- 1:01Speaker 4: What a great week, too, as we'll kind of do
- 1:04Speaker 4: what we always do during football. We'll look back and
- 1:06Speaker 4: look ahead.
- 1:07Speaker 5: How are you? I am doing good. I'm just thinking
- 1:10Speaker 5: about what it's like around the country this week as,
- 1:15Speaker 5: you know, people are looking at, well, in the NFL, obviously,
- 1:19Speaker 5: week one in the books, in college football, it's Some
- 1:22Speaker 5: people play good opponents, and I just keep thinking about
- 1:25Speaker 5: what it's got to be like in Eugene, Oregon right
- 1:28Speaker 5: now when that performance against that type of team and
- 1:32Speaker 5: to get dominated. I always think about those poor guys
- 1:37Speaker 5: because they take it the toughest when you struggle like that.
- 1:42Speaker 4: There's no doubt, and Chris, Oregon struggled against BYU. We'll
- 1:47Speaker 4: start right there since you brought them up. I thought
- 1:48Speaker 4: I wanted to go there anyway, but Oklahoma State, Upset
- 1:52Speaker 4: on week one. We knew that they had a really young,
- 1:55Speaker 4: good staff come in. A lot of transfer portal players
- 1:57Speaker 4: over from North Texas. And then Oregon, I mean, they've
- 2:00Speaker 4: got problems.
- 2:03Speaker 5: They do. And the thing about it is they just
- 2:05Speaker 5: got handled at the line of scrimmage. They've got two
- 2:09Speaker 5: new coordinators, and yeah, I know there's adjustments, but that
- 2:13Speaker 5: doesn't factor into the problems of the physicality or the
- 2:17Speaker 5: lack thereof. There's some talent on that team.
- 2:20Speaker 1: There's some.
- 2:21Speaker 5: guys that have got next-level ability, not just quarterback. And
- 2:27Speaker 5: to be playing that poorly is just surprising. And, again,
- 2:31Speaker 5: they got back in the game. I mean, it's not
- 2:35Speaker 5: very the lead. They got completely outplayed in that game.
- 2:39Speaker 5: And I know it was– I don't know how many
- 2:41Speaker 5: people saw it. They had a weather delay issue. And
- 2:44Speaker 5: it was kind of– it bled into two different time slots.
- 2:49Speaker 5: But I've got to tell you, it was not pretty
- 2:51Speaker 5: at all to see them struggle and be ranked as
- 2:54Speaker 5: high as they are. I tell you what's going to
- 2:56Speaker 5: be interesting in two weeks. This is going to be
- 2:59Speaker 5: a huge game when they play USC because you've got
- 3:03Speaker 5: the pressure on Oregon, but then you've got the pressure
- 3:06Speaker 5: on Lincoln-Riley and USC. Imagine if they lay an egg
- 3:09Speaker 5: against an angry, embarrassed Oregon team. That's just going to
- 3:16Speaker 5: be fun to watch here, but that's in a couple
- 3:18Speaker 5: of weeks.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Visiting with Chris Landry. Make sure to give him a
- 3:20Speaker 4: follow on X at Landry Football. Check out the website, LandryFootball.com.

- 3:26Speaker 4: Mississippi State goes up to Minnesota. They get a 38-13 win.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Win this game handily. They were up 28-6 at the half.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Defense looks improved under Zach Arnett. Kamario Taylor looks to be,
- 3:37Speaker 4: you know, likely the best quarterback that they have had
- 3:39Speaker 4: since probably Nick Fitzgerald or Dak Prescott. You know, just
- 3:42Speaker 4: as far as a well-oiled machine. You know, God's going
- 3:44Speaker 4: to make you play 11-on-11. your thoughts on that game
- 3:47Speaker 4: and what you saw in now a big trip to
- 3:49Speaker 4: South Carolina coming up this weekend.
- 3:51Speaker 5: Well, we talked about it last week. I thought they'd
- 3:54Speaker 5: go up and handle Minnesota more athletic, better. They did that.
- 3:59Speaker 5: And a whole lot more. I mean, they dominated a game.
- 4:02Speaker 5: No question about it. They're impressive right now. They may
- 4:06Speaker 5: have the quarterback that's playing the best in the entire sec. Um,
- 4:10Speaker 5: they are flying around the football. Um, I'm excited what
- 4:15Speaker 5: I see. Let's see. Look, I think they can go
- 4:17Speaker 5: to South Carolina and win. I think Missouri is gettable,
- 4:22Speaker 5: although that's a good Missouri team. The next two weeks
- 4:25Speaker 5: are going to tell us a lot. Look, I mean, Alabama, LSU, Oklahoma, Texas,
- 4:32Speaker 5: that's going to ultimately kind of– that's tough. That's a
- 4:35Speaker 5: tough four-game stretch, although we've got a break on October
- 4:39Speaker 5: 10th after Alabama and before LSU. But I think South
- 4:43Speaker 5: Carolina ought to handle them first. And then Missouri is
- 4:47Speaker 5: going to be really pivotal because I think after that,
- 4:50Speaker 5: I mean, look, they've got chances in pretty much all
- 4:54Speaker 5: those games with maybe the exception of the four that
- 4:57Speaker 5: I mentioned. But let's just see how this plays out.
- 5:01Speaker 5: I'm excited to what I see. The quarterback gives them
- 5:04Speaker 5: a chance in any game, but they are playing well
- 5:08Speaker 5: around them. And the passing game is really efficient. But, no,
- 5:13Speaker 5: I'm really impressed with what I'm seeing. And, look, I
- 5:16Speaker 5: think as you win, the stakes get higher. And I
- 5:20Speaker 5: think South Carolina's got the– they're going to be in
- 5:24Speaker 5: for it this week. What a quarterback matchup. But South
- 5:27Speaker 5: Carolina's going to have to play very well to beat
- 5:29Speaker 5: Mississippi State, no question.
- 5:31Speaker 4: You mentioned Oklahoma. They go down to Michigan at the
- 5:34Speaker 4: Big House 17-10. That was a 10-0 ballgame. They came back,
- 5:37Speaker 4: tied it up. John Mateer looks good coming off the bus.
- 5:41Speaker 4: He looks good in the video room. He looks good
- 5:44Speaker 4: at the Manning Passing Academy. He didn't look good Saturday.
- 5:48Speaker 5: Just not a good passer, and that's the thing about it.
- 5:51Speaker 5: The run-threat quarterbacks are very dangerous, very difficult for defenses
- 5:55Speaker 5: to prepare for. He's got to be able to throw
- 5:57Speaker 5: the football accurately. I mean, you're seeing that, whether we
- 6:02Speaker 5: get to it or not, you're seeing that with some
- 6:03Speaker 5: other guys. I mean, you see that sometimes on Sundays.
- 6:07Speaker 5: You saw that with Sam Leather against Louisiana Tech. Mateer,
- 6:12Speaker 5: without the quarterback run, this team offensively is going to struggle.
- 6:18Speaker 5: They've got to get more efficiency out of the passing game.
- 6:20Speaker 5: It's a good defense. They can run the football, including
- 6:24Speaker 5: the quarterback run, but their ceiling is going to be
- 6:27Speaker 5: pretty low unless they can improve their passing game. That's
- 6:30Speaker 5: just the bottom line.
- 6:32Speaker 6: Alabama.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Alabama.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Uh, got punched in the mouth early. Kentucky, uh, put
- 6:35Speaker 4: up a fight. That was a, uh, you know, 17,
- 6:38Speaker 4: 13 ball game in favor of Kentucky at the half.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Then Alabama put up, uh, you know, 32 points in
- 6:42Speaker 4: the second half and shut out Kentucky. What did you
- 6:44Speaker 4: see out of Alabama that you liked? And then what
- 6:45Speaker 4: maybe made you a little pause there on Alabama?
- 6:49Speaker 5: Uh, the, the, the, the defense is playing very well
- 6:52Speaker 5: and they're very good as I thought they would be.
- 6:54Speaker 5: They are that. And then some, they're very, very good.
- 6:58Speaker 5: And they, um, On all three levels, they're good. Their
- 7:02Speaker 5: secondary is outstanding. Linebackers are very instinctive. Playmakers. This is
- 7:08Speaker 5: a very good defense. And I thought there was a
- 7:11Speaker 5: little bit of an adjustment period early. Obviously, Kentucky got
- 7:16Speaker 5: a score basically off of mistakes. What I didn't like
- 7:20Speaker 5: about Alabama is just the mistakes they made early. I mean, basically,
- 7:24Speaker 5: they gifted Kentucky a touchdown. credit Kentucky for making a
- 7:29Speaker 5: really good play, but you've got to protect the football.
- 7:31Speaker 5: They didn't do that well at all. Made way too
- 7:34Speaker 5: many mistakes. And I look, I think the, again, the
- 7:38Speaker 5: efficiency in the passing game is something to see going forward.
- 7:42Speaker 5: How good can it be? That'll determine how far this
- 7:46Speaker 5: team can go because the quarterback is dynamic. But at
- 7:49Speaker 5: this point, he's making big plays for his team and
- 7:55Speaker 5: the opposition. So again, In essence, Kentucky was in the
- 7:58Speaker 5: game because Alabama played very poorly in the first half.
- 8:02Speaker 5: Then they settled down, didn't make mistakes, and they kind
- 8:04Speaker 5: of just torched Kentucky in the second half. So they
- 8:08Speaker 5: can't get away with that if they play that poorly
- 8:11Speaker 5: against better teams. But that's kind of what my summation
- 8:16Speaker 5: of watching Alabama.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Texas, boy, they got down big. Two turnovers, first two drives,
- 8:23Speaker 4: a fumble on the first play, a little swing pass
- 8:25Speaker 4: to the running back, and then the deep ball that
- 8:28Speaker 4: just a fluke. I say fluke. It was a freak play.
- 8:31Speaker 4: The receiver had it, and then it comes out of
- 8:33Speaker 4: his hands right into the DB's hands. It looked like
- 8:35Speaker 4: Ohio State was going to blow them out in their
- 8:37Speaker 4: own building, but you've got to credit Steve Sarkeesian, Arch Manning.
- 8:40Speaker 4: That offensive line played well, and Texas with a big comeback.
- 8:45Speaker 5: Yeah, look, Texas is good. Again, how good you look depends.
- 8:50Speaker 5: relatively speaking on the mistakes you make or the, the,
- 8:54Speaker 5: you avoid, they, they played sloppy. You mentioned the drop
- 8:58Speaker 5: ball really hurt them. There was some big plays to
- 9:00Speaker 5: be had, or they could have gotten off to a
- 9:03Speaker 5: quicker start. And then because of the hole, they dug
- 9:06Speaker 5: themselves in Ohio state was very close to putting them away.
- 9:10Speaker 5: You know what I mean? If they don't, if they look,
- 9:14Speaker 5: I think Ohio state to me, still very good. Uh,
- 9:20Speaker 5: They've got a great receiver, but the number two guy,
- 9:23Speaker 5: if you can bracket him, can they make enough plays
- 9:26Speaker 5: away from number one? I don't know. And defensively, I
- 9:32Speaker 5: didn't think their defensive line played all that well, although
- 9:36Speaker 5: Texas' offensive line is good. It's a big win for
- 9:39Speaker 5: Texas because I think coming back to win it, I
- 9:44Speaker 5: think it does a lot for their momentum. But it
- 9:47Speaker 5: really comes down to, I think Texas, just played very sloppy,
- 9:53Speaker 5: very poorly, and left a lot of plays on the
- 9:55Speaker 5: field in the first half, or else that might have
- 9:58Speaker 5: been a more, you know, more decisive type of complete performance,
- 10:04Speaker 5: I would say, out of Texas. I think Texas will
- 10:07Speaker 5: be fine. I think Ohio State's going to be fine.
- 10:09Speaker 5: I think both of these teams will still likely end
- 10:11Speaker 5: up in the playoffs. But, yeah, I was impressed, and
- 10:15Speaker 5: you could see kind of the release, and I think
- 10:17Speaker 5: that had a lot to do with the reactions of
- 10:20Speaker 5: both Arch Manning and Steve Sarkeesian. It was almost like
- 10:24Speaker 5: there was bigger relief than joy, combination relief than joy,
- 10:27Speaker 5: I would say.

- 12:08Speaker 4: him at LandryFootball.com for more information. Chris, Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry,
- 12:15Speaker 4: I'm chuckling because this is funny, has asked Ole Miss
- 12:19Speaker 4: to show some Southern hospitality. And Lane Kiffin's return. This
- 12:23Speaker 4: is on ESPN. It just broke. Quote, we might need
- 12:25Speaker 4: the National Guard out there to protect our team this weekend. Boy,
- 12:28Speaker 4: there's going to be a sight this weekend.
- 12:29Speaker 5: I will tell you this. I had a brief conversation
- 12:36Speaker 5: when I was over at the facility. This was about
- 12:41Speaker 5: three weeks ago with Ed Orgeron. He told me, I'm
- 12:46Speaker 5: not a great Ed Orgeron impressionist, but I'll do my
- 12:48Speaker 5: best for you here.
- 12:49Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 12:50Speaker 5: He said, Chris, Chris. When we go to Oxford, they're
- 12:54Speaker 5: going to need a Popemobile for Lane. I'm serious. So
- 12:59Speaker 5: I don't think there's going to be a lot of
- 13:01Speaker 5: Southern hospitality. I think a Popemobile would be a good idea.
- 13:06Speaker 5: I'm not sure they can get one ordered.
- 13:09Speaker 4: Yeah. No, I agree. You've got the spectacle off the field.
- 13:13Speaker 4: I mean, it's just going to be a massive number
- 13:15Speaker 4: of people in Oxford this weekend. On the field, who
- 13:18Speaker 4: do you like? Who has the edge going in this weekend?
- 13:23Speaker 5: Well, you can't take out the emotion and everything leading
- 13:26Speaker 5: up to it. But LSU's the better team, better talent.
- 13:31Speaker 5: I've not been impressed with Ole Miss at all. The
- 13:35Speaker 5: defense has not looked good at any time this year. Now,
- 13:39Speaker 5: this is going to be a different test. I thought
- 13:43Speaker 5: LSU made a ton of mistakes, mental errors. I don't know.
- 13:49Speaker 5: You know, the little bit of the, they were ready
- 13:51Speaker 5: to play against Clemson. It doesn't seem like they were
- 13:54Speaker 5: ready to play against Louisiana Tech. That's not good. They're
- 13:57Speaker 5: going to be ready to play. I think Ole Miss
- 14:00Speaker 5: is a better team. I mean, I think LSU is
- 14:02Speaker 5: a better team. I think Ole Miss has got a
- 14:05Speaker 5: lot of emotion on their side. I'm curious to see
- 14:08Speaker 5: if Ole Miss can kind of, can they play with
- 14:12Speaker 5: what I call good emotions. You can't be like you
- 14:17Speaker 5: just want to kill somebody and all of a sudden
- 14:19Speaker 5: you make a lot of mental errors. If that happens,
- 14:23Speaker 5: they'll get blown out at home and it'll be an embarrassment.
- 14:26Speaker 5: If they play with aggression, passion, focus, high intensity, attention
- 14:33Speaker 5: to detail, they can play with LSU and cause some problems,
- 14:37Speaker 5: take it into the fourth quarter. You know the fans
- 14:39Speaker 5: are going to be in it as long as it's close,
- 14:41Speaker 5: but let that thing get out of hand. um, then
- 14:44Speaker 5: I think it, it neutralizes some of the advantages in short.
- 14:48Speaker 5: I think LSU is the better team. Uh, but heck, I,
- 14:51Speaker 5: you know, as we said at the beginning, uh, Oregon
- 14:55Speaker 5: is a better team than Oklahoma state. It didn't play
- 14:57Speaker 5: out that way. So let's see. Uh, I expect LSU
- 15:00Speaker 5: to win the game.
- 15:02Speaker 4: I wouldn't call it a fly under the radar game.
- 15:04Speaker 4: It's a big game in the sec, but it's not
- 15:05Speaker 4: going to grab the attention that this one will, um,
- 15:08Speaker 4: Florida at Auburn this weekend, uh, Two new coaches, two
- 15:12Speaker 4: new program, you know, two new coach leading kind of
- 15:14Speaker 4: revivals at programs. Who do you like at Florida at Auburn?
- 15:19Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, watching Auburn's had a little bit more
- 15:23Speaker 5: of a task. I think that defensively, Auburn looks a
- 15:29Speaker 5: little better at this stage. With Florida, they've just, they've
- 15:33Speaker 5: not played anybody very good. So in essence, I know
- 15:36Speaker 5: a little bit more about Auburn than Florida because I've
- 15:38Speaker 5: seen Florida play against weaker competition. Auburn at home, I'd
- 15:43Speaker 5: give them an edge. But I just, you know, offensively,
- 15:46Speaker 5: I'm wondering who's going to be able to step up
- 15:48Speaker 5: and make plays for either team offensively. That's going to
- 15:51Speaker 5: be the key in this one. So give a slight
- 15:53Speaker 5: edge to Auburn. But to me, this is a toss-up game.
- 15:56Speaker 5: And you're right. It's going up against the same time
- 15:59Speaker 5: frame as LSU Ole Miss. So maybe the pressure's off.
- 16:02Speaker 5: I'm excited to watch it. I think outside of the
- 16:06Speaker 5: state and South Carolina game, I mean, this is the
- 16:09Speaker 5: I think it's probably the third best game, you know,
- 16:13Speaker 5: because I think State and South Carolina, to me, is
- 16:15Speaker 5: even more intriguing. But, yeah, those are three good ones.
- 16:18Speaker 5: And then out of conference, Alabama, Florida State, which might
- 16:21Speaker 5: be the end for Mike Norvell, particularly what's happening today
- 16:25Speaker 5: with his athletic director, Mike Alford, getting the ax.
- 16:28Speaker 4: Yeah, there's no doubt the wheels are turning down in Tallahassee.
- 16:31Speaker 4: We've got Denver KC tonight. Your thoughts on that one?
- 16:35Speaker 4: And then some highlights of what you saw over the
- 16:36Speaker 4: weekend in the NFL.
- 16:38Speaker 5: Well, I think Denver, Kansas City, I like this Denver team.
- 16:42Speaker 5: I think they absolutely could win that division. So, you know,
- 16:46Speaker 5: I'm curious to see how first week is so very difficult.
- 16:51Speaker 5: Kansas City at home is going to be tough, you know,
- 16:53Speaker 5: tough to win there. I did not see the Cardinals
- 16:58Speaker 5: beating the Chargers in week one. That was the biggest
- 17:01Speaker 5: surprise to me. But I think we... We probably need
- 17:05Speaker 5: about three to four weeks, as we always do, to
- 17:07Speaker 5: kind of see what these teams are. I guess the
- 17:11Speaker 5: Chargers losing and playing as poorly as they did. I
- 17:15Speaker 5: would say that Buffalo, you know, coming back impressively against Houston,
- 17:22Speaker 5: you wonder, is Josh Allen going to have to continue
- 17:25Speaker 5: to do everything like he has? The Bears' offense is
- 17:28Speaker 5: for real, but really? Their defense? Just don't know how
- 17:32Speaker 5: good that's going to be there. I thought the Saints
- 17:35Speaker 5: really played very well against Detroit. Absolutely had a chance
- 17:39Speaker 5: to win it. Just Green Bay's defense, what abysmal performance there.
- 17:46Speaker 5: So that was kind of the headliner. I thought the Giants, boy,
- 17:50Speaker 5: you could see the Harbaugh effect early. That's a physical team.
- 17:55Speaker 5: You're going to be battered and bruised after playing that team,
- 17:57Speaker 5: just like his Baltimore team's. You're going to see that.
- 18:01Speaker 5: So that's kind of my take of week one of
- 18:04Speaker 5: what I saw in the NFL.
- 18:06Speaker 4: Make sure to get him at LandryFootball.com. And, of course,
- 18:09Speaker 4: you can get him on X, subscribe to the show
- 18:11Speaker 4: on YouTube, TikTok, and more. Chris, always appreciate your time.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Enjoy the week. It should be a good one. And
- 18:15Speaker 4: we'll recap it next week.
- 18:17Speaker 5: Look forward to it. Thank you so much.
- 18:18Speaker 4: Thank you. Chris Landry on your radio talking through, of course,
- 18:22Speaker 4: a great weekend coming up and recapping Auburn football. had
- 18:27Speaker 4: no problems with Southern Miss over the weekend. They won 43-8.
- 18:29Speaker 4: That was a 17-0 first quarter matchup, you know, where
- 18:34Speaker 4: Auburn kind of got out and stayed out. They were
- 18:36Speaker 4: up 27-8 at the half, put 16 more on the
- 18:39Speaker 4: board in the third quarter, and it was a scoreless
- 18:40Speaker 4: fourth quarter. Again, South Carolina takes care of Towson over
- 18:43Speaker 4: the weekend, 45-9. They'll host Mississippi State this weekend. A
- 18:47Speaker 4: couple texts here, Raider Nation. You guys talked about their division,
- 18:51Speaker 4: and without even mentioning the Raiders, you haters.
- 18:55Speaker 3: I mean.
- 18:57Speaker 2: No, we mentioned the teams that matter in that division.
- 19:01Speaker 2: That's Kansas City, Denver, and Los Angeles. Not so much
- 19:06Speaker 2: Las Vegas because they are still the Raiders. You got
- 19:10Speaker 2: a neat win against the Dolphins.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Neat.
- 19:13Speaker 2: You got two good pieces, Genting and Bowers, and one
- 19:16Speaker 2: of them isn't even there. So what do we say
- 19:21Speaker 2: about the Raiders?
- 19:22Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, good win.
- 19:25Speaker 2: No, it's not a good win. No, it's a neat.
- 19:27Speaker 2: It was a neat win because it was the Dolphins.
- 19:29Speaker 4: That's right. Look, the Dolphins are going to be a
- 19:32Speaker 4: sacrificial lamb every week.
- 19:33Speaker 2: And Kirky still went out there and threw two picks
- 19:35Speaker 2: against the Dolphins. I didn't like to see that. See,
- 19:39Speaker 2: I like Kirky. That's the thing. You don't want to
- 19:41Speaker 2: know what happened in Kirky.
- 19:45Speaker 4: Jason in Flagstaff. He said, I did Riot and Crowd Control.
- 19:50Speaker 4: training when he was in the Army pre 9-11. And
- 19:53Speaker 4: I promise you, the Louisiana National Guard wants no part
- 19:56Speaker 4: of that. Yeah, we'll get into Jeff Landry's Jeff Landry.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Did I say that right? Is that the governor?
- 20:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:03Speaker 4: Jeff Landry, not Chris Landry. Jeff Landry, his comments, and
- 20:07Speaker 4: JC has a text. If you want to text us, 601-885-3776.
- 20:10Speaker 4: We're brought to you by Cowboy Maloney's, 13 locations around
- 20:13Speaker 4: the state. Get them online at cowboymaloney.com. Back in a bit.
- 20:16Speaker 6: Do you stay up at night thinking about the lack
- 20:18Speaker 6: of push from your team's offensive line? Do you spill
- 20:20Speaker 6: your Dr. Pepper arguing with your TV because pundits are
- 20:23Speaker 6: torching your defense?
- 20:25Speaker 4: You're not crazy.
- 20:26Speaker 6: You're a fan, and no college football fan can fan
- 20:28Speaker 6: to their fullest without the bold, one-of-a-kind taste of Dr.
- 20:31Speaker 5: Pepper.
- 20:32Speaker 6: It won't fix any of the problems we previously stated
- 20:35Speaker 6: But it's delicious, and drinking it at a tailgate will
- 20:38Speaker 6: make you look like a ball knower, which is a
- 20:40Speaker 6: great consolation prize for the lack of push your offensive
- 20:43Speaker 6: line gets. College football, it's a pepper thing.
- 20:46Speaker 4: This is the home of the Chuck Oliver Show, every
- 20:48Speaker 4: weekday from 10 till noon.
- 20:49Speaker 2: On Mississippi's live and local sports authority.
- 20:52Speaker 6: And where?
- 20:53Speaker 1: And now. We're back.
- 20:54Speaker 2: To Jake Wibberley for the afternoon drive.
- 20:56Speaker 5: On ESPN 105.9 The Zone.
- 20:56Speaker 6: And online. At TheZone1059.
- 20:57Speaker 5: Com.
- 21:19Speaker 4: Appreciate Chris Landry jumping in. We're brought to you by
- 21:21Speaker 4: Dwayne Atkinson, Small Town Hunting Properties and Real Estate. Let
- 21:24Speaker 4: him help you move property. Let him help you find
- 21:26Speaker 4: the property you need. Huntingland, Homes with Acreage, Homes with Timber, 601-832-3075.
- 21:29Speaker 4: That's 601-832-3075. Texas, 601-885-3776. That is the Cabo Maloney's text line.
- 21:32Speaker 4: We're brought to you by Maristar Casino. JC, Jake, simply put,
- 21:37Speaker 4: your picks are 5 and 18. That's not winning and
- 21:39Speaker 4: certainly not worthy of being called winners. You know, The
- 21:50Speaker 4: numbers through the first two weeks around the country, the
- 21:53Speaker 4: gen public is only hitting 38% to 45% against Vegas.
- 22:00Speaker 4: First two weeks. It's been a bloodbath. Look, even the
- 22:05Speaker 4: big boys, Travis, Barstool, I mean, nobody's hitting. Nobody's hitting.
- 22:10Speaker 4: Why is nobody hitting? Is it because the picks are bad? No.
- 22:14Speaker 4: It's because this transfer. Look at Oregon. Would you have
- 22:18Speaker 4: believed Oregon would lose to Oklahoma State? Kennesaw State was
- 22:23Speaker 4: a 14.5-point favorite over the weekend, and they got run
- 22:26Speaker 4: out of the building. I think it's J.C. treat it
- 22:30Speaker 4: like this, a basketball game. You got to treat it
- 22:34Speaker 4: like a basketball game. You expect to do well. You
- 22:38Speaker 4: come out. You have some turnovers. And then the other
- 22:42Speaker 4: team has a flurry of threes, and they go up
- 22:45Speaker 4: by 17. Well, then you've got to spend the rest
- 22:48Speaker 4: of the game getting back in it. Look at Texas.
- 22:52Speaker 4: We're going to treat this WIMS winner's year like Texas
- 22:55Speaker 4: versus Ohio State. We're down. We're going to have a
- 22:59Speaker 4: big comeback. Is that fair? You're not liking these analogies, right?
- 23:04Speaker 4: It's two weeks in. It's two weeks in. Nobody, I mean,
- 23:09Speaker 4: now you almost hit a parlay. Chris sent us one.
- 23:12Speaker 4: He almost hit one. But overall, across the country, Vegas
- 23:16Speaker 4: is destroying the general public right now. And I think
- 23:19Speaker 4: it's because the transfer portal, I'll just decide. And because the,
- 23:22Speaker 4: the talent across the board is so thin and we
- 23:26Speaker 4: don't know what we have with a lot of these teams.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Is that fair?
- 23:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I would say so. Let's see, Matt, Matt is college. Well,
- 23:35Speaker 4: this is not Matt. It's college football becoming rigged like
- 23:39Speaker 4: the NFL. Now that's a question you ought to keep
- 23:41Speaker 4: for Matt Wyatt tomorrow. I would love to hear Matt's
- 23:43Speaker 4: response on that because, Matt, who just, oh, Matt is
- 23:48Speaker 4: saying Matt. I think he's saying Matt. Is college football
- 23:50Speaker 4: becoming rigged like the NFL? I'd still like to hear
- 23:52Speaker 4: Matt Wyatt's response on this. Are we sure that the
- 23:54Speaker 4: NFL is rigged, though? Because this text would tell me
- 23:57Speaker 4: that we know emphatically the NFL is rigged. Oh, man.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Oh, let me tell you. Old Saints, bro. He's convinced
- 24:06Speaker 2: that it's rigged against the Saints.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Really?
- 24:08Speaker 2: After yesterday.
- 24:09Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 24:11Speaker 2: He's firmly on board now. It's rigged just against the Saints, though. Like,
- 24:16Speaker 2: apparently the NFL and all of us idiots out here,
- 24:20Speaker 2: we are just scared of the New Orleans Saints. We just,
- 24:24Speaker 2: for some reason, we don't want them to win. We're
- 24:27Speaker 2: stacking the deck against the Saints.
- 24:29Speaker 4: So why would Roger Goodell and the suits at the NFL,
- 24:33Speaker 4: what acts do they have to grind against New Orleans?
- 24:35Speaker 2: That's a great question.
- 24:39Speaker 4: So it's rigged against the Saints. You know, I think
- 24:41Speaker 4: I told you there was a guy several years ago
- 24:46Speaker 4: who met with me about a business he wanted to
- 24:50Speaker 4: look at doing some advertising. But he was convinced the
- 24:54Speaker 4: NFL was rigged. Like, you weren't talking. He would have
- 24:57Speaker 4: fought you if you'd have told him different. So you
- 24:59Speaker 4: just let him go. And he had it figured out
- 25:03Speaker 4: that that coming year, and I think it was 2019, 2021,
- 25:05Speaker 4: it was the Cowboys year. And the Cowboys turned and
- 25:11Speaker 4: obviously didn't pan out that way. But there are people
- 25:13Speaker 4: that really believe the NFL is like WWE. It's a
- 25:17Speaker 4: rigged reality TV show.
- 25:21Speaker 3: I don't see it.
- 25:22Speaker 4: Maybe because my eyes don't see well. Maybe I just
- 25:25Speaker 4: don't see it. But I know what I don't believe
- 25:27Speaker 4: college football is rigged either. I mean, how would you
- 25:30Speaker 4: rig college football? Like 130 something teams. The real name
- 25:34Speaker 4: texture said, except for losing three houses, I'm up. Absolutely.
- 25:37Speaker 4: You are, sir. Let's keep swinging. Let's see here. DX,
- 25:45Speaker 4: how did Wim's winners finally win? Well, there was a
- 25:47Speaker 4: few wins on there, but it was a bad week.
- 25:49Speaker 4: It's been a bad two weeks, DX, but we're going
- 25:52Speaker 4: to come back. JC, Jake, we need a firm commitment
- 25:56Speaker 4: from you. What is the threshold? At what point do
- 25:59Speaker 4: you admit defeat? Is there any record at any point
- 26:03Speaker 4: that would cause you to admit that your picks are
- 26:04Speaker 4: not winners? JC, I'm going off a decade of making picks.
- 26:09Speaker 4: So like a couple weeks, we're not going to, you
- 26:11Speaker 4: don't fold the tent over eight to 10 years of
- 26:15Speaker 4: making picks over two weeks. That'd be like Bill Belichick
- 26:19Speaker 4: in the NFL having a bad start to a season.
- 26:23Speaker 4: Is that fair?
- 26:24Speaker 2: No, because JC's going to pop up. See, the thing is,
- 26:28Speaker 2: you don't remember. JC has your record from last year.
- 26:32Speaker 2: He's going to put that in there.
- 26:35Speaker 4: So let's just pump the brakes. Let's just see. Let's
- 26:39Speaker 4: just see what happens. JC, don't make me do this,
- 26:43Speaker 4: but I will absolutely go back multiple years on your
- 26:45Speaker 4: Twitter feed. He's like a bloodhound, isn't he? He's on
- 26:53Speaker 4: a trail right now, and he's just going down the
- 26:57Speaker 4: trail here. Let's see here. All right, so what do
- 26:59Speaker 4: you think about Jeff Landry? The governor of Louisiana asking
- 27:03Speaker 4: Ole Miss to show some Southern hospitality.
- 27:05Speaker 2: That is absurd. Because I had not seen that. When
- 27:10Speaker 2: you mentioned that to Chris Landry earlier, you saw the
- 27:12Speaker 2: way it looked at you. Because every time you start
- 27:18Speaker 2: a sentence with Jeff Landry on this show, I got
- 27:22Speaker 2: to know what's coming because it's going to be stupid.
- 27:25Speaker 2: Because I'm so sick of hearing this man in the
- 27:29Speaker 2: sports context. You are the governor of a state. How
- 27:34Speaker 2: about you do that? And for someone associated with LSU
- 27:39Speaker 2: and your reputation, your reputation that your trash-ass fans have
- 27:45Speaker 2: had for years to say, how about we show a
- 27:49Speaker 2: little Southern hospitality? I mean, the story I used to
- 27:53Speaker 2: always hear is, was just constantly about the rowdy fans
- 27:59Speaker 2: at Tiger Stadium throwing bourbon bottles and stuff at people. Oh, yeah.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Nice Southern hospitality there, it sounds like. Yeah.
- 28:09Speaker 4: I mean, look, it's pot, meat, kettle at this point.
- 28:14Speaker 4: I mean, look, I've never had a bad experience in
- 28:16Speaker 4: that stadium, talking about down in Baton Rouge. I've been
- 28:19Speaker 4: to a handful of games down there in my life,
- 28:21Speaker 4: and it's always been fine, and I've always said that Normally,
- 28:25Speaker 4: if you act right, people will treat you right. Now,
- 28:28Speaker 4: there are some knuckleheads that you can get into a
- 28:30Speaker 4: little sideways action with. I did see a guy peeing
- 28:35Speaker 4: off the balcony one night years ago that laid it.
- 28:38Speaker 4: I mean, dude, just let it rip. I mean, so, yeah,
- 28:41Speaker 4: they're not the ones to be asking for Southern hospitality
- 28:46Speaker 4: because they don't really show. Do they show it?
- 28:48Speaker 3: No.
- 28:48Speaker 2: No. Doesn't sound like it.
- 28:51Speaker 4: So this is something coming up this weekend. Let's see here. J-Rock.
- 28:56Speaker 3: Beaver.
- 28:56Speaker 4: Now Jake is Bill Belichick. No, that's no, no, no. Well,
- 28:59Speaker 4: I mean, no. Will.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Jake.
- 29:04Speaker 4: Jake Wim. There's winners and quitters. You can never lose
- 29:08Speaker 4: if you don't quit betting. Average is average. Swing to
- 29:14Speaker 4: the end. The big end will follow.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Yes.
- 29:16Speaker 4: Swing the big end. It will follow.
- 29:17Speaker 6: Yes.
- 29:18Speaker 4: Just like baseball. DX. You need fewer picks.
- 29:22Speaker 3: No. No.
- 29:23Speaker 4: We stay with 10 picks. That's what we've done forever.
- 29:26Speaker 4: Dogtower Florence from last week. Highbrow is an objective for
- 29:31Speaker 4: someone who is perceived to be sophisticated or cultured or
- 29:36Speaker 4: having high intelligence as opposed to lowbrow. as meaning unsophisticated
- 29:41Speaker 4: or uncultured or low intellect. LSU is lowbrow. Is that fair?
- 29:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll go with that.
- 29:49Speaker 4: I think so. JC, let's be real. The LSU Ole
- 29:53Speaker 4: Miss fan bases are both god-awful. They're perfect for each other.
- 29:58Speaker 4: Incredible bedfellows. What do you think?
- 30:03Speaker 2: Seems... That's not far off.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Not far off at all. All right, let's see here.
- 30:09Speaker 4: Pete Golding from Trey Wallace sums it up pretty well
- 30:12Speaker 4: with LSU and Lane Kiffin heading into town. Quote, To me,
- 30:15Speaker 4: it's like high school homecoming for these dudes. Like, if
- 30:20Speaker 4: you focus on the wrong stuff, and I'm going to
- 30:23Speaker 4: change his words here, that homecoming dance ain't very fun
- 30:27Speaker 4: if you get your butt beat on Friday night.
- 30:30Speaker 2: So.
- 30:30Speaker 4: What he's saying, you hear high school coaches talk about
- 30:33Speaker 4: this every, like for instance, give you a great example.
- 30:37Speaker 4: Brandon's got homecoming this week already.
- 30:40Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 30:41Speaker 4: Can you believe it? Yeah, these schools do it quicker
- 30:43Speaker 4: than quicker. They got West Monroe coming over. And I
- 30:47Speaker 4: sat up and watched the West Monroe film late Friday night.
- 30:50Speaker 4: They look really good. They're a good football team. And
- 30:53Speaker 4: they've won like eight state championships over there in Louisiana.
- 30:55Speaker 4: They're really good. If Brandon worries about the dance in
- 31:01Speaker 4: any school, Madison Central, whoever, this is what Pete Golding said,
- 31:05Speaker 4: then the dance isn't going to be so fun if
- 31:07Speaker 4: you get run out of your own building on homecoming night.
- 31:10Speaker 4: Golding is saying if we don't, as quote, we as
- 31:13Speaker 4: an Ole Miss do not do the things we need
- 31:16Speaker 4: to do, this party is going to be a bad party.
- 31:20Speaker 4: Like we'll get, it will not be fun. So we
- 31:23Speaker 4: got to take care of the game first. So I
- 31:24Speaker 4: thought he framed that up well. Is there any scenario
- 31:28Speaker 4: where LSU embarrasses Ole Miss Saturday?
- 31:34Speaker 2: Embarrassed? What does that look like? 20 points?
- 31:38Speaker 3: Yes.
- 31:39Speaker 4: We'll say three touchdowns.
- 31:43Speaker 2: I go back to something Chris mentioned earlier. He said
- 31:46Speaker 2: he has not seen much from that Ole Miss defense
- 31:50Speaker 2: so far. If that continues, yeah, I could see it.
- 31:56Speaker 2: I don't know what to make of Sam Levitt's LSU
- 32:00Speaker 2: tenure yet either. It's just so early for all of
- 32:03Speaker 2: this stuff. But there is a scenario. But I can't...
- 32:10Speaker 2: I don't see it getting out of hand that way.
- 32:15Speaker 2: And I understand there's a good chance that I could
- 32:17Speaker 2: be completely wrong. But I don't know about an embarrassment.
- 32:22Speaker 4: It would have to be a situation where Ole Miss
- 32:24Speaker 4: just coughs the football up. You know, let's just say
- 32:28Speaker 4: Trinidad uncharacteristically throws a couple picks early. He doesn't typically
- 32:32Speaker 4: do that. Let's say that LSU bait switch gets him
- 32:36Speaker 4: into a situation where he gives them the ball, they
- 32:37Speaker 4: get a couple short fields. LSU scores, they're up like 14-3.
- 32:42Speaker 4: And then, you know, Ole Miss is clawing and fighting
- 32:43Speaker 4: and clawing and fighting, and then they end up losing
- 32:45Speaker 4: this game like 40-28. That's just– but here's the deal.
- 32:51Speaker 4: If Kiffin has the opportunity to put more points on
- 32:54Speaker 4: the board, is he going to let up?
- 32:55Speaker 5: Yes, no doubt.
- 32:57Speaker 4: He'll let up?
- 32:58Speaker 2: Oh, will he let up?
- 32:59Speaker 5: I'm sorry.
- 32:59Speaker 2: I just assumed you were going if he has the– no,
- 33:04Speaker 2: he will not let up because in his brain space,
- 33:11Speaker 2: has he done anything to make us not think that
- 33:16Speaker 2: he's a petty, petty man? Oh, yeah. So, no, if
- 33:19Speaker 2: he has the chance to score more, I absolutely think
- 33:23Speaker 2: he would score more in this situation.
- 33:25Speaker 4: And here's, as we go to break, how Lane Kiffin is,
- 33:27Speaker 4: and you know it. Lane Kiffin, if he gets the chance,
- 33:30Speaker 4: you know how he likes to throw his hands up
- 33:31Speaker 4: on the sideline, like on a big touchdown, run down
- 33:34Speaker 4: the sideline with a fist pump? He is dying to
- 33:37Speaker 4: do that a couple times Saturday night and then give
- 33:40Speaker 4: the proverbial eye look into the student section. But then
- 33:43Speaker 4: he will complain when he gets belted. by some foreign object.

- 35:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:33Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 35:33Speaker 4: We got you.
- 35:34Speaker 5: All right. Yeah. Mr.
- 35:35Speaker 3: B there said something about not being sure what to
- 35:38Speaker 3: make of Sam Levitt. Um, so, you know, I've, I've
- 35:42Speaker 3: had to watch that dude the last couple of years
- 35:45Speaker 3: and I don't see anything different about him at LSU.
- 35:48Speaker 3: It was the same Sam Levitt that I've seen out here. So, um,
- 35:54Speaker 3: My advice to people would be expect him to look
- 35:57Speaker 3: like Michael Vick this weekend because he has sucked the
- 36:00Speaker 3: first two games, really, especially last week. And when he
- 36:04Speaker 3: did that out here, he would, you know, he'd go
- 36:07Speaker 3: on stretches where he'd look terrible. And then out of nowhere,
- 36:11Speaker 3: he would be just electric and you couldn't stop him.
- 36:13Speaker 3: So I would expect that to pop up at any
- 36:16Speaker 3: minute now.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:18Speaker 4: I mean, this weekend with touchdown, three interceptions against Louisiana Tech,
- 36:21Speaker 4: 344 yards. Levin carries for 22 yards. He did score
- 36:25Speaker 4: three touchdowns, but those were a short run. So you're right.
- 36:27Speaker 4: I mean, he will show up probably in spurts where,
- 36:30Speaker 4: you know, full miss can rattle him early and maybe
- 36:33Speaker 4: turn out some turnovers into touchdowns, and then he may
- 36:37Speaker 4: look great second quarter and third quarter.
- 36:38Speaker 5: You just don't know.
- 36:39Speaker 1: That's exactly how he is. He's terrible most of the game,
- 36:42Speaker 1: and then he'll just show up and they can't do
- 36:45Speaker 1: anything with him. So they better– Not count on him sucking.
- 36:49Speaker 1: That's all I'm going to say.
- 36:51Speaker 3: But I'll get off here and listen.
- 36:52Speaker 1: Love the show.
- 36:52Speaker 4: Thank you, brother. Appreciate it. Yeah, Levitt was not good
- 36:55Speaker 4: against Louisiana Tech. Touchdown and three picks. And he's, you know, look,
- 37:00Speaker 4: I wouldn't go as far as to call him terrible.
- 37:02Speaker 4: I think he's a good quarterback. He's just very inconsistent.
- 37:05Speaker 4: You're going to get two versions of that guy. And
- 37:08Speaker 4: for Ole Miss, they're going to try to turn him
- 37:10Speaker 4: into the bad version early. You know, if Ole Miss
- 37:13Speaker 4: can get up and make LSU have to push and chase,
- 37:15Speaker 4: I think that's what they want to do. Not that
- 37:17Speaker 4: Ole Miss can't chase. They've got the weapons to do it.
- 37:19Speaker 4: But I think Ole Miss would love to get up
- 37:21Speaker 4: and have that crowd energized for four quarters. JC is
- 37:26Speaker 4: ready for a frat boy in a Colonel Sanders costume
- 37:31Speaker 4: to get his butt beat by an LSU fan and
- 37:33Speaker 4: the video to go viral on social media. DX, Tigers
- 37:37Speaker 4: by 90 this weekend. The real unnamed texture. 59.5 seems
- 37:43Speaker 4: low for the LSU-Ole Miss game. Traditionally, let's look at
- 37:48Speaker 4: this real quick. I would agree with that. Over the
- 37:54Speaker 4: last several meetings, if you go back all the time, LSU,
- 37:59Speaker 4: big margin, 64-43-4. But let's see, last year was a
- 38:00Speaker 4: low-scoring game. It was 24-19. Ole Miss won that game.
- 38:04Speaker 4: Two years ago in Baton Rouge, LSU won 29-26. So
- 38:06Speaker 4: you're right below that 59.5. Three years ago, It was
- 38:18Speaker 4: a 55-49 ballgame. And then four years ago, 45-20. And
- 38:22Speaker 4: then 31-17. Both teams going to live in the 30s?
- 38:29Speaker 4: I think so. Yeah, I think so. That 59.5, boy,
- 38:33Speaker 4: it's right in that sweet spot. Ready, set, go. I
- 38:36Speaker 4: grew up 45 minutes from Baton Rouge and have a
- 38:39Speaker 4: great affinity for the Tigers, but I would rather spend
- 38:42Speaker 4: a full weekend in Atlanta traffic than go to a
- 38:45Speaker 4: game at Tiger Stadium. Jake from Yazoo. Tell Lane I
- 38:49Speaker 4: have two open dog kennels. Juice and Landry are both welcome.
- 38:54Speaker 4: Fix your state, not college football Landry. Great stuff, you guys.
- 38:59Speaker 4: Thank you, sir. And Tiger Bait. Hobby, lobby, or whatever
- 39:03Speaker 4: the hell Ole Miss and say, blah, blah, LSU by 30.
- 39:08Speaker 4: And Possum Neck Joe. Some of these callers should take
- 39:12Speaker 4: a question from Sam Levitt. Call-in spurts. What does Joe mean?
- 39:18Speaker 4: What's he talking about?
- 39:19Speaker 2: Okay, so I think predictive text got him here. Instead
- 39:23Speaker 2: of question, he was saying cue. Take a cue from
- 39:26Speaker 2: Sam Levitt and call in spurts, meaning he thought... everyone
- 39:30Speaker 2: else should call in less.
- 39:33Speaker 4: Joe is not in a great mood today. Joe should
- 39:36Speaker 4: be in a great mood today. He's got a really
- 39:37Speaker 4: good quarterback that he loves in Kamario Taylor. They're going
- 39:41Speaker 4: to South Carolina. They got a chance to win this weekend. Look,
- 39:44Speaker 4: this whole call for Southern hospitality is quickly going to fall.
- 39:47Speaker 4: You already see it here in a small, small sample size.
- 39:50Speaker 4: It's falling on deaf ears. There's going to be zero
- 39:53Speaker 4: Southern hospitality in Oxford this weekend, right? Now there may
- 39:56Speaker 4: be Southern hospitality, like inside of Ole Miss's fan base. Like, Oh, Hey,
- 40:00Speaker 4: you've got on red and blue, have some chicken. Here's
- 40:03Speaker 4: your drink. Here's your burger. That's purple and gold. It's
- 40:08Speaker 4: not happening. Now there'll be people obviously that bring family
- 40:12Speaker 4: and friends and, you know, colleagues and all that stuff.
- 40:15Speaker 4: And they'll, they'll tailgate together. But from the large perspective,
- 40:19Speaker 4: LSU's not getting Southern hospitality in Oxford. I mean, that's
- 40:23Speaker 4: not happening, right? It would almost be like a man
- 40:29Speaker 4: and a woman get divorced. They have kids together. And
- 40:33Speaker 4: the divorce is a nasty divorce. But then somehow, for
- 40:37Speaker 4: the child's sake, they have to do Christmas together. There's
- 40:41Speaker 4: not a whole lot of hospitality there, right? And that's
- 40:44Speaker 4: kind of what's happened here. There's been a nasty divorce
- 40:45Speaker 4: in Oxford between Ole Miss and Lane Kiffin. And the
- 40:49Speaker 4: new spouse for LSU, which is Landry in the state
- 40:53Speaker 4: of Louisiana, they're asking for Southern hospitality as they return
- 40:57Speaker 4: home for a day. Unnamed texter. Not only will Kiffin
- 41:01Speaker 4: run up the score if given the chance, he would
- 41:03Speaker 4: keep his starters in late and keep throwing. Of course
- 41:06Speaker 4: he would. If that were the case, I don't think
- 41:09Speaker 4: it gets like that. You've got Ole Miss. I mean,
- 41:13Speaker 4: LSU winning the game. I'm leaning Ole Miss winning in
- 41:15Speaker 4: the game just because it's at home. If it was
- 41:16Speaker 4: in Baton Rouge... I would say LSU, but it's, it's
- 41:21Speaker 4: all going to depend on how this game starts, how
- 41:23Speaker 4: this starts. Does Ole Miss put too much emotion into this? Like,
- 41:30Speaker 4: are they so juiced that they make mistakes? You know,
- 41:34Speaker 4: they just, they got blood in the eyes and they're
- 41:36Speaker 4: just ready to go. And then all of a sudden,
- 41:39Speaker 4: you know, this will be big for Ole Miss. Trinidad
- 41:42Speaker 4: Chambliss has to play under control. And if they can
- 41:46Speaker 4: do that, then I think they'll be fine in this
- 41:48Speaker 4: ballgame and have an opportunity here. Joe says, Beaver, you're
- 41:52Speaker 4: a genius. You nailed it. Yes, exactly what I meant.
- 41:54Speaker 4: I want to say thanks to David Murray. Thanks to
- 41:57Speaker 4: Casey Dixon. Thanks to Chris Landry. As we put a
- 42:01Speaker 4: bow on Monday, we'll be back three to six tomorrow.
- 42:03Speaker 4: We'll be here in studio. Beaver gets to look at
- 42:05Speaker 4: me again tomorrow. I know he's happy about that. And
- 42:08Speaker 4: we'll be a day closer.
- 42:11Speaker 2: I thought you were doing PA announcing at junior high
- 42:14Speaker 2: games now.
- 42:15Speaker 4: No, that was just a one-off. So I'm not doing
- 42:18Speaker 4: that tomorrow. No PA tomorrow. Unless you want to go
- 42:21Speaker 4: do it. Maybe we need to get you to do
- 42:24Speaker 4: that one day. What do you think?
- 42:25Speaker 2: I'll try it.
- 42:27Speaker 4: Remember, ketchup is king, bacon's a delicacy, aloha means goodbye.
- 42:30Speaker 4: Be a man of increase. We have reached a crescendo
- 42:33Speaker 4: on a Monday.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Good night.
