- 0:00Speaker 1: No.
- 0:00Speaker 2: The Mark Simone Show.
- 0:02Speaker 3: Nine till noon weekdays.
- 0:04Speaker 1: More Mark.
- 0:06Speaker 2: 710WOR.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Well, Jimmy Fallon may be now the greatest comedian in America,
- 0:11Speaker 1: the funniest guy. He does an incredible show here every night,
- 0:14Speaker 1: nine to midnight. Nine to midnight on WOR. You can
- 0:18Speaker 1: hear Jimmy Fallon. Saturday nights, he does the best late
- 0:22Speaker 1: night show on television. Every Saturday night, 10 o'clock on
- 0:25Speaker 1: the Fox News Channel with the single best monologue in television,
- 0:30Speaker 1: and he's with us now. Jimmy Fela, how you doing?
- 0:34Speaker 2: Oh, buddy, what a time to be alive, huh? 13
- 0:37Speaker 2: days out to the midterms. My cousins live in Michigan,
- 0:40Speaker 2: so they're 13 days from finding out if it's going
- 0:42Speaker 2: to go to the Republicans or it's going to go
- 0:44Speaker 2: to Al-Qaeda.
- 0:45Speaker 1: What a time to be alive. They had their big
- 0:48Speaker 1: debate last night, Al-Sayed and.
- 0:53Speaker 1: What world is it where you've got Mamdani who never
- 0:55Speaker 1: had a job, you've got El-Sayed, you've got Ilhan Omar?
- 1:00Speaker 1: Where do we find these characters?
- 1:02Speaker 2: You know, it's funny because they're doing a bad job
- 1:05Speaker 2: of selling this garbage story that America is oppressive to
- 1:09Speaker 2: poor people and minorities. These are guys whose first jobs
- 1:14Speaker 2: in America are running cities and states. I would say
- 1:18Speaker 2: there's a lot of opportunity here. It's the first thing
- 1:21Speaker 2: you do after you move out of your mom's house
- 1:23Speaker 2: is set up a food pond in Gracie Mansion, no?
- 1:26Speaker 1: Well, but who are these crazy Democratic voters now? I
- 1:30Speaker 1: could see voting for Bill Clinton, but for these lunatics?
- 1:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't actually think they're going to win. I
- 1:36Speaker 3: don't believe the polls. You know, we all saw the
- 1:38Speaker 3: story about the fake polling agency yesterday.
- 1:41Speaker 2: And the fact that these races are based on, okay,
- 1:46Speaker 2: two things.
- 1:46Speaker 3: One, the incumbent party usually loses seats. We know that
- 1:49Speaker 3: to be true. Trump's the president. Hooray. But the part
- 1:52Speaker 3: of this that's.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Not traditional is people running on emptying the prisons, defunding
- 1:57Speaker 2: the police, and giving us socialism. So when I saw
- 2:00Speaker 2: that that polling agency was fake yesterday, I'm like, that
- 2:02Speaker 2: makes so much sense. Because I don't believe these policies
- 2:06Speaker 2: have the support they're telling us they do. So I
- 2:08Speaker 2: wouldn't be shocked if the Republicans win everything. As bad
- 2:11Speaker 2: as they tell us it's going to be, they always
- 2:13Speaker 2: tell us it's going to be. If you go down
- 2:16Speaker 2: to South America right now, they're walking around in President
- 2:19Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton t-shirts because they made so many of them
- 2:22Speaker 2: because they thought she was going to win. Hillary's down
- 2:25Speaker 2: there with President Kamala and the Super Bowl champion.
- 2:28Speaker 3: New England Patriots from last year.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Because that's where.
- 2:31Speaker 3: They offload all that losing merch.
- 2:32Speaker 2: So I don't believe it. I think the Republicans are
- 2:34Speaker 2: in better shape than people are telling you.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Yeah. We're talking about this Quinnipiac poll. You look in
- 2:39Speaker 1: the metrics. Republicans are only 22% of the sample. 80%
- 2:43Speaker 1: of the sample is Democrats.
- 2:45Speaker 3: How did they get away with this? This is crazy.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Imagine you're doing restaurant reviews of a steakhouse and 80%
- 2:54Speaker 2: of the people are vegan. Yeah. You're like, I don't
- 2:57Speaker 2: know that this is the Yelp review I trust in
- 2:59Speaker 2: this situation, Mark. And that's exactly what.
- 3:02Speaker 3: These polls are.
- 3:03Speaker 2: They oversample one side because they want to get the
- 3:06Speaker 2: results that they prefer because they're not reporting opinion.
- 3:09Speaker 3: They're shaping opinion.
- 3:11Speaker 2: And we know that. We've seen it in every election.
- 3:13Speaker 2: And I trust the Trump people to turn out and
- 3:15Speaker 2: vote because they do. They're a reliable electorate, okay? I
- 3:19Speaker 2: have no idea what these free Palestine people are going
- 3:22Speaker 2: to be doing on Election Day. You know, there's weed,
- 3:25Speaker 2: there's Netflix.
- 3:26Speaker 3: I don't know where they're going to be.
- 3:28Speaker 1: So, hey, Elon Omar, looks like they got her. It
- 3:31Speaker 1: looks like she's going to get, if not in jail, deported,
- 3:34Speaker 1: don't you think?
- 3:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, here's a good note for everybody listening.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Ancestry.com is not a dating app. You want to find
- 3:45Speaker 2: out where you came from, what boat your relative sailed
- 3:48Speaker 2: over from Sicily? Great. Okay, but don't start matching with
- 3:51Speaker 2: people whose profile pictures look good. I do hope they
- 3:55Speaker 2: get her.
- 3:56Speaker 1: She got confused. She thought it was Tinder. It was Ancestry.com.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Good for you.
- 4:02Speaker 2: And, you know, the thing is, Every one of these
- 4:06Speaker 2: scams that they've been fronting out in Minneapolis is too
- 4:10Speaker 2: big for them not to know about it.
- 4:12Speaker 3: That's why I hope they get her. It's like Tim Walz.
- 4:16Speaker 2: He knew that this whole thing was going to blow up,
- 4:18Speaker 2: which is why he announced he wasn't running for governor.
- 4:21Speaker 2: She stuck around thinking she was insulated because that dopey
- 4:25Speaker 2: corrupt attorney general wasn't going to do anything at the
- 4:27Speaker 2: local level. That guy Keith Ellison, if you remember, is
- 4:30Speaker 2: on a wiretap assuring a group that he was going
- 4:32Speaker 2: to make a probe go away.
- 4:34Speaker 3: So nobody's clean out there.
- 4:36Speaker 2: But because she continued to really poke this bear, man,
- 4:41Speaker 2: do you remember when she reevaluated her financial disclosure statement
- 4:44Speaker 2: from $ 30 million down to like $ 60, 000 or whatever it was? Yeah. Like, dude,
- 4:50Speaker 2: that's usually when they raid the bar you're running in.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Bensonhurst, right after that form gets filled out. I mean,
- 4:56Speaker 3: it's crazy.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Wow.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Jimmy Fallon, would you take a vacation in France or
- 5:01Speaker 1: would you avoid that country for a while?
- 5:03Speaker 2: Well, I mean, if I was traveling on a budget,
- 5:06Speaker 2: I understand it's pretty affordable right now.
- 5:09Speaker 3: The good news is I can finally afford a trip
- 5:11Speaker 3: to France. The bad news is none of the museums
- 5:12Speaker 3: are open. It's crazy. But again, and you know this
- 5:18Speaker 3: is the midterms, man, everything happening in France.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Is the end result of the policies democrats are running
- 5:25Speaker 2: on mass migration and free stuff they spent fifty seven
- 5:29Speaker 2: percent of their federal budget on social giveaways and the
- 5:34Speaker 2: people are still rioting so there's no amount of entitlement
- 5:37Speaker 2: you can placate with those people and then the other
- 5:40Speaker 2: thing with the mass migration that doesn't necessarily share your
- 5:42Speaker 2: values it's like i'm against it but then again mark
- 5:46Speaker 2: holiday shopping is coming in who wants to pay retail
- 5:48Speaker 2: where you can get it on riot you.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Know Yeah, they cleaned out Hermes. They cleaned out the
- 5:53Speaker 1: Louis Vuitton store. Apparently, a lot of French husbands are
- 5:57Speaker 1: happy about this. Save a fortune on their credit cards.
- 6:03Speaker 1: What about banning the horse carriages? Looks like that's going
- 6:05Speaker 1: to happen later today. Is that really a good idea?
- 6:09Speaker 3: Yeah, this is the thing, man.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I like the idea of New York having some character,
- 6:14Speaker 2: you know, some regional identifiers.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Those were one of them.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Even if you're just going to keep them in the park,
- 6:19Speaker 2: I do think they should be there. But this is
- 6:21Speaker 2: the type of thing Mom Donnie does because he sees
- 6:25Speaker 2: it as like a deliverable, like, hey, I did something.
- 6:28Speaker 3: But who did he do it for?
- 6:30Speaker 2: Not tourism, because obviously it helps our economy to have them. Um,
- 6:34Speaker 2: it doesn't necessarily help, you know, any of the people
- 6:37Speaker 2: working those jobs. And I don't really see how it
- 6:39Speaker 2: helps New York either. You know, they had a more
- 6:41Speaker 2: humane way of doing.
- 6:42Speaker 3: This in recent years, which I thought was better.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Um, but the thing is, again, the less horses they are,
- 6:48Speaker 2: the more likely I am to pay my rent this month.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Cause I've lost a lot of money over the years.
- 6:54Speaker 3: I got to think of me too. Yeah.
- 6:56Speaker 1: They say it's cruel. Uh, you know, slowly walking around
- 7:01Speaker 1: central park. Is that cruel or horse racing? A guy
- 7:05Speaker 1: sitting on your back whipping you to go faster. Isn't
- 7:07Speaker 1: that more cruel?
- 7:09Speaker 3: Oh, absolutely.
- 7:09Speaker 2: I mean, if you're going to get into the metrics
- 7:11Speaker 2: of this, okay, I mean, if you want to talk safety,
- 7:14Speaker 2: and that's where it's interesting with Mamdani, the people, the
- 7:17Speaker 2: humans aren't the priority, okay?
- 7:19Speaker 3: Everybody knows what's going on.
- 7:20Speaker 2: In the bike lanes, where the guy in a motorized
- 7:22Speaker 2: bike doing 85 miles an hour going the wrong way. Like,
- 7:25Speaker 2: you are playing Frogger every time you cross the street
- 7:27Speaker 2: in this town.
- 7:27Speaker 3: And you know what else is not humane?
- 7:30Speaker 2: Letting everybody shoot heroin on the West Side Highway right now.
- 7:32Speaker 2: If you go over to the Intrepid, It's an actual
- 7:35Speaker 2: tent city. Like if you're in downtown Seattle, if you
- 7:38Speaker 2: go to the Intrepid right now, he might as well,
- 7:40Speaker 2: you know, build a fricking space needle.
- 7:42Speaker 3: And that's not cool.
- 7:43Speaker 2: So there's not a lot of human compassion out of
- 7:45Speaker 2: Mom Donnie, but he does these other things like, Hey,
- 7:47Speaker 2: I'm a good guy.
- 7:48Speaker 3: I took away the horses, but that's what happens. New York.
- 7:51Speaker 2: They promise you free buses under a socialist. By the
- 7:54Speaker 2: time they're done, you don't even have a horse to ride.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Hey, the other thing is one person has been killed
- 8:00Speaker 1: in a horse accident in a hundred years. E-bikes, 133
- 8:04Speaker 1: have been killed by e-bikes in the last seven years.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Yes.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:09Speaker 3: That's the point I was making earlier. It is so–
- 8:12Speaker 3: and remember this about bike lanes.
- 8:13Speaker 2: They were built by Bloomberg in the name of helping
- 8:15Speaker 2: the environment. Remember? They were like, well, these have no engines.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Everybody's going to be pedaling.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Within about a year, people were.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Like, I'm not pedaling. And now they're all riding around
- 8:23Speaker 3: on e-bikes.
- 8:24Speaker 2: And that's why people are getting hit because they come
- 8:26Speaker 2: on too fast. So the whole thing is a racket, man,
- 8:29Speaker 2: and you know that. But, you know, hopefully his side
- 8:32Speaker 2: loses in 13 days because it weakens him if those
- 8:34Speaker 2: socialist candidates lose, which is good for us here in
- 8:36Speaker 2: New York.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Speaking of that Bloomberg, he just gave 80 million to Democrats.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Didn't they humiliate him and just reject him in the
- 8:45Speaker 1: debates when he tried to run? Remember that?
- 8:48Speaker 3: Of course.
- 8:48Speaker 2: And not only did they humiliate him, but they spent
- 8:50Speaker 2: the last five years lecturing us about billionaires throwing their
- 8:53Speaker 2: money into politics.
- 8:56Speaker 3: But the minute Bloomy showed up with.
- 8:57Speaker 2: A Venmo, they were like, right over here, big boy.
- 8:59Speaker 3: Mark that thing right here. It's all a scam.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Jimmy Fallon does a great show. Start listening. It's every night,
- 9:07Speaker 1: 9 to midnight. You'll get addicted very fast. Every weeknight,
- 9:10Speaker 1: he's on WOR 9 to midnight. What do you got
- 9:13Speaker 1: for tonight?
- 9:14Speaker 3: Oh, it's a big Anna Kelly. Anna Kelly's favorite to
- 9:18Speaker 3: be the next White House press secretary.
- 9:19Speaker 2: She's number one on the betting odds. And she's going
- 9:21Speaker 2: to be on the show. And Ted Nugent, who just
- 9:24Speaker 2: introduced Trump at a rally. So he's going to put
- 9:26Speaker 2: down his crossbow for a few minutes.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Very good. Make sure you watch his TV show, too.
