- 0:00Speaker 1: You just heard the news. Now you'll find out what
- 0:03Speaker 1: it all means. It smart Simone on seven ten.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Long Heay, we go a lot to get to today.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Jimmy Kimmell gets the biggest insult imaginable. We'll get to that.
- 0:17Speaker 2: We'll get to the way. Do you hear what the
- 0:19Speaker 2: Democrats are gonna unleash on President Trump? Next, we'll get
- 0:23Speaker 2: to that. We'll get to the Ukraine, We'll get to
- 0:25Speaker 2: CBS News a lot of changes. We'll get to Bruce
- 0:28Speaker 2: Blakeman big announcement this morning. Have a freezing cold outside,
- 0:33Speaker 2: colder than Hillary Clinton's smile out there. It is freezing.
- 0:39Speaker 2: But you got to give credit to those smokers. I
- 0:42Speaker 2: don't care how cold it is when I come there.
- 0:44Speaker 2: They are in front of the building out there, going
- 0:46Speaker 2: out there to smoke, standing out there in the freezing cold.
- 0:49Speaker 2: You see the smoke coming out of their mouth and
- 0:51Speaker 2: they haven't even lit the cigarette yet. It's just the
- 0:53Speaker 2: freezing cold. So let me just tell you this before
- 0:58Speaker 2: anything else. Here's what you're gonna hear the couple of days.
- 1:00Speaker 2: They're getting ready to unleash this. The Democrats are going
- 1:04Speaker 2: to go after President Trump for mortgage fraud. They think
- 1:09Speaker 2: they got him on mortgage fraud. I don't know. Maybe
- 1:11Speaker 2: they got some who knows. But they've uncovered documents from
- 1:15Speaker 2: the nineties. They had to go back thirty years to
- 1:19Speaker 2: find this. But apparently at the time, in the mid nineties,
- 1:25Speaker 2: President Trump had mar A Lago then, and he was
- 1:28Speaker 2: spending a lot of time in Palm Beach, and he
- 1:31Speaker 2: started to buy houses near mar A Lago as they
- 1:35Speaker 2: came on the market. A couple of nice houses came
- 1:37Speaker 2: on the market, and he bought two of these houses,
- 1:40Speaker 2: and he got mortgages from Merrill Lynch and apparently he
- 1:44Speaker 2: declared them his primary residence. They would both be his
- 1:46Speaker 2: primary residents. So Democrats, they can't investigate anything. You could
- 1:52Speaker 2: steal eight billion dollars in fraud in Minnesota, in that Somalia,
- 1:58Speaker 2: the fraud home homeless scheme. They won't investigate it. The
- 2:02Speaker 2: New York Times won't even mention it. NBC, abccbist, they
- 2:06Speaker 2: won't even look at it. They won't. But these Democrats
- 2:10Speaker 2: have been going through every document in the history of
- 2:13Speaker 2: Donald Trump. They went back to the nineties to find
- 2:16Speaker 2: these mortgage documents. They think they got them on mortgage fraud.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Exactly the same thing as Letitia James. I don't know.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I don't think so. Merrill Lynch, which is now owned
- 2:28Speaker 2: by Bank of America, it's been contacted by the Democrats
- 2:33Speaker 2: and asked for copies of this mortgage, and they said
- 2:37Speaker 2: it's forty years ago. Now thirty years ago. It's thirty
- 2:40Speaker 2: years ago, thirty two years ago. They said, we don't
- 2:42Speaker 2: even keep these, we don't keep the documents. Thirty two
- 2:45Speaker 2: years we don't even have to have. So, well, you're
- 2:47Speaker 2: gonna start hearing about this mortgage fraud by Donald Trump.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Let's see if this amounts to anything. Let's see if
- 2:52Speaker 2: the documents are real. Let's see if any of this
- 2:55Speaker 2: actually pans out. The President will be going to the
- 2:59Speaker 2: Pocono's today. Why is that? I think there's a casino there.
- 3:03Speaker 2: He's going to he's going to talk about affordability, he's
- 3:06Speaker 2: going to talk about the yet to remember. The one
- 3:09Speaker 2: thing that's really going to make a difference, cerebrity, are
- 3:11Speaker 2: these tax cuts, biggest tax cuts in history, and they
- 3:15Speaker 2: haven't kicked in yet. They don't start till January. So
- 3:19Speaker 2: everybody because of the tax cuts gets a huge wage
- 3:22Speaker 2: increase starting in January, a smaller tax bill. It'll make
- 3:27Speaker 2: a huge difference in the economy. Now, if this is
- 3:31Speaker 2: what we're going through right now, the economy is pretty
- 3:32Speaker 2: good right now, It's actually pretty good. Don't buy the
- 3:35Speaker 2: fake news. Wages are actually rising all year long. Wages
- 3:39Speaker 2: have been rising at a much faster pace. Prices have
- 3:41Speaker 2: been going down all year and that's what you want.
- 3:46Speaker 2: That's how you get back to normal. Remember, you had
- 3:48Speaker 2: the worst inflation under Biden, worst inflation in fifty years. Actually,
- 3:52Speaker 2: some say the worst inflation in history for middle class consumers.
- 3:57Speaker 2: So you can't expect that to get fixed in ten months.
- 4:00Speaker 2: It could take a year and a half to fix that.
- 4:02Speaker 2: But great progress has been made again, Wages are rising fast,
- 4:06Speaker 2: prices are coming down. So if right now what we
- 4:10Speaker 2: got is an affordability crisis, that means we had five
- 4:15Speaker 2: times the affordability crisis under Biden, and the same media
- 4:18Speaker 2: never mentioned it, never even brought it up. But he'll
- 4:21Speaker 2: uh one of the things he told you about this
- 4:23Speaker 2: last week. One of the things they've decided is that
- 4:26Speaker 2: the president has to go back into campaign mode. He's
- 4:29Speaker 2: going to need to do that a lot. In twenty
- 4:31Speaker 2: twenty six, for the midterms, but they've decided he'd better
- 4:34Speaker 2: start doing it now. One of the problems is he
- 4:36Speaker 2: redid the White House, and it's beautiful. If you look
- 4:40Speaker 2: at the Oval Office, he made it so palatial and
- 4:43Speaker 2: so ornate, with the gold all over the walls and
- 4:47Speaker 2: just incredible. It looks like Versailles. It looks incredible, and
- 4:51Speaker 2: it's good because when you bring in foreign leaders, this
- 4:53Speaker 2: is the impression you want to make. You don't want
- 4:55Speaker 2: it to look like a cold municipal building. You want
- 4:58Speaker 2: it to look really impressive because these foreign leaders, they
- 5:01Speaker 2: work in palaces, they work in the most unbelievable luxurious place,
- 5:06Speaker 2: So you can't have them come here and think you're
- 5:09Speaker 2: working in this dumpy building. So that's why he did that.
- 5:11Speaker 2: It makes sense. But there's been a side effect to
- 5:16Speaker 2: this psychologically. You know, people always thought of him as just,
- 5:20Speaker 2: you know, kind of the blue collar billionaire. You know,
- 5:23Speaker 2: you remember him on the garbage truck during the campaign,
- 5:25Speaker 2: remember him working in McDonald's. Even the rallies, they were
- 5:28Speaker 2: always in blue collar sort of aerials areas. You know,
- 5:31Speaker 2: they're at in the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania. They're
- 5:34Speaker 2: in Wildwood, New Jersey. They weren't in fancy places, so
- 5:39Speaker 2: he looked like a real man of the people in
- 5:41Speaker 2: those settings. But now all you see is him in
- 5:43Speaker 2: this gold all over or Nate gold Oval office. It
- 5:47Speaker 2: makes him look it's king like the setting. So they
- 5:50Speaker 2: decided he better get back on the campaign trail. People
- 5:53Speaker 2: better see him back in these regular settings, blue collar settings,
- 5:56Speaker 2: you know, out there with the people. So he goes
- 5:59Speaker 2: to the Pocono around six o'clock tonight, he'll make a
- 6:02Speaker 2: speech there. Casinos there, so imagine it's going to also
- 6:06Speaker 2: focus on no tax on tips, which will make a
- 6:09Speaker 2: huge difference for a lot of people. So that's tonight
- 6:13Speaker 2: he'll you'll see more of that coming up. Pete hag Ziff,
- 6:17Speaker 2: I think that's I think they're starting to figure out
- 6:19Speaker 2: that's going nowhere. I think they're starting to realize it's
- 6:22Speaker 2: not going to work. It's not going any place. You
- 6:24Speaker 2: can look at the you know, they keep fighting to
- 6:28Speaker 2: release the video. It seems like the Epstein files. There's
- 6:30Speaker 2: always something the Trump administers holds back just to taunt
- 6:34Speaker 2: these people. You know, it's like a little baby hold
- 6:36Speaker 2: something in front of him and as he reaches he
- 6:38Speaker 2: pull it away. It's what they're doing in the Democratic Party.
- 6:40Speaker 2: They chase this Epstein files. There's nothing in these Epstein
- 6:43Speaker 2: files that you don't already know. And the same thing
- 6:46Speaker 2: with this video. There's nothing in the video you don't
- 6:48Speaker 2: already know. And the problem is, if you look at
- 6:51Speaker 2: the video, Democrats look ridiculous with their fishing boat. Theory
- 6:55Speaker 2: fishing boat. I'm looking at the video. This boat has
- 6:59Speaker 2: four of the most powerful outboard motors on the back
- 7:02Speaker 2: of it, and those four would cost about one hundred
- 7:05Speaker 2: and eighty thousand dollars. And when you see the video
- 7:09Speaker 2: with the four outboards, super high powered outboards going, this
- 7:13Speaker 2: boat is going like one hundred and eighty miles through
- 7:15Speaker 2: the water in the middle of the night. That's not
- 7:17Speaker 2: a fishing boat. No fishing boat needs to go one
- 7:20Speaker 2: hundred and eighty miles an hour. It just looks ridiculous.
- 7:22Speaker 2: It's clearly a drug boat. So they'll fight for these videos.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Eventually they'll get released, and then the Democrats will look stupid.
- 7:29Speaker 2: And I think they realized the hecsis stuff. They've tried it,
- 7:32Speaker 2: it's not going to work. It's going nowhere. They keep
- 7:34Speaker 2: asking Trump whatever Hexeth wants to do is okay with you?
- 7:37Speaker 1: He now said, it's under review. Are you ordering the
- 7:39Speaker 1: secretary to release that full video?
- 7:41Speaker 2: Whatever he designs is okay with me. So every boat
- 7:44Speaker 2: we knock out of the water, every boat we saved
- 7:46Speaker 2: twenty five thousand American lives. That was a boat loaded
- 7:50Speaker 2: up with drugs. I saw the video. They were trying
- 7:53Speaker 2: to turn the boat back to where it could float,
- 7:57Speaker 2: and we didn't want to see that. I remember everything
- 8:00Speaker 2: they accused Trump of, every horrible, awful scandal thing they find.
- 8:04Speaker 2: It's common practice for every president. Obama was blowing up
- 8:07Speaker 2: people all over the world with his drones and in
- 8:10Speaker 2: the process killed a lot of innocent civilians. If you
- 8:14Speaker 2: go to my Twitter, you will find video up there today.
- 8:19Speaker 2: It's Obama making a speech. Apparently it was slict a
- 8:22Speaker 2: little flack about all the civilians he was blowing up
- 8:25Speaker 2: while going after Narco terrorists. He was, you know, you
- 8:29Speaker 2: can't help it. You're gonna hit some civilians. Remember once
- 8:31Speaker 2: even bombed a wedding. So it's a video of Obama saying, look,
- 8:37Speaker 2: it's terrible that civilians are getting killed during these bombings.
- 8:40Speaker 2: He said, something will haunt us for the rest of
- 8:42Speaker 2: our lives, but it has to be done because we're
- 8:45Speaker 2: saving millions of lives by and if we have to
- 8:47Speaker 2: lose a few citizens in the process, it's going to
- 8:50Speaker 2: have So now this is Obama. Remember he said Democrat,
- 8:53Speaker 2: So this was considered very noble of him. He was
- 8:56Speaker 2: so noble to say this. Now Trump does exactly the
- 8:59Speaker 2: same thing. He's a war criminal, He's a Nazi. He's
- 9:02Speaker 2: this that. Hey, Bruce Blakeman announced he was on Fox
- 9:07Speaker 2: and Friends. It was said that he would announced today.
- 9:11Speaker 2: He should have known that he's going on Fox and Friends,
- 9:13Speaker 2: that he would do it there. I think he surprised everybody.
- 9:15Speaker 2: We're expecting an announcement later today, but this morning on
- 9:19Speaker 2: Fox and Friends, the biggest most watched morning show, Blakeman announced, I'm.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Very honored and proud that I'm going to be on
- 9:26Speaker 3: Fox and Friends with you right now to announce that
- 9:28Speaker 3: I'm running for governor of the state of New York.
- 9:30Speaker 3: I'm seeking the Republican and Conservative nominations. We want to
- 9:34Speaker 3: put New York first. We want to make it more affordable,
- 9:36Speaker 3: we want to make New York safer, and we want
- 9:38Speaker 3: to make people in New York happy again.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Now, Blakeman is the greatest county executive in America by far.
- 9:45Speaker 2: County executive is like a governor. He's the governor of
- 9:47Speaker 2: the county, so he's obviously extremely qualified to be governor.
- 9:53Speaker 2: He'll do a phenomenal job. He's proven that in the
- 9:55Speaker 2: last four years. All he's got to do is the
- 9:56Speaker 2: same exact thing for the whole state. And that's what
- 9:59Speaker 2: he was talking about. We're gonna win.
- 10:01Speaker 3: We're gonna win because in Nassau County, which is a
- 10:04Speaker 3: mirror image of New York State, the demographics are almost
- 10:07Speaker 3: the same. I got almost a third of the African
- 10:10Speaker 3: American vote, when most Republicans only get like nine percent.
- 10:13Speaker 3: I got fifty six percent of the Hispanic American votes.
- 10:16Speaker 3: I got independent women, I've got independent men, crossover democrats.
- 10:20Speaker 3: We won by thirty six thousand votes in a county
- 10:23Speaker 3: with one hundred and ten thousand more Democrats.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Yeah, now people will sit well, at least the phonic
- 10:27Speaker 2: you know, he's great, at least the fun she's a
- 10:30Speaker 2: fighter's yeah, yes she is. But Blakeman has a track
- 10:33Speaker 2: record of actual, real accomplishment as a governor of Nassau County.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Real accomplishment I'm ready for the fight, and I'm going
- 10:40Speaker 3: to fight for New Yorkers. I'm going to make sure
- 10:42Speaker 3: that we do have economic prosperity. I'm fighting for your
- 10:45Speaker 3: children and your grandchildren so that they have a bright future.
- 10:48Speaker 3: We're going to create prosperity. We're going to make New
- 10:50Speaker 3: York safer. We're going to make it the Empire state again.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I was watching. He was on a bunch of
- 10:56Speaker 2: TV shows this morning. One of these shows they thought
- 10:57Speaker 2: they had him. You know, you sailed fix the state.
- 11:01Speaker 2: You'll do better than care. What would you do that?
- 11:03Speaker 2: Kathy Hokal hasn't done name one thing. Well, he rattled
- 11:05Speaker 2: up like twelve right away that were all great, I'll
- 11:08Speaker 2: get rid of no bail, no jail, I'll do this,
- 11:10Speaker 2: I'll do that. Now what does Trump do? President Trump
- 11:14Speaker 2: has been backing a last stephonic for this. But he
- 11:18Speaker 2: loves Bruce Blakeman, and well he's asked about it.
- 11:23Speaker 1: At least is among those who is running for near governor.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Bruce Blakeman, who you also know are you planning on
- 11:33Speaker 1: making any endorsements for?
- 11:35Speaker 2: He's great and she's great. They're both great people. We
- 11:38Speaker 2: have a lot of great people at the Republican Party. Yeah. Now,
- 11:41Speaker 2: Trump loves them both, but he's known Blakeman a lot longer.
- 11:45Speaker 2: And let's put it this way. If he didn't know
- 11:48Speaker 2: these two people, if he had no idea who they were,
- 11:51Speaker 2: and Trump was the CEO and had to hire somebody
- 11:55Speaker 2: to run New York and he brought these two strangers,
- 11:58Speaker 2: and he would go with Blakeman, would look at their
- 12:00Speaker 2: records and say, well, they're both good. But you're a legislator,
- 12:03Speaker 2: and you are brilliant at the legislating and at hearings
- 12:08Speaker 2: in the Congress, you're great. But Blakeman is a manager,
- 12:11Speaker 2: he's a governor, and he's got a track record. He's
- 12:15Speaker 2: got the experience doing exactly the stuff this job needs.
- 12:18Speaker 2: You don't at least defined. So that's I don't know
- 12:22Speaker 2: what he does. Because the other problem is they've promised
- 12:26Speaker 2: at least deefonic all sorts of stuff over the last year.
- 12:28Speaker 2: You know, do this, do that, and we'll you know,
- 12:30Speaker 2: we'll So he's got a problem there, but Trump will
- 12:33Speaker 2: figure it out, and I would assume in the end
- 12:36Speaker 2: he's going to back Bruce Blakeman. So anyway, we'll get
- 12:40Speaker 2: back to that. Now, the other thing is the Republican Party.
- 12:43Speaker 2: There's a New York Republican Party. They say, well, it's
- 12:46Speaker 2: at least dephonic, we're not having a primary. But this
- 12:49Speaker 2: Republican Party, they're very nice people in New York. But
- 12:52Speaker 2: the party is like a little tiny thing with three
- 12:55Speaker 2: people in it, and they don't raise much money, and
- 12:57Speaker 2: they're not much of a force New York at all,
- 13:00Speaker 2: as you saw in the Marrial race. They're not much
- 13:02Speaker 2: of a force. So Blakeman has a Republican Party in
- 13:05Speaker 2: Nasau County that's actually raised more money than the state
- 13:08Speaker 2: Republican Party, that's probably more powerful. So that's going to
- 13:12Speaker 2: count for a lot. Uh Ooh. Jimmy Kimmel, Now this
- 13:18Speaker 2: is supposed to make him look good. You know, there
- 13:21Speaker 2: was tremendous controversy. He was suspended, he was going to
- 13:24Speaker 2: get fired. They were getting rid of them. They were
- 13:26Speaker 2: going to fire him. They didn't fire him, They kept them.
- 13:30Speaker 2: ABC brought him back. Everything's great, you're back. Well, this
- 13:36Speaker 2: the whole idea of this thing now was to make
- 13:38Speaker 2: it look like Jimmy Kimmel is all set. You're going
- 13:43Speaker 2: to see the headlines all over the fake news late
- 13:45Speaker 2: night host Jimmy Kimmel has been re signed signs a
- 13:49Speaker 2: big new contract with ABC to continue as the late
- 13:54Speaker 2: night host. Now you're thinking, wow, everything's great. They re
- 13:59Speaker 2: signed him. Not really, not really. This is one of
- 14:02Speaker 2: the greatest hoaxes ever. Fake news not reporting this. They
- 14:06Speaker 2: signed them to the most insulting contract in the history
- 14:10Speaker 2: of late night. Nobody has ever been insulted like this
- 14:14Speaker 2: in late night TV. When you sign a contract, a
- 14:17Speaker 2: television contract, it's always five years. It's a five year contract.
- 14:21Speaker 2: If sometimes it's ten years, like in the case of Oprah,
- 14:24Speaker 2: it would be a ten year deal. When you're really
- 14:26Speaker 2: big and established for years, like Regis would get like
- 14:29Speaker 2: a ten year deal, but it's always a five year deal.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Network always wants that. It protects them too, because if
- 14:35Speaker 2: you get you know, when you're really big, well for
- 14:37Speaker 2: five years, you got your salary locked in. You won't
- 14:40Speaker 2: be able to hold them up up for more money.
- 14:43Speaker 2: They just resigned Kimmel to a one year extension. It's
- 14:48Speaker 2: not a new contract, it's a one year extension. That
- 14:50Speaker 2: is the most insulting thing you can do to somebody.
- 14:54Speaker 2: It's really insulting. Nobody has ever had this happen in
- 14:58Speaker 2: late night it's always a five year contract. Now, once
- 15:01Speaker 2: in a while, you get a host who doesn't want
- 15:02Speaker 2: five years, he'll beg for a three year contract. That way,
- 15:06Speaker 2: he's got a little flexibility. But the only other time
- 15:10Speaker 2: this ever happened in the history of late night TV
- 15:12Speaker 2: was Johnny Carson, and it's the reason he left the
- 15:15Speaker 2: Tonight Show. He was so insulted by it he left
- 15:17Speaker 2: the Tonight Show. It was nineteen ninety one. Carson every
- 15:23Speaker 2: five years would sign a new contract, and it was
- 15:26Speaker 2: a ritual. Every five years, he and his manager, Ed
- 15:29Speaker 2: hook Stratton, his agent, would go to a nice restaurant
- 15:33Speaker 2: in Beverly Hills called the Grill, which was a big
- 15:36Speaker 2: business lunch kind of place. They would go to the Grill,
- 15:39Speaker 2: Hook Stratton and Carson and have lunch with the NBC
- 15:42Speaker 2: executives who would bring the new five year contract. They
- 15:45Speaker 2: would sign it, have a cordial lunch, and that was it.
- 15:48Speaker 2: And that's all he had to do with NBC every
- 15:50Speaker 2: five years. Well, in ninety one, they went to the
- 15:53Speaker 2: lunch to sign the new five year contract and the
- 15:56Speaker 2: NBC executive said, Shannie, what would you think of a
- 16:01Speaker 2: one year contract? And Carson with decades of experience in
- 16:07Speaker 2: show business knew exactly what that meant, and he calculated
- 16:11Speaker 2: real fast in his head that this was the biggest insult.
- 16:14Speaker 2: They were trying to push him out, which is actually
- 16:16Speaker 2: kind of what they were So, without blinking, without hesitating,
- 16:21Speaker 2: he said, well, to tell you the truth, we actually
- 16:23Speaker 2: came here to tell you I'm resigning. I'm leaving the
- 16:25Speaker 2: Tonight Show. Hookstratton stunned, but he played along quickly. He goes, yes,
- 16:29Speaker 2: that's why we are here to tell you we're leaving,
- 16:32Speaker 2: which really shook up the NBC executive. But Carson said, yeah,
- 16:35Speaker 2: that's it. We decided this, and we came here to
- 16:37Speaker 2: tell you I'm going to leave the Tonight Show. If
- 16:40Speaker 2: you want me to do this final year, we'll do
- 16:41Speaker 2: one final year. But he left because there was nothing
- 16:45Speaker 2: more insulting than a one year extension instead of a
- 16:48Speaker 2: real contract. So Kimmel has received the biggest insult you
- 16:52Speaker 2: can receive. Carson quit over it. Kimmel will not have
- 16:57Speaker 2: the courage or the principle over it. So but it
- 17:01Speaker 2: is insulting. Anyway, we got a lot to get to today.
- 17:03Speaker 2: We'll take some calls in a moment. Eight hundred three
- 17:06Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten. Is the number eight hundred
- 17:09Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten.

- 19:17Speaker 2: hunger thon dot org slash iHeart hunger thon dot org
- 19:23Speaker 2: slash iHeart Hey. Let's take some calls. Let's go to
- 19:26Speaker 2: Jim in New Jersey. Jim, how you doing?
- 19:29Speaker 4: I was watching the movie Channel the other night. You
- 19:32Speaker 4: know that an actress who was nominated for Best Supporting
- 19:35Speaker 4: Actress eighty years ago is still alive.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Let me guess.
- 19:42Speaker 4: I'll give you the movie you want the movie I
- 19:44Speaker 4: can't guess.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Go ahead, tell me right and.
- 19:47Speaker 4: Blythe for Mildred Pierce. She was good in The Things.
- 19:50Speaker 4: She's ninety seven two more mark all right.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Now for the younger people out there, they don't know
- 19:55Speaker 2: Mildred Pierce. It was a great movie with Joan Crawford,
- 19:57Speaker 2: but they remember a Blythe because she did the host
- 20:00Speaker 2: Twinkies commercials in the seventies.
- 20:03Speaker 4: Well, another one, mark two more. The other one is
- 20:06Speaker 4: he was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in nineteen fifty two,
- 20:09Speaker 4: and she's still alive and she didn't win it in
- 20:12Speaker 4: nineteen seventy five. Her name is Lee Grant. She just
- 20:14Speaker 4: turned one hundred.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Oh that's right. I knew Lee Grant when she was
- 20:18Speaker 2: Let's see twenty years ago. She've been in Josh, you've
- 20:20Speaker 2: been in eighty.
- 20:21Speaker 4: Then she won for for Shampoo in nineteen seventy five
- 20:26Speaker 4: and the last one.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Also, le Grant did an incredible appearance in the second
- 20:31Speaker 2: Colombo episode the Columbo movie.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Yes, she did the ransom for a dead Man.
- 20:36Speaker 2: She there, that's phenomenal in.
- 20:37Speaker 4: Very very good last one Mark nineteen fifty four, and
- 20:41Speaker 4: she won for on the Waterfront eight. What's your name again? Ava,
- 20:45Speaker 4: Maurice Saint. She's still alive. She's one hundred and one,
- 20:48Speaker 4: so wow, thanks Mark, Merry Christmas to you.
- 20:50Speaker 2: All right, great call Eva Marie Saints. She was in
- 20:52Speaker 2: north By, Northwest with Carrie Grant. Wow, still a lot
- 20:57Speaker 2: one hundred and one. Yeah, Lee Grant is in And
- 21:00Speaker 2: before Colombo became a series, they did a movie. It
- 21:05Speaker 2: was made for TV movie that didn't take off as
- 21:08Speaker 2: a series, so two years later they did a second movie.
- 21:11Speaker 2: This time it started Lee Grant, who was one of
- 21:13Speaker 2: the best Columbo villains because there's a great scene where
- 21:16Speaker 2: she just looks at him and she said, you know, Colombo,
- 21:19Speaker 2: you're almost likable in a shabby sort of way. He
- 21:23Speaker 2: goes you les, you say Saunter her in here with
- 21:27Speaker 2: your shop worn bag of tricks. It's a great speech.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Let's go to Alan yonkers Al. How you doing good? Mark?
- 21:36Speaker 5: Nice speaking to you, Mark. You know I wanted to say,
- 21:38Speaker 5: like yourself, I think Bruce Blakeman is a great county executive.
- 21:42Speaker 5: When he won three four years ago, he was an upset.
- 21:46Speaker 5: He wasn't supposed to win. The only thing is I
- 21:50Speaker 5: don't know. I'm going to vote for him if he runs,
- 21:53Speaker 5: if you know, if he goes to that Pye mariy,
- 21:56Speaker 5: I just don't know if it's detrimental that he represents
- 21:59Speaker 5: so to wealthy County.
- 22:05Speaker 2: It's like any other county. There's very very poor areas,
- 22:07Speaker 2: there's wealthy areas. It's quite a mixture. In Nasau County.
- 22:10Speaker 2: It's just like Rick State. You know, you said Garden City, right,
- 22:13Speaker 2: you say that's wealthy. Okay, two feet out of Garden
- 22:17Speaker 2: City in Hempstead and it's not so wealthy. I mean,
- 22:20Speaker 2: it's a it's a perfect blend of every income level
- 22:24Speaker 2: in Nasau County.
- 22:25Speaker 5: No, I agree with you, and I just told he
- 22:27Speaker 5: was able to get that upstate Republican vote. You need that,
- 22:31Speaker 5: like Governor Pataki, to get over the top.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Well, he'll do pretty well. Bruce Blakeman's for you know,
- 22:36Speaker 2: we'll ask, We'll ask. Nassau County resident Bill O'Reilly next
- 22:40Speaker 2: on seven to ten w R.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Now more Marximo on seven.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Ten R Well. The number one TV A decades, the
- 22:51Speaker 2: number one best selling non fiction author on Earth, Bill
- 22:54Speaker 2: O'Reilly yet his latest book, Confronting Evil. Actually, if you
- 22:58Speaker 2: want to do some great Christmas shopping all his books,
- 23:00Speaker 2: there's great deals. Just go to Bill O'Reilly dot com.
- 23:03Speaker 2: You get the TV show there. Also, his YouTube channel
- 23:06Speaker 2: has great stuff on it Bill O'Reilly dot com. Bill O'Reilly,
- 23:10Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 23:12Speaker 6: I'm cold? Uh oh breezy here in the Big Apple correct.
- 23:19Speaker 2: Yeah, but yeah, those people in Florida they don't appreciate
- 23:22Speaker 2: any sunshine because they have it all year. Winter makes
- 23:25Speaker 2: us appreciate everything and it's beautiful.
- 23:28Speaker 6: So I like, you know, the change of weather. If
- 23:33Speaker 6: you go to Florida, it's either going to be hot
- 23:35Speaker 6: and humid or rainy.
- 23:37Speaker 4: That's it.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Hey, you're a Nassau County resident. What do you think
- 23:41Speaker 2: of Bruce Blakeman running for governor?
- 23:44Speaker 6: Long shot? Done a nice job with the county, no
- 23:48Speaker 6: doubt about that organized county law enforcement's excellent here. He's
- 23:55Speaker 6: kept taxes, hasn't dropped them, but no expansion of them.
- 24:01Speaker 6: So that helps retirees and people with property tax situations.
- 24:08Speaker 6: So he's got a record to run on, No question,
- 24:13Speaker 6: tough because he tied into Trump and New York State
- 24:17Speaker 6: is not, you know, friendly to the President at this point.
- 24:22Speaker 6: But look, I applaud anybody who wants to improve the
- 24:27Speaker 6: situations of Americans. So we're going to watch it closely.
- 24:32Speaker 6: It's gonna be interesting with Stephanic because she'll run two
- 24:37Speaker 6: I hope they don't carve each other up.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, President Trump's going back into campaign mode. He's
- 24:43Speaker 2: going to the Poconos today. Now you met with him
- 24:45Speaker 2: last week. Did you tell him he should get back
- 24:47Speaker 2: into Yeah, yeah, tell us about that.
- 24:51Speaker 6: It wasn't an extensive it was. Look, he was mad
- 24:54Speaker 6: at me for analyzing the price situation in America. I
- 25:00Speaker 6: looked at him and said, listen, my job is to
- 25:02Speaker 6: tell the truth, not to root for any political party
- 25:06Speaker 6: or ideology. And I've done that for fifty years and
- 25:10Speaker 6: that's why I'm successful. There is an audience, so all
- 25:14Speaker 6: I want to hear is what they believe. I understand that,
- 25:17Speaker 6: but I've never done that ever in a million years
- 25:19Speaker 6: would I do it. So the deficit that President Trump
- 25:25Speaker 6: has now is that the perception is the country is
- 25:30Speaker 6: too expensive. And he has been through this before in
- 25:34Speaker 6: seventeen when the Republicans got waxed in the midterms. So
- 25:39Speaker 6: all I said was on the air and off the air.
- 25:44Speaker 6: The Trump administration has got to be very specific in
- 25:48Speaker 6: how it is going to try to bring prices down.
- 25:52Speaker 6: That's it. And I reiterated that I'm looking out for
- 25:57Speaker 6: him by telling him that because that is the over
- 26:01Speaker 6: arch big issue. Nothing else is going to matter. Immigration's
- 26:05Speaker 6: under control. That is what is going to make or
- 26:09Speaker 6: break the midterms next year.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, he redid the Oval Office with the gold
- 26:14Speaker 2: and I understand why he did it. It's a great thing.
- 26:16Speaker 2: But when people see him in this ornate, sparkling gold,
- 26:20Speaker 2: it makes him look very elite. It was better when
- 26:22Speaker 2: they saw him on the garbage truck or in McDonald's.
- 26:24Speaker 2: So does he realize he should?
- 26:26Speaker 6: Yeah? I don't know. I mean, look, stunts are stunts.
- 26:30Speaker 6: He did the redesign of the White House and it's magnificent.
- 26:34Speaker 6: I have to say, I'll be going there for twenty
- 26:36Speaker 6: five years. Best I've ever seen it was last Wednesday,
- 26:40Speaker 6: and at Christmas decorations were great. But he wants to
- 26:43Speaker 6: send a message that we are the top of the chart,
- 26:47Speaker 6: that everything that we have is excellent, if you want
- 26:51Speaker 6: to use that word. And you walk into the White House,
- 26:54Speaker 6: it's stunning. It's so clean, everything sparkles. The improvements that
- 26:59Speaker 6: he's mad putting up. The presidential portraits in the Rose
- 27:03Speaker 6: Garden area are terrific. So I understand the psychology. And
- 27:11Speaker 6: you walk into anybody's house if it's overwhelmingly nice, you're impressed.
- 27:17Speaker 6: And it's also a power signal that we are, you know,
- 27:21Speaker 6: a very prosperous nation. And now you're in the big time.
- 27:26Speaker 6: You go to Yankee Stadium, you're in the big time.
- 27:30Speaker 6: You go to Sacramento Stadium, you're not. Okay, that's as
- 27:35Speaker 6: clear as I can make it.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, bill, O'Reilly. This Minnesota fraud billions literally billions missing.
- 27:45Speaker 2: If you want to see how faked the fake news is.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Where's the investigation on this? Why aren't they looking into this?
- 27:52Speaker 6: Well? The irony of this whole thing is that what
- 27:57Speaker 6: President Trump said in the beginning of the immigration controversy
- 28:01Speaker 6: is all coming true, he and this is harsh. He said,
- 28:06Speaker 6: there are certain people who come here that hurt the country,
- 28:11Speaker 6: and why should we let them in? Why should they
- 28:13Speaker 6: stay if they're hurting the country. So Somalia, if you
- 28:17Speaker 6: don't understand, the country is really not a country. It's
- 28:21Speaker 6: run by tribes, it's run by terrorists. And we accepted
- 28:24Speaker 6: millions of Somalis the United States to give them freedom
- 28:29Speaker 6: and a chance of a good life. And they turn
- 28:31Speaker 6: around and it's all Somali in Minnesota and steal a
- 28:36Speaker 6: billion dollars. So I'd be a little cranky too. Why
- 28:41Speaker 6: we're the president Yet when he calls him out on it,
- 28:45Speaker 6: he's a racist. That's how the president spends it because
- 28:50Speaker 6: Somalis are black. No, he's telling the truth. Truth is harsh.
- 28:57Speaker 6: As Jack Nicholson once said, you can't handle them. Okay,
- 29:02Speaker 6: So to me, I want this kind of exposure. And
- 29:06Speaker 6: here's the kicker, this fraud, massive fraud, A billion dollars
- 29:11Speaker 6: in a state of only six million people, that's all.
- 29:14Speaker 6: There are more people okay in New York City than
- 29:20Speaker 6: in our entire state of Minnesota. Wow, okay, So who
- 29:26Speaker 6: broke the story? Colonel is from the Manhattan Institute, not Wall's,
- 29:31Speaker 6: the governor, not the Attorney general. They wouldn't let it
- 29:36Speaker 6: go on forever. They weren't even looking. And don't tell
- 29:40Speaker 6: me they didn't know. Come on, So Minnesota is the
- 29:46Speaker 6: second most generous if you want to use that word.
- 29:51Speaker 6: With our money, simone's money, in O'Reilly's money, our money,
- 29:57Speaker 6: tax money goes to Minnesota, where more than half the
- 30:01Speaker 6: population is on some kind of welfare. There's second in
- 30:07Speaker 6: the in the country on welfare payments, behind Massachusetts, even
- 30:12Speaker 6: more than in New York City, in California. It's insane,
- 30:16Speaker 6: but this is the system. They want government dependence, and
- 30:20Speaker 6: that's what Minnesota hats.
- 30:22Speaker 2: Wow, mayware just about out a time, Bill O'Reilly. Somebody
- 30:26Speaker 2: wants to do their Christmas shopping. You got your books
- 30:30Speaker 2: are the huge bestsellers, great gifts. What can they get
- 30:32Speaker 2: at Bill oreilly dot com.
- 30:35Speaker 6: Well I did this for a reason.
- 30:39Speaker 4: You know.
- 30:40Speaker 6: We use the money that we get in the Bill
- 30:42Speaker 6: O'Reilly dot com Christmas store to get bonuses to my staff.
- 30:46Speaker 6: All right, yeah, and we keep the prices artificially low.
- 30:51Speaker 6: I think we're the only corporation in America that does that.
- 30:56Speaker 6: Because most of my viewers and listeners are working people.
- 31:03Speaker 6: So I put together a bundle of fifteen books thirteen killing,
- 31:07Speaker 6: two confronting for a very low price. You buy fifteen books,
- 31:12Speaker 6: you got fifteen gifts. All right, all right, just do
- 31:15Speaker 6: the math. You're saving hundreds of bucks. I appreciate you
- 31:20Speaker 6: mentioning them, Mark, Thank you.
- 31:21Speaker 2: So these books are like the Costco hot Dog, which
- 31:24Speaker 2: is the finest hot dog in America. Costco takes a
- 31:26Speaker 2: loss on it because it gets people in the store and.
- 31:29Speaker 6: Something like that. But I already have millions of people
- 31:33Speaker 6: in the door. I don't need any more in the door.
- 31:35Speaker 6: I'd love to have them, but that's not where we are.
- 31:39Speaker 6: But when the people spend money on bill O'Reilly dockround,
- 31:42Speaker 6: the money goes to my employees, and they're well paid anyway.
- 31:47Speaker 6: But you know, these are younger people. They're trying to
- 31:50Speaker 6: mass some money to buy a home and things like that.
- 31:52Speaker 6: So that's how I designed the thing. I got enough money,
- 31:56Speaker 6: and I'm not a money guy anyway, you know me.
- 31:58Speaker 6: I'm not striking around Ferrari and all lad I don't
- 32:02Speaker 6: care about any of that.
- 32:03Speaker 2: No, it's a Lamborghini, but that's Okay, no, Lamborghini.
- 32:08Speaker 6: But footy years ago. Now I don't. I have a
- 32:11Speaker 6: ten year old catalanc That's what I drive. It's the
- 32:16Speaker 6: best car in the road.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Yeah, no, it's good. You do a lot of you're
- 32:19Speaker 2: also very generous charities all that stuff, But thank you.
- 32:22Speaker 2: If you want to do your Christmas shopping, go to
- 32:24Speaker 2: Bill O'Reilly dot com. Fifteen books for a great price.
- 32:27Speaker 2: It's they're all great bestsellers. And of course the TV
- 32:30Speaker 2: show everything's at billoreilly dot com. Bill O'Reilly, thanks for being.
