- 0:00[SPEAKER_03]: They lose this privilege.
- 0:01[SPEAKER_03]: It's the biggest bottle I've ever seen in my life.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_03]: I'll tell you it's not good enough.
- 0:04[SPEAKER_03]: He's not a top level manager.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_03]: I'll tell you there's not the character to be able to drive this team over the line.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_03]: They played well.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_03]: He wasn't a bad for four months, but he wasn't enough.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_03]: This is the crunch time and the season where you can't afford to drop points drop off in performances.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_00]: is that anything else you want to add on Ryan Cherokee.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_00]: This guy looked in cap here and the voice of his eyes and said, yeah, let's dance.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_02]: He's taught them are going to get ready again, because everything's going against it.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_02]: They can't catch it right.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of money spurs have invested and they have a chance of going down.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_02]: That is the single most embarrassing thing that happened in English football.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome back.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome back.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome back.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: This is Sports Illustrated Football Club.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_00]: You're weekly show here on Sports Illustrated.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Alessandro Emitty and as always, I'm joined by the man who was an answer for every question in the football world.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_00]: Leas Buzidi.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: How are you?
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: How are you?
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: I like the answer.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's the only thing I can ask for.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm good man, I'm good are you?
- 0:52[SPEAKER_00]: Oh good, and look, look there.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: His face, he's clearly saying, Dilli don't, Dilli don't.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_00]: We are in the Champions League man.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_00]: Look at the lollio.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: How you up, yeah?
- 1:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, very happy Alessandro.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_03]: In the Champions League fight points above your beloved aroma, fight points above Cuomo.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_03]: Happy days man.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_03]: Can't complice.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_02]: This guy today has a loaded gun for Michele Arta.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm telling you, he's coming on.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's also not always the same.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_00]: So, wow.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_00]: So let's start by the weather really sunny London partially cloud in not five It's raining in not 17 where we don't want to start clear it.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good intro But before we start, let's get some credits for what we're done in the past week guys If it's the first time you're watching us, I'm quoting some comments the premier football podcast this season by Cheyenne
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: Orion is saying, best food or podcast right now, knowledge is crazy and also entertaining.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_00]: And oh, black lab is saying, this is the best real on football this can you go man.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_00]: So, like, subscribe, hit the button, leave us the comment, and now we start from the
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: best game of the Premier League probably.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: The title race is more open than ever because much as a city won against Arsenal.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_00]: I good Arsenal, we have to say we let him start.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to ask you a question, was the only plan, was the only game plan for the Disarsional going to the Emirates waiting for them because they were good, but good was enough.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_03]: No, it wasn't.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_03]: It was one of the better performances from Arsenal this season, which says a lot about their performances in general, but C for me was just too good.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_03]: It was one of those games where like the Carbel Club, Arsenal played a lot better than the Carbel Club, but C dominated the ball, they created the most chances in the game.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_03]: On a different day, Arsenal hit the post twice, so did City, but even the goal it was gifted to them.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_03]: My full city was a better team, they're on the front foot for the majority of the game, and winners win losers, complain once again.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_03]: And we all expect to see to go there and win, it was no surprise I expected to city to get over the line.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_03]: They got a top level manager who's been there done that Arsenal for me.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_03]: It just comes down to the mentality of my opinion.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_03]: I think they're still very fragile mentally and they just don't have the character and the personality from the coach to the players to win these big head-to-heads and they're all for record at the Etihad continues.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: I'd of the game, Mikael Artheta said, this game is about excitement and determination.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: Did you see that from Arsenal on the pitch?
- 3:28[SPEAKER_00]: Did you see excitement and determination?
- 3:30[SPEAKER_02]: I saw a bit of that to start.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_02]: I liked the way Arsenal began this game.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_02]: I came into it asking Mikael Artheta to go into this game looking to win.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: Don't go into this game looking to draw and consolidate.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_02]: And I think...
- 3:41[SPEAKER_02]: the approach from them at the start was a positive approach they were on the front foot they pressed really really high against master city which I don't find they typically do when they go to the at the end in fact that's how they even got their goal but i think the one thing i didn't like from from our snow was that once they got that equalizer which i think was slightly for to it is right they they can see it in an immediately score of almost a freak mistake
- 4:02[SPEAKER_02]: I felt that they kind of took their foot off the gas a little bit, right?
- 4:05[SPEAKER_02]: Between minute 18 when they scored, and minute 59, Arsenal didn't register a shot, and it's not like they weren't in the game whatsoever, but I think they just kind of rested on their laurels a little bit, and thought, okay, let's protect what we have, rather than go for it.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_02]: And it almost felt like a bit of muscle memory from art still kind of creeping back in, protect what we have rather than go for it for all the glory.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_02]: And I agree with Luca.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_02]: I think Mechester City were the better team.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_02]: I think Mechester City deserved to win.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_02]: The chances, I think when you look at the chances overall, art still had some chances today that
- 4:34[SPEAKER_02]: They're going to look back at if they don't win this league.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: Expect to go himself.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: Expect to go 1.4 for 1 for Manchester City, 1.53 for Arsenal.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_02]: That's how it was you a lot, right?
- 4:46[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I think it was a close game.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_02]: I wouldn't say that City absolutely bossed them, but I'm looking at the fine margins, which is often times what these big title designers come down to.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'm looking at those two-car average chances.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_02]: In my opinion, that right there is a difference.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_02]: Those chances, you bury one of them, the league is over.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: Arsenal did one goal and I think the league was ended yesterday.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_02]: Not the end of the day, Kai Havritz, who actually played a decent game overall, but there's a 65 million pound forward.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_02]: The highest paid player at the club, and yet again, in a big crunch, the size of moment for Arsenal, he has soft designs.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_02]: That header at the end has to be at least on target.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_02]: Make the goalkeeper work.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_02]: In fact, you're so close to the goal, you get it even on the target either side of Donoroma, it's probably a goal, and he puts it over the bar.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_02]: That's the difference right there, man.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_02]: How long didn't play his best game ever, but in the decisive moment, he was there.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_02]: Kai Haberts, yet again, wasn't.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: After the game, Patrick Viras said, today we saw the difference between a team that he used to win and a team that he's trying to win, because the difference was in the player, the top player, with the ride mentality showing up and decided by margins.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_00]: I have two names.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_00]: The first one is that probably the favorite one in this podcast Ryan Czech once again.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: I saw the excitement because then it's not even in the finishing.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: If they're in the extra touch when you end up in the box, I enjoy the pressure.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: I really enjoy going in the tight space.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_02]: You see the way he smiled at him, and kept you on his back and said, come on, yeah, that's a six-sick man right there.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_02]: That is a six-sick man.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_03]: This guy looked in the copy and the voice of his eyes and said, yeah.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_03]: Let's dance.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_03]: We see how we had Gabriel dancing as well.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_03]: Come over here.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we had him all over the place.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: And then we need to mention a majestic performance from Bernardo Silva.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: Ellen Galland called him Bernardo Cannava after the game.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: But wow.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but not a silver, what a player man, so underrated, so underappreciated, he's had an elite level season.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_03]: And you see now, in this game, he was a little bit deeper as well.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_03]: So it kind of reminds me of when David Silver transitioned to a deeper role.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_03]: In his last few seasons at Manchester City, but what a player.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_03]: He's on a free, of course, this year, he's a leaving Manchester City.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_03]: It could be a beautiful farewell, potentially winning the domestic travel.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_03]: There's been rumors for him to even come to the event, so I would love him on a free, I still think he offers so much, not only from the experience side of things, but he's still a top level player.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_03]: and he was absolutely everywhere.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_03]: That tack won a harvests at the end when he was a lost man.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_03]: I don't have it's handballed it, but still the fact that harvests should be fast as stronger than him and he still got that.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_02]: See the way he won the header against Yuccares.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that was the kind of art of the first.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_02]: Bernard was still just a winner man.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: He's just the winner.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: You're talking about winners.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that's encapsulated by any player on this pitch more than Bernardo Silva.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_02]: Both in terms of the fact that he's a literal winner in terms of what he's won, but just his mindset in these games.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_02]: Bernardo Silva is one of city's best big game players I've ever seen.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: Every time it feels like, I'm sure if that cast my mind back to one game, he underperforms.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_02]: But for the most part, I feel like when the stakes are the highest, and big pressure moments, Bernardo Silva is almost always there from extra city.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_02]: This is just the latest example.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_02]: And I want to give him a raw drill, a lot of credit as well too.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_02]: This looked like Balon, the raw drill.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_02]: The guy was covering so much ground, winning the ball, spraying passes wide, and the pass for cement.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah, and I think ultimately, this is really what this game came down to, because again, I don't think Arsenal played the worst game possible, especially when you're taking to come going to the Etihad, it's not an easy place to go at this point in the season, but I think the game was won and lost in the midfield.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_02]: I think Declanarise and Zubimendi completely failed to grab a hold of the game.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_02]: Not even about the ball, because against city, more often than you're not going to dominate them in possession.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_02]: But in terms of just grabbing a hold of the game, it felt like city were running that midfield both on and off the ball.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_02]: I give those two Bernardo and Roderie.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_02]: The senior statesman in this team it feels like a lot of credit in that regard.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: If we look at us and it's like, how do you react from this?
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: Because we are saying, okay, they played well, it wasn't a bad performance, but it wasn't enough.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: And if you see the reaction, it's like the face is after the game, we're quiet, the press.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: And on the opposite side, you could see even when they were talking, the Manchester City player Bernardo and Irlingal and they say, we work at many times this season, the small details, didn't go on our side today, we work to make that happen.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: And now we wanted to create this opportunity, this situation because it looks like that much as the city had used to deal with the pressure.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, if city be burning there in the driving seat, there's no denying that a strong favorite to be burning, they should win next week.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's going to be tough for Arsenal to shake this off.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_03]: At the end of the game, I saw Declan Rise saying to, I think it was older guard.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_03]: It's not over yet, it's not over.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_03]: It isn't over.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_03]: Arsenal need to win all their games and hope that.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_03]: City drop points along the way, which is very much possible.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_03]: City have a tougher, fictitious than Arsenal come the end of the season.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_03]: But with the way that City are playing, the fact that Arsenal have won, how many games did they win in the last 6-1?
- 9:36[SPEAKER_03]: One of them is supporting.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_03]: Their form is really, really poor.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_03]: This is the crunch time in the season where you can't afford to drop points, drop off in performances.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's going to be tough for Arsenal, I think City have already beaten them mentally when they won the Carbel Cup final, this is just the nail in the coffin for them.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_03]: All they can do are let is win all their games and pray that City drop points, but even then I'm not sorry, like we're looking at these games, Arsenal got new castle full on West and Bernie Palace, with the way that they're playing, they will be the favorite in all them games, but can you see them winning every game?
- 10:05[SPEAKER_03]: I can't really see it.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: We were also mentioning the fact that they really feel the pressure of Emirates when they play home.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_00]: We were talking about adversely as if I tell you it was a bit too late for Yorkers to come off the bench.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but here's the thing of Yalkaraz, right?
- 10:24[SPEAKER_02]: As much as I criticize Havrets, I think his finishing is really poor for a player, because I think Havrets is a good player, but I think for a player of that price tag of that status, he is really bad at striking a football, like just putting his foot through it.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_02]: But then when I look at Yoko Res, if Yoko Res plays this game for Arsenal, they don't get out of their own half.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_02]: Right, this is the kind of situation Arsenal find themselves in.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_02]: They have a striker who's really good at holding up the ball, getting his team up the pitch, running the channels, linking up play, but he can't find the back of the net.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_02]: And then they have a striker who can't control a ball.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: He can't outmustle his full back out as defenders.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_02]: He can't win aerial duels, but then you put a ball into the box for him to finish.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_02]: He's actually a decent finisher.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_02]: They almost need to merge the two of them together.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't think it's a question of yoccares today.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: If yoccares plays this game for arsenal, I promise you.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think they have more than three shots.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_02]: But do you know if you should have come on?
- 11:09[SPEAKER_02]: You two won down.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_02]: You got nothing really to lose.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, okay, you can argue.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_02]: You can argue there.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: But I've seen yoccares enough times the season.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, I don't know, I don't know.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's not even about not liking him.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_02]: He has been so ineffective in the big games against actual top quality opposition.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_02]: You look at most of his goals this season.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_02]: They come and games where they're already winning, or they come against the bottom teams of the league, or they come from penalties.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_02]: So the reality is Yocca is going to come into this game.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, if he gets on the end of the average chance, maybe he scores.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_02]: But I've also seen Boz go across the box, and he's never there.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_02]: So I think with Yocca, it's kind of a hindsight now saying, oh, I couldn't shoot you if I came on.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think the game changes of Yocca are as pleased to be honest to you.
- 11:43[UNKNOWN]: Eve!
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: As Leia said, Yorker has been ineffective against top teams in the Premier League.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to read your stats.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: Early in Garland, 22.41 expected goals, 23 goals, any yesterday.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_00]: What a duo!
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: against Gabrielle and I won, you missed a few minutes as well too.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_02]: I'll in the, before you got that goal, you missed that for me.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: It's like playing through it.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_02]: And then even the semennial, you should have played semennial much better than you did.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think the past was over hit, but that's the thing with L.E.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_02]: players man, eventually you give them enough bites at the Apple, they're going to get it right.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_03]: And when you're for me the best strike in the world about at least one of the best strike is in the world, you know, you only need one chance.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_03]: That's the big difference.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_03]: Like Leah said earlier about Harvard.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_03]: He might have played well, but when you spent 60 plus million on a player who has two big chances with a Premier League tie to act as feet, you have to bury.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sorry.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_03]: I know he's not an out and out nine.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_03]: But that's the difference between an early and hard and a client have a sort of victim to Yocca as well.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think would have buried them chances either.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_03]: Hardland turns up in the big moments, I feel he played really well against Gabrielle.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_03]: Gabrielle's a very physical defender, but Hardland can match that.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_03]: Hardland has the physicality, he has the pace, he has the mentality as well to stay in the game for 90 minutes.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_03]: I would say like the mentality, big mentality.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_03]: You only need one chance when you're a top level striker and he was focused throughout the whole game and I felt Gabriel had an awful game, really bad game.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_03]: He's lucky to stay even still on the pitch in my hand and you can get me, should have been sent off.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_03]: But Harlam was just a top level player and he saw that little smirk he gave to the camera after the game.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_03]: He knows.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but he's part of the game, they react, they're all the reaction from Turkey, from Ireland, it's part on the German, they're really enjoying this title race.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_00]: While Arsenal, for me, are scared, Manchester City, they love the situation, they love they can finally have a battle, the question for you is, if Manchester City are going to win this this league, it's going to be the best title ever in the world of your era.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_00]: Good first.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's the worst team to win it in the Guardiola era or like maybe the worst of one that would have won Yeah, but if we if we talk about it, you will it's just a question.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sure.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_02]: I don't agree.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's that's Yeah, I think 19 19 when one get team gets ninety nine point and ninety eight points.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_02]: That's ninety seven I mean our Liverpool lost one game all season city at the one fourteen or something in a row that that title right there Must have felt sweet and then off the centurion two hundred points
- 13:57[SPEAKER_02]: I think this one I think Pep will love it, especially because it's against Arthetta and it's like he's been counted out so many times this season.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_02]: I think from that point of view he will love it.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_02]: But this is a weird title race to be honest to you because I've criticized City a lot this season.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_02]: And
- 14:13[SPEAKER_02]: Look, although they look like they could win the league right now, I think a lot of my criticism still holds some kind of weight.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, they at one point had one win and seven.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_02]: So Arsenal have really had the bottle this to allow city backing to the race.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_02]: But at the end of the day, like Lucas said, Guardiola is just the winner man.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_02]: And if he gets this done, it's just further proof of it.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like, even in a season where I'm looking at this team, I think they're in transition.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_02]: They might be a year away from being a year away.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_02]: They're still going to get one over Arsenal, who have not been putting them for six years.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: That is just crazy, man.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_02]: It's crazy.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_02]: I think they could walk away with the message.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_02]: That's insane, the season I'm saying might be in transition.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_02]: They could walk away with domestic trouble.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_03]: It says a lot about Austin, but it also says a lot about Pepsi.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's facts.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: And if you were our data right now, cause I'll tell you the result.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: If you were to take that you can resign.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_00]: What would you do?
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: What would you tell?
- 15:02[SPEAKER_02]: To be fair though, I do a group of look if he doesn't want to take title.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_02]: If he goes trophyless, I think he should resign.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_02]: Because I don't the scariest thing about all of this is I don't think he'll actually sack him after the season.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_02]: But I have a fear for Arsenal that if they don't want it this year and they continue with him, I don't think it's going to be this kind of over and if he's second again, or I think it could end really, really sour for Artata if they don't want it this year.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_00]: For me, there's going to be chance, especially because Manchester United are building, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave
- 15:41[SPEAKER_00]: Leave a pool of working to be back, of course, and match us as much as we do.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_02]: But even those teams are getting better.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_02]: I think arsenal will start to slip up.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_02]: If they continue, they don't want it this year and they continue with art at the, I actually think they themselves forget about it, even if you want us around them.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_02]: I think I can see that the atmosphere now started to get toxic.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_02]: I can see players now starting to get even more agitated when they drop points, because especially when you have speeches like the speeches art at the time, talking about the fire, you watch a reaction.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_02]: You have that whole speech, that's meant to inspire your team.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_02]: And you still can't get it done.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_02]: If I'm a player in the dressing room, I'm thinking, what are we going, what can we do now?
- 16:15[SPEAKER_02]: What more can we do with done everything?
- 16:16[SPEAKER_02]: We brought this many players and Artathas had this many funds.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_02]: At some point, I think as a player, you start to grow the solution.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's the fear.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_00]: Look, apparently, the idea was bringing one of the bots I used by Manchester City fans.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_02]: That's the worst bit about, I'm sorry guys, they keep interrupting, but it's the worst thing about it.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_02]: They give you so much motivation going to this game with the guy sipping the bottle at the stadium.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_02]: To another selling bottles outside the ground.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_02]: To there was a flag in the stadium or a better in the stadium that said,
- 16:49[SPEAKER_02]: They are literally taunting you.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_02]: You cannot have any more motivation to go out and win a football game than you do.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_02]: And they actually came out on top.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_02]: That is crazy.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but I think that sometimes the motivation that they give you is not enough if the opponent, if your opponent probably is a better team than your team.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_03]: And they're more used to you to win.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_03]: Oslo should not have even been in a position where that game meant so much.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_03]: Thanks.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_03]: If they had lost that game, fine.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, you don't want to lose the city.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_03]: You have an awful record at the end.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_03]: They should not be in a position now.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_03]: Well, we'll see these game in hand.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_03]: They're going to match them and be in the driver's seat.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_03]: It's the points along the way.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's the way that they've played up until this point.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_03]: That is the biggest issue with Oslo.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_03]: and I've said this for ages and it will never change.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_03]: It stems from the coach.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_03]: Our tetra is not good enough.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_03]: He's not a top level manager.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_03]: Our tetra does not have the character to be able to drive this team over the line.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_03]: And there's no excuses.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_03]: He's had the money spent.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_03]: He has the personnel.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_03]: He's some of the best players in the world in a lot of positions of the football pitch.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_03]: City this season have been so poor up until the last two months where they've really kicked on.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_03]: how many more excuses are we going to give?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_03]: And if Arsenal were to keep him, like Lea said actually, if he doesn't resign, I don't think they would suck him, but he gets to a point where you have to think about and think, well we're at one of the biggest clubs in the world.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_03]: We don't have the divine right to win every year, but when are we going to sit there and accept, well we spent this amount, he's been for six years, when are we finally going to win a big trophy?
- 18:09[SPEAKER_03]: It's not even about a big trophy, he's not won anything since 2020.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_03]: So up until the 22, 23 season, I gave him his flowers because that season they had no real right to be in a title race, right?
- 18:18[SPEAKER_03]: But since then, when it comes a point where you need to win, and he's not done that.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_03]: And if he doesn't do it this year, with all the context around him, it's the perfect year for them to have one, even more than one trophy, but at least the Premier League.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_03]: It's just embarrassing, it really is.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I agree.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_00]: Do they have chances in the Champions League?
- 18:37[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, they have a chance because they're in it, but I forget about the Champions League.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_02]: You need to focus on the Premier League honestly, like I don't even want to say the Champions if they win the Champions League, it doesn't matter because it would be huge for them.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_02]: They never won it.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_02]: But right now, they can't even focus on the Champions League.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: If they lose this Premier League, it is the biggest, it's the biggest bottle I've ever seen in my life.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_02]: Honestly, I can't believe we're even a position right now in the middle of April where we're fathoming the fact that Arsenal might not win the Premier League.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's ridiculous.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_00]: So are you telling me that arsenal funds if they win the Champions League?
- 19:06[SPEAKER_00]: And they don't win the Premier League?
- 19:07[SPEAKER_00]: They should have me happy?
- 19:08[SPEAKER_02]: No, that's not.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, be happy, of course.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm even saying it shouldn't even be a conversation that Champions League right now.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_02]: the primary league is the primary league.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_02]: And you win the Champions League, you win it, but you no one plans to win the Champions League at the start of season.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_02]: The primary league is the bread and butter.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_02]: That's the priority.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_02]: That's what you base your entire season on.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_02]: Champions League is due to draws.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_02]: They could play PSG in a final.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_02]: Who knows?
- 19:27[SPEAKER_02]: They could win it.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_02]: They could have focused on the prime.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_02]: You dropped the prime.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: How can you even start thinking about Champions League?
- 19:31[SPEAKER_03]: Because they were in control.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_03]: the Premier League.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_03]: The Champions League is all about moments.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_03]: It's a lot of luck that lays into it, right?
- 19:38[SPEAKER_03]: So if they win the Champions League, of course they're going to be happy.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_03]: There's no denial.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_03]: It'll be their first Champions League, but it's a big if anything could happen in the UCL.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_03]: It's the fact that they're in the Premier League, they're in control.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_03]: It's in their hands, and so, well, it's not over, right?
- 19:50[SPEAKER_03]: They slip in a way.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_03]: That's the biggest issue, I love.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_03]: The Champions League, they might go on to win nobody knows.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_03]: I wouldn't bet my life on it if I had that decision.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think even Arsenal fans, nobody.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_00]: No, for me, when you start a season, you are a top team, you can ever, as a goal to try to reach the semi-final and from the semi-final.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_02]: And from the semi-final.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_00]: Real play.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_03]: And even Madrid.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_03]: How many times are they won the Champions League?
- 20:11[SPEAKER_03]: They haven't won the league.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_03]: They won the best team in the country on paper, but they won the Champions League.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_03]: It's all about moments.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_03]: And Arsenal, for me, they don't have the moments.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_03]: They look at their attack.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_03]: Which players, can you, we spoke about this last week.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_03]: Which players can create magic out of nowhere?
- 20:23[SPEAKER_03]: We can.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_03]: That's semi-only.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_03]: Let's go and Madrid team as well.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_03]: Joccares have the best players that make difference in Arsenal are a box-to-box man, centre-backs, and you're right back when he's held.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_00]: I need to sub him before I go to Nostrake.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_00]: Before I go to Nostrake, he's talking about magic.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: Is there anything else you want to add on Ryan Cherky?
- 20:50[SPEAKER_02]: Are you not entertained?
- 20:52[SPEAKER_02]: That's it.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_02]: Are you not entertained?
- 20:53[SPEAKER_02]: What an absolute freak of a player, Ben.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_02]: You know when you get, you can get Roy Kean to start waxing miracle about you.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_02]: You're a special kind of player.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_02]: Roy Kean is talking about it.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_02]: How does he do it?
- 21:02[SPEAKER_02]: The feet, the technique, the quality of the extra touch.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_02]: You love Roy Kean waxing miracle about you.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_02]: This guy doesn't want to talk nice about anybody but Ryan Cherokee can get the nice side out of working special player events, special player in the fact that he's rising at this point in the season when so many gr- this is where the greats turn into goats and the pretenders kind of fall back into line.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_02]: Ryan Cherke is holding himself accountable now.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm loving these performance.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_00]: Someone in the comments, the last episode said, for the sake of humanity, Lees, don't say anyone is playing like Messi.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_00]: Because you said, going around the box was like, that goal of it.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_03]: He loves Messi so much.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_03]: They're comes a point where even Lees can be a bit biased.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_03]: He loves sorry Chuck, he's so much.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_03]: I love Messi as well too.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_02]: I just said the moment.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_02]: This moment.
- 21:48[UNKNOWN]: Yes.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_02]: You, you, you are.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_00]: It was, it was, it was, it was, it was, yeah, you say, mess.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_02]: All right, we can put that in the title, right?
- 21:52[SPEAKER_02]: He's playing like, how's art now?
- 21:54[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't even tell her what to do, right?
- 21:55[SPEAKER_02]: He just has art as a finish man.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, it was a brilliant call.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_00]: So, no, 17, taught and I'm hot spurt.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_00]: One points into gain for Roberto de Zerby, 15 million paréas, five years project.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_00]: It was the right move.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: What does Erby?
- 22:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_03]: Not for me.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, what moved, I think the problem of the appointment was how late it came, right?
- 22:18[SPEAKER_02]: Could the therapy of save their season became at the time, too, or maybe?
- 22:21[SPEAKER_02]: But I think they underestimated the situation they were in when they fired Thomas Frank.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_02]: I think they should have been much more urgent and desperate with the way they appointed a manager after that.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_02]: Even in the window, I think they should have been more desperate in January to sign players to come and save them.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_02]: And I think the therapy was too little too late.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_02]: And I look at the situation now, I mean,
- 22:39[SPEAKER_02]: every time these guys drop points you look at their faces and it's like they've seen a ghost and I think they know that the grim repers is around the corner man I don't think they know that it's coming for I think Tottenham, that's too emotional the highs are too high, the lows are too low you look at the shabby salmon's growing brilliant finish right?
- 22:54[SPEAKER_03]: and there should be something going on in the north London because they are too emotional a little bit in the air there's 15 minutes left I get taken off your shirt it's a tight air
- 23:04[SPEAKER_02]: I understand this point of view.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_02]: There should be a rule in football that you can not take or shirt off before the 80th minute.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, okay.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_03]: 77 minutes are ripping up for a shirt.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_03]: No, there's still 30 minutes.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_03]: I get what you're saying.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_03]: I'm putting context to it.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_03]: How critical people have been in a Chevy Simmons.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_03]: That's a massive moment.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_03]: These won't think in rationally.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_03]: Like I can tell.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: You can tell.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_03]: We just took it off and he started selling it.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_03]: But like you said, there's 15 minutes left.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_03]: It was almost like that was a 97 minute when I went from.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and the whole stadium celebrate like if it was the last picture of the exact was that But then when you see done so make the mistake He's almost on the ground crying The players are completely deflated because the highs are too high The lows are too low, they're too emotional This is they have their guys coming out of trumpets during the game Really?
- 23:47[SPEAKER_02]: I see in a picture, the sharky show is there Yeah, I see a picture before the forest game
- 23:51[SPEAKER_02]: They welcomed the team bus with like a parade.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_02]: It looked like a parade.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_02]: It looked like they were so happy.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was so happy.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'm thinking, oh my god, like they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to
- 24:09[SPEAKER_03]: And the thing is we're taught them, you can't rest on their laurels, you can't see it with the last 15 minutes and even dance with the mistake.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_03]: It's just like, I promise you, everything is going against, taught them are going to get relegated because everything is going against them.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_03]: They can't catch a break, they deflect, they go, they have a week against Sunday and towards the end.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_03]: This one, last second winner, you know, I equalise a sorry, but it feels like I lost for them, but last second equalise because of a dance to a mistake.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_03]: This is just written in the stars and nothing is going to happen.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_03]: I really feel sorry.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_02]: And then everyone around them is winning as well.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_02]: Two forests that are in control right now.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_02]: I'm playing tonight, always playing tonight.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's a biggest problem for them.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_02]: It's not like in previous years where the team of the bottom are so bad that you know, like Spursman is 17th last year, but they were never in danger of going down.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_02]: This year, the bottom is so competitive.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_02]: Leeds now have completely put themselves in the situation.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_02]: They're completely in control.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_02]: They're on destiny though.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_02]: The big win against the United, at the weekend and now what, another big win against wolves, they're taking care of business.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_02]: Forest looks strong.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_02]: Wolves are playing, sorry, Western are playing crystal pals.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_02]: They're on the beach at the moment.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_02]: the conference league.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go home over.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_02]: I fear first.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_02]: Who's the person next game by the way?
- 25:08[SPEAKER_02]: Tottenham.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, wolves.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_02]: Wolfs away.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_03]: They don't win their game.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_02]: It's over.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it might already be over.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_02]: I don't feel comfortable even saying, oh, that it gives them a chance.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_00]: For me, a lot's depends on the results tonight because if he, if he, when Stam managed to create a point gap, to get him, I don't think they're mentally ready to close that gap.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_00]: Tottenham.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_02]: Especially because, again, when you see them after their losses, they just feel so traumatized.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_00]: That's the whole environment.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's like a funeral.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_03]: It's a circus from top to bottom, I taught them.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_03]: And the Zerby was just, I understand they wanted to create something, but even then the long contract, I don't think there's a relegation clause with the amount of money.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_03]: The fact that there's Zerby's not proven to even be capable of dragging teams out of this situation, a very emotional manager as well.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_03]: We talk about the players being emotional.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_03]: There's Zerby's the epitome of it.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_03]: He's basically, like,
- 26:02[SPEAKER_03]: So he's just like, no, it's true though.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_03]: It's a good comparison.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_03]: It is though.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_03]: So even then that was a big risk to bring in him and I just think it's taught him a team of mine down.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I see it as well too, man.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_02]: I see it as well.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_02]: It's crazy, I mean.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_02]: I always criticise United Chelsea in particular because I think when you spend that much money and you're constantly battling with teams that spend a fraction of it for Champions League football, it's embarrassing.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_02]: Like the amount of money United and Chelsea have spent.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_02]: The fact that they're out in winning titles,
- 26:31[SPEAKER_02]: But then you take it the next level, the amount of money spurs have invested in their stadium and their club in their squad, and they have a chance of going down.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_02]: That is the single most embarrassing thing that happened in English football over the last 26 years.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_02]: I would say the only thing that's more embarrassing is the fact that the Premier League love mustard to win the league.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_02]: That is embarrassing that's on the right for the rest of the league.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_02]: But this right here, it's unfathomable.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_02]: You should never have the funds, the resources, the club size spurs do and be competing with nodding them for us to go down.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_03]: even West time because around Christmas time West time or concrete everyone for West time we've gotten down here.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_02]: You know the craziest thing is well too.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_02]: The fact that no no a spiritual center wasn't deemed good enough for them is about to keep them up and Vitor Pereira who was just that wolves at the start of the season is about to keep forest stuff.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_02]: But even then, like, Gibbs White's going to hatch again.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, dude, this is closing.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_02]: It's closing the loop.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_02]: It's just, yes, we're lucky.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_02]: Everything is against them.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_03]: They're going.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_02]: That's what's the first thing ever.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_02]: For Gibbs, wait a second.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_00]: Something I had to do.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_00]: Just think the concocture, right, these guys.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: Look, if you're a little better than Debbie, what are you going to say to your play?
- 27:37[SPEAKER_03]: Keep your shirt on, keep the face, keep the morale high, the belief, the self-belief part.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_03]: Honestly, I like it's tough in this situation.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's probably tried to do that in the last few weeks, but the players, the players can see the fans.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_02]: You need to win these first two weeks.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_02]: You need at least one, you need something like, you need a, in this moment in particular, you need a manager.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_03]: Well, it's going to take you so far, you need a, you need a, you need a win.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'll do you, would you bet on an individual ability?
- 28:01[SPEAKER_00]: Shall we see Monsena?
- 28:03[SPEAKER_00]: I would never bet a single time on top of what's written.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't even have individual ability.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_03]: That's the thing.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_03]: Like, the players may be on paper about it in a forest or West Ham or Leeds, but they're not showcasing it.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_03]: So you can't even find someone there.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna stop you here because we are supposed to play a game on the top and I'm off the screen.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want them to kick us out.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: For Parallelie, you saw that, man.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and I'm gonna take you to play.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_00]: Since you were talking about money, I'm gonna ask you a question.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_00]: how much money did Diego see me on a spend on transfer since the day he joined at let it come as we to 23rd of December 2000 let's all do it yes yeah so he's guys are totally you're on the deco see me on it wow this is crazy that's a good question lot
- 28:49[SPEAKER_00]: Can you, can you tell me what you don't do?
- 28:50[SPEAKER_03]: No idea, I don't know.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_00]: Is it over a billion?
- 28:53[SPEAKER_00]: It's probably over a billion.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_00]: It's over a billion.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_03]: I reckon like two billion.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's too much.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_00]: One is of the point, fifty-nine billion.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_00]: What's it, let's spend them.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_00]: The next pen, now, if I look at Ori, because Ori say, Ori, huge, huge, athletic, elementary, fancy, travel to Barcelona, bringing luck to a steam, unfortunately, it wasn't there, it wasn't in Sevilla.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: Last weekend, say, yeah, but we signed 115 players.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_00]: So if you do the average,
- 29:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be like 20 million per player, but it's not the case because Joe Alf Felix was paid 125 and Julien Álvarez was paid 90 and saw look was paid 40.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now, my question is...
- 29:39[SPEAKER_00]: Atletico Madrid are probably the best on the dog in the world football, but when they need to show up and they are the favorite Like for example in the cup of the right final, they cannot deliver Really awesome Palotis to the fair.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_00]: It's a bit harsh.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care Now it's now it's go on talkers talkers now it's me.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's like
- 30:01[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I'm agreed are clearly a better team than else so she died and we were expecting now Despite them ruining my LaLiga prediction at the end of the beginning of the season telling, oh, they're going to win That's a better answer then.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yes And better comes that simul is a lot's human.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_00]: That's why it's not so I wouldn't I really love them with us when by the way
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: context.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_00]: I really love Diego Simeone.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_00]: For me, Diego Simeone, as I said many times, the ZZ are statue outside the the Metro Politano because he was the man who changed.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_00]: He revived here a lot of the change that the state is.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_00]: When he joined a clerical Madrid, the club's value was under 200 million.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_00]: And the majority of the club was sold in November for 2.5 billion
- 30:52[SPEAKER_00]: The most important man is the greatest hero.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_00]: He's the greatest hero.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_02]: He's the most rock-small I think he is the most rock-small They should bring him the stadium forget about I know that they changed the name of the city of every season Right, I'm sorry to lose track, but the next one should be Diego Metropolitan on a man series Do you give them the rights then?
- 31:09[SPEAKER_03]: It should be they will stay there go call that on man.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_03]: We need the old one back I like that.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_00]: I like to miss the color on so are you telling me that what he's doing is fine 30 million per year
- 31:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's so good.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_00]: No, I mean look.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: It's so good.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: When you come up against Ralph's associate and you manage stuff Because we cut simulony a lot of slack because of the fact that he comes up against Varsan or every year And then champions, of course, I let he's kind of a men-o when you compare the virens in the U of A's and these top top top teams But when you were fortunate enough to play Ralph's associate that in a What's it called a cup final?
- 31:42[SPEAKER_02]: You've already taken care of business against Varsan in the same competition You have to get the job now
- 31:46[SPEAKER_02]: Even though it's a game's penalty, they can see after 18 seconds in the game.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, and then they can see it immediately at the end of the first step as well, too, where I started.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: I started the second excuse me, that's come on.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_02]: You're playing at Sorsia, and I'll play against Real Madrid, playing Real Sorsia.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_03]: No, I agree.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_03]: I agree with Leia's.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_03]: The fight that also, let's be honest, he's right.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_03]: The main rivals in Spain for every trophy to athletic are Real Madrid, Barcelona, Real Madrid, got booted out.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_03]: He beat Barcelona, he knocked them out.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_03]: It was almost like on a plate now.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_03]: This is no disrespect to Sociedad, but they should be wouldn't, like you said, all as well.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_03]: They should be beat in Sociedad.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_03]: Of course, can see, didn't early on.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_03]: I think moves over there as well, should be doing better.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_03]: I've given a lot of credit as well on the Champions League, he was brilliant, but...
- 32:27[SPEAKER_03]: I think you should done better, but you can't see that early on in a cop finance who is going to be a mountain to climb.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_03]: But I think also Simi only got a wrong taken off lookment to be honest.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's a massive threat.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_03]: That's why I think he's a threat.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's why I think he's a threat.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_02]: This week, Lookman has been taken off in every single game he's played for a lyrical injury.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_02]: He's never seen anything.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think he's simply the full 90th Bradley this year.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_03]: So, I don't know if it's a question of fitness, but lookman to me seems like I play that could easily play 90 minutes.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_03]: He seems very electric.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it's, if it's a tactical decision, I think it's quite poor, especially because as an outlet in transition, lookman is very important to athleticy.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_03]: So I think that really hindered them, that took the thing out of their game, but even then, like, a late equalizer from Alvarez, even a brilliant finish from him, but just not brilliant performance from athleticy-commer Madrid.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_02]: I think it sums up to me only this time at LED, where when they are the underdogs, they almost thrive, not just even in terms of the game state, but even in terms of mentality, it's against the world.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_02]: But when they're asked to now be the protagonist in the game, you don't see the same adleti.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_02]: I even look in the Champions League, for example, it's why I thought Barça could potentially do a comeback, because up against the at the Camp Nou,
- 33:28[SPEAKER_02]: they came in with this huge performance.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_02]: But though, when they need to actually like, they're all the pressures on them, they're the favorites to progress.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's where I feel you start to see cracks.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_02]: And this kind of game 64% possession, against real social dead.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_02]: They have the ball.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_02]: They have the chances.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_02]: What can you do to kind of come up with a solution?
- 33:44[SPEAKER_02]: I think this is where at Latte under Semione over the years are far too often, a little underwhelming.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think it gets arsenal.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_02]: They have a huge chance of progressing.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_02]: Precisely because they're going to that game on the back foot and defending.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_02]: And I think it suits them even from a mentality point of view.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_02]: But games like this, they have to win.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_02]: Especially in a final.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_02]: You don't play finals to lose.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_00]: In the last decade, of course, Semione in Manus to win.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_00]: La Liga, of course, Semione in Manus to win.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_00]: The Europa League is so, he's different than us and us.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_00]: But after what they spent, because they built the team in the last couple of season, do you think that we, that 30 million per year salary, can it survive another 12-feel season?
- 34:21[SPEAKER_00]: He's on 30 mil.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he's on 30 mil.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_00]: Is he still the highest paid balance in the world?
- 34:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I didn't think it was that high.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_03]: I heard it was high, but it's 30 mil was a lot.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_03]: Big boss.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_02]: You think you can see that electrical material out of the kindness of his heart?
- 34:31[SPEAKER_03]: No, that's a good point.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_03]: Come on, I mean, he's on the 20 mil.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't help, it doesn't hurt if you go fit 30 mil.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it's a question of them having to deliver a year upon year with around Madrid and Barcelona, always going to be in the favourites, but I think this is a really good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that it's a good way to deal with the fact that
- 35:03[SPEAKER_03]: Paul, it's a missed opportunity to be honest to lift the copper dull, right?
- 35:06[SPEAKER_03]: But they're still in the Champions League semi-finals, so there's still something to play for.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_03]: And I think that's the, I think they need to shake this off and really focus on the ties against Arsenal.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_00]: I have a question for you.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: If you have the rank, the top manager in the 21st century, where would you position Simione?
- 35:23[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually really interesting.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_02]: I was talking to this conversation about the other day, because I think we agreed in the 21st century, if you're doing the top five, four of them are from me guaranteed in there.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_02]: You're talking about ceramics.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_02]: You're talking about Gordiola.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_02]: You're talking about Carl.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_02]: Carl, lo and you're talking about Jose Merino.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_02]: Now, the fifth one for me is up for grabs.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_02]: You can talk about your conclop, what you did for Liverpool, with Dortmund as well, too.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_02]: Arson Vanger, what you did at Arson Vanger, what you did at Arson Vanger, what you did at Arson Vanger, what you did at Arson Vanger, what you did at Arson Vanger, what you did at Arson Vanger, what you did at Arson Vanger, what you did at Arson Vanger, what you did at Ar
- 35:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'll agree on Tonyo Conte, my friend asked me precisely if Enrique wins back to back Champions League on top of the trouble he won with MSN, does that put him from the fifth of the 21st century?
- 35:54[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, certain there's a big case, but I throw it back to you, if Simeon A wins the Champions League for Athletico Madrid would he not now become fifth when you think talk about everything he's done.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_02]: So I think Simeon A is in the conversation for the fifth greatest manager of the 21st century.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_02]: But ultimately,
- 36:10[SPEAKER_02]: I know he's working with a different set of rules compared to everyone else because of what he's working with, but he needs to win more.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's kind of crazy to say that because he's coaching at Leico Madrid, but these kinds of finals do hurt his case here.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_02]: You're not up against Ronaldo.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_02]: You're not up against MSN.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_02]: You're up against O'eyars of all.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_02]: You have to win the the the Copa D'Array.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_02]: So he's in the conversation for the grades.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_02]: He transformed the football club.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm looking at club who's got the four champion.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_03]: No, I think I go club players.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_02]: But if Simona were to one another, a Champions League, I think that takes him above him.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_02]: I think I see what you mean because the club takes him at club is a huge one.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_02]: Two league titles in the mess for an all year.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_02]: He was a Champions League player.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_02]: I think that takes him over.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_03]: I get what you're saying by club.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_03]: You won at Dortmund back to back.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_03]: And then he built up Liverpool.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_03]: I know different context, right, but he's still built up Liverpool to be the best team Which is why I have more both.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but I do have a book in death case.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_00]: He's reviving a great club We great.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if you just see me on a change.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to change the status of So it's true.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I would have cop above him right now.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_02]: I think even okay, I'll and Riki for me It's neck and neck a lot of these guys are neck and neck for me But I think Simioli could really jump above them with champions.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_03]: Would you have Simioli of Allegro?
- 37:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I would.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_03]: You would.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think it's better coach than not agree.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_02]: I think I give a lot of credit.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_02]: But I think what's the only done is more impressive.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, because I'll less or two.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_00]: I probably I tend to agree.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_00]: I tend to agree.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_00]: Considering what we said, if you were us now, how would you approach the Champions League semi-final considering that if atlético are the underdogs?
- 37:39[SPEAKER_00]: they can surprise you, but in fact, they need to take the lead on the pitch, they don't know how to deliver.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, our story about our team, that led to Madrid, so we can put that right out there.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_02]: Up against city, you can look at the quality city, you have a great team, but up against our led to Madrid, arsenal are the favorites.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's the dangerous thing though.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_02]: When you're a favorite against Diego Simioni, that's where I start to worry about it.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_02]: And I look at Arsenal as well to in these big, clutch moments.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_02]: They have shown me enough times that they don't have the bottle for it.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_02]: So, in terms of a tactical technique that they can do everything they want, at the end of the day, will they have the bottle over two legs to get over to some liquid winter team?
- 38:14[SPEAKER_02]: That's ultimately what it comes down to.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_00]: Look at that.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like it was progressing by the way.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_02]: I think I like Madrid all the time.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_03]: I do think so as well.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_03]: I look at it as a tag.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_03]: They have a lot more talent than ours.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_03]: Now even look at us.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_03]: I'd like to have a strong defense.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_03]: But even let's take good joy as an example.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_03]: I thought it would be really good.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_03]: Well against Lameen and him too legs.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_03]: Well he's got a couple against Matt Waker.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I don't see him struggling now.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_03]: I don't see the I've let's go defend the struggling on these one-on-one We've asked them what's out there.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_03]: You have a lot of them, but it's the truth.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know Some way everyone's laughing.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_03]: It's the truth.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_03]: I like all snow.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_03]: They don't have we said about in the last show.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_03]: They don't have the place for the for the moment.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_02]: They can't create magic out of no Only difference though is that arsenal will not allow a bloody commander to run in behind the 50 times they can't like No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_02]: The red cards will never happen for arsenal.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_02]: The way they did to
- 38:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but they still have players that can create moments from of magic, look, manalver, as agrees with it.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_03]: Not so a lot more talent than Arsenal having the final first.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_03]: So I think he's going to be tough for me.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_02]: I think I let you need a result at first legs at the metropolitan panel.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_02]: If they can get a result there and then go to the emergency and play semi-on-a-ball, they can do that.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_02]: But I think they need to win that first leg.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe even drop, but if they lose, I'm not supposed to go through the metropolitan panel and get to a result, I think they're in a really good position.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_00]: And for me, that should be the arsenal of playing.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_00]: Going and get a draw.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_00]: I agree.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_00]: And then you try to take it back at the Emirates and try to win.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_02]: But I could see this being a tie.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_02]: It ends one note on aggregate.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_02]: I genuinely think that.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't think there'll be a lot of goals to be honest.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_03]: The other ties a lot, Matt.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, another game for you.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_00]: You are in charge of choosing the next, much as the United Manager.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_00]: Would you sign Diego Pablo Simeone?
- 39:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I would, of course, I would send Diego Simoni.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_02]: He's a world-class manager, he's a club builder, he's a culture builder, he's a personality.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_02]: I think he has the personality to manage a club with the size of a man United, which sometimes I think is understated when we talk about coaches taking the next step.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_02]: Do you have the character, the personality, the strength mentally, to come into a club and organize everyone around you and boss people around.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_02]: I think Simoni has all of that.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_02]: Now, the football is not always the prettiest, and I think what man United is, it's one of those clubs where you almost have to win the certain style.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_02]: but absolutely what I'm looking at the managers on the market at the moment for United the Higher.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_02]: The fact that Karek is such a big contender on top of the job he's done is also there's not any bona fide contenders out there that you have to go and get.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_02]: If Simione enters the conversation, I think not only Man United, but Chelsea should be after him, will and should be after him.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: Our small should be after him.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm looking at UV should be after.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_02]: I think every top club looking for a manager bar around Madrid, because they won't go to the rivals, should be looking at Diego Simione.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_02]: His Cache is that strong.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_00]: When is this contract expired all of you know I don't think that I mean if renewal recently is contract I mean for me the relationship between Diego Simeon and Atlético Madrid is East is going to stay until the day once for what he built because from what we say Diego Pablo Simeon it built much more than it built a football club which is which is in modern football it's
- 41:08[SPEAKER_02]: The only question I would have with that though is like because he's so synonymous with ledicomadrid and he knows that club inside and out like everything around it every like I'm sure even the staff he's seen three generations of staff come through does it change if he goes through a different football club or it's all new so big what you would have to get a little autonomy of the football club right yeah I think what if yeah it's like if vangrad left when he left austin went to a new club all the fun about what was it look of folks and left
- 41:33[SPEAKER_02]: And he's got to go to, because they're successful, similar to Simioni, it's because also they were given the keys to the entire football club.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_02]: The Simioni have that much autonomy over the entire club if he goes to the United.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_02]: I would like to see him, obviously, enter our doing really well in the league with you.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_02]: I could see him.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_02]: But I would love to see, enter, go and hire for me.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_00]: For me, if he goes to Italy, Inter, is that the play were... That's the team.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_00]: I'll look at, you know, when, where you don't need to be the winning mentality.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_03]: Where?
- 42:01[SPEAKER_03]: Where?
- 42:03[SPEAKER_00]: Munich, Munich, because they've done the job.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_03]: I like how you moved on.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_03]: That was a good transition.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_00]: I should have seen that.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I should have seen that.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_02]: I should have seen that.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_02]: I should have seen that.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_00]: They mean don't wait until you're in that.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_03]: See, this is what, yeah, your plan, your game.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_03]: I'm all tattooable, your platform.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_03]: This is like a clown.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_03]: I can't deal with this.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_00]: 35 title and 13 title in the last 14 season by and are once again the champion of Germany is not a surprise but where do position them now because they've done the job in Bundesliga and now they can think about the
- 42:43[SPEAKER_02]: What's there to be about finish?
- 42:45[SPEAKER_02]: That was not finished man.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_02]: What's there to be about?
- 42:48[SPEAKER_00]: The job is not finished.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's not a great job, but it's not finished.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's not finished, but they're in the perfect position, because they're the same final of the profile.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_00]: Another treble.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_00]: They can... Yeah, they can.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_02]: They can.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_02]: PSG dropping points is what?
- 43:01[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_00]: And for Paris Saint Germain, he's no... You shouldn't take it for granted.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's me.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_00]: They have a game in hand, but it's just one point.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_00]: So, are the biomeonic, the favorite to win the Champions League look?
- 43:13[SPEAKER_03]: That's a good question.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_03]: Are they the favorites?
- 43:15[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I'm...
- 43:17[SPEAKER_03]: If we're doing percentages, it might, in my eyes, yeah, I see them winning it, to be honest, but percentage wise, I think PSG would probably be the favorites.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_03]: Given the fact that they won the treble last year, the squad that they have, the way they're playing, I think the most fluid team and more football PSG, it's going to be tough.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_03]: But I think buy a mic wouldn't this year to be honest dollar, so then my personal favorite.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_02]: I feel a PSG.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_02]: slightly.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_02]: It's close.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_02]: Both teams are unbelievable.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_02]: I think the two best teams in Europe.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_02]: I think the thing with PSG is they're just so careless sometimes when I watch them.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_02]: I think when they lock in properly, if everyone team is playing at their absolute apex, I think because she's the best team in the world.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_02]: But PSG this season, far too many times, I feel kind of get rolled into this false sense security where they make careless errors and they allow other teams back into the game.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_02]: I can even look at the game and it's legal.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_02]: Missional one that game.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_02]: But it's just stupid mistakes from the team earlier than the champions against Monaco.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_02]: They were eliminated because they're own carelessness.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_02]: But when these guys properly lock in in the big European ties against Chelsea against Liverpool, and I would assume against Bayern, and they're there, Usman D'Ambelli is there, Barcola is there, Duay is there.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_02]: I see PSG winning this time.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_02]: I think Bayern as well too, showed some feralties against Real Madrid.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I tell you, they need to go for the head.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_02]: They almost paid for that to be honest with you.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_02]: On a different day, Real Madrid locks them out of this tie.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_02]: I look at the chances Real Madrid created against Bayern.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think PSG have similar weapons in terms of that counterattack, that transition threat, that Bayern struggle to deal with.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_02]: I look at the midfield battle.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_02]: I think Bayern showed a bit of feralties off the ball.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_02]: I think PSG can expose them.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_02]: Now, PSG have feralties, that Bayern can expose as well too.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_02]: But over two legs, I slightly edge at the PSG.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think of it?
- 44:52[SPEAKER_00]: For me, if Paris Saint Germain play the football, they are the best team in Europe.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I experience watching them live.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_00]: For me, I read Paris Saint Germain, are they best, as I am the rest.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, but what are you all about Sonona for me?
- 45:11[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_02]: Watching them live, I was bare-step below for me, but I hear...
- 45:16[SPEAKER_02]: They're in the... like, for me, when I think of them, they are of this era of... well, they have to win more, because Barcelona is a lot winning that era.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, I mean, they could go down as, like, in terms of influence as well, too, and in fact, how they can destroy it.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: And of course, Lali guys, probably a more challenging league than the...
- 45:32[SPEAKER_00]: They think about...
- 45:33[SPEAKER_00]: you can blame them.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_02]: I just think as well to a barça, the difference for me is I think barça had more transcendent talent in that team than PSG do.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_02]: I think you're looking at all time and at all PSG they have a lot of time to grow a lot of that.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_02]: If when I think of Shaavia his best, mess yet his best.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_02]: In yes that is best.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe the best manager of all time and glory all the time.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_00]: Daniel, the value of quality that came out, I think that's a step above.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if I look at the names, yes, but what I saw on the pitch in terms of playing was for me was exciting.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_00]: It was extremely exciting.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_03]: I think if they win the Champions League this year, those conversations were wrong.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_00]: And if you do a back-to-back in the Champions League, it's something.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_00]: It's big, it's big.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_00]: Something really, really big.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_00]: And in case, Bayern, I'm going to win the Champions League.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_03]: We how we can be the favorite between the Balondor guys by far he already is of course Yes, of course he is if he wins the but I'll tell you why because you said when he went if he wins a champ is it depends who wins the World Cup No, but okay, what do you want to look up at that current moment?
- 46:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and not the final whistle.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_02]: He is the is the favorite yeah, yeah, and not moment and also by the way Let's see who wins the World Cup because someone could win the World Cup, but they didn't have the greatest club campaign So let's see like if him Papi wins the World Cup is he going to win the Balondor over the next I'm not so sure about that
- 46:45[SPEAKER_03]: No, because bro, I'm not so sure about this.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_03]: I agree with you that I'm Bappe hasn't had the best club season, can't decide about a club season, but if I'm Bappe wins the World Cup and he's a big part of that, which he will be less beyond if he wins when the World Cup.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_03]: It will obviously go to him.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's not saying he deserves it because you can't forget about that.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_02]: I think if you're Mow wins the World Cup, I think the push is strong enough for him to win the ball now.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not sure if Bappe wins it.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_03]: Even if France win it, at least he might have a chance as well.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_02]: That's also a very good point, that's also, that's a very good point.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's an interesting race, I would say.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_02]: I would even say in this champion, in this championship knockout so far, I think all these days aren't going to play the tournament now for... Yeah, this has been quality.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_02]: I think it has a strong case for it at the moment.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_02]: So let's see it as well, too.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_02]: It happens against PSG.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, Spain went, I think.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it will go properly to your mall.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_00]: But I think in terms of what we've spoken in the past weeks how is important to manage a team and also manage the addressing room I think was a what company shown in the season.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_02]: It's really impressive.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think companies are showing us what to that.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_02]: Well I think of the United with Kerek, with relative Arboloa.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_02]: And hey, I think he's showing that you can do worse than giving a club man or a younger manager an opportunity because he's come in, I think a lot of people will sniff that job.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_02]: Why would company get the buyer and job after being relegated with Burnley?
- 48:03[SPEAKER_02]: But he's showing sometimes that man when you're that.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_02]: You have your that's strict in your beliefs and you have an identity like that.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_02]: You can make the step up and not look out of place He's he's revolutionized by her.
- 48:13[SPEAKER_02]: This is one of the most exciting teams I've seen in terms of going forward This score goals for fun.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so yeah, he's on top top job.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_03]: Well the play team is a leader I think he's got that personality about him that he doesn't accept.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_03]: I think less than you know a second Mansoor is looking over there.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_02]: I think he has lips Manjee for said.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_02]: Guardiola's the leave men's city anytime soon.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_03]: The successor is currently trying to snatch him up
- 48:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but yeah, I think companies are on a really good job and what's interesting about this buying team, are you going to talk already about the amount of goals that they've scored, are they?
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we can keep it for an next week, you know, they need to play.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_03]: They do, but I was going to ask you both, they're on a hundred nine I believe, do you know what the record is?
- 48:47[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we mentioned in last week, right, was a 111 for Real Madrid in the single season, right?
- 48:52[SPEAKER_03]: But all time, all time.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_03]: All time, what is it?
- 48:55[SPEAKER_03]: It's Torino, in 1948, actually.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_03]: We have 125 girls.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, brilliant.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_03]: No, it's not.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_00]: The Grande Torino.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_03]: The Grande Torino, to the table.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_03]: To the table.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_03]: To the table.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_03]: To the table.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_03]: To the table.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_03]: To the table.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_03]: To the table.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_03]: and how many do you ever know hundred nine?
- 49:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so they need sixteen goals in the last four.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_03]: They need to average four goals again, just to match it.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, actually do it.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_03]: That's not the cool thing.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if they care to be fair.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_00]: We do.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's like probably.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_00]: Probably they are aiming to be derailed.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_02]: You guys aren't in the defense, but this is one golden state.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_02]: They want to break the, they want to break the bull's record.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_02]: 73 wins in nine and nine losses.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_02]: and they focus so much so much and they got them tired for the playoffs, focus on focusing on the Champions League.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_02]: Let us know who is going to win the Ballon Doe and I thank Elias.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, Lukas.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_00]: I'll see you next time.
