- 0:18SPEAKER_02: And now, here's Stephen Jeff.
- 0:23SPEAKER_03: Well, hey, Johnny, thanks for bringing us into the show.
- 0:25SPEAKER_03: And Jeff, oh, you know, Jeff, I I gotta ask you before we get started.
- 0:30SPEAKER_03: Your full name is Jeffrey, right?
- 0:32SPEAKER_04: It is Jeffrey.
- 0:34SPEAKER_04: I know where you're going with this.
- 0:35SPEAKER_04: I hope you're not going with that.
- 0:37SPEAKER_03: You don't own an island by any chance, do you?
- 0:39SPEAKER_03: I mean, I don't think you do.
- 0:40SPEAKER_03: I mean, right?
- 0:41SPEAKER_04: No, I do not.
- 0:42SPEAKER_04: Although I think I have Epstein's in my family tree.
- 0:46SPEAKER_03: Well, you have the Epstein Bar.
- 0:48SPEAKER_03: I I got drunk there one night.
- 0:49SPEAKER_03: They threw me out.
- 0:50SPEAKER_03: In fact, I got so drunk at the Epstein.
- 0:52SPEAKER_03: But anyway, Jeff, how are you doing?
- 0:53SPEAKER_04: I'm doing great.
- 0:55SPEAKER_04: How are you?
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: Doing well.
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: Feeling good, you know?
- 0:58SPEAKER_04: I feel all right.
- 0:59SPEAKER_04: You know, I was watching TV like I always do.
- 1:02SPEAKER_04: And, you know, I always like to watch Fox because, you know, they have the fair and balanced information.
- 1:08SPEAKER_04: So I like what they have.
- 1:10SPEAKER_04: They're sort of cutting edge on what's going on in the world.
- 1:13SPEAKER_04: And they've been playing, you know, that military celebration that our fearless leader had.
- 1:19SPEAKER_03: Oh, absolutely.
- 1:20SPEAKER_03: Oh, Jeff, I love the squeaking tank treads.
- 1:22SPEAKER_03: That was my favorite part.
- 1:24SPEAKER_03: Oh, I oh, I I could I play that on repeat.
- 1:27SPEAKER_04: I know it felt great on one hand, you know, celebrating 250 years of of our army and can't even imagine how many people we've killed over the 250 years, but I'm sure it's it's been a lot.
- 1:39SPEAKER_03: Oh, it's a different number, I'm sure.
- 1:41SPEAKER_04: Oh, I'm sure.
- 1:42SPEAKER_04: And it made me feel really good, but then also a little creepy because that reminded me of all those movies, you know, those documentaries on Germany, you know, marching into Paris or throughout Europe.
- 1:56SPEAKER_04: And, you know, it just kind of had a little bit of that vibe, but this is completely different because this was.
- 2:02SPEAKER_03: Oh, absolutely.
- 2:03SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 2:03SPEAKER_03: No, they're no, they're they're marching into DC.
- 2:06SPEAKER_03: It's a whole different thing.
- 2:07SPEAKER_03: Oh, it's completely the same as Paris.
- 2:09SPEAKER_03: No.
- 2:09unknown: No.
- 2:10SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know, and in the in the old days, in the good old days, you had a tyrant who was crazy and completely controlled the government, and he forced people to do what he wanted them to do, or he kicked them out.
- 2:24SPEAKER_04: And we don't have any of that now.
- 2:26SPEAKER_03: Sure, it is good that we don't have that anymore.
- 2:28SPEAKER_03: No, sir, I'll tell you.
- 2:30SPEAKER_04: We don't.
- 2:31SPEAKER_04: And he was he was ugly and hateful, and all he wanted to be was a bully.
- 2:36SPEAKER_04: That was his whole thing.
- 2:37SPEAKER_04: And he would even dismantle the German educational institutions because the biggest threat with people is once they're educated, then they start asking questions.
- 2:47SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah.
- 2:47SPEAKER_03: They might, you know, I don't know, think.
- 2:49SPEAKER_03: I, you know, whatever, right?
- 2:51SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it it reminds me.
- 2:52SPEAKER_04: I uh you remember when I went to Poland a while back and we took a tour of this is this is going into a joke, isn't it?
- 2:59SPEAKER_03: Thinking forward, it is not going to be I I see where this is going.
- 3:03SPEAKER_04: It could be going into a joke.
- 3:04SPEAKER_04: I guess it depends on who you are, but um I know the punchline, you know.
- 3:08SPEAKER_03: Yeah, uh five, four, one to hold the light bulb.
- 3:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, no, come on.
- 3:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:13SPEAKER_04: It's your typical Polish joke.
- 3:15SPEAKER_04: But when we were taking the tour, there was like a defensiveness among the tour guide from Poland.
- 3:20SPEAKER_04: And and he he didn't want people to think that Poland was sympathetic to Hitler.
- 3:25SPEAKER_04: And he said that when Hitler took over Poland, the first thing he did was he invited all the professors from all the universities to Germany so that he could educate them on what he was trying to accomplish and and and keep them there for their well-being.
- 3:41SPEAKER_04: Put them to work, and yeah, he just killed all of them as soon as they got there.
- 3:45SPEAKER_04: So, you know, but again, that's not something that our fearless leader, our hero would ever do.
- 3:51SPEAKER_04: It was weird though, because didn't Hitler have dark hair and he was in favor of like the Aryan nation thing, and and Trump, Trump has kind of blonde hair, so I don't know, you know, but anyways, it was a big beautiful, yeah, totally different.
- 4:04SPEAKER_04: But anyways, I enjoyed watching, you know, it was a big, beautiful parade.
- 4:08SPEAKER_03: Oh, absolutely.
- 4:09SPEAKER_03: It was just like his legislation.
- 4:11SPEAKER_03: It was one big, beautiful Bundeswehr.
- 4:14SPEAKER_03: I I mean, I mean parade.
- 4:15SPEAKER_03: You know, though, there are some non-real Americans, but you gotta watch for them.
- 4:20SPEAKER_03: Non-real Americans, probably DEI, which of course, as you know, stands for defining everything incorrectly.
- 4:25SPEAKER_03: Uh, you know, these people, they're saying that this was just an excuse to show our military strength, to to kind of flex muscles and act like a bully, kind of like you were talking about.
- 4:36SPEAKER_03: You know, let the world know, hey, we're tough, we can come after you.
- 4:39SPEAKER_03: But really, that that's just the furthest thing from the truth.
- 4:43SPEAKER_03: In fact, I don't know if you knew this or anyone knows this because our king, or big daddy, as some people call him, he doesn't like to brag, you know, but this was just a celebration of his birthday, of our king's birthday.
- 4:57SPEAKER_03: They just said it was for something else, you know, but but it was really it was it was a birthday parade for him.
- 5:02SPEAKER_04: God, I can't believe you you said that because I remember when I was watching the documentary.
- 5:07SPEAKER_04: I guess they weren't documentaries, it was just uh uh filming of the parade that I remembered.
- 5:12SPEAKER_03: Well, it'll be a future documentary.
- 5:14SPEAKER_03: I mean, they'll show it and like you know here's here here's what went wrong.
- 5:17SPEAKER_03: Okay, no, but I digress.
- 5:19SPEAKER_03: Go ahead.
- 5:19SPEAKER_04: Exactly.
- 5:20SPEAKER_04: But but yes, there was a birthday cake, and I think it had 42 candles.
- 5:24SPEAKER_04: I didn't realize that our leader was that young, but yes, I think I thought he was sitting there because of the bone spurs, you know, it'd be hard to margin.
- 5:32SPEAKER_03: But well, I'm sure, I'm sure the 42 is a commemoration to Jackie Robinson because he's he's all he's all about that, I'm sure.
- 5:39SPEAKER_03: But I'm sure you know uh talking about the birthday cake, you know, it was very much not just a birthday cake, but just like a lot of toddler birthday parties, there were a bunch of clowns there.
- 5:49SPEAKER_03: Let me tell you, but but I digress.
- 5:51SPEAKER_03: I can understand the confusion.
- 5:53SPEAKER_03: You know, funny thing though, it wasn't our king's idea to throw himself a party, really.
- 5:59SPEAKER_03: No, yeah, it turns out it was somebody else said it was V D Jance.
- 6:03SPEAKER_03: I mean JD Vance, who came up with the idea.
- 6:07SPEAKER_03: He said it came to him in a dream.
- 6:09SPEAKER_03: See, our king never got thanked for his bravery and his wisdom.
- 6:13SPEAKER_03: So Vance told him about this dream, and our king said, Hey, what a great idea! I'll throw myself a parade.
- 6:20SPEAKER_03: So we threw the parade, and after it was over, he called Vance in to explain, say, tell me more about the dream.
- 6:27SPEAKER_03: And well, Vance couldn't wait.
- 6:28SPEAKER_03: Well, once he got up off his knees, he couldn't wait to tell about the dream.
- 6:33SPEAKER_03: And he said, Well, my king, there's this huge parade going down Pennsylvania Avenue.
- 6:38SPEAKER_03: They were celebrating you, they were cheering you.
- 6:41SPEAKER_03: Millions lined the parade route, cheering you on as you passed, thousands of people, and they were all so happy, they were joyous, they were exuberant, they were ebullient, they were you know happy, and uh you know, millions lined the route, and bands were playing, children were throwing confetti into the air, there were balloons everywhere.
- 7:02SPEAKER_03: It was the biggest celebration Washington has ever seen.
- 7:06SPEAKER_03: Wow, our king loved that because you know, that whole inauguration thing, you know.
- 7:10SPEAKER_03: So he loved that, but he was very impressed.
- 7:13SPEAKER_03: He said, Wow, that's great.
- 7:14SPEAKER_03: But I just got to ask, you know, you're talking about hair earlier.
- 7:17SPEAKER_03: He said, By the way, uh, how did I look in your dream?
- 7:20SPEAKER_03: Was my hair okay?
- 7:22SPEAKER_03: Well, and Vance said, Ah, you know, I couldn't tell, it was a closed casket.
- 7:26SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
- 7:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah, well, yeah, yeah.
- 7:28SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, it's a great story, and it's another story uh connected to dreams that we have.
- 7:34SPEAKER_04: Steve, I think we're doing too many edibles.
- 7:36SPEAKER_04: We seem to be having lots of dreams.
- 7:39SPEAKER_03: Too many or too few.
- 7:40SPEAKER_03: It's just it depends on your perspective.
- 7:43SPEAKER_03: I think it's too I I think too few.
- 7:45SPEAKER_03: I I go too few, but that's just me.
- 7:48SPEAKER_04: But you know, the world is certainly changing, as yeah, remember prayed like that before.
- 7:54SPEAKER_04: And no, you know, sometimes people wish we were back in the good old days where people worship their leaders and the military instead of complaining about them all the time.
- 8:03SPEAKER_04: You know, in the old days it was about law and order.
- 8:06SPEAKER_03: You know, it was great watching that to see the House Republicans march in goose step.
- 8:11SPEAKER_03: I mean, I mean lockstep for the king as well.
- 8:14SPEAKER_03: It was, you know, it was just amazing how none of them varied in any way, regardless of where the parade led them.
- 8:20SPEAKER_03: You know, Jeff, I I was actually in Washington, D.C.
- 8:23SPEAKER_03: during the celebration.
- 8:24SPEAKER_03: I don't know if you knew that.
- 8:25SPEAKER_03: I it was I happened to be in the area and I thought, oh, I like squeaky tanks.
- 8:29SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna go see.
- 8:30SPEAKER_03: So happened to be there, and while it was there, I actually got in touch with an old friend of the family who is now hope, believe it or not, you know, it's a small world.
- 8:39SPEAKER_03: Now, believe it or not, is the new congresswoman from the great state of Nebraska.
- 8:43SPEAKER_03: It's Representative Samantha Strauss of 1st District here.
- 8:47SPEAKER_03: Uh, funny thing, she wasn't marching with the other Republicans, but her husband Richard was there.
- 8:52SPEAKER_03: Richard Strauss, you know, he he seemed to be having a great time.
- 8:55SPEAKER_04: Very cool.
- 8:56SPEAKER_04: Now, do you know Richard from your days at Ohio State?
- 9:00SPEAKER_03: Well, I did, uh, even though I never went to Ohio State, but I but I went to Ohio State, if you know what I mean.
- 9:05SPEAKER_03: That they're just a great couple.
- 9:07SPEAKER_03: Uh he managed her campaign for the house, and he's now helping out with her administration.
- 9:12SPEAKER_03: He's kind of her chief of staff or something.
- 9:15SPEAKER_03: Great minds think alike.
- 9:17SPEAKER_03: You know, I actually contacted him to see if she was available to come on our show.
- 9:22SPEAKER_03: And Jeff, there she is, just the other side of that glass.
- 9:25SPEAKER_04: Awesome.
- 9:26SPEAKER_04: Is that Richard with her?
- 9:28SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 9:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's Richard.
- 9:30SPEAKER_03: Can't wait to meet her.
- 9:31SPEAKER_03: Hey guys, I mean without any further delay.
- 9:35SPEAKER_03: Let's welcome to the Steve and Jeff Show, Congresswoman Strauss.
- 9:39SPEAKER_03: So nice to have you on our show.
- 9:40SPEAKER_03: And Richard, you too.
- 9:41SPEAKER_03: Thanks.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: Oh, Steve, Jeff, thanks for having us on your show.
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: You certainly have just you guys have come a long way since our wrestling days at uh Ohio State University.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: It's like old home week here.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: I just ran into Jim Jordan at the celebration, actually.
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: And I hadn't seen him since the the investigation.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: I mean, what a guy.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 10:04SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he certainly is.
- 10:06SPEAKER_04: So so, Congresswoman Strauss, welcome to the show formally.
- 10:10SPEAKER_04: I want to welcome you.
- 10:11SPEAKER_04: It isn't often that we have a politician here, and most of the time when they're Republicans, they're men.
- 10:17SPEAKER_04: So this is kind of a treat.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: Oh, thank you.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: It is such an honor to be here on your show.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: And I hope that I'm just one of many Republican women who can run for office and really, really make a difference.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: Oh, honey, who can honey.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: It's not like you're the first woman to be elected, but I too hope you won't be the last, especially because our little girl just idolizes you.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: And and Samantha Jr., she's she's going to make a great Republican senator in the future.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: It's true, she will.
- 10:52SPEAKER_03: Oh, that that just sounds great.
- 10:54SPEAKER_03: So, where do we start?
- 10:55SPEAKER_03: Maybe maybe we should begin with how you got into politics.
- 10:58SPEAKER_03: How'd you get started on this political path?
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, that's a great question.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: That is a great question, and I gotta tell you, you gotta start local.
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: And some people you just want to go small, maybe like um, I don't know.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: Sweetie, Richard, sorry.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: I'm so sorry.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: I apologize.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: I'm so sorry.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry I interrupted you, dear.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: I think that question was for me.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: So but I I absolutely agree.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: Yes, what Richard was saying, you have to start local.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: It really starts in your own backyard, in your own elementary school.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: I actually I think Steve was talking to me since we're personal friends, isn't that right, Steve?
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: Well, I'm I'm I'm actually good with really either of you answering.
- 11:38SPEAKER_04: Yeah, sometimes it's hard, you know.
- 11:40SPEAKER_04: We got four people on mics, yeah.
- 11:42SPEAKER_04: But so Congresswoman Strauss, were you always a Republican, or what about being a Republican like matches your values?
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: Well, I think as as you recall, I was a big Republican back in the old days, and and the party was just great and helping protect me from those those unfair accusations, you know, about the the sexual abuse.
- 12:07SPEAKER_03: Oh, I remember.
- 12:08SPEAKER_03: I remember those.
- 12:09SPEAKER_03: Now, Samantha, were you with Richard during those old days at oh at the Ohio State University?
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: Well, I met him near the end of it all, um, at a Federalist Society meeting.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: But um, to be honest, I I didn't know anything about that.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm not a doctor, I hardly knew Jim Jordan, even though he was the assistant coach of the wrestling team during those abuses.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: That just wasn't where my mind was focused.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: Sorry, sweetie, yes, alleged abuses, Sam.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: You know, we're sorry, alleged.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: You're you're just always so loose with your language, especially that legal language.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: You just need to be more careful about that, dear.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: Sorry, not a doctor, not a lawyer.
- 12:50SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's important, yeah.
- 12:52SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so Richard, I think that they were real abuses.
- 12:55SPEAKER_04: I think it was kind of proven that.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: So in court and everything, yeah.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: I mean, maybe in a woke or DEI court with a Mexican judge, but uh we we all know that that that doesn't count.
- 13:08SPEAKER_03: Let me just ask Representative Strauss with Congress now in recess until September because no nobody wanted to go on record defending pedophiles.
- 13:18SPEAKER_03: With with Congress in recess, what legislation are you hoping to have in the fall?
- 13:22SPEAKER_03: What what direction would you like to see that legislative session go between now and the end of the year?
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Well, I do want to make just one little one little addendum there.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: We are on break because it is time for families, not because we didn't want to make any statements about the Epstein files, but because school's about to start and this is time for families to be together.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: And so that's actually why we're on break.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: But yes, yes, I have a lot of things that I want to make sure happen.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, really, it's all about the children, isn't it?
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: It's just it's about protecting children.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: That's right.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: Hashtag protect the children, babe.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: And as you know, I started out in PTAs and then I was running for school board to try to make sure that we didn't have all of those gay books, you know, and those kind of things in.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: And right now it really is just about the kids.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: I mean, can we think about Wayfair for just a second?
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: I'm so glad you brought that up.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: I am so glad that you brought that up.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, protect the children.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: Wayfair had those like bookshelves or whatever it was that they were trafficking kids in.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: It was like very obvious when you went to their website.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: I mean, wow, I I personally am a huge advocate for my gun rights because I want to protect the kids personally.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: Jeff, Steve, do you guys remember that documentary in the 80s, Red Dawn?
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: Uh yeah, one about the invasion.
- 14:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, sure.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: I I think we're about to have something happen that's similar to that.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: That that is a prophecy from the Reagan era.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: You know, old Gipper was telling us that this this kind of shit is gonna go down and we have to protect ourselves from the traffickers that we fare, from the the the drug dealer, the just from all of it.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: And that's why one of the things I really wanted to push was making sure that we arm teachers.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: I really think that the only way for them to really protect our kids from the just immeasurable harms that are in our society is to make sure that we have a one-to-one ratio of teachers to guns.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: I think that that's gonna be really huge.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: I mean, and and and it can help with a lot of things, like people trying to make our kids wear masks or be vaccinated, those kind of things as well.
- 15:41SPEAKER_03: Oh boy, I'll tell you, back when I was a kid, if if Miss Banner in my grade school had had a gun, there wouldn't have been no vaccines and and no drag show reading books to kids either.
- 15:51SPEAKER_03: Uh, let me tell you.
- 15:52SPEAKER_04: Well, and and let's let's clarify here, let's make a distinction.
- 15:56SPEAKER_04: Clearly, the Republican Party is all about protecting children, especially young girls.
- 16:01SPEAKER_04: I think that's that's just a priority.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: Well, and we have to make sure that young women are able to be the mothers of the future.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: That's why I think that we should be including the Pledge of Allegiance, like really every period.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: You know, the hardest part about a classroom is that ending 10, 15 minutes, if we had kids say the Pledge of Allegiance or the Lord's Prayer right before they left every time, that would calm things down and women could really remember who they are, who they're supposed to be, and how they should be really vessels of procreation.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, absolutely.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: And and I don't mean to be crass on your show because I know you guys run a really clean show, but we use the Pledge of Allegiance and the Lord's Prayer basically as foreplay in our bedroom.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: Oh, come on, be American about it, love.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: You know, I love you so much, and and I love this country.
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: And I'm sorry, but and it's for children.
- 17:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah, wow, yeah, that must it must work, you know.
- 17:06SPEAKER_03: I'll tell you, do you do you have flag bed sheets too?
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: I mean hey, write that down, babe.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: That's a great idea.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: Did you want American or Confederate, honey?
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: Oh, yes, yes, okay, okay.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 17:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah, get American for the fitted, and then you can do Confederate for the the one with the blanket there, you know, so only you see it, you know what I mean?
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: I was gonna suggest maybe we should buy that at Target, but I don't know where we stand with that.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Are we are they woke or are they not woke?
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: Or like where should we buy that bag?
- 17:39SPEAKER_03: Well, just just as a casual observer, I I think Target used to be woke, but then they unwoke, but then they woke back up, but then they went back to sleep.
- 17:48SPEAKER_03: So I think I I I think you're okay.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: I think they did technically, yes.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: I lobby year that's really where we should.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: Then we know we're safe.
- 17:57SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 17:57SPEAKER_04: I I to be completely honest, I'm probably more on the liberal side, but after hearing the way Richard kind of described your lives, uh you know, I think I've been missing out on some stuff here.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: That's interesting.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: I I didn't realize you were on the liberal side.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: Um, you guys run a clean show, I have to say that.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: So I it it doesn't your your bias doesn't come across.
- 18:22SPEAKER_03: Um we have a bias monitor.
- 18:25SPEAKER_03: I mean, that's it.
- 18:26SPEAKER_03: You know, they they appointed a bias monitor, so we have somebody watching everything we say.
- 18:33SPEAKER_04: When I when I say Miss Claire actually is what yeah, and when I say liberal or left, I don't really mean liberal and left, I mean more center right.
- 18:44SPEAKER_04: Oh, you know, kind of just to the to the left of your right.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: I did notice that a little bit.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: You said you're still watching Fox, which is fine, but they've been kind of leaning.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: I mean, they were trying to call a variety of districts for Kamala and everything.
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: So we're an OEA O A N family ourselves, but O A N, that is like the only fairest way, yeah.
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: A bit of a but I you know thank you.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: I of course, babe.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: Of course, yes, absolutely.
- 19:15SPEAKER_03: Let me ask with the midterm elections coming up here, and I mean they're a year off, but you know there's a lot of talk about people dissatisfied and a lot of talk about the midterms.
- 19:26SPEAKER_03: How does the midterms look for you?
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: He couldn't be doing better.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: I mean, look at all of the great things that he uh has done for this country in just I think he might have he might have been talking about me and my my race, honey.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: Um it might have been about us coming, my my election.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: I could be wrong though.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: I could be wrong.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: I apologize.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Are you talking about um Trump?
- 19:49SPEAKER_03: Well, no, I I I was thinking about your race, but your race might certainly be impacted by what the king does.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: Sorry, honey, I didn't mean to interrupt you.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: I apologize so much for interrupting you.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: I I tell you what, you go go ahead.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: I'll I'll I'll regain my composure here.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: Go ahead.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: I'm so sorry.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: I apologize.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: We haven't had dinner yet.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: We are gonna have a Swanson meal after this to support Tucker Carlson's Swanson legacy.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: You know, um, but I we haven't eaten yet, so his blood sugar might be a little bit low.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: I apologize.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: No, I think that I'm really doing well, and I think what's really um what's really connecting with voters is my stance on immigration.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: I've really noticed that we are having problems with Canada.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: Uh you yeah, you look at who's coming down, you see the Ryans, right?
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: The Ryan Gosling, the Ryan Reynolds, the Nathan Fillions.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: They're all infiltrating.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: We talked about Red Dawn as a documentary as showing us the future, right?
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: Nathan Fillion, a Canadian, played a rebellious space captain.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: Do you think that wasn't training for somebody?
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: Oh, thank you.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: Thank you, love to build the wall north.
- 21:03SPEAKER_01: We need to build it up above as well.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: In fact, if if we have our way and and this can come up, we should just build one around Nebraska and just fortify this good state to basically stop anybody from coming in that that doesn't belong.
- 21:20SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 21:24SPEAKER_01: God, yes.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: And all those woke states that are taking down the can the statues of the Confederate generals.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: You know what I say?
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: That's fine.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Bring them to us, we'll use those to build the wall.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: That'll show people.
- 21:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 21:37SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 21:38SPEAKER_03: Maybe not only just build the north, but build just all the way around in the ocean and everything.
- 21:43SPEAKER_03: Just just keep build walls like all the way up along the Atlantic and Pacific coasts.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: Oh, and that protects against Greenland.
- 21:51SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, absolutely.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: That's so brilliant.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: Oh, I think you're on me.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: I think you're you're on to something about uh the food and my my Blood sugar, you know.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: This this household, we as she said, we eat swanson dinners, uh, mainly Chick-fil-A.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: But I gotta be honest, guys, the thing I missed most is the pizza.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: I mean, since that trafficking with comet pizza came out, and and as we know, they they played ping-pong there, ping pong rhymes with ding dong, and that just goes to the gay agenda, and right we just don't allow that in our house.
- 22:26SPEAKER_03: And the way they sealed up that basement.
- 22:29SPEAKER_03: I mean, they had a basement, but then they poured millions of dollars of concrete in there so to do away with the basement.
- 22:36SPEAKER_03: Oh, and they said, Oh, we never had a basement, but they didn't have to be able to do that.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: There are people who talk about how that's not actually possible to have done in the amount of time, but when you use the ceiling agents of the Jewish space laser, it actually fortifies the concrete much faster, and that's what people don't think about.
- 22:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, people just think of those as as weather things, but no, it does a does a wonderful job on concrete too.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: One thing I read in 4chan 4chan that really stuck out to me was in that basement that the demon rats are trying to hide from us is Hillary's actual servers.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: Uh and I mean she was known to like pizza, and that's what they serve there, and so that's why they poured that over.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: I say that we should bust up that concrete in the basement and we could get those servers.
- 23:25SPEAKER_03: Get those servers that oh, that would be great.
- 23:27SPEAKER_03: That'd be a real patriotic mission.
- 23:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah, can I can I just make an observation here?
- 23:32SPEAKER_04: Uh you brought up Hillary, and it just reminded me, you know, Hillary and Bill were a team, and it sounds like the two of you are really in sync.
- 23:41SPEAKER_04: Would you say that in general that it's a 50-50 relationship in terms of your position in Congress too?
- 23:49SPEAKER_04: Sounds like Richard's heavily involved.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: That's uh that's a great question, babe.
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: How would you answer that?
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: Well, I mean, obviously the head of the house is the man, right?
- 24:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so like 5149.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: How's that?
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: I think that's a great one.
- 24:07SPEAKER_01: 5149.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: Uh wouldn't you wouldn't you agree, babe?
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: I I that is a ratio, yes.
- 24:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:19SPEAKER_03: And so many things are decided by ratios.
- 24:22SPEAKER_03: I, you know, and and and speaking of numbers, speaking of 5149 kind of reminded me of elections.
- 24:27SPEAKER_03: And uh thinking about if you're looking pretty good in the midterms, uh, where do you where do you see your career going?
- 24:32SPEAKER_03: You think maybe stay in Congress or you see the Senate, maybe higher?
- 24:37SPEAKER_03: What do you what do you think?
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: Uh I don't know.
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: I think based off of her her successful campaign, I might be able to to springboard that into something big for us.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: I I like the way you're thinking.
- 24:51SPEAKER_01: Um I don't know.
- 24:53SPEAKER_01: I've been really focused.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: Maybe maybe we could support, I mean, if we we solidify Nebraska enough, we might be able to move and be like the next DeSantis in Florida.
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: And wow and really set something up good there.
- 25:09SPEAKER_01: What do you think, love?
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: I mean, absolutely.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: I am for us going all the way.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Of course, my real love is of is about child rearing.
- 25:19SPEAKER_00: And so that's where I eventually want to be back in the home with our child.
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: And you know, it's governor, not governor.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: Um, but I am but I do see us as a team, and wherever we go, it'll be us together.
- 25:35SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's great.
- 25:36SPEAKER_03: That is just that's so touching, you know.
- 25:38SPEAKER_03: That that's that's really what America's all about is a couple like this taking on the big issues of the day and just and and doing it together and doing it hand in hand and equally, and just facing things together.
- 25:52SPEAKER_01: You're so right.
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: In fact, you know, we might come back and have you work on our campaign.
- 25:57SPEAKER_01: I like the way that you uh oh, I'd love to.
- 26:00SPEAKER_03: Oh, I'd love to.
- 26:00SPEAKER_03: I'd love to.
- 26:01SPEAKER_03: And and if you want to become governor, maybe the path to governor is either, well, it's too late to be born a millionaire, maybe you could buy a pig farm.
- 26:10SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 26:10SPEAKER_01: Huh.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:12SPEAKER_01: Or uh ship some drugs in to kill some prisoners.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: That seemed to be very good.
- 26:17SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's that has worked really well, yes.
- 26:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's been very effective.
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: Well, and when we talk about that 50-50, I mean, I do all of the housework and all of the children's rearing and all of the helping out with kids' homework, but he is our money and investment guy.
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: And he spends he spends time looking at websites that talk about that.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that takes time.
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: Trump coin.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: Trump coin.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: Oh gosh, yeah.
- 26:45SPEAKER_01: I'm telling you, invest into it now.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, please.
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: It'll help me out.
- 26:50SPEAKER_03: Well, especially if you got in early.
- 26:52SPEAKER_03: I mean, then you really you really had the big swing.
- 26:55SPEAKER_03: It's now that'll come back.
- 26:57SPEAKER_01: It's it's never too late, though.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: Like no, it's never too late.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: Inve invest.
- 27:01SPEAKER_01: Governor.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: I like that.
- 27:03SPEAKER_01: Also, it's 5149 love.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: That's what we had just decided.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: I'm so sorry.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: You know how sometimes I misspeak when I'm hungry.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: I apologize here.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 27:14SPEAKER_04: So you're yeah, I'm sorry, we weren't talking about Richard running for governor.
- 27:21SPEAKER_04: We were talking about the the congresswoman, correct?
- 27:24SPEAKER_04: I it just sounded like maybe with the 5149 that maybe you might be interested in for office.
- 27:31SPEAKER_03: I guess we we need to clarify we need to clarify who is the 51, right?
- 27:35SPEAKER_03: And who is the 51?
- 27:36SPEAKER_04: And Hillary and Bill, they both ran for office at one point.
- 27:39SPEAKER_04: So I I don't know.
- 27:40SPEAKER_04: Is that uh Richard, is that what your goal is?
- 27:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
- 27:44SPEAKER_01: You're you're your left to center is kind of showing here when you're competing.
- 27:48SPEAKER_04: Yeah, sorry, sorry.
- 27:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah, uh Elizabeth Dole and Bob Dole.
- 27:52SPEAKER_04: Oh, thank you.
- 27:53SPEAKER_04: There you go.
- 27:53SPEAKER_04: Is that better?
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: Okay, sorry, I think I think that's better.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:58SPEAKER_00: You know, the Republican Party is a big tent, and does it really matter who is the face of that big tent as long as we're all in there together?
- 28:08SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, so that 51%'s me, just so that we're clear.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay, okay.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: That's a number.
- 28:19SPEAKER_01: You keep saying that, but it says in the Bible uh things that indicate that I should be the 51.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: Thy husband is thy lord, thy life, thy master, thy head.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: That's that's right.
- 28:33SPEAKER_01: That's good.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: So yeah, uh I think you've you've pushed us in a good direction, and uh maybe governor it is.
- 28:41SPEAKER_01: That's great.
- 28:42SPEAKER_03: Well, I'm I'm just so happy that you were able to join us here in the studio, and we are unfortunately about to get kicked out of eccentric Lady Land Studios here, but I'm just so happy that we're able to have the such a nice couple here that's that's really steering the country back to the old days, you know what I mean?
- 28:58SPEAKER_03: Back to before we had water and electricity and things like that, you know, back when things were pure.
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I I appreciate the work that you two are doing, and I I encourage you to continue on.
- 29:11SPEAKER_01: You have our our full support.
- 29:13SPEAKER_01: Uh honey, do you want to say anything to your constituents?
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: I I just really appreciate everyone and all of their uh thoughts and prayers.
- 29:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, thoughts and prayers.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: That's a great one, honey.
- 29:24SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 29:25SPEAKER_03: Ah, yeah.
- 29:27SPEAKER_03: Well, okay, thanks again for coming in.
- 29:29SPEAKER_03: And Johnny, Johnny, what do we have?
- 29:31SPEAKER_03: You know, I think we should give.
- 29:33SPEAKER_03: I mean, now there's a lot of scandal about people in Congress accepting gifts and people in the Supreme Court accepting even bigger gifts.
- 29:41SPEAKER_03: But I think we should give them something for being on the show.
- 29:45SPEAKER_03: Johnny, what do we have for our guest tonight?
- 29:48SPEAKER_02: Great, Steve.
- 29:49SPEAKER_02: Congresswoman Strauss, through her husband, will receive the new Cryohyde Ice Mask.
- 29:54SPEAKER_02: It not only chills you out, but it keeps your identity completely on ice.
- 29:59SPEAKER_02: Stay frosty and anonymous with Cryohyde, an appropriation station product.
- 30:06SPEAKER_02: This has been a Gilead production in association with It Happened Here Media.
- 30:10SPEAKER_02: Read all about Steven Jeff at their website, stephenjeff.com.
- 30:15SPEAKER_02: This is Johnny speaking.
- 30:17SPEAKER_02: Steve's mom and I share things equally too.
- 30:20SPEAKER_02: We decided a while back that I would decide all the important issues, and she could decide anything else.
- 30:27SPEAKER_02: And wouldn't you know?
- 30:29SPEAKER_02: We have not had a single important issue at all.
- 30:33SPEAKER_02: Teamwork sure makes the screens work.
- 30:35SPEAKER_02: Wait, wait.
