Speaker 1: Ah, you heard the bass drop. You know what that means.
• 0:12
Speaker 2: It's time for another edition of the Stardom Citdam Show.
• 0:14
Speaker 2: I am Marcus Grant. I'm joined by Michael F.
• 0:17
  Speaker 1: Florio.
• 0:17
Speaker 2: We go through his entire Stardom Cittum column that you
• 0:20
Speaker 2: can find at NFL dot com slash Start Sit.
• 0:22
Speaker 1: These are not predictions.
• 0:23
Speaker 2: These are like guarantees, guarantees, That's exactly what they are.
• 0:27
Speaker 2: These are the guys that you want to start, that
• 0:29
Speaker 2: you want to sit. There's no way that any of
• 0:31
Speaker 2: these could ever be wrong, because nothing in fantasy is
• 0:33
Speaker 2: ever wrong. We got the top starts and sis of
• 0:36
Speaker 2: week four, some of our biggest questions, and we're gonna
• 0:39
Speaker 2: put on the ax body spray and take another trip into.
• 0:41
Speaker 1: Club Dub for the week.
• 0:44
Speaker 2: So let's start with the quarterback board. Your top starts
• 0:48
Speaker 2: and sits at the quarterback position this week.
• 0:50
Speaker 1: Floria, let us know who you got.
• 0:52
Speaker 3: Some quarterbacks that you might not expect to starts, Daniel Jones,
• 0:56
Speaker 3: Russell Wilson, Brock Party and I'm sticking with just Gilds here.
• 1:01
Speaker 3: Some sits too, some big names. I need to see
• 1:04
Speaker 3: Joe Burrow be Joe Burrow again before I want to
• 1:06
Speaker 3: trust him, especially in this matchup CJ. Stroud. I think
• 1:09
Speaker 3: this is a big test for him. If he passes,
• 1:11
Speaker 3: good for you. You got to start every week. Deshaun Watson.
• 1:14
Speaker 3: And then Kenny Pickett. I know he had a big
• 1:16
Speaker 3: game last week. Don't do the Kenny Pickett thing.
• 1:19
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's it's been kind of rough for
• 1:21
Speaker 2: Kenny Pickett so far this season.
• 1:23
Speaker 1: Let's talk about some of these guys on your list.
• 1:25
Speaker 1: Let's start with Russ Wilson.
• 1:27
Speaker 2: I started to buy in at the end of the
• 1:29
Speaker 2: preseason that maybe Russ could be resurrected. There are a
• 1:33
Speaker 2: lot of issues in Denver. He doesn't seem to be
• 1:35
Speaker 2: one of them. No, he is maybe the.
• 1:37
Speaker 3: Only one playing good ball right now in Denver for
• 1:41
Speaker 3: the Broncos. He has thrown for over three hundred passing
• 1:44
Speaker 3: yards in two straight games, has multiple passing touchdowns and
• 1:47
Speaker 3: two out of his three. He reminded us a couple
• 1:49
Speaker 3: of weeks ago, like, Hey, when you guys need me
• 1:51
Speaker 3: to run, I still can. And then the Bears. I
• 1:55
Speaker 3: mean they've allowed the fifth most passing yards, third most
• 1:58
Speaker 3: passing touchdowns, and they've got up somewhere between twenty seven
• 2:02
Speaker 3: and forty one points in every game they've played this year.
• 2:05
Speaker 3: I'm not a mathematician or anything, but that seems like
• 2:08
Speaker 3: a pretty big number.
• 2:08
  Speaker 1: That seems bad.
• 2:09
Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, So, Russell Wilson back in play against the
• 2:13
Speaker 2: Chicago Bears. Meanwhile, the guy on the other side, it's
• 2:17
Speaker 2: been a rough start to the year for Justin Fields,
• 2:19
Speaker 2: but he gets to face a defense that gave up
• 2:21
Speaker 2: seventy points. I don't know if you heard about that,
• 2:24
Speaker 2: but Justin Fields were still hanging in there with him.
• 2:26
  Speaker 1: Huh. Yeah.
• 2:27
Speaker 3: They gave up seventy real life points to the Dolphins,
• 2:29
Speaker 3: and everyone is talking about that. But I'm like, did
• 2:31
Speaker 3: you guys miss the week before when they gave up
• 2:33
Speaker 3: thirty five to the Commanders to Sam Hall. I mean,
• 2:38
Speaker 3: and look, Justin Field started running more last week, which
• 2:41
Speaker 3: I like. I still want him to run the ball
• 2:43
Speaker 3: even more than he has been, But this is all
• 2:45
Speaker 3: about the matchup. The Broncos have allowed the fourth most
• 2:48
Speaker 3: passing yards, the most rushing yards, the most passing touchdowns,
• 2:52
Speaker 3: and the most rushing touchdowns in the NFL. I don't
• 2:56
Speaker 3: know if this is as bad as a coaching job
• 2:58
Speaker 3: as last year or not Sean Payton, but you have
• 3:00
Speaker 3: not been getting the job done so far. This is
• 3:03
Speaker 3: a great get right spot for Justin Fields and your bears.
• 3:06
Speaker 3: I'm giving him one more shot, but if he disappoints
• 3:09
Speaker 3: this week, then it's very different moving forward with Justin Field.
• 3:12
Speaker 2: I would say that Nathaniel Hackett is somewhere thinking about
• 3:14
Speaker 2: that quote and sipping tea. But Nathaniel Hackett has his
• 3:16
Speaker 2: own issues that he's gonna worry about in New.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: York with the Jets. CJ.
• 3:22
Speaker 2: Stroud has had a great start to his rookie season
• 3:25
Speaker 2: this year, one hundred and twenty one pass attempts, has
• 3:27
Speaker 2: yet to throw an interception, four touchdowns. But now he's
• 3:30
Speaker 2: got a deal with TJ. Watt in that Steelers pass rush.
• 3:33
Speaker 2: That makes me a little nervous.
• 3:35
Speaker 3: And that's exactly why I have him as a sit
• 3:37
  Speaker 3: this week.
• 3:38
  Speaker 1: CJ.
• 3:38
Speaker 3: Stroud is someone you want on your roster. Just double
• 3:41
Speaker 3: check make sure he's not on your waiver wire because
• 3:43
Speaker 3: you want to have him. You just don't want to
• 3:45
Speaker 3: start him this week. Coming into the NFL. I thought
• 3:48
Speaker 3: the one thing that CJ. Shroud struggled with in college
• 3:51
Speaker 3: was when he was under pressure. Right now, so far
• 3:53
Speaker 3: this season, next Gen stats rakes him twenty six of
• 3:57
Speaker 3: thirty five quarterbacks while under pressure, and his completion percentage
• 4:01
Speaker 3: under pressure drops to fifty three point three percent. Why
• 4:03
Speaker 3: do I keep talking about under pressure? The Steelers generate
• 4:06
Speaker 3: pressure thirty eight percent of the time and have the
• 4:09
Speaker 3: third highest sack rate in the NFL. Jimmy g was
• 4:12
Speaker 3: not sacked the first two weeks. I think they got
• 4:14
Speaker 3: him five or six times last week. This is not
• 4:17
Speaker 3: a defensive line to get cute with.
• 4:19
  Speaker 1: CJ.
• 4:19
Speaker 2: Stroud rostered in just thirty one percent of NFL dot
• 4:22
Speaker 2: com leagues. He's a great pickup in stash the bye
• 4:25
Speaker 2: week's beginning Week five. You're gonna need help there at
• 4:27
Speaker 2: some point this season. Go get CJ.
• 4:29
Speaker 1: Stroud while you can.
• 4:31
Speaker 2: So we got the guys throwing the football, just take
• 4:33
Speaker 2: a look at some of the guys catching the football.
• 4:35
Speaker 1: Your starts and sits for wide receivers, who you got.
• 4:38
Speaker 3: I'm rolling with both Bengals wide receivers still. I know
• 4:41
Speaker 3: they've been up and down, but too much upside to
• 4:43
Speaker 3: get away. Calvin Ridley in a revenge game across the pond.
• 4:47
Speaker 3: DJ Moore because Broncos, and then Tank Dell, who's been
• 4:50
Speaker 3: great some sits. It pains me to say, but DeAndre Hopkins,
• 4:54
Speaker 3: Garrett Wilson too early round picks there, and then Johan Dotson,
• 4:58
Speaker 3: Johann Dotson, Johan and then Kendrick Bourne to round it out.
• 5:02
Speaker 2: So you mentioned Tank Dell, and when we talk about
• 5:05
Speaker 2: a team tanking, usually it's because they are, you know,
• 5:08
Speaker 2: sabotaging themselves. But with the Texans, talking about tanking seems
• 5:12
Speaker 2: to have a whole different meaning.
• 5:13
Speaker 3: You know, I've been trying all week to find a
• 5:15
Speaker 3: tank pun and you just knocked it out of the
• 5:18
Speaker 3: park right there. Tank Dell has been playing great football
• 5:21
Speaker 3: as of late. He's been the Texans top target two
• 5:24
Speaker 3: weeks in a row, and he scored over twenty Fantasy
• 5:27
Speaker 3: points in each of those games. You're seeing here. How
• 5:30
Speaker 3: explosive he is. I've talked about it on this show
• 5:32
Speaker 3: in the past, about how great of a red zone
• 5:34
Speaker 3: option he is. And then just to let you know,
• 5:37
Speaker 3: like he was tackled on the one yard line on
• 5:39
Speaker 3: a play and then he got another touchdown called back
• 5:42
Speaker 3: due to a holding penalty. So as great as he
• 5:45
Speaker 3: has been the last two weeks, he could have been
• 5:47
Speaker 3: even better. I think you just want to keep riding
• 5:50
Speaker 3: with your Texans receivers, even though I'm not so sure
• 5:54
Speaker 3: about how CJ. Stroud could perform this.
• 5:55
Speaker 2: Week, I was pointed out to me, and I've had
• 5:57
Speaker 2: forgotten about this, that CJ. Stroud actually requested that they
• 6:00
Speaker 2: go out and draft Tank Dell.
• 6:01
Speaker 1: So ye, you should fact through that in when we're
• 6:03
Speaker 1: talking about putting him in lineups.
• 6:05
Speaker 2: DeAndre Hopkins he goes to Tennessee. We were worried about
• 6:08
Speaker 2: the passing game, but I think the consensus was, well,
• 6:11
Speaker 2: he's DeAndre Hopkins. He's gonna be fine. Through three weeks.
• 6:14
Speaker 2: He hasn't really been fine. He can't have apartment about it.
• 6:18
Speaker 3: I'm very worried as well. And he saw thirteen targets
• 6:20
Speaker 3: in week one and we were like, Okay, the production
• 6:22
Speaker 3: will come. But then he's seen seven or fewer targets
• 6:25
Speaker 3: in each of the last two games. His catch right
• 6:28
Speaker 3: uncatchable targets right now is eighty two percent, yet his
• 6:32
Speaker 3: overall catch rate is fifty six percent, so most of
• 6:36
Speaker 3: the throws going his way are just unketchable right now.
• 6:39
Speaker 3: He is his yards per route ran everything is the
• 6:42
Speaker 3: lowest it's been since twenty seventeen. It's not his fault.
• 6:46
Speaker 3: He is still a good talent. But Ryan Tannehill in
• 6:48
Speaker 3: this Tennessee Titans offense is just dragging everyone down.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: With it right now.
• 6:53
Speaker 2: They've got a bad offensive line, and we saw what
• 6:55
Speaker 2: the Bengals did to the Rams offensive line last week.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: That seems like bad news for Ryan Tannehill.
• 7:01
Speaker 2: Meanwhile, Garrett Wilson, I had to pause because I felt
• 7:06
Speaker 2: the sadness welling up inside me. I have rosters that
• 7:09
Speaker 2: have both Breeze Hall and Garrett Wilson. I'm pretty much
• 7:12
Speaker 2: ready to punt on them. At this point in the season.
• 7:14
Speaker 2: They're playing the Chiefs. I feel like the only highlight
• 7:18
Speaker 2: for the Jets is that Taylor Swift might be there.
• 7:20
Speaker 2: I mean, please, is there a way to make me
• 7:22
Speaker 2: feel better about this?
• 7:23
Speaker 3: If you're starting Garrett Wilson right now, you are hoping
• 7:26
Speaker 3: for a big play or garbage time, and probably a
• 7:29
Speaker 3: big play in garbage time, because this is going to
• 7:32
Speaker 3: get out of hand fast, I think with the Chiefs,
• 7:35
Speaker 3: and last week Garrett Wilson just gave you less than
• 7:38
Speaker 3: ten fantasy points. He wasn't a top forty wide receiver.
• 7:41
Speaker 3: He's made two great plays this year. Outside of those
• 7:43
Speaker 3: two plays, it has been really rough. It is not
• 7:46
Speaker 3: his fault, but the Chiefs have allowed the fourth fewest
• 7:49
Speaker 3: Fantasy points to wide receivers. And this is going to
• 7:52
Speaker 3: be a game Marcus where we should probably keep count.
• 7:55
Speaker 3: What are we gonna see more Taylor Swift on our
• 7:57
Speaker 3: screen or Zach Wilson complete completions.
• 8:01
Speaker 2: I'm gonna go with Zach Willson completions, but not by
• 8:03
  Speaker 2: a lot.
• 8:04
Speaker 3: I'll take Taylor Swift just for fun.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: I don't love that I'd have to have my my
• 8:08
Speaker 2: fantasy wide receiver be a sanitation engineer in order to
• 8:10
Speaker 2: meet for me to get points, that just seemed like
• 8:12
Speaker 2: a whole bad deal. Speaking of people that you beg
• 8:15
Speaker 2: for Fantasy points from, we're gonna talk about tight ends next.
• 8:18
Speaker 2: Also a vibe check, lets you know how we're feeling
• 8:20
Speaker 2: about some of your biggest fantasy questions. That's coming up
• 8:22
Speaker 2: after the break here on the Stardom Sidam Show, let's.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: Suck some stardom, sit them tight ends?
• 8:32
Speaker 3: Who you got Darren Waller and Pat Fryarmoth are my starts.
• 8:36
Speaker 3: There's two missing because they played on Thursday night, and
• 8:38
Speaker 3: then some sits Kyle Pitts across the pond. We gotta
• 8:42
Speaker 3: sit zach Ertz against in a tough matchup David and
• 8:45
Speaker 3: Joku just has not got enough volume. And talking about
• 8:48
Speaker 3: no volume, Dalton Schultz is the face of that right now.
• 8:51
Speaker 2: Kyle pitts Man, just Kyle pitts Man. Uh, Let's let's
• 8:55
Speaker 2: let's start on the good though. With Darren Waller, it's
• 8:58
Speaker 2: been sort of up and down for him. I guess
• 8:59
Speaker 2: the good news is that he is consistently getting a
• 9:03
  Speaker 2: lot of targets.
• 9:04
Speaker 1: And you like the matchup this week against the Seahawks.
• 9:06
Speaker 3: And the matchup is the whole thing. And I understand
• 9:08
Speaker 3: he's had two down weeks right now. But if you
• 9:10
Speaker 3: polled a lot of people and act them with the
• 9:12
Speaker 3: two toughest defenses in the NFL out right now, most
• 9:15
Speaker 3: would say the Cowboys and forty nine Ers. Who is
• 9:17
Speaker 3: exactly who Darren Waller has gone up against him? The
• 9:20
Speaker 3: other game he finished as the tight end four, and
• 9:23
Speaker 3: now he gets a much better matchup. The Seahawks have
• 9:26
Speaker 3: allowed these six most yards to tight ends, and last
• 9:29
Speaker 3: season they allowed the most fantasy points of the position.
• 9:31
Speaker 3: Do not panic yet. In fact, if the person with
• 9:34
Speaker 3: Waller is panicking, go out and try to trade for him.
• 9:36
Speaker 2: I would say I still sort of believe in Darren Waller,
• 9:39
Speaker 2: but I do think the Giants switched some things up.
• 9:41
Speaker 2: I think they get one Dale Robinson more involved. I
• 9:43
Speaker 2: think they get Jalen Hyatt involved as well. But Darren
• 9:46
Speaker 2: Waller still the number one guy in that passing attack.
• 9:48
Speaker 1: All right, let's just let's just get this over with.
• 9:50
Speaker 1: We're gonna talk about Kyle Pitts.
• 9:52
Speaker 2: Look, he gets the face the Jaguars this week. I
• 9:55
Speaker 2: guess the good thing is thirty three percent of his
• 9:58
Speaker 2: career touchdowns have come in love.
• 10:00
Speaker 1: Right, That's not good. That's got to count for something.
• 10:03
Speaker 3: Please, That's all we really have to go on right now.
• 10:07
Speaker 3: When it comes to Kyle Pitts, last week, it was
• 10:09
Speaker 3: the best matchup a tight end could have. He gave
• 10:12
Speaker 3: you the same amount of Fantasy points as John new
• 10:14
Speaker 3: Smith on Fantasy Live. This week, I both threw a
• 10:17
Speaker 3: Kyle Pitts shirt. I compared his quarterback play to the
• 10:20
Speaker 3: Inferno and Toy story. It has been rough for Kyle Pitts.
• 10:24
Speaker 3: And that's the thing. It is not Kyle Pitts. It's
• 10:27
Speaker 3: partly Arthur Smith, but it's also the quarterbacks. Fifty three
• 10:31
Speaker 3: percent of his targets have been unketchable so far this season.
• 10:34
Speaker 3: That's after last season was fifty nine percent. And if
• 10:36
Speaker 3: you listen to the to anything all off season, I
• 10:39
Speaker 3: was like, it's gotta get better for Kyle. Nope, nope,
• 10:41
Speaker 3: it's just been just as bad as it was last season.
• 10:44
  Speaker 1: I just don't understand why.
• 10:46
Speaker 2: I don't know if Kyle Pitts kicked Arthur Smith's dog
• 10:50
Speaker 2: or what. I just don't understand why they can't get
• 10:53
Speaker 2: him involved. I feel like last week was the worst
• 10:55
Speaker 2: case scenario because it was a great matchup and he
• 10:58
  Speaker 2: was just mad.
• 10:59
  Speaker 1: He was great.
• 11:01
Speaker 2: You could build off of that. If he was terrible,
• 11:02
Speaker 2: you could just be like, all right, well it's over.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: Like he was just man. So now you're like, well,
• 11:06
Speaker 1: now what do I do?
• 11:07
Speaker 2: I got this bowl of oatmeal sitting on my roster
• 11:10
Speaker 2: and I just can't do anything with it. That's where
• 11:12
Speaker 2: we are with Kyle Pitts. Now, all right, that's been
• 11:14
Speaker 2: our Kyle Pits rant.
• 11:15
Speaker 1: Of the week. Let's talk about some zach Ertz here.
• 11:18
Speaker 2: Though he's getting a lot of love in terms of
• 11:20
Speaker 2: targets there in Arizona, he and Marky's Brown have pretty
• 11:23
Speaker 2: much been it for Josh Dobbs, but dot forty nine ers.
• 11:28
Speaker 3: And that's exactly why I want to sit zach Ertz
• 11:32
Speaker 3: this week. The first two weeks were great, week three
• 11:35
Speaker 3: not so much. But this is all about the matchup.
• 11:38
Speaker 3: The forty nine ers on the season have allowed sixty
• 11:41
Speaker 3: two yards to tight ends, which is extremely impressive no
• 11:45
Speaker 3: matter who they faced, but even more so considering they
• 11:48
Speaker 3: have faced Darren Waller, Pat Fryarmouth and Tyler Higbee, three
• 11:52
Speaker 3: very capable tight ends. So you just don't get cute,
• 11:56
Speaker 3: don't stream against the forty nine ers. I would go
• 11:58
  Speaker 3: in another direction.
• 11:59
Speaker 2: I do weirdly sort of think that Marquise Brown has
• 12:02
Speaker 2: a little bit of value this week, just because they're
• 12:03
Speaker 2: gonna be playing from behind and maybe throwing, and he's
• 12:06
Speaker 2: kind of been a deep shot guy in this offense,
• 12:08
Speaker 2: so maybe he gets some chunk plays.
• 12:10
Speaker 1: But it's not gonna be pretty.
• 12:11
Speaker 2: You don't if you're starting those guys, I would advise
• 12:14
Speaker 2: you not watching it because it's just going to be frustrating.
• 12:17
Speaker 2: Time now for a little segment we like to call
• 12:18
Speaker 2: how we Feeling, where we rip through some guys that
• 12:21
Speaker 2: are getting asked about a lot on social media. Websites
• 12:24
Speaker 2: and lets you know if they should be in your
• 12:26
Speaker 2: lineups this week. So Florida, let's start with Sedarian Lamb
• 12:29
Speaker 2: of the Dallas Cowboys. Are you starting him? How you
• 12:32
Speaker 2: feeling about him against the Patriots.
• 12:34
Speaker 3: It's a tough matchup against the Patriots. You hear all
• 12:36
Speaker 3: the time that Bill Belichick likes to take away opposing
• 12:39
Speaker 3: team's best weapons. Don't know if it'll be Pollard or
• 12:42
Speaker 3: Lamb there, but ceedee. Lamb has shown us he has
• 12:44
Speaker 3: a very safe floor of double digit fantasy points, still
• 12:47
Speaker 3: has that one massive game already this year. I just
• 12:49
Speaker 3: want him to score a touchdown because it's almost a
• 12:52
Speaker 3: month and he hasn't scored one yet.
• 12:54
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a little bit frustrating.
• 12:55
Speaker 2: Dak Prescott not really helping the issue with his inconsistent
• 12:58
Speaker 2: play for me. Jerome Ford against the Ravens, I don't
• 13:01
Speaker 2: love the matchup, and I don't know about the volume.
• 13:05
Speaker 1: I'm a little bit nervous about it.
• 13:06
Speaker 2: We saw a lot more of Kareem Hunt last week
• 13:09
Speaker 2: than I think a lot of us anticipated. I thought
• 13:11
Speaker 2: if anything slowed Jerome four down, he'd be the Titans
• 13:14
Speaker 2: run defense. I didn't think it would be that we'd
• 13:16
Speaker 2: see Kareem Hunt and even Pierre Strong as.
• 13:18
Speaker 1: Much as we did.
• 13:19
Speaker 2: Ford is still the RB one in this offense, but
• 13:22
Speaker 2: it's a parent He's not going to get anything close
• 13:25
Speaker 2: to the volume that Nick Chubb was going to get.
• 13:27
Speaker 2: So if you can get away from him, maybe you
• 13:30
Speaker 2: do that. But I know running back is.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: Sort of a sticky spot right now.
• 13:34
Speaker 2: We were talking about Michael Pittman and now he's doing
• 13:36
Speaker 2: with the Colts. What about Josh Downs against the Rams?
• 13:39
Speaker 3: How you feel he is not someone I want to
• 13:41
Speaker 3: be starting. I'm okay having him on my roster. He
• 13:43
Speaker 3: brings a lot of upside. He's the lead slot guy there.
• 13:46
Speaker 3: But he had thirteen point seven fantasy points last year.
• 13:49
Speaker 3: Last week with Garner Minshew, he hit thirteen point seven
• 13:52
Speaker 3: fantasy points in the first two games combined with Anthony Richardson.
• 13:55
Speaker 3: So I want to see him and Richardson be on
• 13:57
Speaker 3: the same page before I consider starting him.
• 14:00
Speaker 2: So Josh Down's kind of a nope. How about Josh
• 14:03
Speaker 2: Kelly going against the Raiders. That's so five Stadium and
• 14:06
Speaker 2: for me, that's gonna be a noe for me. Dog
• 14:09
Speaker 2: part of it is just him being inefficient the last
• 14:11
Speaker 2: couple of weeks with Austin Eckler out, I think it's
• 14:14
Speaker 2: fifty one yards on twenty four carries.
• 14:16
Speaker 1: That's just no bueno.
• 14:18
Speaker 2: On top of it, there is talk that Austin Eckler
• 14:21
Speaker 2: could come back to play this week. Now, Eckler less
• 14:24
Speaker 2: than one hundred percent, so you might see you more
• 14:26
Speaker 2: Kelly than you would on a normal week, but it's
• 14:28
Speaker 2: not gonna be enough for him to really get I
• 14:30
Speaker 2: think a big number fantasy wise. So if you can
• 14:33
Speaker 2: avoid Josh Kelly, which probably can, I would do that
• 14:37
Speaker 2: even against the Raider defense. Speaking of running backs who
• 14:40
Speaker 2: have underperformed Derrick Henry, what about l Trectorcito against the Bengals.
• 14:44
Speaker 3: He bounces back this week. I think he was the
• 14:47
Speaker 3: RB eight the first two weeks of the season, just
• 14:49
Speaker 3: had a down Week three, And again I don't really
• 14:52
Speaker 3: think it's all on him. I think it's more on
• 14:54
Speaker 3: the state of this offense right now. But the Bengals
• 14:57
Speaker 3: are a good matchup. They've allowed the second most rushing
• 15:00
Speaker 3: coming into Week four at over one hundred and fifty
• 15:03
Speaker 3: per game, and if Joe Burrow struggles, this will be
• 15:05
Speaker 3: a close game, which means a favorable game script. For
• 15:08
Speaker 3: Derrick Henry. You can't keep kings down for too long.
• 15:11
Speaker 2: So Derek Henry hopefully back on the goodfoot. Meanwhile, Josh Jacobs,
• 15:16
Speaker 2: or as Ron Bergety may say, Josh Jacobs, it's a soft.
• 15:19
Speaker 1: Jay against the Chargers.
• 15:21
Speaker 2: I am on board, and I know it has not
• 15:23
Speaker 2: been the greatest start to the season for Josh Jacobs.
• 15:25
Speaker 2: It just feels like he's sort of ramping up as
• 15:28
Speaker 2: though the first three weeks of the season have been
• 15:30
Speaker 2: the preseason, and I guess for him it has been
• 15:32
Speaker 2: because he didn't get to work out with the team.
• 15:34
Speaker 1: A season high sixty two.
• 15:36
Speaker 2: Rushing yards last week, I think he really gets going
• 15:39
Speaker 2: against a Charger run defense that has been pretty awful
• 15:42
Speaker 2: actually for the last couple of years.
• 15:43
Speaker 1: So I feel okay about Josh Jacobs.
• 15:46
Speaker 2: Speaking of running backs, Peo will dive into some starts
• 15:49
Speaker 2: sits at that position after the break, plus heading to
• 15:52
Speaker 2: clip up, So stick around for more of the stardum
• 15:54
Speaker 2: sittam show, start them, sit them running backs for Week four,
• 16:03
Speaker 2: Floria walk us through it.
• 16:05
Speaker 3: Both Dolphin running backs are in play this week. Alvin Kamara,
• 16:09
Speaker 3: he's back for the Saints. He should be back, and
• 16:11
Speaker 3: you're starting lineups, and I'm sticking with James Cook, who
• 16:14
Speaker 3: has been really good despite not scoring a touchdown, and
• 16:17
Speaker 3: then some sits Brian Robinson Junior just because of game script,
• 16:20
Speaker 3: Breeze Hall because of Jets, and Gus Edwards in a
• 16:23
Speaker 3: tough matchup against the Browns.
• 16:25
Speaker 2: All right, let's get through some of these dvaan A
• 16:27
Speaker 2: Chain you mentioned him, I mean he and the Dolphins
• 16:30
Speaker 2: just went nuclear last week against the Denver Broncos. How
• 16:34
Speaker 2: do you feel about him against the Bills run defense
• 16:36
Speaker 2: that has not given up a touchdown on the ground
• 16:39
  Speaker 2: this year.
• 16:39
Speaker 3: That'll probably change this week. I think I am excited
• 16:42
Speaker 3: to get both of the Dolphins running backs mostart and
• 16:45
Speaker 3: almost said A chain again, A Chan into your lineup.
• 16:49
  Speaker 1: There.
• 16:49
Speaker 3: Look, they both just went for over forty five fantasy points.
• 16:53
Speaker 3: We know the upside that they each bring. But the
• 16:56
Speaker 3: Bills have allowed a league high five point nine yards
• 16:59
Speaker 3: per carry to running backs this season, and I can
• 17:01
Speaker 3: tell you firsthand they particularly struggle against speed, and this
• 17:05
Speaker 3: backfield is built off speed. So I'm excited to get
• 17:08
Speaker 3: both of these Dolphins running backs into my lineup in
• 17:11
Speaker 3: what is going to be a score fest.
• 17:12
Speaker 1: A Chan four Chan shin Chan, all of them entertaining
• 17:15
  Speaker 1: at this point.
• 17:16
Speaker 2: Alvin Kamara going against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, making his
• 17:19
Speaker 2: return after a three game suspension.
• 17:22
Speaker 1: I have lots of lineups that I am excited to
• 17:24
Speaker 1: put him in. How are you feeling about him this week?
• 17:27
Speaker 3: Just like you, I have a lot of lineups where
• 17:29
Speaker 3: I am excited to put Alvin Kamara in there. And
• 17:31
Speaker 3: given the state of the running back position, I'm sure
• 17:34
Speaker 3: many of you out there are in the same position.
• 17:37
Speaker 3: And coming into Week three, the Bucks run defense did
• 17:40
Speaker 3: look tough and then DeAndre Swift gun him for a
• 17:42
Speaker 3: buck thirty. The Eagles as a team went for over
• 17:44
Speaker 3: two hundred and Alvin Kamara he knows this run defense
• 17:48
Speaker 3: very well. He has scored ten career touchdowns against them.
• 17:51
Speaker 3: There's a bunch of volume up for grabs right now
• 17:54
Speaker 3: in that backfield with Jamal Williams' sideline, I am very,
• 17:57
Speaker 3: very excited to start Alvin Kamara.
• 17:59
Speaker 2: Through three weeks, the Saints leading rusher is taste some
• 18:01
Speaker 2: hill with ninety one yards.
• 18:03
Speaker 1: That means they need some bity to run the football.
• 18:06
Speaker 2: If I can make a request, though, Jamis Winston, how
• 18:08
Speaker 2: about you mix in a few dumpoffs too.
• 18:09
Speaker 1: I mean, we love the yolo balls. Well, you get
• 18:11
  Speaker 1: a few short.
• 18:12
Speaker 2: Throws to Alvin Kamara, that would be great. I had
• 18:15
Speaker 2: a moment of sadness earlier in this show for Garrett Wilson.
• 18:18
Speaker 2: I should probably have another moment of sadness right now
• 18:20
  Speaker 2: for Breese Hall.
• 18:22
Speaker 1: We should just pour one out for him? Or is
• 18:23
Speaker 1: their hope this week?
• 18:25
Speaker 3: This week, I think you gotta pour one out from
• 18:27
Speaker 3: Breese Hall and sit him because week one he opened
• 18:31
Speaker 3: up great with those two long runs. Since then he
• 18:34
Speaker 3: has scored single digit Fantasy points in his last ten
• 18:37
Speaker 3: quarters played. He got more volume last week, still only
• 18:41
Speaker 3: turned it into twenty seven yards. The Chiefs have allowed
• 18:44
Speaker 3: the fourth fewest Fantasy points to running backs, and then
• 18:47
Speaker 3: you add in that Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelcey are
• 18:49
Speaker 3: on the other side. With the extra motivation of Taylor
• 18:52
Speaker 3: Swift watching them, they are going to put up a
• 18:54
Speaker 3: lot of points. I think the Jets are gonna be
• 18:56
Speaker 3: playing ketchup, which means they probably have to abandon the run.
• 19:05
  Speaker 1: All right.
• 19:05
Speaker 2: We are happy to welcome in researcher, rams fan and
• 19:09
Speaker 2: jack of all trades Lakwan Jones.
• 19:11
Speaker 1: You can find him on Twitter at Real Deal Fantasy.
• 19:13
Speaker 1: Welcome to the show Man going on.
• 19:14
Speaker 4: Man, glad to be here.
• 19:16
Speaker 2: We happy to have you here, so we wanted to
• 19:18
Speaker 2: bring you in talk about some guys that absolutely have
• 19:21
Speaker 2: to be in lineups this week. So please, if you
• 19:23
Speaker 2: would like, give us your must start five of the week.
• 19:27
Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean starting at five. Evan Ingram. I think
• 19:30
Speaker 4: this is a game where you can start all your
• 19:32
Speaker 4: Jacks players confidently, and Evan Ingram is a solid play
• 19:35
Speaker 4: this week versus the Falcons. Falcons are tied fourth in
• 19:38
Speaker 4: the most receptions allowed to tight ends this season, and
• 19:40
Speaker 4: he's coming off of back to back games with eight
• 19:42
Speaker 4: targets and a healthy target share. I like his upside
• 19:45
Speaker 4: this week coming in at number four. I got Adam
• 19:48
Speaker 4: Thielen versus the Vikings the revenge game. Dealan's gonna go
• 19:51
Speaker 4: out there to show that old man Theeling still got
• 19:54
Speaker 4: the juice. Vikings are allowing the third most Fantasy points
• 19:57
Speaker 4: were game to wide receivers and allow on the second
• 19:59
Speaker 4: high completion percentage at seventy six percent. Dealer remains the
• 20:03
Speaker 4: target hag of this offense with a healthy twenty percent
• 20:06
Speaker 4: target share. Found the volume here for sure, coming at
• 20:09
Speaker 4: at number three, I got Tank Dell going up against
• 20:12
Speaker 4: his Pittsburgh secondary. I'm buying into this rookie hype. Back
• 20:15
Speaker 4: to back games, Dell has had over seventy receiving yards
• 20:18
Speaker 4: and has found the end zone in each of those games.
• 20:21
Speaker 4: A lot of this is motivated on how CJ. Stroud
• 20:23
Speaker 4: and this Texans offense has been clicking. Hoping this rookie
• 20:27
Speaker 4: to rookie connection remains strong this week. Coming at number two,
• 20:30
Speaker 4: t Higgins is a start for me against his Titans defense.
• 20:33
Speaker 4: You could say I'm buying into this conspiracy theory that
• 20:36
Speaker 4: he's on a hot and cold streak right now. This
• 20:38
Speaker 4: Titans defense would be the game for Higgins to bounce back.
• 20:41
Speaker 4: Titans have allowed the fourth most fantasy points per game
• 20:43
Speaker 4: to wide receivers this season. Here, I'm banking on the
• 20:46
Speaker 4: talent for Higgins to show up and show out. Coming
• 20:48
Speaker 4: at number one, I got to Kobe Myers versus the Chargers.
• 20:52
Speaker 4: He's probably the most underrated wide receiver in the game
• 20:54
Speaker 4: right now, He's bowling out and every time he's on
• 20:56
Speaker 4: the field, and he's currently wide receiver five right now
• 21:00
Speaker 4: points per game. This Raiders offense is looking like it's
• 21:02
Speaker 4: running through him and DeVante Adams. He's holding his own.
• 21:06
Speaker 4: This is a bad, bad Chargers defense right now, which
• 21:09
Speaker 4: is allowing the most touchdowns, yards, and fantasy points per
• 21:12
Speaker 4: game to wide receivers. So I'm loading up Jacobe Myers
• 21:15
Speaker 4: no matter who's the quarterback on Sunday.
• 21:17
Speaker 1: Yeah, I really love Jacobe Myers this week.
• 21:19
Speaker 2: I hope it's Jimmy Garoppolo, but if it's Brian hoyeror
• 21:21
Speaker 2: even Aidan O'Connell, I think there's still some opportunity for
• 21:24
Speaker 2: Myers against the Bolts. Hey put on our buffalo andos
• 21:28
Speaker 2: we just got from Oak Tree.
• 21:29
Speaker 1: We are going to Club Dub.
• 21:32
Speaker 3: We're gonna open up the ropes.
• 21:33
Speaker 2: And see who's gonna score us twenty five or more
• 21:35
Speaker 2: Fantasy points this week. So, as the guest, the floor
• 21:39
Speaker 2: is yours. Who's getting to the Club Dub this week?
• 21:41
Speaker 4: Listen, We're going Dereck Henry.
• 21:43
  Speaker 1: Listen.
• 21:43
Speaker 4: The King returns back to the club like he's never left.
• 21:46
Speaker 4: I mean, tough game last week against the Browns, but listen,
• 21:49
Speaker 4: this is the bounce back game he needs against the Bengals,
• 21:51
Speaker 4: who haven't really faced a real running back threat these
• 21:54
Speaker 4: past two weeks. The key to victory to this game
• 21:57
Speaker 4: right now is to run the ball, simple as that,
• 21:59
Speaker 4: and who else could you rely on to do it
• 22:02
Speaker 4: the best? In this run first offense?
• 22:03
  Speaker 1: Right?
• 22:04
Speaker 4: I mean the first two weeks of football, the Bengals
• 22:06
Speaker 4: have allowed nine rushes of ten plus yards to running backs,
• 22:09
Speaker 4: which was tied first in the NFL at that time.
• 22:12
Speaker 4: The Bengals are currently tied fourth in the NFL and
• 22:14
Speaker 4: misstackles as well. And we all know how hard it
• 22:16
Speaker 4: is to tackle the King, so I expect the Titans
• 22:19
Speaker 4: to lean on him in this offense to get back
• 22:21
Speaker 4: on track. So it's a full send for Derek Henry
• 22:23
  Speaker 4: this week.
• 22:24
Speaker 3: Yeah, listen to Lakwan. He has clubbed at DJ's before,
• 22:27
Speaker 3: so he knows a thing or two about clubs. For me,
• 22:31
Speaker 3: I think it is this man's number one wide receiver,
• 22:34
Speaker 3: Keenan Allen, who is gonna help you get into the
• 22:37
Speaker 3: club this week. Look, Keenan Allen has given you over
• 22:39
Speaker 3: thirty Fantasy points in two straight games already. He is
• 22:43
Speaker 3: a target vacuum. And then he's now has no Mike Williams,
• 22:47
Speaker 3: so that could mean even more volume going his way.
• 22:50
Speaker 3: The Raiders give up a bunch of production they've allowed
• 22:52
Speaker 3: these second most touchdowns to wide receivers. Look, Keenan Allen
• 22:56
Speaker 3: can even throw touchdowns, he doesn't catch up keep roding
• 22:59
  Speaker 3: with Keenan.
• 23:00
Speaker 1: So I'm gonna go with the guy.
• 23:01
Speaker 2: He hasn't been to the club in a while, but
• 23:03
Speaker 2: as always, you know, he's always thinking about it at least,
• 23:05
Speaker 2: and that's Jamar Chase.
• 23:07
Speaker 1: It's been a rough start for the Bengals. They look
• 23:10
  Speaker 1: like they were.
• 23:10
Speaker 2: Ready to go club and though in those all white
• 23:12
Speaker 2: unis last week against the Rams, still though didn't quite
• 23:15
Speaker 2: work out. But this week they have got the Tennessee Titans.
• 23:18
Speaker 2: That is a get right game for passing games that
• 23:21
Speaker 2: are struggling, and certainly that does apply to the Cincinnati Bengals. Look,
• 23:26
Speaker 2: I guess I should be correcting myself because he did
• 23:28
Speaker 2: get in the club last week twenty six points. So
• 23:30
Speaker 2: maybe he's gonna go back to back weeks. You know,
• 23:31
Speaker 2: it's hard to go clubbing every single week. Sometimes you
• 23:33
Speaker 2: gotta rest up when you haven't been there in a while.
• 23:36
Speaker 2: It's kind of fun to go in consecutive all weekend.
• 23:38
Speaker 2: So I think Jamar Chase gets back in there. I
• 23:41
Speaker 2: think you see plenty of targets and maybe he finally
• 23:43
Speaker 2: gets a big play, it finally gets in the end
• 23:45
Speaker 2: zone because he has not done that. He's gotten in
• 23:47
Speaker 2: the club, hasn't gotten in the end zone. I think
• 23:50
Speaker 2: that happens for him in Week four against the Tennessee Titans.
• 23:53
Speaker 1: So there you go.
• 23:54
Speaker 2: Those the guys that'll have you clubbing and dancing and
• 23:57
Speaker 2: popping bottles coming up this weekend for your fantasy team.
• 24:00
  Speaker 1: That's it.
• 24:00
Speaker 2: Uh. We appreciate you hanging out with us. LaQuan man
• 24:02
Speaker 2: hopefully can get you get back at some point.
• 24:04
Speaker 4: Absolutely, Man, I'm always free him around the off.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: It's just just walk.
• 24:08
Speaker 2: We're just gonna grab him from like the commissary and
• 24:10
Speaker 2: have him sit down and come starts and sits for us.
• 24:12
Speaker 1: Uh. That'll do it for this edition of the Stardom
• 24:14
  Speaker 1: Cinam Show.
• 24:15
Speaker 2: We appreciate you hanging out with us for la Quan,
• 24:17
Speaker 2: for Florio, I am Marcus.
• 24:19
Speaker 1: Enjoy the weekend everybody, and we'll talk to you again
• 24:21
  Speaker 1: real soon.
