- 0:21Speaker 1: were fired. You will pass through centuries on the hands
- 0:24Speaker 1: of your daughters. They called you wisdom. Proverbs on the

- 0:37Speaker 1: out of the windows of restored Alchemedo cheriots to keep
- 0:40Speaker 1: the warmth of their blood, be wise, be smart, being black,

- 0:57Speaker 1: wife told her daughter, and daughter told the as this is.
- 1:00Speaker 1: And the ancestors told me that you would come to
- 1:04Speaker 1: give wisdom. Thousands. They said you would come Dropping Dropping
- 1:09Speaker 1: the Gym. Welcome to The Dropping Gym's podcast. Hey, it's
- 1:14Speaker 1: Stebbie Brown. I'm your host for this show. UM I
- 1:18Speaker 1: today is going to be so fun. We talk a
- 1:21Speaker 1: lot on the show about processes, you know, and if
- 1:25Speaker 1: you have connected to early earlier episodes that we've done,
- 1:29Speaker 1: um and also if you connect with me on Instagram.
- 1:32Speaker 1: One theme that you might notice is that I am
- 1:35Speaker 1: someone that loves to deep dive into myself constantly. UM.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I am constantly learning about me, telling me about me,
- 1:45Speaker 1: excavating me, um, savoring me. And I'm always really open
- 1:53Speaker 1: to all the tools that feel like a fit that
- 1:56Speaker 1: can possibly get me there. And so a little fun
- 1:59Speaker 1: fact about me is that I've actually been connecting to
- 2:03Speaker 1: intuitive work, to birth charting work my entire life. UM.
- 2:07Speaker 1: I think you know, some of my early sessions probably
- 2:11Speaker 1: started around the age of eighteen, and so I've been
- 2:15Speaker 1: slowly collecting little tidbits about me. And you know, of course,
- 2:18Speaker 1: we can only rise to the occasion based on our
- 2:23Speaker 1: level of healing, and so these are pieces and processes
- 2:27Speaker 1: that I revisit that I deepen in over my entire lifespan.
- 2:31Speaker 1: And at this moment, what feels really good is that
- 2:34Speaker 1: I'm noticing being in a really deep synchronistic flow with
- 2:39Speaker 1: my destiny, with my dharma, with my purpose, and some
- 2:44Speaker 1: of the tools that help get me there are really
- 2:47Speaker 1: checking in with the beautiful spiritual sciences that are available
- 2:51Speaker 1: to us, you know, getting getting different readings done, UM,
- 2:56Speaker 1: with trusted sources, with people who use their gifts with
- 3:00Speaker 1: integrity and with grace and with beauty. It really aids
- 3:06Speaker 1: you in building your spiritual confidence. When your spiritual confidence
- 3:12Speaker 1: feels more built, that means when we can really zoom
- 3:15Speaker 1: out of the way that the world sees us and
- 3:19Speaker 1: begin to see maybe what are some destiny markers, UM,
- 3:24Speaker 1: what are some God markers in our lives? And we
- 3:26Speaker 1: start to notice what is our innate nature and how
- 3:30Speaker 1: does it line up with what our destiny may actually
- 3:35Speaker 1: be revealing itself to be. UM, we are able to
- 3:39Speaker 1: sink into this kind of confidence that is unshakable, unfatable,
- 3:44Speaker 1: and destructible. And when we lock into that piece of us,
- 3:48Speaker 1: it really allows us to feel far more free and
- 3:53Speaker 1: powerful in the work that we do in the world, UM,
- 3:57Speaker 1: and in the work that we do with ourselves. It
- 3:59Speaker 1: really gives you a deeper empowerment. So on today's show,
- 4:03Speaker 1: we have an expert of that, and I'm really excited
- 4:07Speaker 1: to share her with you. And you may have heard
- 4:09Speaker 1: of this modality before human design UH and been curious
- 4:14Speaker 1: about it, and so I'm excited to explore that with
- 4:17Speaker 1: you today. So on today's show we have Aaron Claire Jones.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Aaron Claire Jones uses human design to help thousands of
- 4:26Speaker 1: individuals and companies step into their work and their lives
- 4:30Speaker 1: as their truest selves into the highest potential. Her work
- 4:34Speaker 1: as a guide, coach and speaker has attracted a growing
- 4:37Speaker 1: community of over a hundred thousand people who turned to
- 4:41Speaker 1: her teachings for practical tools, digestible tips, and deeper self
- 4:46Speaker 1: knowledge that they can access to live with greater ease
- 4:49Speaker 1: and authenticity every single day. With work featured in Forbes, Mind, Body, Green,
- 4:54Speaker 1: Well and Good and Nylon words, shared on over one
- 4:58Speaker 1: hundred podcasts such as Almost Third, That's So Retrograde, Highest Self,
- 5:02Speaker 1: and chatty broads, and conversations with crowds of hundreds around
- 5:06Speaker 1: the world. Eron's insights are highly sought out there because
- 5:10Speaker 1: they make human design pragmatic, tangible, accessible, and immediately applicable
- 5:16Speaker 1: to everyday life. So a little bit about human design.
- 5:19Speaker 1: It's a synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern science that
- 5:23Speaker 1: sheds light on a person's energetic makeup as well as
- 5:27Speaker 1: specific tools that they can use to live at their happiest, healthiest,
- 5:31Speaker 1: highest potential. It doesn't change who they are, It teaches
- 5:35Speaker 1: them who they are. It offers insight into what's possible,
- 5:39Speaker 1: and it highlights the significance of understanding and living as
- 5:43Speaker 1: the fullest expression of themselves. By putting this tool to
- 5:47Speaker 1: work in her own life, Aaron is showing the world
- 5:50Speaker 1: a new way of work, a new path towards success,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and a new perspective on living as you truly are.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Thank you so much for joining us. Welcome to the show, Aaron.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Thank you for joining us today. Thank you so much
- 6:05Speaker 1: for having me. I'm so happy to be here. So, Aaron,
- 6:08Speaker 1: something that I have shared on this show, and something
- 6:11Speaker 1: that you know I just really briefly spoke to, was
- 6:15Speaker 1: the immense amount of freedom investigating yourself in this way
- 6:23Speaker 1: can really bring you. UM. What I found is by
- 6:26Speaker 1: doing doing more of this explorative work, especially around are
- 6:31Speaker 1: really unique birth time, birth day, birth location, using that
- 6:37Speaker 1: that spiritual science of astrology and unique, using really like
- 6:42Speaker 1: more deep psychological process, it gives such an ease to life.
- 6:47Speaker 1: And I feel like it it really brings forward the
- 6:50Speaker 1: kind of spiritual confidence that allows you to really settle
- 6:56Speaker 1: into all the other work we may be doing on ourselves,
- 6:59Speaker 1: UM so much more easily and gracefully and impactfully, UM
- 7:04Speaker 1: and so I I'm so excited to talk to you
- 7:07Speaker 1: today because I feel like this, the work that you
- 7:10Speaker 1: do and the work that you bring forward in the world,
- 7:12Speaker 1: it is such a powerful tool to mastery, and I
- 7:16Speaker 1: think it really takes um so much of the pressure
- 7:20Speaker 1: off when it comes to us really looking at ourselves,
- 7:23Speaker 1: knowing ourselves, and understanding how to work with the energetic
- 7:27Speaker 1: potential we have access to. Totally. I love that you know,
- 7:33Speaker 1: I think that you know human design more than anything else,
- 7:36Speaker 1: just gives us permission to be ourselves. And I think
- 7:38Speaker 1: you're so right that, Like, I think when we have
- 7:40Speaker 1: a language and a framework to understand how we uniquely operate,
- 7:44Speaker 1: there is a bit more ease because yes, there might
- 7:46Speaker 1: be no one to challenge a Hondre per set. But
- 7:48Speaker 1: I think when we're operating in alignment, in authenticity, than
- 7:52Speaker 1: like we're able to move through those things so much better.
- 7:54Speaker 1: And I just feel like so many of us I
- 7:56Speaker 1: know that I was like, are just trying to be
- 7:58Speaker 1: everything that we're not. I think human design just like
- 8:01Speaker 1: returns us exactly who we are and reminds us that
- 8:03Speaker 1: we are all meant to build businesses and partner and
- 8:06Speaker 1: parent and collaborate differently and then where we own that
- 8:09Speaker 1: the more flow we fine ah so perfectly said yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 8:16Speaker 1: And I think to like, even by the by the
- 8:19Speaker 1: idea of ease, it's like it gives you you just
- 8:24Speaker 1: understand that you've never been getting anything wrong, you know,
- 8:28Speaker 1: like to your point of everything you just said, I
- 8:30Speaker 1: think the way that we interpret society and life are
- 8:33Speaker 1: family systems. There is this inherent battle against what we
- 8:38Speaker 1: are perceiving or putting under a definition of unworthiness, brokenness,
- 8:44Speaker 1: something being wrong about us. And it's really just perhaps
- 8:47Speaker 1: we were working with the wrong set of instructions for
- 8:50Speaker 1: how we were meant to to operate in the world.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And I just think that, like, and it's so much
- 8:59Speaker 1: I just feel like we experienced so much resistance when
- 9:02Speaker 1: I do that. Like I know when I first discovered
- 9:03Speaker 1: my human design, what I felt more than anything, and
- 9:06Speaker 1: what I see my clients feel more than I think
- 9:08Speaker 1: it's just relieves. It's like, oh my gosh, I've spent
- 9:11Speaker 1: so much of my life trying to be everything that
- 9:13Speaker 1: I'm not. Are you really telling me I get exactly
- 9:14Speaker 1: who I am, you know? And I think it is
- 9:17Speaker 1: like I think of human design more than anything else
- 9:19Speaker 1: is like an operating manual, just like giving each person
- 9:21Speaker 1: the manual to you, and it's so powerful obviously on
- 9:24Speaker 1: an individual level, but then like on a relational level,
- 9:27Speaker 1: like understanding your kids and your parents and your partner
- 9:30Speaker 1: and your team, and just like honoring the fact that
- 9:32Speaker 1: we're all wired so differently. And again the more relieving
- 9:35Speaker 1: to that, the more one successful fund individually, but also
- 9:38Speaker 1: the more connection will find kind of with others. Ah,
- 9:40Speaker 1: I love that, and we're going to dive into mine too,
- 9:43Speaker 1: So I'm excited because we get to like got it up.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I'm going to share with everyone and use myself as
- 9:48Speaker 1: the example, um, kind of how this process works and
- 9:51Speaker 1: how you'd really begin the investigation with self. And I
- 9:54Speaker 1: just highly recommend for everyone listening, especially if this is
- 9:57Speaker 1: something that you have not done yet or you haven't
- 10:00Speaker 1: really investigated yet, come into your heart space and really
- 10:04Speaker 1: come into it from a place of expansion and non judgment. Um.
- 10:09Speaker 1: And I think you know, I just want to add
- 10:11Speaker 1: to before we get going, like I love this and
- 10:14Speaker 1: I love this this work. I love knowing about me
- 10:18Speaker 1: and that I think is the hack for me on
- 10:21Speaker 1: how to move through life. Like I keep a book
- 10:24Speaker 1: of myself and I keep a book of my son
- 10:27Speaker 1: and in it I keep all the readings that I've
- 10:29Speaker 1: ever done. And also I've done my birth charting through
- 10:33Speaker 1: like the Vedic system, also the Yodish system UM, and
- 10:36Speaker 1: I've you know, had different interpretations and so I kind
- 10:40Speaker 1: of keep this book of me UM and it gives
- 10:43Speaker 1: me more access, especially if I'm in the midst of
- 10:46Speaker 1: processing something, to really revisit that and and kind of
- 10:50Speaker 1: savor how I can move through this based on my
- 10:54Speaker 1: unique recipe and formula. And it's been really helpful for
- 10:58Speaker 1: for my son. And he's only through so you know,
- 11:00Speaker 1: lots of life ahead. But to just anchor in, Okay,
- 11:04Speaker 1: are the decisions that I'm making for him based on
- 11:07Speaker 1: me or they rooted in who he actually is, his
- 11:10Speaker 1: soul's unique destiny and his personal operating system. And so
- 11:15Speaker 1: that's something I'm really looking forward to continue to pour
- 11:17Speaker 1: into and in that space UM. And if there's any
- 11:21Speaker 1: parents listening that feel called to do this, I highly
- 11:23Speaker 1: recommend I just have this little book of quest and
- 11:27Speaker 1: it's his birth chart reading. In there UM I will
- 11:30Speaker 1: be getting his human design, so maybe we can offline
- 11:33Speaker 1: about that UM and also his mantra and different things
- 11:36Speaker 1: that are related to his individual recipes. So I'm excited. First, Aaron,
- 11:41Speaker 1: I would love to start with I would love to
- 11:44Speaker 1: know how you came to this work and if you
- 11:46Speaker 1: could give us some background really on the structure of
- 11:49Speaker 1: human design and how it operates. Yes, absolutely, And just
- 11:55Speaker 1: in response to what you just shared, I just want
- 11:58Speaker 1: to say that like parenting, he would, and parenting it's
- 12:00Speaker 1: probably the most powerful application, you know. I think that
- 12:03Speaker 1: just because when you really are giving kids permission to
- 12:06Speaker 1: be who they are from day one, it is so transformative,
- 12:08Speaker 1: you know. And so I just love that you're aware
- 12:10Speaker 1: of your son's design and becoming aware because often when
- 12:13Speaker 1: we discover human design, we've spent a lifetime trying to,
- 12:16Speaker 1: you know, not be that thing, and so when you're
- 12:18Speaker 1: really giving them that permission to be them from day one,
- 12:21Speaker 1: it's so powerful. Um. And also just in response to
- 12:24Speaker 1: like the open hearted, expansive approach, you know, I know
- 12:27Speaker 1: that human design might feel like a little bit woo
- 12:28Speaker 1: woo or mystical to some, and it is. But I
- 12:31Speaker 1: also just want to remind you all that, like I'm
- 12:33Speaker 1: not trying to convince anyone of anything, Like I think
- 12:35Speaker 1: the question to ask yourself is not like is this true,
- 12:37Speaker 1: but like is it helpful? Like take what resonates and
- 12:40Speaker 1: feel supportive and useful, like like overre as. You know,
- 12:42Speaker 1: it is a tool like many others that we have.
- 12:44Speaker 1: But I think just like engaging with it in a
- 12:46Speaker 1: more loose, open way, um and knowing that like it's
- 12:49Speaker 1: meant to be impact, it's meant to be tool that
- 12:50Speaker 1: empowers you and not limits to in anyway. So yeah,
- 12:53Speaker 1: thank you for your question. Thank you for saying that,
- 12:55Speaker 1: because I think that's something I really love leaning into
- 12:58Speaker 1: as well. It's like none of this needs to be validated,
- 13:01Speaker 1: like my truth doesn't have to be yours and that's okay,
- 13:05Speaker 1: but it could be valuable and so if it is,
- 13:07Speaker 1: pick it up if it doesn't feel like it's set
- 13:09Speaker 1: it down, you know. But but I love it, So
- 13:12Speaker 1: I'm gonna keep using these tools. I just have like
- 13:16Speaker 1: so many skeptics that are just like I don't want
- 13:19Speaker 1: to believe this. If this is amazing and it's explaining
- 13:20Speaker 1: my entire life, so tell me everything, you know. So
- 13:23Speaker 1: I just think it's really around like engaging with it
- 13:26Speaker 1: in a way where it's just like if it feels
- 13:27Speaker 1: useful lening you know, if it doesn't, let it go
- 13:30Speaker 1: um to your question of my origin and the origin
- 13:33Speaker 1: of human designs. So you know, just for those who
- 13:35Speaker 1: are new, I imagine many of you are, Human design
- 13:38Speaker 1: is a system based on your exact time, date and
- 13:40Speaker 1: place of birth. And the idea is that it gives
- 13:42Speaker 1: your energetic blueprint. What I mean by that is how
- 13:45Speaker 1: you're wired to make decisions and parent, and work within
- 13:48Speaker 1: teams and partner and collaborative, all the things like we've
- 13:50Speaker 1: been talking about. More than anything, it just gives us
- 13:53Speaker 1: permission to be ourselves and the tools to really step
- 13:55Speaker 1: into it. UM. It is known as a quantum system,
- 13:57Speaker 1: meaning it pulls more a lot of different systems, from astrology,
- 14:00Speaker 1: from the eye chain, from the kabbala, from the chakra system,
- 14:03Speaker 1: from quantum physics, from genetics, from bio chemistry. So it
- 14:05Speaker 1: really is here to kind of like weave it all
- 14:07Speaker 1: together to give us like a blueprint to how we
- 14:09Speaker 1: operate at our best um. And there are so many
- 14:12Speaker 1: different configurations and it really just like showcases our uniqueness
- 14:16Speaker 1: and reminds how different we each are. UM. I have
- 14:20Speaker 1: been working with human design for six years now. I
- 14:22Speaker 1: discovered it very serendipitously. I live in New York and
- 14:26Speaker 1: and I was sitting at a gathering and literally had
- 14:28Speaker 1: a stranger sitting next to me and say, do you
- 14:30Speaker 1: know your human design? Can I tell your human design?
- 14:32Speaker 1: I had never heard of it before. UM. He gave
- 14:34Speaker 1: me like a little mini reading on the spot, and
- 14:36Speaker 1: like my job was just on the floor, because it
- 14:38Speaker 1: felt like he gave language to my experience. But it
- 14:40Speaker 1: was also very confronted because I was like, I'm not
- 14:42Speaker 1: living any of that. Um. And he ended the conversation
- 14:45Speaker 1: by being like, I think that you should do this,
- 14:47Speaker 1: and I think that we should work together. UM. He'd
- 14:50Speaker 1: been studying for years and so he quite literally invited
- 14:52Speaker 1: me into human design, and my whole design I got
- 14:54Speaker 1: being invited in so UM. I worked with him for
- 14:57Speaker 1: two years and then have been doing it now on
- 15:00Speaker 1: my had my own practice eighteen and my fiance is
- 15:04Speaker 1: my business partner. So it's been a wild journey. UM.
- 15:07Speaker 1: And there's a lot in there, but that's king of
- 15:08Speaker 1: the piece. And I will just say that before human design,
- 15:11Speaker 1: I was always interested in different modalities and ways of
- 15:13Speaker 1: understanding ourselves. UM. But I had never discovered anything like
- 15:16Speaker 1: human design, and it offered a practical, grounded way of
- 15:19Speaker 1: communicating that was so appealing to me. And my background
- 15:23Speaker 1: is in startups in business, and I think that I
- 15:25Speaker 1: observed a lot of dysfunction and the companies that I
- 15:27Speaker 1: worked with, so I was always curious for tools that
- 15:30Speaker 1: would not only help us be more in alignment individually,
- 15:33Speaker 1: but also help us work together more effectively. That is
- 15:36Speaker 1: so beautiful. I love that so much. And I you know,
- 15:39Speaker 1: especially for any bosses we have listening or people with businesses,
- 15:43Speaker 1: it's so tremendous to apply this type of spiritual technology
- 15:49Speaker 1: to the work that you do. Apply it to your business,
- 15:52Speaker 1: apply it to how you even vet employees, definitely how
- 15:56Speaker 1: you vet lovers. Um, it can be so powerful. Um,
- 16:04Speaker 1: should we like unpack mine? Oh my god, are you ready? Yeah,
- 16:08Speaker 1: let's do it. So tell me how familiar you are
- 16:11Speaker 1: with your design because you've had a reading before, Is
- 16:13Speaker 1: that right? I have had a reading before, not a
- 16:15Speaker 1: super intensive reading, and so I do feel like really
- 16:18Speaker 1: excitedly fresh. Um for your insight and your perspective on this.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I have a lot of background. I know, I believe
- 16:27Speaker 1: I know what my basic is. But I'm going to
- 16:29Speaker 1: hold that until you explain it. Um, But I've done
- 16:32Speaker 1: I've done quite a bit with like probably every personality
- 16:38Speaker 1: test that's available. And also I'm deeply familiar um with
- 16:42Speaker 1: my birth chart in the different um and the different
- 16:45Speaker 1: charting systems that are available. Okay, beautiful, Um, Okay, So
- 16:50Speaker 1: just so people know before we get into yours, you know,
- 16:52Speaker 1: there are five different types of human design. There's so
- 16:56Speaker 1: much underneath type. But that's just the first distinction. And
- 16:58Speaker 1: so I'm sure we can put a link in the
- 17:00Speaker 1: show notes, but if you want to look up your design,
- 17:01Speaker 1: you can go to Aaron Claire Jones dot com slash
- 17:03Speaker 1: look up. It's gonna look crazy and not very intuitive looking,
- 17:08Speaker 1: you know, but just know that, like you're not meant
- 17:09Speaker 1: to get it immediately. So, um, the five types are generators, manifesting, generators, projectors, reflectors,
- 17:17Speaker 1: and manifest ers. So let me tell you about your
- 17:19Speaker 1: type and just like mention the other ones and then
- 17:21Speaker 1: go deeper new design. Is that something? Okay? So you're
- 17:25Speaker 1: a generator? Does that feel familiar? Is that what you've
- 17:27Speaker 1: found before? Okay? Fabulous? So basically, generators are really here
- 17:33Speaker 1: to be like creative doers. You really are kind of
- 17:35Speaker 1: meant to have the energy to build and create and
- 17:38Speaker 1: make things happen. An ideal day for you might look
- 17:40Speaker 1: like when where you wake up in the morning with
- 17:41Speaker 1: a full tank of energy. You use up your energy
- 17:43Speaker 1: and very satisfying ways throughout the day based on what
- 17:46Speaker 1: you're working on and who you're spending time with, and
- 17:48Speaker 1: you drop in a bed like exhaustive and fulfilled, and
- 17:51Speaker 1: one of the biggest lessons for you feel like my
- 17:54Speaker 1: day so aligned, you know. The idea is that actually
- 17:58Speaker 1: you're not using up your energy. It's actually heard of sleep.
- 18:01Speaker 1: You might feel like really restless when you go to bed,
- 18:02Speaker 1: like it's by exhausting your tank that you're like sleep soundly.
- 18:06Speaker 1: But it is like exhausting in the ways that feels good,
- 18:09Speaker 1: you know. And so much of the lesson for you
- 18:11Speaker 1: is around prioritizing your own joy and your own desires.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Because you have such natural vitality and energy and life force,
- 18:17Speaker 1: people can sense it and want to take advantage of it,
- 18:19Speaker 1: and not like in a malicious way. They just sense
- 18:21Speaker 1: your capacity and your design in particular, like I can
- 18:24Speaker 1: imagine a lot of people want to have you around.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Your job is just but I'm not available for everyone,
- 18:29Speaker 1: and like I know that when I'm lit up and excited,
- 18:31Speaker 1: it will be like I will be on fire, but
- 18:33Speaker 1: like it was anything but that it's not the right
- 18:35Speaker 1: thing or not the right time yet, you know. So
- 18:36Speaker 1: boundaries is a d percent one of your biggest lessons
- 18:39Speaker 1: in terms of just like really again, letting your excitement,
- 18:42Speaker 1: your desire, your joy guide you, um and not doing
- 18:45Speaker 1: things just because you think you should. Oh my god,
- 18:48Speaker 1: oh my god, I mean read me like that is
- 18:52Speaker 1: so yeah, that's so accurate, and you know it's it's
- 18:55Speaker 1: what's so interesting. UM. And even hearing that reflected to
- 19:00Speaker 1: me because I think sometimes when people go in and
- 19:03Speaker 1: they get maybe readings or processes, but they're not they're
- 19:06Speaker 1: not fully familiar with it or maybe have not activated
- 19:09Speaker 1: um all of their healing this information sometimes can you
- 19:15Speaker 1: can feel limited by it because maybe the processes to
- 19:19Speaker 1: disarming yourself have not been begun or deepened. And so
- 19:24Speaker 1: if I had heard this reading maybe ten years ago,
- 19:27Speaker 1: it would have felt really foreign and unfamiliar. But based
- 19:31Speaker 1: on my spiritual practice that I have now and so
- 19:34Speaker 1: much of the healing work I've done around how I
- 19:37Speaker 1: deemed myself worthy, how I experience myself. It's so interesting
- 19:42Speaker 1: to hear that reflection because you know, if I was
- 19:45Speaker 1: in maybe more of a toxic position with myself, um,
- 19:48Speaker 1: and toxic actually sounds a bit too harsh. But if
- 19:52Speaker 1: I were in a different place with my self understanding,
- 19:54Speaker 1: I'd hear generator and I'd interpret that as I meant
- 19:57Speaker 1: to be grinding, so I gotta be out there, I
- 20:00Speaker 1: gotta be working so hard. I gotta I have to
- 20:03Speaker 1: martyr myself, right, And so that might have been an
- 20:05Speaker 1: interpretation from a less healed space. Then the version of
- 20:09Speaker 1: me now it's like and just for everyone, I want
- 20:13Speaker 1: to kind of push in like Aaron's insight with what
- 20:15Speaker 1: my day looks like, so you can see in a
- 20:18Speaker 1: tangible way how this kind of shows up so so
- 20:21Speaker 1: spot on. Like I wake up at five o'clock every
- 20:25Speaker 1: day and now I can't even help it. I have
- 20:28Speaker 1: a three year old, so that's part of it. But
- 20:31Speaker 1: I wake up and I am literally so alive for life.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Um And I what I've switched with myself though, is
- 20:40Speaker 1: previous DEVI that wore the badge of busy used to say,
- 20:45Speaker 1: every second is filled with a meeting, every second is
- 20:47Speaker 1: filled with ideating, I'm doing, I'm doing and doing. Now
- 20:50Speaker 1: I'm going to bed, and I have nothing left for myself.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Whereas now the way that I show up as a
- 20:55Speaker 1: generator is I have my little you know, my little
- 20:58Speaker 1: boxes for the work. I'm accomplished for the day. But
- 21:00Speaker 1: my day is rooted enjoying creativity, very robust, very full.
- 21:06Speaker 1: But I am ideating with self in a way that
- 21:08Speaker 1: feels serving, not in a way that's performing or trying
- 21:12Speaker 1: to deliver for others. And then I'm usually in bed
- 21:16Speaker 1: by nine, and like my I do an evening spiritual
- 21:19Speaker 1: practice from about seven to nine, sometimes seven to ten.
- 21:22Speaker 1: I am knocked out and I sleep soundly through the night. Um.
- 21:27Speaker 1: And so when I'm hearing you reflect this on me,
- 21:29Speaker 1: it's actually also me taking a moment to be like, wow,
- 21:32Speaker 1: thank you God, like thank you life that I have
- 21:34Speaker 1: settled into a flow that's in harmony with who I'm
- 21:38Speaker 1: actually called to be. Mm hmmm, I love that so much,
- 21:41Speaker 1: you know, and I think it is it is also
- 21:44Speaker 1: knowing that it's like when you're like prioritizing creativity and
- 21:47Speaker 1: enjoying that way, like it just gives you more way
- 21:50Speaker 1: more energy and like way more momentum. It makes you
- 21:52Speaker 1: so much more magnetic, you know, and so and I
- 21:55Speaker 1: also so appreciate your reflection on how it lands now
- 21:58Speaker 1: versus ten years ago, because I find like the more
- 22:00Speaker 1: we are living this stuff naturally, which just organically happens
- 22:03Speaker 1: through just knowing ourselves and like personal development, the more
- 22:06Speaker 1: this we just recognize this in ourselves. But yeah, yeah,
- 22:09Speaker 1: you know, and so often it's just like a validation,
- 22:11Speaker 1: but it can be confronting because there are also ways
- 22:13Speaker 1: in which we may not be living it. But I
- 22:14Speaker 1: love to hear that you are like living it so fully.
- 22:17Speaker 1: And some of the language and human design isn't always
- 22:19Speaker 1: so intuitive, Like the generator is kind of a weird name,
- 22:23Speaker 1: but it is like basically just that you're like a
- 22:25Speaker 1: pure life force, Like you just have like so much
- 22:27Speaker 1: creative power when you're excited and lit up, but it's
- 22:30Speaker 1: all about like following your joy satisfaction desires. Wow, So
- 22:34Speaker 1: if someone was out of alignment, how could that show
- 22:37Speaker 1: up for them? Like if they were a generator and
- 22:40Speaker 1: they were really supposed to be working with this kind
- 22:42Speaker 1: of creative, vital life force energy, but perhaps there are
- 22:46Speaker 1: some blockages, how would that what would that look and
- 22:49Speaker 1: feel like to be kind of fighting your your nature. Um,
- 22:55Speaker 1: they would likely feel like really depleted, really drain, not
- 22:58Speaker 1: that they really have access to that vitale to you,
- 23:00Speaker 1: that kind of energy and that joy, because they are
- 23:02Speaker 1: over extending themselves doing things they don't actually enjoy, you know,
- 23:05Speaker 1: not really kind of like listening to their gut. And
- 23:07Speaker 1: that's often where a lot of people are, you know.
- 23:09Speaker 1: And so even you can start doing it in small
- 23:11Speaker 1: ways of just being like, Okay, how could I prioritize
- 23:13Speaker 1: my enjoy like a little bit more each day? Like
- 23:16Speaker 1: maybe I'm in a job that I don't enjoy that
- 23:17Speaker 1: I can't leave immediately, But how can I prioritize my
- 23:20Speaker 1: own excitement like in the mornings or in the evenings
- 23:22Speaker 1: or on the weekends. And like it doesn't even have
- 23:24Speaker 1: to be career related, Like just like choosing to prioritize
- 23:27Speaker 1: what excites you will make you the most magnetic to
- 23:30Speaker 1: the most aligned opportunities. You know. So even just like
- 23:33Speaker 1: against small pockets can be a beautiful start, but out
- 23:36Speaker 1: of alignment would definitely be around like depletion, exhaustion just
- 23:39Speaker 1: for resistance, like just things are like not flowing in
- 23:41Speaker 1: your life thank you. So I want to share one
- 23:45Speaker 1: more piece about the generator and then I'll just like
- 23:48Speaker 1: share little tidbits on each type so people can um
- 23:51Speaker 1: find their own. So every type and human design will
- 23:54Speaker 1: have a strategy. And so your strategy is called waiting
- 23:57Speaker 1: to respond. But I usually call that magnetism. It basically
- 24:01Speaker 1: means that you're not really meant to chase after anything,
- 24:03Speaker 1: like life is meant to come to you and your workers.
- 24:05Speaker 1: To keep your awareness open and see what shows up
- 24:08Speaker 1: in your world. As soon as something shows up and
- 24:10Speaker 1: your gut like expands in response to it, you can
- 24:12Speaker 1: go after that thing and make it happen. Like it's
- 24:14Speaker 1: not like you need to be invited in like you know,
- 24:16Speaker 1: like oh the system, I've got to go like make
- 24:17Speaker 1: it happen. But I think it's like waiting for things
- 24:19Speaker 1: to light you up rather than like initiate forcing pushing,
- 24:24Speaker 1: like even try to come up with things out of
- 24:25Speaker 1: thin air, like for you. You're here to be in
- 24:27Speaker 1: response to life, you know. So it's not about like
- 24:29Speaker 1: sitting by yourself be like what should I do next.
- 24:31Speaker 1: It's more like let me just be out in the
- 24:32Speaker 1: world in my flow, see what shows up, what excite
- 24:35Speaker 1: me and like, let that inspire and drive me. Ah,
- 24:39Speaker 1: how does that feel? And that felt like the song
- 24:43Speaker 1: of my heart, Like that felt like deepest truth for me.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Absolutely yeah, And it's so it's so serendipitous to be
- 24:50Speaker 1: having this conversation with you, um, and I'm really grateful,
- 24:54Speaker 1: thank you for sharing this with me because it's so
- 24:56Speaker 1: it's so, you know, something we speak to on this
- 25:01Speaker 1: show a lot, like the real root and desire of
- 25:04Speaker 1: this show is to make higher consciousness really applicable in
- 25:08Speaker 1: the small moments of everyday life and so really bringing
- 25:11Speaker 1: it and grounding it down and how can we apply
- 25:14Speaker 1: it in what we're doing, especially for those of us
- 25:17Speaker 1: that live lives that it's like I can't just maybe
- 25:20Speaker 1: disappear to an ashram or I can't you know, just
- 25:23Speaker 1: go be away from things. But how do I maximize
- 25:26Speaker 1: the energetic potential of my life? And so when I'm
- 25:30Speaker 1: hearing you say that, it feels like the most delicious
- 25:33Speaker 1: confirmation because that is what I have been noticing, and
- 25:36Speaker 1: I've been spending, um a lot of time. I spent
- 25:40Speaker 1: a lot of time on my inner child and all
- 25:42Speaker 1: the ages, but especially right now, like the last few weeks.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Spirit has really connected me to investigating moments of my
- 25:51Speaker 1: life that had the momentum that this moment of my
- 25:54Speaker 1: life has, and I've been trying to notice the patterns
- 25:57Speaker 1: and say, you know, in those moments, I was noticing
- 26:01Speaker 1: this kind of forward motion and this kind of ease.
- 26:05Speaker 1: How did I respond to it, How did I experience it?
- 26:08Speaker 1: How can I be more fully in it now in
- 26:12Speaker 1: this moment? And so one of the themes that I
- 26:14Speaker 1: was kind of noticing is that really my life path
- 26:18Speaker 1: is about feeding and nourishing myself and then making myself
- 26:23Speaker 1: available as the opportunity comes to me. And that is
- 26:26Speaker 1: the natural flow. And any time I've tried to fight that,
- 26:29Speaker 1: any time that I have tried to really rigidly control
- 26:33Speaker 1: or create something, um, it's always difficult. It's always a fight,
- 26:38Speaker 1: it's always frustrating. It it feels unnatural. But sometimes it's
- 26:43Speaker 1: literally like I will be sitting and I'll be deep
- 26:45Speaker 1: in my own study or you know, living life to
- 26:49Speaker 1: the best of my ability, and then something that is
- 26:52Speaker 1: truly the perfect thing will arrive and I'll be ready
- 26:56Speaker 1: for it. Um. And so hearing you say that is
- 26:59Speaker 1: just so it always blows me away. It's fascinating and
- 27:03Speaker 1: it's so beautiful, and it's such a gift that tools
- 27:07Speaker 1: like this exists for us. I know, I know. It
- 27:11Speaker 1: just like gives language to the things that have no language,
- 27:13Speaker 1: you know, and like, and I think and I love
- 27:16Speaker 1: what you said around like feeding and nourishing ourselves like
- 27:19Speaker 1: for you, like it's what makes you available for the
- 27:21Speaker 1: right things, And it's so true. It's like again, it's
- 27:23Speaker 1: like feeding and nourishing yourself is what makes you magnetic.
- 27:26Speaker 1: And the thing is that, like your mind is really powerful.
- 27:28Speaker 1: It's not about like not your mind that it's not powerful.
- 27:31Speaker 1: It's more that like if you try to control and
- 27:33Speaker 1: like obsess that workings are going, like you make yourself
- 27:35Speaker 1: unavailable for like all the most magical things that are
- 27:37Speaker 1: coming your way, and often like you don't even know
- 27:40Speaker 1: what's possible. And it's by like things showing up and
- 27:42Speaker 1: tuning into your gut feeling that you're like that's it,
- 27:44Speaker 1: that's where to put my energy. So I love that
- 27:47Speaker 1: you're living in And again this is not true for everyone.
- 27:49Speaker 1: This is very much for like your design, but it's
- 27:52Speaker 1: just it gives us a language for finding a way
- 27:54Speaker 1: of flow that really is meant to uniquely work for us. Yeah,
- 27:58Speaker 1: thank you so much to give you shill I talk
- 28:00Speaker 1: all the things, all the other types. Yeah, let me
- 28:06Speaker 1: just tell okay, So let me just tell you quickly
- 28:09Speaker 1: about the other types and then we can go into
- 28:10Speaker 1: other layers of your designs. So just to give people
- 28:12Speaker 1: a taste of what's to be found there. So, um,
- 28:16Speaker 1: manifesting generators are in some ways very similar to what
- 28:18Speaker 1: I just shared. They are kind of another type of generator.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Some people group them together. I to the difference of
- 28:24Speaker 1: manifesting generators is often they're quite multi passionate. They often
- 28:27Speaker 1: like having our energy and a lot of things at once,
- 28:29Speaker 1: and are kind of often pivoting between different inspirations as
- 28:32Speaker 1: they go. So I would just remind any manifesting generators listening,
- 28:36Speaker 1: like you're not really meant to stick with the same
- 28:37Speaker 1: thing forever. So like if you really feel the energy dwindling,
- 28:40Speaker 1: like giving yourself permission to move on and reinvent yourself.
- 28:43Speaker 1: It's so part of your nature. Um, and manifesting generators
- 28:46Speaker 1: tend to move out quickly like their gift is efficiency,
- 28:49Speaker 1: but they can skip a few steps along the way.
- 28:51Speaker 1: So good to surround themselves by people that can support
- 28:53Speaker 1: them in a step by step process and their strategy
- 28:56Speaker 1: similar to you as magnetism. They're also here to let
- 28:58Speaker 1: things come to them, wait for their gut to activate
- 29:00Speaker 1: in response to what shows up and on our back. Wow,
- 29:04Speaker 1: then we've got projectors. Projectors are really here to be
- 29:08Speaker 1: the leaders, the guides, the advisors, the teachers, not here
- 29:11Speaker 1: to do all the doing. You know. So so much
- 29:13Speaker 1: of being a projector is not trying to keep up
- 29:15Speaker 1: with the generators, you know, and just knowing that you
- 29:17Speaker 1: bring like a different gift, and so much of your
- 29:19Speaker 1: gift as projectors is really around how you see your
- 29:22Speaker 1: sensitivity to other people Like these people make amazing CEO
- 29:26Speaker 1: as managers, therapist, coaches, guides like their orientation is towards
- 29:29Speaker 1: the other and asking the right questions. Um, as projectors
- 29:33Speaker 1: and a projector, so I know this one so deeply.
- 29:35Speaker 1: But our energy is going to ebb and flow. It's
- 29:37Speaker 1: not about like using up our energy each day and
- 29:39Speaker 1: ways that feel satisfying, but honor the ebbs and flows,
- 29:42Speaker 1: like leverage the energy and it's their rest when it's not,
- 29:44Speaker 1: and not trying to do do do all day long.
- 29:47Speaker 1: UM and offome projectors work quite well with people. One
- 29:49Speaker 1: and one. This is not the exclusive expression of our energy,
- 29:52Speaker 1: but projectors have a real gift for dialing in the people,
- 29:55Speaker 1: making them feel deeply recognized and seen. And so our
- 29:59Speaker 1: strategy of rejectors is about waiting to be recognized and
- 30:01Speaker 1: invited in, so not chasing after. But it's not even
- 30:04Speaker 1: like for you, You're here to be in response to life.
- 30:06Speaker 1: I'm here to actually wait for an invitation for somebody
- 30:09Speaker 1: be like, Hey, I see you, I value I recognize
- 30:11Speaker 1: you when you come share yourself in this space. Wow,
- 30:15Speaker 1: and how and even hearing you share that with your background,
- 30:18Speaker 1: what I'm what I'm also seeing is like the beautiful
- 30:21Speaker 1: And I hope that everyone listening is kind of seeing
- 30:24Speaker 1: those dot connections. Um, and if you follow me on Instagram,
- 30:27Speaker 1: I'm always saying listen to the whispers. And what's so
- 30:31Speaker 1: interesting is you just even explained how you entered this
- 30:35Speaker 1: moment of your destiny. The person sitting with you invited
- 30:39Speaker 1: you in and said this is this and let me
- 30:42Speaker 1: show you this, and it's how beautiful, Like it is
- 30:45Speaker 1: the perfect example of purpose and synchronous stick flow. Wow totally,
- 30:52Speaker 1: And it's like and I contract back so many experiences
- 30:54Speaker 1: in my life where that was happening, but I used
- 30:56Speaker 1: to make myself wrong for that. Could often get invited
- 30:58Speaker 1: into things, but like it would just be like, we
- 30:59Speaker 1: can point you around, but I'm like, so why, Like
- 31:01Speaker 1: I just like I didn't get it. And now it's
- 31:03Speaker 1: just like just trust the invitation, you know, and invest
- 31:05Speaker 1: my energy where I feel the most seen. The last
- 31:07Speaker 1: piece that I would just share is that this isn't passive.
- 31:10Speaker 1: You know, people cannot find you unless you let yourself
- 31:13Speaker 1: be seen. So how I found more flows of projectors
- 31:16Speaker 1: that I'm always sharing. I'm sharing on Instagram, on podcasts
- 31:19Speaker 1: and newsletters, and not in a super salesy way, but
- 31:22Speaker 1: I just like let people know what I'm up to,
- 31:23Speaker 1: and like by doing that it really kind of allows
- 31:26Speaker 1: the right people to resonate with and invite me in.
- 31:29Speaker 1: So my job is not to push or initiate, but
- 31:30Speaker 1: to make myself visible. So then we've got manifest ors.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Manifestos are the initiators, the ones that are really here
- 31:38Speaker 1: to initiate get the ball rolling, not always here to
- 31:41Speaker 1: do all the doing themselves, but often to get things
- 31:43Speaker 1: off the ground. Very innovative kind of sparky, fiery energy
- 31:46Speaker 1: often and they often need a lot of freedom and
- 31:49Speaker 1: autonomy and control, like not here to be told what
- 31:51Speaker 1: to do or manage or guided it anyway. They might
- 31:53Speaker 1: have a lot of energy at the beginning, but aren't
- 31:55Speaker 1: always going to do all the doing themselves. They might
- 31:57Speaker 1: find that their energy operates and spurts um and so
- 32:00Speaker 1: also not here to do to do, And you know,
- 32:03Speaker 1: they we call them innovators in business because they just
- 32:05Speaker 1: see where things are going before other people do. And
- 32:08Speaker 1: my reminder for the manifest urs is that you're just
- 32:10Speaker 1: meant to do it so differently, like you're meant to
- 32:12Speaker 1: walk a path that has not been walked before. And
- 32:14Speaker 1: so your strategy is about initiating. It's not about letting
- 32:17Speaker 1: anything come. It's about like trust and the urges that
- 32:20Speaker 1: rise out within and just following them and just making
- 32:23Speaker 1: sure that you're communicating to the people around you what
- 32:26Speaker 1: you're pursuing and when, just so they can kind of
- 32:28Speaker 1: be on your team. If you go start initiating and
- 32:31Speaker 1: just like don't let anyone know. People might really resist you.
- 32:34Speaker 1: So just keeping people inform might kind of allow you
- 32:35Speaker 1: a lot more flow. And then do you know what
- 32:40Speaker 1: your son is my I have all his info, I
- 32:45Speaker 1: haven't done his human design yet, I don't know what
- 32:47Speaker 1: he is. Yes, it'll be so interesting when you do. Look.
- 32:50Speaker 1: So then the last type is a reflector. Reflectors are
- 32:54Speaker 1: basically our collective mirrors. People that are really sensitive to
- 32:57Speaker 1: their physical space and just mirroring back any environment there
- 33:00Speaker 1: and meant to be such a ruthless curator the people
- 33:03Speaker 1: and you know places they're in the sister for all
- 33:04Speaker 1: of us. But they really magnify at all, so it'll
- 33:07Speaker 1: have a really deep impact on them. Um. Reflectors are
- 33:10Speaker 1: very fluid. They will have periods where like a generator
- 33:13Speaker 1: like you, or like a projector like me, or like
- 33:15Speaker 1: a manifest er, and their job is not to figure
- 33:17Speaker 1: themselves out or be just one thing, but honor whatever
- 33:20Speaker 1: feels like them that day. And they are such natural evaluators.
- 33:23Speaker 1: They just see and sense things that so many people miss,
- 33:25Speaker 1: so being in spaces where their perspective is so recognized
- 33:28Speaker 1: and invited in. So that's just a taste of the
- 33:32Speaker 1: different types. Speaking of back to your design, but just
- 33:34Speaker 1: to kind of give people a spread of what the
- 33:36Speaker 1: possibilities are there. Do you see, um, Like if we
- 33:41Speaker 1: look at our population, Like are their personages, like, how
- 33:44Speaker 1: many people of this? How many people are that? Yes,
- 33:47Speaker 1: so generators, and I just want to say that again,
- 33:50Speaker 1: type is the first piece. So if you are like
- 33:52Speaker 1: of a higher percentage, it doesn't mean you're not unique.
- 33:54Speaker 1: It just means we need to send a lot. And again,
- 33:57Speaker 1: there's so much more nuance underneath it. So generators and
- 33:59Speaker 1: manifest thing generators collectively make up about so about thirty
- 34:03Speaker 1: to thirty five each, because they're the doers, the builders,
- 34:06Speaker 1: the creatives, you know, the ones that really bring ideas
- 34:08Speaker 1: to life so powerfully. Projectors are about manifests about eight
- 34:14Speaker 1: to nine and reflectors one percent. Wow, reflectors one percent.
- 34:18Speaker 1: That's so interesting, But did it No? I was just thinking,
- 34:23Speaker 1: like I wonder what that personality type looks like in action.
- 34:28Speaker 1: It's hard to like, I think, with a lot of types,
- 34:30Speaker 1: I can sense what they might be like, and I'm
- 34:32Speaker 1: not always right, but like I can get a general sense.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Reflectors are always hard for me to sense because they're
- 34:37Speaker 1: they're showing up in so many different ways, like so
- 34:39Speaker 1: much of their magic is like to happ into so
- 34:41Speaker 1: many different ways of being. Um, So I wouldn't say
- 34:43Speaker 1: there's like a specific personality type because I think that
- 34:46Speaker 1: they are just like they're very vast in the way
- 34:48Speaker 1: that they express themselves. But I will say that like
- 34:52Speaker 1: environment where they might thrive and would be like say
- 34:55Speaker 1: at a company where they're just in a position where
- 34:57Speaker 1: like they're just so respected for their perspective. Like often
- 35:00Speaker 1: all these people, like the CEO whispers, So it's like
- 35:02Speaker 1: you having somebody next to you who's just like witnessing,
- 35:04Speaker 1: moving their energy around, sampling kind of observing it all
- 35:07Speaker 1: and reflecting back to you what they see, you know.
- 35:10Speaker 1: And so like whenever I have a reflected around or
- 35:12Speaker 1: on my team, I'm asking them questions all the time.
- 35:14Speaker 1: I'm like, but what do you see about this? And
- 35:16Speaker 1: like what do you think about this? You know, and
- 35:17Speaker 1: like their perspective is just so next level and really
- 35:19Speaker 1: helps us progress and evolved, you know. So it's so
- 35:23Speaker 1: important again be in those spaces where the perspective is
- 35:25Speaker 1: really recognized in that way hold that thought. We are
- 35:30Speaker 1: coming right back. Based on the time, This is like
- 35:44Speaker 1: always fascinating to me, especially when working with like birthday, birthtime,
- 35:49Speaker 1: how many minutes for a change, because I know, like
- 35:53Speaker 1: in some systems it's like even down to the minute
- 35:56Speaker 1: can change your chart completely. So it's so dependent on
- 36:00Speaker 1: the aspect of the chart. Like there's aspects of our
- 36:03Speaker 1: chart that can speak to like how he best digest food,
- 36:05Speaker 1: our ideal environment. That stuff does change like minute by minute.
- 36:08Speaker 1: Often stuff around like type or things like those things
- 36:11Speaker 1: change slower. So it just depends on kind of what
- 36:13Speaker 1: else is shifting in your design. So like, sometimes I'll
- 36:16Speaker 1: work with people where like the designs just a lot
- 36:18Speaker 1: over the day, and sometimes I'll work with people like
- 36:19Speaker 1: it doesn't shift much at all, So it is super
- 36:22Speaker 1: case by case. But I have worked with people that
- 36:23Speaker 1: are adopted or don't know the specific times, So in
- 36:27Speaker 1: those cases will kind of just like look at how
- 36:29Speaker 1: it shifts and see what all the possibilities are and
- 36:31Speaker 1: explore them together. Oh interesting, okay yeah, um okay, So
- 36:36Speaker 1: get more into your design, yea, let's do it. Um,
- 36:39Speaker 1: so we all have, you know, they're one other piece
- 36:42Speaker 1: that I would really recommend people diving into something called
- 36:44Speaker 1: your inner authority, which is how you best make decisions.
- 36:47Speaker 1: And so for you, your decision making is called sacrel
- 36:51Speaker 1: and human design, and it means that you're designed to
- 36:53Speaker 1: make decisions based on your gut feeling in the moment,
- 36:56Speaker 1: and it's a very visceral feeling in your belly that
- 36:58Speaker 1: will either give you like an expansive yes or kind
- 37:01Speaker 1: of a contracted not like a pulling towards or kind
- 37:03Speaker 1: of a pushing away from something. It's very in the moment.
- 37:06Speaker 1: If you're not getting a full bodied gut response towards
- 37:08Speaker 1: something or someone, it either means it is not the
- 37:11Speaker 1: right thing or not it's not the right time yet.
- 37:13Speaker 1: And your gut never comes with a reason. If you
- 37:16Speaker 1: find yourself saying like I think that I should do
- 37:18Speaker 1: this because it might lead to this thing or whatever,
- 37:20Speaker 1: not your gut, your gut is like feels right, doesn't
- 37:23Speaker 1: don't know why, We'll find out why later. A really
- 37:25Speaker 1: powerful way to access your gut response is to have
- 37:28Speaker 1: the people around you ask you very specific questions. So
- 37:31Speaker 1: if we were going out to dinner, instead of asking
- 37:33Speaker 1: like where do you wanna go for dinner? Like what
- 37:34Speaker 1: do you want to do tonight? I would ask you
- 37:35Speaker 1: like you want to go out of cook at home?
- 37:37Speaker 1: Like you want to go to this restaurant or this.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Like when you're asked more specific yes, no things, you
- 37:41Speaker 1: might have a more immediate like that feels right, that doesn't,
- 37:44Speaker 1: or as an open ended question can get you straight
- 37:46Speaker 1: into your head and everything is possible, you know. So
- 37:49Speaker 1: it's useful to have the people around you give you
- 37:51Speaker 1: things to respond to to kind of help you connect
- 37:53Speaker 1: to that visceral gut. No one, I love that. That's
- 37:55Speaker 1: so spot on. Like literally my stomach contracts or I
- 38:00Speaker 1: have like a lot of breath moving through me and
- 38:02Speaker 1: that's what informs me immediately. So wold right. And there's
- 38:05Speaker 1: so much talk out there like follow your gutless into
- 38:07Speaker 1: your gut. Not all of us have access to that.
- 38:10Speaker 1: I don't have that in my body at all. Like
- 38:12Speaker 1: some of us are meant to sleep on things, other
- 38:13Speaker 1: ones that our intuition. Other people are like you to
- 38:16Speaker 1: talk things out. Everybody's about being in the right space.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Like we all have a different way of accessing our truth.
- 38:21Speaker 1: And for you, it's just like gut instinct in the
- 38:23Speaker 1: moment and so like again, just honoring it and trusting
- 38:26Speaker 1: it and knowing that your gut knows more than your
- 38:27Speaker 1: body than your mind could ever know. So that is
- 38:32Speaker 1: I definitely record people diving into that, and again not
- 38:34Speaker 1: only with yourself but the people around you. Because you
- 38:36Speaker 1: might be partnering with or collaborating with somebody that can't
- 38:39Speaker 1: decide instantaneously. They need to sleep on things and take
- 38:42Speaker 1: their time. So rather than expecting them to move at
- 38:45Speaker 1: the pace that you move, it's also giving them like
- 38:47Speaker 1: a night or two to really reach their own clarity. Yeah,
- 38:50Speaker 1: oh that's beautiful. Um. There are aspects of our design
- 38:54Speaker 1: that speak to where we are the most sensitive to
- 38:56Speaker 1: other people's energy, and these are both the areas that
- 38:59Speaker 1: we can get the most taken off track in our
- 39:01Speaker 1: lives and also where we have the most to learn.
- 39:04Speaker 1: And so one of the biggest areas for you is
- 39:06Speaker 1: around your emotional awareness. You are highly empathic according to
- 39:10Speaker 1: your design, and very sensitive to what other you are feeling. Um,
- 39:14Speaker 1: this can be overwhelming but also make you incredibly perceptive.
- 39:18Speaker 1: So I would say the shadow for you is just
- 39:20Speaker 1: like emotional overwhelmed, getting lost and what other people are feeling,
- 39:23Speaker 1: trying to fix it, like not speaking your truth for
- 39:25Speaker 1: fear of like sparking a thing and another person. And
- 39:28Speaker 1: the wisdom for you is it's just like very calm,
- 39:30Speaker 1: empathic nature. It's like having strong boundaries and being aware
- 39:34Speaker 1: of what other people are feeling. Without personalizing it, are
- 39:36Speaker 1: taken on as your own and knowing that one of
- 39:38Speaker 1: your biggest lessons is speaking your truth and saying the
- 39:40Speaker 1: hard things, and knowing that you will almost always feel
- 39:43Speaker 1: about on the other side of confrontation because this is
- 39:45Speaker 1: one of your biggest lessons. That's also an area in
- 39:47Speaker 1: which you're meant to teach other people, like helping other
- 39:50Speaker 1: people speak their truth, say the hard things. How does that?
- 39:52Speaker 1: How does that go? Pers sent me? But and hearing
- 39:56Speaker 1: you say this feels for me, um, it really feels
- 40:02Speaker 1: for me to be honest. Like I feel very proud
- 40:05Speaker 1: right now because I am on the healthy side of this,
- 40:08Speaker 1: and I remember being younger and not knowing what it
- 40:12Speaker 1: felt like to be this overwhelmed. Like I I'd walk
- 40:15Speaker 1: into a room and I would know what every single
- 40:17Speaker 1: person in that room was going through, you know, and
- 40:20Speaker 1: then usually every person in that room would find me
- 40:23Speaker 1: at some point and then verbalize that. And it's a lot,
- 40:27Speaker 1: you know, it really is. It's a lot. And and
- 40:30Speaker 1: my deepest desire in nature is to serve and is
- 40:33Speaker 1: to be there for people. And so that was always
- 40:36Speaker 1: um a fight for me for a lot of my life,
- 40:40Speaker 1: and in this moment of my life. I'm actually so
- 40:43Speaker 1: beautifully boundaried, and it's given me the energy supply to
- 40:48Speaker 1: show up in my purpose. I say no so constantly,
- 40:51Speaker 1: and I love it, and I say no with love. Um.
- 40:55Speaker 1: But I'm I'm so boundaried, and especially around clearing my energy,
- 40:59Speaker 1: especially you, around not taking on the weight of the
- 41:03Speaker 1: world and other people. And I feel like I've found
- 41:06Speaker 1: a balance of being able to serve with my gifts
- 41:09Speaker 1: but also being able to choose myself as my number
- 41:13Speaker 1: one priority. Um. And and everyone gets what I'm able
- 41:17Speaker 1: to do, not all of me. And so it feels
- 41:20Speaker 1: so good to hear you reflect that. Because I'm hearing that,
- 41:22Speaker 1: I'm like, wow, Like what a gift my self investigation
- 41:26Speaker 1: and the work that I've been doing um in my
- 41:29Speaker 1: life has led me to a point where where I'm
- 41:32Speaker 1: I'm sitting inside what my natural, innate way of being
- 41:37Speaker 1: is supposed to be. Yeah. And also that you are
- 41:42Speaker 1: learning and have learned so many of the lessons like
- 41:44Speaker 1: these areas and re design are often like the most
- 41:46Speaker 1: indicative where it just like, are we living in the
- 41:48Speaker 1: shadow of the wisdom, Because like so much for my
- 41:50Speaker 1: life is the evolution from the shadow of the wisdom,
- 41:53Speaker 1: So being aware of it really supports it's in that journey.
- 41:55Speaker 1: But it's also so beautiful to connect people that are like,
- 41:58Speaker 1: I know what that shadow feels like, and I've also
- 42:00Speaker 1: done working myself and in a way that I'm no
- 42:02Speaker 1: longer living in that I'm also really just like embracing
- 42:05Speaker 1: the gift to the sensitivity that I have, you know. So,
- 42:07Speaker 1: and it's so cool because this is also an aspect
- 42:09Speaker 1: of our design where you can really understand the impact
- 42:12Speaker 1: we have on each other, because like, while you are
- 42:14Speaker 1: very respective to other people's emotions, there might be certain
- 42:17Speaker 1: people in your life that really kind of like set
- 42:18Speaker 1: the emotional tone and project out their emotions and you
- 42:21Speaker 1: might be like hyper sensitive to what they're feeling. So
- 42:23Speaker 1: it's just kind of nice to understand those dynamics because
- 42:25Speaker 1: I think it's just like again, creates a lot more
- 42:27Speaker 1: compassion to just understand exactly what's happening. So some of
- 42:33Speaker 1: the other big areas of learning for you, one is
- 42:35Speaker 1: around how you like handle stress and pressure. So one
- 42:40Speaker 1: of your biggest shadows is being in too much of
- 42:44Speaker 1: a hurry and applying a sense of urgency to everything
- 42:47Speaker 1: that you do and just this feeling that like, once
- 42:49Speaker 1: I get this thing, gonna be free. But like the
- 42:51Speaker 1: thing is that the pressure never disappears into The lesson
- 42:53Speaker 1: for you is around really assessing what's worth herring for
- 42:57Speaker 1: and what's not and not like, you know, throwing your
- 42:59Speaker 1: urge to see it everything that comes in your way.
- 43:01Speaker 1: And you're also so sensitive to other people's stress, so
- 43:04Speaker 1: if you're around somebody that's stress, you might feel like
- 43:05Speaker 1: uber stress. So the lesson for you is like slowing down,
- 43:08Speaker 1: building ease and spaciousness into your life and really just
- 43:11Speaker 1: like knowing what's worth her and from what's not, and
- 43:14Speaker 1: and being fast when you want to be fast, but
- 43:16Speaker 1: not having a beer default. How do you feel like
- 43:19Speaker 1: you're doing with that one? I feel I feel so good.
- 43:25Speaker 1: This is like such a beautiful, beautiful um gift hearing
- 43:29Speaker 1: you say this to me, And it's so interesting because
- 43:33Speaker 1: not even interesting, it's there's no coincidences, you know, It's
- 43:37Speaker 1: just very synchronistic for me because the last couple of months,
- 43:41Speaker 1: I've really privately been in deep evaluation of myself and
- 43:45Speaker 1: I've been noticing my triggers and my traumas and how
- 43:49Speaker 1: I responded or how I occupied space and work in
- 43:53Speaker 1: my home within myself with just me over different junctures
- 43:58Speaker 1: in my life. And then I've been and really savoring
- 44:02Speaker 1: and exploring especially what the gift of the pandemic was.
- 44:06Speaker 1: And I think this last year I really set powerful
- 44:10Speaker 1: intention around healing a lot, healing any against nouses of
- 44:16Speaker 1: my innate natural destiny UM and way of being. And
- 44:22Speaker 1: so I think you know, things are still sometimes things
- 44:25Speaker 1: still come up, right. I'm we are all flawed humans,
- 44:28Speaker 1: um with these long expansive journeys. But and what you're saying, yeah,
- 44:33Speaker 1: that feels really good because again like with really really
- 44:38Speaker 1: investing in nourishing UM my self, honoring choices in my
- 44:42Speaker 1: boundary system UM, and really coming into my body and
- 44:47Speaker 1: knowing what I am actually feeling in each moment, even
- 44:51Speaker 1: down to the gut responses that I have that you mentioned,
- 44:55Speaker 1: like sometimes if I have a decision to make, I'll
- 44:57Speaker 1: literally feel contractions in my stomach and if I look down,
- 45:00Speaker 1: my stomach will have moved UM. And so I'm just like, wow, Okay,
- 45:05Speaker 1: this feels good, Like my healing feels really really rooted. UM,
- 45:10Speaker 1: give me more, keep going, It's fun, right, Okay, So
- 45:14Speaker 1: let me there are two more big areas. You're here
- 45:17Speaker 1: to learn, but I want to just there are two
- 45:18Speaker 1: other pieces of your design that I want to make
- 45:19Speaker 1: sure I cover, so we'll come those a big time.
- 45:21Speaker 1: But there's an aspect of our design and these are
- 45:24Speaker 1: called our channels, and they're basically known as just like
- 45:27Speaker 1: our innate strengths. These are not like super actual pieces
- 45:30Speaker 1: of your design. It's not like you have to like
- 45:32Speaker 1: work to make them happen. But often when you're living
- 45:34Speaker 1: in alignment, they're just there and you just like are
- 45:36Speaker 1: expressing in that way. So, um, you have one of
- 45:39Speaker 1: my favorite ones. I have it too, which is why
- 45:41Speaker 1: it's one of my favorite. But it's called freak to Genius,
- 45:43Speaker 1: which is like such a hilarious thing, but it basically
- 45:45Speaker 1: means that you're here to bring these like new freaky
- 45:48Speaker 1: genius insights into the world. And if you share your
- 45:51Speaker 1: like new kind of like light years ahead of everyone
- 45:53Speaker 1: else insight before people are ready to hear them, you
- 45:56Speaker 1: might be like seen as a freak or just be
- 45:57Speaker 1: like really misunderstood. But if you offer insights and an
- 46:00Speaker 1: audience that is actually ready and receptive, and you've really
- 46:03Speaker 1: given so much thought in terms of how to structure
- 46:05Speaker 1: them and make it. Obviously other people you're seen as
- 46:07Speaker 1: like an absolute genius, you know, and so just knowing that,
- 46:10Speaker 1: like you're really here to have like such spontaneous breakthroughs
- 46:13Speaker 1: and insights and you might just like not even know
- 46:15Speaker 1: how you know all the things that you know, and
- 46:17Speaker 1: the work is to just like guard your knowing so
- 46:19Speaker 1: you only share it with the right people and also
- 46:21Speaker 1: just to create space for the insights to come. And
- 46:23Speaker 1: it feels like you do that beautifully, but they don't
- 46:25Speaker 1: come from you being like I need to figure it out.
- 46:27Speaker 1: It just like let me just create space and like
- 46:29Speaker 1: they'll just land. I mean, come on, you're telling me
- 46:35Speaker 1: my life. Yeah, and it's it's so interesting. And I
- 46:39Speaker 1: I hope through sharing like my my some of my
- 46:41Speaker 1: feedback and process um for for everyone listening. I really
- 46:46Speaker 1: I'm really hoping that you'll start if you are not
- 46:49Speaker 1: currently looking at yourself with this type of strategy, so
- 46:54Speaker 1: like really like being willing to do the observation in
- 46:57Speaker 1: the analysis because they're such gift in it. Hearing you
- 47:00Speaker 1: say that's me. I didn't know that at all about
- 47:02Speaker 1: my chart and it's literally my life. And I think
- 47:05Speaker 1: when I used to fight, and I wasn't in full
- 47:08Speaker 1: acceptance of my innate nature. I used to feel so
- 47:13Speaker 1: misunderstood because I was traveling, maybe in circles or having
- 47:17Speaker 1: conversations with people that the conversations just couldn't land. It
- 47:21Speaker 1: was conversations they weren't ready for. And so then you're
- 47:26Speaker 1: feeling like a freak and people aren't seeing you and
- 47:28Speaker 1: your value because they're not speaking your language. But when
- 47:32Speaker 1: you speak your language around those you're meant to, then
- 47:36Speaker 1: it is like you're greeted. Um. It reminds me kind
- 47:38Speaker 1: of that quote of like go where you're celebrated, not
- 47:40Speaker 1: where you're tolerated. I never understood that quote when I
- 47:44Speaker 1: had when i'd heard it before, but I've been thinking
- 47:46Speaker 1: about it recently because it's like when you are with
- 47:49Speaker 1: when you're in flow with your destiny and you're in
- 47:52Speaker 1: the groupings and in the systems that you're supposed to be,
- 47:57Speaker 1: who you are is celebrated. Whoever you are, you're celebrated
- 48:00Speaker 1: because you're deeply seen. Um. And so if you're in
- 48:04Speaker 1: places where you're feeling like you're fighting, or you're feeling
- 48:08Speaker 1: like you're not your full self, or you're you're feeling depleted.
- 48:12Speaker 1: That is not your circle. It's not about earning or
- 48:15Speaker 1: getting them to eventually see what you have to offer.
- 48:18Speaker 1: It is packing your bag and leaving it entirely because
- 48:22Speaker 1: it's not your place and it's not your people, which
- 48:25Speaker 1: is not a judgment of them. They are doing and
- 48:27Speaker 1: being who they are supposed to be. But you got
- 48:30Speaker 1: to figure out why you were choosing to plant there
- 48:33Speaker 1: and then find find that fertile soil to go take
- 48:37Speaker 1: root mm hmm exactly, you know, And just knowing that,
- 48:41Speaker 1: like it's gonna feel so unsatisfying and cultivate so much bitterness.
- 48:46Speaker 1: They're going to share all those parts of yourself with
- 48:48Speaker 1: people that aren't ready to hear it, you know. And
- 48:50Speaker 1: so just like knowing that, like the research of your
- 48:52Speaker 1: audience really allows you to like and it can be
- 48:54Speaker 1: your friends, your community, your family is what actually allows
- 48:57Speaker 1: you really honor this gift because it's such a powerful one.
- 49:00Speaker 1: Um you have another one around just like rhythm and
- 49:03Speaker 1: being in your flow basically, like you're just here to
- 49:06Speaker 1: find like a powerful flow in every area of your life.
- 49:08Speaker 1: And like when you're listening to your gut and trusting it,
- 49:10Speaker 1: like things are just meant to feel like so effortless
- 49:12Speaker 1: and natural and just happening, and when you're not listening
- 49:14Speaker 1: to your gut, it's just like chaos. And so like
- 49:17Speaker 1: always asking yourself, like what could I do to bring
- 49:19Speaker 1: myself more into the flow. And also like you know,
- 49:22Speaker 1: I know that having a kid probably makes this difficult
- 49:23Speaker 1: at times, but also like not letting people when you
- 49:26Speaker 1: can interfere with your flow, you know, really giving yourself
- 49:29Speaker 1: space to kind of be in your own flow without interference. Yeah,
- 49:32Speaker 1: I love that that fits so much. You also have
- 49:38Speaker 1: the strength of shock, which is a very intense thing,
- 49:41Speaker 1: and it basically means that you have such a gift
- 49:44Speaker 1: of transformation, of transforming people out of complacency into an
- 49:48Speaker 1: entirely new way of doing things, you know. But similarly
- 49:51Speaker 1: like you've got to make sure they're ready for it,
- 49:53Speaker 1: you know, that you're not just like you know, in
- 49:55Speaker 1: forcing that transformation before they're ready. But it also means
- 49:58Speaker 1: that you're really here to go through intense experiences in
- 50:01Speaker 1: your own life that's just like level up your level,
- 50:05Speaker 1: up your awareness and just like wake you up, you know,
- 50:07Speaker 1: into like just like a new way of being, you know.
- 50:10Speaker 1: So it's this ability to actually withstand shock and evolve
- 50:13Speaker 1: and grow and so like it's that journey in your
- 50:16Speaker 1: own life but also that inspire transformation in others. Do
- 50:20Speaker 1: you feel that Do I feel that? It feels like yes,
- 50:24Speaker 1: oh my god, yes, yeah, that's so funny. Yes. All
- 50:29Speaker 1: of my center piece moments in my life that have
- 50:32Speaker 1: been catalysts for change have been utterly shocking, like utterly
- 50:37Speaker 1: like shocking, like something's very much and shocking in the
- 50:43Speaker 1: way that it's like melodramatic, like a lifetime movie, you
- 50:47Speaker 1: know what I mean. Like, I find that that all
- 50:50Speaker 1: of the all of the catalysts for immense growth and change. Um,
- 50:55Speaker 1: even when I think about I got divorced in a
- 50:57Speaker 1: global pandemic, you know, when you think about those really
- 51:01Speaker 1: pannacle moments in your life and and what it what
- 51:05Speaker 1: it actually really deeply offered you. Um. And so yeah,
- 51:09Speaker 1: I relate to that so much. Mm hmm. Yeah. And
- 51:13Speaker 1: and again just like really trusting that journey, you know,
- 51:16Speaker 1: and knowing that so much of your work is around
- 51:18Speaker 1: having the courage to take the leap and see what's
- 51:20Speaker 1: on the other side. Um. And again, like it's a
- 51:23Speaker 1: really powerful journey you're going through, but you're also here
- 51:25Speaker 1: to inspire transformation and so many others and the last
- 51:27Speaker 1: kind of powerful strength you have there is around. Just
- 51:30Speaker 1: like when you're so self empowered and interests of your
- 51:34Speaker 1: own direction and where you're going, you are a natural
- 51:36Speaker 1: waste show. Or for other people, you inspire them to
- 51:39Speaker 1: connect to their own direction, their own sense of purpose,
- 51:42Speaker 1: like you just bring new direction wherever you go, you know,
- 51:44Speaker 1: and so like, but it requires that you're so aligned
- 51:47Speaker 1: with it yourself like, and that's the thing that ripples
- 51:49Speaker 1: out and has the impact that you're meant to mm hmm.
- 51:53Speaker 1: What a gift, What a gift, What a gift it
- 51:57Speaker 1: is to be alive right now and to even have
- 52:00Speaker 1: access to this moment, to your genius, to this beautiful
- 52:03Speaker 1: technology for our our existence. You know, Like when I
- 52:07Speaker 1: hear stuff like this erin it really you know, one,
- 52:12Speaker 1: it's fun, right, Like I I'm kind of thrilled to
- 52:15Speaker 1: hear you know that I'm like on track with myself,
- 52:17Speaker 1: Like I'm I'm fully I might have a little have
- 52:20Speaker 1: a little celebration later, you know, because it felt I
- 52:24Speaker 1: feel really seen right now and I feel really grateful
- 52:26Speaker 1: that I was that I my heart has been so
- 52:30Speaker 1: willing to do some of the deeper work so that
- 52:32Speaker 1: I can arrive UM in the beautiful way that you
- 52:35Speaker 1: express it in the wisdom and not in the shadow,
- 52:38Speaker 1: you know, And being able to arrive in the wisdom
- 52:41Speaker 1: is really UM. It's being willing to explore those shadows
- 52:47Speaker 1: and shadow work is something I have fallen so deeply
- 52:51Speaker 1: in love with UM and find such beauty in and
- 52:55Speaker 1: so and I think, you know what a gift like.
- 52:58Speaker 1: It's not lost on me that you and I Ine
- 53:02Speaker 1: are having this conversation and the depth and the access
- 53:06Speaker 1: it gives to us and not the majority of people
- 53:11Speaker 1: in generations that preceded us didn't have this, you know.
- 53:15Speaker 1: And I think there is so much grace and gratitude
- 53:17Speaker 1: in that, even as we kind of um maybe experience
- 53:22Speaker 1: people within our own family systems that are from older generations,
- 53:25Speaker 1: it's like coming into our humility and grace like this
- 53:29Speaker 1: is this moment in time. Collective consciousness has risen to
- 53:33Speaker 1: this moment in time to allow us to know ourselves steeply. Yeah,
- 53:39Speaker 1: you know, and it is so and it just feels
- 53:42Speaker 1: like people are so ready for you know, I shared
- 53:43Speaker 1: a little bit about my journey, but like when I
- 53:45Speaker 1: first started working with human design from seventeen, like it
- 53:49Speaker 1: just wasn't landing, you know, and and not that like
- 53:52Speaker 1: the people that I was working with it was landing with,
- 53:53Speaker 1: but like it was just like people were not really interested.
- 53:55Speaker 1: It felt like very new and different and like out there,
- 53:58Speaker 1: And it really wasn't until twenty teen that it just
- 54:00Speaker 1: started to take hold in a totally different way. And
- 54:02Speaker 1: I've just seen such a wild, amazing growth over the
- 54:05Speaker 1: past three years of just like such receptivity and such
- 54:09Speaker 1: openness to human design in a way that just wasn't
- 54:11Speaker 1: even there six years ago, you know. And so it's
- 54:13Speaker 1: so beautiful to kind of witness the expansion and the
- 54:16Speaker 1: growth that so many people are going through. And I
- 54:17Speaker 1: think that I expected so much reluctance and so much skepticism,
- 54:21Speaker 1: and I've encountered so little of it. Oh my god.
- 54:23Speaker 1: And it's so interesting even Um. Yeah, that's so. I've
- 54:27Speaker 1: been thinking a lot, especially about two thousands seventeen, two
- 54:30Speaker 1: thousand eighteen, like something significantly shifted on the planet at
- 54:33Speaker 1: that time, and our consciousness was accelerated in immense ways.
- 54:39Speaker 1: And I've talked about this here on the show before,
- 54:41Speaker 1: but I think about this all the time. You know
- 54:44Speaker 1: what I think about when I think about even like
- 54:48Speaker 1: the Me Too movement was such a massive catalyst for
- 54:52Speaker 1: our collective consciousness and it ushered in so much healing
- 54:56Speaker 1: for so many different communities and so much activation of
- 55:00Speaker 1: that throat chakra for so many different communities specifically in
- 55:04Speaker 1: service to healing and sstral trauma, whether that is ancestral
- 55:09Speaker 1: trauma of the feminine, ancestral trauma of bipop community. You know,
- 55:14Speaker 1: we everything now is and also it came with Trump.
- 55:18Speaker 1: You know, everything is being purged to such an extent
- 55:22Speaker 1: so we can see without the veil and really take
- 55:24Speaker 1: stock of who are we, what does our collective look like,
- 55:28Speaker 1: what does this world look like? And what do we
- 55:30Speaker 1: really want? Because all this has been us and all
- 55:33Speaker 1: this has actually been like gaslighting, Like it's been a
- 55:36Speaker 1: country of gaslighting and sociopathy. And you know, the ways
- 55:41Speaker 1: we operated were so unnatural to what I believe as
- 55:45Speaker 1: natural law and divine love. And it feels like to
- 55:49Speaker 1: your point, it's like when I feel like you got
- 55:52Speaker 1: called into this work at this time so you can
- 55:54Speaker 1: be in mastery for this moment. It was just preparation before. Yeah,
- 56:00Speaker 1: And I feel that way about my own work because
- 56:01Speaker 1: I think when I started when I when I left
- 56:04Speaker 1: my previous career and I moved into the mindfulness space,
- 56:08Speaker 1: half the work I did was just getting people to
- 56:11Speaker 1: listen to me, just saying, hey, meditation is an anti God,
- 56:14Speaker 1: this isn't the devil. Like those were the kind of
- 56:17Speaker 1: conversations I'd have to have before leading a meditation in
- 56:20Speaker 1: my community when I got started in as a business.
- 56:25Speaker 1: And then now it's like, oh, like spirit came in
- 56:29Speaker 1: and kind of collectively brought some healing to earth that
- 56:33Speaker 1: gave many of us now a baseline or a foundation. Um.
- 56:37Speaker 1: And so it's less about the education and more about
- 56:40Speaker 1: the process mm hmmmmmmm being in it, you know, and
- 56:44Speaker 1: it feels like and it feels like there's been so
- 56:46Speaker 1: much preparation and now it's just like there's so much receptivity.
- 56:49Speaker 1: People are so ready, Like I just think that, like,
- 56:52Speaker 1: you know, especially over the past year, I feel like
- 56:53Speaker 1: so many people that I worked with, like you know,
- 56:55Speaker 1: I saw set to growth and I see like where
- 56:57Speaker 1: people were like I'm ready for this, I want this.
- 56:59Speaker 1: I'm just no longer tolerating what I've been doing things
- 57:02Speaker 1: like I want a new way. Um, and I think
- 57:05Speaker 1: the magic of human design and a lot of other
- 57:06Speaker 1: systems out there is it returns us to ourselves. Like
- 57:09Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and tell you like
- 57:10Speaker 1: you should do this thing with your life, but I
- 57:12Speaker 1: will remind you of the way that you operate best.
- 57:14Speaker 1: You can assess that for yourself. Can I share one
- 57:17Speaker 1: more piece that your design with I mean yes. So
- 57:21Speaker 1: there's a really cool aspect of a design called our
- 57:24Speaker 1: profile and their twelve different profiles and human design, you
- 57:26Speaker 1: and I have the same one. It's called the six too.
- 57:29Speaker 1: And basically what it means that I'm so curious that
- 57:31Speaker 1: this resonates. There are two pieces to it. One is
- 57:33Speaker 1: that like there's a bit of a hermit nature to
- 57:35Speaker 1: your design. And this doesn't mean that you're meant to
- 57:36Speaker 1: be like hermetic all the time, but just like having
- 57:39Speaker 1: regular time and space, and it feels like you do
- 57:41Speaker 1: this naturally with your spiritual practice, especially in the evenings,
- 57:44Speaker 1: to kind of just like pull away and being your
- 57:46Speaker 1: own energy and your own space and your own flow,
- 57:48Speaker 1: like it brings you such harmony. So giving yourself space
- 57:51Speaker 1: for that is so key. Um also knowing that you're
- 57:53Speaker 1: just meant to be a natural of what you do,
- 57:55Speaker 1: Like you might find that you can't always explain how
- 57:57Speaker 1: you do what you do. You just do it like
- 57:59Speaker 1: you just like you bring such a genius and gift
- 58:01Speaker 1: to whatever it is you do. And so in some
- 58:02Speaker 1: ways it's released the need to explain it and just
- 58:05Speaker 1: trusting that. I know that was like such a big
- 58:06Speaker 1: lesson for me. So I want to repeace, I want
- 58:08Speaker 1: to share. But how does that land for you? Oh
- 58:10Speaker 1: my god, do we go together now? Like I just
- 58:14Speaker 1: feel so seen. Ah yeah, that's it's so good and
- 58:20Speaker 1: and it's so funny. Um. And I'm kind of offering
- 58:24Speaker 1: like a little bit more of these explanations because I
- 58:26Speaker 1: want to ground the process of how if anyone listening
- 58:29Speaker 1: is getting this done, which I highly recommend, and Aaron
- 58:33Speaker 1: is going to be tagged with all her stuff in
- 58:35Speaker 1: this episode, Um, the way you can can kind of
- 58:40Speaker 1: evaluate it. And so it's interesting, like you sharing that.
- 58:44Speaker 1: So I'm an extrovert and like by the Meyer Brick system,
- 58:47Speaker 1: I'm an e n f J. I'm I'm very much
- 58:50Speaker 1: really okay, perfect sense, very Um, we are so aligned. Um,
- 58:56Speaker 1: and you know, I'm I'm an extrovert, but I always
- 58:59Speaker 1: but I rave being alone. I crave alone time. I
- 59:03Speaker 1: cannot function without it. And I used to just think, well,
- 59:07Speaker 1: maybe it's because I'm an only child and that's like
- 59:10Speaker 1: that was my foundation. Um. But no, like I have
- 59:13Speaker 1: to have alone time to live, like to be alive,
- 59:17Speaker 1: to operate, to be in my purpose, to be in
- 59:20Speaker 1: my gifts, to be in my sovereignty. I have to
- 59:23Speaker 1: have those hermit modes. I have to carve out hours
- 59:26Speaker 1: in my day where I'm alone and I'm in ritual
- 59:29Speaker 1: or prayer or meditation, or I'm nourishing myself in some way. Um.
- 59:34Speaker 1: And I think because society, especially for women, so often
- 59:37Speaker 1: would frame that. You know, even when you think of parenting,
- 59:40Speaker 1: they'll say like, oh, give mom a break, a break,
- 59:43Speaker 1: how about let's create a lifestyle that creates a flow
- 59:47Speaker 1: that each of us are allowed to be our full
- 59:50Speaker 1: selves um. And So I think I used to really
- 59:54Speaker 1: limit that side of me um because society was calling
- 59:58Speaker 1: it selfish um or it was just expected that you
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: deny yourself um. And I really started giving that a
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: hard look a few years ago and really hit my
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: groove in the pandemic of stopped watching television completely. My
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: social plans well, we're in a pandemic, so they went,
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: you know, out the door. But really, um, just really
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: saying you don't need to be around people. You don't
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: need to do just because you're invited. You don't got
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: to say yes, Like what is your deepest priority? And
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: for me that's myself. Yeah, And it's all about balance.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: You know. None of us are meant to be alone
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: all the time, you know, and also none of us
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: men to be like around people all the time, you know.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: And I think for you it's just that like again,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: be around people when you're inspired a hunt a person,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: and you're meant to be such a teacher for others,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: which requires being around others. But like the time alone
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: and the pulling away is the most restorative thing you
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: can do, you know. And I find that, especially during
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: the past year, a lot of people that had this
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: profile there like finally it's some space and time, just
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: like be in my own energy. I have imagine it's
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: different with a child, but like it really is just
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: against such a restorative thing. And then the other part
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: of your profile, it's around the fact that you're here
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: to be a role model and a teacher, you know,
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: like you really are you inspire trust in people, your
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: natural authority, like your gift is like caring like a
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: bird's eye view, like you're really here to like step back,
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: witness the whole thing and have a very objective, objective
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: and optimistic perspective, and workings are going. When you get
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: like two in the details, you can also get quite pestimistic.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: So we're just like pulling back, observing, offering your perspective
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: like you're such a witness. But what comes with this
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: is that we tend to live our life in three phases,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: and so the first thirty years of your life is
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: meant to be like a huge time of trial and error.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: It's like a time to make all the mistakes in
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: the world, experience as much as you can, and not
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: a great time to make big commitments, but so often
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: we do um. But it's basically a time to experience
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: it all and not really figure any of it out.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Thirty to fifty is a time of like really processing
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: everything you learned, integrating your wisdom in a deeper and
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: deeper way, investing on all the things that do work,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: finding more stability if you want it, and your mentate
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: your primary fro in fifty and this doesn't mean that
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: there's anything to wait for. It just means that it's
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: meant to keep getting better because you're really here to
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: become like a living example of authenticity where there's such
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: a gravity to your energy as you get older, where
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: you just inspire people to become them be themselves by
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: just like living it yourself. And I think that like
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: I discovered from it was you know, I was like,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: I want to do a real model. Now I think
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: it was such a lesson that like there's nothing to
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: wait for, it just keeps getting better. And I've been
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: around so many people in this third phase and like
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: there is a true gravity to their energy. Am around
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: them it's like tell me everything, you know. So just
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: I think having that trust and also knowing you're in
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: such a precious phase of witnessing, investing processing right now. Gosh,
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: that's so beautiful. God he gave me chills. Yeah, that's
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: so beautiful. Um, and even I just I would love
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: to reflect you, Aaron, like what a gift you are,
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: like your way of being, in your way of really
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: divinely translating this work. You know, I can speak for myself,
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: but I know you have such a massive platform and
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: so everyone that connects with you feels this way. But
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: it's what a gift to really see someone and give
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: them the ability to see themselves at at such a
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: deep level of acceptance, um and love and grace and
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: it's so beautiful. Thank you for saying that. I think
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: that I received that, and it really like it's so
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: fun for me, you know. And I think that like
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: once I had and human design is a lifelong study,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: you know, but I think that once I had enough mastery,
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: like I've just been able to flow with it and
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: be much more intuitive in the way that I share
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: the information, and that has felt so much more natural
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: than like just regurgitating the things that I've read. So
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: it's so fun for me now because it just feels
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: playful and experimental and intuitive. Yeah, and what I'm hearing
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: on what you're saying too, it's like it goes from
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: this being what you're recognizing is like maybe an innate
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: curiosity and calling to then like the deeper aboding an
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: embodiment of your purpose and the way that that feels
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: to express that work. M m m. And again like
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: I have that same profile as you do, so so
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: much of the gift that we book carry is just
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: bringing like an genius and gift to whatever it is
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: we do that's inexplicable. And so it's also just like
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: leaning into our way of doing things, even if it's
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: like different or we can't always explain it. So it
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: feels like it's been a real journey of like finding
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: out what that looks like for me. Oh my gosh,
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: this has been such an amazing interview. I am so
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: grateful for your time. We're going to connect the links
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: to all of these things. Um, but I'd love to
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: share right now with everyone your Instagram pages Aaron Claire Jones.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: Um spelled exactly, Aaron Claire Jones. Everybody needs to go
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: check this out. And I'm already like, I don't even
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: know if you do one on ones, but I know
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: you're it's about to get lit lit. I do share
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: a lot on Instagram. If you look up your type,
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: you're going to find so much kind of information in
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: terms of how to integrate that a beautiful place to
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: get started, as I offer something called the Blueprint, which
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: is a thirty plus page it's actually got to be
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: quite a bit longer, but like a written guide to
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: your unique design that walks you through all the key pieces,
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: so everything we talked about today, but in written form,
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: and it really is meant to just be like a
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: written manual to you that you keep returning to. It's
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: really just meant to make the information as like accessible
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: and empowering as possible. UM. I make each of them
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: not for like a whole lot longer, but right now
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: I do, and it's just like it's an amazing resource
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: to you to have. So the my website is Aaron
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: crow Jones dot com. I was like, I'll be adding
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: that to cart for myself because I'm like, yeah, I
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: need to get this transcribed. No, No, it's the best
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: because like I've had people like three years ago, you
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: know what I mean, and they still go back every
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: month every week to just like check in, especially moments
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: of resistance such just to remember UM. Then I also
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: offer a workshop called Flow, which is really an exploration
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: of how to use UM your design to move out
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: of resistance and end of flow in your life. So
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: the discount code dropping gems will be for both of those.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: And then I also do offer one on one sessions
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: and partnership sessions and families and team sessions if you
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: want to kind of dig deeper one on one, and
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: so the discount doesn't apply for those just because I
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: don't offer for those. But it's all my website. Thank
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: you so much. Yes, I highly recommend everyone, and speaking
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: to to the point you just made too about revisiting it.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: What I think, um, and I know this will be
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: a fit for some listening. When you invest in getting
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: this kind of powerful insight into your life and this
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: kind of powerful work done, it is not so you
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: can kind of read it and and be a little
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: tickled by it in the moment and then put it
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: on a shelf. I look over the book of Debby
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: that I've created for myself. I look over it all
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: the time, several times a week. I look over it
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: all the time. I Am always checking in with myself,
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: always observing, always seen, you know, what could feel a
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: little more aligned, what could feel like a free or
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: more nourishing life for myself. And so when you invest
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: in this work, please don't just read it and put
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: it on a shelf. Even if it feels triggering and
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: you don't understand it, stick wick that like, work with it.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Keep it as part of your daily practice, you know,
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: especially as you're on the road of self investigation and mastery.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: Keep checking in as it's clicking, and then maybe you know,
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: take some time away to process and embody. Um. But yeah,
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: oh wow, Aaron, I'm so grateful for your time. Thank
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: you for this just utterly delicious reading um pleasure. It
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: was such a joy and a confirmation for me. And
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: thank you so much for generously gifting us the discount
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: code of dropping gems um on your website, Aaron Claire Jones,
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: on your Instagram Aaron Claire Jones UM highly recommend for everyone.
