- 2:40Speaker 1: Alpha Kappa Alpha at Howard University.
- 2:44Speaker 3: We've got Robin Dixon Delta Sigma Theta at the University
- 2:48Speaker 3: of Maryland.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Yes, Sutton was also a Kappa Kapa gamma.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Of course she was. You picture you, not Sutton.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I pictured the scenes on your cast.
- 3:06Speaker 2: I feel like it's if it's sudden.
- 3:07Speaker 3: It's in the South and it's a big white sorority
- 3:10Speaker 3: house with the pillars, and she is standing out.
- 3:12Speaker 2: There singing and like with her green dress.
- 3:17Speaker 4: I know you just took me into a movie.
- 3:21Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, that's her away from Miami too. That's right,
- 3:25Speaker 1: that she's Miami adrian Is there any Audrina Adriana right?
- 3:31Speaker 1: She yes, she's suppells it differently than my sister.
- 3:35Speaker 5: Isn't weird that there's this many housewives there are in sororities?
- 3:38Speaker 1: Very weird? Like my mom, My mom didn't even know
- 3:40Speaker 1: what a sorority was. No, genuinely, like when I was
- 3:44Speaker 1: at school and she was like, Okay, so we have
- 3:46Speaker 1: to pay this for what.
- 3:50Speaker 2: You're doing. Exactly what are we paying this for?
- 3:53Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Actually, I'm not surprised that there are so many bravo
- 3:57Speaker 3: lebs in sororities because we are all the very dysfunctional.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Sorority alority ourselves. Yeah, so go to my mad dates
- 4:06Speaker 2: way back.
- 4:06Speaker 4: I'm into that.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Whoever wasn't now now they have.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Yes, all right, Alexis, we ask some questions for you.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Wait, okay, okay, so tell us what it was like
- 4:19Speaker 1: being in a sorority and do you still keep in
- 4:21Speaker 1: touch with your sorority sisters?
- 4:24Speaker 5: Okay, that's really weird to say, but no, I don't
- 4:29Speaker 5: keep in touch with a lot of my sorority sisters.
- 4:32Speaker 5: I have a group of thirteen high school girls that
- 4:36Speaker 5: we keep in touch with. But I also the funniest
- 4:39Speaker 5: part about my Mazoo and eighty Pi experience is Brad
- 4:47Speaker 5: Pitt was a Sigma Kai and all of those sware
- 4:51Speaker 5: to god, I have the videos, probably not the videos,
- 4:53Speaker 5: but the photos all of us eighty pies when the
- 4:55Speaker 5: Sigma Kais would have a party.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Guess what we would.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Do give Brad Pitt.
- 5:01Speaker 5: We go walk down the hall. He's like sixty two
- 5:03Speaker 5: and I was sixty one, so my husband's age. But
- 5:05Speaker 5: we would walk down the hall and be like, take
- 5:07Speaker 5: a picture with Brad Pitt.
- 5:08Speaker 4: On the hallway?
- 5:09Speaker 2: Was he Brad Pitt?
- 5:10Speaker 5: Brad Pitt, he was already his his fame was coming
- 5:13Speaker 5: pretty fast.
- 5:13Speaker 4: And just how hot he was.
- 5:14Speaker 1: He was just hot, and he lived it and he
- 5:16Speaker 1: was just a normal college kid or tried to be well.
- 5:19Speaker 4: He was gone. But when I got there, was in diapers.
- 5:21Speaker 4: I was fourteen.
- 5:23Speaker 2: He was on the wall.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Yeah, he's just a picture on the down and you're like.
- 5:30Speaker 5: You're like, look at all the hot guys, and everybody
- 5:32Speaker 5: will like pose and take me like literally this.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Is for them.
- 5:36Speaker 1: No, I fully thought that you were like in school
- 5:39Speaker 1: with Brad Pitt, I was.
- 5:40Speaker 4: In diapers when he was born. I wasn't even a thought.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I was fourteen or thirteen, when he's thirteen years older
- 5:47Speaker 4: than me. He was thirteen when I would be not
- 5:50Speaker 4: even a thought. We know young, Yeah, you know that's
- 5:53Speaker 4: not true. I'm the same age as you. No, girlfriend,
- 5:55Speaker 4: and I am way older than you.
- 5:57Speaker 2: And thank you for that. Okay, we're a great posing
- 6:01Speaker 2: with Brad Pitt's.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Uh.
- 6:03Speaker 3: That's another sorty tradition that is particular to your sorority
- 6:08Speaker 3: at MISSOO.
- 6:09Speaker 5: I you know what, I don't even remember the chant?
- 6:12Speaker 5: Do you guys have the chant? Can you guys tell
- 6:14Speaker 5: me yours?
- 6:15Speaker 2: Absolutely not.
- 6:16Speaker 4: I don't remember it, and I think it's because I'm old.
- 6:18Speaker 5: You're young, Gia, you don't remember your chant or you're
- 6:21Speaker 5: like the thing.
- 6:23Speaker 2: You wish do you wish you were Za?
- 6:25Speaker 4: That's ah, that was mine.
- 6:27Speaker 2: That's how you got it.
- 6:29Speaker 5: That's how you know she's younger than Yeah, forty eight, bitch,
- 6:33Speaker 5: I'm fifty seven.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Just stop it. You're like a baby. Holy heck, you look.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 6:40Speaker 5: I thought you were the same. And I'm not brown
- 6:43Speaker 5: nosing because I don't brown nose.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Did eighty I have a house on campus?
- 6:48Speaker 2: Yes?
- 6:48Speaker 1: Oh fun?
- 6:49Speaker 2: Did you like it? It's good?
- 6:50Speaker 5: I did not, did you guys? I could not take
- 6:54Speaker 5: the I could not do it. I actually I did
- 6:56Speaker 5: for six months. I could not do it after six months.
- 6:58Speaker 1: The only reason why I didn't is because sophomore year
- 7:01Speaker 1: we had COVID, so when I was supposed to live
- 7:04Speaker 1: in my sorority, house school was shut down.
- 7:08Speaker 4: That robbed your entire experience.
- 7:12Speaker 1: No, it did fully well because I was sent home
- 7:16Speaker 1: April of my freshman year and we didn't go back
- 7:18Speaker 1: to school until our junior year.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Wow.
- 7:20Speaker 1: So I was like, I mean it wasn't I had
- 7:23Speaker 1: a good freshman year.
- 7:25Speaker 2: But I mean, that's why.
- 7:27Speaker 1: I think I had a good freshman year. In junior year,
- 7:29Speaker 1: but that's why I think it was like college was
- 7:32Speaker 1: like eh for me. I had fun, but I was like,
- 7:36Speaker 1: I probably should have won somewhere.
- 7:37Speaker 4: My kids aren't How old are your kids?
- 7:39Speaker 5: Because my kids are kind of on the same boat
- 7:41Speaker 5: as you, as like, the college experience isn't what I'm like.
- 7:44Speaker 4: You have to go to college.
- 7:46Speaker 2: You have to.
- 7:46Speaker 5: It's the best time of your life. It's where you
- 7:49Speaker 5: like have your wings and fly. But at the same time,
- 7:51Speaker 5: you're still a little protected because you're in the dorms
- 7:54Speaker 5: or in the sorority or fraternity house.
- 7:56Speaker 2: But so, what about your kids.
- 7:57Speaker 3: My daughter is actually only a year younger and Gia,
- 8:00Speaker 3: and they're friendly. So and I have a So she's
- 8:03Speaker 3: twenty three and her son is twenty five, and they
- 8:05Speaker 3: were both in Rachel's in a sorority at Delaware. Zachett
- 8:08Speaker 3: Maryland was in a pratt So.
- 8:11Speaker 5: Did she have the same experience as Gia then or
- 8:13Speaker 5: she a little better.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Hit her freshman year so that was she missed half
- 8:18Speaker 3: of it. And then when they moved in, it was
- 8:20Speaker 3: a very strange thing. Everyone had to have their own
- 8:22Speaker 3: room and it just wasn't the same. They had to
- 8:23Speaker 3: go how to do zoom rush and like they couldn't.
- 8:27Speaker 4: So, yeah, you don't get the feeling. It's not the
- 8:29Speaker 4: same feel.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Okay, Well, this is about you, Alexis says not, yes,
- 8:34Speaker 3: it is tell us this were you a partier?
- 8:37Speaker 4: I did you know?
- 8:37Speaker 1: I feel like you were a wild girl. I'm getting
- 8:40Speaker 1: the vibe that you had you had a lot of fun.
- 8:42Speaker 4: I had a lot of fun.
- 8:43Speaker 5: But here's it's kind of both because I'm a Christian
- 8:46Speaker 5: wild girl.
- 8:47Speaker 4: Okay, but it's like I did.
- 8:49Speaker 5: But I also I made like a four point two.
- 8:54Speaker 5: I was like serious about school and I had to
- 8:56Speaker 5: get it done.
- 8:56Speaker 4: And I have a little bit.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Of ad d.
- 8:58Speaker 5: I know that's one can think that's wrong, but I yeah,
- 9:03Speaker 5: So I was all over the map, but I definitely
- 9:07Speaker 5: had our nights out and when my best friend Mandy
- 9:11Speaker 5: and I would walk into the clubs like field House
- 9:14Speaker 5: in Missoo and be like they'd put on girls just
- 9:17Speaker 5: want to have fun for us when we'd walk in fun.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Yeah we had fun. Okay, good and I love that.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Do you date you wanted a frat?
- 9:25Speaker 5: I dated the quarterback and the point guard. So I
- 9:29Speaker 5: dated a basketball point guard in the quarterback on.
- 9:32Speaker 2: The football team.
- 9:33Speaker 4: So they're not they're not so frat boys.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I did date you dated the athletes, though, I feel
- 9:38Speaker 1: like that's even better date a frat guy.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I did.
- 9:41Speaker 5: I'm married to John, who is a volleyball, basketball, and
- 9:46Speaker 5: MMA fighter kind of guy.
- 9:47Speaker 4: So yeah, I date.
- 9:48Speaker 5: I don't know why it's athletic people. Okay, but look
- 9:51Speaker 5: at look at both of you. Well, okay, what sport
- 9:54Speaker 5: did you play? Because you're athletic as heck?
- 9:56Speaker 1: Thanks, I did a bunch of stuff like growing up,
- 9:59Speaker 1: like dan gymnastics, cheerleading, but I was mainly a cheerleader.
- 10:04Speaker 4: Okay, what about you?
- 10:05Speaker 2: Nothing? Never? Not interested?
- 10:07Speaker 4: Do you sit down and just drink coffee and look
- 10:09Speaker 4: like this?
- 10:09Speaker 2: Are you crazy? I do enjoy moving. I'm not even
- 10:12Speaker 2: I'd rather be in bient.
- 10:14Speaker 4: I don't like you.
- 10:14Speaker 2: I'm not I'm not an exerciser. I hate sports.
- 10:17Speaker 5: I thought you were cool at first. I know I'm
- 10:19Speaker 5: mad now that you look like this and you don't
- 10:22Speaker 5: do anything.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, anyway, all right, so you're on a housewives.
- 10:30Speaker 1: How do you think being in a sorority and being
- 10:32Speaker 1: on Housewives compare?
- 10:35Speaker 4: You know, it's funny.
- 10:35Speaker 5: I think you guys will all agree with this because
- 10:38Speaker 5: you and you are both like in that sorty. I
- 10:42Speaker 5: feel like when I was on how when I first
- 10:45Speaker 5: got on Housewives, I was the eleventh or twelfth housewives
- 10:47Speaker 5: of all of all yeah, there's now four hundred.
- 10:50Speaker 3: No I remember I watched soho well, please please forgive
- 10:55Speaker 3: me for crazy.
- 10:56Speaker 2: It was the best, Okay, great, Okay.
- 10:58Speaker 5: So anyway, I think that it's kind of the same
- 11:04Speaker 5: when you're in it. You're in it, and it's like
- 11:06Speaker 5: that's why I you know what, girls, I'm gonna be
- 11:09Speaker 5: wrong with you right now. I don't like being here
- 11:12Speaker 5: right now knowing that there's certain you know, Bravo girls
- 11:17Speaker 5: from my cast that I like have to worry about,
- 11:20Speaker 5: like put my head down because it's like I just
- 11:22Speaker 5: feel like, can't we all just say hi and be
- 11:24Speaker 5: adults and say hi and move on. We're all in
- 11:26Speaker 5: a career. We don't have to love each other. We
- 11:27Speaker 5: don't have to be best friends. We have I'm not
- 11:29Speaker 5: calling certain people for coffee, but can we just all
- 11:32Speaker 5: like go That's but I do because in a sorority.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Guess what.
- 11:36Speaker 5: You may not like Molly on floor three, but you
- 11:39Speaker 5: you get along with her because I mean, in Missouri,
- 11:42Speaker 5: there's there's you know that we have basements and there's
- 11:44Speaker 5: three floors and things.
- 11:45Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, you have to
- 11:46Speaker 1: get along with the people in your stateery at.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Least cordial when you're eighteen, nineteen, twenty twenty one. Maybe
- 11:51Speaker 3: now at this point, we probably don't have as good
- 11:54Speaker 3: of an excuse, right we're going to be still high
- 11:56Speaker 3: one hundred percent.
- 11:57Speaker 2: I mean, I feel like that.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Girls with age, though, I feel like there's a lot
- 12:00Speaker 1: of like I mean, at least in my situation right now,
- 12:02Speaker 1: there's a lot of evolving in my household so and
- 12:05Speaker 1: moving forward and taking steps. But I feel like that
- 12:08Speaker 1: comes with age, and like you have to kind of
- 12:10Speaker 1: just forgive and forget and move on. And you could
- 12:13Speaker 1: say hi, like I said hi to somebody today in
- 12:15Speaker 1: the airport that I do think I was going.
- 12:17Speaker 2: To say hi to the juice the tea. Oh I don't,
- 12:20Speaker 2: I don't know you. Well, I got my and uncle.
- 12:23Speaker 1: We're we're making we're going on good pat like we're
- 12:25Speaker 1: in a good place right now.
- 12:27Speaker 2: She said, Hi today, I'm glad. I'm really glad.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw them recently.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Is it the first high in a while?
- 12:33Speaker 1: I saw them recently? But yeah, no, now we're now,
- 12:35Speaker 1: we're good. We're good and this, yeah it feels good.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Gia will tell you that I've been like a little
- 12:41Speaker 3: obsessed with her for very many years because she is
- 12:44Speaker 3: the most mature. Look I think because you've been through it,
- 12:49Speaker 3: but I mean most mature and well spoken and smart
- 12:53Speaker 3: and beautiful.
- 12:53Speaker 2: But anyway, move again.
- 12:55Speaker 4: She grew up up on TV.
- 12:56Speaker 1: What I'm saying, you know, house like people on your cast,
- 12:58Speaker 1: You guys should be able to say hello, yes and
- 13:01Speaker 1: move on.
- 13:02Speaker 5: That's what I want because we're all in this world,
- 13:05Speaker 5: weird world together.
- 13:06Speaker 1: You should just want like piece of respect. I feel
- 13:08Speaker 1: like that's like my motto.
- 13:24Speaker 2: All right, let's play a game. Okay, all right, so
- 13:27Speaker 2: rapid fire.
- 13:29Speaker 3: We're going to just pick housewives that we think are
- 13:34Speaker 3: suited to the description okay, or the title who would
- 13:39Speaker 3: you guys pay up for Social Chair?
- 13:41Speaker 2: Housewives Universe.
- 13:44Speaker 1: That this means all casts everyone okay, so partiers right,
- 13:49Speaker 1: like someone that a party?
- 13:51Speaker 3: Yeah Sutton really okay, she puts parties together.
- 13:59Speaker 5: I think when I think social chair, like when I
- 14:01Speaker 5: was in my sorty, I was the one that well
- 14:05Speaker 5: maybe we say you because because I think social chair
- 14:09Speaker 5: is not just the party planner, but it's also the
- 14:11Speaker 5: calendar keeper.
- 14:12Speaker 4: You keep the entire calendar for everything.
- 14:14Speaker 1: I think it's someone that has to be a little
- 14:15Speaker 1: OCD and then also knows how to have fun and
- 14:18Speaker 1: doing a little bit about it.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Being so little.
- 14:19Speaker 3: I was like gonna go with like Sony Morgan like, yeah.
- 14:24Speaker 2: You're fun. We did we didn't? Does it?
- 14:27Speaker 1: Ramona's daughter too? Like planned parties?
- 14:29Speaker 2: Does is it?
- 14:29Speaker 1: Ramona?
- 14:30Speaker 2: And she is a bachelor?
- 14:31Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 14:32Speaker 5: Okay, you know what now I agree with all three
- 14:34Speaker 5: on all three of you throw a party?
- 14:36Speaker 1: That would be a fun time. Who is the risk chair?
- 14:39Speaker 2: So they get what does that mean? Get?
- 14:41Speaker 1: Like you get you kind of like get people like
- 14:44Speaker 1: come from people if they're doing something wrong.
- 14:46Speaker 2: So they because my son was the risk chair.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Why do I feel like Nani mean, okay, how does
- 14:55Speaker 1: she how does she half our age or less?
- 14:57Speaker 3: And she knows I'm talking us to be going on
- 14:59Speaker 3: with me and her first years? All right, you is
- 15:03Speaker 3: on standard? So they are the nasty bitches that will
- 15:06Speaker 3: judge us all she's three.
- 15:07Speaker 4: Yeah, first alexis judge us all. I pleaded the fifth?
- 15:16Speaker 2: Okay, pick one? It's not an Orange County.
- 15:19Speaker 5: Well, well, if I want to say, if I'm gonna
- 15:23Speaker 5: say what I would say.
- 15:24Speaker 4: Tamra my one of my closest friends.
- 15:26Speaker 5: I think she's I think she's a definite she's gonna
