speaker 1: that we have a title or a position. Help us
• 2:00
  Speaker 1: not to take lightly what you graced us to do,

  Speaker 1: what You've gifted us to do. God, we repent for
• 2:07
  Speaker 1: missing the mark and leading others astray. And Lord, we're
• 2:10
  Speaker 1: so grateful for your mercy, for your grace that I
• 2:13
  Speaker 1: merited favor. Lord, you're so merciful to us, soul full
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: of compassion, so full of kindness toward us. You love
• 2:20
  Speaker 1: us in spite of us. And God, we are grateful.

  Speaker 1: Thank you for your forgiveness. Thank you for allowing us
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: to carry the light to a dying world, to a
• 2:29
  Speaker 1: dark world, in our homes, in our schools, on our jobs,
• 2:33
  Speaker 1: wherever we are, God, we will carry this light. God.

  Speaker 1: We will take it lightly that you choose us. We
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: choose on purpose, God, to be your hands, your feet
• 2:43
  Speaker 1: in the earth, your mouth piece in the earth. In
• 2:46
