Vance Boelter, the architect of the 2025 Minnesota legislative violence, now faces eight state charges—including two first-degree murder counts for Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark—after already serving two life terms plus 40 years in federal court. He’s also charged with attempted murder in the attacks on Sen. John Hoffman’s family and Rep.
